And welcome, folks, to Truth vs. News Incorporated.
I'm Donald Reiner, producer at jd.consultantsatlive.com, and this is the month of December, the fifth day of December.
Just 20 more days until Christmas.
Wow, years going by fast, and we're so pleased to have our panel back.
Actually, we have a modified panel today, and we have a special guest returning.
First, we have, of course, Jim Fetzer, the most dangerous mind in America, who's really profound in his And it's productions and things.
So then we have Holly Schilliger.
She's just a great, very strong reporter for decades and for decades or more.
She knows a lot.
And returning today is David Kinney.
He used to be on our show and he was spot on.
These two people are going to compete to see who knows the most, but I think they both have got it together.
And then Scott Bennett will be coming in by cameo.
He's on assignment.
So Jim, I guess let's just start off the show.
I think it's a good time to start off with our mission statement.

Just to show how much they're a threat, we have the unelected EU president calling for forced inoculations.
The UK, Australia, the US are developing their own plans for forced injections.
This is completely outrageous in my judgment.
The EU must consider mandatory vaccination in response to the spread of the highly contagious Omicron variant across Europe, the European Commissioner President had said.
Everything I can piece together says Omicron is very mild.
It's hardly shown up anywhere.
This is quite ridiculous.
Seeking a rationale to violate the rights of human beings.
Ursula von der Leyen said the EU's 27-member state should rapidly deploy booster doses at a Commission communique.
Back countries opting to temporarily enforce pre-travel PCR tests even within the bloc's borders.
She appears to me to be a Rothschild shill.
I'm not surprised her reach is so vast, her power so great.
They control the American Medical Association, the CDC, the FDA, even many elements, of course, most of the news, including the Reuters and the AP, which Rothschild's own.
How can we encourage and potentially think about mandatory vaccinations within the EU?
This needs discussion.
This needs a common approach.
There's a growing momentum behind mandatory vaccination among the member states.
Absolutely outrageous.
Here we have the number of cases that are reported in the last two weeks, total number of deaths.
You can bet that the numbers are minimal because the average system only reports 1%.
So for most of the numbers, you can add quite a couple of zeros behind it.
Von der Leyen's Pfizer and Moderna were set to deliver more doses by the end of March.
That's good news.
So go get it.
She said the world is in a race against time.
The onus has to be on getting jabs into arms now.
The Greek Prime Minister defended his government's decision to impose a monthly fine on citizens age 60 and over who refuse to get vaccinated.
How bad is that?
Compulsory vaccination already has the approval of the Council of State, he told MPs, referring to the nation's highest administrative court.
Greece, the first EU member to target a specific age group.
Nine out of ten Greeks who die are over 60 years of age, noting more than a half a million resisted vaccination, but of course, nine out of ten Greeks who die with or without coronavirus are over 60 years of age, so he's ignoring the fact that the virus doesn't seem to be making a causal difference.
David, your thoughts?

You know, the Constitution, before we jump into the United States view, we have to take a view of the Nuremberg, the laws of Nuremberg that came out, and the thing to me is that You know, I really abide by scripture where your body is a temple and it's a place where the Holy Spirit indwells, and I think that that says it all right there.
I think no state, no federal government, no state government, no local government has the right to invade your precious body.
It does not have the right to penetrate your body with a needle, to inject into you an unknown serum, To expose you to risks to which you do not want to be exposed.
And this whole drive by, I'll call it Big Tech, Big Ed, Big Government, Big Box, it's all a big scam on everyone in an attempt to vaccinate them, which is with something that is not even a vaccine.
Over the last couple of months, I've done extensive research regarding the history of the coronavirus, starting in about the year 2000, and I followed A chronology that I put together studying the Wuhan, the book Wuhan, what really happened in Wuhan.
And I exhibit date, I applied exhibit date description, went through the litany of events, when they happened, what occurred.
And then I stumbled upon Dr. David Martin's work.
Yeah.
Where he has put together the patents that have been issued with respect to coronavirus.
And what I did was I compared the patents on the one hand with the chronology of the study of the evolution of coronavirus.
And I've come to a shocking and concerning bit of truth, which is this is all big tech.
central bank, big government, it's everything.
