	This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, delighted to be joined today by Joe Olson in Houston and by Carl Herman in San Ramon, California.
	We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.

	As COVID-19 infections remain high at home and around the world, scientists have found that the virus is being spread not only by coughs, but also by people talking to each other.
	Studies show that consonants project the virus for much greater distances than vowels, and certain consonants, the so-called plosive sounds, are worst of all.
	Each time a person makes the sound p, or kuh, they can project the virus up to three times
	further than when they use softer consonants such as fuh.
	That's a high school project, I found that out.
	Based on this new evidence, the government is introducing new rules in stages to make
	people's speech less dangerous and slow the spread of COVID-19.
	I knew this was coming.
	Announcing the new rules, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said, during the first stage
	or tier one, the consonant puh will be banned and must always be replaced with the softer
	sound fuh.
	Anyone speaking to other feefle in a public place will have to stop using the flosive
	sound.
	Failure to do so could lead to a fine or even prison.
	The whole population, even members of Parliament, will all have to play their part in this.
	After a period of a few weeks, we will move to Tier 2.
	Tier 1 rules will continue to apply.
	In addition, the sound t will be banned, and must be replaced by the sound n. Although this may cause some initial confusion, for example, niches in schools will face challenges when niching the Nendyme's navel, we are confident any problems will be temporary, and measures under near-new will help nearn the night of this pandemic.
	After a further brief period, we will bring in Nia 3.
	The rules under Nia's 1 and Nu will continue, with the addition of the sound K being banned, to be replaced by L. We have considered these measures carefully, in line with recommendations from professors at Lanebridge University.

	No way a Democrat president can be reelected or elected with numbers that low in that demographic.
	He goes on to explain how the party believe they are the party of oppressed minorities and are the only ones who can protect them from the evil white racists.

	It's a party of the entitled white liberals, pretty much only entitled white liberals.
	Democrat donors live in Aspen and Martha's Vineyard in Bel-Air.
	Democrat voters live in Brooklyn and Chevy Chase, in Newton, Massachusetts, Boulder, Colorado.
	Increasingly, those are the only places they live.
	Tucker described the Democrat Party as a lady at an airport having a meltdown, screaming at you to put a mask on.

	Your job is to be afraid.
	Unfortunately, many people are afraid.
	They haven't had time because they're so afraid to check the numbers and discover that as an epidemiological matter, this is all completely insane.
	Far more Americans have died this month from choking on entrees than have died from Omicron.
	That is factually true.
	The CDC can confirm it for you.
	Tucker explained how Biden's attempting to cancel Christmas for those who have chosen not to get the vaccine.

	I know some Americans are wondering if you can safely celebrate the holidays with family and friends.
	The answer is yes, you can.
	If you and those you celebrate with are vaccinated, particularly if you've got your booster, if you're vaccinated and follow the precautions that we all know well, you should feel comfortable celebrating Christmas and the holidays as you plan.

	If you've had at least three Joe Biden approved vaccine injections, you can celebrate Christmas.

	He supported the two big to fail banks, which have now successfully achieved the economic status of 1% of the world's population now own more assets than the bottom 99%.

	Title 21, which governs the FDA, Is crystal clear, if you have any experimental medical products, masks, injections, tests, the people have the right to accept or decline at their will following the World War II disclosure and the Nuremberg trial disclosure that forever settled that question.
	Experimental medicine is optional.

	Meanwhile, Merrick Garland announces a predictable fate of thousands of federal inmates who are freed due to COVID.
	Justice Department says prisoners on home confinement due to COVID can remain home.
	In other words, they're being freed.
	Merrick Garland said Tuesday thousands of federal inmates released due to COVID concerns will not have to return to prison.
	The move is a reversal of an order by the Trump administration in January.
	It'll affect approximately 5,000 convicts who are now free to continue their life of crime.
	Thousands on home confinement have reconnected with their families, found gainful employment, followed the rules Garland proclaimed, will exercise our authority so those who have made rehabilitative progress and complied with the conditions of home confinement in the interest of justice should be given an opportunity to continue transitioning back to society.
	And are not unnecessarily returned to prison to fulfill the punishment that was issued upon them by courts.
	Statement by Garland, just outrageous.
	Earlier, he met with several inmates to hear about their experiences.
	The DOJ ruling reinterprets the language contained in the CARES Act and allowed prisoners to be transferred to home confinement, according to the New York Post.
	They were selected for release based on a number of factors, including vulnerability to the virus and conduct behind bars.
	Sex offenders were not considered for release.
	The DOJ's 15-page memo stated the bill was most reasonably interpreted to give the Bureau of Prisons discretion over which inmates return and which leave-at-home confinement At the end of the emergency, the VOB's interpretation avoids requiring the agency to disrupt the community connections that prisoners have developed in aid of their eventual re-entry.
	It allows the agency to use their expertise to recall prisoners only when penologically justified and avoids a blanket one-size-fits-all policy.
	Clearly, the effect of the progressive wing of the Democratic Party that doesn't believe in prisons, doesn't believe in bail, doesn't even believe there's such a thing as crime.
	More than 35,000 inmates were transferred to house arrest under the CARES Act.
	Many have been released after completing their sentences.
	Several hundred who reoffended were sent back, but nearly 5,000 remain at home under the program.
	Attorney General Garland is ordered a re-examination of the ruling as prison reform advocates have lobbied the White House for a more flexible approach to home confinement.
	This is excellent news for thousands of people and their families to get before the holidays.

