Whose pandemic treaty will strip Americans of their rights?
This is as outrageous a prospect as it appears to be moving forward.
The World Health Organization wants 193 nations to sign a treaty that would surrender their sovereignty over the health care of their own citizens.
That includes the United States.
Who would have to recognize who is a single world organization reigning over one world, one health, and the UN version of what's fair and equitable?
That means if who thinks people should get a Vax, you're going to be forced to get a Vax.
If who requires you to carry a Vax passport to buy groceries, you'll have to carry a Vax passport to buy groceries or you won't eat.
This treaty strips Americans of their rights.
On May 22, 2022, that would be today, boys and girls, the W. Helton Assembly will convene a meeting of 192 nations to ratify the treaty that's been expressly amended to provide for consultation with any nation before who sweeps in on them with Blue Helton enforcers.
Notably absent is the nation of Taiwan.
China insists that Taiwan not be included because China regards Taiwan as a part of China.
To have it there would acknowledge it to be an independent nation.
But there's a deeper connection.
Hu contributed to the outbreak of COVID by toting to China where the pandemic began.
Even liberal outlet NBC agrees holding China and the Hu accountable is necessary.

President Joe Biden, like former President Trump, recognizes who has mismanaged the pandemic.
We need to get to the bottom of the COVID cover-up.

Should we sign a treaty, recognize a failed health organization, surrender our sovereignty to the One World Advocates?
According to Daniel Horowitz, the answer is not only no, but we shouldn't vote against any politician who doesn't announce a treaty.
Meanwhile, today's Situation Update with Mike Adams explains how domestic food supply is being militarized and controlled by a corrupt criminal regime in Washington, D.C.
The illegitimate Biden regime has invoked the Korean War emergency powers found in the Defense Production Act administered by FEMA.
That act, intended to allow emergency executive action to shore up critical infrastructure during times of war, is now being used to seize control over the food supply, raw materials, and forced companies that deliver them to Abbott Labs to manufacture quantities of heavily processed junk food infant formula.
Because the effort simply redirects existing food materials.
It does not actually solve any food shortages, but merely shift the shortage from one category to another.
It also stands as a centrally planned food distribution plan, resembling communism, not free market dynamics.
It means as other food shortages emerge in the month ahead, Biden will almost certainly invoke the DPA to seize control of other food materials, making sure favorite corporations get supply, while dissident companies and small businesses are driven into bankruptcy.
Welcome to Joe Biden's America, where nothing is safe from the catastrophically bad ideas of the Biden regime and its desire to destroy everything in sight, including food abundance and affordable fuels.

DHS has already seized the entire production output of several large U.S.

DHS is actually funneling tens of millions a month of storable food products to underground government bunkers and tunnels, telling the public there's no need to repair at all.
DHS, I'm told, is preparing for a war with China, which it believes will occur before the midterm elections.

The plan involves exterminating every last American, including all the Democrats, who have committed treason by working with the Chinese Communist Party.
Chai's invasion plan, by the way, will begin with a D-Day-style landing on the beaches of California.
Every California civilian who's unable to flee will be executed on sight.
Since California is a gun-controlled state dominated by the Democrats, the American people have been deliberately disarmed to make China's invasion easier to carry out.
Meanwhile, Department of Defense aircraft are airlifting baby food into America using military resources to solve domestic food supply problems.
The insanity of the Biden regime knows no bounds.
Instead of allowing the free market to solve the baby infant formula, Biden has resorted to using Department of Defense aircraft to airlift infant formula into the U.S.
and also sharing it massively with the illegal immigrants on the border, where fantastic stockpiles of baby formula have been discovered.
This reflects the militarization of the domestic food supply.
Not only is Biden invoking emergency powers to seize and control domestic food materials, but using the military to choose where to distribute these resources.
There couldn't be anything wrong with militarizing the food supply under wartime emergency powers, could there?

