	This is Jim Fetzer of Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joe Olson from Houston, Texas, and Mary Hennane in an undisclosed location in Florida.
	Meanwhile, we're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
	We begin with Russia moving to withdraw from the WTO and the WHO, which the United States, if it had any brains, would do the same.
	But because we're run by stooges who have lost their minds, it ain't gonna happen.
	Russia's lower house, the state Dumas, planning to discuss a withdrawal from the World Trade Organization and the World Health Organization, according to Piotr Tolstoy, Vice Speaker of Parliament.
	The Vice Speaker said Russia has already cancelled its membership in the Council of Europe and that leaving the WTO and WHO is next, which is really, really good.
	He added the government is expected to revise Russia's international obligation and treaties that do not currently bring any benefit to but rather damage the country.
	Russian President Putin in April observed that the illegal restrictions placed on Russian companies by Western states run counter to WTO rules, but the WTO has done nothing about it.
	The decision comes amid sweeping Western sanctions on Moscow over its military operation, which was fully justified.
	Meanwhile, the House votes to halt normal trade relations with Russia.
	This is largely symbolic because we've already Basically cancelled our trade relations with Russia, which is incredibly stupid.
	The legislation was passed by the House with just eight lawmakers, all Republicans, voting against it.
	The only ones who still have their heads screwed on right.
	The next Heads to the Senate, where Majority Leader Schumer has planned to have it passed.
	House Ways and Means Committee Chair Richard Neal, who introduced a bill, said he aims to inflict even greater economic pain on the Russian regime and its enablers.
	I mention again, this is punishment of the Russian people.
	This is a form of collective punishment.
	Under the Nuremberg Tribunals and the Geneva Conventions and the UN Charter, this is a war crime.
	So the United States is eagerly participating in a war crime through collective punishment of the Russian people for decisions made by their political leadership.
	This is outrageous.
	This shows Americans know nothing.
	It shows we have morons in Congress.
	We have a war criminal president.
	This is further and further evidence.
	The bill would give Biden authority to impose new tariffs from Russia and Belarus and requires the Biden admin to push for Russia's removal from the WTO, but the WTO has already abandoned its own role in monitoring these international relations where what the West is doing to Russia is wrong under the WTO.
	Since some of the most significant Russian imports have already been cut off, the revocation of normal trade is a symbolic blow.
	Pelosi, however, is all for it.
	She is a traitor to the United States, but then that's true of the whole Biden administration.
	Joe, your thoughts?
	Yeah, well, I found an interesting history program today on Vidkun Quisling, the Norwegian who sold out his country and was executed in 1945 for treason, and that's become a noun.
	Quisling is another word for traitor.
	We got a whole Congress full of traitors.
	Remember when the oil prices got up and our lovely president said that he was going to tap into the emergency strategic oil reserves?
	Guess what?
	He's sending U.S. strategic oil reserves to Europe because they don't have any way of subsidizing the gas and oil that they were getting from Russia.
	So what Russia has done is they have got Europe over an absolute economic barrel.
	Look for the complete collapse of NATO and EU within the next six months.
	Already the ruble is higher against the dollar, the British pound and the euro and expect more of that.
	And you mentioned in the earlier comments that I hear about Turkey saying that they were going to block NATO.
	And guess what?
	In Finland, yes, from Mandarin.
	Yeah, from Sweden and Finland.
	Finland is being blocked by NATO, which requires unanimous votes to enter new nations.
	And guess what?
	The Turkish lira collapsed 17% in one day.
	So basically, he's going to be standing there with his hand out saying, well, I've got you guys over a barrel on.
	I'm not going to give you my vote unless you agree to give me a whole bunch of extra funding, too.
	So, not only do we have the total collapse of Ukraine, which I'm sure we'll get into in more detail, but the whole entire structure of this pyramid is falling rapidly.
	And to be perfectly honest, we need a reset that doesn't involve any of the SOBs that are at the top of the current pyramid.
	And by the way, the ruble is simply getting stronger and stronger, and a whole lot of European nations are going forward and buying gas using rubles.

