This is Jim Fetzer from Madison, Wisconsin.
On Valentine's Day, I'm delighted to be joined by Joe Olson from Houston and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, where we're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with, on the 11th, Justin Trudeau began ratcheting up threatening truckers with losing their licenses and being criminally charged.
Meanwhile, the premiers of Alberta and Saskatchewan have dropped their COVID vaccine passports, a step they admitted was necessary to unify the country.
Ottawa was also rolling back its COVID restrictions but was reversed in the meanwhile.
The threat was especially directed at the truckers blocking the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, where travel across the border into Canada accounts for a significant portion of the income, around 30% of the trade between the U.S.
and Canada.
Then we had a zany, completely zonked-out CNN analyst and former Obama DHS official demand the police should slash the tires and arrest Canadian truckers.
This is unbelievably bizarre.
CNN National Security Analyst Juliette Kayyem suggested that these steps ought to be taken For roughly five days, the truckers have blocked the Ambassador Bridge connecting Windsor with Detroit, Michigan.
She called for drastic measures.
Slash the tires, empty gas tanks, arrest the drivers, move the trucks.
Well, if you slash your tires and empty the gas tanks and arrest the drivers, how could you move the trucks?
This is just stupid beyond belief.
Meanwhile, on the 12th, thousands continue to pour into Ottawa, amplifying the voice of protest around the country.
This has just had a tremendous response, resonated with the Canadian people.
The center of the Canadian capital city, Ottawa, was flooded by thousands of protesters on February 12.
Many more have joined the ongoing trucker-led protest.
Greater masses were particularly noticeable on Parliament Hill.
They waved their red and white maple leaf flags, sang the national anthem, O Canada, with passion.
It was really quite a moving experience.
Meanwhile, here you have Patrick King giving us an update on what the hell is going on.

Come out today and say, no, we're not listening.

And once you get vaccinated, freedom will return.

They didn't do that.
Once we get to 90%, they're just mad that the 90% don't hate the 10% enough.
They want to turn you into bloodthirsty, murderous people who turned on the Kulaks during the Holodomor and murdered their fellow man.

We know that 60% of the people that got two shots are never getting a booster, guys.

You've had Peter McCullough saying it takes 10 to 15 months to clear these synthetic garbage spikes out of your body, but they want to keep doing it every three months.

This court injunction from the judge is lovely because they've at least acknowledged that this is a genuine protest, and as long as we're not using air horns and And train horns, they're recognizing it as a legitimate protest.
So, the police that are being demanded by the bureaucrats to come crack down on us have no reason to do so.
We are peaceful people.
We have been misrepresented by false flags that only they, the criminals themselves, are incentivized to commit, guys.

But last week, the FDA gave final approval for the Moderna shot.
And their trade name is Spikevax.

And then tomorrow, on the 15th, The FDA was supposed to hold final hearings for Pfizer for using jabs on six-month to four-year-olds and it's going to be a three-dose regimen but at the last minute Pfizer postponed it because the data is starting to leak out and we know how horrible these things are and they don't want to be embarrassed by having the FDA approve another genocide jab.
Let's see.
Also, Moderna has been removed in Australia because it has HIV.
And now, Moderna has said, well, yeah, OK, we created HIV in our vaccines that are down in Australia, but now we're making a new vaccine, our mRNA vaccine for HIV.
And we expect to have that available within just the next week or two.
So it's like there's no end to the insanity once you let these people start violating your body.
They are going to not stop until you're either genetically modified into a complete zombie or you're dead.
So they're going to give you a shot that gives you HIV, then they're going to give you another shot that cures HIV.