Well, the, you know, the claims of California being disarmed are false.
California is a very well-armed state.
It's a very libertarian conservative state.
There's only a few areas that have this, you know, plague of stupidity to worship the Biden liberal Democrat leftist groups.
That's in Los Angeles and San Francisco and Silicon Valley and Hollywood and these areas that have been so intoxicated with their own narcissistic vanity and, you know, delusions and, and, you know, this, this, they're, they're, They're busying themselves with their Teslas and their environmental and wind power and this, you know, pervert Gavin Newsom.
But in a sense, all of that, I think, is working its way out.
I've lived all my life in California, except for my time in Washington D.C.
in the Army and such.
But this state really is not the left-wing fanatical state that people think it is.
So any assumption that China is going to invade and have any execution of America really doesn't understand that California and Californians, you have enough here and you have enough mountainous regional area that it would be the end of China.
No country could invade California and negotiate the environment, the territory.
It just couldn't happen.
There are so many Advantageous positions for defensive military engagement.
So this whole thing about the food, however, is very true, and we talked about that with Russell Bentley today.
The Ukrainian-Russian absence of fertilizer is going to cause a famine.
It's going to cause bread prices to go ten dollars a euro for a loaf of bread, if not higher.
You're going to see Uh, power and electricity and heating and all of the staff, uh, all of the stuff being cut off, uh, that's gonna cause great, uh, I mean, unrest.
And the, the idea that people are just going to, uh, grin and bear it or be submissive and bear it is, I think, a failure to understand the root character behind the British, German, Scandinavian, European-blooded people.
They have fought against the Roman Empire for their heritage of liberty, of their heritage of freedom, and this is going to be perceived as a direct assault on them.
And I anticipate revolutions and overthrowing of these globalist regimes in Europe because of the hunger, and the depravity that people are going to suffer.
So all of their actions are not going to weaken the people of these countries.
They're going to weaken their own globalist hold.
And that's why people like Fauci and the Davos group and the Bill Gates group, I think they're all very desperately fearful of what may be coming against them.

Well, as far as California goes, I agree with Scott.
I've spent quite a bit of time in California.
Most people are super, you know, working class.
They love their country.
They came out to California.
As families, because it's a beautiful part of the United States, a beautiful part of the world.
Used to be filled with orange groves and when it was properly managed in the irrigation, it was really a breadbasket for the United States.
It still is to a large degree.
It was a land of opportunity for people.
It's got a beautiful coastline.
It's a, you know, Scott has talked about San Francisco in the past.
It's a beautiful city.
It's just been corrupted through mismanagement, through Through money laundering, through the Silicon Valley nightmare that they've tried to put in there.
They've tried to destroy California so many times and through so many different ways.
Through the forest fires.
I think a lot of it has to do with the attempt to push austerity and privatization of the land, of the natural resources there.
of the coastline.
It's hugely valuable piece of property.
There's a lot of gold there still that has not been mined.
If you're talking about the Green New Agenda, lots of different mining materials that could be there.
But the problem is, is that there's Californians living on the land and owning the land.
So if you have massive fires, if you have massive mismanagement, corruption, if you Bankrupt and in debt the country and you have foreign countries buying up those bonds and buying up that debt.
California is a bankrupt state.
Unfortunately, from a geopolitical standpoint, a country like China that has been buying up U.S.
debt, eventually they're going to want some of at least some natural resources or something.
I mean, if we don't have gold, if there's nothing backing the United States dollar, Eventually, austerity and privatization of natural resources is going to have to occur.
Now, will there be a false flag or something saying it's China or something like that?
I wouldn't put it past the United States, you know, with our war games and exercises with EMPs and whatnot, but I don't perceive the government of China or the Chinese people Invading the coastline of California.
They know that that would be foolish for them to do so.
The Chinese culture has been around for thousands of years and they're much wiser to the art of war than that.
But I would add the U.S.
military might put up no defense whatsoever.

