This is Jim Fetzer, Madison, Wisconsin, joined today by David Scorpio, filling in for Giuseppe, and we're delighted to have him here.
And Holly Seliger, once again joining us.
I'm simply thrilled to have them here to give you all the news you need to know.
We begin with a notice of settlement regarding the Donna Soto versus Bushmaster lawsuit.
The settlement was rather spectacular.
This is a case where I sought to intervene, making the point that they had not established that anyone had died at Sandy Hook, and would you believe, both the plaintiffs and the defendant opposed my intervention.
The families have settled with Remington over the purported school massacre.
Supposedly 20 kids and six killed in 2012.
Remington offered them $33 million in July, about $3.7 per family, but the exact terms of the Tuesday settlement have not been announced.
Now they have $73 million.
Think about it.
Here's a family on the steps of a courthouse.
Here is a photograph that you find in articles about it that was sent around the world.
This photograph is rather extraordinary because there was a second photograph taken by the same photographer a few minutes earlier.
Notice the difference.
You have parents there, some have hands in their pocket, their arms folded, casually looking on.
Notice how in this earlier photograph, there's a little girl in a pink sweater and a short skirt at the front of the line.
Now, the Newtown Beat photographer, photojournalist Shannon Hicks, acknowledged taking both of these photographs when William Shanley made an inquiry.
Mr. Fetzer's claim that the photo you sent in your first mail, which he also uses as part of his recent post, is a photo of me taking photos of Sandy Hook Elementary on December 14, 2012, is wrong.
Just like most of Mr. Fetzer's claims, I'm not in that photo.
I took that photo.
And I took it while covering the assassination of Sandy Hook Elementary on Friday, December 14.
Meanwhile, look at the difference between the two photographs.
In other words, the one I thought might originally have been Shannon Hicks is this woman in the foreground at the bottom in the blue right there beneath the green SUV locating the relative location of the two.
Notice how they rearrange the kids in the line to put this little boy in a dark sweater and blue jeans in the front to get a better shot.
And if you look in between, in the bottom, boy number one and boy number two, notice parents there in the background.
They're just casually looking on, leading me to describe this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
Believe it or not, the primary, the very first named plaintiff, Donna Soto, bears a striking resemblance to another party at another event in Charlottesville.
The mother of alleged victim Heather Heyer, have we not seen this woman before?
Please compare this with Sandy Hook, mother Donna Soto.
We let the two images overlap each other, change of transparency, a perfect match.
So it seems that Susan, bro-mother of Heather Heyer and Donna Soto, are one and the same crisis actor.
How bad is that?
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, this is really quite an amazing story here.
And let me just say, you know, that you've been on the forefront of this issue since the very beginning.
You've really put yourself and your reputation online and you're being proven to be right over and over on this.
It's really...
Quite amazing.
You know, and what I find interesting is that just recently, you should go watch this, you know, like two days ago, the PBS NewsHour actually admitted that the Russians are using actors, crisis actors in false flag operations the PBS NewsHour actually admitted that the Russians are using actors, crisis actors in And they even showed this woman that was a crisis actor that had been in three different Russian videos in three different parts.
And of course, you know, Vladimir Putin is no saint, but, you know, obviously the American government has been doing false flags going back to Pearl Harbor, you know, the Gulf of Tonkin, and even before that, the Spanish-American War.
So America perfected the technique a long time ago, but it's even coming out now that crisis actors are real.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
Of course, they're only wanting us to think that the evil Russians do such things, but at least it is coming out that crisis actors are real, and that's what we saw with this press conference they held today with some of these, you know, actors playing Sandy Hook parents, quite frankly, and you're seeing A completely bogus presentation.
The speeches these people gave at the press conference were not believable.
These were highly polished speeches written by professional speechwriters to evoke the maximum emotion from the viewer.
And so this is a completely phony event.
And I think the game we're playing here is to try to backdoor gun control by suing gun manufacturers out of business with more and more lawsuits because the camel's nose is under the tent now.
And, you know, if you can sue Gun manufacturers for what people do with the guns, based on advertising of all things, you know, you can sue them for anything.