The Ambassador widgets Canada's busiest border crossing.
Where the protests are running up an estimated $392.56 million a day in losses, Gretchen Whitmer, the grotesque governor of Michigan, said the Canadian government has to do whatever it takes to safely and swiftly resolve the blockade.
Justin Trudeau tweets, I convened the Incident Response Group again today.
We went over the efforts underway to address the illegal blockades and occupations.
We'll continue to make sure municipal, provincial, and federal authorities have what they need to end the blockades and protect public safety.
Despite Trudeau's nice guy public persona and popularity among left-wing political circles, his handling of the Freedom Convoy has soured his standing among his constituents.
He already leads a minority coalition in the Canadian government.
He's receiving dismal poll numbers over his response.
Only 16% of Canadians want to vote for him because of how he's dealt with the situation.
The police chief of Ottawa told reporters reinforcements would be necessary to break up the protests, including the dedication and commitment of the Freedom Convoy.
He said this is an entirely sophisticated level of demonstrators.
They have the capability to run a strong organization here provincially and nationally, and we're seeing that play out in real time.
Despite the Canadian government's intense crackdown, the protesters have inspired a global movement where Freedom Convoy have replicas in New Zealand, in France, and in Austria.
New Zealand emulating Canadian truckers with their convoy for freedom.
The Canadian truckers have been participating, have inspired.
Even docile New Zealanders have set up a convoy in their capital city of Wellington.
The group calls a protest their convoy for freedom and have come in trucks, RVs, and campers from around the island nation, nearly coinciding with the leftist PM Jacinda Ardern's first speech to Parliament in 2022.
They have said they will not leave the streets of Wellington until the government has lifted the highly restricted COVID measures they have imposed.
She refused to meet with the protesters, does not believe their views represent most New Zealand citizens.
I think she's going to discover that Canadian Prime Minister was just as ludicrous when he suggested a protester were part of a fringe minority.
A majority of her nation's citizens claim to have done everything they can to protect each other.
The convoy calls for an end to vaccine mandates for medical professionals and police and military and teachers, getting rid of masking mandates in schools and public places.
Aderna is overseeing the lockdown orders among the most strict globally.
Press reports in Wellington indicate police have not arrested any protesters yet, but have asked the group to move their vehicles.
Here you have also in Germany.
This is a mass protest going on in Germany as well.
Meanwhile, GiveSendGo was hacked.
This was reported yesterday, taking over the website and posting personal information of the donors.
Here's what they put up.

Meanwhile, Transhacker Emi Bez is tweeting, A girl can't go for a relaxing soak without shit breaking loose, but it seems gremlins have gremlin.
Remember that the GiveSendGo CEO denied these problems existed at all, despite being warned and repeatedly given proof since January 2018.
Here's an earlier tweet.
An S3 bucket run by GiveSendGo was found to be leaking pics of driver's licenses, military IDs, passports, and other sensitive docs.
Sources tell me, despite an attempted fix, the bucket was exploited again to take over the site.
So that suggests gifts and gold may have not been as responsible as they ought to have been.

Meanwhile, the White House forced to do damage control amid the crack pipe scandal.
Many Americans have lost their lives to drug addiction, yet they continue to claim the lives of so many, and the Biden administration wants to help them along.
Mine's worsened the drug crisis due to its negligence of the U.S.-Mexican border.
As illegal immigration runs rampant and overwhelms Border Patrol agent, drugs aren't far behind.
However, they seem to have come up with a solution, entailing spending millions of taxpayer dollars on smoking kits to help folks struggling with drug addiction consume substances in a safe fashion.
Many Americans unleashed criticism, learning the smoking kits would contain crack pipes and predominantly be distributed to inner cities and minority communities.
According to the Washington Free Bacon, the Biden administration has since come out and claimed they will not be giving crack pipes to drug addicts.
DHS put out a statement about the matter that the administration alleged focus on saving lives and reducing the harm engendered by drugs, where HHS Secretary Becerra then declared the federal government would not distribute crackpots in any way, shape or form.
Psaki shared similar remarks, claiming reports of crackpot distribution from the federal government was misinformation.

