Miriam Hennane is covering the Supreme Court, and we'll hear much more from her next week.
We're getting contradictory reports.
Sonia Sotomayor appears to be very ignorant of the facts of the matter, but the Epoch Times is reporting that the Supreme Court seems skeptical of the Biden vaccine mandates.
Joe, you want to offer a preliminary comment before we proceed?
Yeah, let me back up.
There was something that just came up about Sotomayor.
Okay, this is from Creative Destruction Medium.
It says, another controversy is Sotomayor lists the appearance before the American Constitutional Life Society, a left-wing group funded by Soros and the Service Employees International Union.
What she's trying to say is that the vaccines are safe and effective and no federal government agency has ever lied about anything and if they want to go ahead and force mandates then that's just That's exactly what the Constitution wants you to do.
So here you have a woman that never took a science class, probably even in high school, and certainly has not learned a single thing about science or medicine in her whole entire life.
And she's sitting up there, one of the kangaroos with black robe disease, sitting there dictating policy to the rest of the nation.
She's absolutely insane.
How do we get morons like this on the court, Joe?
It's embarrassing.
To bring you the news you need to know, Joe, I'm going to get back.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Texas was an independent republic for 10 years, from 1836 until 1845, and we had plenty of time to study the defects in the national government, and then we joined the United States as a state in 1845, and then We left temporarily in 1861 because the United States was not living up to its obligations about equal representation.
The moral tariff was really the major thing that caused the war.
And then afterwards, we were occupied by Union forces for 10 years.
And that's where the term carpetbaggers came from.
They came down here and absolutely raped the state of Texas.
So in 1876, we had the chance to become a state again with full voting rights in the United States.
And that's what the silly 14th Amendment is about.
It's insurrection that none of the people that served in the Confederacy could ever serve in the United States government.
That's what the trick they're trying to pull on Trump.
But getting back to the 1876 Constitution, We did not allow judges to be appointed except for a recess appointment, and then every judge is elected.
So every four years we vote on our stupid Supreme Court judges
and when they have something that's really bogus decisions, it ripples through the electorate
and we manage to get somebody that's a better judge to run against them.
And so we don't have the same judicial problem that you have with the 179 courts that are circuit courts
and the 670 district courts and the nine Supreme Court justices
that are all appointed for life and absolute despotic fiefdoms.
It's insane what we have in the way of a judicial system in this country and it was never intended
to be a superior branch of the government, which it has allowed itself to be.
There should be no common law.
There should be nothing that the court decides other than, is it constitutional or not constitutional?
If it's not constitutional, define why it's not constitutional, send it back to Congress, and have Congress vote on it, and change it to where it is constitutional, send it to the executive branch, have the executive branch sign it, and then we have the law according to the Constitution.
Not to have five of nine clowns sitting up there saying, well, you know, this is my opinion.
I'm going to rewrite the Constitution right here and now.
We'd eliminate all these problems if we didn't have this rotten court system and the rotten interpretation that's been forced on us as a legacy of the British court systems, star chamber courts.
It's absolutely insane.
But that's where we are today.
So who knows what they're going to rule?
Well, Joe, we'll have to return to that issue by and by.
Meanwhile, Biden delivers a blistering rebuke of Trump for election lies, blaming him for the Capitol riot, neither criticism of which is justifiable.
In a fiery and sensed address from the Capitol Thursday, No audience was present, by the way.
Biden gave his strongest defense of democracy, if you're a nitwit, that's what he was doing, to mark the anniversary of the January 6th riot, directly attacking President Trump as a defeated liar and an outstanding threat to the country's founding ideals, when the opposite is the case.
It's Biden and Harris and Fauci and Bill Gates and the Rothschilds that are the great threat.
This is absurd.
Kamala Harris goes so far as to liken the riot to the bombing of Pearl Harbor and the 9-11 terrorist attack for which she is being mocked.
Bear in mind, more than 2,400 Americans died at Pearl Harbor, nearly 3,000 in the 9-11 terrorist attack.
He, who participated in a BLM protest outside the White House in May of 2020, just hours after rioters attacked police around the building, injuring dozens, assaulting journalists, and forcing the evacuation of the president into a bunker, Declared of the Capitol rioters, what they sought to degrade and destroy was not only a building hallowed as it is, what they were assaulting were the institutions, the values, the ideals that generations of Americans have marched, picketed, and shed blood to establish and defend.
And I'll say, Joe, right there, That kind of grand pronouncement indicates this whole thing was staged in advance.
She had her script in hand.
This was all manufactured by the Democrats.
Remember, the Federalists already a year ago, on January 30th of 2021, explained, no, Donald Trump did not incite an insurrection, but that, as David Marcus observes, Democrats and their media allies are milking a tragic riot for all it's worth.
Get this.
The Democrats and their media allies are trying to convince the American people that President Donald Trump is guilty of inciting an insurrection, in both legal terms and the plain meaning of the English language, Their claim is absurd on its face.
There are two fundamental reasons Trump did not incite the riots and the riots were not an insurrection.
Legally speaking, incitement has an incredibly high bar that none of Trump's actions since the elections come close to meeting.
These were set by the Supreme Court in its landmark Brandenburg v. Ohio, where, among other things, the decision held to constitute incitement to violence.
Speech must include intent and specific, not abstract, instructions to act.
It also requires a speech in question would likely produce imminent lawless action, which went a step further than the previous legal test.
Nothing Trump did qualifies even remotely as incitement.
As to insurrection, at no point was the overthrow of the government of the United States even a remotely possible outcome, not even close.
Those cosplaying idiots taking selfies in Speaker Pelosi's office, parading around with Podia, had no intention of forming a new government.
That was an expression of anger, not a realistic organized coup attempt.
Anyone among the rioters who believed their actions would result in the overthrow of the government, if there were any, We're delusional to the point of insanity.
So if it wasn't incitement and it wasn't insurrection, why the Democrats and corporate media and big tech tyrants want you to believe it was?
Quite simple, actually.
The purpose is to create an atmosphere of crisis and emergency that gives cover to extreme and illegal actions that punish and silence those with whom they disagree politically.
But in fact, Joe, There's a deeper, more malevolent motive to which we shall return, rooted in the 14th Amendment.
They believe if they could establish Trump created, incited an insurrection, he would be disqualified from running for president again in 2024.
They're petrified he's going to clean their clock again, just as he did in 2016, and again in 2020.

