This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by Joe Olson in Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
We're here to give you all the news you need to know.
We begin with Sandy Hook families coming to an unprecedented $73 million settlement with Remington.
This is a bizarre case.
The first instance in which a gun manufacturer was held legally liable for a mass shooting Remington is allowing the families to release documents showing the rifle was how the rifle Bushmaster AR-15 was marketed, which was supposed to be a justification.
I mean, it's incredible.
The lawsuit was initiated in 2015 after the families and a survivor argued Remington should not have made such a dangerous weapon publicly available, which is ridiculous.
It was to stop further mass shooting from taking place.
The nine families have a shared single goal, whatever they could do to help prevent the next Sandy Hook.
But the next Sandy Hook would be another staged event run by FEMA, a two-day drill.
Meanwhile, their attorney boasts Remington's $73 million settlement opens the path to going after other gun makers.
Gun manufacturers reached a settlement.
The now bankrupt gun makers, 4 insurers, all agreed to pay the full amount of coverage in all.
We are told 20-year-old Adam Lanza shot and killed 26 people, including 20 children and six teachers, using an AR-15, but it's all completely bullshit.
According to the New York Times, it's the largest such settlement involving the gunmaker and relatives of mass shooting victims.
No doubt about that.
The Vine families have shared the very same goal.
But just look here.
Just look here at this map of Sandy Hook, and you can see it's fraudulent right off of the face.
In the first place, it was a 38 degree Fahrenheit temperature day.
That means in order to conduct classes, you'd have to have heated the building.
But there was no steam or heat rising from the building, no doubt because the boilers were dysfunctional from non-use since the school was closed in 2008.
Notice two.
This is particularly telling.
There's none of the familiar blue and white parking spaces and signage for the handicap.
This was not a handicap accessible school.
Therefore, it cannot have been legally operating in 2012.
Meanwhile, notice, too, all the vehicles in the center two lines are parked facing the building.
That's absurd.
Notice the driving.
Would you have you drive it and turn around and curl and park facing away?
But it was simpler just to bring them in in a single line and park them two by two facing the building.
Who would even notice?
There are other questions that could be raised by the absence of bike racks, for example.
And how could buses have got in and out here?
There are real questions here about what kind of a facility this really was.
Meanwhile, the families contend Remington violated fair trade practice by promoting illegal behavior, specifically marketing the farm to violence-prone young men.
This was a stretch.
You have to understand that the courts had to be in on this to let this happen.
In addition to financial settlement, they agreed to release thousands of pages of internal company documents, including the marketing plan.
Remington has declined to comment on requests from the media.

Yeah, well, the problem is we've got a very defective judicial system, item number one, and item number two, we've got a very defective monopolist corporate system, which doesn't mind rolling over.
It doesn't bother the insurance companies to make outrageous settlements with people because they'll just pass those costs along to all of their insured.
And so it drives up everybody's costs and certainly drives up the costs in the arms industry, which is one of the objectives of all of the leftists that are put in charge of all of these particular large multinational corporations, which the insurance companies most certainly are, and the judicial branch, which the insurance companies most certainly are, and the judicial branch, which is just infested with radical
And so, you know, bottom line is, yeah, this is a death by a thousand slashes and they're just, you know, continue to slash away and they've slashed away on this one completely.
It's ridiculous.
Of course, rifles are only extremely rarely used in relation to shooting victims.
Targeting the air.
15 is clearly to disarm the American people of the single most effective weapon they'd have to defeat a tyranny by their own government.

Yeah, that's exactly the bottom line, Jim.
You have it.
So, for Remington to surrender means that they have been captured and lost by any reasonable explanation.
They have sided with the tyrants.
And that the idea of the Second Amendment equals what the United States is as a nation.
The United States was only formed when the public rose up against our own government's attempt to confiscate our arms.
That was the battles of Concord and Lexington in 1775.
And for Sandy Hook, my own meager contribution to, I would guess that there are maybe 50 areas of proof that you just can't work around and say that the official story is reasonable.
The mothers of the alleged 20 victims average an age of 36 years giving birth.
That is about a one in nine probability.
But for a group of 20 of them, what you do to find out the odds of that happening by chance, or if that could happen, that would be one ninth to the 20th power.
That produces a number That has, I believe, about 70 zeros behind it.
And to translate that into something that people can understand, the Earth is a little bit over 4 billion years old.
So if you multiply that out times the months and the days and the hours and the seconds, you get a larger number of all of the possible seconds.
And if I said to you, hey, we're going to have a computer pick a random second, From the four billion years history of Earth, see if you can guess which one it you're more likely to pick that second than it is for those women to have been mothers of those alleged victims.
In fact, I could even narrow it down more.
You're more likely to pick one seven hundredth of a second in the four billion plus years of planet Earth's existence than for the Sandy Hook story to be true.
Very nice, very nice.