Amid this statement, many Americans know it, but Psaki didn't detail all the kits approved by the White House in a nutshell.
Many are not falling for the Biden administration claim that crack pipes were never included.
The standard view, in fact, is that they did plan to distribute crack pipes.
A massive blowback was enough for them to roll back and revise the plan.
Similarly, he's been criticized for not using federal funding to finance rehabilitation centers or otherwise help those struggling with addiction overcome it.
By handing out smoking kits, the White House created them, enabling destructive behavior rather than assisting people to rise above it.
That's just one more reason why Biden's approval rating has hit a new low.
The RealClearPolitics average of the most recent polls—in other words, this is a poll of polls—shows Biden dropping below 40 percent, 39.8.
An average of 54.4.
Now say they disapprove of the job Biden is doing.
This is a highly accurate poll of polls, by the way, because it's based on so many different sources.
The news comes as Biden has been battling multiple domestic crises, soaring inflation, gas prices, numbers of illegal migrants flooding the southern border, You can see the chart, how his approval has dropped steadily and his disapproval has been rising.
Across the board, the President's numbers are a devastating warning for Democrats in the upcoming midterm.
His approval is underwater as far as the eye can see.
Even with regard to the economy, only 38.3% approved, 56.3% disapproved.
It would seem the White House spin that they're creating jobs at a record rate is falling on deaf ears, especially when Americans are paying higher prices for gas to get their vehicles to grocery stores where they're paying higher prices for food.
With both the House and Senate very narrowly split, 2022 election with a president's job approval at this level carries catastrophic implications for the Democrats.
On the matter of the direction of the country, which, by the way, has been a highly reliable indicator of how mid-term elections will go, only 27.6% of Americans think think we're moving in the right direction, 65.1.
Believe we're on the wrong track.
Really stunning.
Biden approval among independents, 34%.
55% of independents disapprove of the job he's doing.
33% strongly disapprove.
Exactly one year ago, Biden's approval of the RealClearPolitics average was virtually a reversal.
On Feb 10, 2021, his approval was 54.4 positive, 36.9 negative.
That's a plus 17.5 to where it is now at minus 14.6.

Lest we forget, this is an average of major polls, so Visaki can't spin it as an outlier.
The poll numbers have to be nothing short of terrifying based on their implications, not only for the 2024 presidential election, but the more immediate upcoming midterms.
Our estimation of where things stand today, relying on the more reliable pollsters and data, Biden approval?
38 to 39.
Congressional generic Republicans up six to seven.
Trump versus Biden.
Trump up six.
Country in wrong direction, 65 to 68 percent.
In our increasingly polarized and nationalized politics, the single most determinative factor in midterm outcomes is a president's job approval, which is in the toilet.

Yeah, well, it's going to be real interesting.
Due to loss of population in the blue states and gain in the red states, Texas now has two new U.S.
House seats, and both of those were gerrymandered by the RINOs to make them Republican seats, so it looks like we're going to nibble away at Nancy's Majority plus there's some really strong candidates running in the Republican primary against some Democrats that definitely need to be unseated and are realizing that their days are numbered.
So bottom line is it's going to be interesting.
The unfortunate thing is that we had an opportunity to change the ballot proposals and ballot methods here in Texas and eliminate a lot of the voter fraud that we know happened in 2020.
And they did nothing about it.
And in 2019, the state legislature passed a law to change, eliminate single lever voting where you could just go in and go, I'll just pull the D lever and vote for every Democrat on the list in the general election where you only had choice between them and maybe a rhino and and maybe a libertarian.
So bottom line, they eliminated that.
By law in 2019, but our wonderful governor, Mr. Grabbit Abbott, said on his signing orders that he wasn't going to enforce the law until January 2020.
So we were able to lose elections prior to that due to the fact that that guy didn't do what the state legislature wanted and put signing orders that moved the date back and eliminated one means of eliminating the bad voting that we had.
So bottom line is, why did he do that, Joe?
Because he's a rhino.

