	Okay, everybody, while we're waiting for them to fix this, I have some amazing news and I'm really just interested, first of all, in hearing what you guys have to say about this.
	All of you know how LinkedIn works.
	You know that social media network, LinkedIn?
	Well, what they do is every week they tell you who's been looking you up, who's been examining your profile.
	And for several weeks, I've been getting something from just continuous hits from CBS Entertainment.
	That would be CBS Television.
	Which is the home to CBS Evening News and the other flagship, 60 Minutes.
	Now, what's interesting, what might be interesting is that we have this thing with Terry McAuliffe exposing corruption.
	We have, but also they have the trial of Elizabeth Holmes, who is the founder of Theranos, The fraud trial has been going on throughout this entire period.
	So I have been wondering if they are picking up on, 60 Minutes is looking at me because my old CIA handler, Richard Fuse, who's a son of a bitch, who betrayed me badly in my trial, really fucked me.
	I would not be saying this if I thought this was actually going to be something funny is not going on.
	But I would not use this vocabulary ordinarily on air.
	But he betrayed me badly during my old fight with the Feds.
	And a couple of times, he has sent journalists trying to probe me to see about my 9-11 warnings.
	And he has tried to he's tried to tell journalists.
	Now, here's the thing.
	He's tried to kind of downplay our 9-11 warnings, but he cannot do it because civilians testified under oath in federal court in front of a federal judge that our 9-11 warnings were authentic.
	That in fact, I warned civilians about the 9-11 attack in the spring and summer of 2001.
	April, May, June, July, August, and I told friends who had no Pentagon ties, no CIA ties, that they should stay out of New York City because we expected a major attack.
	And so I have wondered why 60 Minutes might be tracking me in tandem with the Elizabeth Holmes trial.
	Because of the one connection that I can see and I'm interested in your opinion.
	Please feel free to deny this.
	If you guys don't think, if you think that that could just be overreacting, you can say that to me.
	I can take it from both of you guys.
	But I think that something is going on and I want to say thank you to Jim because whatever Richard Fuse may have been scheming to do.
	What has now happened is if CBS 60 Minutes was thinking of trying to burn me in some tie to Elizabeth Holmes because of Theranos and Richard Fuse, and they may have been trying to play games with me, what they will have discovered is because of Jim Fetzer, great guy that you are, and Scott Bennett, they will find on my Facebook and on my YouTube I think it's obvious, Susan.
	They're trying to figure out how to attack you to discredit you.
	on the Terry McAuliffe case.
	So what do you guys think?
	Is there anything, do you think that there's any point to being concerned about that or
	do you think it's just some random, something random going on?
	Oh, I think it's obvious, Susan.
	They're trying to figure out how to attack you to discredit you.
	I don't think there's any mystery about this at all, Scott.
	Well my LinkedIn too, Susan, has been looked at by, I mean, more and more people.
	And I never, ever use LinkedIn.
	So for me to get the same things about, you know, 30 people were checking you out this week.
	And I thought, how, what the hell is that about?
	I never use LinkedIn.
	So something is happening.
	And, and, uh, I don't know on the particular application of, of, The people you're describing, I think that's always a scenario because your work is unparalleled in whistleblowing heroism.
	And I say that with great confidence and authority.
	Your heroism as a whistleblower, as an analyst, as a truth seeker, as a challenger to corruption and power.
	Is unparalleled and they have tried to attack you they've tried to say you're you're you're this you're that you're they've tried to make all sorts of things about you but it's never stuck and you've never slowed down you're like the rhino only you know far more charismatic but the rhino going through their house of cards and they've the same thing they've been a big horn shoving it the middle finger Yeah, yeah, I like that.
	See, because we never took a plea deal.
	That's the big difference that separates us.
	We're not, we're not castrated rhinos.
	We're full bled, full hormonal rhinos that are just looking for things to gore.
	That, when you don't take a plea, that is preserved.
	And you never took a plea.
	I never took a plea.
	Jim never took a plea.
	Jim's fighting on a civilian level in the courts as well, hurling his stones at the corruption.
