The major story of the day, the Supremes are listening to oral arguments on Biden's vaccine mandate.
And in the process, the leftist judges, Breyer and Sotomayor in particular, show they're completely out of touch.
They don't know the facts.
They're making absurd claims on behalf of the Biden administration.
Breyer, for example, cited 750 million Americans infected as his point to justify support for the mandates.
Of course, there are only at most 350 million Americans, so he's roughly more than doubled the population of the United States.
His absurdity was compounded by Sotomayor, who stated Multiple false claims.
100,000 kids are currently in the hospital.
False.
That the Omicron variant is more deadly than the Delta.
False.
That COVID deaths are at an all-time high.
False.
Worse yet, OSHA's regulatory authority is part of the federal police power.
Again, false.
In fact, that's the real issue before the court.
Well, it looks as though they are going to deny the mandates at the federal level.
Chief Justice Roberts, for example, observed this is something the federal government has never done before, casting doubt on the administration's claim that a half of a century of established law, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, confers such broad authority.
It's not the case whatsoever.
There are multiple signs.
Salta Mayor may be completely mistaken in her false beliefs, but then we've been told so many things that We're supposed to be hoaxes that have turned out to be true, including, for example, and this is all thanks to the fake news media, the vaccinated can spread COVID.
Supposed to be a hoax, but it's true.
Vaccinated susceptible to new variants and reinfection.
That was supposed to be a hoax, but it is true.
COVID vaccines can cause blood clots and other serious side effects.
Again, true.
Third and fourth shots required.
Again, true.
New shot every year, year and a half.
Shots for young children.
Total segregation of society based on vax and unvax.
Camp for the unvaccinated.
Unvaccinated able to work.
Harder to gain access for medical care for the unvaccinated.
Secret contracts between Pfizer and the government.
All of those, Eric, were presented by the fake news media as hoaxes, as false, but they've all turned out to be true.
Meanwhile, Amy Coney Barrett raised a crucial question.
When does the emergency end?
This is very important.
The Solicitor General of the United States, who's also a woman, Elizabeth Preligar, was arguing on behalf of the mandates, and Amy Coney Barrett asked, so when does the emergency end?
She was arguing on behalf of Biden The emergency standard claimed by Biden and OSHA, however, was not enacted at the outset of the emergency, even a year into the emergency, even as soon as Biden stepped into the White House and began issuing executive orders overturning everything Trump, every Trump order he could think of, but was instead claimed
Nine months after that, by which time the emergency wasn't the pandemic, but the refusal of many Americans to take the vax.
Barrett took notice.
For her, one of the key questions is not the need to push through unjust laws, but about the emergence of seemingly endless emergency powers taken by federal, state, and local government.
It is incredible.
Biden's not the only one, of course.
Andrew Cuomo, as governor, issued directives with his pen alone, not consulting the State Senate or the State Assembly of New York.
Mayor de Blasio, who thank God is out of office now, did the same thing.
It's completely outrageous.
So Barrett asked Preligar about the status of the rule as an emergency temporary standard, brought up the dissent of Chief Justice Jeffrey Sutton.
Who heard argument for the mandate on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and while he was outvoted, he made many telling points, observing, for example, OSHA did not adopt this rule in response to the emergency cause emergency because that had been ongoing since 2020.
But instead, Barrett observed, It responded to new facts on the ground, including the widespread availability of vaccine, and perhaps it was a surprise many chose to forgo in the emergency of the Delta variant.
And Chief Judge Sutton, she cited, pointed out that in an extended pandemic, or I don't know if we've moved to an endemic such as this, facts will constantly change.
New variants will emerge.
There may be new treatments, new vaccinations.
We have boosters now, right?
So now full vaccination might not just be two jabs.
It might include the booster as well.
So when does the emergency end?
I don't believe the administration has any answer to that question.
I believe, in short order, that the Supreme Court is going to reject the emergency mandate through OSHA.
Any federal mandate is exceeding the authority of the executive branch.
It has not been specifically allocated by Congress, and the court, I believe, by what I predict will be a six to three vote, is going to reject the federal mandate.
Meanwhile we have ongoing efforts about January 6 the whole rationale for which has become extremely obvious if it wasn't from the beginning.
The Democratic Party, constitutional scholars, and pro-democracy advocates have been exploring the possibility of disqualifying former President Trump from holding office again in the wake of the January 6th attack.
Participants are citing the 14th Amendment, suggesting discussions have continued about applying Section 3 thereof, which states as follows.
No person shall be a senator or representative in Congress or elector or president and vice president or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, obviously including president, or under any state who, having previously taken oath as a member of Congress or as an officer of the United States or as a member of any state legislature, Or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress, made by a vote of two-thirds of each house, removes such disability.