When Democratic politicians across this country all of a sudden started to pull back their mask mandates, he did it virtually overnight and of course they did it in unison, we naturally assumed that new polling had to be behind it.
Someone at the DNC must have seen terrifying public opinion numbers and decided to abandon Project Quarantine before the midterm elections.
That made sense to us.
We explained that theory on the show last night.
We still think it's probably pretty true.
But it's also clear, as of tonight, that there is another explanation for this.
Democrats in this country are looking north to their friends in the ruling party of Canada.
And what they see there scares them.
Canada's working class has finally rebelled after years of relentless abuse.
Truck drivers are threatening to topple Justin Trudeau's creepy little government with their big rigs.
And they may succeed, actually.
The protests against Justin Trudeau's vaccine mandates have been far more effective than anyone in charge imagined.
For Democrats in the United States, that's a pretty obvious lesson.
Over the past 48 hours, Canadian truckers have blocked the major trade routes between their country and ours.
Last night, farmers driving heavy agricultural equipment shut down the highways at the Manitoba border with the United States.
You're seeing footage now from the town of Emerson, Manitoba.
1,100 miles away, a similar scene on the border of Ontario in the United States.
Green tractors with Canadian flags lining the highway in protest.
But the most meaningful blockade of all is taking place right now on the Ambassador Bridge.
That's the privately owned span that connects Detroit to Windsor, Ontario.
If you live in the Upper Midwest, you know it well.
A quarter of all the trade between the United States and Canada, one another's biggest trading partners, that's billions of dollars, comes across that bridge.
And as Fox's Molly Line is reporting from Ottawa, that bridge is now completely shut down.
We're Canadian and we want to be free Canadians.
Increasing concern spreading through Canada and now the U.S.
as the Freedom Convoy threatens trade along the border.
Truckers blocking traffic at the Ambassador Bridge connecting Detroit and Ontario.
A second crossing linking Alberta and Montana also shut down by protesters calling for an end to all COVID restrictions and vaccine mandates.
We want freedom, freedom of all mandates, and that's what we're fighting for.
The Ambassador Bridge is the busiest international crossing in North America, carrying 25% of all trade between Canada and the U.S.
We want freedom, the truckers are saying, freedom from mandates.
It's a very straightforward ask.
But so far, the truckers don't have that freedom, and so their blockade continues.
So far, that blockade has forced the Ford Motor Company to shut down one of its manufacturing plants and to operate another plant with a skeleton crew.
Toyota says it won't be able to manufacture vehicles in Ontario for the rest of the week.
General Motors has canceled multiple shifts at its plant in Lansing, Michigan, due to part shortages.
So this protest is less than a week old, and already it is causing deep pain to at least one global industry.
It's hard to overstate the historical significance of what we're watching right here.
The Canadian trucker convoy is the single most successful human rights protest in a generation.
If nothing else, it has been a very useful reminder to our entitled ruling class that working class men can be pushed, but only so far.
When they push back, it hurts.
It turns out that truck drivers are more important to a country's future than, say, diversity consultants or even MSNBC contributors.
Who knew?
The White House has no interest in knowing.
According to the Associated Press tonight, the Biden administration is, quote, urging the Trudeau government to, quote, use its federal powers to stop this protest, to end the truckers' protest.
In other words, crush them by force.
Politico is reporting that Biden officials are coordinating with Canadian authorities to, quote, establish alternate traffic routes around the protesters.
That's Scranton Joe, the pro-union guy, shutting down a labor action.
Pete Buttigieg is the completely incompetent transportation secretary in this country.
Apparently he's in charge of this effort.
What Mayor Pete does not realize is, it's not so easy.
Truck drivers know a lot more about roads than McKinsey consultants do.
An alternative border crossing in Alberta, for example, has already been totally shut down.
They thought of that already, Mayor Pete.
The Blue Water Bridge, which connects Ontario to Port Huron, Michigan, has been reporting delays tonight of nearly five hours.
Now, there is an obvious way to fix this problem.
Matthew Maroon, who's the owner of the Ambassador Bridge into Michigan, just spelled it out for Justin Trudeau, who's not terribly bright.
End the vaccine mandates, and the bridge reopens.
It's not hard.
But Justin Trudeau won't.
And he's decided he doesn't have to, because the truckers, as he's explained, have no legitimate complaint.
They're racists, so we're not required to listen to them.
Here is Trudeau in the Canadian Parliament on Monday.
The people of Ottawa don't deserve to be harassed in their own neighborhoods.
They don't deserve to be confronted with the inherent violence of a swastika flying on a street corner.
Or a confederate flag.
Or the insults and jeers just because they're wearing a mask.
That's not who Canada, who Canadians are.
Oh, so they're not even really Canadians.
They're Nazis.
So you don't have to hear anything they say.
They don't even belong here.
Maybe we'll intern them or expel them.
Trudeau State broadcasters have been repeating these lies over and over and over again for maximum effect.
Pravda parroting Brezhnev.
That's what they do.
What's striking, however, is that the media in our country claim to be independent, but they've been doing the very same thing.

Some of the organizers of this protest, which as I mentioned, started more than a week ago, they do want to overthrow the government.
Canadian officials calling the situation a, quote, nationwide insurrection.
The police chief says COVID protests are a, quote, nationwide insurrection driven by madness.

