Come on, go!
When I was young, so much younger than today, I never needed anybody's help in any way.
Now these days I've got to help so self-assure.
Now I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm open up the doors.
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down.
And I do appreciate you being around.
Help me get my feet back on the ground.
Won't you please, please help me?
Well, this is Jim Fetzer, your host on The Raw Deal.
I have two exceptional guests for you today, but before we get there, I want to review some of the latest developments here.
Canada's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is threatening truckers with losing their licenses or being criminally charged.
We've heard your frustration with COVID.
It's time to go home now.
Meanwhile, the premiers of Alberta and Saskatchewan have dropped COVID vaccine passports, a step they admitted was necessary to unify the country.
Ottawa is also rolling back its COVID restrictions, with limits on private gatherings being removed effective next month.
Meanwhile, the threat was likely directed at the truckers who are blocking the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario, where travel across the border into the U.S.
accounts for a significant portion of income transaction between Canada and the United States, where Canada is our largest trading partner and something close to 30% of the trade comes across the bridge.
That was already now on the 11th.
Turning to the, also on the 11th, we had a CNN analyst and former Obama DHS official demanding that police slash the tires and arrest the Canadian truckers.
This woman is a bit of a lunatic.
Juliette Kayyem is her name.
She tweeted, The convoy protest, applauded by right-wing media as a freedom protest, is an economic and security issue now.
The Ambassador Bridge Link constitutes 28% of annual trade movement between US and Canada.
Slash the tires, empty the gas tanks, arrest the drivers, and move the trucks.
What unbelievable is that?
Meanwhile, on the 12th, May I say, Ed and Lorraine, please just mute yourselves and I'll bring you in at the bottom of the hour.
Please just mute.
We're getting a lot of background there, if you don't mind.
Meanwhile, on the 12th, thousands are pouring into Canada in an effort to support what's going on here.
This is very heartfelt and widespread support.
Many more have joined the ongoing Tronker-led protest with the arrival of the weekend.
Numbers grew into the night of February 11th and the next morning.
Greater masses were particularly noticeable on Parliament Hill and then later on the streets.
They waved their red and white maple leaf flags and sang the national anthem, O Canada, with passion and rousing volume.
If you've seen any of the videos, it's really quite moving and effective.
Meanwhile, we have here one of the leaders.
This would be Patrick King talking about the situation.
Check it out.
You guys report on the day's events.
Yes, maybe it's been pretty quiet, and I get it that a no-news day might not be a good day when one of the threats is they're going to knock out cell phone service and isolate us.
You guys know what to do when that time comes.
If we're here, if our job is to be the martyrs and be victims of tyranny, then we'll gladly take our lot in life.
These are a very, very brave bunch, a very, very disciplined bunch of truckers.
We're not going to be provoked.
They don't feel fear.
They just fear returning to the communist dystopia that is descending on all our lives and you've made the mistake of getting into this trial of this two injections and now you get a third and they're telling you that the third makes you more likely to get COVID.
It's a mad world.
Why are you still living in a mad world?
We heard our Minister of Emergencies and Uh, public safety come out today and say, no, we're not listening.
We're not talking to them.
We've chosen our plan, and it's mass vaccination.
And once you get vaccinated, freedom will return.
And that didn't happen.
Remember when they said once we reach 75%, we'll get herd immunity?
They didn't do that.
Once we get to 90%, they're just mad that the 90% don't hate the 10% enough.
They want to turn you into bloodthirsty, murderous people who turned on the kulaks during the Holodomor and murdered their fellow man.
It's not going to happen.
We know you love us, and we know that they don't have the army they think they have.
We know that 60% of the people that got two shots are never getting a booster, guys.
The only thing keeping you down is the fact that the government has mandated it, and they keep telling you this fake promise that you'll have freedom back once you get injected again.
You have Peter McCullough saying it takes 10 to 15 months to clear these synthetic garbage spikes out of your body, but they want to keep doing it every three months.
They're trying to kill you.
We're here to save you from killing yourself, or at least not make us join you on your Jonestown lemonade drinking trip, okay?
We're getting out of this nightmare that you've created by just going along with it, by going along.
But look at us!
We're complying!
It's silent, isn't it?
This court injunction from the judge is lovely because they've at least acknowledged that this is a genuine protest, and as long as we're not using air horns and train horns, they're recognizing it as a legitimate protest.
So the police that are being demanded by the bureaucrats to come crack down on us have no reason to do so.
We are peaceful people.
We have been misrepresented by false flags that only they, the criminals themselves, are incentivized to commit, guys.
Don't believe it.
Come down and see for yourself and remain peaceful when you do get down here.
But we do need numbers down here, guys.
It's going to be incredibly awkward to arrest millions of patriotic Canadians.
Bye.
That's just wonderful.
He's a superb guy.
And, of course, he meant to Jonestown Kool-Aid, and I think there is a parallel here, except, you know, Americans have been lured into the false belief that the Vax is good.
Meanwhile, as of the 13th, that would be yesterday, Canadian police are enforcing zero tolerance crackdown on protesters as a Freedom Convoy goes international.
This is in relation to the Ambassador Bridge where the protests are costing an estimated $392.56 million a day in relation to cross-border transactions.
Gretchen Whitmer, the disgusting governor of Michigan, said in an interview, the Canadian government has to do whatever it takes to safely and swiftly resolve the blockade Remember, she was involved in that phony kidnapping scheme involving the FBI, where virtually everyone involved was either an FBI agent or an asset, where reminiscent of
1935 when there'd be Communist Party cell meetings right here in the USA in the 30s and 40s and everyone in attendance was a representative, an informant for the FBI.
Meanwhile, New Zealand is emulating the Canadian truckers.
This is a tough haul because they have a particularly brutal prime minister there.
Even docile New Zealanders have set up a convoy in their capital city of Wellington to block streets outside the Parliament building as lawmakers are returning to work for the first time since last summer.
Meanwhile, even docile New Zealanders have set up a convoy in the capital city of Wellington to block streets outside the Parliament building as lawmakers are returning to work for the first time since summer.
A group calling their protests their convoy for freedom has come in trucks, RVs and campers from around the island nation, coinciding with leftist Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern's first speech to Parliament in 2022.
They're claiming they'll not leave the streets of Wellington until the government there has lifted the highly restrictive COVID measures that have been imposed.
Arden has refused to meet with him, of course.
This is very much like Justin Trudeau, where the latest report has it that Trudeau cannot, of his own volition, step down because he's a tool of the World Economic Forum.
And the World Economic Forum feels that this is a central issue for them, that if the protest in Canada is successful, then their entire effort to Seize control of the world through the massive genocide program is going to collapse.
Let it collapse, my God.
Meanwhile, GiveSendGo has been hacked.
You all recall how GoFundMe absconded with nearly 10 million a trucker donations, initially declaring they were going to give it to
Charities of their choice which was a form of outright theft and then when Governor DeSantis of Florida and others declared their attorney generals would investigate they decided they would return the money to the donors which can be done automatically at the touch of a button but they decided to do it in seven to ten days to ensure the truckers wouldn't benefit from the money and time to make a difference.
Meanwhile, GiveSendGo has picked up and carried on and got some 7 million to them, but now hackers have taken over the GiveSendGo website.
They're trying to put it back up today.
They included a notice saying, attention, GiveSendGo grifters and patriots.
The Canadian government is informing you that the money you a-holes raised to fund an insurrection is frozen.
The bank has frozen several accounts.
You helped fund the January 6th insurrection in the US.
You helped fund an insurrection in Ottawa.
In fact, you are committed to funding anything that keeps the raging fire of misinformation going until it burns the world's collective democracies down.
This is about as absurd a post as you're going to find everywhere, virtually every single sentence there, including, of course, describing what happened on January 6th as an insurrection is simply absurd.
There was no effort there to overturn the government of the United States.
And indeed, it was run by the FBI in accordance with Nancy Pelosi and the Capitol Police.
That was very orchestrated.
There's a wonderful piece about it on my BitChute channel, Jim Fetzer, if you check it out.
But Give, Send, Go is trying to get back up, and let's hope it happens soon.
Meanwhile, the White House has been forced to do damage control amid their crackpiped scandal, which is one of many reasons why Biden's poll numbers are at the lowest level ever seen.
Many Americans have lost their lives due to drug addiction, but the problem seems to be getting worse rather than better under Biden.
As illegal immigration runs rampant and overwhelms border patrol agents, drugs aren't far behind.
The White House seems to have come up with a solution.
Multiple reports indicate Biden's solution entails spending millions of taxpayer dollars on smoking kits to help folks struggling with drug addiction consume substances in a safe fashion.
Many Americans have unleashed criticism against the White House on learning the smoking kit would contain crack pipes and predominantly be distributed to inner cities and minority communities.
This is part of the equity movement, of course, treating everyone exactly the same, or actually, in the Biden interpretation, Giving preference to those they regard as disadvantaged, all of whom are minorities.
Anyone who's not white is going to be a beneficiary of Biden policies and procedures, which, of course, is a gross violation of all the anti-discrimination laws, which is one of the ironies, of course, of his declaring he's going to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court.
The court itself has ruled repeatedly that race cannot be a factor in hiring decisions and that here you have Joe Biden declaring he's going to nominate to the very court that's declared this is an unconstitutional act a woman on the basis of her being black as a primary criterion for the appointment.
