This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, delighted to be joined today by Joe Olson from Houston, Texas, and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
We're here to give you all the news you need to know.
Today, breaking news, the Supreme Court halted the Biden COVID mandate for business.
This is the OSHA mandate.
Abloated Biden blocking his vaccine or test mandate for large businesses.
At the same time, however, they allowed a vaccine mandate for health care workers at facilities receiving federal funding.
After months of public appeals to Americans to be vaxxed, Biden announced he was making vaccine compulsory at companies with over 100 workers.
Unvaxxed would have to present weekly negative tests and wear face masks.
OSHA gave business until February 9th, but the Supreme Court's sixth conservative justice ruled the mandate would represent a significant encroachment into the lives and health of a vast number of employees.
Although Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers, it has not given that agency the power to regulate public health more broadly.
Requiring the vaccination of 84 million Americans selected simply because they work for employers with more than 100 certainly falls in the latter category.
The three liberals dissented.
The vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, however, at facilities receiving federal funding, was approved 5 to 4, with Justice Roberts and Kavanaugh joining the liberals.
Ensuring that providers take steps to avoid transmitting a dangerous virus to their patient is consistent with a fundamental principle of the medical profession.
First, do no harm.
Which, alas, I'm afraid, displays ignorance of the fact that the vaccine does harm.
Vaccine has become a politically polarizing issue in the U.S.
where purportedly 62% of the population have been vaxxed.
A coalition of 26 business associations had filed suit against the OSHA.
Several Republican-led states had challenged the mandate for healthcare workers.
Some Republicans cheered the high court striking down the business mandate.
Today's Supreme Court ruling sends a clear message.
Biden is not a king and his gross overreach as a federal power will not be tolerated.
Senator Rick Scott tweeted, I had COVID and got the vaccine, but I'll never support a vaccine mandate that bullies hardworking Americans and kills jobs.
Joe, your thoughts?
Okay, I'm going to repeat some information on these kangaroos that we've got sitting up there playing like they're supreme that you and I discussed with Mike Ivey on Texas Tuesday yesterday.
This is the amount of college education that these clowns have in science.
Zero!
Kagan, undergraduate degree in history from Princeton.
Sotomayor, Latin studies from Princeton.
Breyer, philosophy from Stanford.
Thomas, English lit from Holy Cross.
Roberts, history from Harvard.
Alito, Princeton, history and poli-sci, which there's no science in poli-science.
There's no science in social science.
It's all crap.
Cavanaugh, history degree from Yale.
Amy Barrett, English lit with a minor in French from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
Yeah, we have nine clowns that couldn't pass a single high school or college-level science class that are making the medical decisions for everybody.
And what they did with this split decision is they did the Solomon trick.
Two women are fighting over a baby, Cut the baby in half and give each one of them half a baby.
Each one gets a dead baby.
It's absolutely insane.
If it was incorrect for OSHA to do it, it's incorrect for Medicare to force it.
And it's absolutely insane that we have to deal with these puppets and we have to deal with a news media and a government that dignifies these clowns because they're worthless.
Well, Joe, I would dissent on a couple of points.
The social sciences use a lot of statistical analysis demographics.
It's rather vast.
Take the bell curve as a perfect illustration.
So I think you're being overly No, no, no, no.
Absolutely not.
There is no science.
Science is quantitative, predictive, and repeatable.
And nothing in social science is quantitative, predictive, or repeatable.
It's absolute crap.
And the fact that you use statistical manipulation does not make it science.
That's all it is, is manipulation.
It's insane that it's even listed as a college degree plan.
It's crap.
Joe, look, I appreciate your hard science, your natural science orientation, but you're just wrong.
There are all kinds of repeatable studies in psychology about conditioning, about behavior.
You know better, Joe.
So the point is, you weaken your argument by creating a strong man and attacking it.
That's not necessary.
There is science.
It is replicable.
Think of Skinner's experiments on operant and classical conditioning, for crying out loud.
Those are fundamental to understanding... And where's the formula that predicts all of that behavior with the whole entire population?
It doesn't exist because it's crap, Jim.
Stop it!
Stop trying to dignify something that's nothing but pseudoscience.
It's absolute crap.
Okay, we'll argue about something else.
You're committing a blunder and making it worse.
No, I'm not.
Because I'm calling you out on having taken an exaggerated stance and I have no doubt that Carl will come on one side very clearly rather than the other.
Your thoughts, Carl?
Well, my first observation is that the majority opinion probably written by the chief justice directly stated that the.
They need to avoid transmission when we know that the so-called vaccine doesn't do that according to the data.
So I do side with Joe by saying is that they're not really paying any attention to that data.
And then there's Sotomayor saying that we have earlier, I think that she mentioned that we have 700 million Americans or something like that that we discussed on our previous show.
And then there was another numerical error by one of the justices.
So in And Jim is correct that in all of the sciences, you are required to be able to show competence with data, but we don't have that.
See, that is the one of the biggest scams is that we're divorced from the real world in the filter of these leaders and these institutions and the Supreme Court.
My understanding as somebody who has taught political science
is that one of the first things to take a look at that has been absent from these discussions
is that there already is a federal law that prevents forced medical products onto people,
and that is US Code Title 21.