Meanwhile, the Iowa police chief has quit as the protest convoy goes on outside Parliament.
Ottawa's police chief resigned abruptly Tuesday while the Mounties and Ontario Provincial Police worked closely to end the chaotic anti-government protest, paralyzing the downtown core.
You can see the point of view of the author of this.
Ottawa Councillor Diane Deane's Chair of the Police Services Board said in a written statement that the priority is to ensure plans in place to bring about a peaceful end to the occupation of the city as expeditiously as possible.
The Board and the Chief had mutually agreed upon separation.
This is a labor relations matter.
I believe he was actually sympathetic to the protestors, as every Canadian, indeed every world citizen, ought to be.
Steve Hill, Deputy Police Chief, becomes Interim Chief.
Earlier Tuesday, the Public Safety Minister Mendocino pointed to an integrated command center to be set up so the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Canadian OPP Ottawa Police have all the tools necessary.
I know they're working day and night to be sure the operation will be put into effect.
It isn't easy.
The illegal blockade has become entrenched in the downtown core.
Authorities are figuring out how best to use the new powers they were granted by the Prime Minister through the Emergencies Act, which appears to be completely illegal.
The circumstances did not warrant the application of the Emergencies Act.
There's efforts going on behind the scenes to do something about this.
Some protesters have harassed residents for wearing masks, blown Nazi or Confederate flags, and honked their horns incessantly, though an injunction has helped quell.
That's basically bullshit or fabrication or sabotage, bringing in people so idiots could write articles like this.
Officers have been frustrated by the lack of direction, long-standing personality conflicts between the chief and his membership.
In the middle of conflict, there's not the time to point the finger about who's responsible for how it's played out.
There's a vacuum of leadership.
Again, I say, looks to me like the chief was very sympathetic to the demonstrators.
Today, we have more trucks lined up on Parliament Hill than we had yesterday.
Like other residents of Ottawa, I watched in disbelief as this carnival of chaos has been allowed to continue, said a local resident.
Bill acknowledged the tremendous stress.
Talk about the lengthy protests.
We now have the resources to bring a safe end to the occupation.
Everybody wants the same thing.
These people need to leave.
No, I don't want that.
I don't think most Canadians want that.
What we want is for the government to act and rescind their mandates.
And here you have the mayor who's thrown in with the police and the tyrants.
This is disgusting.
A city council meeting slated Tuesday was bumped to Wednesday to allow local politicians to receive a more comprehensive update.
Declaring a public order emergency allows authorities to zero in on crowdfunding, cut off their funds, Make towing available by legal mandate and have the RNCB enforce tyrannical laws.
Meanwhile, GiveSendGo was responding to the fact that their funding—they were attacked!

Yeah, we've got a second in command Minister of Finance in Canada, whose name is Chrystia Freeland.
She's a member of the World Economic Forum Board of Trustees, which tells you pretty how high up she is, and her grandfather, Michael Chomiak was editor of a pro-Nazi Ukrainian newspaper and is definitely a pro-Nazi.
It's not real far for the apple to roll from that tree, is it, Christia?
Since she's the one that's in charge of seizing everyone's bank accounts.
And the unintended consequence by doing that is that everybody in Canada is going to the bank and pulling out several thousand dollars.
And we all know how that ends up happening.
And then the other funny little coincidence is that Twinkle Toes Trudeau Only got 33% of the vote in the last election.
So he had to form a coalition government in their goofy parliamentary system.
And so here you have a guy that was not even popular enough to get a majority of the vote that's now wielding power that's beyond anything that we've seen in this hemisphere since the days of Santa Ana.
So it's like, we really don't need this, folks.
Canada, you got some business to straighten out.
Yeah, the damage to the reputation of Canada is simply immense.