Simply stunning!
Meanwhile, under this rash criticism for the crack pipe distribution plan, the Department of Health and Human Services put out a statement explaining their focus was on saving lives and reducing the harm engendered by drugs.
HHS Secretary Becerra then declared the federal government would not distribute crack pipes in any way, shape, or form after all.
White House Secretary Psaki shared similar remarks with her standard media briefing.
She said reports of crack pipe distribution from the federal government was misinformation.
That doesn't look as though it's true at all.
It appears to be completely accurate, but caught with her pants down the reversing course.
Meanwhile, Biden's approval rating is at a new low point.
The average of the polls, it's uncharted territory.
RealClearPolitics is no doubt the most reliable source for political polling information, and they are reporting achieving a new low.
RealClearPolitics average of all the recent surveys showing him dropped below 40 percent, actually 39.8.
An average of 54.4 of those in the major polls now say they disapprove of the job Biden is doing.
The news comes as the president's been battling multiple domestic crises, including soaring inflation, soaring gas prices, soaring numbers of illegals flooding the southern border across the board.
The president's number and the real clear politics average are a devastating warning sign for Democrats in the upcoming midterms.
His approval rating is underwater as far as the eye can see.
On the topic most Americans find themselves concerned with, the economy.
Only 38.3% approve, 56.3% disapprove.
It would seem White House spin that the White House is creating jobs at record rates is falling on deaf ears, especially when Americans every day are paying higher prices for gas to use their vehicles to get to a grocery store, where if the shelves are not bare, they're paying higher prices for their groceries.
Well, both the House and the Senate narrowly split between the two parties entering the 2022 election with a president whose job approval is at this level carries catastrophic implications for the Democrats.
On the matter of the direction of the country, which by the way has been a usually reliable indicator of how midterm elections are going to turn out, the real clear politics average shows only 27.6% of Americans think we're moving in the right direction.
65.1% believe we're on the wrong track, which confirms my prediction that the Democrats are going to lose 100 seats in the House and four or five seats in the Senate.
It's absolutely stunning what's going on here.
Tucker has been doing a brilliant job of covering these things, but before I turn to Tucker and wonderful reports, I want to talk about How Russia has been slamming the United States over its false flag claims that, you know, Russia is planning an invasion and that they're going to perpetrate, you know, they're going to create a phony depiction of an attack on Ukrainians, and then they're going to produce the documents and videos to justify an intrusion
What's going on here, of course, is a classic false flag operation.
Blackwater is already in Ukraine.
They're going to perpetrate these attacks on Russian-speaking people in Ukraine.
And then when the Russians accurately report it, they're going to claim that this is just a Russian fabrication.
The trouble is when they start talking about false flags, Americans begin to absorb the concept and appreciate how many times they have been subjected to false flag attacks.
I mean, historically, it goes a long way back.
Think of the Gulf of Tonkin, for example, incident where Lyndon would later admit, for all he knew, they were shooting at whales out there.
Meanwhile, only one in eight respondents support deploying U.S.
combat units to Ukraine if Russia were to invade.
No Americans really are supportive here.
The Economist-YouGov survey showed only 13% of U.S.
adults believe it would be a good idea to deploy troops to fight Russians in Ukraine.
In fact, support for a combat mission is so low that more Americans, 17%, favor withdrawing from NATO than tangling with Russia militarily.
The poll found 55% of Americans believe sending combat troops to Ukraine would be a bad idea, while 33% are unsure.
Russia, of course, has denied having any intention to invade Ukraine, and guess what?
Even the president of Ukraine wants to know what the hell is going on.
He thinks this is nonsense.
He's asked the United States to provide the intelligence, the evidence that's supposed to substantiate the claim that Russia is about to invade his own country.
If you have additional 100% certain information about a Russian invasion of Ukraine, please share it with us.
I cannot agree or disagree with what hasn't happened yet.
Right now, there is no full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Over the past week, Zelensky, the president, has sought to tamp down public panic in Ukraine over a Russian invasion.
But this is all such nonsense.
At some point the American people are going to understand that domestically they've been subjected to a series of false flag attacks ever since Barack Obama nullified the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948.
Which precluded the use of the same techniques of disinformation and propaganda, staged events, paid riots and the like within the United States that were heretofore only allowed without by the Smith Modernization Act of 2012, just in time to bring us Sandy Hook, which was followed by a whole raft of other false flag events, the Boston Marathon bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas,
Having investigated all these by bringing together groups of experts to sort out what really happened and having published books on virtually all of them, books that Amazon.com has promptly banned, I want to assure you today, when Biden's urging Congress for gun control on the observance of the Parkland shooting, it was just as fake.
According to Biden, Four years after 17 students were gunned down at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Biden says his administration stands with advocates working to end gun violence and urges the nation to uphold the solemn obligation to keep each other safe.
Out of the heartbreak of Parkland, a new generation of Americans all across the country march for our lives and toward a better, safer America for us all.
That March for Our Lives, by the way, in Washington, D.C., which closed streets, was only a few weeks later and allegedly was inspired by the Parkland incident.
But it turns out in Washington, D.C., if you're going to have a major event that requires closing down roadways, you have to submit a permit application 180 days in advance.
We investigate, we confirm that the March for Our Lives had actually been working on this since September, October.
Parkland was just a frosting on the cake to make it look as though it had been legitimate.
I'll tell you a bit about Parkland.
That school released all the kids at 1 p.m.
because it was a holiday, Valentine's Day, just as today is Valentine's Day once again.
They had 3,500 students, but only a few dozen stayed behind.
They participated in this mock attack.
The fellow who was supposed to be accused of the event, Nicholas Cruz, was actually walking off campus with another student when she turned to him and said, I'm surprised it wasn't you and he gave her a double take and said, huh?
You know what?
What do you mean by that?
Well, you could still hear the sound of gunfire in the background.
They use a guy dressed all in a hazmat suit, firing a SIM gun, which fires simulated ammunition made out of beeswax and laundry detergent.
It'll create a wealth, but it won't penetrate the skin to set up a firing event.
I have a 57-second video inside a classroom where you can see the students doing their best to pretend to be afraid.
When the camera pans and turns, you can see there's what seems initially to be a body lying on the floor, but it's a black training dummy.
With no arms and no head lying on a pool of fake blood, they use a lot of fake blood.
In Boston, for example, when the cameras first zoomed in, you saw these bodies lying there missing arms and legs, but there was no blood.
As Lorraine Day, who was a head of trauma surgery for San Francisco General Hospital for 25 years, has observed, you cannot have limbs blown off by explosives and there to be no blood.
The blood only showed up later.
It came out of these little orange duffel bag fake blood kits.
They used amputee actors.
Amputee actors in a studio quality smoke machine.
I've documented this.
I want you to know if you want to go to look at a lot of these events, which are so thoroughly staged.
I have an expose of a dozen to 15 of these events in my How to Spot a False Flag Part 1 and How to Spot a False Flag Part 2.
You can find them on my blog at jamesfetzer.org.
I had in 2020 a blog entitled JimTheConspiracyGuy.com from May through November and did 65 shows during that period, but I couldn't afford to maintain the blog, so I transferred all 65 shows to a single page.
You can link all 65 from the page at jamesfetzer.org, JimTheConspiracyGuy.com, the 65 shows.
Put in any combination, you'll get it.
Go down to how to spot a false flag part one, how to spot a false flag part two.
But if you go down further, you'll see more about Parkland because I was at the time doing a show called Conspiracy Guy on Gary Null's network out of New York City.
And believe it or not, this was like my 65th show for Gary Null when he fired me for covering Parkland.
Gary Null, who Proclaims to be a champion of freedom of speech, did not like what I was reporting about Parkland.
So if you go down further, you'll see this is the show for which I was fired by Gary Noll.
Stunning stuff.
Did you know Sheriff David Israel drives a Lamborghini?
Do you know that the reason he didn't allow his deputies to enter the building was they weren't snapped in, that this was a staged event, and he was worried they might shoot the fake shooter?
One of the most interesting interviews afterward with a woman, a girl named Kelsey Brand, interviewed after the incident said, it was like a movie.
It looked so real, but it felt so fake.
She got it exactly right.
It looked so real, but it felt so fake.
Because it was fake, it was all staged.
They even forgot to put up the obituaries for the 17 students weeks after.
I mean, embarrassingly bad.
Here's just a clip.
Tucker, by the way, has been doing a brilliant job of late, and I encourage everyone to check him out.
Get this.
Good evening and welcome to Tucker Carlson Tonight.
When Democratic politicians across this country all of a sudden started to pull back their mask mandates, they did it virtually overnight and of course they did it in unison, we naturally assumed that new polling had to be behind it.
Someone at the DNC must have seen terrifying public opinion numbers and decided to abandon Project Quarantine before the midterm elections.
That made sense to us.
We explained that theory on the show last night.
We still think it's probably pretty true.
But it's also clear, as of tonight, that there is another explanation for this.
Democrats in this country are looking north to their friends in the ruling party of Canada.
And what they see there scares them.
Canada's working class has finally rebelled after years of relentless abuse.
Truck drivers are threatening to topple Justin Trudeau's creepy little government with their big rigs.