US Code Title 21 governs the FDA, and it is crystal clear in letter and intent
after the World War II discoveries, and the institution of the Nuremberg Code
is that people are allowed to decline any experimental product,
and that is absent from any of the arguments.
That should be crystal clear that none of this is allowed.
And yet we have these forced medical experiments pushed on to people at the risk of people losing their jobs.
I'm not arguing about the fact that members of the court don't have sufficient knowledge.
They clearly do not have sufficient knowledge about the coronavirus.
The point I'm making is archaeology, anthropology, psychology, sociology, economics, political science all have significant scientific components, objective statistical studies typically that are repeatable and applicable to diverse aspects of their areas of inquiry.
So Joe has simply made an excessive argument that, in my opinion, weakens his position.
Generally, he's impeccable in his appeals to science, but to give a wholesale condemnation of the social sciences as non-scientific On the grounds that they don't use quantitative or repeatable experiments and so forth is just flat-out false.
And look, I published books, a lot of them, not only on artificial intelligence but on cognitive science and on evolution and the development of cognition, the nature of minds from earlier Primitive, including primate mind, and I would submit all of my research in these areas as objective and scientific and accessible by the classic standards of science.
So, I'm simply appealing to Joe to pull back his horns and not waste his time in attacking a straw man.
It's beneath him.
Our next story Exclusive Kevin McCarthy.
Biden White House likes high gas prices.
The whole plan is all about the Green New Deal, where I suspect he's got it right.
House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy told Breitbart, President Biden's administration likes high gas prices because Democrats are using the crisis to force Americans to accept a radical Green New Deal agenda.
His comments came during the latest On the Hill long-form video special.
Where McCarthy in late November set a new record for the longest floor speech, defeating a previous by Speaker Pelosi herself, made his case against the now dead Build Back Better multi-million dollar Biden agenda bill.
He noted he could not afford a Tesla or other electric car because they're too expensive.
He might well have added, as Joe would add, that it requires more energy to charge the batteries than they save.
He expanded by noting the Democrats are rewarding the wealthy who can afford electric vehicles, penalizing working-class Americans who cannot.
Biden has hamstrung America's energy development since his first day in office.
The first act he took was to shut down the Keystone XL pipeline, halting gas and oil exploration and drilling on federal lands.
Look at, in retrospect, They do appear to have deliberately sabotaged America's energy industry in order to set up a political argument that obviously is completely contrived, but for taking these actions we would have remained energy independent.
In order to promote that Green New Deal.
Now he is touting the high gas prices and wanting to shut down.
He's also allowed Vladimir Putin to open up North Stream 2, a natural gas eastern Europe, which I think is completely correct, even though he shut down similar but safer efforts right here in the U.S.
Energy policy is connected in many different ways, one with the economy, simply because you have lower gas prices, people have more money, they have the ability to produce products here in America and compete overseas.
It also has to do with geopolitics.
The world is safer when America is energy independent, because when America is energy independent, we're not just for America, we are the Saudi Arabia of natural gas.
It's also to deal with the environment.
A pipeline is the safest way to move, not offshore it.
The other part you have to think is, if we're not producing it, we're still consuming it.
So where are we getting it from?
Other countries that don't have the same benefits we do.
I think he's putting a nail in the coffin of the Green New Deal, and it's a very telling political stratagem.
Why does Putin want another pipeline, he said, to produce natural gas in Europe, but also to control Europe?
He uses a pipeline to control those other countries.
It makes him stronger, which is a challenge to America and makes Europe not safe.
I disagree with this because I think there's a natural affinity between Europe and Russia, and this is U.S.
interference.
But he ought to make the point that if we're dependent on foreign sources, that gives them control over the United States.
Very, very bad.
So the question is, how do we bring more jobs here but export our province?
We used to start building ports to import natural gas.
When we lifted that and allowed and unshackled what held us back, God has blessed us with a lot of natural resources.
I think McCarthy's made a very strong argument here, and that it's damning that Biden would punish Americans into promoting their very partisan Green New Deal, which has no basis in science, evidence, fact.
Joe, you've been wonderful in vitiating the Green New Deal.
Lay on here.
Yeah, well a friend of mine gave me this sticker.
It's a picture of Joe Biden.
It says, I did that.
You can put it on the gas pump next time you go shopping.
Yeah, what do we get in 19 and in 2021 during the Biden administration? 56% increase in the cost of gasoline, 42%
increase in the cost of home heating oil, 31% increase in natural gas costs, and a 7% decrease worldwide in the value
of the dollars.
So that's exactly what's going on on that front.
Another thing, because they can't seem to push their Green New Deal through Congress the way it's currently structured, there's just a couple of Democrats that are not toeing the line and being good loyal commies, They want to end the filibuster, and they've got multiple reasons for doing that.
First of all, they want to do the New Green Deal.
Then they want to legislate abortion.
Then they want to sanctify voter fraud with mail-in voting nationwide and eliminate the constitutional requirements that states set voting rights.
And then they also want to stack the court.
And after they get finished pulling off these little four magic tricks,
then they want to come back and reinstitute the filibuster because they know that the Republicans
are gonna take over in 2022 and they're gonna get their clocks clean.