	So in regards to the who and You mentioned the pulling out.
	So when America pulled out under Trump, initially the thought was, oh, this is a good thing.
	But at the same time, what it does is give more power and more of a voice to China and to Billy Boy Gates.
	So now we have the 75th World Health Assembly, right?
	This Sunday.
	It's beginning on Sunday and they're going to vote for Director General, so I don't know if that means Tedros is going to leave.
	And there's also, I was looking at the Independent Oversight and Advisory Committee, but they're basically using the last three years of this pandemic to say there's been a lot of failures and the WHO has to step in.
	And if that's the case, and the WHO is in charge due to this treaty, then does that mean that elections are useless?
	What voice do we have if we indeed go into this direction of a new world order?
	Oh, you're absolutely right.
	If the W.H.O., if this treaty passes, they basically are going to be running the world through sovereign states who will no longer be able to exercise any independence.
	Russia is so smart to pull out a W.H.O.
	Trump was so smart to pull out a W.H.O.
	But Biden's complicit.
	He's part of the whole scheme to destroy America.
	And of course, it's not even the real guy, effectively.
	The United States has no president of the United States and everyone is just doing their own thing.
	Miriam, you make a good point.
	I wanted to say also, I've been doing research based on this book that I've cited by Ken Alibach, who was running the biggest Soviet Union labs in in the Soviet Union.
	And there's a film called Anthrax War because they had they they They determined that the anthrax that was unleashed post 9-11 was a strain called Ames that had been shared with other countries.
	And there's a clip of Putin in 2008 warning that bioweapons and nanotech might be the cause of a next war.
	This is in 2008.

	Yes, and just to clarify, the WHO's budget is $2.3 billion per year, and out of that, 15% was provided by the U.S., and so when Trump stopped that 15%, He turned around and gave that 15% to the Gavys, which is the Gates funding mechanism, which is the second largest funder of Who.

	So tell me how this, this is a sleight of hand for only the stupidest shell and pee idiots on the planet.
	Trump takes away the Who money and goes, look at me, I'm stopping funding of Who, turns around and gives it to Gates and Gates goes, okay, I'll give it back to Who.

	Utter carnage!
	The stock market is coming apart like a $20 suit as fear sweeps through Wall Street.
	This is starting to get really bad.
	By now, you've probably heard the stock market crash again on Wednesday.
	The carnage was immense.
	Big names on Wall Street are deeply concerned.
	It wasn't supposed to happen.
	After falling six weeks in a row, it's supposed to be the week when prices finally bounce back.
	Needless to say, that's not what we're witnessing.
	Here's the report.
	The Dow shed 1,164.52 points or 3.57% to 31,490.07 are the average's biggest declines since June of 2020.
	The S&P 500 trade 4.0.
	The Nasdaq composites at 4.73 to 11,418.15, the largest fall in the tech-heavy index since May 5th.

	The selling was broad and intense.
	If the Dow falls below the all-important 30,000 psychological barrier, the slide could quickly evolve into a full-blown avalanche.
	There's already tremendous fear on Wall Street, which could set off a colossal panic.
	Disappointing results from our two largest retailers on Wednesday were being blamed for the renewed wave of selling target.
	Reported a staggering 52% drop in profit for the first quarter, and Walmart had its worst day in 35 years.
	Well, why?
	Because U.S.
	consumers have a lot less discretionary income to spend because they're having to spend more on basics like food and gasoline.
	And we're being warned all retailers are likely to suffer as long as the highly inflationary environment persists.
	Biden brought this about, have no doubt about it.
	It wasn't necessary we'd be here.
	Joe Biden and his policy brought this about to the American people in their effort to destroy the United States.
	Any company relying on household and discretionary purchases will likely suffer this quarter because a lot of discretionary income has been funneled to food and energy prices, said Jack Albin, a founding partner of Crescent Capital.
	There's only so much money to go around.
	If prices stay at their current level, the average U.S.
	household would spend about $5,000 a year just on gasoline.
	U.S.
	households are now spending the equivalent of $5,000 a year on gasoline, up from $2,800 a year ago.
	And of course, gas prices aren't going to stay.
	They're going to rise higher and higher and higher.
	The average price just hit a record high.
	After growing nine days in a row, it's now $4.56 a gallon of regular diesel, $5.57.
	If you think $4.56 is bad, wait till the end of the summer.