And so I think what they want to do is try to run these companies out of business.
And I mean, why don't we sue a hammer companies every time someone's hit over the head with a hammer?
Or let's do knife companies when somebody is stabbed, you know, it's the same sort of logic.
But of course, the game is to get rid of guns.
Because the New World Order crew, or whoever you want to call them, they know damn well that this agenda that's just now coming to be revealed to the public is not going to be popular at all.
And so they've got to find a way to curtail gun use or get rid of public ownership of guns.
Also, I think, you know, they could make guns very, very expensive through these lawsuits if they're not able to run the companies out of business.
And the only other thing I would say here is that I would really check out the PBS NewsHour, Jim.
They're actually admitting that crisis actors are real.
Well, Scorpio, that's a great point, because they're acknowledging crisis actors.
They're also talking about false flags.
And once the public accepts, you see, because you've got now the authorities telling them there are false flags and crisis actors, they can realize, having acquired concepts that they've resisted in the past, which they attributed only to conspiracy theorists, that these are real.
And by God, I'd be willing to bet that the crisis actors they're showing were CIA-made productions that were supposed to be Russian-produced, so they could use the same crisis actors over and over and attribute it to Russia.
Frankly, I don't think Putin would deign to do something so trivial and mislead people.
But it's fascinating either way.
It has a benefit intellectually for the public.
Paulette, your thoughts?
Well, we've seen, I think it's in some cities, in some states, there's politicians who are pushing for, basically they're calling it mass shooting insurance.
So when you buy a firearm, you're gonna have to pay extra insurance because the weapon could be used for a mass shooting or it could be used to kill other people.
So there's talks about putting that, so like an excess tax basically on people, like Scorpio said, making it more and more expensive for people to actually own firearms.
And then we also talked about this a few months ago with Remington going bankrupt, which made absolutely no sense because gun sales have been through the roof in the United States, especially over the past couple of years.
So we knew that some sort of money laundering operation was going to be taking place when we saw Remington being broken up and all of this money being redistributed someplace.
We just didn't know where it was going to go.
So it makes sense that something like this would then occur.
And then this is also, like you said, legally placing this ability to where gun manufacturers can be put on notice.
They can be forced to pay huge amounts under circumstances.
The family also the family is also put forward documents obtained during the discovery phase of the suit, saying that Remington targeted people's insecurities.
And the law usually protects US gun makers from liability, whereas Connecticut families argued that the way that Remington marketed the gun used in killings violated the state's consumer law and prioritized profits over public safety.
So what other sort of technology or medicine or other things that we've seen over the past couple years Have placed profits over people's protection and targeted people's weaknesses.
I mean, we could look at Moderna and Pfizer and other companies like that if we really want to talk about them targeting people, using propaganda to scare people, using marketing to scare people, and then placing profits above public safety.
Yeah, every manufacturer, you know, look at these safety devices.
You've got a woman lying on the floor crying out in help, and they say, you know, you're going to get that emergency help if you have this little gadget we sell you for only 50 bucks, and you won't be lying on the floor wincing in pain.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
All kinds of stuff is marketed.
The government has been marketing the virus, the vaccine, on the basis of fear.
It's got a 99.9% survival rate, but they're telling you, you need to get this vax or you're going to be at risk.
It's absurd.
I do think there's some conceptual benefits, and Scorpio, from what you suggest, it may be pretty obvious that these are fake parents who aren't actually displaying bona fide grief.
Meanwhile, we have parents shoved denied access to a Pennsylvania school board meeting.
This is just one illustration among many.
Tensions boiled at a downtown area school district board meeting when a district employee guarding the door to prevent the unmasked from entering got into a physical altercation with a parent.
This is Chester County, Pennsylvania, requiring everyone to wear a mask.
In early December, the state Supreme Court ruled the Department of Health, no longer working under an emergency order, did not have the authority to continue requiring students to be masked.
At that point, school boards could decide individually.
Downington, however, continues to require masks.
Parents have been attending meetings for months, asking them to change the rule.