Just think of the language.
I know it sounds familiar to you, right?
A threat to democracy, an insurrection, sedition.
The police say that they are under-resourced and they are overwhelmed.
They have said that this city is under siege.
It's not just truckers, there's a lot of, I've heard there's QAnon supporters in the crowd.
Residents that I have spoken to who say they feel terrorized, intimidated.
It's a cult.
There are QAnon supporters in the crowd.
It's a cult!
They're Nazis and they're crazy.
Insurrectionists on the Edmund Pettus Bridge!
Imagine.
Now they're using these smears because typically they work.

You can actually make your own judgment about reality.
So you watch these streams for just a few minutes and you realize that these truckers, whatever their faults may be, are far less odious and much harder working than the journalists and the politicians who call them Nazis.
Here's one 24-year-old protester who saved up and bought his own truck.
He's an owner-operator now.
He's losing hundreds of dollars every day because he's no longer working, but he says it's worth it because he's more concerned about human rights than about his own paycheck.

Garcia is one of a handful of independent YouTube channel operators who are doing what legacy media refuses to do anywhere, ever, anymore.
Garcia actually talks to people.

He's doing it because nobody else will do it.

The province of Alberta just announced it is lifting its COVID restrictions and scrapping its vaccine passport system completely.
Saskatchewan, Quebec, Prince Edward Island have done the same.
They're getting rid of most of their COVID restrictions.
In the face of this, in response to this, when you go too far, as Ceausescu learned, People turn against you.
It was just a few days ago that a guy called Jagmeet Singh, he's the leader of Canada's supposedly pro-worker NDP party, smeared the truckers as racist.
Of course, quote, those that claim the superiority of the white bloodline.

But yesterday, even Jagmeet Singh finally realized the same old slander doesn't work anymore.
So he went to plan B. He went for a federal plan to quote, exit the pandemic.

One of those lawmakers, a member of parliament called Joelle Lightbound, described Justin Trudeau's vaccine mandates as, quote, an attempt to wedge, to divide, and to stigmatize.
I fear that this politicization of the pandemic risks undermining the public's trust in our public health institutions.

And in that vein, tonight, a group of American truckers announced they will begin a nationwide truck convoy in this country starting next month in protest against Joe Biden's vaccine mandates.
That rally will begin in Southern California on March 5th, and then it will progress eastward by truck to Washington, D.C., a city they still perhaps naively assume is the capital of their country.
How does the supposedly pro-union White House feel about this?
They're completely panicked.
Working class people expressing their opinions?
That's not allowed.
So Joe Biden, taking a page from Justin Trudeau, his friend to the North, has already set the Department of Homeland Security to work to shut them down.

I listened to a talk show over the weekend, which had a really interesting point.
The reason why they keep trying to hammer on this pejorative that January 6th was an insurrection has to do with the 14th Amendment, which has a clause in Section 3 that says Prohibits anyone who previously taken an oath of office, which is be senators representative of other public officials from holding public office if they've engaged in insurrection or rebellion in the United States.
So that's what they're trying to do.
They're trying to paint all of those millions worth of Trump supporters and hopefully identify them as showing up at that date so that they can no longer hold an office anytime in the future.
Then we have the issue of what's going on in the Ukraine.
Today on the Conservative Treehouse, Nancy Pelosi admitted over the weekend in a news broadcast that Joe Biden is trying to rattle the sabers and appear tough, and when Putin Backs down and doesn't invade the Ukraine, then Joe Biden will be seen as this giant, you know, peacemaker that was able to thwart the big red bear.
And today on the stupid Clay Travis and Buck Sexton show, which are the two fill ins for the departed rush limp bomb, they said that the invasion of Ukraine is scheduled for February 16th.
And they actually had an announcement from President Zelensky in Ukraine, who had previously stated there was no evidence that Russia was going to attack them and they weren't going to attack anything that would make Russia attack them.
Now saying, well, it looks like Russia is going to attack us on February 16th, which, you know, is the worst kind of surprise attack you can have is to announce it two days before you're going to do it.
So it's just all ugly, ugly theater.
And if they drag us into World War Three, We all have a front row seat.
The Democrats love to create a fake problem for which they then provide the solution.
That outline from Pelosi about how Biden's supposed to look strong by denying Putin an invasion Putin had no intention or plan to commit anyway is just typical of Democratic puffery.