He did a deep dive on all of the things that are going on on January 6th, including the information that was disclosed by Revolver on the Ray Epps, and then also an article that appeared yesterday in Daily Mail.
Turns out, Chris, I mean, Billy Goat Bar resigned on December 31st, and so we had an acting Attorney General on January 6th, and that acting Attorney General was Jeffrey Rosen!
I wonder what group he's with?
And so anyhow, he unilaterally authorized surveillance and response teams by the FBI and probably the CIA and NSA, so there was a coordinated activity with hundreds of federal agents, snipers on top of buildings, surveillance cameras.
They had the DNC and the RNC surrounded with agents.
Somebody managed to walk in with all those agents there and plant pipe bombs and walk away
and nobody's been arrested for those pipe bombs and we don't know anything further about them.
So you tell me, was that just a complete total stage setup so they could, you know, yank the cord some other direction
and say how terrible all this stuff was?

You would think going after the rioters, the looters, and the arsonists who made America burn all last summer would have a higher priority.
You would think going after corruption in government would have a higher priority.
But no, these citizens, some of whom were perfectly innocent, Who are protesting the theft of the election.
That's his highest priority.

The Justice Department remains committed to holding all January 6th perpetrators at any level accountable under law, whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on our democracy.
We will follow the facts.

Garland went on to say those involved must be held accountable and there's no higher priority for those of us at the Department of Justice.
He vowed the DOJ would do all it can to protect voting rights.
He then called on Congress to pass voting rights legislation.

Meanwhile, Biden and Harris are using January 6th to demand a federal takeover of the election.