They have no concern about the well-being of the United States or the ability of the armed forces of America to defend the nation.
So I put no faith in them whatsoever.
Meanwhile, Louisiana governor has reversed the insane mandate requiring COVID vaxes for students.
Good for him!
Children and students attending daycare, K-12, and college in Louisiana, at least for now, will not be required to get the vax.
Governor John Bel Edwards announced Wednesday reversing an earlier decision by the government's administration and Louisiana Health Department requiring students to be fully vaxed beginning the 2022-23 school year.
Edwards based his decision on the fact that U.S.
FDA has not fully approved the vax for those under 16.
He said his admin will continue to recommend all children age 5 and over get the vax, which is a very, very bad idea.
The governor of the lower house implied COVID vax for people over 16 are fully approved.
However, FDA did grant licensing to Pfizer's Comirante and Moderna's Spike Vax for people 16 and older.
Those vaccines are not available in the United States.
This is a bait and switch.
All COVID Vax are still available only under emergency use authorization in the United States.
Bobby Jr., Chair and Chief Counsel for Children's Health Events, said, The science shows this age group is at zero risk from COVID-19, high risk of debilitating and sometimes deadly injuries from the vax.
The only thing driving these mandates is a deceptive campaign of orchestrated fear and deliberately induced confusion carried out by reckless and incompetent public health officials, big pharma overlords, And the politicians who do what they're told rather than conduct their own independent research.
And most of those agencies, the CDC, the FDA, NIH, all appear to be bought and owned by big pharma.

added, hats off to Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry who forced Governor Edwards to back off this insane mandate.
Landry sued the governor in a bid to block the addition of the COVID vaccine to the immunization schedule for colleges and schools.
He filed an amicus brief arguing the data do not support mandatory vaccine.
It's scientifically unjustifiable to impose a requirement on children.
About 4,700 Louisiana parents joined him in filing the brief.
I like that.
Very good.
Landry wasn't alone in trying to block the mandate.
Louisiana's House Health and Welfare Committee all fired a revolution to repeal it.
However, in a 4-3 vote, the committee on May 11 rejected the resolution, allowing the mandate to stand until Wednesday's announcement by the governor.
According to New Orleans Public Radio, only 24% of kids 5 to 17 are fully vaxxed.
I say that is a good thing.
Meanwhile, did Fauci just convince swing voters to poll for Trump?
81-year-old Anthony Fauci issued a stunning and brave proclamation on Sunday.
If Trump is elected president again, I'm gone.

If you look at the history of the response during the admin, I think you know you can say it wasn't optimal.
Fauci told Jim Acosta on CNN, history will speak about that, and it will be very damning of Tony the Rat.
Fauci is the head of the NIH-funded Dangerous Gain-of-Function Research, and then lied about it under oath.

Trump and Fauci had frequent public disagreements during the initial months of the pandemic.
Fauci pushing for masks in lockdown after saying masks don't work.
Trump pushing for a Sweden-esque hands-off approach.
And while Fauci may now insist he won't continue, He may be 84 years old.
He may not be in a position to accept the job if Senator Rand Paul is able to follow through on a vow to bring the top doc to justice if the GOP retakes the Senate during the midterm election.
Fauci says if Trump reelected, he would not continue.
Sound like a great reason to vote for Trump all by itself.

Well, I fully anticipate what Judy Mikovits said is becoming a reality in the future, and that is Tony Fauci being prosecuted for crimes against humanity and hopefully given the death penalty after due process of law, of course.
But the COVID-19 vaccine is being proven overwhelmingly to have nothing but detrimental, destructive physical effects on the human body, the human heart, the human mind, Uh, it is causing, uh, myocarditis, brain frog, uh, clotting, on and on and on.
It's very obvious this is an attempt to develop transhumanism.
It may also be an attempt to depreciate the population.
We've seen the writing on the wall with the materials, the evidence, the documents that Russia has produced from the biological chemical labs in Ukraine.
The 30 labs that were established there that these labs have been involved with It's been developing plagues and sicknesses to load up with DNA weapon systems targeting the Slavic-Russian DNA and put them into migratory birds and send them to Russia.
This is a crime against humanity.
This is against the Global Convention for Biological and Chemical Weapons.
This is what Russia has presented to the United Nations, and Tony Fauci will hang by the neck until dead when all of this material is put forth, and he's put in the dock, put in the witness stand, as he should be.
There should be a Nuremberg hearing.
There should be what we did in 1946-47 With Fauci and Biden and all of these people that have been behind the COVID-19 development and its transmission from Ukraine to Fort Detrick in Maryland and then from Fort Detrick to Wuhan Laboratory.
It's very obvious that COVID-19 was developed.
It's very obvious that Merck and Pfizer and these big pharmaceutical companies, many of the top CEOs incidentally, are also associated with that Spirica group.
It's very obvious that they were engaged in a conspiracy to create this sickness, and of course that is once again why these governors violated the Constitution of their states and implemented ballot harvesting, vote by drop-off box, which we've seen through 2,000 mules.
And many other measurements to have thrown the election in Biden's favor against Donald Trump.
All of the votes that were fraudulently cast made the election tilt in Biden's favor.
All of that should be exposed as fraud and the election nullified.
But I think all of this is going to eventually avalanche and the entire roof of the United States is going to give out under the weight of this truth, Jim.