It's as bad as it gets.
And it is a totalitarian regime that is starting and it's getting worse and worse and worse.
When I saw a video yesterday of an unvaccinated woman, mother mind you, having her three or four month old baby
ripped from her arms and taken by agents of the state, I was not not only distressed, I was shocked and I was infuriated.
Now what's going on in Australia is reprehensible and I think the people of the United States of America have an obligation to help Australia.
So you know the direction the EU is going is just ludicrous to me.
And it's just a rampant, offensive attack on human beings.
And I don't care where you are in the world.
I mean, you can go from down in Botswana, South Africa, up to Tanzania.
You can go over to China, Vietnam.
You can go to the United States and go to South America.
There is a, it has been an intentional release of a pathogen and we're all being subjected to two things.
One, misinformation and two, inoculation.
And I think it's just horrible.
David, I think you're spot on.
I'd put the Rothschilds as the overarching entity controlling this all, but the points you're making about the patents in relation to the chronology are stunning and devastating.
Paula, your thoughts?
Well I think we are finally starting to piece all of this together and it has been a big puzzle that we've been looking at as we as in people within the quote-unquote truth community or whatever you want to say alternative media and then people all around the world and obviously my heart goes out to people In Europe and in Australia right now, and I saw a video recently, Candace Owen said somewhat facetiously, but I think she's right in a lot of ways.
She's saying, when are we going to come help and liberate our Australian brothers and sisters?
Because they're at the point where it is full-on tyranny over there.
And we knew, of course, that was also the purpose of the EU.
They were set up to consolidate.
They told us the monetary system to streamline currencies across Europe, but we knew that it was part of this bigger hand of power to consolidate all the governments of Europe and to put in this one world sort of system where one state, one One nation could not really fight another.
They had to all march into this tyranny together as the European Union.
So we knew that that was part of their starting with the monetary system and then streamlining currencies.
And I think that's basically the point that we see now with the Vax Passport that they're talking
about the mandatory jabs, part of the biometric tracking system tied in
with the social credit score, which has all been laid out
by the World Economic Forum and others.
So they want real-time tracking of people.
And if they can use health and protection and safety as their means to do so,
that's the easiest way that they can basically do people into this real-time tracking system
that they need for their basically cryptocurrencies and the global tracking system.
And of course, Meyer Schell Rothschild very famously said, give me control of the nation's money supply and I care who not makes the laws.
So I think this is primarily tied in with the monetary system.
This is the money behind all of this.
They couldn't make such a Huge overreaching of Vax Passport and roll all this out without a tremendous money and control and consent from the government.
So I think that's also why they're going after the Constitution in schools and basically demonizing any sort of American history because it was based on life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, and pursuit of the individual.
And that's why it's being removed from schools.
Those are such excellent points, Holly, and Dave's observations about the violation of the Nuremberg Code, which seems to have been just dumped on the trash heap.
And the fact that big tech is colluding here with what I take to be the raw child enterprise.
And once all of our money is digital, we are reduced to a permanent status of slavery, because if we misbehave, they can cut us off.

I just wanted to add a point to what David We're talking about Africa in places.
And you know why the middle Africa, main body of Africa, has so very few cases of COVID?
It's because they are taking malaria therapeutics to stop malaria.
And that therapeutics is helping with that.
So therapeutics is a good thing for helping against this.
You don't need a shot.
There's other alternatives that are better, milder, and less drastic.
Yes, of course, that's why they've had to demonize HCQ and Ivermectin, because if they were available, then you're not entitled to have an emergency use authorization.
Meanwhile, in a positive development, the Sixth Circuit Court has ruled against the Biden administration over the OSHA vaccine mandate.
They've denied the government's motion and have rejected the White House bid to dissolve a stay on the mandate.
Delivering a blow to the administration effort to press ahead, the Sixth Circuit Court on December 3rd denied the government's motion to transfer the case to the Fifth Circuit and the D.C.
Circuit.
OSHA on November 5th had published its emergency temporary standard where unvaccinated workers would also have to wear masks inside the workplace.
This is after the OSHA rule was published, it triggered a torrent of lawsuits.