	Borman is more than it could hit $6 a few months from now.
	And by the way, as it keeps going up, the economy keeps slowing down.
	If it gets as high as $10, the economy will crash because workers can't afford to drive to work.
	The economy will come crumbling down.
	In a desperate attempt to get the inflationary spiral they created under control, the Federal Reserve has begun raising interest rates, which is a reckless move.
	It's going to cause the housing market to crash.
	We have more evidence it's already starting to happen.
	Homebuyer demand for mortgages tumbled last week as the average interest rate hovered near a 13-year high, a sign the red-hot housing market may be cooling off.
	Mortgage application dropped 12% on a weekly, down 15% with the same week a year ago.
	The housing bubble won't survive without low interest rates, nor will the stock market bubble.
	Fed Chair Jerome Powell, however, doesn't seem to care.
	He's so spooked by inflation, he can't see any of our other problems.
	He told Wall Street the U.S.
	Central Bank will have to consider moving more aggressively.
	But, in other words, he's openly admitting the Fed may raise rates at an even faster pace by the end of the calendar year.
	Oh boy!
	The only reason stock ever got so ridiculously high is because the Fed kept interest rates way too low for way too long, and because the Fed kept pumping trillions of fresh dollars into the system.
	Now the Fed is taking away the punch bowl and aggressively raising interest rates.
	This is inevitably, inevitably going to cause a bubble.
	They created a completely and utterly implode.
	So if you want to know who's to blame, just look at the Fed.
	Believe me, I've been a critic for the Fed for a long time.
	They got us into this mess.
	Now everyone's hoping they can get us out.
	Put your faith in them if you want, but I would highly advise race yourself for the giant crash that has already begun to take place.

	Yes, well, speaking of quizlings, we have a Congress full of quizlings who yesterday voted 420 to 1.
	Representative Massey is the one who voted to make it a crime to have anti-Semitism.
	It's like, you know, give me a freaking break, man.
	Who can we not talk about on this planet?
	That's ruining the planet for the rest of us.
	And today there was a great hearing in Congress, maybe it was yesterday, posted at the conservative treehouse.
	Alaska Senator Dan Sullivan outlines details of the Biden administration actions to block U.S.
	oil production.
	He had in front of him the DOE sock puppet, Jennifer Granholm, who For educational purposes, has a poly-sci and French degree in 1984 from Berkeley, and then she also has a Harvard JD, and she was elected as a Democratic Attorney General in Michigan, and then later elected as a Democratic Governor in Michigan.
	And so here's a woman who's in charge of the Department of Energy who has zero Education or work experience in the energy sector.
	And when she's in front of this hearing and she's being questioned by Senator Sullivan, he says, well, I'm just going to ask you about the last three weeks, three actions that were taken by the federal government to reduce our domestic oil production.
	And that would be the DOE blocks land leases.
	The Department of Interior blocks offshore leases, and the EPA passes new rules restricting drilling anywhere in the world that's part of U.S.
	territory.
	And she starts babbling on and on about how, yeah, we're gonna start increasing the production of liquefied natural gas because that has a lower hydrocarbon footprint, and it's compatible with our future need to switch to a completely hydrogen economy.

	Miriam, In regards to the stock market, I mean, we're all watching.
	We all know where this is heading.
	We know that the market is going to crash.
	This is all Hegelian.
	When Trump was in power and he said, if Biden wins, the stock market is going to crash.
	401Ks would shrink.
	We would be paying $5, $6, $7 for gasoline.
	So is it that He was right or is it because this is part of the political theater and they go back and forth.

	I just know that they are hell-bent in crashing the market and we're seeing it.