Well, we're seeing an attempt, really, to overthrow any sort of sovereign government, like any sort of country having any sort of autonomy.
It's all part of that great reset rollout.
They need to have a centralized currency.
They need to have the WHO and these NGOs running everything, running the show.
They don't want any sort of local control.
They want all the central banks to work together to make sure that everyone gets put through this great reset.
We've got the fourth industrial revolution that they're trying to put out with all the AI and the different tech.
So They need mass compliance and they need people to comply that's that's the thing they there's too many people on the planet to just round up everyone and anyone who's who's a dissident and doesn't want to do it they need people to comply and that's why they have to have the fear and the monkey pox and people agreeing to be quarantined agreeing to lockdown and obviously the Supreme Court has ruled that all the lockdowns everything has been completely unconstitutional so We need the power of the states.
We need the power of local sheriffs.
Local governments to finally stand up and say no school boards, people pulling their kids out of public school because ultimately the school boards do have sovereignty over their their local school.
But if they're constantly taking federal money, then they have to comply with federal mandates.
That's always been their excuse.
So if we don't have a local government standing up and people standing up and holding the local governments accountable, And getting to know your sheriff, trying to address the election fraud here in the United States.
We're just going to continue to have these politicians who are completely fine with the WHO taking over.
Very similar to like the TPP or the Patriot Act or any of these super, you know, bills basically that they have to pass in order to find out what's on it.
Now they're just stepping it up to on a global scale.

buys millions of monkeypox vaccines.
Why in the world are we doing this?
The U.S.
government has ordered millions of doses of a vaccine it protects against monkeypox, following one confirmed case, a man in Massachusetts.
The order amounted to 119 million of Janus vaccines used for the prevention of both smallpox and monkeypox.
The order will convert bulk vaccines, which have already been made and invoiced under previous contracts, into freeze-dried versions that have an improved shelf life.
The total government contract amounts to 299 million to provide 13 million freeze-dried doses.
Think of that cost ratio!
$300 million for 13 million freeze-dried doses?
It's expected the first doses will be manufactured with further in 2024 and 2025.
Elsewhere, though, there have been bigger outbreaks.
Nine money pox cases in UK, more recently in gay or bisexual men.
I wonder what that has to do with the price of tea.

Well, the monkeypox situation, I think, is a predictable effect that the vaccine, no doubt, is having either through shedding or direct vaccination to suppress the immune system.
When the immune system is debilitated, these sort of pustules or boils or shingles or things that are acquired from chicken pox tend to flower and come out.
So I think, again, I would speculate that the people who have come down with this monkey pox have been vaccinated.
And if that's the case, what other, you know, immune destroying practices or behaviors do they have?
Homosexuality is notoriously destructive to the immune system.
And I think you're going to witness, again, this is the perfect setup, as Judy Mikovits has said, for the pharmaceutical industry to constantly and endlessly manufacture vaccines that are, you know, directly being, for the pharmaceutical industry to constantly and endlessly manufacture vaccines that are, you know, directly being, you know, brought to being brought to market because of the deterioration of human health that is inevitably going to occur as a result of the COVID-19 vaccine.
So the COVID-19 vaccine, no doubt, and its shedding effect, is going to create this avalanche, this snowball effect of all sorts of other Sicknesses, viruses, you know, deteriorations, and they're just going to be endlessly making money for the stupid and the gullible and the, you know, the sick to pursue this.
It's a very sad thing, but the big thing we're going to witness, I guess, is the complete annihilation of a large percentage of humanity in the next couple years from this vaccine and its derivative sicknesses.

