| It turns out that the Canadian Charter, the equivalent of our Constitution, is far more explicit about the right to peaceable assembly, freedom of speech, freedom of protest, and so forth. | |
| And that Trudeau is aware he's frantic because the law is not on his side. | |
| He's smearing his critics, which is hardly an innovative political tactic, but the left is charting new territory and how brazenly they can make the attempt. | |
| He wants to crack the protesters before the case that proves they are 100% correct in defending their charter rights goes to court. | |
| The eyes of the world, of course, are all on the trucker protests. | |
| This is a huge situation. | |
| I believe this is make or break from the point of view of the New World Order and that Justin Trudeau, who's really Insignificant person, but who's being told exactly what to do. | |
| He's as much a puppet in Canada as Joe Biden is here in the United States for the Rothschild banking industry. | |
| They don't care. | |
| They don't give a damn about Canada's charter any more than they give a damn about America's constitution. | |
| With great urgency, truckers showing no signs of leaving, the local mayor in Ottawa declared a state of emergency. | |
| Authorities have determined it an unlawful occupation, which appears to be incorrect, and any local citizen who gives help, even if it's just a gallon of gas or diesel, will be criminally charged for helping them. | |
| As you may or may not be aware, the Ottawa police heavily armed went about confiscating fuel and propane the truckers were using to keep themselves warm. | |
| There's a report about that out there on the scene. | |
| We can see it happening. | |
| This is all completely outrageous. | |
| A local judge determined that honking, honking in downtown was going to be declared illegal. | |
| So, last night there was a completely peaceful event. | |
| I watched footage from the vicinity. | |
| You could not hear a peep. | |
| I'm also getting reports that the police just wanted a photo op when they gathered the fuel and the propane. | |
| But notice, that's a theft of private property. | |
| That fuel and propane does not belong to the public. | |
| That belongs to the truckers. | |
| So, this is quite outrageous. | |
| The January 6th, that's from our capital, you know, intrusion. | |
| It was not an insurrection. | |
| No one had the least interest in overthrowing the government or establishing a new one. | |
| But the criminalization of dissent that we saw there where the FBI were present in abundance has shown itself so effective. | |
| Canada seems to be taking a page out of the Democrats playbook. | |
| It's not just Pelosi Democrats Trudeau's copying, but even President Xi of China's suppression of dissonance, which was a whole new spin on Trudeau's 2014 quote of admiring China's basic dictatorship. | |
| Believe it or not, Trudeau has expressed his admiration for China and the way in which the Chinese citizens are compliant with their government and how brutally they're treated. | |
| He's weaponizing the government against working class citizens who've united around the wrong cause. | |
| This late in the game, of course, we know a whole lot more about the coronavirus than we did early on. | |
| The current strain is much different. | |
| Things are tampering down. | |
| I'm seeing signs here in the United States that Biden, in leading up to his State of the Union on the 1st of March, is having a weakening, you know, explanations that the threat is not so great so that he can perform magic trick on the State of the Union, like Boris Johnson did, | |
| of relieving mandates here in the U.S. to try to gain support, where the Democrats of relieving mandates here in the U.S. to try to gain support, where the Democrats know they're about to face a bloodbath in the midterms, and where, as I shall explain, they're adopting a different strategy to deal with this time, having to do with redistricting to make it sure having to do I don't believe it will work, but I shall report more. | |
| The very same blue-collar essential workers who were hailed as COVID heroes two short years ago are being denounced, slandered, and hit with ultimatums by the privileged government officials who headed home and conducted business over Zoom calls. | |
| Imagine now that John Quincy Adams had done things so egregiously unconstitutional that James Madison, the principal author of the Constitution, took him to court over the violation. | |
| That's basically what's happening in Canada. | |
| Since Canada's 1967 independence was negotiated rather than a result of a revolutionary war, the documents on which Canada's rules were based was originally one ratified by the British. | |
| It was not until the Reagan administration, Canada got around to rewriting and amending its funding document and speaking with a more narrowly Canadian voice. | |
