	Meanwhile, Oklahoma Guard goes rogue, rejects a COVID vaccine mandate after a sudden change of command.
	This is pretty ironic.
	We got Army Brigadier General Thomas Mancino issuing an order halting the Oklahoma Army International Guard's mandatory vaccine rollout less than 24 hours after his sudden appointment as the state's top general.
	This is pretty fascinating.
	The Defense Department is aware of the action and will respond to the governor appropriately, declared a Pentagon spokesman.
	That said, Secretary Austin, that's Lloyd Austin, who in my opinion is completely incompetent and unqualified to serve as Secretary of Defense, leaves a vaccinated force as a more ready force.
	But a vaccinated force with the mRNA vaccine is going to be half dead and half incapacitated.
	In other words, it's not going to be a force that can rise to the defense of the nation.
	No Oklahoma guardsman will be required to take the COVID vaccine, said the new commander.
	Although National Guard troops do belong to their governors, we're not mobilized by the Pentagon.
	Federal requirements often supersede state use of the Guard.
	It's not yet clear whether the order will jeopardize the funding that comes from the federal government for training and equipment.
	Title 32, the section of the U.S.
	Code pertaining to the National Guard, includes a section specifying states that do not comply with Title 32 regulation forfeit their federal funding for the Guard.
	It's not clear, though, whether the vaccine mandate meets that legal threshold.
	The Pentagon says the Oklahoma National Guard must follow the mandate.
	This is its response.
	The Pentagon can require Oklahoma Guard members to get the vaccine, despite the state's highest-ranking military official stating he will not mandate that members be inoculated.
	Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has the authorities he needs to require the vaccine across the force, including the National Guard, according to the press secretary for the Pentagon.
	It's a lawful order for the Guardsmen to receive the vaccine.
	Refusing to do that, absent an approved exemption, puts them in the same potential for punishment as active duty members who review the vaccine.
	But remember, they're claiming it's a legal order.
	I question whether it's a legal order.
	And I believe the bulk of the evidence is on the side that it is not a legal order.
	You actually have an obligation to refuse to perform illegal orders.
	Last week, the newly appointed commander, Army Brigadier General Mancino, wrote no member would be required to be vaccinated and that no negative administrative or legal action would be taken against those who refuse to be vaccinated.
	Oklahoma Governor Stutt, whose vocally opposed vaccine mandate said Wednesday he appointed Mancino to serve the state's adjutant general and National Guard commander, even though he's yet to be confirmed by the state Senate.
	Earlier in the month, also sent Austin a letter asking him to suspend the vaccine mandate for the members of the Oklahoma National Guard.
	So it's very clear the governor of the state and the new commander, Giuseppe, are on the same page, and that the Secretary of Defense clearly is not, nor the Biden administration.
	But since the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has declared that the mandate is null and void for Private companies having 100 or more employees.
	I think the status of this mandate, even for the military, may well be in jeopardy.
	Your thoughts?
	Definitely in jeopardy, Jim.
	Essentially what we're witnessing is much the way the high-level mathematics of quantum physics have proven there's multiple dimensions in a possible multiverse, we're witnessing an overlay of two realities.
	You've got the clown world, controlled by the Rothschild internationalist Jew, which is desperate to inject every human being with this Messenger RNA experimental jab which is horrific and at best debilitating and maiming, at worst a death sentence.
	And you've got traitors like the living glory hole Joe Biden and step-and-fetch-it Austin who are propped up only because of the globalist Rothschild cabal.
	And then you have the real world where Actual American patriots like Brigadier General Mancino and Governor Stitt of Oklahoma are saying enough is enough and the silent majority is waking up.
	And so, uh, you know, I hope that, uh, there's more and more Mancinos and eventually the Pentagon is run by sane, real Americans, not phony puppets like step and fetch at Austin and the living glory hole, Joe Biden.
	Oh, Giuseppe, I agree 100%.
	What a state of the union.
	Meanwhile, Bannon's attorney insists he had no choice but to reject the subpoena for which they're now seeking to hold him in contempt.
	Bannon had no choice but to disobey a subpoena from the House Special Committee investigating January 6.
	Remember, January 6th was completely contrived because he'd been instructed by his lawyer not to participate because former President Trump issued executive privilege.