I could foresee this as well here in the United States, all the money that went to the PPP loans and to the vaccines and protective equipment and lockdowns and city checks and everything that went out just to printing money to try to keep the United States economy going.
And I think they're probably just going to keep doing this with whatever the next round of disease that they want to market on television again.

Here's what he actually says.

We got a transcript.
Grady Lewis, a Ruffalo resident who collects cans and bottles, told BuzzFeed he believes he talked to the suspect at length outside Tops on Friday.
That's a day before the shooting.
He saw him walk out of Tops and approach him because he looked out of place.
Wouldn't you do that?
You see someone who looks out of place, you walk up, start talking to them.
I got a feeling he's not supposed to be here.
I just had a feeling.
It's not like white people come to the store and I say, why are you here?
I don't do that.
It was just a feeling.
It gets worse.
Get this.
He said the suspect, who was wearing a shirt that said genius, told him he was in Buffalo to see the countryside.
Another resident, Daniel Love, told the Washington Post he interacted with a man wearing the same t-shirt Friday and believed him also to be the shooter.
They talked for more than an hour.
Wow.
And Lewis said he bought the Tina Gatorade.
They discussed, among other things, space and critical race theory.
Lewis recalled the suspect telling him that critical race theory teaches that white people are violent.
Lewis said he was sure it was the same person he spoke to the day before early on Sunday when he saw the gunman's mugshot.
He said he told police about his encounter.
The Buffalo Cops did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Lewis also said the suspect asked him if he was going to be at Topps the next day.
He told him he'd be there at 5 p.m.
on Saturday when his friend's shift started.
Lewis, who is black, Doesn't know what to make of the fact that his life was spared when other black men and women were killed.
Oh, I guess I can't say he liked me.
Maybe he did like me just a little bit.
I don't know.
If I was standing there in the store, would he have shot me?
I don't know.
But he asked me if I was going to be there.
And then he came earlier.
I want you to think about this.
The guy's supposed to be a racist.
What self-respecting racist would talk to a black guy for an hour about critical race theory and have him buy him a Gatorade?
And what witness knows it was 1.07 seconds?
I mean, this is just absurd.
Scott, this is ridiculous beyond belief.
And it appears from the shadow analysis, the tape that got released was actually the rehearsal.
Your thoughts?
Wow.
Yeah, well, that's what we've seen in the absence of the ballistic truth of what a bullet from a high-velocity rifle would do to the body.
And the tells are the man by the trunk of the car, the black car where the woman was walking by.
As she fell down, he shifted his rifle in the direction of the people against the wall, but funny how at the same time as he shifted his gun to the left, the man behind the woman who hadn't been shot at suddenly fell to the ground.
And then, of course, the absence of an exploding head when the bullet is shot from two and a half, three feet away.
Yes, it's obviously a false flag and I'm glad you brought in the earlier New Zealand shooting which we analyzed and exposed as a similar false flag.
The absence of the exploding head when that individual, allegedly the shooter, went in and shot a Muslim guy wearing a skull cap and the skull cap blew off but his head didn't implode.
And I remember this also.
We did an analysis, and it was on Jason Goodman's show, and let me just preface this by saying all of my statements and opinions are my own.
They don't reflect Truth Vs. News, Holly or Jim Fetzer, but I'll say when we did that analysis with Jason Goodman, he seemed to hem and haw and suggest that the absence of shells and disappearing into the air Was somehow just a natural form of the film and the way that the film pixels are arranged, which in my opinion tells me he's a liar and he's working an angle.
And as Robert David Steele told me, he thought he was a Mossad's Jewish-Israeli-Zionist operative.
And that was the reason that Michael, I'm sorry, Robert David Steele was suing him.
So Robert David Steele told me he thought Jason Goodman was a Zionist Mossad operative and was suing him for that.
I've called him a rat, and I shouldn't say he's a rat.
I'd say he's a feces infested, plague riddled little rat that he held and investigated and prosecuted as an agent of a foreign power.
That's in my opinion, that's derived from my conversations with Robert David Steele.
But these shootings are only going to amplify because they are going to try and affect the American people, put them in fear, forward them into this kumbaya.
We're all just one race and all this nonsense.
But I think people are not buying it, and I'm so glad you presented that well-done analysis from the individual showing the timestamp, the shadow, and all these other factors.
We have to be diligent in protecting ourselves from this kind of brainwashing, Jim.
Yeah, this is Brian Davidson, who is a PI and whom I interviewed a couple months ago, and he was explaining all the resource tools you can find on the internet, which he has mastered.
So I tried him out as a test case by giving a photograph, no identification, no circumstance, no narrative.
And he came back within two days, told me I had been taken in the Sandy Hook parking lot, and it showed this vehicle there before the crime had taken place, and that Wayne Carver was there with his arm folding, awaiting the arrival of his portable mortuary tent, and there's crime scene tape up for a crime yet to be committed, because the windows in Classroom 10 weren't blown out yet.
He got it exactly right.
So I was very impressed and brought him back, and now he's done a wonderful job on the Boston shooting.
Holly, your thoughts?
Well, it probably sounds like they utilize, I mean, they do this all the time with like FBI entrapment.
They find people who have autism or some sort of, you know, mental problem and they find them online and they basically entrap people into these schemes and like these false flag events.
And they might have actually driven that kid out there and he did have a conversation with that guy.
Just to place him there, you know, within the scenes that they can take pictures and whatnot, use this person or whatever.
He might not even be a real person, but the witness talking about, you know, 1.7 seconds and 1.6 seconds, like, what is he, like, Rain Man?
Like, who counts in, like, fractions of a second?
It's just the acting and all of this, like, the would-you-believe of all of it's just insane.
It is!
It's just ridiculous beyond belief!