And they may succeed, actually.
But protests against Justin Trudeau's vaccine mandates have been far more effective than anyone in charge imagined.
For Democrats in the United States, that's a pretty obvious lesson.
Over the past 48 hours, Canadian truckers have blocked the major trade routes between their country and ours.
Last night, farmers driving heavy agricultural equipment shut down the highways at the Manitoba border with the United States.
There's much more.
Meanwhile, after the break, I'll introduce my special guest for today's show.
We'll be right back.
Listen to Revolution Radio at freedomslips.com.

Was it a conspiracy?
Did you know that the police in Boston were broadcasting, this is a drill, this is a drill, on bull hordes during the marathon?
That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
And that one would be set off in one minute in front of a library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs.
But there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.
Don't let yourself be played.

Well, I have a double whammy for you today.
Two guests who I'm highly recommended.
One, Lauren Martel, is running for Attorney General of South Carolina.
She has a reputation of being outspoken and candid.
She's not enthusiastic about the facts and the mandates, and she's accompanied by North Carolina attorney Ed Maslisch.
Lauren and Ed, welcome to the show.
Thank you so much.
It's an honor to be on the show, and we're really excited.
Happy Valentine's Day.
Yeah, happy Valentine's Day indeed.
Yeah, excellent.
I'm glad to have you both here.
Lauren, why don't you give us your thoughts about what's going on?
You could begin almost anywhere.
Maybe Biden's pathetic performance in office is a good place, but I open for your views.
Go.
Yes, well, he's been sued multiple times and needs to be sued more.
One of the reasons why I'm running for the Attorney General of the state of South Carolina is because of the overreach that trickled into our state and now is almost like a geyser coming into our state through federal overreach.
And so Biden has really gone too far.
And then again, in some cases, not far enough.
I was watching some of the Video tape on having people tear down the wall that he's put up around the White House too.
So not only has he come and interfered in the individual's inalienable right, but he's tried to put a moat and a protection around himself.
So, but Biden isn't the only problem.
What we really have to do is critically look back and look at how long this has been going on.
Biden is a symptom of what's going on, but our country and our state in South Carolina, and possibly your state too, is pretty much fully occupied through the Leviathan of the administrative state with communism right now.
And that's what people are really feeling and suffering with the state of our country right now.
Now, Biden is an easy scapegoat because he's there, but this has been going on for decades, and Ed and I have been fighting it from a legal perspective, from conservative lawfare, for the last decade as well.
So Biden's an easy scapegoat, but we have to step back and look at what our roles are moving forward because it's critical that every person become active in local politics and state politics to be able to push back against this communist overreach.
Well, your state has played an especially important role with Jim Clyburn coming out to support Biden.
And then it looks to me as though the social media and the fraud set in to give him the primary in South Carolina, which was a kind of catapult, a kind of catapult that You know, for what was going to be massive fraud.
What are your thoughts about all the attack on those who are raising questions here?
The Democrats for four years told us that Donald Trump was not a legitimately elected president of the United States when they had no evidence whatsoever to support it.
And now, in spite of massive evidence to the contrary, they're denying that there was anything wrong with the election of 2020.
What is your take?
Well, I just went through a whole day of presentation with very credible witnesses and very credible evidence that came out for our particular state in South Carolina, where 10 counties were canvassed.
And they did demonstrate that one, the voting machines that we have are very similar to Dominion and had not been properly authenticated within the time frame that they were supposed to be.
And two, that there was replete abnormalities with Voting from vacant lots, companies like Mattress Depot, an enormous amount of dead people voting throughout election cycles.
All of these things are cause for concern for anyone.
The amount of abnormalities could flip a local election if you look at it and this is again something that the Attorney General's Office should look into and make sure that elections have integrity and ballots have integrity.
I do believe that We need 6-2020 to move forward.
Ed, I know you as an attorney from North Carolina, where I taught at Chapel Hill, I think it would have been 1981-82.
Give us your thoughts.
What's your view about the election issue from the North Carolina perspective?
Well, I'm in North Carolina now, but as I like to say, I'm a refugee from Soviet America.
I only emigrated to The real America.
About a year ago, I was living in New Jersey and working in New Jersey in New York City, so I'm not as familiar with the North Carolina landscape, but to answer your question.
It's clear to anyone with best eyes who's looking at it from an objective standpoint that the election was stolen, but from a legal standpoint.
It's pretty hard.
It's pretty hard to say that it's been proved in a court of law that it's been stolen.
And moreover, I agree with Lauren that it certainly needs, we certainly need to keep pressing forward.
But the reality is that once January 6th happened, and I don't mean the fake insurrection, I mean the actual counting of the electoral votes, the game was over.
There's no way to undo that election.
There's no remedy around or available.
You know, it's, you know, yesterday was the Super Bowl.
It's sort of like You know, if the ref makes an awful call on the last play of the game and it decides the winner, you know, they might say afterwards, you know, that it was a bad call, but the game is over.
There's really no recourse to change the outcome.
And that's sort of where we are now.
We still need to have confidence going forward that there's integrity in our elections.
And it's clear to me that there isn't.
You know, that's my stand on the on the twenty twenty election.
There was fraud.
It was clear.
But and one other thing I'd say is that the Democrats strategy is to make it is to enact legal changes that essentially legalize fraud and make it impossible to detect.
And as long as they keep doing that, it becomes harder and harder.
You know, I mean, like, for instance, you know, everybody wants a voter ID requirement and I agree with a voter ID requirement.
A voter ID requirement doesn't help us if illegals are able to get voter IDs.
And under the Motor Voter Law, if they can go and get an ID or a state ID or a driver's license, they automatically get a voting, you know, a voting voter registration form.
And in some states, they automatically get registered to vote.
And if the states make it hard to expunge people from the rolls or to check and see whether somebody even belongs to the rolls in the first place, you know, They may well have an I.D.
They may well be able to say, yeah, I'm a registered voter, but there's no way to prove that they're illegal.
And so that's that's a real problem.
And a voter I.D.
law is not going to solve that problem.
It's a step in the right direction.
And I clearly and obviously support it.
But we have to understand that the Democrats are very savvy in the in the fraud that they're perpetrating on us.
I presume you're well aware that Biden's rolled out the red carpet for these millions of illegals.
They're even giving them debit cards at 200 bucks or letting them fly anywhere in the country they want.
They're giving them social security numbers.
All of this is completely corrupting the demographics of America.
What is your feeling about this?
And by the way, let me toss in, Ron Johnson has pointed out everything that Biden's been doing since he became president, including canceling the XL pipeline and making us energy dependent once again on foreign sources, has weakened America.
I believe it is as though George Soros, where president of the United States, in fact, Kamala Harris was actually picked to be the vice president nominee, not by the DNC or the primaries or caucuses, but by Alexander Soros conveying the opinion of George, as I take it.
I believe that Biden is a sock puppet for George Soros and that that explains what's going on.
Lauren, I'll go to you first about this and then come back to Ed.
Lauren.
Sure, I think you're absolutely right.
There's a global think tank called the Aspen Institute.
It's filled with Soros money and Bill Gates Foundation money.
They don't make any sort of secret about it.
It's a globalist agenda, and it's right here in our country.
And they play politicians on both sides of the fence.
James Claiborne, but you're going to find Trey Gowdy.
You're going to find Mick Mulvaney.
You're going to find people in high places on both sides of the fence.
And so what you're seeing is that elected officials, and this is what the people are feeling as well, the oppression, is that in a representative republic, you elect your politician to go there and represent the constituents.
But when the constituents are representing a global agenda or some sort of lobbyists that are well funded, for example, monopolies like Big Pharma or Big Tech, And there are going to start representing those interests instead of the constituents.
You have exactly that we're feeling in our in our country today.
And what we need to go back is to the bare bones of a representative republic and the Constitution itself.
We don't need a convention of states.
We don't need an article five convention.
We don't need any of the global think tank ideas that are coming in.
And we certainly don't need incumbent bought-off politicians on both sides of the fence.
But Biden and Kamala are right up there.
You'll see Stacey Abrams.
If you do a little research on the Aspen Institute and Liberty Fellows, you'll find that most of South Carolina, anyone with any sort of sphere of influence is either a Liberty Fellow or part of the Aspen Institute.
Terrific.
That's all terrific.
That's all terrific, Lauren.
Ed, your remark about New Jersey reminded me of an exchange in Desperately Seeking Susan, where they're telling Susan, we thought you were dead.
And she said, no, I was just in New Jersey, which from the New York perspective is just about as bad as being dead.
So I inferred that was your take about the Garden State as well when you made those remarks.
Your further thoughts?
Well, as far as, you know, up north generally, it's just occupied territory.
But to answer your larger question that you directed at Lauren, projection isn't just a way to watch old movies.
It's a method of operation for the Democrat Party.
And yes, the transportation of two million illegals last year unquestionably is an attempt to try and change the composition of the electorate.
They can't change our minds.
They can't persuade us to vote for socialism.
So what are they going to do?
They're going to try and import as many cultural collectivists from the third world as they possibly can get in, hoping that they can ram through voting rights for them by hook or by crook, legally or illegally, and allow them to vote for socialism.
Just as I was saying before, they're trying to make fraud legal.
They want to make socialism legal.