	Bannon's lawyer received a letter on behalf of former President Trump invoking the privilege and directing him not to appear, directing him to not turn over documents, no doubt because he knows they're just going on a fishing expedition, they're trying to find anything they can to use against Donald Trump.
	Bannon, to my knowledge, had absolutely nothing to do with January 6th, nor did Donald Trump, nor did any of Trump's associates.
	This is simply absurd.
	He was indicted last Friday on two counts of criminal contempt.
	This is Bannon, one for refusing to appear for the deposition, the other refusing to provide documents.
	They state if Bannon had turned over the documents, then the genie's out of the bottle and can't be put in.
	He added the other attorney asked if Bannon were to appear, then a representative of Trump, the purported privilege holder, should be present to invoke the privilege.
	The committee refused that, however.
	This is how privilege is invoked.
	The privilege holder identifies and communicates with a person who has been directed to provide what he believes to be his privilege information, and the person acts accordingly.
	Some of the committee's questions would involve Bannon's conversation with people who can't claim executive privilege, such as Rudy Giuliani or Bernie Kerrick.
	This comes up regularly when privilege is at issue in depositions.
	He also insists the court should decide whether Bannon must be charged criminally and questioned whether a political committee should have been formed to investigate the Capitol attacks at all.
	The American people deserve a fair and open-minded investigation in a matter this serious, not a committee made up of people exclusively who have prejudged the issue.
	That's not an investigation.
	It's a propaganda campaign.
	The attorney added, I just was hired on Sunday, the first day I saw the subpoena.
	He said he doesn't think Brannon was referring to violence with his radio show comments about his impending court appearance.
	The attorney also denied Trump asked to represent Bannon.
	I was contacted by someone on behalf of Steve Bannon and asked if I would represent Steve Bannon.
	It had nothing to do with Donald Trump or anyone else.
	But that's why the Democrats are paranoid.
	They're petrified because they know Trump has the admiration of a very large segment of the American people.
	They know the only reason they have power now is because they stole the election, grand theft election.
	And they're petrified.
	That's why they're importing migrants, putting them in all the red states and trying to change the demographics.
	They've taken serious hits in Virginia, New Jersey, Giuseppe, and it's not going to let up anytime soon.
	They're in for a disaster in 2022.

	Yes, Jim, no doubt about it.
	It's so insane to me.
	Again, a few moments ago, I observed the clown world overlay versus the real world, which we exist in, and if there's any better example, a vignette of clown world, it's that farcical false flag joke that took place on January 6th, where There were crisis actors abounded.
	There were people dressed up as Capitol Police, as FBI, and they're opening up the bike rack gates
	and saying, come this way.
	And then you open it up the doors, the Capitol come in here.
	And some of these dipshit crisis actors, even though the doors were open,
	climbed up the wall for a photo op.
	And it was just a joke.
	Every bit about it, we've covered it now going on two years of what a farce it was.
	And the biggest joke now, Jim, is that goof, the QAnon shaman who looked like a real life cosplayer
	from the Flintstones or Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo with that goofy hat and painted up, Jacob Chansley.
	He's a crisis actor and he was just sentenced to 41 months in prison for what?
	What did he actually do?
	He was guided in into this Goofy spectacle, this badly conducted false flag.
	And now, Jim, because the internationalist Jew Rothschilds control the media, and I would beg to differ that it's the Democrats opening up the border because of the election.
	This is the Kalergi plan.
	This is the whole idea to destroy white Americans of European descent.
	The same thing's occurring in Europe.
	And so this is much bigger than just an American election.
	And as such, it's insane to me.
	This January 6th, if there was one decent mainstream journalist, they should have blown the lid off this farce, and yet no one does.
	DeSempie, of course, I agree about the clergy plan being adapted here to the northern hemisphere.
	What I meant was that the Democrats are also seeking to affect the outcome of elections by
	the distribution of immigrants throughout the country. But you're 100% correct.
	This is the clergy plan adapted for North America by bringing in a massive influx of migrants from Central and South.
	And by the way, anyone who thinks they've walked a thousand miles has their head where the sun doesn't shine.
	Convoys bringing them in by trucks and on the doors of the cabs of the trucks is the Star of David.
	Put it together.
	Don't be an idiot.
	Giuseppe's got it exactly right.
	Meanwhile, Texas politics.
	A leader just switched parties.
	Democrats are abandoned for Republicans by Texas Representative Goulet.
	This is fascinating.