So this is the most deceptive evil group of people you could ever possibly imagine ruling any country.
And the fact that they're ruling ours is just insufferably bad.
I think you're making great points, Joe.
Now, it seemed to me that if they want to change how the electors are selected, that that does violate
the constitution and therefore they cannot do it merely by some congressional passage.
It would require ratification by all the states.
Essentially, you're amending the Constitution, are you not?
Unless you stack the court, unless you say, okay, we're going to put another four or five justices on that will say, no, it's perfectly legal for Congress to change the Constitution without using the constitutional amendment.
Joe, Joe, Joe, you're talking about, you're multiplying the problems.
I'm just saying on its face, what they're proposing to change voting is a violative of the Constitution.
That's the question.
Yeah, undeniable.
Carl, Carl, your thoughts.
Yeah, I think for me, I'm going to jump to the conclusion first and then work backwards.
The conclusion is that Americans need to demand the arrests of our 0.01% liars and looters because of the numerous crimes.
And you can just pick whatever you want.
I always recommend that people are competent with being able to explain, document, and three, explain, document, approve three game changers.
For gas prices going up.
All right, so there is a component of inflation that is hidden.
And I recommend the shadow stats, the website run by economist John Williams.
The definitions of inflation have changed over time significantly.
And what John does as an economist is he takes a look and he backtracks the overall prices past those two definitions, so that if we use previous definitions of inflation, Then you can see that inflation is well over 10% a year, which matches more of our experience.
Another important thing, as Jim emphasized, is the cancellation of those pipelines is crazy.
That is absolutely for the destruction of this country.
And a bigger part, too, with that as well, is that we're talking about a technology well over 100 years.
So what has been suppressed our free energy devices and more efficient energy devices
because our controllers want us to be afraid, cowed, and just herd animals to do what we're told
when they tell us these stupefying lies one after the other. Yes, nice, nice. Both of your
comments. Very good, very good.
Meanwhile, Biden ducking and dodging the press is backfiring.
They're under heavy scrutiny for essentially trying to keep Biden from having to talk to the press.
It was something his handlers ultimately decided upon, but didn't do him any favors.
The White House had no choice but to get out of the way and allow the president to speak with the media on some occasions, which have been littered With Biden claiming he'll get himself into trouble if he answers specific questions or goes over a particular time.
It is as cringeworthy as it is disturbing.
After all, as president, who would he be getting in trouble with?
Here we have the problem with his media.
The Associated Press put out a piece detailing how the 46th president's numbers of media conferences pale compared to other commanders-in-chief before him.
For example, Nearly one year into his term, he's given 22 interviews to reporters, a far cry from the number of interviews that other presidents have passed when they come to the one-year marker.
The AP also drew attention to Biden's only giving nine formal news conferences.
Again, this is nothing compared to the number of formal news events other presidents had a year into their tenure.
His lack of interaction with the media is something conservatives have been calling out virtually from the inception of his presidency.
Now it appears the reporters who have formerly been covering for him are no longer willing to look the other way.
As America heads into the second year, it begs the question whether or not he'll step up and try to stop hiding.
Ultimately, his handlers are going to be the ones to make the call.
I'm sorry to say his cognitive incompetence is so great, they have no choice.
They have to keep him under wraps.
They can't allow the press to have free access.
Every time that happens, he commits one gap, one blunder after another, and his stunning Intellectual incapacities become manifest.
With the midterms coming up in less than 11 months, the Democrats are already in damage control mode.
He's slurring his word, making unintelligible remarks, otherwise embarrassing himself.
So they may determine keeping his interaction with the press to a minimum is the best.
I have no doubt that is their solution.
They really don't have a choice, Joe.
Yeah, well, if you get bored watching somebody who's incontinent and incognito, you can always switch over to the congressional hearings.
There have been some great ones this week.
You had Rand Paul on Tuesday grilling the heck out of Fauci with a whole bunch of damaging information.
And then yesterday, he was grilling the woman who's in charge of the SBA.
They gave out paycheck protection plans PPP loans to Planned Parenthood even though Planned Parenthood is not a small business and didn't fit the definition and had been previously excluded and violates the Hyde Law.
So, you know, that was kind of interesting to see these bureaucrats just wall-to-wall obscurating and violating the law just repeatedly.
And then in order to redeem himself, we had Senator Crusoe, I call him St.
Crusoe, grilling the FBI, and they had two ladies on them.
One of them's name was Jill Sanborn, about the January 6th stuff.
Absolutely fascinating that they could just continue to lie and lie and lie and say, well, we're just trying to protect the American people.
We just got 750 people in jail.
We just We just can't seem to find the guys who were ringleaders that were actually the informants for the FBI and the CIA and the NSA and every one of the band of groups that was there that was helping us do this stuff.
Great press conference on Monday with Getz and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
It's called Fed Surrection, and I'll put the link to that.
It's about a 45-minute long press conference.
It was in the smallest conference room inside the Capitol.
Really squeezed quarters, but unbelievable amount of information that they've got, and they appear to be the only two in the House or the Senate that are carrying the water for what is actually the truth about what happened on January 6th.

