Real Deal Special Report - Protesting Pedophilia in Florida (28 March 2022)

Here we go.
Stand by.
This is Jim Fetzer, your host on a Real Deal special on pedophilia featuring Luke McKee, who's doing brilliant work exposing pedophiles, especially down under Australia, New Zealand.
Luke has new developments here involving individuals who've been targeted, accused, abused right here in the USA.
Luke, would you be glad to introduce your guest today?
Okay, today we have Jason Brown and a member of his protest group, which we will give the nickname Grandfather.
Who were exercising their First Amendment right to protest.
And if they were not protesting outside a pedophile cult that has a doctrine that all the members of their cult must witness pedophilic acts done to newborn male members of the cult, I would not be going into bat for them.
But this case is going to show everyone the dark side of the Anti-Defamation League and possibly George Soros-appointed Democrat sheriffs and Democrat-appointed DAs in Orange County, Orlando, Florida.
This is going to show everyone.
This is this is not a case of National Socialist versus Jews.
This is the case of First Amendment protesters who were peaceful, who were not violent, who did not respond to oral provocation.
So whilst what we have here at the very minimum,
Is Sheriff Mina, a Democrat in Florida, doing discrimination and saying, if you have political views that DeSantis and the Governor doesn't like, and you're being pointed out as a target for police action by Governor DeSantis a day before the incident happened, you are fair game for state-sponsored political violence and assault.
This, until justice is done, this case proves Americans are second class citizens in their own country to the power of a minority race.
That has a segment of a minority race that has a doctrine of pedophilia, which is metzitzah bepeh.
So I have some, we have some tabs to get through, but Jason Brown and two other individuals, I believe are victims of trumped-up charges.
Now, Jason, for legal reasons, cannot talk about those trumped-up charges, but he is accused of theft, and no theft occurred because no item was removed from the scene, and no phone was the item, and no item was removed from someone's person.
The sheriff says if you charge in to a protest group and throw the first punch, and your spectacles get broken, or you drop your phone that you brought in to a physical confrontation, you instigated, that's someone else's fault for the damage that occurs.
In America, everyone gets to speak.
That's the First Amendment, even if it's unpopular.
Okay?
No one gets to do political violence.
And the key point here is this case is bigger than Jesse Smollett.
Jesse Smollett claimed to be a victim of a hate crime and lied to police.
David Neustadt Not only lied to police, but it looks like that the police allowed, we were aware, all the footage the police received showed him doing political violence first.
The mainstream news censored this.
Him doing the violence first and then he was called a victim.
If this can happen to people protesting outside of Chabad UCF.com child abuse cult headquarters and they can be attacked by someone who's friends with a rabbi, what's going to happen next when this drag queen story hour with yet another convicted pedophile And Antifa goes in and punches first and then gets called a victim.
We're here today to stop this precedent being set.
So that's the intro.
And we've got some videos to see and some tabs to go through.
And we'll just let the evidence speak for itself.
But Jason, would you like to say a few words now?
Not about your case, just about what happened to your group.
Yeah, thank you, Jim, for having me on.
Thank you, Luke, for hosting it.
And thank you, Grandfather, for also being here.
It's definitely what they're doing to us is not right.
You know, and you will show the video evidence where this Jew gets out of his vehicle and assaults Grandfather.
And then we're the ones that get locked up.
So it only proves Jewish supremacy and, you know, Jewish power.
It proves our point, what they're doing.
Until Governor DeSantis demands justice being done, I believe his unofficial campaign slogan is Make America Florida 2024.
So let's make America like Florida, where people, agent provocateurs of a pedophile cult can punch anyone they want for protesting outside a religious institution that is doing its very best to normalize agent provocateurs of a pedophile cult can punch anyone they want
Chabad on their American website, they say that they celebrate Germany making a new law that was made to get a Chabad rabbi off sex charges in 2012 for doing a surprise.
I don't want to say the phrase because it's sexually derogatory.
So I actually have a clip of some Jewish people talking about the phrase involving what they do to infants, which is disgusting.
So let me share my screen now.
We'll start going into it.
Okay.
So where do I begin?
Let's start with Governor DeSantis.
One day before the incident went down to set the scene.
OK, you all seeing this?
Yes.
OK, let's go.
So what I'm going to say is these people, these Democrats, who are trying to use this as some type of political issue to try to smear me as if I had something to do with it, we're not playing their game.
You know, some jackasses, you know, doing this on the street.
First of all, state law enforcement is going to hold them accountable because they were doing stuff on the overpass.
So they're absolutely going to do that, and they should do that.
But I'm not going to have people Try to smear me that belong to a political party that has elevated anti-Semites to the halls of Congress like Ilhan Omar, that have played footsie with the BDS movement, that even have people in their party that have cavorted with Farrakhan.
No, we're going to take our record in Florida and what we've done, signed the strongest anti-Semitism bill in the country.
We've stood stared down companies who were indulged in BDS like Airbnb and we've won.
We've provided record funding for Jewish day schools and we've had the strongest relationship between Florida and Israel than we ever had in terms of education, business, All these tremendous things that have happened since our since our state visit in 2019 and so they try to play games to try to politicize.
Why would they do that?
Why would they want to elevate a half dozen malcontents and try to make this an issue for political gain?
Well because they want to distract From the failure that we've seen with Biden, and they're all joined at the hip.
All these policies, they all support in Florida 100%.
The inflation that these policies have caused, it's absolutely killing people at the gas pump, in the grocery store, making everything we do in the economy more expensive.
You look at the disaster on the southern border.
People from like 100 different countries pouring into the country illegally.
Hundreds of thousands of people a month.
They support those policies.
Those are bad policies.
You look at the crime throughout the country that's really spiraling out of control because of soft on crime policies.
We're not going to let that happen in Florida, but that is something that they're tied at the hip with.
You look internationally how our country's been humiliated, how these other problems are happening, all because of the failure of leadership.
And so that is what they're trying to avoid, is being able to be held accountable for that.
So we're not going to let them get away, you know, with these stupid things where they're trying to smear somebody unfairly.
And I will not be smeared by them.
And that's just a reality.
And oh, by the way, Florida is probably, God, maybe other than Israel, the number one destination for Orthodox Jews to move to, if you look over the last two years.
So there we go.
He talked about Orthodox Jews, which is which is Chabad.
OK, so that was that was on February the 2nd, one day before the incident we're going to talk about next.
Now I'm going to go to my email.
OK, and this is this is the email that I was being sent.
I've been sending around now.
So, here is the clip of what really happened.
We better dive into that quickly and show that now.
Okay, no.
This is what the mainstream media did not show.
This is a slowed down clip of what happened.