Nathan Lang, father of two, had a scarf wrapped around his head twice, covering his mouth and nose, figured that would be sufficient, since they claim an acceptable covering can be made of a variety of synthetic or natural fibers, cotton, silk, or linen, secured at the head with tie snaps, lubes, wrapped around the lower face, can be a scarf, bandana, t-shirt, sweatshirt, or towel, But when he approached that door, another parent was arguing with a school employee about entering.
Are you wearing a mask?
asked Grady, while the employee stood in the middle.
No, she replied.
Then you cannot come in.
Lang pulled the door over and wider to get inside and around, and a shoving match intervened.
Both Grady and Lang told the Epoch Times the employees started shoving first.
I took one small step and he grabbed my arm and then he was shoving me.
I pushed back and then he wanted to punch me.
I said, don't touch me.
He intended to go in with his scarf.
If anyone gave him trouble about it, he would have grabbed one of the free masks inside.
He planned a two-minute speech asking the board to end masking, but he was too distracted after shoving and didn't speak at all.
Do people realize right now we're starting like Germany or China?
This shouldn't be happening.
That man at the door, I don't know his life, but I'm sure he's a normal person.
It shows normal people can be subverted into thinking they're doing good.
I hope this wakes people up to show them how close we are to becoming Germany.
It's kind of scary.
Grady fired a lawsuit and intended to serve the papers to the board at the meeting, calling for the removal of board members who voted to keep the mask mandate in place.
Some parents asked for the end of masking, others asked to continue.
Melanie Lewis, mother of four, walked in without a mask, sat maskless for the entire meeting, then stood for public comment.
I told them they were basically child-abusing evil animals.
They deserve to be publicly shamed and called out.
Good for her.
We're really just dealing with evil, because the kind of people who are okay with children being choked and not getting enough air are the hell dancers.
There's just no other way to put it.
They're evil animals, and they're getting off on it, basically.
When her two minutes were up, she was told she was now a disturbance and had to leave the building.
They're not doing this for children's health.
They're doing it for teachers' union and control.
Because who are they without COVID?
With COVID, they have importance in the community.
Who are they if all this drops?
They go back to their boring lives of being nobody.
Meanwhile, watch woke students decolonize their school library by throwing away books by white authors.
This is stunning.
Brainwash white high school students at North Allegheny Senior High in Wexford, Pennsylvania.
Throw hundreds of library books written by white authors into a dumpster in order to decolonize their school library.

I mean, what's become of this country?
Your thoughts.
Well, I'll comment on the library story first.
You know, it's really what we're seeing here is the deliberate attempt to destroy Western civilization.
And so to do that you need to remove the great works of art.
That's why we're seeing the some of these incredible statues realistic lifelike statues being thrown away so they can erase the history and you want to attack the literature and the art as well.
So This is part of this takeover of, you could call it communism, but it's actually a lot deeper than that.
But it has communist tendencies, let's say, to re-engineer our civilization that is going to be unrecognizable to most people.
And, you know, at the same time, what's interesting is they're filling the children's libraries with essentially what it is, is soft porn for LGBTQWTF propaganda.
They're putting, you know, basically soft porn books in children's libraries at schools to introduce them to all this deviant behavior and, you know, whatever you want to think about homosexuality and all that stuff, it's fine, but little children don't need to be reading about it.
Of course, they want that because they want to create a generation of weirdos and communists and people that hate the very fabric of our civilization so they can engineer it to an unrecognizable place.
So that's an interesting story for sure, Jim.
And mask.
Yeah, the masking thing is really, you know, quite shocking.
Because first of all, anyone that's looked into the subject at all knows that masks don't do anything.
They're just movie props to make all of this pandemic seem real.
That's really all they are.
And the other aspect to it is they're a psychological conditioning tool to break the will of the public.
sort of a slave training device.
That's really all they're good for.
And they're especially interested in the children, because it's the children who are going to live under this new system that's going to be so radically different than anything that you or I know.
So they want the children.
That's very important.
And of course, the other thing we're seeing is the repetitive use of this concept of public safety to engineer a totalitarian system.
And And this is the same thing with the gun control.
Oh, they're putting profits over public safety and those ads were unsafe for the public.