I mean, this is just embarrassingly bad.
Remember, it's just like the Jussie Smollett case.
You had this woman, Kamala Harris, had an anti-lynching bill no one thought was appropriate.
Cory Booker was co-sponsoring.
There wasn't the least interest.
So they had Jussie stage a fake A lynching in 2am in Chicago on a Christmas night by a couple rednecks who just happened to be walking around carrying a bottle of bleach and a noose to put around the neck of a black gay actor at 2am when no one else was on the street.
I mean, it was so stupid beyond belief.
And then Kamala and the Democrats immediately started talking about it as a modern-day lynching to get support for his bill.
Well, they got the domestic terrorism bill, and it's not getting a lot of support.
So they got to organize an event to support it.
I mean, it's as predictable as clockwork.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, that's right.
And again, I think they did this false shooting event in Buffalo to try and begin the whipping up of another summer of outrage that's similar to George Floyd's summer of outrage.
They've got the Antifa, Black Lives Matter, purple-haired, lesbian, transgender fanatics that are outside the Supreme Court.
Justice's homes.
They're trying to whip them up into a frenzy, I think, and you're probably going to have more fake events like this to try and, you know, create something that maybe they're going to try and suspend the elections, declare martial law.
They're going to somehow overstep their bounds and treat this as a You know, the domestic terror war and no one's going to believe it, though.
That's the irony is no one's going to believe it because shows like Dawn's Truth vs. News and others are out there and the smartest people know it and they watch it and they go, no, no, no, no, no.
All this is lies.
All of this is fraud.
And then they have these tells.
And you see the obvious ludicrous activity of a bullet hitting a skull, but no explosion.
You also see things like we saw in the subway shooting, where the woman is dripping blood out of a bag as she walks around the sub-basement of the train station.
And they're all Chinese, interestingly enough.
Uh, so you had that shooting.
Then you, you know, you had something else in California.
This is all, uh, I think, you know, you cry wolf so many times and people are just gonna eventually just not even respond to it.
And, and hopefully they'll respond by, by, uh, much more secure local community defense operations.
And as I've said before, I think we're moving in a direction when the, The Democrats try and unleash martial law and try and force the police to shut people down or register them.
Like you've said before, when they come for your guns, that's the time to use them.
That's right.
Holly, would you like to add some further reflections on all the above?
Well, I just thought it was kind of crazy.
It was like the same day that they are within.
I think it actually was like the same day or within the same 24 to 48 hours of this event.
There were other mass shootings at a Taco Bell, a McDonald's, a church.
There was all a bunch of people got shot in Chicago at the same time and there was no sort of discussion about any of those events because it doesn't fit the narrative that they want for like particularly gun control and whatnot.
Yep, yep, yep.
Well, John, that covers it for us for today.