	Meanwhile, 2,000 mule allegations are not part of claims dismissed by the Georgia Election Board, despite media reports are trying desperately to discredit 2,000 mules.
	But the evidence it presents is decisive.
	While dozens of outlets claimed otherwise, the Georgia State Election Board has not debunked any assertion made in the recently released 2000 Mules documentary.
	Election Board members seemed to suggest during a May 17 meeting they'd disproven allegations from the documentary alleging widespread voter fraud, but the Board has yet to review any claims made by Truth or Vote.
	As described in the documentary released May 7, Houston-based Truth or Vote spent a year and a half analyzing cell phone data and Dropbox surveillance videos to show patterns of what they call illegal ballot trafficking during the 2020 election.
	They focused their work on five jurisdictions in five swing states run by Biden—Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
	The same states that were the subject of the Texas lawsuit that the U.S.
	Supreme Court incredibly declined to review.
	None of the complaints of voter fraud associated with the documentary were even taken up during the meeting.
	Three election members repeatedly referenced it before hearing evidence from a state investigator The two repeatedly cautioned against bringing false allegations.
	One warning it could bring penalties.
	In other words, they're trying to cover it up and suppress it.
	In an apparent swipe at the movie makers, especially Dinesh D'Souza, board member Sarah Tyndall Gozzle said that real harm had been caused by these unsupported allegations asserted by individuals to seek profit off them.
	This is just like the CIA advisory to their assets to how to attack critics of the Warren Commission.
	Claim their allegations are unsupported.
	They have no new evidence and claim they're out to make money.
	This is ridiculous.
	Sarah Tyndall Giesel has just made herself a member of the good standing with the CIA disinformation clique.
	This is absurd.
	During the meeting, the only matter concerning to the vote complaint was an update on when an investigation can begin.
	Secretary of State General Counsel Ryan Germany said an effort to look into a broad complaint is on hold until they comply with subpoenas issued on April 21st.
	The holdup concerns a desire to identify a source they had known as John Doe, an informant who provided details about the election fraud that sparked the organization's investigation itself.
	Very, very good.
	Revealing his identity could put him in grave danger.
	No doubt about it, he'd probably be whacked.
	More than anything, Katherine Engelbert, who was behind the move, wants the information that they have uncovered to be thoroughly investigated.
	She'll be glad to turn over all the information used in the analysis once her informant's safety is guaranteed.
	And indeed, this is separating the messenger and the message.
	The message is overwhelmingly well supported by the documentary.
	The idea of focusing on the messenger is improper and wrong.
	Some say the film decisively shows irrefutable pattern of voter shenanigans that signal well-orchestrated criminal misdeeds.
	Exactly right.
	Critics say they're not convinced.
	Well, anyone watching the video would be convinced, so anyone who says they're not convinced has either not watched the video or is simply a party to attempting to debunk the evidence that is, in my judgment, conclusive.
	A year before the movie was released, she brought her findings to official in Georgia after the first part was complete, but they dismissed her concerns.
	She brought it to leaders of the state Republican Party and the Republican governor.
	None of them took action.
	Kent, the governor, will face a first hurdle in May 24th at the gubernatorial primary.
	His chief competitor is former Senator David Perdue, who lost his seat in a runoff during the election cycle and who has been the very cycle questioned by truth of vote.
	Purdue was endorsed by Trump, who has contended from the beginning that it was stolen by coordinated fraud.
	He's relentlessly criticized Kemp, who is, oddly enough, supported by Mike Pence, who was derelict in his duty of sending the different slates of electors that were disputed back to the states for clarification and thereby became complicit in the theft of the election.
	I have no doubt that Kemp is going to lose and Purdue is going to prevail and more evidence will substantiate that to be the right outcome.
	She officially filed a complaint with the Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Rassenberger, who's also seeking re-election.
	True the Vote described the informant who claimed he was one of many paid to collect and deliver absentee ballots.
	They were paid $10 a ballot.
	His assignment included collecting ballots both from voters in targeted neighborhoods from NGOs that had their own ballot collection process, delivering them to other NGOs, picking up designated ballot bundles, depositing them into drop boxes spanning six counties.
	Each Dropbox would typically include between 5 and 20.
	He described a payment validation process involving taking cell phone photos of the Dropbox.
	Participants were compensated typically a rate of $10 per ballot.
	He was directly paid by one of the NGOs he has testified.
	True The Vote requested a review 4 million minutes of Dropbox surveillance video.
	Which is required under law for monitoring draw boxes.
	To some of our request officials have responded the video does not exist and they cannot explain why.
	As part of their plan to check the informant claim to the vote purchase cell phone data, emitting signals called pings, showing phone locations.
	The data, once acknowledged by Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts to be highly accurate, is created by cell phone apps and is sold to brokers for marketing purposes.
	It enabled them to establish what devices were at what locations at what times.
	by mapping 10 trillion cell phone pings.
	True the vote found that in six counties in and around Atlanta, 5,502, 987 cell phones came in with a narrowly defined distance of ballot drop boxes, 242 unique devices made repeated trips, averaging 23 each, and each also repeatedly averaging 23 each, and each also repeatedly averaging eight apiece to specific NGOs.
	Matching the times to have cell phone data and a surveillance video to the vote observed people stuffing multiple ballots.
	Many of the cars used were rental.
	Ballot handlers could be seen photographing the drop boxes necessary for payment.
	True, the vote dubbed the ballot carriers mules.
	The organization repeated in key areas in five swing states more than 2,000 so-called mules, but actually the number was probably closer to 200,000.
	In Georgia, these 242 individual devices went to Dropboxes a total of 5,668 times.
	How many times is a person to post a vote?
	That was between midnight and 5 a.m.
	Yeah, well, everyone turns out between midnight and 5 a.m.
	to vote.
	Meanwhile, after Arizona authorities announced fingerprints on absentee ballot envelopes helped uncover an illegal ballot harvesting scheme in that state, individual deposing ballots in drop boxes in Georgia began wearing blue surgical gloves.
	During the Georgia election board meeting, though they didn't hear or consider any information related to True the Vote, board members did vote to dismiss three complaints brought by a Georgia resident.
	I'm very disturbed by this.
	All three involve surveillance video of activity at drop boxes.
	All three show drivers getting out of cars and depositing multiple ballots in drop boxes.
	Uh, the investigator told board members he was able to track down the drivers of the cars using their license tags in all three cases.
	The driver's story checked out, however, they were depositing ballots belonging to family members, so those were innocuous.
	During a discussion of a case involving a white Ford SUV, a board member, Edward Lindsey, asked, do you know whether or not this was one of those who used car and car tag pictures when published publicly?
	I've not seen the movie, but I did see a representation and it did show a clip playing that subject in that white SUV.
	The video One of several surveillance clips shown in a montage during the interview on Tucker, because it was clear enough to illustrate ballot box being visited by multiple parties, was also significant because it was visited by 271 over a 25-year period.
	True The Vote had monitored.
	When True The Vote requested to check the log of the ballot box, they found there had been 1,962 ballots deposited by those 271 people.
	Staggering.