| Well, we have more information about it. | |
| We have the only living signator to the Canadian Charter who has been interviewed recently, and I want to play here a few minutes of what he had to say about it because the violations of those conducting are egregious. | |
| Mr. Peckford and I have been talking over the last week, as I mentioned, because he has serious concerns about the policies of the current Canadian government in relationship to the Canadian Charter of Rights, which was established as part of the Constitution because he has serious concerns about the policies of the current Canadian government in | |
| And he, as I said in the bio, is the only living minister who participated in that constitutional process and is therefore a unique, let's say, historical and current resource because he can help illuminate Canadians historical and current resource because he can help illuminate Canadians as to the intent of the people who were instrumental in | |
| Drafting, writing and agreeing on all of those fundamentally important accords. | |
| So let's start by talking about what concerns are driving you to re-enter the political discussion at the moment. | |
| Well, primarily it is the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, especially those freedoms and rights that are in sections 2, 6, 7, and 15 of the Charter, which I helped craft. | |
| And they're freedoms of association, freedoms of expression, religion, conscience, freedom of assembly, freedom of association, that's in Section 2. | |
| Section 6 is freedom of mobility, the right to travel anywhere in Canada or leave Canada. | |
| Section 6 deals with life, liberty, and security of the person. | |
| And Section 15 with equality. | |
| every Canadian is equal before the law. | |
| As we sit here today, those provisions are being violated by all the governments of Canada, but in particular, in my case right now, the federal government of Canada. | |
| And I'm about to launch a lawsuit against the federal government because of these mandates, especially their travel ban. | |
| Now, that's completely fascinating and indicates that the law is on the side of the truckers, not on the side of Justin Trudeau. | |
| But nevertheless, he's warning Americans who donate to the Freedom Convoy that he will press criminal charges against them. | |
| The man has, in my opinion, gone stark raving mad. | |
| Reading from the script provided by his puppet master, Justin Trudeau's public safety minister, Marco Mendicino warned that any American who donated to the Freedom Convoy protest will be prosecuted by the Canadian government. | |
| Fat chance. | |
| Minister Mendocino pushed the lie that the Ottawa protesters were a violent and hate organization, that the truck drivers have been described as angry, noisy, intolerant, dangerous rabble who threaten Canada's national security. | |
| Following his outline of the violent mob, the minister switched to targeting the donors, saying that Canada has a robust intelligence community that will flag for the Trudeau administration all concerns of national security. | |
| That's why I'm certainly confident that wherever there's foul play of this sort, that we'll be in a position to act Promptly, for example, someone contributing with the intent of either causing public harm or trying to undermine public safety—notice this is an intent issue—would be something that would be against the law. | |
| But no one who's contributing to the trucker has any such motivation. | |
| They simply believe in what the truckers are doing. | |
| Now we have a late report from Canada about what Trudeau is planning to do, and it is not good. | |
| Listen to this. | |
| Hey guys, so I wish I had some good news here, but I do not. | |
| I've got some bad news from some sources inside the police infrastructure. | |
| I consider this to be very credible from some people that I trust. | |
| Unfortunately, rather than negotiate or speak to or deal with this very popular movement that's happening across the country, the government has opted instead to use brute force. | |
| Evidently, according to these guys, there's hundreds of RCMP members from the POU Public Order Unit, the riot cops, are being assembled and bused into the area. | |
| They're planning on mass arrests. | |
| Apparently, they're working on this around the clock, 24-7, on how they're going to do this. | |
| They're hoping to arrest a couple of people, and for every person that they arrest, 10 people will disperse and leave the area, hopefully. | |
| Um, plan on, they're going to be killing cell phone service. | |
| You're not gonna be able to call, you're not gonna be able to live stream, you're not gonna be able to do anything. | |
| It's going to be, it's going to be off. | |
| Um, people that are arrested are going to be collected. | |