They can do that nationwide so the Democrats won't go down to defeat.
The Vice President referred directly to the multiple Democrat-led bills that would federalize local and state elections and overturn election security laws passed around the country.
Here, in this very building, a decision will be made about whether we uphold the right to vote and ensure free and fair elections, Harris said.
Let us be clear.
We must pass the voting rights bill that are now before the Senate.
They're even going so far as to declare they need to get rid of the filibuster in order to steal elections, Joe.
This is so blatant and disgusting.
And there it is, right in front of God and everybody.
Yeah, well, we had ample evidence, you know, hundreds of hard drives and thumb drives and CDs with evidence of pedophilia by thousands of the great leaders of our world in possession of the FBI for decades, and they so far have been able to prosecute two people!

So when Mr. Marlon Garlick has 725 people under permanent arrest without any hearing for bond and no charges filed, and the most charges that they can put against him is trespassing, you have to wonder what side of the republic this guy's really fighting for.
He doesn't give a flip about voting rights other than he wants to make sure there's plenty of mail-in ballots so that the Democrats can continue to steal every damn election going forward.
And the Uniparty is going to be sitting there rubbing their back the whole time because it's full of nothing but rotten rhinos, just like Teddy Cruz, who said all the people that entered the Capitol are violent terrorists.

We have 30 million people in the state of Texas, and any one of them would be better than Teddy Cruz.

Here's the real story.
Democrats quietly explore barring Trump from office over January 6th.
The Democratic Party constitutional scholars and pro-democracy advocates – pro-Democrat
Party advocates – have quietly explored the possibility of disqualifying former President
Trump from holding office again since the January 6th attack.
There's been a crescendo of calls to take steps to trip Trump of eligibility, but since
then they have abated.
Participants in the 14th Amendment discussion say discussions have continued about applying
Section 3 of the amendment.
Here is the 14th Amendment, Section 3.
No person shall be a senator or representative in Congress or elector or president and vice president or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any state who, having previously taken an oath as a member of Congress or as an officer of the United States or as a member of any state legislature, Or as an executive or judicial officer of any state to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may be, by a vote of two-thirds of each house, remove such disability.
This is what they were after.
The Federalists missed this more subtle issue in the background.
If anything, the idea is wax and wane, said Harvard Law School Professor Lawrence Tarrant.
I hear it being raised with considerable frequency these days, both by media commentary and by members of Congress and their staff, some of whom have sought my advice.
In a new report, Democrats found that around a dozen have discussed in public or privately how Section 3 might apply.
Representative Jamie Raskin from Maryland on the January 6th Select Committee, Jerry Nadler, Chair of the House Judiciary, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz, an all-time scoundrel, are among the officers that have spoken with Tribe recently.
I continue to explore all legal paths to ensure the people who try to subvert our democracy are not in charge of it, said Wasserman Schultz.
Raskin and Nadler declined to comment.
Those officeholders who engage in an insurrection or revolt against the government are disqualified from future office under the 14th Amendment.
But as we know, there was neither incitement nor was there insurrection, so Trump cannot be guilty of inciting an insurrection.
During the impeachment trial, there were two, both of which were fake and fabricated.
Ruskin served as a House manager, during which Trump was accused of being responsible for
the January 6 attack.
My God, he's already been acquitted thereof.
In a press conference after the Senate's acquittal, he talked about a constitutional provision, saying Trump is right in the bullseye.
The point is the constitutional purpose is clear—to keep people exactly like Donald Trump and other traitors.
This makes you gag.
According to the report, most constitutional scholars say the provision is not self-executing.
Gary Nadler, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris are the traitors to the
nation, not Donald Trump.

