This is the 20th of February, 2022.
Oh, what a first hour we have.
Things are so tense these days.
Times are tight.
Everything's something else.
You gotta share this whole show with the world so we have some sense of what's going on here and know what to do.
And Holly wants to comment on our last segment.
Go ahead.
Well, Don, yes, I want to invite Holly's commentary.
I think we have a situation where the Democrats are going to confront a bloodbath of unprecedented proportions at the midterm exams.
It's absolutely stunning.
Let me add that I believe this move To create perversion throughout the school system is because we have so many perverts in government, including, of course, the president and the vice president, who was known as a homosexual druggie when he was a kid, and who married a man who has breast implants and a huge shaving bill.
If the Democrats think Michelle is going to save the day, they're going to face a rude awakening when it's exposed to the world that this is a man Performing or pretending to be a woman.
Holly, your thoughts on all of the above?
Well, with the, uh, the perverse, uh, sex ed, uh, information that they're trying to push on children, um, as, as Scott's right.
I mean, at the most it should be a brief, uh, anatomical discussion.
It shouldn't be, uh, You know, getting into all kinds of perversions and preferences.
I mean, children should be focusing on writing and reading and math.
I mean, most children, people who go into college now need remedial math.
Public schools are an absolute failure when it comes to reading.
I think they're passing.
Children with a high school diploma at a sixth grade and lower reading level, which is, you know, just from a century ago people were able to read voluminous novels as, you know, people used to go to college at 12 years old.
So the ability that we have now for education is just completely atrocious and they've replaced it with this woke culture that Scott's right that Putin, I listened to his speech the other day, again, I think it was from 2018, where he was talking about collapse.
And he said, we've lived through this before.
We saw this in Bolshevik Russia.
We saw 50 million people get murdered because of this.
And it starts out with this, this need to create the new and priming and creating, taking the children and molding them, going after the children.
This is what they say.
This is what They brag about doing and creating this animosity between children and parents and then creating all this confusion and gender dysphoria and all of that is pushed within public school culture now so.
People need to get their kids out of school if you want them to have any sort of education.
Get them out of public school.
And I can't believe that the administration would actually try to defend this person.
That just shows the culture of that school to say, oh, it was a mistake and it didn't mean to be posted.
Well, who made that graphic in the first place?
How does that even get up online?
And then how do they have the audacity to offend something like that?
I mean, these people should be fired right away.
They should apologize.
They should be lucky that they should, that they're not charged with, you know, sexual harassment of the children in the district.
John, you want to add?
Yeah, I want to say one thing.
When I was 13 and in middle school, I'll never forget this, and this is what differentiates modern society, modern teaching of this subject versus the old school ways.
When I was 13, I'll never forget this, and I've talked about it with others.
We had a health teacher, Mr. Eggold was his name, and he played for the New York Jets, in fact.
He was a big, big strapping guy, played professional football, and he was a teacher now, and he was young, and he was in his 30s, and he said something very profound.
He said, you know, class, you know, young boys and girls, you're going through puberty.
This is about health, health education.
You're going through puberty, your hormones are changing, you're growing up into young men and women, and it's okay in these changes you're going through if you see another guy or a girl and want to just give them a hug or kiss or you're attracted to them.
It's okay.
That's extraordinarily important to say, because instead of saying that safe place, that your hormones and everything are going and sometimes you don't know which way you're going, he said, That's just natural, normal.
It's okay.
Instead, today, we say, that means you're LGBTQRS.
That means you're transgender.
That means you're a homosexual.
That means you're gay.
That means you have to wear the rainbow flag and you have to be militant and you need to be this and that.
There's a difference between helping young boys and girls navigate the tumultuous waters of puberty and hormonal change and being patient with themselves And being gentle with their own affectionate desires versus politicizing and trying to make it into an identity.
And it's a very blushing subject for some people to talk about, but it's precisely because we failed to Give children that sort of safe space to be, and I hate using that term, but to be themselves and not be afraid and not be into this frantic sense of, who am I?
Am I a girl?
Am I a guy?
I don't know.
Maybe I need a hormone blocker.
That's been the cause of this because they've made it so rigid and political, whereas before it was very soft and malleable and flowing.
And there was innocence there.
And that's a tragedy.
And I'll finally say this too.