	And I believe he will inevitably be vindicated and everything thrown out and everything reversed for Jim
	because you cannot hide exculpatory evidence.
	And Jim has all of that.
	So you cannot charge him with anything if the entire scenario that you're charging him for
	It's a fraud and he's exposed that.
	And you've exposed everything from your experience in 9-11, your CIA role, and of course my role with Shell Game and The Connection.
	And that's where we have a nexus is because McAuliffe and Clinton and Eric Holder and Lanny Breuer and Joe Biden and Barack Obama and Loretta Lynch and so many lawyers from Covington and Burling have entered the mix of this political wheel of fortune.
	And they think they can get rich and manipulate and play off of people and treat the public like they're stupid.
	But we enter the fray and say, hey, you little prick, we're we're gunfighters in this fight and we're we're defending the public.
	We're telling the public what you're doing, you son of a bitch, and we're going to take you to the poll and cut your throat after democratic processes, of course, in the constitutional courts.
	I never advocate violence, but I always advocate our constitutional Department of Justice applications, and these people are worthy of that.
	So we've been in the fight exposing their wrongdoing, and as a result of that too, I think that video that we made, which we will definitely do a follow-up to, on AmericanMediaPeriscope.net.

	But that is is only going to amplify and accelerate over the next year.
	And that's what I think the Democrats even know that they're on.
	They're on the run because they don't have any excuse.
	They don't have anywhere to hide.
	Everything's falling apart because they're doing it.
	They're taking the nails out of the house and the roof and the walls are falling in.
	And they're trying to say they're knocking down the dam.
	The the the the the the walls that you don't ever touch.
	Yeah, all those those walls.
	There's a load bearing walls.
	The load bearing holes. Yes.
	That brings down that's what's that's what's going to amplify it happen.
	The Democrats are imploding because of their own actions.
	The Kyle Rittenhouse case is going to fall apart because this was an average American defending himself.
	The judge recognizes that.
	The jury recognizes that.
	The prosecution had no case.
	They're even, I mean, God is letting them step on their own tails right and left.
	And I think you may have a bunch of Democrats try and do another riot.
	I think they're that stupid to try and do another riot after the Rittenhouse case, which will only destroy them more.
	It turned out that all the people involved were white.
	And one of the guys who got shot, who attacked him first, had just got out of prison that morning in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
	I just got out of jail for sex crimes against children that very morning and so he was hanging around outside the courthouse and so the journalists have realized, but it's interesting because I want to tie that, the journalists are backing off their, I think it was even CBS that pulled their own tweet saying that Kyle Rittenhouse was a white supremacist guilty guy saying, you know, we don't think he's guilty at all.
	But I thought it was interesting that it's CBS.
	That's where I started noticing CBS Entertainment is the news media portion of CBS.
	OK, so that's where I first noticed this connection to me, because the same people who were who were posting those tweets about Kyle Rittenhouse have been looking at me and I am convinced it's to do with
	this Elizabeth Holmes thing.
	Richard Fuse was one of the people who exposed Elizabeth Holmes. He's a vicious man and very
	corrupt. He's old school CIA. He can be very, very corrupt.
	But he had a lawsuit against Elizabeth Holmes and his son was accused of being hot-headed
	and said that he was going to stop Elizabeth Holmes from ever having a company ever again
	because they fought in some patent dispute and Richard lost and lost to her and then vowed that he
	would get her.
	And so I'm wondering if the fact that he's trying to get her has something to do with and her trial just ended on Friday.
	I don't know that they now the jury, the trial portion has been going on for for like 10 weeks or something like that.
	And it just ended on Friday.
	And now they're going to have the jury.
	So whatever is coming, if I'm right, and this is a 60 minutes thing, like 60 minutes is getting some Some show together to be ready to release it immediately when her trial is finished.
	The jury will make a ruling this week and then 60 Minutes will run something next week as soon as the verdict is done.
	Because of Richard Fuchs's CIA ties to me, I think that that may be something that they're looking at, and that's what I'm trying to say to you.
	I could be way off base.
	Well, Susan, you've raised some very serious allegations about the missing $2.3 trillion.