No, they're moving to do this because they know if Trump runs again in 2024, he's going to clean their clock, just as he did in 2016 when the whole election was rigged for Hillary.
But the outpouring of support for Trump from rural areas was something they were unable to contain, and he defeated the candidate the Democrats had expected to be a shoe in.
Then in 2020, anticipating a massive turnout for Trump, they had to rig the election in every possible way, it appears that.
Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook contributed tens of billions of dollars to get new poll workers in who really were not qualified.
We saw some of them at work in Georgia were on video.
We saw them looking at ballots.
And if they were Trump ballots, they tore them up or threw them away.
If they were Biden, they counted them off and many, many times over.
So that we know the election of 2020 was massively stolen.
The Democrats are completely petrified that Trump is going to do it again.
They have gone completely whole hog, totally irrational here.
Besides legislative discussions would have suggested that there has to be a determination that That Trump had committed an insurrection for which there is no legal or ordinary language basis as a federalist long since implied.
It turns out under a Supreme Court decision, the grounds for incitement are very specific and the bar is very high.
You have to be very specific and encouraging incitement to specific acts.
He would have had to say, go to the Capitol, tear it up, destroy offices, make it clear that you won't stand for the theft of this election, when he did precisely the opposite.
He said he wants you to be peaceful.
Raise your voice in protest as a patriot, but he was not encouraging any lawless action, which moreover by the standard has to be imminent.
And in addition, none of those who participated in January 6, which we now know included, for example, 226 Antifa members led by John Sullivan wearing Trump gear who paraded into the Capitol in order to craze mayhem.
But where we have FBI involvement, a fellow named Ray Epps, for example, an FBI stooge was inciting violence and the crowd members surrounding him were so aware of what he was doing, they were breaking into chants of FED, FED, FED, FED.
Because it was so despicable.
The fact is, this was completely contrived.
Nancy Pelosi is in charge of the Capitol Police.
Donald Trump had offered to send National Guard or U.S.
military to defend the Capitol, which they had declined because they had a plan in place that would have been disrupted had there been security there.
So the whole idea of there having been an insurrection is an effort to overturn the government of the United States.
But none of the participants there had any intention to overthrow the government of the United States.
It's a completely fantastic idea.
Anyone who believed they were there to do that is suffering from a delusion.
Nevertheless, we have the Attorney General Merrick Garland declaring he has no higher priority than prosecuting the January 60 rioters.
By my understanding, there's some 750 incarcerated in the D.C.
jail who have been denied their most basic legal rights to representation.
It is grotesque.
It appears they're being subjected to subhuman conditions in the hope that they'll Elicit false confessions to having committed and participated in an insurrection when nothing could be further from the truth.
The total politicalization of the Department of Justice, by the way, is absolutely breathtaking in its scope.
The degree of corruption the Democrats are demonstrating here is beyond anyone's mildest imagination, but they're desperate.
All the poll numbers are suggesting that in this very year, the midterm elections, that the Democratic Party is going to be subjected to a bloodbath.
I'm predicting the loss of 100 Democrat seats in the House and maybe three or four or more Senate seats going to the Republicans.
Which would, you know, invite the opportunity to impeach Biden for all kinds of unconstitutional acts, even including this vaccine mandate, which the court is about to reject.
In any case, it's completely horrific.
They see it coming.
Democrat pollsters are warning.
We saw a mini version in Virginia where Terry McAuliffe, a buddy of Hillary, running to be governor again.
Based his campaign on attacking Trump, who wasn't on the ballot, and on denying that parents had any right to have any influence over what their children are taught in schools, went down to a massive defeat, where the Republicans elected a white governor, a black woman lieutenant governor, and an Hispanic attorney general, you would have thought.
The Democratic Party would be celebrating the diversity of the outcome of the election in Virginia, but no, not on your life.
They only applaud diversity when it involves Democrats.
Meanwhile, to fight racial disparity, that is arresting black criminals, the Manhattan's new black district attorney has downgraded armed robbery to a misdemeanor.
This is completely stunning.
Most crimes in America and across the board are committed by blacks.
So you have individuals in the Democrat Party, the progressives in particular, who falsely believe that there's an equal propensity for everyone, every race, to commit crimes.
But if you divide the nation by race, Asian, Native American, black, white, Blacks overwhelmingly commit the majority of crimes.
Asians very rarely the least.
American Indians only prevail in alcohol-related because of their genetic incapacity to absorb it into their system.
Just take a look at crime statistics in New York City for 2014.
The arrests for murder, for shooting, for rape were all in the 80 and 90 percent range when you combine black and Hispanic, where blacks predominated in murder and shooting arrests, rape only where Hispanics exceeded, such that if New York were all white, rape would be down 83 percent, murder 91, shooting 96.
