	We're here to share all the news you need to know.
	First report, the Kremlin has concluded that the U.S.
	and its allies have declared a hybrid version of total war on Russia.
	This is very bad for the West.
	The US and Western allies have declared a hybrid total war against Russia, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who's nobody's fool.
	This is a very savvy guy.
	Today, a real hybrid war, a total war, has been declared against us.
	The term used by Nazi Germany is now used by European politicians when they explain what they want to do to the Russian Federation, and their goals are not hidden.
	To destroy, to break, to strangle the Russian economy and Russia as a whole.
	I pointed out many times now, these sanctions on Russia, economic sanctions, are forms of collective punishment.
	Outrageous!
	The desire by the West to maintain its dominance in international affairs, to subjugate everything and everyone and return to a unipolar world, these are, of course, illusions.
	We are witnessing the culmination of the policy containment of Russia, which the West has pursued for a long time.
	Since Feb.
	24, the beginning of the conflict, the U.S., Europe, Japan, and other like-minded nations have imposed heavy sanctions on Russia's economy.
	The U.S.
	has also placed a ban on Russian oil imports.
	The European Union has not done yet, citing their heavy dependence on Russian energy they don't want to freeze their ass off.
	Meanwhile, about three-fourths of the General Assembly voted to demand aid access and civilian protection in Ukraine, claimed Russia was creating a dire humanitarian situation in Ukraine, And where many are claiming Moscow's attacking civilians indiscriminately, but that appears to be the actions of the Ukrainians.
	It's a version of a false flag.
	Russian ex-president, deputy head of security Dmitry Medved claimed Friday the sanctions won't sway the Kremlin, but only consolidate, solidify the Russian society.
	Let us ask ourselves, can any of these major businessmen have even the tiniest quantum of influence on the position of the country's leadership?
	Yes.
	I openly tell you, no, no way.
	Hear about collective punishment imposed on a group for acts perpetrated by a member of the group, but not by they themselves.
	When collective punishment has been imposed, it's resulted in atrocities.
	Historically, Occupying powers have used collective punishment against resistance movements.
	In some cases, entire towns and villages have been destroyed.
	But what's going on here is that the other nations of the world are trying to destroy Russia and damage the people.
	by the Hague Convention, as cited as guidelines, collective punishment protecting private property.
	An exception is allowed taking for military use of the property, but the property must be restored and compensated when peace is made.
	International law under the Geneva Convention, no person may be punished for acts he or she did not commit.
	Look at the whole Russian population.
	They're not responsible for the intervention in Ukraine.
	They did not commit those acts.
	This ensures collective punishment of a group for a crime committed by an individual is forbidden.
	One of the fundamental guarantees of the Geneva Convention and its protocols.
	And Biden is openly boasting of doing it.
	He's proud of it.
	He doesn't realize when he accused Putin of being a war criminal, it's false.
	He, in fact, is a war criminal.
	This is a disgrace.

	Yeah, well it's not like NATO hasn't committed war crimes in Bosnia, Serbia, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, Iraq multiple times, Libya, Syria, you know, it's like we're the ones that are so sanctimonious about our efforts to genocide, it's absolutely absurd.
	But, you know, they're going to drag us into this thing one way or the other.
	And what's really disgusting is there is no anti-war movement.
	There's not a peep out of anybody in Congress on either side of the aisle in either house that's standing up and saying, we do not need this war and we should not be allowed to have this form of aggression against a nuclear armed Rival on our planet, regardless, without having open public debate about it.
	And there's so much misinformation and lies, it's just absolutely stench to try to figure out what's going on.

	He closed his speech saying, for God's sake, this man cannot remain in power.
	I hope, for irony's sake, that he practiced that line looking in the mirror.
	So Carl B. Herman blocks bought any of these shows and you guys are absolutely right.
	This is business as usual for the USA.