On November 12th, the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay.
Other legal challenges were rolled into one in the Ohio Basic Circuit.
11 of 16 judges, of whom are Republican appointees, were selected via a lottery.
I think the American people were lucky.
The Biden administration filed a motion to lift the Fifth Circuit stay, but the Sixth Circuit court ruling denied both requests.
This is very, very good.
The Fifth Circuit had described the OSHA rule as fatally flawed.
The mandate would likely be declared unconstitutional.
I believe there is no doubt about it.
Eager to have David's opinion.
They were trying to claim that it would be saving lives, but in fact the opposite is the case.
The more vaccines, the more dead.
It's the vaccinated who are providing, increasing the death rolls these days.
Meanwhile, The majority of the American people see through it all.
Most voters say the federal government does not have the authority to mandate coronavirus.
The survey asks if federal courts have ruled against Biden's policy of making it mandatory.
Should the government have the power to do that?
57% said no.
Thirty-five, yes.
Eight, unsure.
A vast majority of Republicans, 81 percent, government does not have that power.
Sixty-three percent of independents agree.
Most Democrats, however, 59 percent, believe the government does have that power.
The survey was taken December 1st and 2nd, where we know Biden had announced his effort to use OSHA.
OSHA's website currently states, on November 12th, the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA's COVID-19 vaccine and testing standard The court ordered OSHA to take no steps to implement or enforce.
OSHA maintains confidence in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, but has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS, which shows that OSHA is Following the law, but I have my doubts about the Biden administration, which seems as though it could care less.
I'm reminded of W's observation of the Constitution, and that was just a goddamn piece of paper.
David, your thoughts?
Yeah, who needs authority when you got power?
If you got the power, go ahead.
David?
Well, you know, the Looking at it just from a simple starting point under the Code of Federal Regulations, 21 CFR section 5024 at sequitur spells out the rules and regulations governing illegal clinical trials.
In under 21 CFR 5024, it says, it is unlawful to conduct medical research, even in the case of emergency, without a series of steps taken to a establish the research with a duly authorized and independent institutional review board.
B, secure informed consent of all participants, including a statement of risk and benefits, and C, engage in consultation with the community in which the study is to be conducted.
That's just basic code of federal regulations.
And, you know, what we've seen is that this, there is no, to my knowledge, there is no independent institutional review board.
There's certainly no effort to get the informed consent of the people that are being subjected to the vaccinations.
That's right.
And there's no effort whatsoever to engage the community by by telling them the truth.
What's in the virus?
What's what's in the wait?
What's in the virus number one?
And what's in the vaccine number two?
And again, I say it's not a vaccine.
It offers temporary protection at best.
And you can see it's waning, and then we get to the new Omicron virus.
Well, we're going to get plenty of different variations, but I'm telling you that the work and the research that Dr. David Martin has done In his expose called the Fauci Dossier sets forth all of the crimes, all of the federal crimes, the factual basis for making allegations, the, for example, funding and conspiring to commit an act of terror, acts of domestic terrorism resulting in death of American citizens, lying to Congress, conspiring criminal activity,
And it just leads me to this one point, and this is a fundamental concern to me.
We have no government anywhere that is stating that it is engaged in a fundamental investigation into the origins of the coronavirus.
Right.
This is being left to the people to do.
And it's not being adopted by the government.
And I'll tell you why it's not being adopted by the government.
Because both the Chinese government and the United States government have had something to do with the creation and the spread of this virus.
Now, when we get back to the mandatory vaccinations, it's just shocking.
But we're going to continue to see government rollout.
We're going to see central bank cryptocurrency.
We're going to see digital currency.
And if we don't start taking a stand, I loved it a week or two ago when there was a gentleman in Australia who stood up and called for a national strike.
I thought that was a wonderful, wonderful call.
But we've got formidable enemies of our right to travel, our basic liberties, and our autonomy.
And we're continuing to see our civil rights eroded more and more on a daily basis.
It's time for the people of the United States to reach out, to throw these bums, pull these bums out of their offices and put in new people who will respect the Constitution and protect the people of the United States.

David, I couldn't agree more.