Well, this is a recurring theme, isn't it?
This call for public safety to take away our rights.
And we're seeing that with the masking as well.
You know, it's physically damaging to children and more importantly, psychologically damaging.
And fortunately, the whole narrative is starting to fall apart.
Every day, more and more people start to see something's not right about what they're being told.
And I think the elite, the parasitical elite class of the international elf are in a panic right now over the fact that their narrative is falling apart on all fronts, Jim.
I think part of the motivation was that we have 16 years of perverts in high office, Bill and Hillary Clinton on the one hand, and their history is just bizarre.
And then Michelle and Barack Obama, two men, one masquerading as a woman with breast implants and a huge shaving bill.
I think they want the rest of the world to be as weird as they are so they feel normal.
Paulie, your thoughts?
Well, I think all of this is about really denying the next generation their own humanity, whether you're talking about a mask, denying these children their ability to communicate with their fellow students, staying six feet apart.
So many of these children in public schools are on the autistic spectrum now, so that even makes it more difficult for them to communicate and for them to grow.
And as you had said, they're putting in basically smut into A lot of the public school curriculums.
And then if you don't like the fact that you're exposing children to sexually explicit material, then you're not tolerant enough.
You're being told that we have to tolerate all kinds of depravity of children instead of teaching math, teaching them how to read, teaching them how to read a clock.
And people have been saying it took two years to break the children.
So this has been A plan to basically break them within the public school system that parents absolutely right about the teachers unions being weaponized.
Parents need to get their kids out of public schools.
It is really just a collapse system.
It is harmful.
It is detrimental to the next generation at this point.
And talking about pulling, you know, white authors out of public school libraries.
I spent some time recently with like other women who are my age and several of them on two separate occasions went off on this racist tirade about white men and how white men are so horrible and oh I'll never date a white man and they basically have sworn off white men and for this to happen for me to hear this conversation multiple times now makes me think that there must be some sort of agenda or something that they're hearing on television or
Something within popular culture to really weaponize people against this one group.
I mean, this was straight out racist, what I heard.
And it was just for me to hear that several times now from young women just made me pause because it's just something that I never thought I would hear people say that.
Cultural Marxism seems to have taken a grip of control of the Democrat Party.
It's absolutely stunning what we get from the Democrats these days.
They are all in favor of tearing down the statues.
Yeah, Scorpio, go ahead.
I just want to comment on what Holly said.
You know, I really agree about the public schools.
I think they're beyond repair and they're actually a detriment.
They're actually designed to now to really turn your child into a slave and make your child hate himself.
hate his culture and hate his people.
So I think, yeah, homeschooling needs to become a really, really big thing.
And parents can come together and, you know, take days to, you know, share the time it takes to do the teaching.
And I think, you know, we're going to have to start creating our own new systems here, because the system that we're under is so deeply corrupt, it's designed to destroy us now.
And we're seeing that manifest with the vaccines, and the whole insanity revolving around that.

Meanwhile, innocent Americans could be rounded up and arrested under the shocking new Biden plan.
Really, think of it as the Soros plan, because Soros is really occupying the presidency and determining the policies.
The U.S.

Don't forget about terrorist groups like Antifa and BLM, again sponsored by George Soros, raping, burning, assaulting, murdering their way across the nation.
Biden, a sock puck but for Soros, is focused on a new police state plan, could round up and arrest innocent Americans instead.
The Biden administration is doing what it can to consolidate as much power as possible before the 2022 midterms.
They know will wipe out Democrat control of both houses of Congress.
That is, if Biden's storm troopers allow it to happen already.
Democrats are claiming this coming November's elections are illegitimate.
So expect Biden to attempt an all-out push to stop the expected Republican sweep from taking place.
Everything they've sought to accuse Trump of doing, the Biden administration is going to do.
Be prepared for it.
They've unleashed an already out-of-control federal police force on the American people.
DHS has issued a new bulletin warning of a heightened terrorism alert.
According to DHS, it was issued Mainly because of the proliferation of false or misleading narratives which sow discord or undermine public trust in U.S.
government institutions.