They want the people to vote for it.
And that's what this whole program of opening the border down south is.
It's about bringing people in that are going to support the Democrat Party.
And to a lesser extent, I think there's another more nefarious component, which is to allow as much illegal drugs to come into the country as they can.
And I think that this whole crack pipe distribution program that they talked about and you mentioned in your opening, I think that just fits right along with it.
A free, independent, sober person doesn't need government or anyone else to make decisions for him.
A drugged up, drunk, you know, person who can't think for himself, that's someone who needs someone to help them.
That's someone who's ready to vote for government, you know, for government to control them and to give them a program.
The Democrats want people to be drugged up.
They want an opioid crisis.
They want drugs throughout the country.
And it's because it's all a coordinated effort to try and make us need them and need a centralized government to take over for us.
Well, Warren, it seems to me that the Biden people knew that the mandate that OSHA and the others were unconstitutional legal, they had no justification for it.
But they went ahead anyway.
They felt it would have a psychological effect of coercing people into taking the jab, even if they didn't want to.
Under the Nuremberg Code, of course, all this is outrageously illegal.
There's been no informed consent, no explanation of the downside, the risk, attendant to taking it's an experimental procedure.
I think many don't realize that their life insurance policies include exemptions for experimental medical procedures and that many Americans are gonna die and their families aren't gonna be able to collect because they took the jab.
Your thoughts? - I think you're exactly right.
And Ed and I actually have a pending federal case right now and it was in the federal courts of South Carolina dealing with just that, We had plaintiffs that absolutely did not want to take the jab.
They realized that it wasn't a vaccine.
They had religious exemptions and some even had pre-existing medical conditions for their doctor's notes that said they shouldn't take the jab at Kawasaki's disease.
And all of the exemptions were CARB launch denied.
So Ed and I filed lawsuits to have them Stop the vaccines coming in for this is that a nuclear power plant where our guys have high level security clearance and they believe that it was a security risk to actually be forced or coerced to have to take these vaccines.
And we were able to through some of the things that have happened in the Supreme Court stop that.
But it's still very in real time, very bad sort of adversarial work for these people.
And I would like to tell you that as part of that, Ed can speak very well on the memorandum that he drafted in that case, and also where our Supreme Court failed us.
Our Supreme Court, the conservatives on our Supreme Court failed us by not calling out the false narrative, by acquiescing to the false narrative that this is a vaccine and that vaccines work.
And this has not helped the people in the United States because of this.
Because at the highest level of the court, they're sort of acquiescing to the false narrative.
How do people get out of the false narrative?
They need to just say no to these jabs, whatever it takes.
Our founding fathers did not worry about 401ks.
They did not worry about where their next paycheck was going to come from.
They said, we are going to put our sacred fortunes and our lives on the line.
And they, enough of them made a statement so that we could now be the freest country Ever to be in the history of all the world.
We have a great country and it's not too late to stand up.
So I just encourage each person who's listening.
You have inalienable rights.
You have power.
The power is in the people and they need to take it back.
These vaccines are very dangerous and it's disgusting.
Crackpipes go from the sublime to the ridiculous.
We've got people in Wendy's parking lot.
It's almost like a gypsy tent set up.
Where they're giving free vaccines and then they pack up their tent and go on down the road and you'll never know who even gave you the vaccine.
And it's free.
The manipulation of the market is absolutely criminal.
And this is the problem that it really boils down to and why attorney generals need to get involved is there has to be an element of an enforcement, a law enforcement, to look into and investigate Medicare fraud?
Or where are these shots coming from?
Is South Carolina DHEC?
Do they have control over all the vials of the shot?
What's going on in the Wendy's parking lot?
These things have to be investigated and good laws need to be enforced.
And when it's out of balance, that's where we're at the most ridiculous.
Common sense appears to be out the window.
But the fact is, is that the majority of Americans are smart, are healthy, are capable, are critical thinkers, and have had enough.
And this is where the people have to rise up and through civil disobedience, just say no to this stuff.
Because it's any law that is so outrageously illegal, or what people have tried to embrace is policies or ordinances that aren't even laws, and they don't rise to the level of the constitutional rights.
Embracing those instead of what the fundamental rights are, that's where we've also gone out of balance, and we need to go back and get back to sanity. - Thank you.
I think those are all excellent comments, Lauren.
Ed, yes, tell us about the brief you've drafted here on this case.
Well, I'll get to that in a second, but I think that there are a couple of things I wanted to point out, and you know, Lauren talked about that the framers weren't worried about their 401ks and their sacred, you know, their fortunes.
They pledged their fortunes to the sacred honor, And I think that sort of ties into what I think is the biggest story today, which is the Canadian truckers and the response of the Ottawa government as of last night and continuing to this morning on their crackdown.
You know, people do need to stand up.
People do need to be willing to risk their lives and to risk everything because if we don't, if we don't defend ourselves, they're going to own us and they're going to own everything.
As far as the brief, The thing that really strikes me about, you know, I put this in my brief, and the thing that strikes me about the opinions that the Supreme Court, U.S.
Supreme Court, handed down is that the debate was purely over which government gets to own your body.
You know, does OSHA get to tell you what to do?
Does CMS, you know, the Centers for Medicaid tell you what to do?
Or does some local state government or local government agency get to tell you what to do?
And what was strikingly absent, you know, Gorsuch His his concurring opinion in the OSHA opinion by saying, this case is just it boils down to who gets to decide OSHA or your local government.
And he came down on the side of local government.
And what was missing?
The individual to whose body this foreign substance is being forcibly injected.
And I had found, you know, I had read, read the case, the Planned Parenthood versus Casey decision, which has an incredible paragraph on page
857 or 858, which cites Roe v. Wade and talks about how, I don't have it in front of me to read it or quote it for you, but it talks about how Roe is a case that stands for the proposition that you have bodily integrity and bodily sovereignty over your body, and that even for medical decisions, the government doesn't have plenary power to override your freedom and your liberty interests in your body Even for medical decisions.
And one of the cases cited in the string site for that proposition was a 1905 case, Jacobson v. Massachusetts, which is the case on which all of these vaccine mandates are built upon.
That was a case that allowed the city of Boston, the city of Cambridge, to enforce a fine against people who refused to take the smallpox vaccine in response to a smallpox outbreak in 1903, I believe.
And, you know, we can get into all the nitty gritty details, but I don't think they matter.
I think the real issue is the Supreme Court refused to take on the narrative, as Lauren pointed out.
They refused to respond to any of the facts.
The liberal justices on the court put out this narrative about it being a vaccine, about it being effective, about it being something that prevents COVID and prevents deaths.
And the conservative justices at no point responded to that.
No.
Not 1 time did they say, hey, wait a minute, even if you get this vaccine.
You can still get cobit even if you get this vaccine, you can still transmit cobit.
There's there was no, there was no acknowledgement that there might be side effects.
Right this is not a value free or a free ride.
Vaccine there are people who are already suffering side effects on it.
It hasn't been tested.
We can't sue the manufacturers.
We can't sue the distributors because liability shields have been given to the manufacturers and distributors.
There's a whole narrative that could have been put forward on the conservative side saying, wait a minute, we're trying to force individuals to put this foreign substance into their body against their will and look at all these problems with it.
It doesn't work.
It doesn't, you know, there's, there's questions about whether it's effective.
There's questions about, you know, how long the effectiveness lasts.
There's questions about how dangerous it might be and whether there are side effects.
There were a whole bunch of things they could have put out, but instead, they made this technocratic, almost chalk, you know, nails on a chalkboard kind of argument that, well, you know, we think that the local governments, you know, this is a state government, you know, this is a Tenth Amendment issue.
Ignoring the fact that the Tenth Amendment doesn't just divide power between the states and the federal government, but the last phrase of the Tenth Amendment is, or to the people.
And the people are the ones who are being injected.
And, you know, that's my point.
And that was the point I made in the brief, that it's about individual liberty.
It's about the individual's right to decide for his own body.
And, you know, conservatives shouldn't be afraid to use the abortion cases against the left.
If you read the dissents, if you read the liberal opinions in those cases, Breyer wagged his finger in his dissent on the OSHA case By saying, how dare this court that's unelected and unaccountable to the people, how dare it usurp the power of the elected branches?
He was making a standard conservative argument and throwing it in our faces.
Why couldn't the conservative justices cite Casey, an abortion case, and wag their fingers at the liberal justices?
I can't answer for that.
I'm just disappointed by it.
Yeah, no, that's, that's all good.
Lauren, Lauren, further thoughts on this?
Oh, absolutely.
And I agree with that.
Absolutely.
And I mean, this is this is the head, you know, court of our country right now.
And it's not it's we've got a false narrative now.
And I agree with that, though, that we have to go back to using arguments that are logical and that work.
The Democrats don't own these types of arguments that have gotten us so far away from what The law should originally be for and as far as this foreign, the foreign, we don't even know it.
You really don't have informed consent what's in these vaccines.
I mean, I don't, I've talked to doctors that don't even know everything that's in these vaccines.
So as far as people even knowing what's going in their body, I mean, you go to the grocery store and you look to make sure things aren't gluten, you know, you got gluten free and you don't have, you know, this pesticide or that pesticide.
And yet people are so willingly just going down to a CVS pharmacy and getting a shot of unknown substance into their bodies.