That's the only form of editing.
Okay, he's doing something in his car.
He's looking down.
And the phone briefly.
It gets out of the car.
This is frame by frame.
It gets out of the car.
Can you possibly blow that up?
If you could blow that up.
OK, I will.
What I have to do is I have to open it on Telegram.
And I can do that.
I just have to find the pin messages in my Telegram group has got many different topics.
We'll have in a few seconds.
Okay.
Oh, there we go.
Here it is on Telegram.
And that's as big as I can blow it up.
So we'll play it again.
Wide screen.
I like that.
I don't like watching it.
Since I'm the one that's got the broken hand and the See how someone's recording?
Someone's recording over here.
That's the person in the white truck next to them.
We don't know if that person was worthy, but they were supportive.
They didn't go through the light.
They waited at the light with him.
And also they flashed the gun.
They flashed the gun, but we have no proof of that.
Two people saw it.
Yeah, probably undercovers.
There needs to be an investigation.
Boom.
They waved it.
And there was no...
Down you go.
So just clarify for me exactly what's going on here.
The protesters with the bullhorn, what are they protesting?
And he's coming out and attacking them.
Tell me more.
Yes, we can do that.
So the mainstream media only showed what happened after he threw the first punch.
And of course, the media had the full footage and deliberately published a fake news story to support America's next Jesse Smollett.
So I want to show you something else here.
Let me just go through.
You didn't tell me.
What are they protesting and why was he objecting and assaulting them?
Okay, they were protesting.
I'll just show you where.
Here we go.
Sorry, I'll open on Telegram desktop.
Perhaps you should show him the video.
Okay.
Here's a good question.
James Fetzer asked a good question.
Where were they protesting?
They were protesting at a future site that is being developed By Chabad at UCF.
UCF is University of Central Florida, and outside the university, this pedophile cult, which we'll talk about the proven doctrine of pedophilia in a second, is building a massive conference hall.
And the group yelling anti-Semitic slurs, those slurs, I understand, Jason, would you want to confirm that you were making comments critical of Metsitzar Beper?
Which was Jason.
Was it Jason who got out of the car?
No, the person that got out of the vehicle, his name is David Neustadt.
He got out not one time, but two times.
He was parked in a turning lane where he put the car in park.
He got out the first time, started bantering with me and Mark Colucci.
He was bantering with us and a bunch of us, and we figured he was just going to get back in his car and leave.
So, he gets back in his car.
He throws... Grandfather came up to his window to say something.
He threw a what they call waffle fry from Chick-fil-A in Grandfather's face.
Then he rolled up the window.
We figured he was going to leave.
He jumped back out of the car.
David knew that.
And then he went over and hit Grandfather.
And Grandfather went to the ground.
And by the way, here in the state of Florida, that's a mandatory three years in prison for hitting anybody 65 years and older.
This is a state that protects the senior citizens.
Of which there is a super abundance in Florida.
I resided in Florida for about five years myself in Bradenton near Sarasota where I was teaching at New College of the University of South Florida.
So you were We're protesting.
Grandfather and you were there too, Jason.
We're protesting the development of this center on the campus of University of Central Florida.
Nearby the campus.
Yeah, chabaducf.com is the website of the institution they were protesting.
Yeah, we were having a rally from NSF.
This is a Zionist organization, I take it, right?
The Chabad?
Yes.
Yeah.
I couldn't believe listening to Governor DeSantis, how he was kissing the ass of Israel.
I mean, that was embarrassing.
Oh yeah.
He was even denigrating BDS, which I think is a very worthy movement.
People should be entitled to support or not support.
I mean, the Israelis have been so abusive of Palestinians for, my God, since the founding of Israel.
It's just outrageous.
That's, to me, very distressing that the Santas Should be taking such a Zionist role.
I don't like that any more than I'd like when Donald Trump bent over backwards for Israel and Zionism.
I don't like any of that.
In my opinion, it's very un-American.
There's nothing praiseworthy about it.
Very much so.
Agreed.
I mean, he even went to the degree to, he went over to Israel, and when Ron DeSantis got back, or governor, he signed into law HB 751, BDS law, Boycott the Investment Sanction laws, and any criticism of Jewish people on any campuses.
That's just absurd!
I mean, what do they think?
Jews are paragons of virtue?
That Jews never misbehave?
That Jews are immune from criticism?
I mean, that's just absurd!
You might as well say, all Americans or all Roman Catholics are immune from criticism.
That's ridiculous!
They're human beings, they make mistakes, they commit their share of crimes.
Some would even suggest disproportionately, and especially in financial domain.
So this is a ridiculous law.
I'm very embarrassed by DeSantis doing this.
Many of us thought DeSantis was a very good guy, and he's made a lot of moves regarding the pandemic and the Vax and denying mandates and all that.
But this is the other side of the coin.
I do not like this.
He's revealed his very dark side.
Revealed the very dark side.
He recognized he's a very successful politician.
He's become the governor because he's so good at it.
He's catering to that gigantic Jewish flock of voters.
He knows.
He quotes how many there are.
He knows.
He's calculated all that.
He's a politician.
So he knows how to kiss the ass of his voters.
It's illegal what he's doing.
I understand from the laws in other states, like you can't get in New Orleans, you couldn't get government grants to rebuild your house after a hurricane, unless you sign an affidavit saying I will never stand against the state of Israel, a foreign government, or They've taken it even further.
That's how far the BDS legislation goes in some states.
So now we have to get into the scary part, which is to prove that Chabad is a pedophile cult.
So to do that, I'm going to show parts of a presentation from a Jewish doctor, Jonathan Zimmelman, Um, who had, I believe that the ADL censored his presentation because I linked to it.
The ADL reacted to my activism.
I haven't proven that yet, but I've, I've asked the, uh, John Hopkins and the doctor directly on his incorrect email address for comment, and I haven't got any.
So we're going to go with that now.
So let's share the screen.
This is the email I was sending around under, under Florida law.
Under Australian law, section 91H of the Crimes Act to do with child abuse material, there is a medical exemption.
I want to make that clear.
And under Florida law, there is a specific provision that if you are in possession of images of child abuse and you're sending them to law enforcement to get action done, that is a defence.
And if the Florida government says that the content from this PDF that's from John Hopkins Medical is child abuse material, that means they are working with a pedophilia cult and allowing pedophilia cult operatives to do political violence, which is scary.
So here is the PDF.
Okay.
From Jonathan Zettelman, MD.
This document I downloaded from John Hopkins.
They are on the flyers that we plan to redistribute with this video presentation.
There will be a link to download this exact document that you see here from the Internet Archive, as well as a backup link, because the Internet Archive has a history of doing dubious censorship, okay?