What's going on here now with this DA ordering his prosecutors to stop seeking prison sentences for hordes of criminals and to downgrade felony charges in cases including armed robbery and drug dealing.
This is going to precipitate a massive outbreak of armed robberies in New York City.
I mean, this is so idiotic.

We have the fellow in Chicago, you know, who appears to be the nephew, Jesse Smollett in Chicago, and then George Floyd in Minneapolis.
Well, when George Floyd was arrested, he was manacled behind his back and put into the car, and he had hair on his head.
When you look at what's on the ground where Officer Chauvin is leaning on his neck, suddenly he has no more hair.
His hands are in front of his body.
And when they lift it up to put it on a stretcher, he has no legs.
They use a Sigma-7 African American Airway training dummy to sub in here.
There was no actual murder of George Floyd based upon the evidence I have.
So this whole thing was phony and fabricated from the beginning.
Nevertheless, the Democrats were out there egging on, eluding the riots, the arson.
Some were saying there needs to be unrest in the street.
Kamala even claiming protesters should not let up.
Even Nancy Pelosi.
I just don't know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be.
Yeah, Merrick Garland has shown not the least interest in going after those who are looting and rioting and committing arson.
However, no, his highest priority is those who were at the Capitol on January 6th, because after all, Antifa and Black Lives Matter are like the recruiting arm of the Democrat Party.
They regarded all that rioting and looting as a voter registration campaign.
Meanwhile, we know the murder of blacks and whites has been grossly exaggerated.
Blacks killed by whites is extremely rare.
It occurs 10 times more often whites are killed by blacks or whites are killed by blacks.
But get this, 50 times more often are blacks killed by other blacks than are blacks killed by whites, most of which turn out to be justifiable shoots.
Well, a dear colleague of mine, Dr. Ilwon, had the brilliance to superimpose the 2000 electoral map over the 2014 murder distribution map and discovered, lo and behold, the areas where murders are running rampant in the U.S.
are all areas where the Democrats are in control and their stringent gun control laws create free fire zones for the criminals who, after all, aren't going to give up their guns no matter how legal.
They're criminals!
What you're doing is precluding law-abiding citizens from concealed carry and the like, where they might intervene on behalf of victims of crimes, but the Democrats won't have it.
Just look at Chicago as a perfect illustration.
They have the tightest gun control laws in the nation and also the highest murder, gun murder violence rate.
That's what they want to bring to the entirety of the United States.
Meanwhile, not only do we have the scandamic taking place here, but as Mark Meadows has observed, the whole climate agenda, climate change is wrapped in dollar bills.
They're trying to make all this move to bring about a green economy for the United States, do away with the gas and oil industry, which is completely absurd.
The whole claim that gas and oil produce CO2, while it may be true in and of itself, CO2 is not only indispensable to life.
CO2 cools the Earth in four different dimensions.
The whole story is fantastic.
It creates, causes, you consume more energy producing the electricity for electric cars, for example, than you save by running electric cars.
They have a very limited mobility.
We don't know how to dispose of the batteries.
If you have a problem with an electric car, it's so serious, you virtually have to replace the entire car.
As a fellow in Norway discovered with his vehicle, so he took it out to a quarry.
Loaded it with dynamite and blew it up.

While Earth has undergone periods of warming and cooling, they turn out to be unrelated to CO2, where the absence of a correlation between increased CO2 and global warming means there cannot be a causal connection, or, at best, only subtle, slight, and highly convoluted links between them.
A correlation between two variables is a necessary condition for their causal connection, and in this case that correlation does not exist, even over 600 million years of climatology.
Even when there are correlations such as between smoking and cancer or between vaccinations and autism, there have been heated debates over the existence of a causal connection, principally motivated by profit motive on behalf of the tobacco companies and of the vaccine manufacturers in the cases cited.
But in the absence of correlation, there is no causation which is not open to bona fide debate.
Hence, while climate change does occur and is real, there's no correlation between Earth's temperature and quantities of CO2 in the atmosphere.
If they destroy the gas and oil industry in the United States, which they appear hell-bent upon doing, that's going to lead to the reduction of the quality of life in America to that of a third-world status.
It is incredible what they're planning, and most importantly, there's no scientific warrant for it whatsoever.
Meanwhile, Mike Adams, the health ranger, has been doing sterling work in reporting, for example.
An estimated 10 million people per day, per day, are set on an irreversible countdown to vaccine death that could exterminate billions if not stopped in the next year.
This is a red alert for humanity.
We have less time remaining than you might think, reports Mike Adams.
