So let's just get going here.
How about what's happening back there in Ukraine?
Very good, Don.
Well, Russia has accused the U.S.
of covering up violations of the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention.
There's no question about it.
Russia has declared the U.S.
and Ukraine have covered up these violations, coming after Russia discovered biolabs in Ukraine, and even State Department official Victoria Nuland confirmed in testimony the U.S.
has biolabs in Ukraine.
The Biological Weapons Convention is a disarmament treaty that effectively bans biological and toxic weapons by prohibiting—get this—their development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling, and use.
In other words, it covers all the above.
This convention has been ratified by 143 nations, but it lacks a means of ensuring compliance.
The U.S.
rejected the Biological Weapons Convention protocol, according to a report posted at NIH in 2001.
Why in the world would the U.S.
have rejected?
Meanwhile, Russia releases captured documents before a U.N.
special council meeting exposing evidence thereof.
The Russian mission asked for the meeting.
U.S.
officials have offered varying responses.
Victoria Nuland admitted that the U.S.
does have these biological research facilities.
The Russian ministry continues to study materials on the implementation of military biological programs, which, by the way, appear to be directed at different ethnic groupings.
Information from various sources confirms the leading role of the U.S.
Defense Threat Reduction Agency in financing and conducting military biological research on the territory of Ukraine.
The purpose is to study the possibility of spreading particularly dangerous infections through migrating birds, including highly pathogenic H5N1 influenza, the mortality of which reaches 50%, as well as Newcastle.
Due to the fact that Ukraine has a unique geographical location where transcontinental migration routes intersect, 145 biological species have been studied within this project.
At the same time, at least two species were identified whose routes pass mainly through the territory of Russia.

public statements that only Ukrainian scientists working in Pentagon biolabs without the intervention of American scientists.
This is just outrageous and incredibly insulting.
Meanwhile, available docs confirm numerous cases of transferring biological samples of Ukrainian citizens abroad, for example.
350 crypto-containers with blood serum samples were transferred from the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to the Reference Laboratory for Infectious Diseases of the Australian Doherty Institute under the pretext of deterring antibody titers.
Another example is a German-funded project for the study of Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever pathogens and antiviruses.
During a hearing of the U.S.
Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, Undersecretary of State Nuland reported the presence of these bioweapons in Ukraine and expressed concern that they might be falling to the hands of the Russians.
Americans have already managed to evacuate most of the documentation, including databases, biomaterials, and equipment.
In fact, with her statement, Nuland indirectly confirmed the Pentagon's military biological program in circumvention of existing international agreements.
Scott, this is just horrific.
This is the United States caught with its pants down in the eyes of the international community.
I can't think of anything more Intimidating, awful, and for the U.S.
to be violating biological conventions, especially when we just suffered through what's happened with this coronavirus scam, which has led to the deaths of what is going to amount to maybe 2 billion or more of the population of Earth.