So this is a medical presentation.
1-3-3-A and 1-3-3-B in the Babylonian Talmud.
1-3-3-B is the best part.
It says, any rabbi that does not bend down and put their lips on a baby's penis and orally suck it.
Can you, Jason, can you pronounce metzitzah b'peh properly?
Because my Hebrew is a bit flaky.
No, I think that's right.
Metzitzah b'pah.
Metzitzah b'pah.
Yeah.
So, That so here we have, you know, city in New York, the Democrat politicians did a deal with
With Orthodox Jewry to the Jews said we're not going to give you our voting block in you unless you stop the New York Department of Health safe breeze campaign to crack that's cracking down on our rabbis doing surprise baby oral suction as the Jerusalem Post calls it.
Okay, so you can see here.
Oh, sorry, scroll up that quickly.
Okay, but this isn't this is medical content.
Okay, this is a doctor see this stuff all the time.
Okay, and it talks about herpes simplex virus.
A newborn baby's immune system cannot cope with cold sores.
It literally kills it.
This is this is a dead baby that died from Rabbi child abuse ritual.
Okay, and If everyone goes to youtube.com forward slash user forward slash Jews on television, the most popular video on there is an ABC TV New York Cradle of Secrets special on this.
Okay, now Chabad Chabad, when they get cracked down from law enforcement they say that they use a glass tube for sucking the baby penis and sampling the blood with their mouth but from what I understand is in America they don't want to and in New York they refuse to obey the law not to do it or to get informed signed consent from the parents.
And the law in New York asked the New York Department of Health, every time you do this ritual, the rabbi must inform the New York Department of Health they've done it and they refused to obey the law.
There was a First Amendment lawsuit where they're saying it's our First Amendment to suck a baby's penis.
And but that was never followed through.
So it is, you have the First Amendment right to practice religion, but that shouldn't be inclusive of.
Okay, so I caught up 1-800.
See, that's the First Amendment lawsuit I was speaking about.
So we're just scrolling through it, you know, First Amendment, the Constitution, blah, blah, blah.
So it comes out that there is increased risk of death linked to the circumcision ritual.
It cannot be medically challenged, okay?
And this is John Hopkins Medical, okay?
He's got the email, he knows what's going on.
So another thing to look at is, since we're looking at DeSantis, okay?
This is from the mainstream news from The Guardian on February the 2nd.
Okay?
And DeSantis said, Jason, you know, that these First Amendment protesters did something naughty.
They hanged up a Let's Go Brandon sign over the overpass, just like Alex Jones is demanding all of his listeners do to promote his own website and his bloody ad breaks.
Okay.
And Governor DeSantis wanted to see that these guys get arrested for something.
He made that statement in the media.
Okay.
We didn't get that part of the clip we saw earlier, but this part in the middle of the screen here.
And then the sheriff said, I believe that one, then the sheriff, what did the sheriff say?
We've got some more things to say.
Here we go.
This is, this is from the highest ranking, Orthodox Jewish rabbi in all of New York.
He says that Listerine cures COVID.
Listerine cures COVID.
And if we put Listerine in our mouth, we don't have, as rabbis, we don't have to socially distance the rabbi lips from the baby dick.
He said the herpes virus is more dangerous to infants than the coronavirus.
And no child has ever been infected with herpes or died.
Therefore, this is part of the coronavirus policy of Chabad Lubavitch.
So they're saying that...
Luke, let me just say, look, I think that's a bizarre practice.
I certainly deplore it, but it's part of a religious ritual that they embrace.
I'm not quite clear precisely what point you're making here, that you think that's repulsive.
I could agree.
I think it's illegal.
If it's part of their religious ritual, I mean, you know, there's a lot of tolerance for religious freedom, and while I don't like it, I wouldn't put it quite on the order of Child sacrifice, which everyone I think would agree is unacceptable.
This is, I think, contemptible practice, but there it is.
I'm just not quite clear exactly what point you're making here.
My point here is that document was censored by the ADL because the ADL said Jewish baby lives don't matter.
Only the person that does an oral sex act.
I called up 1-800-THE-LOST, which is the FBI-affiliated child abuse tip-off line, and I asked them at the very start of the call, I can play it very briefly, just play the first minute if you want.
They said that there should be no excuse in America It's part of a religious ritual to put your lips on a baby penis and suck it.
Now, Jason's also found a video of a rabbi getting very excited because they're doing the brit milah ritual.
And some conspiracy theorists believe that when the human body is subjected to pain, a hormone is released called adrenocone.
And this rabbi seems to be very excited about doing the act.
Like, of doing this act, or this mowl.
So, can I play the first one minute of this video?
And also, part of it was this new bill, and I got it wrong.
It's HB 741, and that protects also any religious practices, as well as BDS and anti-Semitism laws.
So, just to add that in there.
So, this is just the, you know, beginning that they signed this bill in.
So I'd just like to say the final word.
Bruce Y. Lee at Forbes says mouthwash doesn't protect you from coronavirus, okay?
So that's Forbes magazine.
Listerine got on board and said, you know, There was medical studies to try and say that Listerine cured coronavirus after the rabbi said it on the 1st.
This is on March 20th, 2020, at the start of the outbreak, okay?
And, you know, does it still have Medsitzar Beper, or have they deleted it because of my activism, because I sent the email to the ADL?
Holy sh... Yes.
Should be continued.
Yeah, yeah, it's still here.
So this is their website where they say Listerine cures coronavirus, which is last time I heard, this is actually the crime of medical misinformation.
So the ADL allows medical misinformation about coronavirus, but censors true medical information about the male genital mutilation.
of Jewish babies that some Jewish doctors in John Hopkins oppose.
So that's that.
Let's have a quick listen to one minute.
- I'll turn it.
- I'll stop you.
- There we go.
Let's go.
10 seconds, we're coming to it now.
- We'll drop you in our concerto.
- This is Tai, how can I assist you?
Hello.
Hi, how can I help you?
I need to ask you a question.
Yeah, the audio is too quiet.
In hindsight, this was recorded in the cloud.
But if you go play this later, you can hear them, you can hear them start the call, say it's definitely illegal, and we're very interested.
Then when they find out it's all Orthodox Jews doing it, that Governor DeSantis supported as a speech, then they say, Oh, don't, we don't want to take the report anymore, because it's not a sex crime if a Jew does it, which is incredible.
So there's that.
Now, so that's the information about that.
This is a link to John Hopkins, which has gone down.
And this is the ABC New York Cradle of Secret Stories.
Okay, which everyone, it's got nearly half a million views.
I suggest people watch this.