In other words, to make it effective, Congress would have to take an additional step.
Several believe upon a simple majority of both chambers, Congress could find Trump had
engaged in insurrection on its own, thereby implicating the Constitution.
Other efforts—I think this is Jeffrey Toomey, they mean, and not Lawrence Tribe—Congress needs to go further, either by creating effect, finding body neutral to the Trump administration, Or by assigning the fact-finding role to a federal court.
Notice, they have this body that is clearly not neutral to the Trump administration, the January 6th Commission, which is a kangaroo court if ever there were one.
After Trump's Senate impeachment last Friday, representative, trial last Friday, Representative Steve Cohen introduced a bill permitting the Attorney General to claim that an officeholder violated the provision and should be
barred from holding future office before a three-judge panel. Well, Eric Garland can claim
anything he wants, which does not make it true, alas. Besides legislative discussions, other efforts
that focus on pressure on state election officials.
They wrote to chief election officials in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., urging them to prohibit Trump from appearing on the ballots of future elections.
The group says Congress doesn't have to take any additional steps since the 14th Amendment is already in effect.
This is absurd.
Just as states are permitted, if not required, to exclude from the presidential ballot a candidate who's not a natural-born citizen, such as Barack Hussein Obama, born in Kenya, where they have a monument for the first Kenyan president of the United States, not knowing there cannot be, legally, a Kenyan president of the United States.
Who is underage, who has previously been elected twice as president.
So too should they exclude a candidate such as Mr. Trump, who previously swore to support the Constitution, but then engaged in an insurrection.
The letter to Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger states, but what if the states declined to comply?
We intend to litigate this question.
The group's president, John Bonifaz, said, according to the report, we'll bring the matter to court.
However, scholars believe such losses would face serious hurdles and likely be challenged in the Supreme Court.
If a Secretary of State declines to find Trump ineligible, it's far from clear who could challenge that determination, explained law professor Gerald Magliocca of Indiana University, where I earned my Ph.D.
in the history and the philosophy of science in 1970.
States differ in their laws regarding ineligibility.
The outcome of any lawsuit over 2024 would likely depend on whether a congressional fact finder had already determined that Trump's role triggered Section 3.
In the absence, a lawsuit brought by Trump to challenge his exclusion would likely succeed.
What the January 6th panel ultimately reveals about Trump's role, therefore, may impact the possibility of pushing for his disqualification.
But it's obvious that's why the committee was formed.
That's why Pelosi has kept good people off of the committee who would stand up for Trump and point out this is a violation of the law, that he's not committed either incitement or insurrection was not taking place.
Once that committee makes clear, Tribe said, what took place was indeed an insurrection, which in my opinion imputes Tribe's integrity and supports criminal prosecution by the DOJ.
It's difficult to imagine this not becoming a logical next step.
Tribe has thereby shown himself to be a complete shill and a phony and a fraud.
If Democrats were to successfully ban Trump from holding office again, it remains to be seen how half the country would react.
An actual insurrection could take place, not the fake one that satanic Democrats equate to as being on the same level as the September 11 attacks or even Pearl Harbor.
Joe, this is just insulting beyond belief, but it's the best the Democrats can do.
They're scraping the bottom of the barrel here.
I have very limited respect for anybody that's considered a legal scholar by any of the news media authorities because every one of them is a total puppet.
Let's retrace a little bit of history.
The United States was forced into signing the first bank charter due to debts from the Revolutionary War.
When it expired in 1812, they British government wanted to force us to sign a second bank charter and we refused.
So they started and finished the War of 1812, which put us further in debt.
So then we signed another charter to pay off that debt.
And when Andrew Jackson came in as president, he said, we're going to print our own money and we're not going to borrow from anybody else.
And we're not going to have a bank charter.
Well, that really pissed them off, but they weren't in a situation because they were involved with other wars in India and China.
Ukraine and Crimea and all of these different wars that England was involved in, they weren't able to come over and take care of America directly, so what they used is their banking institutes to set up a de facto two-state situation in the United States with the hope of balkanizing us so that they'd have two small colonies they could deal with, pit against each other, and make sure that nobody was ever a threat to British power.
So the northern bankers With 22 states and 20 million people voted the Morrell Tax Act of 1859, in which 13 southern states with 10 million people would pay a 39% tax on the exports of cotton and tobacco.
So bottom line is they were gonna finance a grand expansion of the federal government
on the backs of the farmers of the South.
And that was pretty much a violation of the equal rights and the state's rights and everything else
that had been previously agreed to.
And so the South had the legitimate reason to exit the Union
and they would have prevailed and the South would have won within two years
had Russia not sent their Navy over and blockaded along the West Coast
and also blockaded along the East Coast and prevented the French and British
from being able to send troops over to interfere on the part of the South
and split the country in two.
So that ended up foiling that.
That just gave them a further reason to be pissed off at Russia, which they got around to later.
Then when the Civil War was over on July 9th, 1868, they passed the 14th Amendment.
And that clause about sedition is specifically in there to make sure that no one who had ever served in the
military and then fought for the Confederacy
or served in any political office and then was a member of the Confederacy
could ever serve in office again.
So that eliminated all of that political talent from the pool and allowed them to come in
with their carpetbaggers and install a bunch of, you know, semi-literate former slaves
that had no business being in elected office and had nothing to qualify them for it.
And they had set up the most absurd ripoff for 10 years under, quote, Reconstruction.
destruction where they finished rape in the south, but they didn't finish with Sherman's
march to the sea and all the other destructive things that they did.
So the whole thing is just absolutely absurd.
But I'm trying to follow several parallel stories and there's one that just came up.
This is on Gab and it's posted by Jenna Ellis.
The name may sound familiar.
She was a White House counsel under Trump and one of the bright stars that they had and a few that managed to slip through HR that were really qualified.
But anyhow, this is breaking news.