Well, if the Russians were smart, they would use this as the moment the tide shifted or the tsunami waters receded and use this as a counter move, a counter attack, a counter battle of the bulge moment and launch a public relations information campaign a counter battle of the bulge moment and launch a public relations information campaign against the United States to the hearts and minds of every other country in the United Nations Security Council and the United Nations as a whole, as European Union
Because what we've just discovered is something we've had long suspicions of, and that is the U.S.
has been developing biological weapon facilities around the world, outside of the United States, specifically encircling Russia for the purpose of weaponization and targeting the DNA of the Slavic Russian people.
That's been found.
That's been caught.
I did a documentary on RT.
Donna and I will do a special on that later, but the documentary of RT demonstrates the 30 labs that are in Ukraine alone that have been used for this purpose, and that it is an existential danger to anyone with Slavic Russian DNA.
And they, you know, the migrating birds is a weapon system, but also the symbology of migrating birds translates into migrating women that can be infected with a DNA genetic warfare substance and then penetrate and absorb it into the men of the target country.
The Chinese have done that notoriously with Fang Fang and Swalwell.
Of course, this is a little more sophisticated because it deals with genetic DNA targeting, but women have always been used as the infiltrators.
We saw that in Vietnam as the penetrators into the male chondrase of the geopolitical military industrial complex system of another country.
So I take the symbology of migrating birds to indicate their other weapon system, which is developing DNA genetic warfare substances that can be delivered through females into the target countries.
And there's a very good film we talked just before that I would strongly advise people to see and that is the James Bond No Time to Die because it specifically deals as a plot point and this just came out this movie came out last year but it specifically deals as the main plot point is the development of DNA weapons that target specific DNA and ignores other DNA so some people in a room will be killed and other people in the same room will be left unharmed
And that is the purpose of biological DNA weapon development.
That's why they're going to Ukraine, because it is the best delivery system into Russia.
They speak Russian.
They look Russian.
They are essentially Russian.
They're the cousins of each other, and that's the best place for the U.S.
to develop its weapons and penetrate into the underbelly of Russia.
Russia knows that.
That's why Russia has stepped in and began the annihilation of these factories and the political structure that enabled them.
And this will also go, remember Shakasvili in Georgia was put in there as well by the West but they overthrew him and he fled Georgia and he's now the mayor of a Ukrainian city.
So, the Zelensky homosexual actor and the Chakasvili, you know, fake fraud banker that worked in New York, they're all part of this, you know, specter of the U.S.
United Kingdom creation.
And it's, of course, they reflect, you know, onto others what they themselves represent.
So I think this is a turning point because the Russians simply need to announce repeatedly to every country, if you don't stand up against this menace, this world threat to the human population and stop the United States from engaging in these practices, Your people should overthrow you and your government because you are submitting your people to certain death and genetic disease and death that is coming.
That needs to be part of the public relations campaign and the only thing the U.S.
is doing is falling over itself and saying the Russians are lying and they're not telling the truth and they're so desperate To escape this trap that they've put themselves into, that there's no logic or reason or coolness or rationality.
There's only emotional tantrum.
Well, what does that indicate?
It indicates someone who's guilty.
Someone who's guilty goes into emotional spitting and fire rather than a cool collective Let's look at the evidence.
Well, the U.S.
doesn't want to look at the evidence because all the evidence points to Lindsey Graham, John McCain, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and all of these shenanigans.