Meanwhile, police beat an unconscious Trump supporter, was objectively reasonable, the department ruled after an internal affairs reviewed the case.
This is just outrageous.
The beating of an unconscious Trump supporter by DC Metropolitan Police officer on January 6th was deemed to be objectively reasonable after an investigation by the Department's Internal Affairs Bureau.
This is truly unbelievable.
The investigation was opened September 21, placed on a complaint filed by a Texas man who assembled video evidence of the officer striking an unconscious Roseanne Boylan with a steel baton and a large wooden stick at the entrance to the West Tent Terrace Tunnel on January 6.
Boylan, 34, of Kennesaw, Georgia, was pinned under a pile of protesters who fled the tunnel when police deployed a crowd control gas.
After several minutes of being crushed by the weight of other fallen protesters, she lost consciousness and stopped breathing.
She had traveled to D.C.
that day to attend the Stop the Steal and hear then-President Trump speak at the Olympics.
She became trapped in a crowd that sought entry through the West Entrance Tunnel.
As Boylan lay unconscious on the ground, D.C.
Metro Police Officer Lilla Morris Repeatedly struck her with a steel baton and what appeared to be a wooden walking stick.
The sudden attack horrified Boylan's friend and traveling companion, Justin Winchell, who pled with police and protesters to provide first aid.
Police body cams show Winchell shocked when he saw Morris strike Boylan in the head.
She's gonna die!

Boyla was not pronounced dead until more than 90 minutes later, although she appeared lifeless when police dragged her body from the West Tunnel entrance into the Capitol at 431.
During the 11 minutes after she fell, protesters made repeated attempts at CPR, efforts frustrated in part by the beating and police spraying pepper spray into the faces of those attempting to help her.
There's confusion about what life-saving efforts were made by police after she was moved into the Capitol.
Testimony before a congressional committee suggested they attempted CPR at 426, which wasn't possible since at that time she still lay on the concrete outside, being given CPR by protesters Jake Lang and Ronald McAbee.
The DC Medical Examiner said Boylan died of an accidental overdose of Adderall, a prescription drug used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
That ruling has drawn skepticism and outrage from Boylan's friends and family.
Her family brought Boylan said Roseanne had been taking Adderall for about 10 years.
Officer Morris, who just reached the front line in the West Terrace Tunnel, is seen on body cam picking up what appears to be a walking stick or a tree branch.
She raised a weapon over her head with both hands and struck Boylan at least four times in rapid succession.
The stick broke at one point.
Morris continued to strike at Boylan until other officers pulled her back.
Morris was hailed as a hero after January 6th.
He was even vetted as a guest of honor at Super Bowl 54 in Tampa.
Phil Anderson of Mesquite, Texas, at the bottom of the same pile, crushed Boylan, called the Metropolitan Police Department use of force ruling absolutely Shit.

There's nothing reasonable about hitting a non-responsive woman lying on the ground over the head with a baton, Anderson, 26, told the Epoch Times.
They say it's reasonable because she was a Trump supporter.
Anderson said there was cause from the beginning for an independent investigation by a special prosecutor, a grand jury.
The fact they've been lying from the beginning is reason enough for investigation.
The only reason anyone even knows this is because I barely survived and I'm here now to call out their blatant lies about the woman they killed.

Brett Boylan asked the Metropolitan Police Department for copies of body cams video from various police officers in the Terrace Tunnel.
That request was, surprise, surprise, denied.
Wednesday was nine months from our daughter's passing, and we still have any unanswered questions about what happened that day, Brett Boylan wrote in a Freedom of Information Act request, in fall of 2021.
The family contracted with his own forensic pathologist to review the DC Medical Examiner's report on her death.
Brett Boylan said heavily redacted body cam footage he obtained shows police did attempt CPR after she was moved into the Capitol.
There were two body-worn camera videos that started with the officer pulling Roseanne into the building past the police line that did show multiple officers attempting to revive and gave CPR for about 10 to 12 minutes straight.
Then they appeared to load her on some kind of mailroom cart and moved her somewhere else.
McBride said one thing you found especially troubling on one of the videos is that despite being unconscious during the attack, it appeared Roseanne Boylan could feel the blows to the head.
When she takes that second hit to the head, watch her left arm.
Her left arm straightens up and lifts off the ground, McBride said.
Winchell told an Atlantic TV station that when Roseanne was struck by Officer Morris the first time, Roseanne's nose started bleeding.
In our mind, she was still alive at that point.
She also suffered three or four broken ribs on each side of her chest, which could have come from repeated CPR, the pressure being under the pile of bodies, or from the baton blows from Officer Morris.
Augustine said a report on Morris's use of force has not been released to the public.
The factors involved are outlined in the MPD's policy, updated January 2021.