	Joe, your thoughts?
	Yes, well, like I mentioned earlier, I had met Kathleen Ingerbright at a True the Vote meeting in January 2011 here in Houston and followed her at a number of different meetings and also followed her great, courageous work in the Mississippi Senate runoff and then courageous work in the Mississippi Senate runoff and then also followed her extensively as they were leaking material on the 2000 mules, Went to see it at a theater so that I could pay the actual $20.
	On May 20th, the first showing that they had, and was disturbed that there was a lot less anger on the part of the crowd that sat there and watched it than I thought was deserved.
	And she's going to have a Q&A session, and I can't find the website.
	Thank you, Android and Google, you pieces of crap.
	But I can't find the exact date and time so while I'm sitting here on my tablet but I will find that and I will put it down in the comment sections.
	I'm pretty sure it's this coming Monday and whenever I have the exact date and time I'll send it to you and you and Carl and I can talk about it but she said it'll be a A two-hour webinar where they're going to take questions from the people that have watched it and answer them on air.
	She said she's got 10 times the amount of data that was in the film that they will either produce a second film or they will just make it all generally available to the public so that you can force your local district attorneys and your state attorney generals that are all rhinos that are sitting on their butt, hoping this goes away, that they really need to be doing something.
	And if they don't, we need to make sure that if there is such a thing as an honest election, honest people can get rid of this uniparty bunch of crooks that we've had for the last 40 years.
	Well, the effort to suppress all this evidence is going to be overwhelming and ongoing right up to November.