Now, so we've seen that.
Oh, we've seen that.
And this is the Jewish... I've told that the university is meant to be against, you know, hate crimes.
And when you're attacking people because of their political views and their race being different than yours, it's a hate crime.
But they haven't wrote back to me and taken any action.
We've seen this here.
Okay, now this is the thread I've made on a creator's website where I get some bulletproof hosting.
And here is the sheriff supporting the so-called victim who is possibly watched by police, but the police definitely watched it after the fact in all the footage that was given to the mainstream news.
And this is Sheriff Mina, a Democrat sheriff, saying a guy that assaults a senior citizen in the first act of violence to act as an agent provocateur is a victim.
Question, thank you.
A UCF student attacked by members of a neo-Nazi group during a demonstration in Waterford Lakes.
Orange County Sheriff John Mina says charges against three people are forthcoming.
Fox 35's Amanda McKenzie joins us live from the Orange County Sheriff's Office this morning.
And Amanda, we are working to find out when those arrests will happen.
Do we have any idea?
Right now, those charges are forthcoming, according to the Orange County Sheriff.
Now, legal experts say hate speech is protected, but things like threats and assault can land people behind bars, and the sheriff says right now they... So, they weren't doing anything illegal in their protest, you understand?
First Amendment rights.
So, what do we have to do?
We have to provoke them with violence.
We are investigating at least three neo-Nazi individuals who were accused of attacking a Jewish, allegedly attacking a Jewish UCF student.
Now that student says he drove past a group yelling anti-Semitic slurs and wearing swastikas on the corner of Alefeya Trail and Waterford Lakes Parkway on Saturday.
He says someone saw his Israeli flag license plate and the group surrounded his car.
The student says after they spit on him that he confronted them and started filming.
In this video, you can see him in the brown and black hoodie as they punched, kicked and pepper sprayed him.
The Orange County Sheriff says they have received help identifying the men in the video from the Anti-Defamation League.
So the Anti-Defamation League was there filming and providing... The Anti-Defamation League had the full footage and edited out the bits that they didn't want to show that their victim was doing.
So the Anti-Defamation League supports political violence.
Charges are coming.
We're very confident that we're going to be able to charge at least three people.
The sheriff says he is thankful to all the people who have sent in their videos of the protest.
Oh, so the sheriff got all the full videos right after the event and had decided to edit them and withhold from the knowingly allow false statements from David Neustadt, which is perverting the course of justice, which is a serious crime that the investigators on the case have done.
He says right now where he is just waiting to get all those charges finalized before being filed.
We are working to find out when those arrests will be made.
Reporting live from the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Amanda McKenzie, Fox 35 News.
Okay, and here, let's talk to David Neustadt.
This is what David Neustadt has to say.
The UCF student was here at a red light on Alefea Trail when he says he saw the group standing here with their swastikas and their flags.
He rolled down his window to say that kind of hatred is not accepted in the... No, he got out of his car, and we have the other footage of him getting out of the car the first time.
...Orlando community when things escalated.
I'm literally Jewish and I got attacked, assaulted, pepper sprayed, you name it, spit on... And he punched first.
Call disgusting slurs just because of my religion.
David Neustadt says he drove past a group wearing swastikas and yelling anti-semitic slurs at the corner.
Yeah, he stopped his car, put on his handbrake, got out for a few minutes to talk to them.
Couldn't instigate violence orally, so he went physical first.
Look, look, look, just for my background, because I'm new to really this incident.
It wasn't on my radar here before.
Well, was the group wearing swastikas and making anti-Semitic slurs?
I mean, I'm just curious.
Was that the case or no?
Well, we were certainly wearing swastikas.
That's our uniform.
You'll see.
One of you threw in the footage where he got out of the car and he said things to the leader of the group.
He said, I will fuck.
Can I say that?
I'm going to have to say it.
I will fuck your mother and you'll like it.
And funny.
You can hear it on the recording.
Sorry, but that's how we talk.
That's pretty provocative.
That's pretty provocative.
Those are fighting words.
It just so happened, a friend of the rabbi of Chabad UCF, who's already connected to the rabbi, goes out there, parks his cow to the front and acts like an agent provocateur with ADL and or undercover police filming.
Everyone gets to speak in America.
If you want to wear a swastika, the fashion police cannot arrest you.
They may pick on you more, they may watch you like a hawk, but they can't arrest you for your apparel if you're in public property.
The fact is here you've got First Amendment protesters.
What you really mean is They can't or shouldn't be able to arrest you.
They can arrest you any damn time they want for any reason.
It just doesn't mean it's a lawful arrest or in accordance with the Constitution.
So saying they can't arrest you is not quite right.
The key thing here is... We're talking about in principle versus in practice.
Well, the key thing here is a police report against David Newstedt was filed.
I have the footage of grandfather and another person going to the police station.
Got out and got into an altercation, right?
He's the one.
Yes.
And he was the one who was speaking, wearing the mask that he was assaulted for his religion.
And I don't think anyone there, would anyone there have even known he was Jewish?
I mean, he could have been anyone.
He could have been a Roman Catholic.
He could have been an agnostic.
I mean, was he, or was he wearing a Star of David?
He put a Star of David on his car.
But no, when he pulled up, that car's rear was not there.
That was out of sight.
No one saw that thing in the back of his car, because he parked at the light.
When he got out of his vehicle the first time, he came to the front of his vehicle, and that's where we had started having a verbal altercation with him.
And he had said that his parents were in finance and, you know, trying to, like, you know, intimidate and belittle us, you know, by men making threats towards us.
You know, but it was he who got out and push, push grandfather down.
Right.
Initially.
And no one had taken a swing at him.
I mean, he struck the first blow.
So we've got the footage.
All parties have recorded full footage of the incident.
So this is not he said, she said.
This is we recorded.
It's true.
The point I'm getting clear in my mind.
Okay.
It's all right.
Clear in your mind.
I'm getting clear in my mind what happened here.
And then when, when he stopped again, this was the second time he got out of the car when there were the fisticuffs and he got hit pretty good.
I mean, yeah.
Yeah.
Was it you who were involved in that, Jason?
Was that you in that exchange?
No.
Who was the big guy who hit him?
He's performing a traffic violation there.
Yeah.
Yeah, that was a guy that we had.
What happened was the first time he got out of the vehicle.
Okay.
The first time he came to the front, he stopped in traffic.
He was in a turning lane.
He stopped, put the car up and parked, got out of the vehicle and we got in a verbal alcohol.
He's performing a traffic violation there.
He should have been ticketed for that.
In front of undercover police.
Possibly.
He left the door of his car wide open and he never moved the car.
He got back in the car, and then he got out.