	We hope clemency remains on the table for those who no longer warrant home confinement.
	But for now, today's decision will ease a lot of concerns and fears.

	Yeah, well, it's amazing that Maryland Garlic still has, at this point, apparently 700 people in jail as insurrectionists that he's not releasing, most of whom have nothing more than a misdemeanor trespass charge.
	And if you follow Revolver News, They said that these domestic terrorists extended the dragnet out to where the fence lines were at the Capitol, which were removed by a guy named Ray Epps and a team of saboteurs who are still unarrested and unpunished, who actually motivated the crowd, removed the fencing,
	And then told everybody to wave forward and they're the ones that were assaulting the police and none of those people are being arrested because they are what's called agent provocateurs.
	They were sent in by the FBI in order to instigate a fake riot that Nancy Pelosi had already stage set and told the Capitol Police to stand down and the National Guard to stand down so that they could create the incident that they needed the theater for January 6th. Absolute
	insanity. A year later, here we are, these people still facing this horrible confinement and
	they're not getting a break.

	So with the prisoner release situation, we have, as we usually have, a paradox of different ideas which go together, even though they seem that they don't.
	So first, I'd like to say that the prison system is as corrupt as every other system in our federal government, and that the most Striking characteristic when I take a look at the prison system, especially in coordination and conversations with my students, my high school students, who many have relatives and friends in prison, is that this is a slave labor operation for privately controlled prisons now.
	They cut deals with the inmates where The warden of this privately owned prison will invite a company in, let's just say it's Levi's, I don't know, that's what they do, but they say to the inmates, all right, so here's the deal, 20 hours a week you're going to work at the factory, we're going to pay you 20 cents an hour, so that's four bucks a week, but you do that,
	You maximize our prison profits and then you'll get out with the minimum sentencing and that is the the system that we have now on the other side.
	These people were intentionally kept out onto the streets with catch and release programs so that they could inflict the maximum damage on the targeted Antifa areas to destroy Small businesses.
	And then you have the whole conclusion of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, where if you have Americans in coordinated defense of their families' businesses so that they're not burned to the ground, an attempt to demonize those people so that you would have this anarchy and forced surrender of wherever Antifa would attack.