And now people who really don't want to, we're seeing are still being fired, you know, are still being treated differently.
Yeah, take that thought.
We'll be right back after this break.
We'll be right back with Lauren and Ed.
Thanks.

Did you know that the police in Boston were broadcasting, this is a drill, this is a drill, on bullhorns during the marathon?
That the Boston Globe was tweeting that a demonstration bomb would be set off during the marathon for the benefit of bomb squad activities.
And that one would be set off in one minute in front of the library, which happened as the Globe had announced.
Peering through the smoke, you could see bodies with missing arms and legs.
But there was no blood.
The blood only showed up later and came out of a tube.
They used amputee actors and a studio-quality smoke machine.

I hope.
We've tried and we've tried for years and years to use passive resistance and loud voices to make a change.

Well, I'm very pleased to have Lauren Martell running for Attorney General in South Carolina with me today, with me today, as well as Ed Maslisch, who's an attorney from North Carolina, who has collaborated with Lauren in submitting lawsuits in relation to the COVID and the vaccine mandates.
Lauren, I'm just very impressed.
With your intelligence, your articulation, your mastery of the subject, I think you're a terrific candidate.
I wish I could vote for you.
I certainly support you and wish you well.
Tell me, how is the campaign going?
What are you up against?
How are your prospects?
Well, it's very encouraging.
I have been across many of the counties.
We have 46 counties in the great state of South Carolina.
And I have a lot of people who have just had enough.
Alan's really actually made it easy.
You know, people aren't aren't satisfied with the status quo.
So I have volunteers in many of our companies and the patriots are really starting to rise up.
This is a Republican primary, so I'm up against the Republican establishment in South Carolina that is extremely entrenched and has a huge war chest.
But although I might not go dollar for dollar with the incumbent, I believe that we've got an energy and an activated base that we will give him.
You know, it's not even a personal thing right now.
It's really about the office and it's what the people deserve in South Carolina.
And to just add on to what we were talking about, I was out with some whistleblower doctors and they feel that they want to be able to prescribe ivermectin in hospitals.
And the nuance is that our attorney general came out recently After months of being silent on this issue and gave a nine page Attorney General opinion that really has no teeth and doesn't do anything to help the reality of the situation.
So these are the people who are ready for a change.
They don't like the oppression that they're feeling right now.
They don't like the COVID protocol that's been going on in the hospitals where in real time many people have lost loved ones prematurely through that particular COVID protocol.
And so, I'm encouraged that there are a lot of people that are supporting me.
Obviously, you can go to my website at martell4ag.com.
Ed, if you're going to type, Ed, you want to mute your mic.
I mean, it's okay.
I know we all do more than one thing at a time, including myself.
Lauren, are you telling me the RNC is backing the President, Attorney General, rather than you, as an alternative?
Well, I don't know about the national RNC.
I should ask them, but it's, it's, uh, the writing is a little bit on the wall here.
As I start to do my speaking events throughout the state, the establishment Republicans are not opening the door for competition.
They don't like these establishment Republicans.
It's very sad because our country is built on competition.
I played college sports.
I played college tennis and competition always makes things better.
You get better because you have something that you have to iron sharpens iron, so to speak.
These incumbents don't want to debate.
They don't want anyone to run against them.
They almost feel entitled that it's their turn to just have over a decade worth in office and that the status quo is acceptable.
So I think I am gonna have to battle the South Carolina Republican Party.
And I'm a Republican. - So you yourself are also a lawyer, am I correct?
I'm just checking out here a bit about your background.
Tell me, Bart, you're obviously very well educated, very articulate.
Where did you go to school?
I have a Syracuse University degree for law, and I also ended up going back to get my Bachelor of Art at Syracuse University.
But where I played tennis was a small college called Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
And it's actually where Amy Coney Barrett went to college as well.
A very small liberal arts college in Memphis.
What's your take on Amy?
How is she doing as a justice?
I think some of us had high expectations, but it's not totally clear.
Your thoughts?
Yes, I agree with you on that.
I agree with you on that.
It would be Yeah, Scalia seems to have come to a bad end, not by his own volition.
I think he was actually taken out.
I think she's fallen short of that so far.
Yeah, Scalia seems to have come to a bad end, not by his own volition.
I think he was actually taken out.
I mean, it's reminiscent of the Pelican Brief, you know, that film starring Julia Roberts, where three justices are taken out in order to avoid a certain decision on a case coming before the Supreme Court. where three justices are taken out in order to avoid
My opinion, and you need not share it or may want to finesse this one, is that Scalia was actually murdered because he was too strong a proponent of the First and the Second Amendments.
Yeah, I don't have, I think it was an odd way that he did pass away, that's for sure.
It seemed a bit untimely in an odd place.
But, you know, the sad thing is, is that Scalia would have been considered somewhat liberal back, I mean, some of our previous Supreme Courts that were of the original intent, you know, this is what we must go back to.
And we're very, very far from it.
Between, and our own Lindsey Graham here in South Carolina, we can thank him for Elena Kagan and Judge Sotomayor as well, and it looks like they're trying to put another South Carolinian up there.
Lindsey Graham's promoting the South Carolina Supreme Court justice nominee as well right now, but we've got a real pendulum swing that's gone too far.
What do you think about the points I was making about declaring he's going to put a black woman on the court, which appears to violate all the decisions of that very court on anti-discrimination?
I'm just stunned by this.
Biden appears to be a completely lawless, unconstitutional, couldn't care less.
You might as well say he shares a W statement when he said the Constitution is just a goddamn piece of paper.
Well, I suppose if, you know, I would imagine Michelle Childs would be upset with that because, I mean, she is the one that he's referring to, I would imagine, and I'll let Ed speak to that too, but you would hope that somebody would go on their record and what their accomplishments are and what their qualifications are.
Again, not simply on color alone, because the color spectrum can be There's various shades of every color, too.
So, at what point do you go, again, from the sublime to the ludicrous?
How colored are you to get this job, you know, versus somebody else?
It's not the qualification standard that we should be using for that particular appointment.
Yeah.
I used to think Lindsey Graham was a good guy, but I've had a lot of doubts of late where he seems to be siding a little too much with Biden and the Democrats on too many issues.
It's troubling to me in the extreme.
Well, and I hear this, you know, this is just hearsay, so it may not be the case, but Lindsey may be trying to get Mitch McConnell's position, so he may be playing politics more than usual.
With other people, and I'm not sure that that's the right place for Lindsey Graham to be at this point.
I would agree categorically not.
I would think he would be a terrible majority leader.
I mean, Mitch McConnell knows the rules of the Senate for the most part.
I think he's handled his responsibilities well.
I would have liked to have seen him a bit more explicitly supportive of the election fraud issue.
It seemed to me he did not support Trump and thereby has incurred Trump's wrath.
Not that Trump is flawless, but it seems to me Trump has done a hell of a lot of good for this country, virtually every aspect of which has been reversed by Biden-Harris.
Lauren?
Yes, I can let Ed talk about Lindsey Graham too.
One of the ways Ed and I met years ago through mutual friends, he was up in New Jersey at the time, But we did a platform to censure Lindsey Graham, and this must have been maybe about 15 years ago, at least 10.
And it was a platform of 38 points where Lindsey Graham had gone so far away from the Republican platform and the Republican creed that we wanted him to be censured within the Republican Party here in South Carolina.
And that brought a lot of awareness to these issues to a lot of people who So much to attack and so much to tackle.
I don't agree that Mitch McConnell has been particularly effective.
I think he knows the rules, as you say.
as he has.
Yes.
Ed, go ahead with all the above.
So much to attack and so much to tackle.
I don't agree that Mitch McConnell has been particularly effective.
I think he knows the rules.
As you say, he is an expert on the Senate rules.
But, you know, just to take up what Lauren was saying, he hasn't said a blasted thing about January 6th, other than to support what the Democrats are doing.
There's no objection.
There's no stopping the levers of government.
There's no demand that we be told that these prisoners be given their habeas corpus rights, their rights to a speedy trial, to confront their witnesses, to confront their evidence, to be released on bail like every other Criminal defendants in the last two years has been released on bail to be allowed to speak with their attorneys, to see their families, to not be in solitary confinement.
There's so much to say.
And Mitch McConnell says nothing.
And if you go back to January 6th, the Capitol Police were alerted that there was going to be, that there was a possible terror threat that day.
They were told to stand down.
And we've all seen the video of the Capitol Police letting people in.
Who gave that order?
There's only two people that could give that order.
The Sergeant of Arms of each house reports to the majority leader and the Speaker of the House, respectively.
That was Mitch McConnell, and that was Nancy Pelosi.
What did they know?
When did they know it?
We don't know what Mitch McConnell knew, but we know that he is all in on protecting the Democrats' narrative on January 6th.
And if we had a real opposition party, He would shut down the government until they released all the video footage.
You know, you mentioned Tucker earlier.
I'm a regular Tucker viewer, and Tucker is regularly asking, where is all this video footage from January 6th?
They're using it to track people as far as Alaska, but they can't release it to the public so that we can see it.
Why?
Why not?
What are they hiding?
And, you know, why isn't Mitch McConnell more interested in finding out?
So I have a real problem with that.
You know, I don't want to take up all your time there, but... No, no, no, no.