He parked the car, and he stopped the car in the turn lane.
This is a traffic violation.
Got out of the car, came over, pushed you, and there was another person he pushed, but maybe he didn't fall to the ground.
Then he got back in the car.
Jim, before he pushed me, he got back in the car, then he got out and pushed me when I had my backpack.
The footage you saw was after the verbal altercation failed.
He went back to his car and then thought about his premeditated action to do violence, got out of the car, didn't break his stride, did the violence.
Pre-meditated.
Luke, Luke, Luke, Luke, Luke, you get it.
You know this back and forth.
I don't.
I'm trying to sort it out.
Okay.
Let's show some videos.
Show the video of how it started.
Okay.
When he got out initially, was there only a verbal exchange?
Then he got back in the car and then got back out again.
He taunted the guys for five minutes.
And I tried to get him back in the car because I could see he was pushing these guys so hard that I was worried.
So I said, how will I get him back in his car?
He had the door wide open.
He arrested for a neo-Nazi attack on a Jewish student.
They love this kind of propaganda!
Oh my God!
Luke, don't you have the video of the initial confrontation?
Yeah, I believe I have found the video of the initial confrontation.
I just need to go find it.
I've got one video.
Well, let's watch this video while I look for it in the side.
I thought you would have had that prepared.
Here we go.
I've got this one.
This guy is an autist and a bit of a crazy guy.
And he makes funny clips that we should watch.
Well, I don't know if you want to watch it.
I know, but yeah.
He's talking about... One in four American Jews say they have been targets of anti-Semitism.
Newstat and Chaim Lipsker, a rabbi for many students in the UCF area, gathered in prayer today.
Cube of Saturn.
The fucking cube of Saturn.
...these things and they disgust you.
Rabbi Lipsker telling the Orlando community and beyond... Rabbi Lipshit.
...the best way to...
Lipschitz.
Lipschitz.
Name's Horowitz Asshole.
Yeah, lip shits Lip shits Name is Horowitz Is this a movie not to the world I don't know why you're showing that.
This guy's a bit crazy.
We've only got an hour and a half here.
We have to move it along quickly.
Show the interesting stuff.
You want this stuff to go viral?
Show the goddamn confrontation.
Okay, yep, yep, yep, yep.
Show it.
Yeah, show it.
This video has the one... You want to involve viewers, don't you?
Yeah, yep.
Let's show it.
I think this one has it.
I think this one does.
I want the world to see what happened here.
This is all I was able to find.
I want you to show him harassing my friends.
Okay, this has got footage of it now in person play.
I had to protect my friends from getting angrier and angrier.
Yes, so that Jim can have an understanding that it wasn't once but twice he got out of the car.
The first time he got out of the car, he parked it in the turning lane, he got out, he came to the front of this vehicle, and we got into a verbal altercation, and then afterwards he got back in his car, threw a waffle fry at Grandfather, And then he pulled his passenger window up, got out of the vehicle, and that's when he came over and assaulted Grandfather.
He hit him and Grandfather fell to the ground and hurt himself.
We're all visible.
You know, a picture's worth a thousand words.
What do you think a video's worth?
I'm trying to press play and it's not playing.
Don't you hate this when things go live?
I do hate it.
You're not prepared.
I did.
I've got the video locked.
It's trying to play us.
We're all stressed out.
This is... Jim, you've got a heck of a show here.
Where does the case stand right now?
Jason, where does it stand?
Where does the case stand right now?
We have three guys that are charged, including one being myself.
I'm charged with grand theft.
And the other two guys are charged with... What are you alleged to have stolen?
Uh, they're trying to say that I stole his telephone.
You stole his what?
They're alleging that I stole his cell phone.
His cell phone?
Yes, that's what they're alleging that I did.
And that's grand theft?
Yes.
Well, he must have a hell of an expensive cell phone.
Here are the facts that are accepted by all parties.
I mean, grand theft has to be in excess of a thousand dollars, I'm sure, right?
Yes, I would think so.
He had a cell phone worth over a thousand bucks.
He brought into a physical conflict.
And you, did you take his cell phone?
I mean, what did you do?
What happened?
Tell him, Jay.
Well, this is something...
He's got to plead the fifth, but what I can say, the facts of the case are that no phone was removed from David Newsted's person, and no phone was removed from the scene, therefore no theft of a phone was done.
It's a trumped-up charge.
Luke, I'm just trying to understand the charges.
Yeah, I get it.
Okay, Jason, what are the other charges?
Yes, the other charges are on Bert Colucci and the other man's name is Joshua Terrell.
They are being charged with hate crimes for assaulting... You know, that's a fabricated category.
I think it's ridiculous.
There's nothing about freedom of speech that creates hurting people's feelings.
That's not part of freedom of speech.
Freedom of speech is to say things you may hate, you may not like.
But you're respecting the right to say them.
So this whole category of hate speech is just disgusting.
It's a left-wing way to circumvent the law, deny people the right to express opinions that they don't happen to like.
It is bullshit.
I've been disgusted with hate speech and political correctness has subverted freedom of speech in the United States from the beginning, which of course was the whole idea.
What was the third charge?
Are the others just hate speech?
Yes, they were assault hate crimes on the other gentlemen.
That's added additional sentencing if you get convicted of a hate crime.
So this hate crime business... Jim, I agree with you on this.
They've got their foot in the door taking their first amendment right away.
Hate crime.
And there are laws in Florida for hate crimes that add these additional, you know, make it more severe.
Federal law.
Federal.
Federal law?
Yes.
You're being accused of violating federal laws?
The assault was elevated to a hate crime because it was an assault on a Jew.
Meanwhile, the Jews say we don't have to follow the law if we don't like it.
He may have not liked what you were saying, but then he made an illegal stop in traffic.
Then he got out and he actually verbally assaulted you.
Then he got back in the car and decided he had to do more.
Then he got out and physically pushed you down.
That's assault and battery.
Most definitely, yes, sir.
On a senior citizen.
Do you know, Jim, in Florida, if you assault somebody, if you assault a senior citizen in Florida, It's a mandatory three years.
Even if you get off of any other charges involved, you still have to do the three years.
Have you filed counterclaims against him?
That's what we're going to show now.
I'm trying to charge him.
I'm a victim.
Of course you should charge him.
Do you guys have an attorney?
They're taking right now, at this stage, the guys that were assaulted have a public defender.
Have you met with your public defender?
That's fair.
I have, I don't have a public defender.
I'm filing charges as a, uh, pro se.
Yeah, no, I'm filing charges as a victim.
Yeah, but you're filing them on your own without an attorney.
That means you're filing them.
Technically it's called pro se.