You know, the FDA wants until 2075 to release data about the contents of the vaccines, as though that would do us any good by then.
We'll all be dead.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yeah, I had that conversation with a family member the other day.
Someone asked me if I was going to get the booster and I said, well, I think I'm going to wait 50 years until the FDA releases the results and then I'll think about it.
So that kind of gave them pause for a minute there, which was kind of fun because I'm not going to argue with family about it at this point.
You know, I've tried, but People have pretty much chosen sides at this point, which is unfortunate, but I do feel hopeful that so many people are seeing what's going on.
The veil is being lifted, if you will, and I've encountered this at my own employment right now with the OSHA mandates and As far as, you know, you need to show your papers, or you have to cover your face all day.
So it's a continuing battle in many states.
And these, the OSHA, the mandate is, I mean, this isn't a law, it was not passed by Congress.
It's, it's, there's no teeth to this at all whatsoever.
So every single time it's gone to the court, I think it was in the Sixth Circuit most recently, it's dead on arrival.
So it's going nowhere.
And businesses need to start growing up and realizing that there's nothing holding any of this.
I mean, I guess statewide, a governor, which we know the governors could use their regulatory thugs and try to shut down a business, take away their food license or liquor license if it's a restaurant or something like that.
Try to take away federal money or state money or something like that, just as we saw with the lockdowns but in the United States of the wheels of justice move slowly so we have to keep fighting this both municipality wide.
Statewide, we need death by a million cuts.
So we need millions of lawsuits.
We need people filing as individuals, as businesses, to try to break this down as we see OSHA and the Biden administration does not have any authority to do so.
So they can use the hard power in some of these other countries, such as Europe and Australia, but they're just Basically, all they can do is try to inconvenience us to death here in the United States, because we have all these different ways, both legally and through state power, to try to break us apart.
So just quickly, I think David's absolutely right about About what strikes we should see more of that within the United States as well.
And I've heard the argument that we shouldn't do we shouldn't strike right now because of a pandemic and it will collapse the supply chain.
That's the point.
I mean, they're already the powers that be are already collapsing the supply chain.
So.
They can try to turn around and blame it on labor unions or local workers, but they're trying to get a collapse on their terms that they can put in the Great Reset, go back better in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
So people should be fighting back.
I think David's absolutely right about that.
And of course the Deputy Secretary of the Treasury recently announced that supply problems would not be solved until every American was vaxxed, clearly indicating that it's a deliberate policy of the Biden administration to manipulate, to coerce the American people into doing something that is manifestly not in their best interest.
Here you have Biden wanting to extend a mask mandate on plane stuff and testing for travels amid Omicron jitters.
Omicron, by the way, is an anagram for moronic, which fits.
This is all moronic.
It's insulting.
White House said on December 2nd Biden would announce Changes later in the day in response to the threat of the variant, both Delta and the new moronic strain.
The tighter testing timelines and added degree of public health protection, travelers will have to continue wearing masks through March 18th on planes, trains, and automobiles they'd like if they could, buses, public transport, Airports requirement due to expire on the 18th, but that's way too soon to give the American people a break from this idiocy.
Pharmacy partners are launching broad-based outreach campaigns to encourage the public to get boosters, sending millions of text calls and emails to eligible customers with info on how to schedule an appointment or walk-in for their booster shot.
Right, if we can't kill you one way, we're going to kill you another.
We have the public health tools we need to continue to fight this virus without shutting down our schools and businesses, said the White House, but they're holding that threat in the background.
Meanwhile, VAX mandates will disrupt the supply chain further, truckers warn.
They are.
Canada will require vaccines for truck drivers starting in January.
Biden's issued rules requiring truck drivers with 100 or more to be vaccinated, but I think because that's part of the OSHA, that's no longer the case.
More than two-thirds of goods traded between Canada and the U.S.
are on roads and highways.
We know there's already disruption in the supply chain.
This is going to intensify it.
Said Stephen Laskowski, President and Chief Executive of Canadian Truckers Alliance.
It estimates 10 to 40% or between 12,000 and 22,000 of Canadian truck drivers, 40% or some 16,000 U.S.
truck drivers traveling into Canada would be sidelined if the requirement begins.