this is posted at Conservative Brief, SCOTUS judges told outright falsehoods. Breyer claims
that there were 750 million new cases in a country with only 330 million people.
That's how out of touch these idiots are.
You know, we don't need a Supreme Court full of Supreme idiots.
Get rid of these people.
We need to have term limitations on those SOBs, or we need to make sure that their appointments can never be extended over a certain period.
I mean, we need to find some way to eliminate this defect in the Constitution, because the Supreme Court is a disservice to the Constitution.
Look, in terms of the division of responsibilities, the legislature passes the laws, the executive enforces them, the judiciary interprets them.
That's all appropriate.

And I'll repost that in the comments so people can read some interesting information about how the quote selection process actually goes.
And you get somebody in there that's just nothing but a How would you classify it?
You know, a showman that's pretending to be president and all he wants to do is delegate power and then anybody that he's delegated to make his selections for him is absolutely impeccable and so he has no discernment about anything to do with history or science or even current events and personnel.
So the man was a complete failure on so many multiple fronts it's ridiculous.
The only upside is that he was better than Hillary would have been,
but that's not saying much and he was better than oh Biden has been, but that's not saying much. Now the
problem is when you vote for the lesser of two evils you always end up getting the
evil of two lessers.
Meanwhile we Americans are now in a cold civil war.
Despite Joe Biden's promise of unity during his 2020 presidential campaign, his administration has failed to unify the people.
On the contrary, his divisive rhetoric means Americans are more polarized than ever, and I'll say that's been grossly exacerbated by his brazen but falsehood-laden attack upon Donald Trump of yesterday.
I would argue America has already fallen into what might be termed a cold civil war following the 2020 election.
We the people just do not see eye to eye on significant issues.
It doesn't help.
Many were thrown at us all at once, beginning with COVID.
Since the first lockdown, it pummeled our economy.
Americans have been at fierce odds with each other over almost everything.
We vehemently disagree over vaccines, vaccine cards, mandates, and masks.
Biden isn't exactly trying to douse the flames.
In February, he demanded COVID vaccine compliance for all federal workers.
Then in September, he shocked America with his comment that his patience is wearing thin with the millions who don't want the shot.
It was a bizarre statement from a U.S.
president, especially since Americans, including those who chose not to be vaccinated, are the people for whom he works.
In late December, echoing his dark winter remarks, he addressed American people in two separate categories, the vaccinated and the unvaccinated.
We are looking at a winter of severe illness and death for the unvaccinated.
For themselves, their families, and the hospitals they'll soon overwhelm, he said.
When it turns out that it's the Vaxxed who are overwhelming the possible and dying and suffering major defects because of the Vaxxed.
Attempting to coerce a population by using fear and intimidation is not typical behavior for an American president.
Those who voted for him may not see it.
Those who did not undoubtedly feel even more disenfranchised.
Yet, while the Biden administration remains laser focused on all things COVID, The leading cause of death in the U.S.
for those between the ages of 18 and 45 is fentanyl overdose.
The drug is flowing into the country as a result of the crisis at our southern border, which has been disastrous for both America and Mexico, but highly profitable for drug cartels and human traffickers.
This is a grim fact we can't ignore, setting the back prop for the insecurity and chaos hurting our communities.