	Terry McAuliffe's involvement, they undermine the official narrative as far back as runs for making his Initial announcement, so I wouldn't be surprised.
	I mean, you're in a position of having attacked one of Hillary Clinton's favorite political figures, Terry McAuliffe, who also orchestrated the false flag events in Charlottesville.
	And I think that they would find you a suitable target.
	For a 60 Minutes hit, so I'm not going to be surprised even remotely if they come after you on 60 Minutes.
	Yeah, and guys, the way I see, imagine this might play out.
	And again, a big question mark.
	Let me put something out there for you.
	To reiterate Jim's point, I could see, I'm just putting on my sci-op hat, And I'm anticipating, okay, 60 Minutes and the CIA are getting together.
	Focused on Elizabeth Holmes.
	The story would be her, but I'd be like a side piece.
	Well, yeah, it could be.
	It could be Elizabeth Holmes.
	It could be wider than that.
	You know, it could be of a campaign, a strategy.
	This is a campaign that 60 Minutes is going to say, OK, how do we keep the Democrats and Joe Biden in office in 2024 and 2022?
	That's part of their media's information war strategy.
	And I think what they're going to be doing is amplifying stories in general.
	And yours is a small tactical operation with Elizabeth Holmes and Susan Lindauer and CIA and stuff.
	But it's part of a broader campaign.
	To again articulate there is a domestic terrorism force in America.
	You saw it on January 6.
	Of course, we all know it was fraudulent.
	It was FBI informants and all this other stuff.
	But they have to double down.
	That's what the media do.
	They double down.
	The Democrats double down.
	So they're going to build upon a campaign, in my opinion, based on what the information warfare strategy would look like over the next year, that there is a very present and active Intelligence, former military, military, and you know, hoodlum, rebel flag-wearing, January 6th protester with no teeth in the Appalachian Mountains type, all conspiring to overthrow America.
	All conspiring to overthrow The legitimate election of Joe Biden, all conspiring against Democrats.
	Look at what they did to poor Terry McAuliffe.
	You know, Terry McAuliffe didn't do anything.
	He didn't say anything right, but he was the victim of these bad people and they're doing it to other Democrats.
	So make sure you vote Democrats so you don't give the bad guys their victory and they take over America and turn it into, you know, some sort of hills have eyes colony.
	I think that could be part of the long-term planning that the media and 60 Minutes is part of it.
	I don't think they're turning.
	I think they're going to double down on this broader domestic terrorism amplification that may work with a Biden declaration of martial law to some degree and a COVID shutdown perhaps or something like that.
	And I think they're just going to, they're going to run with it.
	Now, the other thing is, let me just put on the other side of the possibility is, uh, CNN is allegedly letting, going to let a lot of people go and shift its core mission back to only news.
	So there, CNN has been falling, falling, falling all of its, its, uh, listeners and watchers.
	It's been going down amazingly.
	To the point where they are allegedly going to totally reshift their mission back to news in a desperate attempt to save the network.
	So they may be recognizing that, hey, the wokeness has gone way too far.
	We've lost elections because of it.
	We've enraged the people that we thought were our core constituencies, mothers, parents, single mothers.
	They're against us because of the critical race theory and the transgenderism that we're pushing on schools and all this other stuff.
	We need to get back to the middle, not this far left wokeness.
	If we want to survive as a network and it is, if we want to survive as a political party, that's the only hope.
	So between now and November 22, we've got to come back to the middle, at least in the public's perception.
	And to do that, CNN has to focus 100% on news.
	And of course they'll skew the news and they'll pervert the news and corrupt it and make it look like every Trump, conservative, Republican, white, Christian, heterosexual is a domestic terrorist.
	And they're going to keep banging that drum.
	Uh, and they're, they're, they're, uh, they're probably if, if they've learned their lesson, if they've, they're making adjustments that may explain, um, why 60 minutes is, is, is, is on that role too.
	They're planning a hit piece, but it's a hit piece.
	That's part of a larger campaign that they're, they're going to roll out to try and bring themselves to the, to the middle, but at the same time.
	Well, I think that's an excellent supposition.