You're doing great.
You're doing great, Ed.
I'm real glad you and Lauren are.
It's just terrific having you here.
But what do you see, Ed, as the major issues here with this administration?
It seems to me it's been a calamity, done more damage to the United States in less time than all past administrations combined in our history.
Well, as I said earlier, projection ain't just a way to watch old movies.
They claim that there was an insurrection on January 6th.
And I'd say there was an insurrection on November 3rd and on January 6th and January 20th of last year.
And the installation of this administration has been not just a disaster.
A disaster implies that it was some act of God or some mistake.
There's no mistake.
There's no act of God.
This is all intentional.
They are trying to destroy us.
They're trying to weaken us everywhere, any way that they can, whether it's making us more drug addicted or making us subject to foreign energy sources or entangling us in foreign wars or weakening our military and getting the Trump supporters out of the military and replacing them with people who are more likely to follow their orders, which I have no doubt include
The willingness to shoot and fire on American citizens, or at a minimum, to do what the Canadian police were doing Sunday night in Ottawa, or even last week, you know, where they were draining the fuel tanks of the truckers.
I mean, yeah, you know, I mean, and you know, that gets into a whole, you know, the police already have been a little bit too much on the side of the bad guys over the last two years.
The Biden administration is trying to accelerate that, both in the military and, I mean, they don't control the local police departments, but they're certainly in touch with them.
They certainly are in touch with all their big city mayors and their big city police departments.
I see not just a hollowing out, but a total rotting out of the insides of America.
And it's all on purpose.
It's all with the design of changing this country and reversing The individual liberties that were established when we set up this country in 1787, 1776.
Well, I like all those comments.
The Ottawa police haven't fired on the truckers, have they?
I'm unaware of that.
Is that the case?
Has anyone been shot?
They haven't fired yet, but they have started, they issued a warning that they're going to start arresting and rounding people up.
And they have set tow trucks out to try and start towing the trucks away from the bridge connecting Michigan to Canada.
Ontario, yeah.
I think the real question is, are we about to see Tiananmen Square or are we about to see Solidarity in Gdansk in 1981-1982 in Poland?
And that's the real question.
I mean, Solidarity was able to win.
Tiananmen Square was, you know, they were annihilated and they were all rounded up.
You know, the Polish government, the communist, the communists in Poland were unwilling to fire on, on the, you know, they weren't unwilling to fire on the, on Solidarity and they were unwilling to arrest them and, and put them in jail, even though they could try and ban the union.
It's not clear which side is, you know, which way we're going to go, which one we're going to see.
Um, you know, the thing about solidarity was, you know, they intentionally didn't do it in Warsaw.
They did it in Gdansk, which was not the capital city.
They tried to, you know, make our point without shutting down the entire country.
Um, you know, whereas, you know, the truckers are in Ottawa, they are trying to shut down, uh, the main trading route with the United States.
Um, and, you know, Justin Trudeau is, is a petty little dictator, whether, whether Fidel Castro is his father or not.
He certainly has the same ideas in his head as Fidel Castro.
And, you know, if he doesn't fire, if he doesn't give the order to fire on them, it's not because he didn't want to.
It's because he didn't think he could get away with it.
And, you know, we'll see what happens.
I agree with you.
I think one of the reasons for this mass influx of immigrants is that they're going to be conscripted into the military, promised citizenship, and that they'll be willing to fire on Americans, whereas American soldiers would not.
I think that's part of the master plan here.
It is disgusting beyond belief.
Ed, what can be done to stop this?
Well, I mean, I'm an attorney and I've, you know, sworn an oath to the Constitution.
So, you know, I'm not sure exactly how to answer that question here.
But, you know, 1776 was about petitioning the king, but being willing to go all lengths to protect your freedom and to stand up for your freedom.
And we need people that are willing to stand up, whether it's the truckers, whether it's the gym guy that Tucker has on, Ian Smith from New Jersey.
Um, you know, who's defied governor Murphy and, you know, went so far as to take the door off of this off of this gym when they tried to padlock it shut.
We need people who are willing to stand up and say, no.
And this is this is not going to end until we stop complying.
I think that the truckers, the truckers should should should issue a statement that says.
This will end, you know, this will end when Justin Trudeau complies.
We're all in this together and it's time for him to stop, you know, it's time for him to comply so we can get back to normal.
Yeah.
And, you know, you know, we should use their own words against them.
And, you know, we shouldn't let them have the benefit of their own contradictions.
They don't get double standard.
And, you know, we have to stand up and say, no, that's the way this is going to end.
And, you know, however firmly we have to say it, no one's going to give us our freedom.
And, you know, I think that the real mistake of American foreign policy over the last 75 to 100 years is this belief that we can spread democracy and individual rights as if it's a welfare program.
And the reality is, and the real lesson of the American Revolution, is that If you want to be free, you better be willing to fight for it.
And, you know, you're not going to spread it just by sending the U.S.
Constitution by email or by the U.S.
military to Afghanistan, to Iraq, to Libya, wherever.
I mean, you're not going to do that.
That's just not going to happen.
And it's not going to happen here either.
The Republican Party is not going to save us.
The Libertarian Party is not going to save us.
There's nobody who's going to save us.
We're not going to be saved until we save ourselves.
And we look at each other and say, you know, as what's his name on Flight 93 said, you know, let's roll.
Or didn't say, but yeah, you got the right idea.
Exactly.
Yeah.
No, I like all that.
Lauren, your thoughts?
Yes, I agree with that.
And, you know, in the Civil War too, they brought in the Irish immigrants.
They brought them over on the boat and the North just used the immigrants to fight the war.
And they had five men to one, you know, is what was happening in the Civil War, too.
And I think you're exactly on point that there's a lot of geopolitical movement that's going on here.
And I just hope that enough people do stand up before it does get to the firing shots.
I believe that the people do have the power to still move the outcomes of these geopolitical asymmetrical wars that don't necessarily entail all the kinetic warfare.
There, there's, there's a variety of different levels of war that we are at.
I think that it's really important for people in the audience to acknowledge that we are in fact at war and that there is a battle of good and evil.
There is a battle of tyranny versus freedom.
And it's on multiple levels, right from our educational system to our hospital system, to our court administration system, to even human resources, to people's ability to work.
The state is overregulating people here and we're out of balance.
But with anything else, I'm very optimistic that people can get back in balance.
If, you know, we just have to take our individual, do what each person can do.
So if you need to lose 10 pounds, don't expect somebody else to lose 10 pounds for you.
Go out and start doing what you need to do to lose 10 pounds.
If you need to get a healthier, you know, don't expect somebody to go grocery shop for you.
Go and do your research and go out.
And this is what we have to do with civics and politics and education now, too.
Don't expect people to be doing the work where it's absolutely important for the individual to do the work.
Don't expect the cavalry to come over the hill to save you.
You have to protect yourself and your own family.
And you have to find out what is right with that.
And of course, I always have a beacon of God as divine providence.
That there are certain things that government does not give me and one of them and one of the main things is life and the ability to breathe.
And so nobody can mask me up and I won't let them and it's been very difficult over the last two years and it's not always been easy to be able to walk into a courthouse where everyone else is masked up and triple back and I'm not wearing a mask.
That's not easy, but it still has to be done, and I submit that everyone who's listening today can do that.
If they feel convicted that it's not right to be forced to wear a mask, don't wear a mask.
Well, Lauren, I'm tremendously impressed with both you and Ed.
I think you're a marvelous candidate.
I want to open the lines for callers, assuming you and Ed are good for that.
I'm sure there are going to be a lot of questions they'd like to ask you.
So the number 540-352-4452.
540-352-4452.
Mitch will take your call and get you on the air here with Ed and Lauren.
Tell me a little bit about your competition.
It's the entrenched Attorney General who's also a Republican.
Is that what you're telling me you're up against?
Yeah.
Son of Joe Wilson, who has been a congressman in our state for many, many years.
We kind of have a little bit of a stronghold on our state at this point, but Alan Wilson has been the incumbent Attorney General since 2011, and he joined the Aspen Institute in the class of 2017.
So if you look up Alan Wilson, Liberty Fellow, Aspen Institute, you'll see that he is part of the Aspen Institute.
Also a group that Stacey Abrams is a part of and Bill Gates gave a significant amount of money for the health issues that are going on in all the states right now.
So that's who I'm up against and we need to have people help us volunteer and to support us financially.
So people can go to my website at MarksHealth4AG.com and either sign up to help even if you're out of state You can make phone calls or call people who are in the state, and certainly financial support from a national level would be very helpful.
Yeah, excellent, excellent, excellent.
We're almost up against the break.
Ed, further thought here and brief compass?
Well, Alan Wilson is a standard establishment Republican.
The establishment Republicans have been running South Carolina uninterrupted since 2002.
It's 20 years.
They've done nothing.
All they can do is give you explanations as to why they can't do anything.
Look at what the Democrats have done in less than two years under COVID.
Look at the amount of cultural change they've been able to push forward.
Okay, stand by, stand by.
We'll be taking callers right after the break.
We'll look forward to it.
We got one on the line already.
See you then.

Even the government admits that 9-11 was a conspiracy.
But did you know that it was an inside job?
That Osama had nothing to do with it?