	For years, Democrats have tried to flip red states blue, but thanks to Biden, the opposite is happening.
	Republicans upset the left by many major races in the blue state of Virginia.
	And of course, we have other developments in New Jersey.
	Changes are coming to the Lone Star State as well.
	Much of South Texas has been under Democrat control for years.
	But that is changing, where Biden's open border is outraging many locals.
	We've seen Hispanic voters give the GOP several key wins recently, but now they are changing their minds.
	Ryan Gulen, a state representative from South Texas, has announced he's leaving the Democrats to join the GOP.
	In his announcement, he blasted the Democrats for not sharing the values of South Texas.
	He's clearly referring to Biden and his failed agenda.
	Even without winning a race, Texas Republicans have increased their ranks by one this week, as Representative Ryan Gould of Rio Grande City announced his switch to the GOP.
	The now former Democrat, who's served in the House of Texas since 2003, announced a party affiliation switch in Floresville, the Wilson County seat, on Monday.
	Something's happening in South Texas.
	Many of us are waking up to the fact that the values of Washington are not the values of South Texas.
	To the shock of many Democrats, voters in South Texas, a largely Hispanic population, are ditching the left to vote for Republicans.
	The GOP has scored several key wins in special elections.
	It appears Hispanic Americans, these are actual American citizens, don't appreciate Biden opening the floodgate to migrants, border jumpers, drug cartels, and others.
	They have been living in America for generations.
	Some of their families were here since before the founding of Texas.
	They're watching their homes, communities, and cities be overrun by outsiders who do not share their traditions and values.
	Why did Biden not realize this?
	For years, Democrats have tried so hard, spent millions, to flip Texas blue.
	They claim all their work had made the state purple.
	But if recent elections are any indication, they're failing even to hold on to areas they thought were secure.
	It's not every day someone switches parties, but it's been happening more and more.
	Only one way, though.
	Democrats who embrace American values are getting sick and tired of Biden and his mad dash to the left.
	So don't be surprised if we have more Democrats changing parties in the coming years.
	Meanwhile, President Joe Biden's awful politics are the explanation.
	The Biden administration has achieved two unlikely feats, alienating every non-liberal ideology and through its vaccination regulations, putting the TPUSA founder, Tea Party USA founder Charlie Kirk and Black Lives Matter Greater New York co-founder Hawk Newsom on the same side.
	I'm not a chocolate chip communist, but rather an old school black man who used to be involved in the Republican Party, the author of this, by accident or purpose.
	The 20th century right finds itself in the same situation as 19th century black nationalists.
	Watched, warned, imprisoned without bail, persecuted for political reasons.
	People spent decades trying to bridge the gap between black nationalists and conservatives who advocated home rule rather than D.C.' 's central planning.
	It was no simple undertaking, given persistent racial tensions from the 60s, but Biden Ironically, it's made the aim far more realistic.
	According to some reports, even our most famous rallying cry, Black Lives Matter, was created by trained Marxists.
	Moreover, non-leftist nationalist's primary objective is freedom from outside influence, but we aren't quite there.
	Like conservatives on the other side of the track, we're not supporters of the left.
	As they were hammered by conservatives throughout Trump's crocky privacy, right-leaning libertarians found high common ground.
	Arguing about conservative authoritarianism was a favorite pastime.
	These debates have all but died due to actual tyranny on the other side of the aisle.
	Biden has even eclipsed W's national security state, a disgraceful achievement.
	They're doing their part to help make it happen.
	The mindset that pushed them to this predicament is merely getting started.
	Giuseppe, I think that's correct, and that both of those are rather telling.
	that Biden's ticking off everybody and that the poll numbers are the worst that have ever been
	seen. Biden's now at 38% approval, Kamala Harris 28. In fact, Newt Gingrich is describing her as
	the worst vice president in history. Your thoughts? Well, Jim, in both stories, the first story
	and the amazing collapse of the phony installed Biden presidency, the key idea there is that the
	globalist comes in two wings of the globalist bird.
	One wing is Zionism, which is the control by the central banking system of Every first world nation, basically every nation except for Iran, North Korea, and Syria, to use usury as a means of cradle to grave economic
	Overlord slavery.
	The other wing of the globalist bird is communism.
	Now communism is created by radical Jews in the late 19th century.