So if you differ from the official narrative coming from the government about vaccines or the election or January 6th, then you're proliferating a false or misleading narrative that sows discord and undermines public trust in the government institutions.
You know Misinformation from those moms who speak at school board meetings, or the doctors who dare to question Fauci, or conservatives on Twitter.
Never mind the science proved the moms and the doctors were right all along.
Never mind the government, the medical establishment, the media, big tech, and the president himself have been caught in multiple lies and misinformation.
Nope!
Turns out we're in danger of terrorist attacks because Americans disagree with a socialist, Fauciist narrative, according to Joe Biden's DHS Storm Troopers.
The U.S.
remains in a heightened threat environment fueled by several factors, including An online environment filled with false or misleading narratives and conspiracy theories, another form of mis-dis and mal-information introduced or amplified by foreign and domestic threat actors, DHS said in its National Terrorism Advisory System bulletin.
These threat actors seek to exacerbate social friction and sow discord and undermine public trust in government institutions to encourage unrest, which could potentially inspire acts of violence.
And according to DHS, what are these missedness and malinformations?
While they're misleading about the 2020 election and, of course, about COVID, those are two specific examples that DHS alleges inspire violent extremist attacks, the National Police Force prepping for what comes this November when they attempt to shut down the elections and results they don't like.
They're planning a full-scale assault on the Constitution and the American people.
We'd better make sure we are prepared for what is to come.

Well, when you hear terms like potential acts of violence, you can't really get much more Orwellian than that, can you?
I mean, we're going into the theater of the absurd here on many levels.
I think what's happening is that the Department of Homeland Security and the security state is actually turning on the American people.
They were pointing the finger at those evil Muslims for many years.
And of course, now we're just letting them in by the boatload as refugees.
And now it's essentially Americans are under suspicion.
And honestly, I think this is, again, government by bluff.
People with traditional American values are still the majority in this country.
So what they're trying to do is scare us into silence.
And hope that everyone just shuts up and goes along with the plan.
I think this is an act of desperation.
There's just too many Americans that disagree with this sort of Marxist, cultural Marxism approach to government and to our civilization.
So this is a bluff and they're hoping to scare us.
And the only other thing I would add is that, you know, they're talking about misinformation about COVID.
Well, here's some misinformation.
When the vaccines first came out, they were 95% effective.
Wait, no, 99% effective.
And hey, if you have a vaccine, you can take off your mask, and you won't catch COVID and you won't spread COVID.
And now, Nice point, Scorpio.
That's all been reversed, hasn't it?
They're even admitting these so-called vaccines don't stop the transmission of COVID.
They don't prevent you from getting COVID.
They're just trying to tell you now, oh, well, you would have been much more sick if you hadn't taken the vaccine.
So, again, their whole ploy to get people to take these so-called vaccines has been nothing but misinformation.
And, again, the narrative of these people is completely falling apart.

So I could foresee some sort of attempt to make it seem like the midterms are not legitimate and the mainstream media playing that up.
That's all they do.
They lie.
They cheat.
They steal.
Those are Democrats who know they're going to get wiped out, and they believe it's a nobler course for them to simply resign when they have the chance, rather than to lose in a monumental case where they're going to go down hard.
Now, this has simply astonished me.

This obviously is intended to generate distrust of the dollar.
And the question becomes, what is going to be proposed as the alternative?
Digital currency.
Once we go to digital, we're all under control.
We're all permanent slaves because our currency, our flow of money to be able to do anything we want can be cut off at the touch of a button if we deviate from the expectations of the deep state.
This is very troubling.
Meanwhile, a Forbes contributor was fired over investigating stories about Tony the Rat Fauci.
Adam Andrzejewski, founder of theopenbook.com, frequent guest contributor to Zero Hedge, who most certainly does not get his talking points from the KGB, and who was until recently a contributor to Forbes, told Tucker Monday he was terminated from the magazine over his coverage of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Disease director, Dr. Anthony Fauci.
He recently made headlines with Investigate reporting that Fauci was the highest paid employee in the entire government, described how he was targeted for being critical of Fauci and exposing his early yearnings.