| They're going to be bused down to, uh, Lansdowne, uh, for processing. | |
| And, um, that's how they're going to plan to, uh, disperse this. | |
| They're going to, rather than talk to anybody, rather than deal with any of this, it was a peaceful, uh, unified, um, national moment we're having right now. | |
| The state, apparently it's coming directly from the top, is to use a force to disrupt and disperse these protests before Friday. | |
| But that could mean tomorrow, it could be tonight, it could be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, but they're working on it apparently around the clock and hundreds of cops are on the way here to prepare for this. | |
| You can expect I guess a few hundred RCMP riot cops are going to be taking the lead on this, and then there's going to be, of course, support from the OPS, who are now apparently exempt from being vaccinated. | |
| Isn't that nice? | |
| Isn't that a nice thing? | |
| I don't know. | |
| The way they brought these guys, right? | |
| And then, of course, you've got the OPP here. | |
| You've got the Durham police. | |
| I saw the Toronto police. | |
| The entire government apparatus is coming down on top of these people. | |
| So, for what it's worth, I'm telling you, I'm warning you, this is what Again, it's coming from people that I trust. | |
| They're coming and they're going to arrest everybody. | |
| And they're just going to come down there and they're going to lock you up and that's going to be that. | |
| That's the plan. | |
| That's what they're planning to do. | |
| They don't want to talk to you. | |
| They're not interested in entertaining your problems or talking to you. | |
| It's not going to happen. | |
| They're planning to send in the jackboots to round everybody up and have them all arrested. | |
| And you've only got a couple of days, if that. | |
| So, share that around. | |
| Get this out. | |
| Get this message out to the truckers. | |
| Get it out to their organizers or their ship. | |
| I'm already, you know, in touch with some of these guys and trying to let them know and warn them. | |
| This is coming from, you know, good guys inside the apparatus that this is the plan. | |
| This is what they're working on. | |
| This is what's coming. | |
| So, buckle up. | |
| I believe this is absolutely critical development here in Canada. | |
| The Canadian people are generally very polite. | |
| They're relatively passive for them to be worked out like this over an issue like this shows tremendous public support as a truckers were driving across Canada and every roadside at every bridge there were You know, tens, dozens, hundreds of well-wishers there. | |
| Trudeau is acting in the role of a tyrant. | |
| What he's doing is completely illegal. | |
| But I'm convinced the New World Order believes they have to take a stand here and that if this, in fact, were to be successful, if the trucker protest were to be successful, then it would inspire similar movements all over the world. | |
| Well, I think it's too late for that. | |
| Similar movements are being inspired all over the world, including here in the USA. | |
| But look for this to be potentially the beginning of a transformation of events in the world. | |
| This, I believe, is going to turn out to be the honk that was heard around the world. | |
| Meanwhile, the GoFundMe suffered a calamity when it decided to confiscate nearly $10 million that had been contributed, where Trudeau is now threatening to punish, criminally prosecute any American who contributes. | |
| That's no doubt merely a verbal gesture intended to have psychological effect. | |
| But when GoFundMe declared it was going to confiscate the money and distribute it to charities of its own choosing, Ron DeSantis and governors of other states and their attorneys general declared they were going to investigate. | |
| This was a form of theft. | |
| GoFundMe has a very checkered history. | |
| I myself had a GoFundMe account years and years ago for my legal defense where I had a couple of grand contributions when GoFundMe simply canceled it and returned the money to their donors because of the backlash. | |
| That's now happened here. | |
| They've reversed themselves. | |
| Instead of absconding with the money, they're now going to return it to the donors. | |
| I predict this is such a revelation about the corrupt character of GoFundMe that its stock will have been halved by Wednesday. | |
| By tomorrow, I expect the stock of GoFundMe is going to be very much headed downward. | |
| Meanwhile, there's another donation site called Give Sen Go, which has already received over $5 million in donations for the truckers. | |
| The problem is, obviously, that Trudeau's going to go all out with these thuggish tactics reminiscent of the Nazis using the police, whom you'd think would have the good sense to side with the truckers, which is what happened when Trudeau had Tow units, tow trucks go to tow away the truckers and instead of towing them away, they join them. | |