	Meanwhile, Senate Democrats briefed on possible rules changes to get rid of the filibuster.
	They're trying to legislate as if they had a sweeping mandate to pass major society-changing legislation, when they do not.
	They have the smallest of majorities in the House, tied 50-50 in the Senate.
	Having to rely on the VP to cast tie-breaking votes is no mandate.
	During a closed-door caucus, Marty Pallone, former Secretary of the Democrat Conference and parliamentary rules expert, briefed a group of Democrat senators about how to get rid of the filibuster.
	They want to, so they can pass their wildly unpopular agenda with only a 51-vote majority, All the plans and closed-door luncheons in the world, however, won't make a bit of difference if they can't get all 50 Democrats to sign on to the rule changes.
	Over the weekend, Joe Manchin monkey-wrenched the Democrat scheme completely, announcing he would not vote for the massive Build Back Better welfare spending bill.
	He's again urged he could not support adding trillions and spending at a time when inflation is at a 40-year all-time high.
	It was met with outrage from the American corporate news, Democrat lawmakers, and the White House, most conceding that Manchin's opposition will effectively kill the Biden agenda.
	Meanwhile, Manchin and Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema continue to remain steadfastly opposed to getting rid of the filibuster.
	So what's the point of Democrats holding these briefings?
	To change every rule would require — any rule would require every Democrat senator to vote in favor of the change, which is highly unlikely.
	Meanwhile, we have a report citing a major failure in the prosecutor's office over the handling of the Jussie Smollett case.
	Surprise, surprise.
	Cook County Special Prosecutor Dan Webb released a report concluding That Kim Foxx abused her position and discretion.
	There were operational failures.
	They found Smollett, the jury found Smollett guilty of lying to the police.
	The new report details findings of an investigation as to why Foxx's office dropped all charges against Smollett.
	Webb said Foxx and her office made False and or misleading statements about the decision to leave Smollett with just 15 hours of community service and a $10,000 fee as punishment.
	Website prosecutors at the time believed the case was strong.
	In fact, it was ironclad, and it would be a breach of standard policy to drop it.
	His report also found issues with the way the state's attorney's office characterized the decision that Fox had made false or misleading statements about her communication with Smollett's sister actress, Jern-Lee Smollett.
	Fox reportedly had three phone calls with her after her brother was under investigation.
	She claimed the contacts were made when she thought Smollett was a victim of a hate crime, but Ed had recused herself from the investigation shortly after false reports came out suggesting she was related to Smollett, but Webb said her entire office should have referred the case to a special prosecutor.
	We respectfully disagree with the finding of abuse of discretion, according to the Cook County State's Attorney's Office.
	A prosecutor's discretion is as broad as any in the law, and differences of opinion as to how the case was handled do not signify an abuse of discretion.
	This is completely absurd.
	The abuse was obviously grotesque, and they're fighting it down to the very last minute.

	Cornell abruptly shut down all campus activities Tuesday and moved final exams online after more than 700 students tested positive.
	Hours later, Princeton moved its exams online, urged students to leave campus at their earliest convenience.
	Wednesday, NYU canceled all non-academic events and encouraged professors to move finals online.
	Then comes the punchline.
	Cornell, Princeton, and NYU all report student vaccination rates of more than 98%.
	Earlier, Biden told the nation the vaccinated were losing patience with the unvaccinated, the implication being the unvaccinated were spoiling the works by spreading infection.
	He also promised if you got vaccinated, you would not get COVID.
	The man really did say it.
	What the vaccine fiasco at these universities shows is that even 100% vaccination does not prevent surges and outbreaks, nor does it promote herd immunity.
	One thing has been clear for some time now, the vaccinator is infected as easily as the unvaccinated, if not more.
	Omicron seems to target the vaccinated, especially as many highly vaccinated countries and regions have been experiencing widespread COVID surges.
	Alex Berenson recently posted an eye-popping chart from Ontario showing the vaccinated are contracting Omicron at more than three times the rate of the unvaccinated.
	In light of this, it's clearly not rational for the vaccinated to fear the unvaccinated.
	To paraphrase FDR, the only thing the vaccinated have to fear is the virus itself.
	Meanwhile, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and other banks are temporarily closing hundreds of branches This week, Bank of America JPMorgan Chase, tight-lipped about how widespread the temporary closures are, declined to provide national numbers.
	I find that very troubling.
	They're reluctant to talk and fueling concerns about the fate of many branches as they scale back costly brick-and-mortar locations.
	A spot review of Bank of America's branch locator this morning found 20 branches across the area temporarily closed, including several locations near city centers.
	In a few instances, Bank of America indicates that some temporarily closed financial centers will permanently shutter.
	Bank of America has 59 local branches.
	Nationally, Wells Fargo says it got about 4,800 branches.
	94% are opening, suggesting about 288 are temporarily closed and likely to become permanent.
	Our temporarily closed location will resume operation as soon as possible.

	Our temporary financial center closures have occurred in areas where we've seen fewer visits or where our staffing is not sufficient to remain open.

	And again, I read about 250 pages of those affidavits of those highlights of the evidence that the American people were denied to be able to see, and my favorite, in Pennsylvania.
	So, when at 3 a.m., when the counting stopped, and then when it resumed, You had one so-called batch of votes where you had 600,000 votes for Biden compared to 3,000 votes for Trump.
	A 200 to 1 ratio.
	As also a credentialed math teacher, I can calculate those odds.
	The odds that that actually happened are A number with like 60 zeros behind it.
	So big, I don't even remember how to say it, but it's more likely that any of us would win three consecutive lotteries than it is true that those election results were fair.
	I do recommend that people arm themselves with at least one area, but I'd recommend three.
	Where you can walk people through to explain, document, and prove these deep state crimes.
	Because really our choice and the value of this is we can either go forward in this Star Trek-like future, which is very attractive to me, that has my vote, or we can keep going in this 1984 dystopia.