How could we possibly understand each other under these conditions?
But our right-versus-left feud is not simply about politics and a failing economy or who did or didn't get a vax.
It's not about race or gender either.
If that were all, we'd actually be okay.
But we have a greater hurdle before us.
At the root are our opposing beliefs about our fundamental rights and bodily autonomy, how we should raise and teach our children in a place of God and religion in our institutions and in our culture.
There are those of us who want to keep the same country that was founded on Judeo-Christian principles and those who want a secular America.
A second civil war is not likely, but physical battle isn't always worse than having a country so ideologically opposed we can't stand to live together.
We aren't one nation but two, forced by circumstance to share land and resources.
Those are certainly not the ingredients that make a nation great.
We need some Patrick to hold us together so we can unite over a shared history and hope for the future.
What Americans have instead is class warfare agitated by a few elites at the top, including traitorous American politicians and billionaires who relish taking advantage of our strife, known very well on conflicts I mentioned already.

Vaccines kill people in three phases, taking as long as a decade for the vaccine-induced cancer deaths to play out.
For example, here you see short-term, zero to 30 days, Blood clots, thrombosis, myocarditis, strokes, heart attacks, spontaneous abortions, pulmonary embolism, anaphylactic shock, medium term, one year, one month to 12 months, vaccine-induced immunodeficiency, antibody-dependent enhancement.
Autoimmune reaction, prion-like neurological destruction, heart failure, long-term 1-10 years, spike protein-induced chromosomal damage, cancer, severe immunodeficiency, fatal autoimmune disorders, suppressed DNA repair mechanism, infertility, reproductive disorders, Myocarditis alone is fatal in 56% of patients in less than five years.
Giant cell myocarditis causes more than 80% mortality in five years.
That's what's going on.
Microblood clotting is an early sign of vascular damage and heart damage.
Those receiving the vaccines are often diagnosed with myocarditis, which has a 56% fatality rate over five years.
A study published by the American Heart Association and then censored by Big Tech found that mRNA COVID vaccine greatly increased the risk of vascular inflammation and thereafter heart attacks and other vascular events.
The risk of heart attack alone increased by 127% in a group of 500 patients.
The core problem he's seen is microscopic clots in his patient's tiniest capillary, blood clots occurring at a capillary level that's never been seen before.
This is not a rare disease.
This is an absolutely new phenomenon.
He emphasized these micro-clots are too small to show up on CT scans, mRNA, and other conventional tests.
They can only be detected using the d-dimmer blood test, a standard that indicates whether blood clots are being actively formed somewhere in a body's system.
He found 62% of his patients injected with mRNA were positive or clotting, not a tiny fraction that could be easily dismissed.
Through simple math, if we take 62% of COVID vaccinated, we show micro blood clots leading to myocarditis multiplied by the known myocardia's 56 fatality rate over five years.
That means 36% of mRNA vaccine takers will be dead in five years.
This only begins to tell the story.
We also know once mRNA vaccines start producing spike proteins in a person's body, some percentage enter the cell nuclei and achieve about 90% suppression of our immune system capacity.
We find all this damage being thoroughly documented in multiple studies again and again and again.
Suppression of the autoimmune system exhibits a dose-dependent response to the presence of spike proteins, meaning spike proteins in the cell cause a suppression of chromosomal repair mechanisms, leading to a loss of genetic integrity over time.
In effect, people will become mutants because they can no longer maintain genetic integrity due to the spike protein suppression of the repair mechanism.
We're already seeing reports of alarming increases in cancers among the vaccinated.
It goes on and on and on.
In a normal year, there are around 600,000 cancer deaths in the U.S., with the spike protein suppressing by 90%.
Doctors already reporting a 2,000% increase in one type.
It's clear that cancer deaths are going to substantially increase in the coming years due to the COVID vaccines.
Provided an additional clue, we have more recently reported the shocking interview with Scott Davidson, CEO of One America, a life insurance company that all-cause mortality is up 40% among their life insurance policyholders, persons age 18 to 64, the highest death rate we have seen in the history of this business, and not just at One America.
This is based on third quarter data.
The numbers for the fourth quarter are going to be much, much worse.
Confirmed by official government data from the UK, we estimate by the time of the first quarter 2022 data are available, we'll see up to a 60% increase in all-cause mortality and additional 4,600 deaths per day.
deaths per day, that's nearly 1.7 million per year, with a 400% increase in cancer deaths
started in 2022.
One more factor to consider is the astonishing research by Drs.
McNary and Burkhardt.
Although the sample size was small, it showed 93% of those who died after being vaccinated were in fact killed by the vaccine.
The coroner or the public doesn't associate the vaccine as the cause of death in any of these cases.
However, further examination revealed the vaccine was implicated in the death of 14 of the 15.
The most attacked organ was the heart in all of those who died, but other organs were attacked as well.
The implications are potentially enormous, resulting in millions of deaths.
The vaccine should be halted immediately.
Importantly, they explain, the autopsies show that people were killed by killer lyphocytes attacking their own organs, such as the heart and lungs.
In other words, the mRNA COVID vaccine caused the body's own immune system to start growing lyphocyte tissues in places it doesn't belong, such as the heart and other organs.
Essentially, they reveal far more people are now dying from the vaccine than die from natural causes.
It's not unreasonable to imagine over the next few years, as cancer tumors and lymphocytes attacks accelerate, we should start to see daily deaths in America exceeding 16 or even 30,000 as the post-COVID vaccine deaths accelerate.
Based on cancer deaths, myocarditis deaths, autoimmune deaths, heart attack deaths, increased risk of stroke, neurological disorders, and organ failure, we can conservatively conclude one-third of those who took mRNA vaccine will be dead over the next 10 years.
One-third will be injured or debilitated and unlikely to be capable of participating in society in a meaningful way.
One-third will be relatively unaffected.
Interestingly, this appears to coincide with a statistical analysis of COVID VAT lock numbers, where roughly one-third of the lots are associated with heart attacks and death, another third with injuries but not death, and a final third appears to be harmless.
Again, these are rough numbers.
30 million per day are being vaccinated around the world.
If one-third are set on a path to die, about 10 million people are being sentenced to death.
Each day, these vaccines continue.
Statistically, here are the odds of evading a kill shot if a person continues to take more injections.
First injection, 66.6% chance of evading.
Second, 44.4% chance.
Third, 29.5% chance.
of 18 second 44.4% chance third 29.5 chance for 19.7 chance.
Fifth 13.16 In other words, if the governments of the world can coerce people into taking six shots, they can kill over 90% of the world's population, given that one-third are kill shots and assuming a 100% kill rate over time.