The whole pizza topping of sexual proclivities and desires and appetites, they have sterilized and ruined sexual intimacy as the eternal spiritual bond between God and His creation, manifesting as marriage between a husband and a wife, and the emotional unity, the prerequisites to sexual union,
is development of character, development of work, development of feminine graces, masculine graces, charm school, eloquence, all of the great characteristics that Jane Austen and, you know, many of the other literature in the old days of this country, 100 years ago, focused on giving young women a sense of what it means to be a young woman, young men what it seems to be a young man, manhood, you know, sports training, as well as
Working with your hands and all of that curriculum.
We've lost the emotional beauty of sexual union and instead we have corrupted and degenerated it into this foul symbol of sexual gratification.
Where you have all of these symbols for different sexual acts, completely devoid of any emotional, spiritual unity or engagement or occult cultivation.
And that is the saddest crime against humanity.
And it's because conservatives haven't risen up And tarred and feathered and executed in some places, these perverts that have been playing on children and masquerading in the schools and doing it in the Boy Scouts.
We've witnessed the destruction of our children because we haven't risen up and held the standard that should be held, Jim.
Oh, I think you've got that right, Scott.
Meanwhile, Trump literally wiped ISIS off the map.
Biden, however, is building them back better.
History is teaching us a lesson in real time.
Under one party's administration, violent jihadists are running scared.
Under the other, they flourish.
Trump showed al-Baghdadi, who his daddy really was, and reduced Soleimani to cinders, which I'd applaud, by the way.
The jihadists were on the run, even shaving their beards and wearing burqas so they wouldn't be caught by American forces.
Then along came Biden.
His chaotic and haphazard mishandling of the Afghanistan retreat led to a failure of his own, reminding us of Barack Obama's famous observation, never underestimate Joe Biden's ability to eff things up.
Remember how he told us we'd retain those over-the-horizon capabilities?
No one believed the line any when he was shoveling it.
Now we're seeing the result.
We're not talking about his press or about two jihadi leaders reportedly taken down in Syria that left women and children dead, as well as the loss of a chopper.
We're talking about the reconstitution of ISIS in Afghanistan.
The report cited The release by the Taliban of several thousand individuals from prison in Afghanistan is a primary source of additional fighters, while member states report only small numbers of foreign terrorists moving to Afghanistan in ISIS-K operative
Previously held at the Parwan Detention Facility near Bagram Air Force Base, subsequently released by the Taliban, detonated that suicide device at the Karzai International Airport.
This did not surprise anyone.
Biden is hellbent on giving away the store in a new deal with Iran.
Of course, even aside from the nukes and death to America, there's a fairly strong moral argument against dropping sanctions against Iran.
Meanwhile, remember, ISIS was a creation of America in 2012.
Hillary Clinton And Secretary of State John Brennan, then the director of the CIA and Barack Obama president, decided to create a terrorist army in order to bring pressure upon the Syrian democratically elected government Bashar al-Assad.
Many American military joined.
They didn't even bother to conceal their U.S.
Army tattoos.
When a Biden staffer was hacked, they found a staging of an ISIS beheading video.
This is all absolutely bona fide.
Here you have John Biden along with al-Baghdadi.
When Washington, D.C., ISIS was known as John McCain's army.
Stunning, stunning stuff.

The John McCain and the ISIS caliphate that was created under Hillary and Barack Obama and that was used in Syria, used in Libya, all of this we knew.
We wrote about it, in fact, in 2012 in the original whistleblown report that went to James Mattis, commander of U.S.
Central Command, General Jeffrey Jacobs, commander of USACAPOC, U.S.
Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, of which we declared Union Bank of Switzerland was one of the key banks that was being utilized for funding ISIS and engaging in these provocative activities that went up.
And that's one of the things that Defense Intelligence Agency General Michael Flynn included in those memos, those Defense Intelligence Agency memos.
So I am not surprised that they used our information.
I am surprised that Americans have tolerated this for so long, Jim.

Well, we're seeing a lot of posturing right now with the United States acting like Putin is going to attack Ukraine and cause this European war.
And I don't know if you guys had a chance to see but they're they're wheeling out Kamala Harris right now to talk about Ukraine and Russia.
It just looks so so bad.
I'm just I'm so embarrassed to be an American when I see what we quote-unquote have as our political leaders right now of Biden.
You got a great photo right there Don of him literally covering his face with the mask.
I mean It would be better if he gave a speech that way.
He's just he's so incompetent.
He's so weak.
Kamala Harris is so weak as a woman as well.
It's just it's sickening.
It's embarrassing.
And these other countries know what we're up to, know what the shadow government of the United States is doing right now, trying to brace for war.
And hopefully it's just posturing.