	They blame the victim and the motivation is the absolute control over resources, vital natural resources.
	And then The human resources to extract the maximum profit, and this is all projection, we can quantify the costs of the ongoing US-led empire.
	And it's about a million kids dying from preventable poverty every month.
	And if you add all those numbers up, since Killary was in office as the First Lady, that would be more total deaths than all of the wars, all the acts of violence, and all recorded Earth history.
	So the choice is ever always to stand for the arrests of these criminals, or we endure more.
	I do believe we're going to get the war we want, but we aren't going to like it.
	Meanwhile, the White House has a cleanup.
	Biden's embarrassing gaffe to U.S.
	soldiers in Poland to avoid an international incident implied the U.S.
	was sending troops into Ukraine, speaking to members of the 82nd Airborne in Poland, only 60 miles away from the Ukraine.
	And you, some of you, have been there.
	You're going to see women, young people, standing in the middle of, in front of a damn tank, just saying, I'm not leaving.
	I'm holding my ground.
	They're incredible.
	But they take a lot of inspiration from us.
	The White House released a statement clarifying that his remark was made in error.
	A resident has been clear we're not sending U.S.
	troops into Ukraine and there's no change to that position.
	Unfortunately, he sure did sound like it.
	There's just no question about it.
	Biden followed up his comments calling the troops the organizing principle around which the free world revolves.
	That's pretty bizarre.
	And you know the woman who just died, the Secretary of State, that's Madeleine Albright, had an expression, we are the essential nation.
	And of course, she is the one who was emphasizing the idea that the death of 500,000—that's half a million—Iraqi infants because of the no-fly zone there was just fine and dandy.
	Here you can actually see Biden making the statement.

	You know, I've been saying this a long time, and I'm a pilfer who traveled with me.

	Because, you know, we not only lead by the example of our power, but by the power of our example.
	And your generation combines both.
	The rest of the world looks at you and sees who you are.
	They say you are a multi-ethnic group of Americans that are, in fact, together and united in one resolve to defend your country and to help those who need help.
	That's why you're here.
	I spent a lot of time in Ukraine when I was a senator and vice president.
	I've spoken to the Rada in the days when they, in fact, didn't have what you'd call a democracy and was there in the Madan when the former leader had to take off and head into Russia.
	And so, you know, with the Ukrainian people, Ukrainian people have a lot of backbone.
	They have a lot of guts, and I'm sure you're observing it.
	And I don't mean just the military, which is, we've been trained in since back when they, uh, Russia moved into, uh, in the Southeast, um, Ukraine, but also the average citizen.
	Look at how they're stepping up.
	Look at how they're stepping up.
	And you're going to see when you're there, and some of you have been there, you're going to see, you're going to see women, young people, standing in the middle of the front of a damn tank, just saying, I'm not leaving.
	I'm holding my ground.
	They're incredible.
	But they take a lot of inspiration from us.

	Well, Russia's launched at least two of their Kinzhal, K-I-N-Z-H-A-L, hypersonic missiles, which travel at Mach 20 and have a 2,000 kilometer mile range, and knocked out massive supplies of fuel and ammo that we have been sending over to Ukraine to prolong this conflict.
	And the clear message to NATO is that we can take out any NATO base that offers to assist.
	But now we've got a new problem.
	This was in the New York Post.
	Starlink has been providing real-time data to the Ukrainian Nazis so that they can attack the Russians on the ground.
	So Elon Musk has now decided that he wants to be a war profiteer.
	And he's made this moral judgment that Putin is so bad that it's okay to use his Starlink satellites.
	I hope they have the ability to do the space wars and take out 42,000 of those 5G death rays that are being proposed and installed in our atmosphere.
	And I hope we can put Mr. Musk on the war crimes trial along with the rest of these clowns.
	I think he's signed his own death warrant, Joe, frankly.
	This is outrageous.
	This is interference in foreign relations.
	This is a violation of laws of the United States.
	This man deserves to be prosecuted and punished.
	I expect the Soviets are going to find a way to neutralize those satellites.

	My biggest view is to step back and to see that war is illegal and that the U.S.
	is the biggest war criminal country in world's history.
	We had two world wars, two treaties after those wars, and war is illegal.

	One purpose is to get puppets in play and surround Russia, reneging on the promise to respect their territorial integrity and the buffer nations that used to be former Warsaw Pact nations.