I think Scott makes some great points.
I'm just talking about migratory birds quickly to it reminded me of in China, under communism, there was something called the Four Pest Campaign, and one of them was to target birds in the country, sparrows and other Migrating birds.
So I think that there's been a lot of discussion about the possibility.
Of course, we see, I think there's H1N1 flu spread or experiments rather within the United States right now with chickens and could be a way to target our food supply as well.
I know they've been trying to work on a manufactured bird flu for many years.
Several failed attempts under the Obama administration.
I think they even probably tried to release it in the United States at one point under the Obama administration did not go over well.
God willing, a lot of these, I do think that as the information comes out, I think it's great that Russia and other countries are starting to request more information and public knowledge on these
Campaigns because the papers are out there, the research is out there, and it's time for people to start to learn about this and how dangerous all of this is and how these campaigns have been launched on many different countries and on people within the United States and in the U.S.
and also reminds me of the case of CDC Director Timothy Cunningham In Atlanta, there's actually a bio lab here in the United States in Atlanta, and Timothy Cunningham was a 35 year old man who was found drowned to death, very healthy man, found he had drowned in like a pool of water.
He had gone for a jog, but he was a whistleblower in 2000.
17, I believe, talking about he was concerned about people becoming ill from the flu vaccine, a flu vaccine that the CDC was working on.
So this was a case that was buried.
And Timothy Cunningham, they claimed he was suicidal.
They said they made that posted this smear campaign about him, but his death is still never been solved.
Well, this, of course, is just one of multiple sufficient reasons for intervention in Ukraine by Russia.
Meanwhile, since a crucial question was the threat that Ukraine might become a member of NATO, the Secretary General, Jen Stoltenberg, has declared Ukraine's NATO membership is not relevant or on the agenda.
They're backing off.
It was never imminent, will not be on the agenda in the near future, he declared.
It's been clear for a long time membership for Ukraine was not something imminent, not something relevant in the near future.
He emphasized Ukraine had the right to pursue NATO membership and that the organization respects each nation's own choices.
Still, it's up to the now 30 NATO nations to decide whether Ukraine is ready for membership.
Just to show the encroachment, there are 30 NATO nations now.
When the Soviet Union dissolved, there were only 16.
And the United States and the Western allies declared they would not encroach one inch to the east.
Well, they've now encroached to the tune of 14 more of those newly sovereign nations.
Ukraine's pursuit of NATO membership, of course, played a crucial role in intervening in Ukraine.
In February 2019, then-Ukrainian President Poroshenko signed a constitutional amendment committing the country to become a member of NATO and of the EU.
Poroshenko told the leadership of the armed forces that joining NATO was a guarantee of security for Ukraine.
On the Russian side, President Putin said Russia needs to lay down red lines to prevent Ukraine from joining NATO because it could make Ukraine a launchpad for NATO missiles targeted at Russia.
The NATO allies were shy about clarifying their stance of Ukraine joining NATO.
As the war intensified and called millions to flee Ukraine, some NATO leaders have begun to admit Ukraine's membership is not on the agenda and voice objections to membership for that to take place.
German Chancellor Schultz, for example, said Ukraine's NATO membership will not take place.
I also made it clear in Moscow this option is not on the table and will not take place.
I said it's not on the alliance's agenda today, understood by the American president, by the French president.
He said he shares President Putin's security concerns and clarified to Putin that Ukraine will not be allowed to join NATO.
Meanwhile, despite the risk of nuclear war, calls call for the U.S.
to impose a no-fly zone over Ukraine.
This would mean direct fighting between the U.S.
and Russia.
Biden said a direct conflict between NATO and Russia would mean World War III among growing calls for the U.S.
to impose a no-fly zone.
To impose a no-fly zone, U.S.
and NATO would have to shoot down Russian planes and take out surface-to-air missiles that are inside Russia.
Despite the risk of war, which could quickly turn nuclear, some members of Congress are proposing this.
Adam Kinzinger, for example, among the first to call for the U.S.
to impose a no-fly zone.
Joe Manchin has warmed to the idea.
Representative Salazar has said she's in favor.
Politico published an open letter of 27 foreign policy experts urging the Biden administration to impose a limited no-fly zone.
But since Russian air defense missiles can shoot down planes across Ukraine, the prospect of a limited no-fly zone is impossible.
The idea is still getting favorable media coverage.
In spite of it, one of the greatest proponents is President Zelensky, who uses every opportunity call on the West to close the sky.
Biden is holding firm so far on not fighting Russia directly through a no-fly zone or boots on the ground.
A Pentagon spokesman, John Kirby, explained why the U.S.
could not impose a no-fly zone.
It is combat.
There's no way you can do that without being willing to shoot and be shot at.
It's combat.
I don't think it's in anyone's interest, certainly not Ukraine's, for the U.S.
and Russia to be getting in a war in their airspace.
Biden, while standing firm on the no-fly, the Biden admin is still risking provoking Moscow by flooding Ukraine with weapons and sharing intelligence with Ukrainians as they fight Russia.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, Jen Stoltenberg is an absolute fool and a disaster for NATO.
He's also been assigned a key central bank position, I think it's in Norway, so he is a double-minded man and I think he's part of this banker cabal.
But one thing that's very dangerous is Their presumption that NATO can just be used like a human shield and bring in weapons to arm the Nazi, Jewish, Bolshevik, Zionist, Zelensky regime, and these thugs imitating Nazis doing salutes, NATO seems to think, or Jen Stoltenberg seems to think, perhaps at the impregnation of him by the U.S.
zombie Biden and the rest of these Newland fools and New World Order types, think that the NATO alliance has a moral defense and a right to go into Ukraine and deliver weapons.
And they do not.
And Russia has said they do not.
And Russia has said any weapons that are brought in to fight against us, we will destroy and destroy those who are bringing them in.
So, NATO is not a defensive pact, a defensive alliance as it was intended anymore to guard Europe from a communist takeover in the 1940, 50, 60 original decades and the plan of the Truman Doctrine, but it has now become a human shield.
NATO is a human shield to infiltrate Ukraine with weapons to use against Russia.
And I don't think that's going to be tolerated.
I think you're going to see Russia really double down.
This is a poker game that Russia cannot fold out of.
They have to go all in.
Because it's an existential threat to their people and their culture, the Russian Orthodox Church.
The recent propaganda tool is they're trying to blame the Russians for bombing a Russian Orthodox monastery, which is absolutely ridiculous.
Russia is Orthodox.
They are not targeting women and children or religious institutions.
That is all propaganda from Fox News.
Very sad to say Fox News has completely shown its true vampire side, aside from Tucker Carlson occasionally.
This whole war, I think, Russia is going to double down on and say, no, we're going to take the entire country of Ukraine and purge all of the mud and the shit that's been gathered in there and filter out the gold.
And that gold will be a neutral political military regime that is not hostile to Russia and it's not hostile to the West.
It's independent.
And I think that lays down the The European Union is no different than the Soviet Union and in fact perhaps the European Union is worse than the Soviet Union because it pursues a godless transgender pro-homosexual anti-family agenda
Where the former, the Soviet Union, the Russian Union, the Russian Orthodox peoples believe in marriage between man and a woman, the wholesomeness of the family, and the wholesomeness of their religious moral principles.
And that's the defining issue of our time right now and for the next century.
Are we going to be a culture degenerating into transhumanism and Sodom and Gomorrah perversion and sexual schizophrenia?
Or are we going to be a culture and a people in a world of natural law, natural order, natural families, where human beings can be raised with mothers and fathers, and humanity be allowed to flourish in the way that God designed?
One side is absolutely godless and technocratic and obsessed with perverting and corrupting the human DNA, and the other side is about preserving and protecting it.
It's becoming very clear what side truth and life is on and lies and death are on, and we in the United States are not on the side of truth and life.
We're on the side of lies and death, Jim.