I know I've seen news reports talking about where, oh, Russian separatists are bombing Ukraine and bombing schools right now.
And it could be very similar to what was constructed within the United States with ISIS, these Russian separatists.
It'd be interesting to kind of do a deep dive and see.
I know the United States, some of our shadow government agencies were funding Nazis, including Soros, funding literally what they were calling Nazis in Ukraine, these groups.
So we found out that they were completely funded by these leftist organizations.
Interestingly enough, Yes, yes.

Meanwhile, Sandy Hook family has come to an unprecedented $73 million settlement with a gun manufacturer, Remington Arms.
This is stunning.
Sandy Hook family attorney boasts Remington's $73 million settlement opens the path to going after other gun makers.
In their case, the families and their attorneys contended Remington violated Connecticut law and fair trade practices by promoting illegal behavior and specifically marketing their firearms to violence-prone young men.
The legal strategy was considered groundbreaking since it appeared to successfully circumvent a long-standing law known as the Protection of Lawful Commerce and Arms Act, PLCAA, which revised firearm manufacturers from litigation after violent incidents involving their products.
Driven by profit goals set by parent company Cerebus, Remington changed its previously sober approach to marketing firearms in favor of an aggressive multimedia campaign that pushed sales of AR-15 through product placement in first-person shooter video games, and by touting the AR-15 effectiveness as a killing machine, lawyers stated in their press release,
In addition to the financial settlement, Remington agreed to release thousands of pages of internal company documents, including marketing plans for the weapon used in the shooting.
Remington has not commented publicly on the settlement, has not yet returned requests for comment from major media publications.
Meanwhile, we know the whole thing was a total fraud, even from merely observing a photograph of the parking lot.
Notice in particular, it was a 38 degree Fahrenheit ground temperature day above freezing, but certainly way too cold that you could not have conducted school with students unless a building were heated.
But there's no steam or heat rising from the building because it had been closed since 2008, as we, the 13 who investigated this case, and I publish in Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, had established already in the book published in 2015.
Notice, too, which some may regard as even more telling.
There's none of the familiar blue and white parking spaces, blue and white signage for handicapped parking.
I reviewed the laws for Americans with Disabilities Act in both Connecticut and in the federal law statutes, and this school could not have been legally operating in 2012 as a public school in violation thereof.
It had entrances and exits that were not wheelchair acceptable, did not have handicapped parking.
This obviously means this was a stage for an elaborately conducted charade.
Notice too, that center rows of vehicles that they're all parked facing the school.
If In spite of the driving instructions that come in the one single access route on Dickinson Drive, indicate you drive to the right and then curl around and then park facing away.
Evidently it was simply much easier just to bring them all in in a single file and put them in two by two by two facing the building.
There can be no doubt that this photograph alone establishes that this Sandy Hook shooting was a fraud.
It was a hoax.
Meanwhile, gun owners of America have observed relation to the settlement here.
This is a threat to every law-abiding gun owner in the country.
Falsely claiming firearm manufacturers are responsible for violence instead of the criminals is a slippery slope to ban guns and unconstitutional restrictions.
By the way, notice that sign.
Sandy Hook School, 1956.
That appears to have been put up just for the event.
Notice how clean it is.
It's not weather worn at all.
There's no indication there that that sign has been up for any period longer than perhaps a few months.
It's outrageous!
And remember, the school itself was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane.
There was even a major flood in the area in 2007.
It was not habitable and could not have functioned as a school.
Here's a nice observation about it from an independent journalist.

Gunmaker Remington Arms has agreed to pay $73 million in settlements.
To the families of nine victims of the deadly sand...
This case was never about damages in the sense of compensation.
It was about damages in the sense of forcing change.
It was about damages in the sense of realizing the goals of these families to do whatever they can to help prevent the next Sandy Hook.
The family sued Remington for the same marketing fear of 15 star rifle.
Remington denied the allegations.
As part of the settlement, the families are allowed to release documents they obtained during the lawsuit.
And the linchpin of this settlement is that it allows these families the rights to share the information as to what they learned.
You heard what that attorney said.
He's the attorney that represented these families.
Now, here's the question that I have.
Well, I actually have a few questions.
Adam Lanza reportedly used a Runnington Bushmaster.
The Bushmaster by itself is an eminent object.
It can't do anything by itself.
It just simply lays there.
Or stays there.
Now what's the difference if you go out, or I go out and buy a new car.
Let's say you buy a, I don't know, a Lexus.
And you go run over some children at a crosswalk.