It's theater and PSYOP that we have to push through.
And again, back to the same conclusion, we've got to arrest these people, otherwise we're going to suffer through this stuff.
Now, the idea, the most principal salient point for the alleged President Biden is the abundant evidence that this guy is an actor.
And you can take a look at the pictures of different colors of his eyes, the facial structure attached and unattached.
Earlobes, the photographic and film evidence that the White House that we've seen on several occasion is a stage set.
So until we get the arrest, this is all just going to be acting and theater and a psyop.
And that includes the White House press conference.

We had, I think it was about three months ago, where she is given a little talk and a jet flies right over her and she has to stop and says, jets don't fly over the White House, but they might fly over a stage set someplace else.
That's a very nice point, Carl.
A jet should not have been over the White House.

Since a jet was over the building, it cannot have been the White House.
Meanwhile, Black Lives Matter founder admits we are trained Marxists and our goal is to get Trump out.
This is Patrice Cullors, one of the founders of BLM, has admitted the facts of the matter.
Speaking to Jake Tapper on CNN, she said, President Trump not only needs not to be in office, but he should resign now.
And this is a previous interview from June of 2020, actually.
Fascinating enough.
Culler added she thinks the president is not fit for office.
A BLM organization could push the move to get out.
We're going to continue to push and pressure Biden around his policies and relationship by policing and criminalization.
That's going to be important, but our goal is to get Trump out.
You see how they were a tool of the Democratic Party.
The only way the Democrats could get in would be by getting Trump out.
And of course, all their efforts with BLM and Antifa were unsuccessful.
They had to resort to grand theft election to make it happen.
But notice how BLM's efforts with regard to policing and criminalization have led to defunding the police, letting criminals out on the street, reducing the penalties for various crimes, including shoplifting, which is now taking place on an enormous scale in California and is going to spread around the country.
In a resurface interview from 2015, Cullors responded to a Communist colleague concerned there was a lack of ideological direction in BLM that would allow it to frizzle out in comparison to Occupy Wall Street.
Well, she said the movement actually does have an ideological frame in that she and Alicia Graza, one of the other founders, are trained organizers.
In particular, she said they are trained Marxists who are super versed on sort of ideological theories.
This is pretty damn interesting in retrospect what they're all about.
She said, other than BLM.
This needs to be a wake-up for a moderate end of the political spectrum.
BLM is literally Marxists who want to forcibly remove our democratically elected president, defund our police, and destroy the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure.
They are not some fluffy, cuddly people who just want to end racism, as they instead want to throw everything we in the West hold dear.
They must be held accountable.
That's useful in retrospect, because it's so much at the core of what the Democratic Party is today.