	Well, he's a buffoon and the idea is out there in front of the world representing the United States is an embarrassment.
	Hunter Biden turns out to be in bed with DoD contractor who probably made the COVID.
	Russia's assertion U.S.
	President Hunter helped finance a U.S.
	military bioweapons program in Ukraine seems to be legitimate.
	Citing evidence from emails from the notorious abandoned laptop, The outlet reported he helped secure millions of funding for MetaBiota, a DoD contractor specialized in research on pandemic-causing diseases.
	He also introduced MetaBiota to the allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm, there's really nothing merely alleged about it, Prisma, for a science project involving high biosecurity.
	Hunter May therefore played a key role in ensuring Biometabiota was able to perform pathogen research close to the Russian border.
	Hunter and his co-workers reportedly exchanged emails about how the company's medical data monitoring might become a crucial tool for governments and businesses to spot infectious disease outbreaks or to bring them about.
	In Hunter's 2014 investor pitches, he repeatedly stated they not only help the company receive financing, but also help get new customers, including government agencies and MetaBiota.
	And by the way, look at the ear there, how it curls up.
	That's not true.
	Look at how Hunter's does, too.
	That's not true of the guy who's out there giving that speech.
	According to the Dail Mail, Burisma executive Moserinsky responded to Hunter four days after an email indicating the vice president's son had presented a science project involving Burisma on his board of directors he served, even though he was completely unqualified.
	As I understand it, MetaBiota was a subcontractor to the principal contractor for the DoD Black & Veatch.
	What kind of partnership MetaBiota is looking for?
	For a potential non-government player in Kiev?
	Rebuild ties with respective ministries in Ukraine on the basis of that reinstate financing from the BNP?
	He claimed in an email to Hunter that says BNP had worked on similar or the same projects, that he had known several such biological research projects in his previous role as Ukrainian government official.
	The outlet quoted government expenditure records that metabiota was rewarded 18.4 mil by the DoD between February 2014 and November 2016.
	307,091 specifically allotted allocated for Ukraine research projects.
	These labs are reported used to study infectious agents or toxins that may transmit it through the air and cause potentially fatal injections.
	Meanwhile, on Friday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russia will demand explanation about the involvement of the younger Biden in biological labs in Ukraine.
	The Kremlin suggested the U.S.
	is trying to divert attention, alleging that Russia would use chemical weapons, which Moscow has vehemently denied, where new data sharply questions Raises sharp questions about what Americans were doing in Ukraine and what could happen because of this research.
	The talk about chem, of course, is clearly laying the foundation for a false flag where the U.S.
	will do a chemical attack and blame it on Russia to justify NATO expansion.

	I see no way to doubt it's coming, but Russia is going to slaughter NATO.
	They just don't understand the magnitude of the problem they confront, Joe.

	What Xi said is that he's going to go ahead and continue to buy Russian oil and gas using rubles.
	And Russia has already stated that by March 31st, all foreign sales will be required to be done in rubles.
	So that little ruse about how we're going to bankrupt Russia is just suddenly backfired enormously on it.
	So we're gonna have to pull another rabbit out of the hat.
	Expect the false flag this time.
	If they can't pull one off in Ukraine and start World War III, they'll pull off another plague here and go, well, we just happen to have a, by coincidence, we've developed a vaccine that's perfectly adapted to this new pathogen that we're releasing on you.

	The Russians aren't going to compromise on these commercial matters.
	They will do it in rubbles or they won't get delivery.

	And again, if the Blackhats really had their way, they would use a nuke, do something like nuke San Francisco, do a special job so that you have a better visual on the Golden Gate Bridge being a twisted, charred, black pile of metal, so that you can blame Russia and then try to get your war.

	deploying chemical weapons to Poland for falsified Ukraine attack.

	DOD and Ukraine's Ministry of Health, the Kiev government is prohibited from disclosing sensitive information about the American program.
	In the meanwhile, Ukraine is under obligation to transfer dangerous pathogens from the labs to the Pentagon.
	In return, the U.S.
	is granted access to Ukraine's state secrets related to the ongoing projects.
	A certain U.S.-funded organization, Science and Technology Center in Ukraine, was set up before agreements in question were even entered into.
	This outfit has funneled $285 million and managed an estimated 1,850 projects worldwide.
	This appears to be the center of U.S.
	biological research.
	It's carried out in line with the 1991 launch program to prevent the spread of weapons of mass destruction by manufacturing them, without any doubt.
	This is just disgusting.
	In 2013, one of the DETRA contractors for the program's execution was Raytheon Technical Services.

	These are only a few of the labs.
	While not all research is traceable to a T, the biolabs mushrooming across Ukraine coincide with several outbreaks of infectious diseases in the country.
	In January 2016, 20 Ukrainian soldiers died of a flu-like virus.