Members of the MPD shall value and preserve the sanctity of human life at all times, especially when lawfully exercising the use of force.
In situations where the use of force is justified, the utmost restraint should be exercised.
Boylan said the family wants to know why Morris attacked Roseanne.
She had a choice.
That officer had a choice.
She could have helped her right there at that point in time, but she chose to grab the stick and began hitting her.
This was a case of murder.
This is actually first degree, in my judgment.
There's no way to excuse it.
She was unconscious.
She beat her brutally.
The left arm coming up is no doubt a reflex over which she had no conscious control.

So the fire department came and picked her up and took her to the hospital.

We have film evidence of those cops moving those little bike racks away and ushering people in.
You have doors that are magnetically locked being opened from the inside and the timing of this, all this was opened up just when.

Gordon Chang, author of The Coming Collapse of China, says pointing to athletes at the 2022 Winter Olympics who've tested positive for COVID, China cannot run a fair Olympics.
Appearing on a radio show hosted by John Katz-Samandas, Chang said, China looks like it's disadvantaged foreign athletes.
It's disadvantaging foreign athletes and intentionally doing so.
You got to remember China insisted on draconian COVID protocols, much stricter than the IOC wanted.
And there have been a rash of foreign athletes who've been sent to these quarantine hotels because of positive tests, and these are cages.
Essentially, they're not big enough to exercise, and the food is clearly inadequate.
According to sports broadcaster Joe Champolino's Twitter, Russian athlete Valerina Vanitsova posted a picture of a grueling meal she was served in quarantine.
She said the same meal's been served at the Winter Olympics for breakfast, lunch, and dinner five days already.
Cheng goes on to highlight, no Chinese athletes, as far as we can tell, have been put into quarantine.
This really looks like it's an attempt to help the Chinese team win as many medals as possible.
It looks like they cannot run a Paralympics.
Cheng says Chinese athletes have not been testing positive for COVID when everyone else has.
That's extremely suspicious.

Meanwhile, a poll shows how many Americans want the U.S.
to fight in Russia.

Similarly, only 38% favor saying weapons to Ukraine versus 31% who oppose the policy and 31% who are undecided and 42% agreed with providing financial aid.
Biden has taken a military response off the table.

Biden says his admin stands with advocates working to end gun violence, have a solemn obligation to keep others safe.
Out of the heartbreak of Parkland, a new generation of Americans all across the country march for our lives and toward a better, safer America.
Let me mention that March for Our Lives, which only a few weeks later was supposed to have been motivated by the Parkland shooting, But the fact is in Washington, D.C., you have to submit a permit six months in advance if you want to close any streets, which this involved.
They had hundreds of different T-shirts, coffee mugs, all kinds of product, professional performances and all that.
They actually had submitted the permit.
Six months earlier, meaning in October and September, they were already planning for an event they would claim was driven by the event in Parkland on April 14th.
Just incredible.
Since the Parkland shooting, gun violence has only risen.
There are at least 136 instances of gunfire on school grounds.
Biden has tried to crack down on ghost guns, homemade firearms that lack serial numbers, worked to tighten regulation on pistol-stabilizing braces.
He's also encouraged cities to use COVID relief dollars to help manage gun violence.
Wow, that sure sounds appropriate.
But these efforts all fall short of major change.
In his first year, Biden's effort to pass legislation to tighten gun laws hasn't left the drawing board.
He was also forced to pull his nominee to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, who was a complete nutcase.
Now, here's evidence that Parkland was completely staged, totally phony.