Yeah, well, it's going to get real interesting here pretty soon.
Hunter Biden's first wife, Kathleen Buell, is writing a memoir, and she's going to tell the truth about all of his love affairs and cheating and corporate Greed and corruption and his lifelong addiction to drugs and alcohol and then in Kazakhstan they've arrested the guy who was his partner in Kazakhstan for treason and uh apparently he's gonna sing so you know they're gonna verify all this stuff that was on the laptop from hell that was uh planted by Russian spies and uh had some hookers pee on it they're gonna plant that evidence and make sure that it's irrefutable the whole thing's just sick theater beyond belief but
You know, that's the world we're stuck with at this particular moment.
And look at James Comey, then FBI Director, suppressing Anthony Weiner laptop.
That would have been devastating to Hillary, just as Christopher Wray has suppressed a Hunter Biden laptop, which would have been devastating to Biden.
I mean, the politicalization, the corruption of the FBI is overwhelming.

I was going to try to come up with a pun about suppressing a wiener, but I didn't come up.
So that article from June of 2020 in the Summer of Love, we need to remind ourselves that this was a coordinated BLM and Antifa with the Democratic Party and those political leaders in those cities, allowing for that smash and grab, that organized looting and arson to destroy businesses, and then a catch and release program where those people would be picked up if they got into too much trouble and then just put back out onto the street.
And this is all coordination, again, leading to To the conclusion that if Americans want America rather than a totalitarian authoritarian state, we have to demand these arrests because we are being pushed in to this one party state that constantly demonizes opponents.
And then we have the whole game changer of the election fraud.
That is absolutely provable.
Just take a look at the evidence from Arizona and the evidence of the hundreds of expert witnesses and affidavits.
And we're pushed into this mass formation psychosis in order to devolve human beings from autonomous creative beings to herd animals that can be formed into a just a kind of a slave race for these wannabe masters We're trying to taper with our genetics to make that happen.

Yeah, speaking of summer of love, 1968, DNC riots in Chicago.
Turns out that one in six of the SDS demonstrators were FBI informants, including Bernadine Dorn and Bill Ayers, who went on to form Weather Underground, had 25 bombings of government buildings over about a 10-year period of time.
But the FBI managed to screw up their case and because they're Jewish, neither one of them got prosecuted.
Both of them got advanced degrees and both of them ended up getting important jobs in Chicago where they could help steer the young minds of little kids and they could help groom Obama for his office.
Absolute insanity.
And if you want to add a little bit more to the FBI dirtbag list, The 1993 World Trade Center bombings, they were trying to frame a guy named Imad, E-M-A-D, Salam, S-A-L-E-M.
They were supposed to give him fake bomb materials and a fake detonator, and they accidentally gave him the real thing, and the building blew up, and they went to arrest him.
He goes, no, no, no, I've got the tapes of you telling me that they were going to be fake bombs, and I've got the tapes of you Delivering the fake bombs and the fake detonator to me, and I'm gonna take all this stuff public.
That's how dirty our FBI has been since 1924, serving the banking crime syndicate of the planet.
Absolutely disgusting.