Well, Scott, I think we are trying to put out some truth here.
There are still a few sane Americans and I think people are waking up more and more every day.
It's hard.
We are a captured operation here in the United States.
I think at least Since the Patriot Act, we've really seen that Americans have been under the thumb of this new world order agenda here within the United States.
It's crazy to think I've become so accustomed to censoring myself.
I feel like I'm among some good company here, but I feel like I'm pretty honest compared to how most Americans are viewing things right now.
There's definitely a lot of social and psychological manipulation and warfare going on within the United States, pulling at the heartstrings of Americans and manipulating us, trying to push us into agreeing to another war.
I did want to say, last week Jim played a great clip of someone named Gonzalo Lira, he still has a YouTube channel up and he is in Ukraine and he's really been speaking about the perspective that's going on in Ukraine.
I think the fact that we're seeing, I saw a couple of articles today where US police are shipping armor and riot gear to Ukrainians, you know, they're extra Vermont State Police and other police within the United States.
I don't think that they should be getting involved.
I think that that's it's terrible.
And I'm using what should be used here in the United States.
I mean, I'm not agreeing that they should be using riot gear on Americans, but the fact that that's our equipment and the fact that they're getting involved in something which we should not be getting involved with.
We should be cleaning house.
We've got enough problems in major cities here.
People are getting shot and killed and stabbed.
You can just look at the local news all the time here in the United States to see how our major cities have collapsed.
And then also people in Hollywood are actually sending extra riot gear and other equipment, weapons even, to people in Ukraine at this point.
It's kind of spelling out what we see here in the United States and who is really a funding the Ukrainian government.
Zelensky is still telling his people to stand up and fight.
I mean, he is he is murdering his own people at this point.
The fact that he's telling, you know, what is he there?
What are they arming like old ladies at this point and telling them to fight?
I mean, this is just this is a war crime at this point, in my opinion.