You drove the vehicle, which again is a Lexus.
The vehicle killed those people.
You didn't go out there and strangle them to death.
The vehicle killed them.
What's the difference between Adam Lanza, if it was indeed Adam Lanza, using a Remington Bushmaster, or you using a Lexus?
The end result's the same.
This never would have settled the way it did if there wasn't this hysteria to take away our Second Amendment rights.
That's just totally crazy.
Now, I've said this in other videos before.
What Remington should have done was demanded that the bodies of those children, all of those children, would have been exhumed.
Now, why do I say that?
Well, there's videos that show the children at various events after this event in Florida took place.
One of the little boys that was reportedly killed He died twice.
He died in Afghanistan as well.
The exact same picture with the boy wearing a leather jacket with a fur collar.
What about the father?
And I've done videos on this that was going to be interviewed.
And he was cracking jokes.
Didn't realize he was on camera.
And as soon as he realized he was on camera, he choked up.
I lost my child!
But before that he was cracking jokes.
This whole thing is a complete farce.
And it was pushed by the Obama administration.
Obama sent Air Force One to pick up the families in Sandy Hook and fly them to Washington D.C.
to the White House.
The whole thing is a complete setup.
And again, what's the difference?
The children get hit by a Lexus at a crosswalk, or they get shot, supposedly get shot, with a Remington Bushmaster.
Can you tell me what the difference is?
This lawyer is going to take what, 30% of $73 million?
The very first we heard about this event was broken by CNN and they showed the Sandy Hook fire station.
They said that was the Sandy Hook School.
I did countless videos on this event.
Sandy Hook School was closed due to asbestos contamination.
The whole thing is a complete joke.
The coroner that reportedly saw the bodies came out and he started cracking up laughing.
And he said that he hopes that the folks at Sandy Hook can live with this.
Live with what they've said and done.
The whole thing is absolute bullshit.
That's just sort of what I think.
And at a minimum, Remington should have demanded that those bodies be exhumed before they paid a dime.
And that attorney?
He's laughing all the way to the bank.
You think not.
Think whatever the hell you like.

Well, he's got it exactly right.
He made a lot of very nice points.
Of course, he's talking about Robbie Parker, who came out of a building all jocular, laughing.
Then he turned and saw the assembled press and hyperventilated again in character, and then began talking about the death of his daughter, Emily, having the presence of mind to mention her donation website.
Wayne Carver, the medical examiner, had a bizarre press conference during which he didn't know how many were boys, how many were girls.
He said he hoped this didn't come crashing down on the people of Newtown.
Why would that have been the case if it were all bona fide?
There's issue after issue here, but it appears that Cerebrus Capital has bought up a number of gun companies They're participating in these settlements where I sought to intervene in this very settlement and both Remington and the parents opposed my intervention because I wanted to raise a very simple question.
Has there ever been a judicial determination that anyone died at Sandy Hook, to which he answers emphatically, no.
So his suggestion of doing an excavation of the various gravesite was really quite point on.
There are no bodies in any of those graves.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, the courts and the process of law has to be communicated in a legal fashion, not in a philosophical, moral, or spiritual fashion.
And the legal language, as I've said before, needs to be two things.
A motion for reconsideration based on, number one, newly discovered evidence, and number two, the newly discovered evidence shows, proves, beyond a reasonable doubt, that fraud upon the court Those are the only two things that are needed to be said to any judge and that automatically will go to the Supreme Court.
Because newly discovered evidence, as I've learned in my own law school experience on the Island of Misfit Toys when Obama threw me in prison because I was exposing his criminal activities, I was surrounded by brilliant lawyers and I learned the law and that's how you do it.
You file a motion, newly discovered evidence that was previously unavailable that must be reviewed by the court as newly discovered evidence.
And the newly discovered evidence indicates fraud upon the court.
So the court cannot have any ruling where there is fraud, period.
They are airtight arguments.
And the overwhelming amount of fraud that you've detailed in your books, Jim, and that many others have cited is absolutely overwhelming and needs to be brought in front and center.
And among other things, the greatest fraud that I see Is the individual who's dressed up in a SWAT uniform, a police uniform, holding his weapon upside down by the magazine, then suddenly appears on the Bill Moyers Show as a grieving father.
That right there indicates the SWAT team, the police team, were in a conspiracy with this guy, this crisis actor, To participate in a fraud upon the American people.
And this was a political agenda to violate the rights of Americans, to violate their Second Amendment right, to, you know, dissolve it in this hysteria of school shootings.