Well, what an amazing story.
That is just picture perfect propaganda.
I couldn't invent something better than that.
So the police chief, this is a psyop.
We don't know what's going on.
It is equally rational to argue and conclude that this guy was a tool for the elite That's how he got promoted up to that position, and he wanted to go harder on the protesters, and his own cops refused to acknowledge him.
That is one possible explanation.
But really, the bottom line is, is that we're receiving our information via sources as reliable as the one in that article.
Now, to call it an illegal blockade, let's take a step back.
What are they there for?
Oh yeah, that illegal thing that the government wanted to do of forced medical experiments.
That's pretty severe.
So what we're seeing is we're seeing the government respond with an all-out blitz to try to obfuscate and to hide that central question And to find whatever they can to smear the protesters, and this is the test.
I also find it curious that, see, the Canadian Parliament, yeah, it is, it is goofy, but either the leadership of the opponents to these mandates are incompetent, or this is some other type of PSYOP, because what the Canadian Parliament could easily do is raise the question for the emergency powers, and then have a hearing to display
That is nothing, and to expose this with the truth, but they're not doing that.
So, that has to mean something.
All it would take is one of those MPs in Parliament, in those questions to the Prime Minister that they've had, and I watched about 20 minutes of it, to simply stand and to challenge the colleagues to vote that in front and to have a public debate.
That's what I'd do, but they're not doing that.
So that begs the question of why.
And again, you know, I am hopeful still that this is a white hat psyop and that, but man, I am so tired of the play and the drama.

Meanwhile, Biden begs the court not to release a report on Dominion voting machine.
Gee, why in the world wouldn't he want a report on the voting machines that brought him into office?
The Biden admin is urging a federal judge not to issue any form of a report about potential flaws in the voting The Union voting machines used in Georgia, even though both sides in a court case want at least a version of the report to get out.
U.S.
District Judge Amy Totenberg is considering releasing a redacted version of the report from J. Alex Halderman, a University of Michigan computer science professor.
She shipped a full-on redacted report to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency, part of the Biden admin's DHS, indicating she wants to give the public a redacted version.
CISA, however, opposes that step.
Even Georgia Secretary of State Raffsenberger supports the report becoming public, if only to prove his argument that the report is incredible.
Lawyers for plaintiffs have suggested Totenberg release a redacted version within 30 days.
However, CISA attorneys have urged the court hold off until the agency decides what should be released based on its coordinated vulnerability disclosure process.
I mean, this is about a domestic voting issue right here in the U.S.
The filing state's premature disclosure of Dr. Halderman's report, even in redacted form, could, in the event of any vulnerabilities ultimately identified, assist malicious actors and thereby undermine election security.
Right.
Revealing how the election was stolen using these machines is only going to encourage them to be used to steal elections again, which is precisely what the Democrats want.
CISA will let the court know when that review might be completed, but no doubt it will be 75 years to complete the report.
The filing also warned they would not release a report at the conclusion of the process, but rather dispose necessary information about vulnerabilities and associated mitigation.
Even the idea of releasing a redacted version did not find favor with CISA.
This is absolutely stunning, but what else would we expect?
CISA understands the urgency given the upcoming elections in which this voting equipment is presently planned to be used, yet CISA can neither control how quickly any necessary mitigation measures are developed, made available, and implemented, nor at this time Can CISA anticipate with any degree of reasonable certainty how long the process may take?
No doubt not before the midterm elections.
The reporting question is part of a long-running lawsuit to change Georgia's system for voting from one in which the fraud is easy to produce to one in which it's more secure.
To date, no one has produced evidence or documents that the machines were tampered with, but in its report, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has indicated the Halderman Report describes how someone could, in theory, hack the system to change votes.
Georgia voters face an extreme risk that ballot marking device-based attacks could manipulate their individual votes and alter election outcomes, Halderman declared in a signed statement filed with the court last year.
The report, according to the critics, is not an objective academic study by a non-biased actor, but by an individual paid to espouse opinion supporting the elimination of electronic voting systems, including to help a lawsuit brought by liberal activists, including one funded by Stacey Abrams, Fair Flight Action.
Right, right, right.
The report concluded a statement from Dominion President CEO criticizing the Halderman report.
You know, Joe, I mean, why can't we just take their word for it?
They've told us that their machines are secure and reliable.
They're safe and effective, just like the VATS.
Yeah, well, the Secretary of State of Texas had over 300 pages of evidence and 12 expert witnesses testify August 15, 2016, on how defective the Hart InterCivic election system and software machines were in Texas.
And they all used the Optec tabulating system, which is owned by Dominion.
So I can't imagine that anything in Texas would be crooked.
But if you go back to the Constitution, Article 1, Section 4, Clause 1, that times, places, and manners of holding elections for senators and representatives shall be prescribed by each state by the legislature thereof.
So I'm sorry, federal judge, you have no standing in this because this is a state's issue and Georgia is the one that is in charge of releasing that Dominion information and you have no standing to obstruct them.

But, Jim, my memory fails me.
At the very beginning, you said somebody was complaining about the release of the report.
Who was complaining?