	Marx and Engel and then the operatives Moses Hess and Theodor Herzl, radical satanic Jews who prey upon the average worker who feels oppressed in these
	various countries and they have these inspiring phrases like workers unite and black lives matter
	which has come down more recently but it's always a sham to convince people to hoodwink or be
	hoodwinked by and take away their one weapon which is sheer numbers of humans. There
	are billions of humans there are barely 50,000 internationalists, jew globalists and their minions
	and yet right now you have the new face of communism is this communitarianism which we gotta care for
	everybody like that vile witch Hillary Clinton. It takes a village to raise a child. No it
	doesn't, it doesn't at all. These are all lies of communism and so communism has made
	incredible inroads into the Democratic Party, you could argue, as I've said previous weeks, there is no Democratic Party.
	What you have now is the communitarian, communism, globalist party pushing pedal to the metal, the Great Reset, the New World Order, and what's especially disturbing is this lowercase b, build back better, which is 666.
	So the Democrats, which are now all traitors, run by the internationalist Jew, dual citizen traitors, Are hell-bent on destroying the sovereign republic of the United States and putting us into the North American Union, which is just a huge step towards the global control of the world, the new world order, global government.
	So the problem In my mind, and why this is falling apart, and a friend of mine from England said, Babylon always falls, and it's falling now because it's assuming that decent American blacks and decent American Hispanics, who are all true citizens and played by the rules, are just going to go along like a dog whistle and jump to, oh, Black Lives Matter or
	But here's the story, Jim, and why these two stories tie together is that real Mexicans and Central Americans have come who are built to life.
	They're deeply Catholic.
	They're conservative.
	They don't want radical change.
	They can't stand homosexuals.
	They can't stand trannies.
	They can't stand all this nonsense of the internationalist Jew that there's You know, all this LGBTQ, WTF, mind control and lunacy.
	And so you've got the American blacks who have, you know, 81% of all American blacks live at working class level or above, right?
	Yet all the focus goes on the flotsam and jetsam, the violent thugs that lack self-discipline, are so immature and low impulse that they can't hold jobs and they need to turn to drugs and gangs and blah, blah, blah.
	The problem there, Jim, is the real Americans, the great middle, of black, brown, white, purple, polka dot, of course, I'm joking, but it's not as simple and shallow as just what is your melatonin shape.
	You have to look at the true character of real Americans, and I believe in the real world, Not clown world, real Americans have had enough and that's why Biden is gone, that whore Heels Up Harris is gone, and hopefully the internationalist Jew control of this sovereign republic will soon be gone.

	I mean, they have borne out their welcome.
	They've done more damage to the United States in less than a year than all previous administrations combined, in my judgment.
	Meanwhile, Alex Jones has been found liable in a fourth death of Mason case brought by Sandy Hook victim families.
	This is such a charade.
	A Connecticut judge has ruled Alex Jones liable for damages in a defamation case brought by parents of children purportedly killed in the San Diego Elementary School massacre over Jones' claims the shooting was a false flag.
	Except what Jones said is true, and the fact that it's going against him has nothing to do with the truth or falsity of what happened in Newtown on 14 December 2012.
	According to the New York Times and Associated Press, Judge Barbara Bellis entered a default judgment because he refused to follow court orders to turn over documents.
	Notice, this does not bear upon the truth or falsity of whether anybody or nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	Lawyers for the plaintiffs argued Jones and his companies had violated court orders by failing to turn them over, including material that would have shown whether he profited from making false claims about the mass shooting.
	Except I can assure you the claims he made declaring it was a hoax were not false.
	The problem for Jones is he's been on both sides of the issue.
	So he has, in both declaring that it was fake and declaring that it was a real, necessarily committed false claims.
	It's just depending on how much you understand about what really happened as to how to judge it.
	Their pattern of defining and ignoring court orders to produce non-responsive information is well-established, said lawyers for the families.
	Jones' team is denied violating the orders and acute ballast of being impartial, requesting a removal from the case.
	I'm, in fact, engaged in seeking to get her removal in yet another case against Jones involving the Lafferty case, where she's shown massive bias, in my opinion, and the court would Dearly like that I not be involved in the case.
	This ruling falls three previous in Texas find him liable in defamation cases.
	In her ruling, Judge Gara Gamble of Boston called out Jones Info Wars for flagrant bad faith and cows disregard for refusing to follow court orders that turn over documents.
	Notice again, it's procedural.
	None of this reaches the issue of fact.