| We now, by the way, right here in the U.S., have forthcoming more exposure of the theft of the election. | |
| We have, in particular, a film forthcoming called 2000 Mules, where it turns out that one of the ways in which the Democrats stole the election of 2020 was by having Thousands and thousands of low-level operatives who are stuffing the drop boxes with fake ballots, stuffing the drop boxes with fake ballots. | |
| And in order to be paid, they had to take selfies, photographs of themselves. | |
| Well, it turns out we have, or the source has, all those photographs so that a film called 2000 Mules is going to come out. | |
| Dinesh D'Souza is narrating and appears to have been involved in the production. | |
| This is going to leave no doubt whatsoever about it, notwithstanding the Democrats' persistent reports where every time I read a story, for example, in the Wisconsin State Journal, and it's talking about Trump or another political figure's insistence that the election was stolen, they introduced the word False! | |
| They say that it's false that it was stolen. | |
| In the past, you just have this difference of opinion. | |
| One party would say it was stolen, another not, but now the newspaper intervenes in its role to declare who's right and who's wrong. | |
| So, this is not going to have a happy ending for the Democrats, but it appears they've reorganized their strategy and they're now seeking to gerrymander all the voting districts, as many as they can, to ensure they don't lose A massive number of seats, which I'm predicting up to 100 seats in the House, possibly even more in three or four Senate seats. | |
| Meanwhile, the effort to fake a false flag, to plant the very idea that Russia would provide a video of an attack on the eastern part of Ukraine, which is Russian speaking and very supportive of good relations with Vladimir Putin, Blackwater forces are already there. | |
| This private army contractor, I have no doubt the plan is to slaughter many in eastern Ukraine. | |
| Then when the Russians produce the evidence, The United States has already explained that this is just a false flag conducted by the Russians. | |
| I don't believe it's going to work, and I do believe it's going to have the edifying effect of informing Americans about false flags to the extent they've been unaware because the United States and Israel are without any doubt The foremost practitioners of false flags in the world. | |
| It's simply extraordinary that they would telegraph this in advance. | |
| And when an AP reporter of great experience questioned the spokesman for the Department of Defense about the evidence for this, The spokesman refused to present any evidence, and he implied that the AP reporter was actually doing his job, for which I congratulate him. | |
| Congratulate him for doing his job for a change, because most of what we've had from the media over the past year or more, actually, virtually the entirety of the Trump administration, and now throughout the Biden, as far as it's gone so far, has been nothing but fake news. | |
| Well, one of the greatest benefits of Donald Trump was calling out the media. | |
| Now, Vladimir Putin is calling out the United States for generating these phony stories, denying they have any interest in invading Ukraine. | |
| But it appears that the New World Order is very keen on having a war in Ukraine. | |
| And let me explain. | |
| I think there's an ulterior motive. | |
| There's a one immediate political for the Democrats. | |
| They believe that if there were a war that the American people would rally around the Biden administration, just as they did around George W. Bush in the wake of 9-11. | |
| Before 9-11, W's polls were very, very low. | |
| After 9-11, they simply soared unseen heights, about 85% of support from the American people. | |
| They're doing everything they can to forestall the midterm bloodbath, and one of them is playing up Biden as heroic. | |
| Well, now he's going so far as to declare that there's no gas pipeline if Russia invades Ukraine. | |
| As most of the world is aware, there's a huge Nord Stream 2 pipeline bringing natural gas into Germany from Russia. | |
| This is a tremendous boon to Germany because the gas cuts their energy rates. | |
| If Biden were to cut it off, there's no alternative. | |
| Germans would be frozen. | |
| They'd be in a desperate plight. | |
| So, this is quite an assertion. | |
| I do not believe Biden could follow through without outraging all of Europe, which is growing increasingly dependent on commerce and business with Russia, which is perfectly appropriate because Russia is right there geographically its neighbor, and they have many commonalities of interest. | |