And I'll say, too, the reason Remington is settled, Jim, most likely is because their key employees have been given a million dollars, probably more.
Their board of directors is probably going to collect, you know, a million to five million dollars in severance pay if they go along with this.
There's no love for the Second Amendment.
There's no love for their company.
There's no love for Remington Firearms.
They've completely sold themselves out.
They are participating in this conspiracy, this racketeering operation, and they should be culpable and investigated by attorney generals in other states where people have boughten Remington guns and now are going to be harmed by this settlement and the bankruptcy of Remington.
This is a concerted George Soros type of effort against Guns in America and the gun manufacturers and the ammunition and the triggers.
They're going after it like piranhas, going after little bites here and there.
But it should be, a motion should be sent to the court, newly discovered evidence brought upon the court, and also that Remington itself should be investigated for conspiracy and racketeering Because they did this as a conspiracy to defraud the American public and take money from this settlement.

Well, the strategy appears to be that this Cerberus Capital wants to settle these by insurance and promote the idea that every gun owner has to have insurance.
And to have insurance, you've got to register your weapons so the government will then know who has the weapons that they can be confiscated.
Yeah, they're trying to do that.
Let me just say they're trying to do that in California.
They're trying to do that in San Jose with this mandatory insurance that is not going to go anywhere.
It's going to be thrown out of court, Jim.
That's what they're trying to accomplish, I think, through this suit.
Holly, your thoughts?
I was just thinking about what they had filed with Remington.
They said that the lawyers for the families argued that Remington marketed to at-risk young men by placing their guns in video games.
They claimed that Adam Lanza played the video game Call of Duty, which had the Remington's AR-15.
So they targeted Vulnerable youth was basically their argument that they were marketing to certain groups of people, I guess, was that their argument.
You can't do that, I guess, is what they're saying.
Well, what about all the pharmaceutical manufacturers?
What about Johnson & Johnson marketing their asbestos-laden baby powder to parents, or marketing Celebrex to old people on television, giving them cancer and heart attacks, or What about the mandatory jab using propaganda and fear tactics and Fauci on CNN 24-7?
Wouldn't that be particular marketing?
The concept of them using this argument opens up a huge can of worms, not only to the pharmaceutical companies, but Many other industries as well.
And then you had brought up the issue of asbestos.
And it just reminds me of, of course, we knew that the Twin Towers were a severe asbestos problem for the people who owned and were trying to maintain the buildings.
I believe the tower that collapsed in Florida that we did a video on, we were talking about that.
Last year, the Champlain Towers, I believe they were an asbestos problem as well.
You said the Sandy Hook building itself was an asbestos problem.
So it's interesting that when you have these massive asbestos abatement issues, I guess, a lot of times these buildings end up in events instead of actually going through the massive problem of trying to clean and actually remove all of this using all the hazmat practices which they should use.
Yes, yes, Holly, that's all spot on.
Absolutely right.
Meanwhile, I'm doing my best to expose what's going on here.

Notice this series of photographs.
The lawsuit was brought in the name of nine parents, a first name plaintiff being Donna Soto, who was supposed to be the mother of Victoria Soto, one of the teachers who purportedly died at Sandy Hook.
But guess what?
The woman who plays Donna Soto also played Susan Brough, who was supposed to be the mother of Heather Heyer in Charlottesville, which was also a stage event.
So how outrageous is this?
They rub our faces right in it.
Completely disgusting.
Here, note, when I sought to intervene in the case, I was opposed by both the plaintiff and the defendant.
That the plaintiff should object was not surprising, but Remington, too, noticed.
In this case, Soto vs. Bushmaster, plaintiff's objection to petitioner's motion to intervene.
But notice, too, in Soto vs. Bushmaster, Remington's objection to motion to intervene, where I was simply raising the question of, did anybody die at Sandy Hook?
Does that give you the least indication, hint, that the fix was in, considering my attempts to make the court and council wear have been repeatedly abopped, it appears that whether this was a staged event, actually a two-day FEMA mass casualty exercise involving children, for which we even found the manual and actually a two-day FEMA mass casualty exercise involving children, for which we even found the manual and published as Appendix A to Nobody Died at Sandy Hook 2015, second edition 2016, doesn't
Think about it.
I published before that this $33 million lawsuit was an insurance scam.
Now I'm told they settled for $73 million.
And the first named plaintiff, Donna Soto, also played the role of Susan Broe in Charlottesville.