That the Twin Towers were blown apart by a sophisticated arrangement of mini or micro nukes?
That Building 7 collapsed seven hours later because of explosives planted in the building?
Barry Jennings was there.
He heard them go off and felt himself stepping over dead people.
The U.S.
Geological Survey conducted studies of dust gathered from 35 locations in Lower Manhattan and found elements that would not have been there had this not been a nuclear event.
Ironically, that means the government's own evidence contradicts the government's official position.
9-11 was brought to us compliments of the CIA, the neocons in the Department of Defense, and the Mossad.

This is Larry Hunter.
I'm sorry I can't take your call.
Please leave me your name, number and message at the time.
Hello?
Hello Jim, are you?
Are you back yet?
Oh, I'm sorry.
I had my mic muted.
Yes, yes, yes.
I was saying I'm delighted.
I'm so delighted to have Ed and Lauren here that we have two callers on the line.
The first is for Mary Code 864.
And would you please give us your first name and your state and join the conversation?
864, are you there?
I believe they dropped, Jim.
OK, let me get let me get our guests back.
But Paul is on the line.
We got EriCode 408 standing by.
What do you mean, we lost a caller?
We lost our guest?
Lauren?
Yes, Jim, she... Thank you for calling the Law Office of Lauren Martel.
I look forward to returning your telephone.
Okay, well... Well, this is Ed.
Ed is still here.
Okay, Ed's here.
Let's take our caller from the 408 EriCode.
Please give us your first name and state and join the conversation.
Hey, Jim, it's Paul.
Okay, good, Paul.
We got Ed here.
We're trying to get Lauren back.
Go ahead.
Okay, well, yeah, I hope she comes back.
I'd want her to hear everything also.
But yeah, Jim, you're indeed right.
These were two great guests, and they're obviously both educated and perceptive, and probably, based on what they said, they're patriotic as well.
But you, Jim, have heard me, and Ed, you know too, I've been calling for years and I've been saying the same or a similar thing, that in my opinion it's pretty much time to level things and leave smoldering ruins.
Because there's obviously two realities.
The one pretend reality is that we're living under law, and that the law actually matters.
Now, a number of very interesting things were said by both Ed and Lauren.
I should have wrote them all down.
I didn't write any down, but I tend to be a careful listener and retain certain things.
So early on in the interview, Ed said something that was, of course, quite striking.
He said that there was clearly or objectively clear fraud in the presidential election.
But then he used the football game analogy and said, well, since the game is over, the rest made a bad call, but there's really nothing we can do about it.
Now, I know it was just an analogy, but think about that for a second.
When I heard that, I said, wow.
Wow.
And basically, he's right, essentially.
So what is it that we're looking at here?
Essentially, there's an overt and a covert power structure.
There are operatives, both out front and behind the scenes.
Many of these operatives are true believers, and the ones that aren't are opportunists that are taking money.
Because when you think about what we have here, it's this gigantic fraud, the likes of which, you know, I don't know if I've ever seen, but it's right there in front of your face.
Ed said something else that was quite interesting just a little bit ago.
He said, well, sometimes, you know, you can't just, you know, be given your freedom or take your freedom for granted.
You have to take your freedom.
Words to that effect, okay?
I might be butchering the verbatim.
But think about that for a second.
When I heard that, my first thought was, no!
No!
Our freedom is clear.
It's enumerated.
It's in the law.
It's in the Constitution.
It's in the Bill of Rights.
It's in case law.
So why would we ever have to, quote, take our freedom back?
How does that work exactly?
Well, I'll tell you.
It's all based upon ignorance and emotion.
Right now, across this country, there are so many things that are happening that are patently illegal and fraudulent, and yet they go on.
Here's a perfectly clear example, and Ed, you'll relate to this since you have a legal education.
There's a sign at a supermarket near my house.
They changed it twice now, but it starts with the same thing.
It says, pursuant to state law.
Now, this is a lie.
Now, almost two years ago, I wrote the letter... I wrote the manager of the store a letter, and I said he got notice.
I said the sign is fraudulent, and it's also coercive.
There is no state law.
And I'm giving you 21 days to provide me any information about any state law that this sign refers to.
Of course, I heard nothing from him.
Just like right now, businesses in this town have posted notices about public health orders from the public health officer.
Well, I wrote to her, the public health officer in this county, and asked her to provide me any authority she might possess, any authority inherent in her office, that would allow her to give me orders or anybody in this county orders, such as wearing a mask or anything else.
And, of course, I heard nothing back from her.
Governor Newsom was, like several other governors, by the way, Governor Newsom was ruled against in a state court here, stating that he had no powers in his office, And the California Emergency Services Act granted him no power to issue any orders or to do anything else.
But yet the reality is, is that they're still masquerading.
There's school districts here now that have already imposed and are getting ready to impose a vaccination mandate on children 12 and up.
And of course, we know what's coming after that is children that are under 12.
Okay.
Clearly, in the law already, for example, in the California Health and Safety Code, I could go to another tab and give you the sections, but there's no need to.
Just take my word for it.
for it, California Health and Safety Code is clear that no one can be forced to take a medical procedure against their will.
So what have we got here?
I just got back on the line, so I'm just listening to callers.
Okay, good.
I'm just sorry, I somehow, somebody called in and dropped the call, so I apologize, but I am back on the line and I heard what you said, but I was just wondering what the question I have one or two more sentences.
There's no question here.
I mean, you can respond to me after one or two more sentences, but again, I wrote the County Health Officer, as I mentioned, received nothing back.
I wrote to the store manager, put him on notice and said, hey, the sinus rod, heard nothing again.
Now they've changed the sign and it still says the same thing.
Pursuant to state law, all shoppers are required to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.
So this is clearly a lie because according to Gavin Newsom himself, he said in a press conference almost a year and a half ago, I can't mandate anything.
I can only help influence.
You go to the California governor's website, it says guidance.
So there's clearly no law.
Mandates are illegal fraud.
So what do we got here?
Tell me why it isn't time for all of us to make sure we have ammunition and get ready for what's coming.
Because I think it's always going to come down to that.
That's my opinion.
Well, Paul, roughly, I think you're talking about the lawlessness of these governments and even the administration.
I mean, they're violating the Constitution.
They're engaging in all kinds of lawless activities, and it's just shameless, unbelievable.
Lauren, Ed, you both, I know, want to get in on this.
So, Lauren, ladies first.
Well, it's the Republic if we can keep it and that's the bottom line is you have to have people who are educated critical thinkers and too many people have been operating out of fear and this this fear-based tyranny that's been going on and it's absolutely shocking in our lifetimes that that many people could be not really told Legally, that they have to do something, and yet they still do it.
I mean, there's so many people that still are masking up, and I can just speak for South Carolina, but I'll tell you how hard it is sometimes when you go against what this agenda that's being pushed is.
I was not wearing a mask in court the other day, and there were criminal cases being heard, and so there were a few deputy sheriffs there who are above the normal bailiff.
Who know me and the normal bailiffs don't, you know, ask me to mask up anymore.
But this particular sheriff who is armed came over to me and he was a bit towering and he said, you need to put a mask on right now.
And I said, no, I don't.
And he said, yes, it's a court order from the South Carolina Supreme Court.
Right.
And I believe that that order has actually been expired.
It's not it's not enforced right now, but everybody's acting as though it still is.
And I said, I understand that, but there's exceptions in the court order.
And he said, Oh, you have an exception.
And I said, yes, but I'm not going to talk about my personal situation with you right now.
And I tried to decompress the situation because it was very adversarial and elevating.
I was there for a particular case on behalf of a client.
And, um, so he let me go, but he, without saying at the end, he said, but you know, you're an officer of the court.
Do you see the, the, the, the The nuance there, where they've literally taken people who are lawyers, who are officers of the court, and made them think that they have to abide by the unconstitutional orders and unconstitutional ordinances, and how they flipped it.
And that's the narrative.
And so that's what you're up against.
And I'm pretty strong.
Imagine other people who just have been going along saying, well, we can't, we have to wear masks or we have to do this.
I've gotten kicked out and fired from my dermatologist because I wouldn't wear a mask in the doctor's office.
So actually I haven't been to the dermatologist in two years, but you know, cause then they're like, we'll go find somebody where you can go in.
And so this huge oppression, we are fully occupied by communism through our administration and our human resources and through even private businesses, through these regulatory, um, it's South Carolina DHEC for South Carolina.
So Lauren, I guess a good question for me would be, and it's not a tongue-in-cheek question, but it really is true the way I look at these things.
You're exactly correct.
You're my kind of woman.
You're my kind of an American who actually has a backbone and has a little bit of knowledge.
You said something earlier which I completely disagree with, but I understand why you might have said it.
You said that a lot of Americans are awake and a lot of Americans are informed and so on.
No, to my estimation, they are not.
And the problem is that they just go along because they want to avoid conflict, they want to avoid argument.
So what good is the law if that's the situation, if we have essentially an entrenched power that's obviously malevolent?
And they ignore the law.
You may or may not be aware of the Butler decision in Pennsylvania, but also there's a decision in Colorado.
These were both U.S.
District Court decisions that ruled that there was no inherent authority in the governor's office to close down a business or in Colorado to close down a church.
And of course, there's been at least three other state court decisions that I know of.