That's all.
It just means you don't have an attorney.
There's a proof that he's been to the police.
Okay.
Oh, S E.
So what do you got here?
Orange County Sheriff Department report.
We'll show the video, Lou.
Okay.
On the third time he went to the police, they say it's been referred to the Democrat Florida State DA.
Mira.
Yep, that's right.
So they can't say charges weren't pressed.
We got the video of it.
Yeah, but they're trying to press charges, and they admit that charges are pressed.
We have to make sure your name's not given out here.
You mean you're saying they're not letting you file the charges?
No, they let me file, but they never followed through.
It's a cover-up.
They said, oh, we'll give these to the DA.
And I waited and waited for that kid to get arrested.
And no... The sheriff keeps doing press conferences supporting this so-called, the aggressor, and calling him a victim.
Was he issued a traffic citation for stopping and parking?
He wasn't issued anything.
Was he cited for assault and battery?
This is a gross miscarriage of justice.
This is being totally politicized and I, of course, bet that... Is a Florida DA a Republican or a Democrat?
I have no idea.
I think our investigative journalist here, Luke, is going to look into that or has looked.
Here they are.
Yeah, I've got some.
I've got it.
She is a Democrat that campaigned against police corruption and is dropping the ball and allowing police corruption because Miss Black Lives Matter says white lives don't matter because she's a bigot.
That's what's happening.
I'll show you the press about that.
But see, in this interchange, they have said that the case has been forwarded to the state attorney's office of Orange County, Orlando, Florida.
That's what this video says.
Let me just get clear again.
Grandfather, you filed a police report, a complaint for assault and battery.
Yes, I did.
I filled the forms out.
Gave them a zip drive of what you've seen.
They had that.
They looked at it before they took it.
This is the second time it was there.
The first time I followed it was by the sheriff that took us in there.
It was a Saturday.
It was closed.
She opened the doors and we gave her the zip drive.
She looked at it.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
This will go directly to the D.A., not state's attorney, the district attorney.
And OK.
Yes.
But nothing happened.
I came back the next time with a video camera.
And there you see now.
And they said, oh yeah.
Grandfather, when did you submit it?
Right after the arrests.
I said, whoa.
That was the first time.
12-29-21?
That's their reference number.
The date is the 5th.
There's the date.
That's it right there.
I filed it on the 20...
The incident, was it on the 29th of December 2021?
No, no, it was on the 3rd of February.
I mean, look, I mean, these things go real slow as a rule.
Did they forward it to the DA or not?
The DA, they had the record.
When those ladies sheriffs, you saw me at the window, they looked it up and they said it's in the record.
I don't know.
What did they say?
There's the original case number and the detective who took the matter first, Detective Fischer.
You've got a case number and it's been submitted.
Well, the DA may simply have not acted on it yet.
I mean, believe me, I'm involved in a legal case and some aspects take time.
If you've got a case number, it's going to be disposed.
I mean, they've got to deal with it.
We don't want to cover it up.
There's other guys arrested.
That's what we're they're not that slow.
That could be real fast when he went to arrest our guys on behalf of the Jew.
But on behalf of mine, you know, as a victim, they said, I'm protect.
All the other guys are docs.
They give their names and everything out.
I'm a victim.
I get it.
Do you have an attorney?
No, I thought I was going to get an attorney from the chiropractor, but now the chiropractor is just working with my neck and I got to go to an attorney myself.
They have attorneys that work with the chiropractor, but they haven't taken that step yet because we're seeing what we're doing here.
Well, my opinion is you're at the point where you ought to have an attorney to pursue this, and you get an attorney to pursue it, and I think the situation will change dramatically.
When you don't have an attorney, it's very awkward, you don't get taken seriously, blah, blah, blah, blah.
You've obviously got—the guy clearly created a traffic violation for which he ought to be cited.
If he's not cited, that's dereliction of duty by the police.
Number two, you've clearly got a case for an assault and battery.
Actually, the verbal was already an assault, but when he physically pushed you down, that's assault and battery.
Now, He may have his own claims, of course, and apparently those are being processed, but you are clearly entitled to legal representation.
You've got a case against him that's cut and dry.
I know, but it gets better, Jim.
I am not a public defender eligible because I'm not defending, I'm pursuing charges.
I would have to hire my own lawyer and I don't have the money.
Or get a personal injury lawyer.
So speaking of that, I was going around... Well, well, well, grandfather, grandfather.
Most of those attorneys do that on a contingency.
You only pay them if you win.
Personal injury lawyers.
That's correct.
Now, I was shopping around for personal injury lawyers, and I was forwarding that message that was on the screen just before.
And I also contacted the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate if undercover police were there witnessing the police sanctioned violence, because I know they witnessed it after the fact.
And they said, I'll pull Grandfather here as fair game, but now... Luke, Luke, Luke, let me ask a further question.
So, Grandfather, you suffered a neck injury?
A neck?
I got my x-rays.
My neck is damaged.
I had a pre-existing condition.
I've got two screws in my neck because I broke my neck several years ago.
Oh, wow!
Yeah, but my hand is... Grandfather, you're making a huge mistake not to go to a personal injury attorney!
They're gonna love your case!
You've got the video!
This is a slam dunk!
Yeah.
Look, look, all attorneys give free consultation.
I've also got a broken hand, Jim.
X-rays show the broken hand.
Okay, grandfather, you got more evidence, so you got more damage, and that's better, that's better.
You go and you get, attorneys give free consultation, so you start calling up these personal injury attorneys, tell them your case, tell them you've even got it on video, it's a slam dunk.
And as soon as you get them involved, things are going to turn around.
Correct.
You just haven't known how the law operates in a case like this.
You don't have to pay them in advance.
They do it on a contingency basis.
You are preaching to the converted, Jim.
And guess what?
The FBI shut down my Skype account because I was shopping around for a lawyer just to do that and blocked me from dialing 407 area code in America.
Because the FBI believes or law enforcement has put a data order in against my Skype account because they believe Grandfather doesn't deserve justice and the Jew can punch anyone he wants.
You run too many issues together, Luke.
Okay.
Grandfather's got to do this for himself.
Okay.
And you're already a pain in their ass.
So they're, of course, they're going to block you if they think they can fabricate a reason to do it.
This is not mysterious.
You've got to not exaggerate cases and run too many things together.
Grandfather has an excellent case for assault and battery and personal injury.
He's got it on tape.
That's a slam dunk, Grandfather.
You start calling it personal.
I've got the lawyer's names from the Cairo.
Thank you.
I think I'm going to have to do that.
Well, of course you got to do it.
What the hell?
You guys are very upset about this.
It's been a big political deal.