On 11-19-2015, after having put on sale on 22 October, less than a month later, Mr. Fetzer's book was banned from the Amazon catalog one month after initial acceptance and posting there.
Quoting, faking a school shooting to instill fear into a population for political purposes is an act of terrorism, where it has become clear that this instance was brought to us by officials at every level of the Connecticut government, from the teachers and reporters to the state police and the Newtown school board, to the governor and the attorney general and the president himself.
This is the ugly legacy of Barack Hussein Obama.
who nullified the Smith-Mutt Act by the Smith-Mutt Modernization Act of 2012, which had precluded the use of staged events, fake shootings, and the like, paid riots in the United States in time to bring us Sandy Hook.
In addition, here's what he wrote about it.
The story first came my way by Mike Adams and his report that Amazon was getting into the book banning business with this particular title, which to me proved that whatever the book's point was, it was worth looking into.
The authors made it easy by publishing the book in PDF format and making it freely available here, which I did when the book was banned.
So I have read the book and digested its essential as a professional editor.
I find nobody's copyediting and formatting lessons stellar, but the book is well organized, the content bona fide.
It touches all the bases and answers the hard questions.
To an epistemological certainty, Sandy Hook was not real.
Nobody real died.
Sandy Hook was a FEMA drill with the purpose of generating support for an extreme gun control and federal power agenda.
This review will simply catalog the main factual data that demonstrates this certainty.
489 students minus 20.
469 students plus 70 staff and teachers.
Nowhere to be found.
No evacuation.
The benefits of those who participated in the hoax have been substantial.
The donation sites created by families of the victim have hauled in over $27 million, or in excess of $1 million per family.
Here you see a photograph that was supposed to be the evacuation of kids by a police officer, a photograph that went round the world.
Well, believe it or not, there was a second photograph taken moments earlier by the same photographer, Shannon Hicks of the Newtown Bee, where you can see parents standing around, hands in their pockets, arms folded, casually looking on.
And when you do a comparison of the photograph, you realize in the earlier photograph it was a little girl in a pink sweater and a short skirt at the front of the line.
They moved up a little boy to get a better shot.
Can you imagine in the midst of an emergency shooting what was supposed to be a massacre?
That parents would be there casually looking on or that they would stop to rearrange the kids to get a better shot.
And look at the bottom photograph between boy number one and boy number two, the arrow for a close-up on the parents.
It reveals the parents are casually looking on.
I call this lounging at the massacre.
Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus is a Latin phrase meaning false in one thing, false in everything, a common law.
It's a legal principle that a witness who testifies falsely about one matter is not credible to testify about any matter.
Can anyone doubt that the photos around the world were staged?
And if it was staged, the rest of the event was also staged.

They took for granted that the official narrative was authentic.
They did not acknowledge that the judge had precluded by introducing all of the evidence that the school had been closed and there were no students there.

Efforts to walk back the foreclosure of Fetzer's defense are belied by the circuit court's clear and unambiguous statement considered in full.
Whether or not Sandy Hook ever happened or not is not relevant to this.
The truthfulness or the accuracy of the death certificate.
Now, I understand the defendant's overall theory of believing it never happened, and I'm not going to take the bait and let this case go down the rabbit hole.
The circuit court's limited view of the matter is further indicated by the court's refusal to read your book because it would not be appropriate for me to start educating myself about the larger controversy.
And yet look at the death certificate, the authenticity of which stood in doubt.
It states that the individual died on 12 Dickinson Drive, Sandy Hook Elementary School on 14 December 2012 of multiple gunshot wounds.
In other words, this death certificate is for one of the alleged decedents of the school massacre.
It has no file number.
It has no town certification.
It has no state certification.
Under Connecticut law, not even parents are allowed to have an uncertified death certificate.
But how could all the evidence I'd amassed that nobody died at Sandy Hook not be relevant to the authenticity of a death certificate asserting someone had died at Sandy Hook?
And yet the Wisconsin Supreme Court of Wisconsin Ordered that my petition for review be denied with no word of explanation.
Completely grotesque.
Which tells me that the Supreme Court of Wisconsin is unwilling to clean up their mess.
During an interview we had with Steven Pinker, he suggested the possibility here that we have deprivation of rights under color of law, which makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.
Including persons acting under color of law within the meaning of this statute, including police officers, prison guards, and other law enforcement officials, as well as judges, care providers in public health facilities, and others who are acting as public officials.
Meanwhile, I've now created a give-send-go site in order to raise funds to carry my case to the United States Supreme Court.