The National Institute of Health's six top execs wrote an email to me and Randall Lane, the top content officer at Forbes, couched as a corrections email.
But there were no substantial corruptions.
They quickled about small things, but that was the excuse Forbes used to cancel it.
He explained within 24 hours of the email, he received a call telling him he was barred from publishing any additional material regarding Fauci.
Andrew Juski originally filed a Freedom of Information Act request back on January 28th of 2021 regarding Fauci's annual pay, and I thought all public employees pay is public record.
After receiving only redacted documents, his group filed suit on October 25th, leading to the NIH agreeing to release its extensive documents, but only incrementally.
Over the next 14 months due to backed up requests.
Bullshit!
The open book has originally reported his salary enlisted at $417,608, the highest salary for any government figure, including the president.
His retirement package is expected to be $350,000 a year.
He explained his investigative work showed Fauci's wife, Christine Grady, had a similarly high salary.
If you take their salaries, tack on taxpayer-paid costs of federal benefits at 30% that do Fauci's, their household income, paid for by taxpayers every year, is $900,000.
Commenting, he wrote, Dr. Fauci controls the origins of state authority.
If you're an independent voice, you are in jeopardy.
Unfortunately, we are now an example.
Forbes was a key platform for nearly eight years.
I published 206 oversight pieces, a quarter million words of investigation on the platform.
Too bad Forbes folded under pressure from Fauci's federal bureau.
We can commiserate.
After all, it was right around the time that Fauci received an email on Feb 2, 2020, noting a zero-hedge article speculating about the man-made origins of COVID.
Tedros and Bernhard have apparently gone into conclave.
They need to decide today, in my view, if they do prevaricate.

I think this is all very, very bad.

Well, Jim, they're trying to use censorship as a method of control during the Information Age, and I think ultimately that's going to be a failing strategy as time goes on.
Again, more and more information is coming out about this Fauci character, who really is nothing more than a mass murderer.
His crimes really go back to the whole AIDS scam and the AZT scam that he pushed on all the homosexuals who had AIDS.
And actually, we don't even know how deep the fraud goes, because there's really no proof that HIV even caused AIDS.
It's very likely that the AZT was killing people, not so-called AIDS, because, again, you had all these people, does this sound familiar, who were asymptomatic, but tested positive for AIDS, just like they're doing now with COVID.
So you have these people who there's nothing wrong with them, but they said, oh, well, look, you have AIDS.
So take AZT.
This will fix you up real good.
And of course, they died because AZT was such an incredibly toxic drug.
And, you know, the book written about Fauci by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., you know, has over 2000 footnotes.
Kennedy has not been sued or taken to court over anything in that book because it's all ironclad.
You know, he worked with a lot of lawyers and consultants to make sure everything was absolutely accurate.
So Fauci is a fraud, just like this system that they're pushing on us.
Everything about COVID is a fraud, from the statistics, to the vaccines, to the masking, everything.
It's all a fraud to bring about a new system of totalitarianism that's never really been seen in this world.
It's going to outdo everything we've ever seen.
And so I think this now about the Federal Reserve, this Thomas Honig character, it's interesting.
You know, what he's saying about the dollar is absolutely true.
It is a fraud.
It is a Ponzi scheme.
But I don't know if he was given orders to say this or not.
If he wasn't given orders to say these sort of things, he'd better make sure to, you know, look both ways before he crosses the street.

The government doesn't realize what a blunder it's committed by legitimizing talk about crisis actors and false flags.
Now everyone can talk about it.
The government's made the point.
And even if they're wrong in their examples, they've introduced the concept.
Imagine how much of conspiracy theory language revolves around false flags and crisis actors.
Sandy Hook being a preeminent example.
I think they have crossed the Rubicon.
No turning back.
Conspiracy theory is going to become ubiquitous because everyone wonders that's the only language, the only approach, the only set of concepts that cover the available data and enable you to understand what's really going on.
I take great joy at this.
I'm simply delighted.
Meanwhile, do spend as much time as you can with your friends, your loved ones, and people you care about, because we truly do not know how much time we have left.
But there are signs for cautious optimism.