	So I wasn't here last week to hear what what both of you said in regards to 2000 mules.
	I watched it and I reached out trying to see if I can interview anyone without any success.
	One thing I found interesting is, which must have been strategic or conscious, is that they do not mention in the film That the Rona the coronavirus was used in order to dilute and corrupt voting and to legitimize why we needed all these drop boxes to begin with.
	I don't know if if either of you remember that they were going to do a White House siege.
	Last, prior to the elections, they were going to go outside of the White House from about mid-September all the way to November and it was going to be BLM and Occupy and TIFA.
	Do either of you remember that?
	Oh yeah, look at the riots they had and all the police cars they burned during the inauguration in 2016 and nobody got arrested for that.
	But this this was called the White House siege.
	It ended up not going through.
	They blamed it on the rain.
	It was the editor in chief of Adbusters that was organizing it.
	And I mentioned that because I interviewed him and I said, how are you justifying that you're organizing a protest?
	This is May, but you know, in November, That you need these mail-in voting for something less fatal than the flu, but it's okay to protest in front of the White House.
	And he said, you're getting caught up in the details, which is where the devil lies.
	I mean, these drop boxes need to be outlawed, period.
	So I think, was it Pennsylvania that outlawed Pennsylvania County?
	Well, there's a lot going on here.
	A lot going on.
	Did either of you comment or notice that they did not mention the coronavirus in 2000 news?
	I think it's just not legally relevant.
	It's true, politically insignificant as to how this happened, but it doesn't legally affect The theft of the election using this mechanism.
	So I think they just did it to focus because they had limited time.
	They could easily have mentioned it within a few minutes, though, of course, Miriam.
	I mean, I think it would have been a good idea.
	I do not believe it affects the legal standing of what they're presenting.
	And then the response was that this GP location is not accurate enough.
	That was the response the lawyers prevented.
	Fox lawyers prevented any speaking of 2,000 mules.
	That's just a phony complaint.

	I mean, look at the staggering number of ballots they find from a minuscule number.
	They got nearly 2,000 ballots from 250 who hit the drop box.
	I mean, for God's sake.
	So in the end, there is no shortage of different forms of evidence if the other side doesn't want to acknowledge something.
	What, we're going to turn blue in the face?
	A big swath of people know that this election was stolen, that there was effery.
	So where do we go from here if the other side doesn't even want to cover this movie?
	Well, you move forward through the legal system.
	Look, the evidence is overwhelming.
	I don't think the fact there's going to be political resistance is at all surprising, not even remotely.
	And the Democrats are going to oppose it every step of the way.
	The opposition is going to be massive.
	Joe?
	Yes, I went to a Tea Party meeting last Thursday and was discussing this with somebody.
	And I had mentioned that in a previous Tea Party meeting, I had heard Louis Gohmert, who is running for State Attorney General, said that our Attorney General has 400 lawyers that are fully licensed by the bar working in the AG's office and he had not prosecuted a single person.
	And then I did a little research and it turns out the person that they caught doing the ballot harvesting and the Project Veritas in San Antonio was indicted and is being prosecuted by the state attorney general's office.
	And then somebody at the Tea Party meeting said, no, no, no, that's been updated.
	They actually have a half dozen cases in Texas that are being prosecuted.
	But they're finding the people at the nursing homes where they ended up, you know, collecting a dozen fake ballots from people that were completely invalid.

	Children and students attending daycare K-12 programs in college in Louisiana, at least for now, will not be required to get the vax.
	The announcement reversed an earlier decision requiring students to be fully vaxed.
	Edwards, the governor, said he based the decision on the fact that the FDA has not fully approved the vax for people under 16, that they will continue to recommend children over five get the vax, but it's a recommendation.
	The governor implied that the VACs for people over 16 are fully improved.
	However, they're only on an emergency basis, and the VACs that were approved are not available in the United States.
	All COVID VACs are being administered only under emergency use.

	of the Children's Defense Fund said, the science shows this age group is at zero risk from COVID and high risk of debilitating and sometimes deadly vaccine injury.