It means each day, either we stop earlier, we stop the Holocaust, we're potentially saving 10 million lives for each day earlier.

The important question becomes, can human civilization remain intact if we lose over 50% of the population?

A condition presuming the person may have outbursts and perhaps even be dangerous and took away his phone access.
Dr. Negose was concerned the hospital might have given him Abilify, a medicine often used to treat mental and mood disorders that should not be given to elderly patients.
In addition, He was concerned because he was abnormally slurring his words, a common side effect of the powerful anti-psychotic medication.

They often claimed the dissident had mental issues, would lock them up in asylums, keep them drugged, and eventually they would die.
How is this any different?

So, you got to wonder about the genetic aspect of that, and also there's a Dramatic increase in miscarriages everywhere that there's a dramatic increase in the injections so we know that things are fertility interfering drugs and should not be used at all so you know and then as far as the Navy SEALs good for them there's plenty of court decisions so we're hearing oral arguments in front of the nine clowns on the SCOTUS court today and we were hoping to get some kind of a
You know, tea leaf reading of which way they're going to go but apparently at this point it's still up in the air and who knows when we're going to ruling out of those clowns as far as the two things that they're hearing today are the OSHA mandates and the Medicare mandates for health care workers in Medicaid funded facilities and so if they overturn those two mandates and they do You know, what Gorsuch said is send it back to the legislature.
They've had a year to draft a policy as far as mandates and vaccination programs, and they haven't done it.
So that's where the responsibility lies.
It doesn't rely with five of the judges on the court.
We need to send it back over to Congress and say, do your damn job.

The border between Kazakhstan and Russia is enormous.
The boundary between Kazakhstan and China is also large.
This appears to be an extremely aggressive move by NATO to repeat its success in Ukraine.