Well, let's see, I have a few questions I can ask since we have about 10 more minutes.
You know, I missed the bullet.
By your clock, by my clock, actually, we're pretty much done.

The top thing that you showed here was this great guy talked to this kid the day before.
Is that right?
For an hour?
He talked to him on Friday.
The shooting was Saturday.
He said he talked to him for an hour.
Yeah, so that means that he's a black guy.
He's talking to a black guy with a racist.
I mean, what self-respecting racist is going to talk to a black guy for an hour?
He drove for four hours?
He drove four hours on Friday and drove back and forth.
It's ridiculous.
How could he afford the gas money?
I mean, that is absolutely... That shows his dedication, Holly.
He's really spent a fortune on gas just to shoot up Blackson, but he's willing to spend an hour talking to a black guy who even buys him a Gatorade.
I mean, Scott, is this just ridiculous?
I mean, how stupid, how dumb does it...
You know, again, Jim, we always come back to the fact that in the military we've seen what happens when people get shot and none of the human behavior is exhibited in these events.
When someone is shot, you see the impact, you see them hit.
Many a time they run for adrenaline, right?
the adrenaline kicks in and they run 10, 15, 20 yards and then slowly fall down and bleed out.
You don't see any of the ricochet sparks.
Anyone who shot a higher high caliber weapon like that, you know, knows those those are thundering booms.
And you see shattering brick and shattered wall and sparks and anybody who could hit someone with every pull of the trigger is quite a marksman because I've never been able to done it.
I was a sharpshooter in the army.
And then to make the impossible feat of shooting a guy standing by the trunk even when your gun isn't aimed at him.
Obviously, these are false.
But what's so offensive?
Is that we have descended into an America where these Mason, Masonic, false cops, FBI, law enforcement, political figures have undergone this This form of domestic terrorism against our own people.
This is trauma, this is domestic terrorism by the government against our own people.
And this is, you know, precisely what the Russians and Lavrov have been critical of Canada and the United States for.
Shutting down and imprisoning truckers, imprisoning patriots on January 6th.
It's funny that Russia and Lavrov have shown more compassion for the American-Canadian patriotic groups of people Than our own government.
And that is an ominous sign that, you know, like I've said before, Russia should say, all these U.S.
weapons that we're catching, we're going to send back to the United States and the American people to let the American people overthrow their fascist government that has now become out of control.
I'd like to start hearing them say more of that, and then you'll really see panic in the Democrat ranks, Jim.
And remember, it was Barack Obama who unleashed the floodgate of all these phony state shootings by vitiating the Smith-Mudd Act of 1948.
How often Scott has told me that as a PSYOPS officer, he was constantly concerned that their activities conformed to the Smith-Mudd Act.
That did not allow using the same techniques of staged riots, paid events, and all that sort of thing take place in the United States, which Barack Obama nullified by the Smith Modernization Act of 2012 just in time to bring us Sandy Hook.
May I add, may I add, after all the lawsuits I've been subjected to and all the libel and all that, I've made my way to the United States Supreme Court.
I am turning the tables and exposing how the state of Wisconsin has a sham summary judgment system that aids and abets The plaintiff in bringing a lawsuit and does nothing to protect the rights of the defendant, completely different than in the state of Texas, which tees it up for the Supreme Court, because the Supreme Court deals with issues where there are discrepancies between the states.
This has to do with a violation of the Seventh Amendment protection of the right to a jury trial.
Scott, this is teed up for the Supreme Court.
They can hit this one a mile.
equal process of law under the Constitution.
And Scott, this is teed up for the Supreme Court.
They can hit this one a mile.
It's really a beautiful case for the court, and I have been docketed.
Everyone can go to the Supreme Court of the United States and ask for the docket for Fetzer versus Posner.
It's no longer Posner vs. Fetzer.
It's my turn now.
Fetzer vs. Posner.
And by God, I have high hopes for this.
You can check it all out while you're there.
You can also learn where every Nikolai goes because in order to qualify for pro se, represent myself, I had to explain my finances that I cannot afford an attorney.
And believe me, affording an attorney is a very expensive proposition, because if I had an attorney, just a printing and mailing fee would have been $8,000 or $9,000.