	Jones claimed for years the 2012 murder of 21st graders and six teachers was a government-organized ploy to confiscate American firearms.
	He claimed the massacre was completely fake with actors, synthetic, and a giant hoax.
	He's 100% correct when he made those claims.
	In 2019, however, in a court deposition seven years later, He said a form of psychosis that caused him to believe that certain events, like the Sandy Hook shooting, were staged.
	He said, as a pundit, some of his opinions have been wrong, but they were not consciously wrong or intended to hurt people.
	He blamed the trauma of the media and the corporation lying so much for contributing to his purported psychosis.
	This, in my opinion, was a complete blunder on the part of Alex Jones.
	During a video deposition he gave in a Connecticut case, he claimed he'd never even read Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
	Well, if you're going to take a stand on Sandy Hook, how can you not read the only serious, objective scientific study that explains what happened and the evidence of how we know?
	The families accused him of spreading lies about the murders, an accusation he's disputed while failing to produce evidence to support his claim.
	He said they were subjected to years of in-person and online harassment by people who believe Jones.
	Personally, frankly, I think it's highly unlikely they were being harassed by anybody.
	It's easy to make up those claims, but those who understand what happened aren't inclined to reach out and harass these frauds, even though they realize they're playing a role.
	In 2019, he was ordered by a Texas judge to pay $100,000 in legal fees for disregarding a court order to produce witnesses.
	Juries in Texas and Connecticut would now decide how much Jones will be forced to pay in damages in trials that will take place next year.
	Just to show you how they're seeking to get around the evidence that I brought together, here you see a contribution I made to the Biden Commission on Supreme Court Reform and to investigative journalists and advocates of honest judiciaries in relation to my Posner v. 	Dear commissioners, journalists, and advocates, this is laying out a complicated case in 500 words, denying a defendant a defense.
	My publications include co-editing Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, It Was a FEMA Drill to Promote Gun Control, 2015, 2nd Edition, 2016.
	I brought together 13 experts, including six PhD professors, to sort out what really happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012.
	We discovered the school had been closed by 2008, and there were no students or teachers there.
	They had conducted an active shooter drill presented to the public as mass murder to promote gun control.
	The FEMA manual used to orchestrate the exercise is included as Appendix A.
	The book was published on 22 October 2015 and banned by Amazon.com on 19 November 2015, even though it had sold nearly 500 copies.
	Amazon had 20 books about Sandy Hook at the time, 19 of which held the official narrative.
	In response to the ban, I released it for free as a PDF.
	A colleague tells me it has been downloaded over 10 million times.
	Access had to be stopped.
	A complaint was filed by one of the parents who alleged I defamed him by my claim that an uncertified death certificate for his son, which he had posted on a blog, was fake.
	As I would argue in briefs, under Connecticut law, not even parents are allowed to possess uncertified death certificates.
	During the pre-trial conference, the judge declared he would not permit the defense that Sandy Hook had been a FEMA drill, stating, whether or not Sandy Hook ever happened or not is not relevant to this, the truthfulness or the accuracy of the death certificate.
	Now, I understand the defendant's overall theory and believing that it never happened.
	And I'm not going to take the bait and let this case go down that rabbit hole.
	A death certificate plainly states the decedent died on 14 December 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary School from multiple gunshot wounds.
	So how could the defense that nobody died at Sandy Hook not be relevant to the truthfulness or accuracy of the death certificate?
	I submitted four versions of the death certificate and the reports of two forensic document experts who testified.
	All four versions were fake.
	The judge consulted with a plaintiff's lead counsel and explained that excluding them would be grounds for an appeal, so he set them aside as someone else's opinion.
	The most basic fact remained in dispute, and negligence was never addressed, but I was found guilty of defamation nonetheless.
	A trial for damage is awarded 450,000.
	As a retired professor of philosophy, I usually detect mistakes in arguments and can avoid being played for a sucker and a sap.
	In this case, however, I was misled by my naive confidence in the rule of law, of which I have now been thoroughly disabused.

	They won't let the evidence come in, even if it exists in abundance.
	And the judge was well aware, because I'd laid it out in my various briefs, what I had.
	He simply didn't want to hear it.
	Well, Jim, that's a painful lesson for you to understand that the globalist control, the so-called octopus or the malignancy, reaches everywhere these days, and this communitarian communist judge, Maya Guerra, It is just absurd in her rulings as is the Texas judge and I don't know what to make of Alex Jones.