This is not a trucking issue.
This is a Canada-U.S.
economic issue, adding about 70% of that $650 billion in Canadian, $507 billion in U.S.-Canadian trade moved by truck.
The U.S.
Appellate Court, we know, issued the temporary stay, but supply chain problems caused by the pandemic are contributing to inflation in both countries rising to decade-high levels.
Given the nature of our industry and makeup of our workforce could have devastating impact on the supply chain and the economy.

freight and tonnage.
David, your thoughts?
Well, first, with respect to the Biden administration, you know, In April of 2020, the Journal of the American Medical Association made an unambiguous statement, quote, face masks should not be worn by healthy individuals to protect themselves from acquiring respiratory infection because there is no evidence to suggest that face masks worn by healthy individuals are effective in preventing people from becoming ill.
Now, that just sums it up.
So, as far as the face masks are concerned, you know, it's just an ongoing crime against humanity.
You're quite correct, Don.
It's an ongoing crime against humanity.
Part of this illegal clinical trial taking place.
But the face masks, the mandate, it's Biden's way of affecting and ensuring control.
And notice, notice if you will, that this It was December of 2020 when the elections were ramping up, or December of 19 when the elections were ramping up for 20, and now it's December when they are ramping up again for 22.
So this is just Biden's administration's way of attempting, through Ron Klain and others, for attempting to lock down the United States and again go with more There's no preconditions.
of our civil liberties.
Now, we have a constitutional right to travel.
That's a constitutional right.
There's no preconditions.
People should be allowed on planes, they should be allowed on trains,
and they should be allowed to take their automobiles.
Now, when you go over to the truck drivers, that's another issue entirely.
And Dr. Fetzer, as you know, I've long been of the belief that the seeds of this overall arching attack on infrastructure begin with PPD-21.
Back on February 12, 2013, where President Obama decided to increase the integrity and try to retain the structural integrity of our massive amounts of national infrastructure.
But AB 311 in California started to extend it to Mexico.
So when we see the infrastructure in the United States expanding into Mexico, it leads to one conclusion.
That is North American Union.
And what you see happening now is if you want to cross, if you want to travel, if you want to drive your truck and you want to drive from Canada to Mexico, if you want to drive from Canada to the United States, then you've got to you've got to participate in this show showing of A vaccine passport.
You've got to participate in the reorganization of society and this is nothing more.
The Great Reset is nothing more than an effort to start the basis of the North American Union.
I've tracked this.
I'm confident of my My theory, it is a theory shared and expressed by Dr. James Corsi, I think it's Corsi, I think it's James, but Dr. Corsi in his book, The North American Union.
So this is another example of the overreach of infrastructure in light of China's ultimate Belt and Road Initiative as well.
This is all part Of the Great Reset, the introduction of worldwide infrastructure controlling the distribution of goods and services.
I think you're 100% right, David, and the open border policy essentially adopted by Biden is in furtherance, the whole Green New Deal, the destruction of U.S.
gas and oil economy.
It's going to turn the United States into a third world nation.
They're moving as rapidly as they can in that direction.
Holly, your thoughts?
Yes, well I've heard people argue that the North American Union would be great because then we could liberate the Canadians and the Mexicans and everyone else from their governments, from the Trudeau system, etc.
But we all know it would be a race to the bottom, it would be a consolidation of power.
And Americans would lose what little liberties and freedoms we still have here in the United States with the same thing as I had said with the EU.
They were so successful in putting in the EU system and look just, you know, 20 years later how far it's come as far as restricting other countries within Europe.
I wanted to mention with the Build Back Better initiative that was signed, it was, you know, thousands and thousands of pages.
We had mentioned this before, there was the passive monitoring system and the drunk driving automatic shutoffs that are supposed to be put into new vehicles starting in 2026.
So they claim it's under the guise, like I said, of drunk driving.
They don't say how they're actually going to monitor the drunk driving, if there's going to be a breathalyzer within the car.
But in reality, we know that by 2026, they're hoping to have implemented this complete Social credit and biometric tracking.
So it's going to start off as as a vaccine passport as we've discussed, and it will expand into every aspect of your life.