Because if it does not go to the Supreme Court, if this is not reversed, then it really gives an open opportunity for any judge using summary judgment, which was grossly violated here, to manufacture facts as he likes.
He not only precluded my introduction of the massive evidence I had that nobody died at Sandy Hook, But he dismissed two forensic document expert findings that the death certificate in question was fake and denied me the opportunity to present my case.
It was outrageous.
The facts were obviously disputed.
It had to be sent to a jury.
But this judge usurped unto himself the right to determine and play the role of both judge and jury.
So I'm soliciting funds.
I need your help to carry this case to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
And even though the Supreme Court only accepts 5% of the cases, by submitting to the court, this case will be studied by every law school in the country.

Jim, Like you and no doubt many of your other supporters, I am profoundly disturbed by the denial of your petition for review of the Posner v. Fetzer case by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the terse manner in which it was denied, if terse is even the correct adjective.
It is incomprehensible on one level how any court in the land could even begin to consider that this is a proper judicial denial, lacking, as it is, any reason, legal analysis, or justification for its decision.
On another level, it is completely understandable, given the state of other corruption and capture we are facing in all sectors of our government, legislative, judicial, and executive, and its agencies, plus the complicit corporate media, entertainment, and tech sectors.
I was certain that you and your co-defendants would prevail in this case when it first came up.
It seemed like a slam dunk.
But over the years, since you published your fine book on the subject, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, and subsequently went through legal proceedings, it has become clear that the controllers involved will never tolerate a serious, credible threat to expose their frauds, deceptions, and criminal operations.
And it is increasingly clear that they have the power to delay, cheat, obfuscate, censor, blackmail, bribe, entrap, propagandize, memory hole, etc.
to prevent such exposures, as with the events of other real false flags and conspiracies you have covered, such as JFK, Wellstone, 9-11, Boston, Orlando, Parkland, and more.
It sadly seems that truth about Sandy Hook will remain obscured to a lot of the general public for a long time, if not forever.
Yet, notwithstanding this, I admire and applaud your determination to continue your efforts to bring out the truth about these events as you know it, to bring your petition to the U.S.
Supreme Court, To continue to broadcast your shows, to continue to research, write and sell books, engage in debates, collaborate with other truth seekers, etc.
You are one of our few breathtaking national natural treasures, an honorable American public intellectual with the courage to speak truth in the face of corrupt adversity.

Well, I think it's going to be an interesting next couple of years because I think people like you, Jim, and others have been exposing this for so many years.
And it's really been cringe or a fringe topic.
It's not something that people want to discuss in polite company.
It's usually not something you discuss, you know, at a holiday party or something like that.
But I think more and more people are starting to humor this, that our government and these shadow corporations
And NGOs and individuals, crisis actors, all of these groups actually do exist and they are out there and their job is to propagandize and to undermine United States democracy and to create trauma, to create a mass hypnosis, to steer popular opinion in one way or another.
And so I think people are going to really start to see this unfold as the United States tries to start this proxy war with Russia and these other countries, these NATO allies.
The United States is going to have to be called out on a global scale, and the American people are going to have to realize What we've been under the type of psychological abuse that we've been under and people like you who have created the case for this and laid it out.
All of this will be available for people in the future.
So I just commend you for all the work that you've done to try to preserve all of this because so much of this gets memory hold online.
So many of those clips and other people who have recorded the clips of The local news with their actors and their events, just showing all of this as evidence because they use this to try to destroy the Second Amendment, to destroy so many different aspects of American freedom.
And if we can point at this and laugh at the absurdity of it at the very beginning, that's how we can wake people up to some of this.
And then we can see what a massive global scale all this is meant to try to overthrow the United States.
And we're at this point now, I mean, we're coming out of this latest false flag, which was the whole COVID and the vaccine scam.
I mean, it just, they keep ramping it up.
It keeps getting more and more absurd.
And more and more dangerous.
These people have to be stopped and called out.
Let me just add that the wife of David Wheeler, whose name is Francine Wheeler, and both of the Wheelers, by the way, have acting credits.

Was a personal assistant to Maureen White, who was a DNC finance chairman who raised more money than anyone else for the Democratic Party.
When Barack Obama flew them down to Washington, D.C.
to give a speech from the White House, from the Oval Office, a virtually unprecedented act for any ordinary civilian, he was acting in full knowledge that they were functioning as lobbyists or as propagandists, and thereby was himself violating the law.