You get a personal injury lawyer, bring a case against him.
By God, the news is going to change.
They're going to have to simmer down because if they start reporting the fact that you were injured as a result of the assault and battery, the politics just changes, you know?
You didn't know the guy was Jewish for Christ's sake?
This had nothing to do with his religion.
He was assaulting you for your exercising your right to free speech and protest, for God's sake.
You're entitled to do that.
That's what Jim is saying, is you don't have to go through some personal lawyer that the chiropractor appoints you.
You go to a personal injury lawyer, and they will take money after it's settled.
Right, right, right.
You're not going to have to pay him anything, period.
He'll win it, and if he wins it, he gets a chunk of change.
You negotiate all that in advance.
Go for more than one.
Go to more than one, Grandfather.
You've got a slam dunk case, in my opinion.
Okay, so let's go to the last of the tabs very, very quickly to show the periphery of the matter.
David Neustadt has some very interesting family connections to the ADL, just to show the hypocrisy of the case.
This was an ADL slash police operative sent in.
So we've already seen the link between the rabbi outsiding the center they were protesting.
So here is an obituary that relates to his family, okay?
And he talks about his great-grandfather allegedly being a Holocaust survivor, but his grandmother is either a Well, a lesbian or a transsexual in Chabad, because Chabad has given mixed statements publicly about supporting gay and transgender marriages.
But this guy, David Newsted, comes from a union between two lesbians who somehow got a sperm donor, or a transgender.
We can't tell by looking at it.
So that's that, okay?
That's his dad, using his German surname.
Okay, at John Hopkins, the same institution that had their content censored by the ADL.
The ADL was founded to represent To honour the memory of a lynched pedophile who abused... Leo Frank.
Leo Frank, that's right.
So the ADL hasn't changed since inception.
It's defending pedophilic acts and censoring John Hopkins.
Here is Joyce Neustadt, the grandmother.
Okay, what's interesting in this is futures without violence.
LGBTQ rights, LGBT Victory Institute, that is HRC and Terry Bean, which Jim Fetzer and I have talked about in the past about his transgender and or lesbian grandmother is connected to Terry Bean.
Terry gets funded by Terry Bean or works with Terry Bean, the VIP pedophile who had five lawyers disbarred in his case.
Jim Fetzer and I have talked about previously, you can check out either our channels for that.
Okay.
There you go.
That's his grandparents.
Okay.
Right.
And both of them allegedly come from, you know, Holocaust families, whatever.
Okay, you've got... This is a clip of... Should we play this clip?
This is from American soap opera TV.
Okay, that's them talking about how fun it is to do baby dick sucking, which we'll just move on from that.
This is what we just saw before, where rabbis say the law doesn't apply to us.
We are above the law.
Okay.
Oh, I've just been blocked.
This used to work.
Oh, it's working now.
Okay, that's too bad we saw that.
That's them saying that no baby ever died while censoring the truth that they did.
Oh, that's just in Israel where you have convicted pedophiles managing all the students.
That's, you know, Israel's views on pedophilia is okay.
Okay, this is details of the parents of the Jewish rabbi that made the doctrine that Listerine cures COVID, being involved in massive tax evasion and fraud in New York.
Okay.
This is a video that Jason forwarded me about a rabbi who enjoys doing oral suction.
Do you want to play this video or not, guys?
I don't know.
Jason, do you want to play this video or not?
We're getting through the tabs very quickly.
I think you're going way overboard on this bizarre practice, but that's your thing.
This just shows you that it's a slippery, this quickly shows everyone it's a slippery slope, that if one minority group can get away with pedophilia, other groups will ask for it too.
Okay.
So that's something that may be relevant.
This Jewish professor here is also just trying to normalize pedophilia, not outside Judaism.
And it caused a scandal.
Okay.
A big scandal.
Okay.
That's on New York Post.
Here we are.
This is in New York.
The Jewish vote demanded that pedophilia be normalized and all the Democrat candidates, in order to get the Jewish vote, are saying that this act of pedophilia or child abuse, whatever you want to call it, sick and disgusting, needs to be allowed because that's what the Jews want to get.
It shows the links between politics and child abuse.
This is de Blasio in 2015 cuts a deal to remove the circumcision ritual, which is still being supported by the Democrats in 2021, because there was lots of controversy about babies dying and the government thought it has a duty to protect all walks of life from child abuse.
Here is the uploads.
This is a YouTube channel which only has mainstream news clips, so it shouldn't be censored.
And here we see all the videos from a month ago.
There you are on the mainstream news.
Okay, Jason.
Okay, not telling the true story, all the mainstream news clips you guys can check out.
Just go to youtube.com forward slash news on television, mainstream news only there.
Okay.
So what do we have here?
We have, they're the clips.
And here is Stop Anti-Semitism saying, yay, it's a victory that those people who retaliated to Jewish instigated agent provocateur political violence are being arrested because we can punch anyone we want and the people we punch can't react to our violence.
Okay.
So, you know, this is, this is stop antisemitism supporting political violence.
And that's the also the ADL has done the same tweets.
That's page, go to page two to see that.
Quickly, here is part of the email you saw before.
Look at this.
This is the police hanging out with the rabbi on the 28th of February and this rabbi sent in his agent provocateur to do the violence.
Okay, this is not a good look with the police.
Um, that's my email.
That's David Neustadt.
He was, he's a registered Democrat voter.
That's his email.
That's the address of the dormitory, which is very safe.
So he's not, you know, that DOCS is not going to put him in any danger.
And That is proof that his email address is correct.
So next tab, next tab.
Okay, this is the Chabad Lubavitch with the Doctrine of Pedophilia running orphanages in Ukraine.
The Jewish people believe that they are the master race above all others.
In New York, they have their own special police force because they believe it is a crime for a Jew to report a crime of a Jew to an inferior non-Jew.
They have a doctrine of racial superiority and that's why they have the special Shomrim police in England and in New York.
The Shomrim, okay?
That's too bad.
Here is an example of one of their hate crimes being dealt with by the Special Shamrin Police.
And it barely looks like a hate crime.
No one gets hit.
No one gets hurt.
Allegedly, someone bumped off a kid's hat.
And, you know, we have to hunt down those kids.
Look at it.
Look at it.
The kid on the bike is allegedly the victim.
Nothing happened.
Barely anything happens.
Nothing happened.
I don't believe all Jews think they're superior, but there's certainly- Orthodox Jews do.
90% of Jews are not Orthodox, okay?
If these boys were exercising their First Amendment outside a reform synagogue, which is 90% of them, we probably wouldn't be having this conversation now.
But they weren't protesting normal Jews.