The way I did it, the printing fee was $301, and the mailing wound it total of $1,300.
But that would have been attorney expenses on top of it.
And since I cannot afford an attorney, if The Supreme Court grants my case, and they will appoint an attorney to represent me in the court because they decided they will not let pro se defendants represent themselves, but the court will appoint an attorney.
Holly, your thoughts about all of the above?
Well, I just think it's amazing.
I really hope the Supreme Court picks it up, particularly I think with some more of the conservatives here, you know, with them, uh, possibly, I don't know, uh, picking it up.
I don't know how long it can sit on a docket list like that, but I think that's amazing.
I really hope some bigger... Ollie, let me disabuse you.
They got 30 days to respond once it's docketed.
The plaintiffs have 30 days and then the court... Oh, wow.
Yeah, I had no idea if it could sit there.
Well, listen to the rest.
Then the court, within 30 to 60 days, decides whether to take it or not, because now they have the response from the defendant, in this case, and any amicus briefs that are going to be submitted, and I expect quite a few.
In other words, this is already out there in the public domain.
And they know people are paying attention.
They know it's there.
And this is a fascinating case because it's a Seventh Amendment, Fourteenth Amendment case at its core.
But it has to do, it was exposed because they were suppressing my research on Sandy Hook, which Don was showing the book.
So it has these consequences for the First and the Second Amendment as well.
So this has everything.
And when you look at the evidence I managed to get in, but which because of their process, Don, enough, because of their process, they were able to set aside as unreasonable.
It turns out in Wisconsin, judges can set aside evidence if they think it's unreasonable.
I'm attacking that right at its core.
In Texas, this suit would have been thrown out on its face.
I can't begin to tell you how many aspects of this were anomalous and were unworthy of going forward in a court of law.
Jim, let me just say, the amicus brief represents a very significant opportunity.
I'll happily look into that and submit my own amicus brief.
The denial of exonerating evidence, evidence of fraud upon the court.
Remember, fraud upon the court and newly discovered evidence that the court has been lied to and deceived destroys the authority of the court to render a decision on something that's never happened.
It's as if they charged you with murder, and then it's discovered the body isn't a human being, it's a dummy!
So you can't charge me with murder if we've just found out that the body is a mannequin kind of thing.
So the same principle applies here.
The court took action based on something that the evidence, the preponderance of evidence, would prove that it was fraudulent, that it did not occur.
And that's what the judge has been paranoid over.
So, you know, if it's going to will out, it's going to all come undone like a wet tissue.
And the other thing is, yes, you have grounds to sue all of the high-tech media companies that abused you and violated your rights as conspirators that were part of this operation.

Listen, listen, this is a big deal because it means every summary judgment in the state of Wisconsin had been conducted in an improper manner.
And because that is ongoing, I believe they're going to expedite this case because they don't want the ongoing abuse that is denying American citizens of their right because Wisconsin has adopted such a perverse method of summary judgment.
This is a fascinating case.
So that they can deal with Sandy Hook without dealing with Sandy Hook because it's a background and the way they were abusing me by just pushing my evidence to the side and claiming there were no disputed facts because the judge was disputing all my evidence.
Dismissing it is unreasonable.
This is a fascinating case.
You gotta read it and it's all there.
Let me say this.
If they don't reply, if Posner and that group just don't reply in any way, shape or form, That just disappear, the entire case against you is ruled in your favor as if they're admitting everything that you're saying is true and they're not contesting it.
So if Posner doesn't issue a response, everything automatically by default goes in your favor and everything is wiped out.
Well, you've got to understand, I'm asking the court to rule that you have to standardize summary judgment standards in all 50 of the states.
In other words, it's not just me.
It's not just me dismissing, but making uniform summary judgment practices in all 50 states.
This is going to be a big deal.
A big deal.
And if you have the time, go there, do the search, find Fetzer vs. Posner, and read it.
It's all right there at your fingertips.