	In March 2016, 364 fatal cases throughout Ukraine.

	January 37 residents were hospitalized with jauntice.
	Three years ago, more than 100 in the same city fell ill with cholera.
	Summer of 2017, 60 people were hospitalized with hepatitis A. In Odessa, 19 children had the same diagnosis.
	27 cases in Kharkov.
	The virus was discovered in potable water.
	Ukraine witnessed an outbreak of cholera in 2011, 33 hospitalized.
	2014, more than 800 diagnosed with cholera.
	While the outbreaks themselves aren't sufficient evidence, the diseases in question correlate with the dangerous pathogens laboratories have been researching.
	I tell you, I don't think there's any room for serious doubt.
	They were doing little limited trials or accidental outbreaks.
	I have no real doubt about it.
	Meanwhile, on March 11th, the U.N.
	Security Council gathered at Russia's request to discuss the issue.

	Undersecretary General, however, said the U.N.
	was not aware of any biological weapon program, and that's because they've turned a blind eye to it.
	You do not see where you do not look.
	Washington was quick to denounce Russia's claims.
	Russia, however, is going to demand an explanation of the involvement of Hunter Biden in funding pathogen research in Ukraine.
	This is a serious issue, and the evidence has just become staggering.

	Last night, Russia downed 18 Ukrainian drones in just a several-hour period of time, so they were able to virtually eliminate that threat vector.
	And then Viktor Orban, O-R-B-A-N, the Prime Minister of Hungary, said that Hungary gets 60% of its Petroleum products and 90% of its natural gas from Russia, and it has no vested interest in joining NATO with this made up conflict in Ukraine.
	And even though they share a border with Ukraine, they're not shipping any weapons and they're not allowing transit of weapons across their airspace, which is a brilliant thing for them to do.
	Meanwhile, when you were mentioning about the Threat vectors from different diseases.
	One of the things that was going on in the biolabs that we funded through Threat Reduction Agency, get over that, is the H5N1 migratory bird flu, which they had plans to release where they could infect the entire livestock production of
	Uh poultry in all of Russia and probably all of Eastern Europe because and it's the same bird flu that they're releasing in United States and then running around with their stupid little PCR tests cycling them 50 times and saying oh you've got a chicken that tested positive on your farm you're going to have to massacre and now we're massacring millions of chickens and turkeys in the United States because We don't need protein to be able to survive what these people are doing to us.
	It's absolute insanity that we allow these monsters to have total control over absolutely everything, and nobody's standing up against it.
	This is a major contribution to the food famine that's about to descend upon us, and it's going to be massive.
	Slaughtering millions of birds over a fake diagnosis?

	involved in staged revolutions before and the whole U.S.

	And in addition, we should assume the worst because we have this other kind of falsified chemical related attack going on with COVID.
	And in the second paragraph of any of these shows on my website, my best shot is an essay with sufficient documentation for the only way that I see that we're going to get a breakthrough, or what is required of the American public, probably along with a breakthrough, is the public demand for these leaders' arrests.

	May 9th marks the surrender of the Third Reich to Soviet forces in 1945.

	It continues to tie the Ukrainian government and military to Nazism in the hearts and minds of the Russian people.
	By declaring an end to the war the same date as Victory Day, the holiday commemorating the defeat of the Nazis will forever be associated with the defeat of Ukraine as well.
	However, Russia must first be able to capture Ukraine by that date.
	Russia's war in Ukraine, intended to be days long, is now grinding into its second month with reportedly huge losses on both sides.
	Russia has thus far been able to fail in its initial objective of capturing Kyiv and overthrowing the government.
	Currently, the advance is at a standstill.
	Kyiv continues to hold out despite mounting threats from Russia.
	I would say The CIA was there training Ukrainians how to deal with Russia with Javelin anti-tank missiles, and of course they've been supplied with a lot of Stingers.
	I do believe a lot of Russian tanks have been taken out, and if Elon Musk is involved in, you know, identifying them using his satellites, he is going to be a target of Russian retribution.

	Yeah, Carl sent me an interesting little thing from CIA.gov slash reading room slash documents.
	CIA has been funding Ukrainian nationalists since at least the early 1960s, and this is not even debatable.
	They admit it themselves.