I've done the rough math and it's beyond alarming.
It spells the end of human civilization if we don't stop the Vax Holocaust in the next 365 days.
As estimates and projections show below, as long as clockshot COVID vaccines are being administered around the world, about 10 million people each day are being put on an irreversible countdown to vaccine death.
For each day these vaccine shots continue, in other words, roughly 10 million people will die over the next decade based on these projections.
That's why we have less time remaining that you might think.
If they can bully the public into taking the vaccines for just one more year, they'll murder three and a half billion more human beings, which is why Biden and other world leaders don't care about legal challenges and the rule of law.
That's why the vaccine zealots don't care if they're stopped over the next two to three years by court challenges.
By then, it's too late for humanity.
Let me spell out, by the way, the three phases of COVID vaccine mortality.
Short term, in the first 30 days after you get the shot, blood clots, thrombosis, myocarditis, strokes, heart attacks, spontaneous abortions, pulmonary embolisms, anaphylactic shock.
In the medium term, one to 12 months.
Vaccine-induced immunodeficiency, antibody-dependent enhancement, autoimmune reactions, prion-like neurological destruction.
Remember, prions are responsible for mad cow disease.
They eat holes in your brain.
That's one of the dandy effects of taking the shot.
Heart failure, long-term, one to ten years.
Spike protein-induced chromosomal damage, cancer, severe immunodeficiency, which makes you vulnerable to all kinds of threats in the environment that previously you would have shrugged off, fatal autoimmune disorders, suppressed DNA repair mechanism, infertility and reproductive disorders.
Bear in mind, COVID vaccines are known to cause myocarditis.
Myocarditis alone is fatal in 56% of patients in less than five years.
Giant cell myocarditis causes over 80% mortality in five years.
What we're witnessing is a complete failure of all the mechanisms and institutions in place to protect the health of the public, including the National Institute of Health, where Anthony Fauci, to whom I refer as Tony the Rat, appears to have spearheaded the entire activity.
The whole plot appears to be a variation.
on his AIDS, HIV scam of the past.
So having him out front in order to defend and promote the vax is just what you expect.
It's parallel to having Philip Zelikow as the executive director of the 9-11 Commission.
Philip Zelikow, as an academician before he entered government service, had as his area
of specialization the creation and maintenance of public myths.
M-Y-T-H-S.
I am convinced that Philip Zelikow wrote the script for 9-11.
He produced a report for the 9-11 Commission a year before he shared it with the staff.
I believe that was based upon his His outline for what happened so he could make sure that it received the least serious criticism possible at which he succeeded and he remains now on the faculty at the University of Virginia and its Department of History, which in my regard is completely disgraceful.
It's completely disgraceful.
Meanwhile, we have even medical ethics professors in the United States who are advocating the vaccine, punishing those who haven't taken the vaccine.
Get this.
We have Arthur Kaplan, an NYU professor of bioethics, On CNN, declaring it's time to shame and blame unvaccinated Americans, adding society should penalize them in a variety of ways, including higher hospital bills and insurance premiums.
They've got to come around, Kaplan said.
We're not going to win this war.
We're going to be talking about COVID this time next year if we don't get more people to do the right thing.
So we can't write them off.
We can't penalize them more.
We can say you will have to pay more on your hospital bill.
You can't get life insurance or disability insurance at affordable rates if you aren't vaccinated.
Those companies should not treat us as equals in terms of what the financial burdens are that the disease impose.
I'm just stunned by this.
I was so shocked by his irresponsible behavior that I have submitted a formal complaint to the university, NYU, the medical school where he is on the faculty.
Dear Dean Grossman and others, I wrote Your medical ethics professor, Arthur Kaplan, whom I have known for decades from the time we were both on the faculty of the University of Minnesota, has grossly violated ethical standards by seeking to punish those who are unwilling to have their decisions about their health dictated by the Biden administration, which has been pushing vaccine mandates in violation of the law in the U.S.
Constitution and even the Nuremberg Code.
The evidence has become simply overwhelming that these vaccines For which emergency use authorizations have been issued are causing mass damage to the public and a stunning increase in the death rates contingent upon their introduction.
The graphs are like hockey sticks on their side.
The normal rates of death prior to their introduction are skyrocketing deaths thereafter.
Even insurance companies are reporting staggering 40 percent increases in death.
For a member of your faculty to be harassing and badgering the public not only abuses his position on the faculty of a distinguished institution, but discredits the institution itself.
Having served as a professor of philosophy for 35 years, the confidence of the public in our nation's institution—law enforcement, the courts, the Department of Justice, FDA, CDC, and NIH—has never been less.
And now we have Arthur Kaplan leading the cheering squad.

When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.