Meanwhile, the Navy boot train is now being increased two weeks to include focus on racism, sexual assault, and extremism.
This is absolutely shameless.
What the Democrats are doing is they're trying to turn the U.S.
Army into Democratic voter training.
The Army will expand boot camp to include additional weeks on suicide prevention, sexual assault, aging, racism, and extremism.
The outlet notes the overhaul includes the rise of extremism after several former and active military members took part in the January 6th Capitol riot.
This is ridiculous!
Plenty of Americans who have served in the military might have had an interest in being at the Capitol.
That doesn't make them extremists.
It most certainly doesn't make them domestic terrorists.
This is incredible.
Rear Admiral Jennifer Coulter, who heads the Navy Service Train Command, says that training is designed to mold expected behavior from naval recruits.
We're telling our recruits all the things we expect them to do, how we expect them to behave and act.
We believe very strongly these types of behaviors are directly impacting our fighting readiness and the performance of our sailors.
This is pretty bizarre.
The Navy's focus on racism, hazing, and extremism is another sign the American military is more focused on woke culture than defending the country and winning potential wars.
A military has been trying to root out extremism after a number of former and current service members were found taking part in the January 6th riot.
But General Mark Milley famously declared during a congressional hearing he was extremely concerned about white rage and Trump supporters at the Capitol.
Navy boot camp to be extended two weeks.
Look, I used to supervise recruit training in the Marine Corps, which of course is a branch of the Navy.
I tell you, this is all ridiculous poppycock.
Completely wrong.
Completely wrong.
I want to understand.
White rage and I'm white, said Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, while testifying before Congress, pushing back an accusation from a Republican congressman the military was becoming too woke.
What the hell Milley wants to do in his copious spare time is up to him.
But wokeism isn't just seeping into the Navy.
The Biden State Department months ago celebrating issuing the first U.S.
passport with an ex-gender mark.
As the Secretary announced in June, the department is moving toward adding an ex-gender mark for non-binary, intersex, and gender non-conforming persons applying for a U.S.
passport.
And there it is.
Notice where it says.

This is just disgusting.
Prior to that, the state department marked international pro down day with a tweet
offering guidance on why people share their pronouns, sharing pronouns as a way
of getting to know somebody and avoid accidentally assuming an incorrect gender.
This is just getting stupid beyond belief.
They even celebrated pioneering individuals who used gender-neutral pronouns such as zee-zer-zers.
Aw, god-awful.
Just god-awful.
The U.S.
Air Force announced last December they're authorizing the use of gender pronouns and signature blocks.
The use of pronouns—he, him, she, her, or they, them—in an email is authorized but not required.

Shouldn't we be worried about military preparedness rather than pronouns?
China and Russia are laughing, no doubt.
Preparing to lose.
While the Navy's revamping boot camp to focus on hazing, racism, and extremism, China's military seems poised to overtake and dominate.
A previously classified war game conducted by the Air Force showed the U.S.
losing its military in conflicts with China, and quickly.
Yahoo in March published a story.
We are going to lose fast.
A war game that started with a Chinese biological attack.
How about that?

Last fall, the Air Force simulated a conflict set more than a decade in the future that began with a Chinese biological weapon attack that swept through U.S.
bases and warships in the Indo-Pacific region.

The simulation culminated with Chinese missile strikes raining down on U.S.
bases and warships, a lightning-errant amphibious assault on the island of Taiwan.

From gain-of-function funding and the origin of the virus to the suppression of therapeutics and the mRNA vaccines, the government's attempting to cover it all up.

Veritas released a video raising very serious questions about our entire pandemic response and what the government knew and when.
It's quite something.
They've obtained a report written by Marine Corps Major Joseph Murphy about the origins of the pandemic and responses thereto.
He was an affiliate with DARPA, produced a memo after leaving the agency.
Project Veritas was clear the documents were not leaked.
But we're hidden in a top-secret shared drive.
A memo confirms a report by a number of Internet sleuths investigating the origin that started with Peter Daszak's EcoHealth Alliance that they had filed an obligation for funding with DARPA proposing to study bat coronaviruses in Wuhan through DARPA's Preventing Emerging Pathogenic Threats.
Daily Clash actually had studied the story.
They highlight the main points.
Military documents state EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018 seeking funding to conduct gain of research on band-borne coronaviruses.
The proposal was rejected over safety concerns.
The main report regarding the EcoHealth Alliance proposal leaked on the Internet a couple of months ago, but has remained unverified until now.
Veritas obtained a separate report from the Inspector General of the Department of Defense, written by Marine Corps Major Joseph Murphy, a former DARPA fellow.
The proposal does not mention or assess potential risk of gain-of-function research.
Project Veritas reached out to DARPA for comment and spoke with the Chief of Communications, Jared Adams, who says, it doesn't sound normal to me when asked about the way the documents were buried, but there's much more going on.
Murphy was writing with regard to the government mandate for vaccination of military personnel.
Decisions with regard to the vaccine do not appear to be informed by analysis of the documents.
Four main points to address that raise a lot of questions.
The SARS-CoV-2 matches the SARS vaccine variant the NIH EcoHealth program was making in Wuhan.
The DOJ rejected the proposal because vaccine would be ineffective because the spike protein inserted into the variants were deemed too dangerous.
The EcoHealth Alliance proposal acknowledges there are effective therapeutics for SARS-CoV, the virus they were working with, ivermectin, which inhibits viral replication and modulates the immune system, hydroxychloroquine, also worked as a SARS-CoV inhibitor, and interferon, which worked as a curative agent.
Look, right there, they knew already they had these available treatments.
Unclassified files related to the proposal were concealed within classified files, pointing to an attempt to keep them out of scrutiny.
The report goes on to detail concern over the COVID gain-of-function program, the concealment of documents, and the suppression of potential curatives like ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.
Project Veritas reached out to DARPA for comment.