	Some people postulate that he's been controlled opposition from day one.
	Other people postulate that he got compromised and once he built his vitamin empire
	and subscription empire up to, you know, somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 to $50 million annually
	that they said, look, you know, you take a fall for us
	and we won't take this all away from you.
	And so I saw a video of Alex Jones replying, look, you claim I haven't provide the documentation.
	Here it is.
	I've given this to you again and again.
	There is no documentation.
	You're making this all up.
	This is essentially, I'm paraphrasing him now, this is a kangaroo court.
	And sadly, Jim, it is a kangaroo court.
	This is clown world again.
	Clown world.
	Judge Maya Guerra and the Texas judge get to, uh, oh, the feels.
	Oh, those poor parents.
	You know what?
	Don't give a rat's ass about how the parents feel.
	There's something that supersedes that.
	That's the First Amendment.
	Whether you and Alex Jones are right or wrong is irrelevant.
	You have the right to express your opinion, especially both of you qualify beyond dispute as journalists. So you have the right to
	express an unpopular opinion based on journalistic investigation. End of story.
	But the internationalist Jew, the globalist, doesn't want Americans
	to have those rights. The right of free speech, the Second Amendment, the
	right to carry guns.
	They're doing everything as the satanic malignancy that they are to eat away at all our rights.
	And so God bless you for fighting this.
	You're like the junkyard Doberman who's got a hold of the leg of a jogger who tried to break in and won't let go and never let go because ultimately at some point The entranced goyim cattle need to wake up and see the real threat and embrace the gift that is our rights and freedoms which are being stolen by the internationalist Jew and its minions.

	I asserted my status as a journalist.
	I gave the judge a seven-page summary of my credentials, which are vast.
	And look at it this way, too.
	The judge never ruled on the question.
	He just let it sit.
	Even though I was being sued over three statements where I denied the authenticity of the death certificate in a book that I had edited and published, and another, a fourth sentence, in a blog.
	I mean, how outrageous is that?
	So obviously I have the status of a journalist that goes without saying.
	There's so many aspects of this that are outrageous.
	But to me, it simply illustrates the abuse of the law by parties to defeat those who are seeking to expose the truth to the American people.
	In other words, they have weaponized the use of laws in the courts to suppress the truth from the American people.
	I have mixed feelings about Alex myself, but he's entitled to equal justice under the law.
	He invited me to be the keynote speaker at his conference on 9-11 held in June of 2006 in Los Angeles.
	He called it the American Scholars Conference, no doubt inspired by the society I founded, Scholars for 9-11 Truth.

	Well, Giuseppe, I wish I could find good reason to disagree when I speculated about why they want to reduce the world's population of 500 million.
	I received a comment that that's because according to the Talmudic Judaism, every Jew is entitled to have 40 slaves.
	And if you take the world population of Jews and multiply times 40, you get about 500 million.
	I'm not in a position to verify that claim, but it fits the data.
	With regard to the Kyle Rittenhouse situation, the judge has acted completely admirably, save in two different respects.
	Number one, He failed to sequester the jury.
	That means that jurors who are being tracked by the hounds have undoubtedly received threats to themselves and their family if they do not vote to convict.
	Number two, he did not rewrite the instructions of the jury, but left them in a certain standardized legalistic form that makes it almost impossible to comprehend what instructions they were given.
	In my opinion, these in combination make it far more likely there will be a hung jury.
	It now turns out that the prosecution deliberately withheld evidence.
	The more refined, more precise drone footage, that would have been a substantial benefit to confirm Kyle Rittenhouse's actions in self-defense.
	When you put that together with the other Mistakes which actually were deliberate on the part of the prosecutors, who even went so far as to claim that anyone who brings a gun has vitiated the right to self-defense, which would mean everyone who has a concealed carry weapon therefore has no right to self-defense, as though that weren't the reason for a concealed carry.
	It turns out the gun charge had no foundation.
	They added it on.
	The judge dismissed it before the deliberations began.
	I believe if they make a finding as of today, that there will be an outright acquittal.
	If it carries over tomorrow, more likely to be a hung jury.
	I believe at that point, the judge will grant the motion from the defense to dismiss the charges with prejudice, which means they cannot be refiled.
	That would be a modicum of justice for this fine young man whom I greatly admire.