They were protesting a cult that mandates- Look, look, look, look, Luke, Luke, Luke.
You're going way overboard on this in my opinion.
There was a legitimate issue here.
They were abused.
They had the right to protest.
They've been subjected to unfair abuse.
The police seem to be partial and biased against them and in favor of the guy who actually was An instigator of the physical confrontation.
I'm all with Grandfather and Jason in upholding their legal rights.
I do believe politics is making a difference here.
Can you believe this?
Luke, you're going far afield here.
We've gone far beyond what happened in Florida.
Let's go back onto Florida now.
That's why I'm here.
I watch it at... You know, Luke has a personal vendetta, too.
He's had... I'm not going to talk about him, but I'm just saying he's very angry.
He's dealt with pedos.
Yes, yes.
Well, I've interviewed Luke before about his research and his story, and I know that.
And you're right, of course.
Yeah, I didn't start out with my views.
It started out... Luke, Luke, Luke, Luke, Luke, Luke, Luke.
You're absolutely right, Grandfather.
I get it all.
I get it all.
I'm glad you get it, Jim.
I think you and Jason are being treated very unfairly here, and I think the evidence is rather clear-cut.
And if they didn't even give this guy a citation for parking in the street, I mean, this is a highway, they're just parking in a traffic—obviously that's a traffic—they didn't even ticket him for that, much less the assault, which was the verbal part.
And then the assault and battery when he pushed you down, and then you sustained personal injuries.
In my opinion, I'm not a lawyer, I'm not a judge, I'm just a guy who's got an interest in all this happy horse shit.
You have a clear-cut case against him for assault and battery, and you get a personal injury lawyer.
I think he'll love the fact you got it on tape.
What do you think about the police's involvement?
Luke, you always talk over me.
I do not like that.
You gotta watch it.
We're talking about very emotional issues, and I'm extending the opportunity to record this.
I think Jason and Grandfather are being abused under the law in Florida.
I'm disturbed by some of this footage that suggests to me that DeSantis is just kissing the ass of Israel.
I think that's bad.
Israel has far too much control over the course of politics in the United States.
It's a deep, deep searching issue.
But I'm glad we had the chance to talk.
Jason, would you like to add a few closing words here, and then Grandfather, and then finally Luke?
Jason.
Yeah, thank you, Jim, for your time.
I appreciate that.
Yeah, I just want to see justice, you know, and like you were saying, we could obviously see plain and clear an injustice was done.
They're making this David Neustadt out to be a saint.
And this is what the media ran with when he was the main instigator of it not getting out of the car not one time in the front but the second time around the back an assaulting grandfather and he has no tickets no fines they know about it the sheriff knows about it the detective knows about it and nothing is being done you know and we expected some justice out of them but I don't see it not in Not in Orlando, apparently, where the cabal does have a lot of strength.
There's a very powerful, politically influential Jewish community there, and the control of the media is overwhelmingly by Israeli or Jewish sources, and the Rothschilds own both the AP and the You know, Reuters, I mean, for God's sake, this is a long-standing chronic problem, and in Florida you got your hands full for those reasons.
It should be clear-cut.
Grandfather, your final thoughts.
I was violently blasted to the ground to the point where I broke my hand trying to catch myself, So I was knocked down, but I'm not going to take this laying down.
Here's as I see it, the DA has the charges I pressed.
He seems to be ignoring them.
You seem to think maybe it'll take a long time.
He seems to be ignoring me.
I can tell you this, for that blatant evidence, we've got the videos, we've got them on Ziploc, we've got them on, you know, we got them on the videos.
So he ignores those blatant things.
He can be disbarred.
I'm going to push to have him disbarred.
I haven't been intending to get a lawyer.
If he don't press blatant charges like that, he can be disbarred as a direct... Well, Grandfather, don't get ahead of yourself.
You're angry, you were abused, you suffered an injury.
Sometimes these things take time.
You start getting all up and huffy when it's in the normal course of events and you look silly.
Don't do that.
Don't compromise.
Take care of your personal injury suit now and discuss with him the other aspects of this.
A personal injury lawyer knows the players here, knows the DEA, knows the standards for processing.
I'm a little bit edgy.
Grandfather, you just don't have enough knowledge of the situation you're in.
You take the steps I'm suggesting and you're going to be overwhelmingly better off.
Thank you, Sheriff.
Thank you very much, Jim.
I'm glad to have you on the show, and I want this to come out right for you.
I'm just giving you advice like a coach would, or a teacher, right?
I spent 35 years in the classroom, so I'm giving you how I think you ought to approach it.
Don't let emotion get your control.
Luke, you know, it's very important you deal with this rationally, intellectually, and not let emotions distort what you do or what you say.
You've got a clear-cut legal case here, and you just want to pursue it methodically.
Luke, finally, you get the final word here.
Okay, the key point here is I've contacted the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
There needs to be an investigation of where the GPS trackers of all the undercover Orange County Sheriff cars were when this incident went down with this provocation.
There needs to be a vigorous investigation by either the FBI or the FDLE against the police of this incident because no one gets to do politically motivated hate crimes in America against an elder abuse.
It's illegal.
And the sheriff is caught.
The sheriff Mina is on video calling this clown, David Neustadt, a victim.
That is a lie.
Yes.
Look, you know the case.
You know it's a misrepresentation.
But there's always these two sides.
You got way too involved in this, in my opinion.
It's way over.
The incidents like this happen all the time in America.
There are freedom of speech violations every single day in the USA, I'm sorry to say.
Enough!
Enough!
Just stop the sharing.
Stop the sharing.
I just want to tie this off and say how I appreciate Grandfather and Jason coming on.
Did you stop share?
I stopped share.
How long does it take you to stop share, Jason, when I ask you to stop share?
Sorry.
Grandfather and Jason, I want to thank you.
Luke gets carried away.
This pisses me off and I let him know it.
I know.
It was an honor to meet you, Jim, and to deal with you.
Appreciate your advice.
Thank you very much, Jim.
I want to thank you for coming on, Jason, for coming on.
You pursue it, I wish you well.
If you ever want to contact me again, you can reach out to me.
My email is jim at moonrockbooks.com.
That would be the easiest to remember, jim at moonrockbooks.com.
You're welcome to reach out to me.
Meanwhile, this is Jim Fetzer, your host on this Real Deal Session about Pedophilia and abuse in this case actually had to do with freedom of speech in Florida, which is a predominantly Jewish community in that it looks as though a couple of upright citizens exercising freedom of speech have been treated abusively, even entailing assault and battery and personal injury.
I wish them well.
Thank you for joining us here today.
I'm sure this is not the last we'll be hearing about any or all of these issues.