Meanwhile, deleted webpages show Obama led an effort to build a Ukraine-based biolab handling especially dangerous pathogens.
For this, we have to credit Barack Hussein Obama.
A deleted article recovered from the National Pulse revealed former President Obama spearheaded an agreement leading to the construction of biolabs handling especially dangerous pathogens in Ukraine.
News came on the same day that Biden regime apparatchik Victoria Nuland admitted to the Senate that the U.S.
government is concerned about their facilities falling into the hands of Russia.
Originally posted on June 18, 2010, the article, Biolab Opens in Ukraine, details how Obama, while serving as an Illinois senator, helped negotiate a deal to build a Level 3 biosafety lab in Odessa.
The article, which also highlights the work of former Senator Dick Lugar, was included in issue number 818 of the U.S.
Air Force Counterproliferation Center's Outreach Journal.
In fact, it was named after Senator Lugar.
A 2011 report from the National Academy of Science Committee on Anticipating Biosecurity Challenges in Relation to Biological Issues explained how the Odessa-based lab is responsible for the identification of especially dangerous biological pathogens.
This lab was reconstructed and technically updated to the BSL-3 level through a cooperative agreement between the U.S.
and the Ministry of Health in Ukraine.
The collaboration focuses on preventing the spread of technologies, pathogens, and knowledge that can be used in the development of biological weapons by doing all the work necessary to develop that knowledge.
The updated lab serves as an interim central reference laboratory with a depositarium, a pathogen collection.
It has a permit to work on both bacteria and viruses.
A separate doc from the Bioweapons Prevention Lab outlines in greater detail what they're doing.
Among those the labs study were Ebola and viruses of pathogenicity group 2 by using virology, molecular, seriological, and express methods.
They provide special training for specialists on biosafety and biosecurity.
The unearthed lab facility follows intense scrutiny over the U.S.
government decision to risk Fondriskie gain-of-function research in Wuhan in a lab with military ties.
Scott, this doesn't leave a whole lot of room for doubt about it.
Your thoughts?
Well, it's interesting that the moment the biolab story really got out and we broke it on press TV, the first night it came out, and I I got up there and I did a recording on it and I said, this is going to cause a domino effect.
It doesn't give me any joy to discuss and analyze these things, but I have to tell the truth.
And when I see these bioweapons labs, I see the end of American trust in the eyes of the world that will eventually fester.
And this is festering right now.
That's why they took down RT.
They took it off of YouTube and they took it off of the computers.
I can't see RT.com and I can't see it on YouTube.
They've taken down RT America as well.
So they are trying to shut down all of this revelation because it's going to lead to an absolute collapse Of the American petrodollar, the American trust and claims to leadership in the world.
I mean, that's what's so ironic, Jim, is these silly cartoonish claims of world leadership and the world's policemen, as Trey Gowdy calls it.
And all of these presumptions of global moral superiority are evaporating in this revelation, in this discovery of truth.
And it's an ugly, horrific revelation.
The next thing to fall will be the pedophilia, the child human sex trafficking in Ukraine.
So when that breaks on top of the DNA bioweapons lab, you really are going to have the United States define itself And paint itself as the monster of the world, the ferocious, stupid, blind, violent monster of the world that has been seeking to disrupt and destroy.
Now, we know the Zionists are behind a lot of that, the Globalists and the New World Order, but for all intents and purposes, it is the United States as a nation whose reputation is destroyed by this, and there's no coming back from it.
Because these incompetent idiots like Victoria Nuland and the rhinos like Marco Rubio have put their neck in the guillotine when they said, like you said earlier Jim, does Ukraine have chemical weapons?
No, but they have biological labs and genetic labs from which biological weapons are devised that are constructed from.
So it's on the record, it's being known, and it triggers Article 6 of the United Nations Security Council investigating a bioweapons situation.
Article 1 and Article 3 says in the Global Biological Weapons Convention, no country shall develop biological weapons and genetic things like that, nor will they encourage other countries to do that or transform or transmit it.
And the U.S.
has done both.
And Article 6 says the United Nations Security Council has to investigate These issues if they are brought up.
The Russians have just brought it up.
So the Russians have brought up in an international forum the demand for an investigation which will lead to a prosecution which will lead to another Nuremberg type hearing against the United States.
Now the next question is, is the United States going to set off a nuclear event in Ukraine like the false flag they tried to do with Chernobyl?
Are they going to assassinate Joe Biden and blame it on the Russians?
Are they going to do something else?
Uh, most likely because they are a cornered animal and, uh, you know, I think it's a matter of time before this cornered animal, if they take action against Russia in an ugly way with a nuclear or some sort of a serious event, I wouldn't be surprised, Jim, if Russia, in its cold-blooded, very direct way, takes out serious U.S.
military infrastructure and possibly Washington D.C.
But then again, maybe Biden and these fools are going to take out Washington D.C.
and try and blame it on the Russians.
This is a massive propaganda campaign, and Susan Lindauer, we did a show with her, She is a good barometer of how people are persuaded by this, because the emotions take over.
And she, for example, has been bought up in the, well, they're bombing monasteries, they're bombing children, they're bombing, and you had to say, no, they're not!
That is part of the propaganda war that the British are masters of.
And that's why they have said, well, if there's a biological weapon, if there's a chemical weapon, it's of course going to be the Russians, right?
That was Marco Rubio's statement in Newland.
And she said, yes, the Russians are going to blame us for what they themselves are doing.
No, that's the opposite.
You're blaming Russia for something you are planning to do, Victoria Newland and Joe Biden.