Murphy seemed optimistic about the ability to forgive, but that looks like an uphill battle if what his report says is true.
If he's right, it means DoD suppressed knowledge of cheap, readily available, life-saving treatment as the world was in a global pandemic, and Big Pharma was pushing universal vaccinations with a new vaccine that doesn't work as promised.

If you have an unvaccinated student, and about one-third of the students are unvaccinated, the policy that our district is claiming is that if there is a student that tests positive for COVID, then any of the students who were in that classroom are medically segregated, is forced school segregation for 10 days.
They're not allowed to know the student that tested positive, and that when you go and you read the California Department of Public Health guidelines, There's no place where they say the school can segregate them off campus for 10, it just doesn't exist there.
And, you know, of course, when I asked that question, they have to obfuscate and just not answer.

I did elicit a response from my school principal just yesterday where he blew up at these facts and I have been now emailing all of the leadership of our district, our teachers union, all of the teachers at our school daily over this.

The 5G aviation dispute between the FAA and the FCC and carriers appears to have been resolved.
The situation is an odd one.
The FCC granted approval to expand 5G into an additional spectrum known as C-band.
The FAA objected, stating it posed a risk to aircraft, could cause interference with the radio altimeter, telling pilots how high they are above the ground during final approach.
In other words, if it interfered, they could land below the ground level and crush the plane and kill the passengers and pilots.
The FAA hasn't presented any evidence of this.
U.S.
airliners fly almost 40 other countries using this part of the 5G radio spectrum without a single incident, yet the agency went as far as issuing a safety directive to pilots.
I think this is right, that the FAA is correct.
What is stranger is the FAA now appears to have agreed to a plan almost identical to the one proposed by mobile carriers back in November.
They're seeking to reduce 5G aviation fares by offering to temporarily reduce base station power across the country without but very tightly limited near airports for six months.
CNET reports carriers have agreed to establish temporary buffers around 50 of the air country's largest airports.
The FAA has released a list of airports that will have these temporary buffer zones, banning 5G coverage set to go live later in January for a period of six months.
In the meanwhile, the Agency and Aviation will work to ensure current aircraft equipment won't be disrupted by the new frequency.
Traffic volume, the number of low visibility days, and geographic location are all factored into which airports require buffer zones.

Two radio transmitters and receivers to pick up this ground detecting radar, but then there's a lot of civilian aircraft that only have a single one, but who's going to pay to upgrade all the civilian aircraft?
It's an absolutely insane thing for them to be doing, and there's plenty of other things they can do.

I did hear about a week ago that Kirsten W. I don't remember her last name.
She has been a an alternative reporting patriot for years that has quite a following and that
she was reported dead.
The story that I had heard is that she was at a conference, apparently her room had been broken into secretly, and that after she had spent the night in that hotel room, she had to be hospitalized, and then she was killed in the hospital.
I don't know the truth of that in the fog of war, but the idea that our opponents would want to silence that, you know, of course they would.
One of my friends and mentors was Buckminster Fuller, and I drank deeply from that well.
And one of Bucky's concluding statements for everything was that the human race has a test of basic integrity.
To tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and nothing else will do.
If we pass this test, we will be able to continue as a species in whatever this thing is that God has created.