There could be more by now, but both Illinois, Wisconsin, and California, they all ruled consistently.
So the law and the rulings are there.
But the reality is not there.
So it seems to me that the reality has to be... Go ahead.
I don't think it's a law problem.
I think it's a people problem.
It's an educational problem.
It's the fact that people see the illusions on the wall, and Plato's Republic did a great job describing illusions on the wall that people think are reality versus what is reality.
And Ed very aptly said it at the beginning of this radio show, There's a projector system.
I'm not even saying I'm absolutely imperfect.
Did I vote for the Bushes twice?
Yes, I voted for George W. Bush twice.
I didn't like it the second time.
I got really sick of hearing the lesser of two evils.
But have we made mistakes?
Sure.
Have we been duped?
Absolutely.
But when you come from a position that you can still change and do the right thing, That's where I differ a little bit from Ed on the election situation.
If you know that there's absolute fraud, you still need to at least acknowledge that.
And moving forward, maybe even preemptively state that these machines that were owned by a company that went bankrupt and then basically sold them on the bankruptcy steps at a foreign country's behest, those are not machines that we should use to count our votes in our elections.
That's a problem.
That's a people problem though.
That's our Congress that voted to allow that to happen.
And I still think, I mean, obviously I do believe this because I'm running for office as a platform to educate people.
And I do believe in South Carolina, the people that I'm talking to are activated and don't like the status quo and want to change it and don't want to just sit on the couch and listen to the narrative.
They want to change the narrative.
They want to use language that describes their reality.
And they want to be more in charge.
And so I believe South Carolina is on its way to being a free state again.
And I believe that we have a lot of people running or challenging these incumbent Republicans right now.
And that is a good thing.
So the law is the law.
It's a people problem.
Ed, go ahead.
Go ahead.
Give us your thoughts, Ed.
Yeah.
Jefferson said the price of liberty is eternal vigilance.
And I don't think I don't think paper, paper constitutions are sufficient.
We have to be vigilant.
Um, I don't think it has, I don't think that getting your ammo ready is necessarily or even, I don't think that should be the first step.
Um, it wasn't the first step for the, for the colonists, frankly.
Uh, they petitioned, if you read the Declaration of Independence, they, they, they refer to the fact that they're, that they petitioned the King many times and he just kept refusing them.
And I think that you have an obligation.
Before you resort to violence to try all other alternatives before you go to violence.
But I also think that the Second Amendment was put into the Constitution for a reason, and I think that it's not about duck hunting or deer hunting.
It is about people being secure in their homes and being secure in their persons and being able to defend themselves if necessary.
I don't think.
I don't think that putting the US Constitution Into Iraq or Afghanistan or any of these other countries would have meant a darn thing.
I don't think it would have meant an iotas bit of difference.
We would still, as Lauren said, it is a people problem.
And until the people are are willing not just to fight for freedom and liberty, but they need to understand it and they need to want it.
I don't think that, you know, the whole concept of individual rights and liberty in the Lockean sense It's so new in human history that most people don't even understand it yet.
I want to bring in a second caller who has been standing by patiently.
John, give us your state and join the conversation.
Yes, this is John from Lee's Summit, Missouri.
I was just curious to know if somebody could point out the word democracy in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence.
Or the Mayflower Compact.
I never did see that in there.
And I believe, I'm not sure who said it, but I believe the quote was, a democracy are two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner.
So I'm really good on all that.
And I think the biggest problem is not being able to recognize the great left and right paradigm trap.
Because just like your guest admitted, we were duped by Bush.
Well, why is it not a possibility That we were duped by Trump as well.
I mean, no borders, no investigation on Hillary, no investigation on 9-11, no exposing the Fed.
I mean, and given half a billion dollars to Planned Parenthood.
I mean, it just goes on and on with these people.
And I don't think until we address this one-party system running roughshod over all of us, we're never going to figure this one out.
Lauren?
Lauren, would you like to pick up on that?
Sure, and then I'll share it with Ed, because that was a great question.
You're absolutely right, and this is, again, an education issue.
We are a republic, and democracy isn't mentioned anywhere in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or even the educational federal papers.
All of that went to specifically say that the founders did not want to have a democracy because mob rule is not what we want.
And sadly, we've seen that over the last couple of years with out-of-control rioting that goes without check.
And that's sort of the consequence of mob rule.
So we do have a republic, and it's a great republic when it works.
We just are out of shape.
Ed, would you like to add? - Well, I would just say that language definitely matters.
The left is trying to control language.
That's why the whole pronoun debate, the hate speech debate, I mean, they're always trying to control what we say because if they can control what we say, they can control what we think.
But that said, I don't think that we have a linguistic problem.
We have a problem of people that are trying to destroy us and to destroy our freedoms and destroy our country and to reshape it in a different into being something completely different.
I understand the caller's objection to the word democracy.
I share that objection, but as a practical matter, it's a shorthand for the common person who hasn't studied Plato's Republic the way Lauren and I have, or John Locke, or whoever read, you know, just for the ordinary common person, democracy means recognizing freedom.
Now, as an academic matter, I understand that it doesn't, and I understand, you know, you asked who said, you know, democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner.
That was supposedly originally attributable to Benjamin Franklin.
You know, so I share your objection to that phrase, but we have so many bigger fish to fry right now, even on the language and linguistic debate, that I don't, you know, I don't think that that's a battle that's really worth devoting a lot of time to.
It's one of the things Tucker says almost every night, and it makes me wince a little bit when he says it, but, you know, like I said, I just, there's so many more important battles to fight right now.
You know, I just, I agree with you.
I'm not disagreeing in any, in any way, but that's not the hill I'm ready to die on.
There's a lot of other hills that need to be defended before I defend that hill.
I agree with that 100%.
I think that there are a lot bigger fish to fly.
That's why I shifted the topic to the left and right paradigm, because we've been sold a box of rocks with Trump, and until we get over that, we're stuck.
Well, Trump is sort of an interesting figure.
Trump is an interesting figure to me.
I did not support him in 2016.
I was a member of the Cruz campaign.
I was on the ballot to be a delegate in Cleveland for Cruz, and I just didn't believe Trump at the time.
He wound up governing in a way that I was really happy about, but my assessment of him is that he was never one of us, not necessarily that we're all on the same page here on the show, but he was a shrewd enough businessman to understand that there was a market that was not being served, and that was the conservative libertarian market in the Republican Party, and he told us all what we wanted to hear, and not the way the establishment rhinos do.
He meant it.
If I'm going to succeed, I need to make promises to these people and I need to follow through on those promises.
And by and large, on those promises, he carried himself well and he met those promises.
But the reality is he never was one of us.
He never understood the threat from the left.
He never understood the need, for instance, in 2020 to use the federal military troops to put down all the uprisings, whether in Seattle or Minneapolis or wherever, you know, Portland, the courthouse.
It's not he didn't understand.
He didn't even.
Well, is there any way that you could read off all the accomplishments that Trump did, all the promises that, you know, that he made?
I'll tell you this, because I did I did actually support Trump in 2015 before, you know, it was, you know, the big, you know, everybody jumped on the bandwagon.
And now it's all the establishment people who kind of jumped on the bandwagon.
He did some good things.
He really did.
I mean, when, when I first, When I first started supporting Trump, I was suing Nikki Haley.
I was suing Nikki Haley for bringing in unvetted refugees into the state of South Carolina.
And Trump, back then, was being called an Islamophobe, or, you know, a racist back then, when he was just simply saying, you know, you need to vet these people.
And the way they're doing it, and the setup that they've created, it doesn't even take into consideration due diligence on who you're bringing into your state.
And so he did some good things with that.
He did some good things with the wall.
He did some good things with tipping people off about HCQ and Ivermectin.
He made some really big mistakes with some of the people he surrounded himself with.
And so he wasn't perfect.
This is all excellent.
We have one more caller I'd like to work in.
Let's see, Chip in North Carolina.
Chip, give us your thoughts.
Hi, Jim.
Thanks for taking my call.
I really am enjoying your guests.
And since I am living just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, I'd like just to quickly bounce my situation.
I was a 34 and a half year mechanic for a major airline there in Charlotte.
They gave the pronouncement, no jab, no job after January the 4th.
I retired in the end of December.
Do I have a hope in hell to see these guys?
Thank you.
Lauren?
Ed?
That's a great question.
We get asked that question often.
We have people who are in similar jobs in different areas and You know, I'm actually hoping to have some consultations with people in the next week on the status of their situation.
A lot of it's contractual.
A lot of it is where you have to go and read your own particular contract.
I am only licensed in the state of South Carolina.
We're a right-to-work state.
Pre-COVID stuff, you know, it was very difficult to sue an employer unless it was this specific breach of contract issue or there was some sort of discrimination ADA situation.
It's not something that you can really answer quickly, you know, in four minutes on a radio show.
You may.
It's certainly not right.
It's an injustice that you had to take an early retirement, a premature retirement, because you felt coerced and you decided that you didn't want to take the shot.
In my opinion, I think, you know, from a personal level, I probably would have made the same decision.
I think we're going to find that these shots were not anything that they said they were going to be, and people are having injuries right now and things like that, and that's a much worse situation to be in where you don't have your health.
Lauren Mattel and Ed Maslis, you've been sensational guests.