I believe I began paying attention to this way back in 1996 where there was an election for governor in the Midwest and it was the former CEO of one of these voting machines went up against the most popular governor in nearly state history.
And the independent polls showed that the CEO of the voting machine company was down by 20 points.
It was going to be a 60-40 walkover by this former governor.
No, it was a seat for the Senate, and he was going against one of the most popular governors in history.
But on the day of the election, using those CEOs voting machines, the CEO of the election company pulled out a miraculous victory, 51 to 49 percent.
That's just statistically amazing!
Stanford and Princeton have been on the forefront for 20 years pointing out that these election voting machines are, they destroy the definition of an election, and the intent of those machines is for election fraud.
And if you go to Carl B. Herman Blogspot, if you do a search for election fraud, I have certainly sufficient documentation for everyone just to say that these are criminal election fraud liars for their own empire.

I mean, if Biden's saying the election was fair and secure, why should he oppose the release of the report?
Meanwhile, top Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett refuses to answer if Obama directed the criminal spying on Trump.

Yesterday's news raises a question of how much Barack Obama knew about the spying on candidate Trump and then President Trump.
Was Obama directing this illegal spying on his political opponent?

During the segment, she shared a piece from her interview earlier this week with Obama close aide Valerie Jarrett.

Obviously, if the answer had been no, she would have said it.
Evidently, therefore, the answer was not no.

President Biden has rejected former President Trump's executive privilege claims and has ordered White House visitor logs released to the panel investigating the January 6th.
That sets a precedent, by the way.
After the midterm, they'll obtain the visitor logs for the White House during the Biden administration, and it won't be pretty.
Citing a letter to the National Archives, the Times said Biden granted congressional investigators access to the data in light of the urgency of their work probing Trump supporters' violent siege at the Capitol.

You know, for Pence, justice is coming, because he was on the list of Johns for the Maxwell trial.

And finally, with Pence, yeah, so how politics works, or worked, is that you show up on the Sunday morning political talk shows and you pimp for what the empire wants, and Pence did that for the Middle Eastern wars, and I remember watching his little sleazy selling of the illegal lie-started wars of aggression.
You do that, convincingly enough, and you get promoted to the next level of being a liar, and he made it all the way up to vice president.
And I think he's going to make it all the way to jail before all is said and done.

Some of the old people, we tell everyone that you can just take a photo so we've got that evidence of this is something not natural.
We don't know if they're using weapons against their own people, is what it seems like.
And just watching that is something to watch on TV, but to see it...
To actually experience something like that.
The non-protesters, the Australian people who have come to petition their government for help, because they're under stress from corporations, with thugs, from medical mafia, who do it against love.
They only know how to work against hate, hatred and violence, and all we bring is love and they don't know what to do.
We're going to keep bringing that love back.

You don't understand the irony of how ignorant what these people are trying to tell you and how they're trying to shape your mind to believe that they are actually in your best interest.

I saw a couple of reports from business owners in downtown Ottawa and they were ecstatic over the increase in business and they had only praise to say about the truckers helping them out, being kind and polite in every way.
One guy who had a coffee and tea shop said that, you know, if the truckers hadn't have come, he was going to close his business because he had given up under the attacks of So that Australian woman with her face fried and her lips split, that is, man, she took a hit for the team.
And I just hope that it helps people to choose a side with passion.
You're either on the side or the government being able to inject you with whatever they want, whenever they say, for your own good.
Or you're going to put government back in its place with what we're promised.
We have inalienable rights given to us by our Creator, and it is the job of the government to defend those rights.
They take an oath for it.
That is the basic foundational system.

A French virologist, Luc Montagnier, found dead six days after confirming HIV is in the vax.
Luc Montagnier was a French virologist and joint recipient with François-Bérys Roussin and Harold Zurhausen of the 2008 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his discovery of the human immunodeficiency virus, HIV.
He worked as a researcher at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, a full-time professor at the Shanghai Xiaotong University in China.

Meanwhile, pollution is causing more deaths than COVID, and action is needed, according to a UN expert.
Pollution by states and companies is contributing to more deaths globally than COVID-19.
A UN environmental report published Tuesday said, calling for immediate and ambitious action to ban certain toxic chemicals.
The report said pollution from pesticides, plastics, and electronic waste is causing widespread human rights violations, as well as at least 9 million premature deaths a year, and the issue is being largely overlooked.
The coronavirus pandemic has caused close to 5.9 million deaths, but they're talking about nine premature deaths every year.
Current approaches to managing the risk posed by pollution and toxic substances are clearly failing.

Meanwhile, shocking analysis finds COVID-19 vaccine death rates are much higher than what's being officially reported.