Right there during that Senate exchange.
I mean, it was like Marco Rubio didn't even blink.
He just went ahead and said, well, of course, the Russians are responsible after Nuland said those are our labs.

Well, it reminds me of, I think it was either 2017 or 2018, Venezuela was going through, they were having power outages, their hydro dams were being shut off, there were EMP attacks to their hydro dam, so they
The major cities in Venezuela were losing power for weeks and the government actually said Marco Rubio was one of the people who was instrumental in and involved in the attack so and no one ever questioned any of that or looked into it more so.
Interesting to see if his name continues to come up and what he's really involved with here, especially as there are already threats and posturing and we saw that was the Operation Polygon or something like that over the summer where there are these war games.
For EMP attacks, and Scott's absolutely right.
This information has to come out.
It's coming out on a world stage, whether we're talking about biolabs or the different trafficking that goes on, the money laundering, especially as our monetary system starts to fall apart.

The more that we put sanctions upon Russia, the more that the United States becomes isolated and desperate.
And as OPEC collapses and nothing is backing the United States dollar at this point, we don't have any gold reserves or anything we can move forward.

So as much as the United States continues to posture and put ourselves out there and say, you know, we are the world police, people are people are foolish at this point.
And I, I I do think, you know, just from what I've seen as a woman, I think women really get manipulated by that, you know, what to think of the children and women and children and the humanitarian crisis and everything like that.
And that's used.

And if we can't clean it up here within the United States, the global community is going to have to step up and America's going to have to be held accountable.

Well, Holly said it very well, and I want to elaborate on that.
What would happen if you saw your supermarket, for example, stripped of sodas and cakes and ice creams and preserved foods and frozen foods and pornographic materials and alcohol and tobacco?
What would happen if all of that garbage and those instruments of vice were purged and cleansed and taken out of your supermarket, your society?
You'd have a healthier, happier, cleaner society.

Well, I think talking about Russian exports, their biggest exports, and they're some of the, in these groups, they are the biggest exporters in the world of wheat.
They're one of the biggest exporters of the world of wheat, of oil, of gold, of wood, including plywood.
So if people think that housing prices and price to build houses right now is expensive, wait until this really starts to kick in with Russia and their exports.
They export a lot of other foods besides wheat as well, so if people think that things are bad right now, wait until the cutoff from this really starts to take effect here in the United States and with the global economy.
So, like I said, the United States, we're shutting off these major Silicon Valley type of organizations, hitting them.
Uh, what we think is hard with our sanctions, Russia, as Scott has said they've been working on building their own internet they went live with Russ net their form of internet 2019 they started to run operations over the summer to make sure that they can run their own internet if in case They were ever shut off from the global internet for some reason.
Putin put forward initiatives to make Russia one of the biggest organic food growers in the world.
I've talked about that before on this show.
He has instituted laws and ways to make people grow their families, so pro-family initiatives.
We've seen this in Belarus and Hungary and other countries as well, which are moving their way towards Russia.
They are promoting the family.
Russia is also, as they've been pulled away from MasterCard and Citi, they are joining China for their credit system.
So as well, they're using, I think it's called UnionPay, as they're pulled off of Swift.
So we're seeing a consolidation of these powers as well as India is starting to maneuver itself towards Russia and China as well, looking at a rupee and ruble exchange system.
So the United States, we've shot ourselves in the foot by putting forward these sanctions because as these countries have started to see the collapse of the United States, they've started to build these systems around it.
So things are going to get bad for the United States if we don't stop what we're doing, especially if we actually get involved in Ukraine at this point.
We're not only destroying ourselves domestically, but in terms of our foreign relations with others around the world.