Well, anybody that hasn't been paying attention, you need to go to Wiki and look up color revolutions.
The CIA has staged dozens and dozens, probably 100, revolutions worldwide since World War II.
And some of them are called color revolutions.
And I'm just going to go through a short list of the color revolutions of the former areas
that were in the Soviet Union.
And that would be the Rose Revolution in Georgia in November, 2003, the Orange Revolution in the Ukraine
in November, 2004.
Again, they had a Maiden Revolution in Ukraine in 2013.
They had the Tulip Revolution in Kyrgyzstan in February of 2005,
the Jeans Revolution in Belarus in 2006, the Grape Revolution in Moldovia in April of 2009,
Melon Revolution again in Kyrgyzstan in April of 2010, the Snow Revolution in Russia in December of 2011,
The Slipper in Belarus in May of 2020.
There's a great article at Veterans Today called Crisis in Kazakhstan.
And what they describe in that article is that over the last 30 years, Kazakhstan has had a pretty stable population.
They have about a 5% Russian population from the time that they were a Russian colony.
Everybody's, you know, pretty compatible, low crime.
You know, the normal amount of political corruption, but it was bearable.
But what they did is that they cut a deal with the New World Order to make that
the regional headquarters for the Belt and Road Initiative.
And so they built up their capital with all kinds of satanic buildings
and monoliths and statues.
It's a bizarre place.
Go Google the capital of Kazakhstan and look at the building and the architecture.
And so they were positioning themselves to be top of the pyramid.
And in order to do that, they allowed themselves to be infiltrated
by 16,000 non-governmental individuals.
So the NGOs are over 16,000 and they're all highly trained and skilled with weapons.
And they're the ones that are pulling this thing off.
And so Russia's going in there to try to reestablish order.
Not that what the order that was there was perfect, but this is just another pressure point
that's on Russia's border the same as Ukraine.
And so they're just starting as many brush fires and same thing with Belarus and bringing in the Syrians and running them across the border into Poland.
Anything you can do to agitate the border regions between Russia and NATO is what these SOBs are up to.
You know, it's the same nefarious characters that are constantly playing the great game and trying to pit mankind against each other and trying to create wars everywhere.
And God help us get rid of these people, please.

Let me add that the role of those who are in positions where they ought to be speaking out against the government mandates and so forth has been severely compromised.
One I know who's a medical ethicist at NYU By the name of Arthur Kaplan, I've known for decades, when he and I were both on the faculty of the University of Minnesota, he on the Twin Cities campus, I on the Duluth, has given a public interview in which he declares that those who are unvaccinated should be denied health insurance.
Think about it.
This is a coercive act to force those who are unvaccinated to take a vaccine that is almost certainly going to bring about their disability or their death.
And you have a medical ethicist claiming that this is the right thing to do?
This is so corrupt.
I've written to the administration of NYU pointing all this out.
Asking for a review of his performance here, because he's not only grossly violating his role, but even the conditions of the Nuremberg Code, because he's not giving both sides.
He's not explaining the risks that are attendant to taking the vaccine, or why individuals should have the right to decline.
Under the Nuremberg Code.
In other words, he's abdicated his role as a medical ethicist.
This is just insane.
And to my surprise, when I copied him on my initial letter to the administration and said I'd be glad to provide substantial and detailed proof by request, he just wrote back and said, freedom of speech.
So I used the occasion to write back and lay out about 10 elements of proof, including the hockey stick increase in the vaccines, the vast range of the vaccines, the matrix, which the decision making, where if you believe it's safe, you're going to go ahead.
But if you realize it's not, you're running the risk of death and devastation.
And then he replied again, saying this is nonsense.
So I wrote back with even further proof that the pandemic was fake, but that the vaccines are real and lethal.
I would not have done that had he not been further productive.
He seems to have forgotten the adage that if you're in a hole, stop digging.
I hope that his conduct will be reviewed.
In my judgment, he either does not know enough of the facts to be speaking out because he doesn't know what he's talking about literally, or if he knows the facts, then he's abdicating his responsibility to be truthful in promoting ethical behavior And speaking out against the vaccines.
Either way, he's disqualified from holding his position at NYU.
I'll report back on what more develops from this story, but I find it outrageous.