Shocking mortality data from Germany, Austria, Israel, England.
Thousands of post-vaccine non-COVID deaths covered up.
Miscategorized as unvaccinated deaths.
An extremely alarming situation.
University of Regensburg professor Christoph Kubinder discovered what he calls an extremely alarming situation where thousands and thousands of vaccine deaths are being hidden in the statistics.
According to this Austrian report broadcast, who he happened to come across a recent study in the journal ResearchGate, authors examined the UK ONS vaccine mortality surveillance report At first glance, the all-cause mortality appeared far lower in the vaccinated than in the unvaccinated.
On closer inspection, they found fundamental inconsistencies and anomalies in the data, and there has been a systemic miscategorization of deaths between different categories of vaccinated and unvaccinated.
Really true.
We've known this to be true.
At first glance, when you look at the way they Go to the data.
It looks as though the vaccines were functioning well, but the ending is not a happy one.
He noted something unusual was going on.
Examine the trend.
Also for the 80 plus age group, following the plots for all three age group peaks and deaths were offset.
In previous years, each of the 60-69, 70-79, and 80-plus groups have mortality peaking at the same time during the year, including 2020, when all suffered the April COVID peak at the same time.
Yet, in 2021, each age group has non-COVID mortality peaks for the unvaccinated at a different time, namely, the time that vaccination rollout programs for those cohorts reached a peak.
In other words, The vaccines were rolled out in stages.
First administered to the most elderly, then to the next, then to the next.
The death peaks then followed the vaccination stage.
So why would people not getting the vaccine be the ones dying in huge numbers and not those getting the vax?
This is because in Europe, but also promoted by the CDC, the status of vaccinated is only assigned 14 days after getting the final jab.
That's occurring before I end up being counted as unvaccinated death.
So a patient got a vaccine, died less than 14 days later, he's counted as an unvaccinated death, which is how vaccine deaths are being hidden, and there are thousands.
Professor Kumbhader then examined the mortality data for Germany and found the very same pattern.
Large jumps in mortality immediately following vaccine campaigns, which appear to be directly the result of vaccination.
When you express this in numbers, it translates to 700 more deaths a day on the average from having been vaxxed.
It would be like two commercial planes full of people crashing every single day.
He found the same pattern of most vaccination deaths in Israel.
He contacted both the Robert Koch Institute and Paul Einrich Institute to present his findings, but they've ignored them.
They do not have the capacity to evaluate suspicions from every individual, as though this were not a highly-quelled academician and experienced in statistical analysis.
As it stands, no one knows where these extremely disturbing findings are going to be taken seriously by responsible authorities.
Until they do, many thousands more are going to die each and every day, and the public will be unaware.
But they are dying anyway, and it's being covered up.

My trial in Madison here was a joke from a legal point of view.
There are very stringent conditions that control summary judgments familiar to even first-year students.
Judges can only rule when there are no disputed facts.
But the authenticity of the death certificate over the authenticity of which I was being sued, where I had declared it to be fake, was never allowed to be sent to a jury, which was obligatory on the part of the judge.
Even though I submitted the reports of two, not one but two, forensic document experts, both of whom testified that the death certificate was fake, The judge simply set their opinions aside, sent their reports aside as someone else's opinion.
It was shocking.
I lived through this experience, pro se, unable to find an attorney to represent me while they treated me like a piñata in front of the courts in a mistaken belief That the conduct in a courtroom was supposed to bear some resemblance to the protocols that are required to be applied by the statutes in the state of Wisconsin.
And when the appellate court sought to review my initial appeal, they simply reaffirmed the official account of Sandy Hook, which they bought hook, line, and sinker.
You don't have to agree with me about Sandy Hook to understand that when I was denied the right to give a defense to present my evidence, that was a fundamental defect here that required correction.
If the appellate court wasn't going to do it, it had to be done by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.
But they abdicated their responsibility.
They don't want to clean up the mess.
They don't want to admit that they have circuit courts and appellate courts that are completely rigged, phony, and fake.
They don't want to admit it.
I therefore have to carry this to the United States Supreme Court.
They're using this case to deny a right to keep and bear arms.
They're using this case now to give them a sweeping opportunity to punish anyone who speaks out against government narratives.
This is a classic example of a strategic lawsuit against public participation, which many states have found to be illegal and do not permit.
But here in Wisconsin, it was permissible to set me up and punish me massively for speaking out in objecting to the failure of a government to adequately investigate a crime.
That's what we, as conspiracy theorists, do.
We are investigating crimes the government doesn't want to be solved.