| If only we can get the politics out of this situation. | |
| Biden threatening to cut a pipeline is absolutely unbelievable. | |
| It would hurt Russia economically, but cause supply problems for Germany. | |
| Construction has been completed, but it's not yet operating. | |
| We are jointly ready, and all of NATO is ready, Biden said, referring to the powerful Western alliance, though Ukraine is not a member. | |
| While he reiterated with certainty the pipeline would not move forward were there to be a Russian invasion, which Putin has denied. | |
| He has no interest in invading Ukraine. | |
| It's a corrupt nation in massive debt. | |
| Why would he want to take control of a nation in that stat? | |
| It's necessary for Russia. | |
| German Chancellor Olaf Scholz also spoke in efforts to defuse the crisis, but he was suggesting that that could happen. | |
| It's Russia for But he wanted to, I think, play down the pipeline because it would be catastrophic. | |

| Meanwhile, Vladimir Putin and Macron are meeting, a lengthy meeting where Putin has noted the U.S. and NATO have ignored Moscow's demands that the alliance guarantee it'll keep Ukraine and other former Soviet nations out of NATO, refrain from placing weapons in Ukraine and rollback alliance forces from Eastern Europe. | |
| Putin has a categorically rock-solid case here going as far back as negotiation between Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev over the dissolution of the Soviet Union. | |
| Secretary of State Baker made the solemn assurance that there would not be Western encroachment one inch to the east. | |
| And yet all those solemn assurances have been abrogated as one former Soviet bloc nation after another has been militarized and drawn into NATO. | |
| Russia cannot allow Ukraine to include. | |
| Russia has a very long border with Ukraine. | |
| Historically, Ukraine has been the breadbasket of Russia. | |
| It was Zbigniew Brzezinski in his book, The Great Grand Chessboard, who suggested if you could pry Ukraine from Russia, it would greatly weaken the bear. | |
| But let me add, What I believe is the globalist motive here. | |
| Ukraine and Russia are both massive producers of wheat and other crops that are necessary for the world's food supply. | |
| Mark my words, the third stage in the genocidal globalist agenda to depopulate the world Well, the first was the use of face masks, which kills us slowly by having us recirculate oxygen to bleated air, which kills our brain cells and puts stress on our cardiovascular system. | |
| The Vax, which is not a vaccine, but a form of gene therapy that actually wipes out our natural antibodies and causes great Affects myocarditis of the heart, where even young children now, teenagers, given the facts, are having heart attacks, something unheard of in the past. | |
| but the third stage of which is starvation, mass famine, where for example, deagle.com has predicted that the US population is gonna drop from 330 million in 2020 to only 65 million in 2025. | |
| That's a loss of 265 million Americans That's your neighbors, your friends, your relatives, your family. | |
| They're going to be dropping dead from the Vax. | |
| This is as sinister a plan as we've ever seen. | |

| If the Republicans retake control of the House and the Senate, as I am predicting that it appears, as Jim Jordan has observed, the very first order of business will be to impeach Biden over failure to enforce the border laws that have allowed millions of illegal migrants to enter the United States. | |
| They're not being vaxxed, they're not being tested, they're not even being given court dates, and where a lot of these young men Our military aides are physically fit. | |
| My belief is that the DoD, by vaxxing the military, is greatly destroying our capacity to maintain our national defense. | |
| They're also running out the more patriotic members who are smart enough to deny the vax and are being separated from the military. | |
| They need to be replaced. | |
| I'm convinced they're going to bring these illegal immigrants from El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, bring them into the American military, promise them citizenship, where this is a crucial factor. | |
| Surveys have shown American soldiers are not willing to fire on the American people. | |
| These guys would not have that inhibition. | |
| What's taking place here under the Democrats with a border, with defunding the police, with recycling criminals, with treating bail as though it were racist, putting serious criminals out on the street, reducing major crimes to misdemeanors. | |
| All this is part of a calculated plan to destroy America. | |
| Pay attention. | |
| Keep your eyes opening. | |
| It's happening right under your nose. | |
| You have to understand what's going on here to be positioned to do something about it. | |