But then This whole business was a Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Eric Holder, Daniel Malloy, Connecticut State Police, Newtown School Board, and other operation, which I now believe involved the head of the fire department, the head of the police department, and other officials in the state, where even they have sought to sabotage every effort to examine this from a legal point of view.
Where a fellow named Monty Frank, for example, told witnesses that Wolfgang Halbig had arranged a subpoena to come for a legal deposition in order to support his Freedom of Information Act request that they didn't need to bother to come.
Nevertheless, Wolfgang was able to get the first select man of Newtown, a position equivalent to mayor, Patricia LaLorda, testifying under oath as to the location or the placement of the Everyone Must Check In sign, that it had not been placed by the town, but it had been placed by Homeland Security, DHS.
Well, DHS had no role at Sandy Hook.
There wasn't any federal crime there.
Very good, Don.
There you can see the sign, everyone must check in, but it says right in the manual, of which we were able to discover a copy, everyone must check in with a controller upon arrival so that after the event they could be paid.
So all this is completely outrageous.
There's many forms of confirmation that have come since the publication of the book, for example.
It turns out, we learned later, that the mayor of Boston, Thomas Menino, appeared on a show called Greater Boston that was hosted by Andy Rooney's daughter just a couple of weeks before the event would occur.
Well, they were talking about how he was boasting of his friendship with Joe Biden.
This may be another confirmation of Brock's observance about Biden's ability to have things up.
Menino was explaining That Biden had assured him that gun control would be a done deal by January of 2013.
Well, the host, Andy Rooney's daughter, was just flabbergasted.
She asked, what could possibly happen to make legislation pass that fast?
Menino was unwilling to say, but it's obvious what he was reporting there is that Joe Biden had confided in him that the fix was in.
They had something arranged.
And the event, of course, would be Sandy Hook.
Not only this, but a fellow who is a contractor turns out to have visited a friend in nearby Monroe in 2010.
And unbeknownst to him, his friend was going over to Sandy Hook Elementary School to pick up a couple of student desks on the cheap for use by his own kids at home.
They traveled there, and he got the opportunity to take in the school that was in deplorable, dilapidated condition.
The custodian said he thought it was going to be taken down, but the contractor was simply appalled.
He published a very lengthy statement about his visit there in 2010.
Mind you, the event would not occur until 2012, so here we have further confirmation.
The school had been closed by 2008, which we establish in the book that Amazon banned.
Well, I'm convinced that the lawsuit was intended and designed to create a phony pretext for claiming that anyone who distributed the book was thereby committing an act of defamation, and where they actually have been able to manage most of those who were releasing the book for free as a PDF.
For a friend of mine who follows these matters, it's estimated it's been downloaded for free at least 10 million times to put their fingers in the holes of the dike so the public would not know the truth.
While I'm doing my very best to expose that truth, I've been cut off every single time I seek to make an intervention I'm still a party in a bankruptcy against Remington, where I'm again emphasizing that there's never been any proof that anybody died at Sandy Hook.
But to emphasize, it appears to be the strategy of the cerebrus capital that they want to bring about these insurance settlements to set a precedent for gun owners having to obtain insurance, the price of which can arbitrarily go up and up and up and make the company a lot of money.
But where to obtain insurance?
You have to register your weapons, which is going to make it possible for the government to confiscate your weapons now.
Years ago, Dave Hodges observed that during the 20th century, there'd been 19 democides, which were the slaughters of whole societies by their own governments, every one of which was preceded by gun confiscation.
We don't want America to become number 20.
Holly, your further thoughts?
Well, I think you're absolutely right about insurance.
It always seems like if you can follow the insurance statistics, which we have talked about before with the vaccinations and the CV19 deaths, insurance companies are Absolutely hemorrhaging money right now.
Their payouts are tremendous.
They're having some serious problems, and it's pretty indicative of the number of deaths that we've seen.
And I think the Democrats and others, the powers that be, the New World Order agenda, if you will, figures that if they can't legislate on something like gun removal and gun confiscation.
Like you said, they could use insurance and other ways, taxes to make it harder and harder, more and more expensive and more difficult for people to be able to get firearms and personal protection.
And I think you're absolutely right.
The reason that whole agenda with Sandy Hook was to promote gun control.
I believe you had talked about before Biden saying that there was going to be some sort of event that was going to cause a massive gun control during the Obama-Biden administration.
So it was spelled out for us.
Already in January 2013, and of course Obama did just a month and two days after the event, signed 23 executive orders to restrict our access to weapons under the Second Amendment.