	Rather than conduct their own independent research, he added, hats off to Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry who forced Governor Edwards to back off of this insane mandate.
	Children held defense on March 16th, filed an amicus brief arguing the data do not support mandatory vacs for children and it's scientifically unjustified to impose them.
	About 4,700 Louisiana parents put, joined in the brief.
	Simply put, the VAX has not been shown to be either effective or safe for children.
	The benefits are minuscule, while the risks, including potentially fatal heart damage, are known and serious.
	Landry wasn't alone in trying to block the mandate.
	Louisiana's House Health and Welfare Committee filed a resolution to repeal it.
	However, in a 4-3 vote on May 11, the committee rejected the resolution, allowing the mandate to stand.
	According to New Orleans Public Radio, only 24% of children age 5 to 17 are fully vaccinated.

	New Orleans Public Schools is the only district in the state that already requires students to be vaccinated.
	Because the district doesn't need state permission, the state health department announcement isn't likely to impact the requirement already in place.

	The part I found most interesting, however, is the stated plan to encourage agricultural and scientific innovation at home via the proposed Genetic Technology Precision Breeding Bill.
	The proposed bill, which for some reason is not available through the Parliament website, follows on from DEFRA's announced loosening regulation of genetic research back in January.
	To quote the National Institute of Agricultural Botany, the legislation would take certain precision breeding techniques out of the scope of restricted GMO rules.
	Essentially, this would see new gene-edited foods as distinct from old-fashioned genetically modified foods, and therefore not subject to the same rules and oversight.
	The claimed distinction is that gene editing, as opposed to genetic modification, doesn't introduce DNA from other species.
	Therefore, in effect, it's merely speeding up what could potentially naturally happen over time.
	You know, I might think this is all just semantics and that such a law will just provide a loophole for all genetically modified foods to simply rebrand themselves as genetically edited foods and thereby avoid regulation.
	But that is disgustingly cynical and shame on you for even thinking of it.
	All in all, this is pretty on-message stuff, not especially surprising what's noteworthy is by pure happenstance, I'm sure.
	It appears to coincide with a renewed push on the GM food front in other countries all over the world.
	In December of 2021, for example, Switzerland added an amendment to its moratorium on GMO crops permitting the use of certain gene editing techniques.
	Last month, Egypt announced their new strain of GM wheat.
	Just two days ago, Ethiopia's National Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center announced they had researched and the country will now be growing genetically modified cotton and maize.
	Despite Russia's sweeping ban on the cultivation and or importation of genetically modified crops, they have nonetheless created a 111 billion ruble project ...to create up to 30 varieties of genetically edited plants and farm animals.
	Britain's deregulation of GM food is always described as a post-Brexit move, where the EU chided around the world for its precautionary principle on GM crops.
	And yet, as long ago as last April, the EU was calling for a rethink on GM crops.
	In fact, just today, the European Biotechnology Magazine reports, the EU Commission has launched a final consultation on the deregulation of new breeding techniques in agriculture.
	Why this?
	Why now?
	So we're seeing a sudden increase in the variety of GM crops available in a simultaneous push for deregulation of the industry in Western nations.
	Why would they be doing this now?
	Well, there is a food crisis.
	More accurately, they have just created a food crisis.
	And as the cliche, the Gaelian dialectic inevitably goes, their manufactured problem is now in need of their contrived solution.
	We should expect to see genetic engineering pitched as a solution to our food crisis in the very near future, like yesterday, or indeed two months ago.
	That's how fast they work now, with barely a pretense at concealing the plan, spitting out the answers so fast they make it obvious they knew the question beforehand.
	On March 15, when the special operation Ukraine was less than three weeks old, the time was already headlining war forces farmers to think again about GM crops and reporting genetic modification could make Britain's food system less susceptible to geopolitical turmoil.

	And just today, the Genetic Literacy Project, published in an article by Ukrainian-Canadian David Zaruk, railing against the EU's precautionary principle on GMOs, calling for an embracing of new technology to prevent widespread hunger and increased food sovereignty, goes on and on.
	Of course, it's all about the food crisis.
	Giving corporate giants free reign to genetically alter all the food we eat will also be good for the planet.