So it might start off as just proof of vaccination status or health status, and then same with this idea that it will be.
Oh, it's just for drunk driving.
It'll be a complete of biometric in it.
It says passive system, so it implies that it will be on in the vehicle at all times.
So how will they monitor?
Someone's health ability or a drunkenness status will be through a complete biometric tracking and real-time biometric tracking.
So that brings in all the technology, the 5G and everything else that needs to be on.
At all times and on all roads and assumingly in all of these countries within Canada and the United States so that they can monitor starting with truck drivers and then going to and probably starting on some some major highways and then expanding to all roads as well.
And of course, a proposal is really absurd.
I mean, what, are they going to cut you off in the middle of an interstate highway?
You know, who knows?
The circumstances could be dangerous, hazardous, you know, putting lives at threat.
I mean, it's just incredibly stupid, but it is an extension of control.
They want control, just as Don was observing previously.
It's got nothing to do with freedom or the law, but with control.
Get this.
The CDC admits it has no record of unvaccinated persons spreading COVID after recovering from COVID.
They have no records.
A New York attorney filed a FOIA request asking for a documented case of anyone who never received a COVID vaccine was infected, recovered, Later became affected again and transmitted COVID.
They replied, a search of our record failed to reveal any documents pertaining to your request.
The CDC Emergency Operations Center conveyed this information is not collected.
Now, once you've recovered from COVID, you're virtually immune.
You have natural immunity, which the government doesn't want to even acknowledge exists, which is insane, but because it runs against their effort to get everyone vaxxed in order to kill them.
If they exempt those who are naturally immune, then they're not in a position to give them a fatal jab.
A study of T-cells in convalescent patients, by the way, revealed natural immunity provides better protection against the virus than vaccination.
But, of course, it doesn't make far many money, so they don't talk about it.
More importantly, it doesn't contribute more names, numbers to the death toll We're in the absurd situation where they claim that those who are vaccinated need protection from those who are unvaccinated.
Hence, the protected need to be protected from the unprotected by forcing the unprotected to use a protection that didn't protect the protected.
We're in that absurd a situation.
Meanwhile, the WHO, and this is notable, says there's no evidence booster jabs would offer greater protection for the healthy.
The UK's health secretary says the country secured an additional 114 million vaccine doses for 2022 and 2023 to buy time, that everyone over the age of 18 will be offered one by the end of January.
Dr. Mike Ryan, however, head of WHO's emergency program, questioned the logic.
Right now, there's no evidence of which I am aware that would suggest boosting the entire population would provide any greater protection for otherwise healthy individuals against hospitalization and death.
He also noticed the UK was in a luxurious position of being able to offer booster shots to its entire population, given many poor countries don't even have enough vaccines to give them even one dose.
Medical authorities in the UK have also seized upon the Omicron, the moronic variant, to insist more children receive vaccines.
This is odd, given the variant became noted only for causing mild symptoms in younger populations and Children in virtually every other category have a 99 plus percent survival rate from the virus to begin with, meaning the whole thing's a sham.
Experts argue dismissing moronic as mild as dangerous because South Africa is a very young population, age 27, and we don't know how it will impact older people.
So, they say the solution is to vaccinate more younger people.
Makes total sense.

But to answer this fallacy that's being asserted by the CDC, you have to remember the CDC and the NIAID And Fauci and his colleagues are all involved in the licensing and the securing of rights with respect to all these patents, all these vaccines, all these attempts to have the first shot, second shot, Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson.
I mean, it's just a collection of nothing but big pharma and their interests running the CDC, running the WHO, and doing whatever they can to get control of the populace.
But it was interesting.

What Dr. Navarro said, that there's really blood on the hands of these people for not allowing just therapeutics to be introduced into the public, hydroxychloroquine as well as ivermectin, that had a delaying effect, had a suppressing effect on the virus.
And yet this is blocked so they can advance their vaccines.
Well, this is certainly what's happening.
When I had an opportunity yesterday to listen to Dr. Peter Navarro and Dr. Carl Malone, the original inventor of the mRNA, And he was talking about the evolution of the virus, how the coronavirus started.
And of course we have the taxonomy.
We have Coronavirus A, Coronavirus Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, Zeta, Eta, Thiota, Kappa, Lambda, Mu, Nu, Psi, Omicron.
So we've got these whole string of variants.
Now we apparently passed the number of variants.
And I've gotten all the way down to the Omicron variant.
But what is startlingly clear to me is that Dr. David Martin suggests that here is the genome that extends out, and if you sample the genomes, you get the alpha virus.
Continue to sample a section, you get the beta virus.
Continue to sample more and more, You get the Delta virus.
Continue to sample more and more, you get the Omicron virus.
So it's all part of the same virus.
It's only the sequences that you're examining.
And that, to me, is a stunning revelation.
If it's true, we are being... false information is being issued to us, hook, line, and sinker, and the media is just eating it up.
Now, I believe As Carl Malone said, Dr. Malone was talking about the evolution of the virus, how you have vaccinated people and unvaccinated people.
You've had people who've caught the virus and have recovered, and they have antibodies in their system that make them stronger and stronger to resist it.
And I believe natural immunity, you have to trust in natural immunity to a certain extent.
And I believe fully, actually.
But what's important is, as the viruses continue to mutate, they continue to go in one of two directions.
They either get stronger or they get weaker.
And the unvaccinated people continuing to exist in society are really off Offering us and staying in a place of being dampeners to the continued spread and the continued variants of the virus, of variant manifestations of the virus.
So, it's very important that we do not inoculate or do not vaccinate the entire bit of humanity with the vaccines that went to the, that sought to stop the Beta Coronavirus and the Delta Coronavirus because they don't work with Omicron.
Because they're only adapted for those portions of the genome.
So this is just nothing but three-card Monty, and it's getting worse and worse, and the media is eating it up because they love the stories, they make a lot of money, and Big Pharma is supporting it.

Well, I like how David keeps mentioning Dr. David Martin because I had heard a great talk of his talking about the RICO case that basically is available with all of this information specifically about patents.
And following the patents which have been filed, I think he goes back to the 90s where this case is being made that he's really exposed this idea of all these different gene sequencing and different patents for these different viruses supposedly in labs, etc.
So I think this is a very Important facet to everything that we're seeing here as far as having the history and having the patents and that I think is also very important, I think.
I'm trying to remember the Supreme Court case, but it was 2013.
A claim that cDNA, which is segments of basically created lab DNA or altered DNA could, which are not naturally occurring, argued the corporation.
I believe it's the Association for Molecular pathology versus myriad genetics, which the Supreme Court ruled on in 2013, claimed that basically if a plant or an animal, which assuming humans would fall under this as well, could be altered through cDNA or mRNA technology, that could be patented.
So this was part of the Monsanto, all the Monsanto cases that we have seen over the past couple of decades as well.
So, assumingly that could mean if an entity could be patented, that would also remove your ability to be sovereign.
We'll see how that could be argued in court in the future.
I know this sounds pretty far out and sci-fi, but We need to look at this technology and ask why is this mRNA technology so important to this new round of vaccines and companies like Moderna who just appeared out of nowhere.
They were not a vaccine manufacturing company before this entire rollout.
Again, who are they?
They're in the Cambridge area of Massachusetts, close to MIT and others, and finding out where these cases, how far this mRNA technology goes far back, possibly with RICO and then connecting this to the patent laws, because I think this could be very dangerous in the future if they could start to argue that once you've been altered by mRNA, Um, you supposedly could fall under some of these ownership or patent laws.

I want to ask David for his further comments and reflections on this very point.
Well, it's really interesting.
Um, you know, David Martin lays out, uh, he has a 25-page summary, and he lays out Very boldly, the companies that are involved, the antics that they have engaged in, the interlocking directorates, the efforts to manipulate the market, the failure to disclose interests, you know, this whole litany of events.
And then he talks about MRNA.
And as I said again, I studied the explosion of scientific journals regarding the virus itself, coronavirus itself, and then I compared and contrasted it with Martin's book.
He identified 79 patent applications.
I identified over 50 articles.
And there's no question, as Holly's suggesting, that there is some effort To reach in to put mRNA vaccine, or I'm not going to call them, mRNA injections into people.
And now that kind of concerns me.
I don't, I'm not going to buy the, I'm not buying the issue of people turning into property.
I just don't, I think even our most liberal courts But I don't dismiss the theory.
And, you know, I'm open to seeing more information.
I'm open to reading about it.
But we have to be very cognizant.
And it's what I try to remind Mr. Bennett all the time.
One of the things we have to do is we have to follow what first canon Steve Bannon always says.
We have to have the evidence.
We have to have the documentation.
We have to be able to show what we're working with.
We have to have the underlying evidence.
We have to have the data.
And Holly hit the nail right on the head earlier.
Worst, the American public Not the media, not the academies, not the universities, the American public, those people out in the regular public like you, Holly, myself, hundreds of others.
We're all doing little bits in our own expertise and sharing information and putting it together.
And we're beginning to put this big puzzle together that is turning into a very wicked, nefarious scheme that's taking place.
And like I said, there is no government that is conducting a thorough investigation of the origins of the coronavirus in its most lethal form, and I believe that is incumbent.
They waste $20 million chasing down the Russian hoax, and I haven't seen anyone actively involved Anything from our attorney generals, from our federal or state attorney generals, focusing on the origins of the coronavirus.
Well, David, I think even more telling is your point that there are existing protocols, statutes that govern emergency use that have not been followed.

Tucker has been spot on these issues and totally objective.

Gates went to the UN and gave a speech where he promised to vaccinate essentially all of humanity with a multiple battery of vaccines.
Bobby added, Gates used quasi-governmental agencies to gain control of the World Health Organization.
So he owns stakes, very large stakes, in almost all the big pharmaceutical companies.
Gives about a quarter billion, about a billion dollars to WHO every year.
Well, I would have to agree with Robert Kennedy.
That gives him control over whose policies.
Nothing that goes to who is not vetted first by the Gates Foundation.
This is all disgusting beyond belief.

Well, I would have to agree with Robert Kennedy.
I think that Anthony Fauci and his colleagues have been engaged in
unbelievable crimes against humanity.
I think that there is sufficient evidence.
Especially considering the actions with Ralph Baric, Peter Daszak, Anthony Fauci, and Francis Collins.
And if you'll note, after the book, What Really Happened in Wuhan was released, in that book, Sherry Markson talks about Francis Collins of the NIH delivering the, or striking a deal with the CCP And then after the book's release, shortly thereafter, the NIH posts a correction for Anthony Fauci saying that
He didn't say he more than likely lied, but contradicted his testimony.
So he's lied to Congress.
So I would have to concur with both Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
and with Rand Paul that Dr. Fauci has lied to Congress.
He's lied to the American people.
He continues to do so.
And he constitutes a clear and present danger to the safety and security of the people of the United States.
He and Francis Collins and Big Pharma and everyone engaged in this enterprise should be criminally prosecuted.
They should be brought forward.
And I'm telling you, our FBI should be investigating Big Pharma, not parents at school boards.
The FBI and the DOJ have been completely politicized, as you know, and the effort to defund the police is having catastrophic effects.
It's all a morass, a terrible mess.

First of all, people should check out Robert F. Kennedy Jr.' 's interview.
Several people that recently that were whistleblowers and other people talking about the NIH and Fauci and going back to the 1980s with AZT drug trials which are found to be killing people and also InfoWars, which I don't always agree with everything that they have on there, but they did an amazing expose recently on, in the 1980s and 90s, the NIH and Fauci recruiting foster children agencies, foster agencies, and up to seven states who were illegally trying AIDS drugs on children, and they used false AIDS testing on these children,
Pumped them full of drugs.
Dozens of these children died and there's been no repercussions of this.
So Fauci's criminal activity and behavior has been going back decades.
There's a clear record of all of this.
So much evidence is overwhelming and it's really only a matter of time until people start to understand the criminality that we're facing here.
Holly, you're spot on.
Fauci will go down as the greatest mass murderer in all of history, exceeding the combined total of our foreign enemies, Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, Admiral, Emperor Hirohito, and more.