	And again, I think I see it as a story not on me.
	and Garland and all these others. I don't think they can abandon that. I think they're
	going to amplify their war. But that would just be my supposition, Susan.

	don't want to say that I think 60 Minutes is doing something about me. But I think that 60 Minutes is
	a long time known to have deep ties to the CIA.
	And I think that if they can get, if they can squeeze me in to a hit on Elizabeth Holmes and Theranos, and then they, they can try in their, in their arrogance and their hubris, they think that they can reinforce this, take advantage of like giving cover to Democrat politicians who have been stealing from the treasury.
	Because I'm out there saying, you know, here we've got this corruption, guys, and they're like, oh, no, this corruption is really serious.
	That's what I've been doing.
	I've been, you don't know this, but I've been pounding for our payment, beating the shit out of these scheming, thieving Democrats.
	And they're scared.
	They have to try to neutralize me.
	So, you know, if they're doing Elizabeth Holmes piece and they can, like, squeeze in something about Susan Linda or Richard Hughes, I mean, but I'll tell you, I would love to sue CBS.
	I mean, if they put me, putting me in their coverage in a 60-minute story would be the fastest way for me to excoriate CBS 60 Minutes.
	I'd have a lawsuit in federal court in a heartbeat.
	I was just going to say that.
	Susan, that's the thing.
	They could be that stupid that they pick, you know.
	It's like they're taking a paper plate to a gunfight, and you've got a .44 Magnum on your hip, and they've got a Dixie plate.
	That's how stupid these people are.
	If they pick a fight with Susan Lindauer, guess what?
	They get expert witnesses, Scott Bennett and Jim Fetzer going, yee-haw!
	Let's come in and help her by testifying in a court trial.
	The next thing is...
	They pull in every other evidence, every other thing that you've ever said or ever written about every subject under the sun.
	The corruption of the CIA, the corruption of the CIA in blaming Iraq, the Iraqi intelligence that told you we had nothing to do with 9-11, we haven't heard anything about planes.
	That's right!
	And everything was a lie!
	Every single thing that the government showed in its 9-11 story was a massive PSYOP lie so that they could shift the blame onto the
	intelligence community and deny responsibility to Democrats in Congress.
	Brought upon the court.
	And also, they may be thinking that they can like flip it so that I will be forced to attack
	the Republicans.
	But what they don't understand is this is about the establishment versus the populists.
	And this is one of the most important things of all, that it's not the Republicans who
	do that, like Tucker Carlson.
	And as we all know, for example, perfect example.
	And Sean Hannity on Fox.
	They are all anti war.
	They oppose the endless war phenomena.
	And so I wouldn't say Hannity, but Tucker Carlson does.
	Oh, Tucker is.
	Tucker is.
	So is Laura, I think.
	Yeah.
	But they recognize that the and Goodfelt and all those guys, they recognized that the
	endless wars have been a disaster and it was all a lie.
	So I could see them trying to skewer me both to protect the Democrats saying, oh, those
	Democrats are accused by corruption of this, by this awful lady.
	And then at the same time saying, look at those Republicans who did this to her.
	But I'll eat them because I'm far tougher than they are.
	Well, you're compelling, Susan.
	You're compelling.
	And Jim's compelling, and I'm compelling, and you're compelling, because we're passionate.
	We have conviction.
	We have lived it.
	We've seen it.
	We've been in the government.
	We've been in the military.
	We know the systems.
	We've compared, going, wait a minute, I know this truth, and the truth is Is the Constitution's being violated, the people are being violated, the government is doing things that are corrupting, and this whole war thing could end up destroying America.
	That's why you went, that's why I did what I did, because this inevitably can possibly lead to the destruction of every man, woman, and child in America.
	That's why we bring our truth forward and say, hey, this is wrong, this is false, this is a lie.
	And of course the profiteers of lying and endless war don't wanna hear it because their short-term game
	and their spiritual deadness has no sense of the humanity that you and I and Jim and many other whistleblowers,
	John Kiriakou and others have brought forth.
	This isn't about a small incident, this is about the life or death of America.
	And that's why we come to these things.
	And that gives us conviction and compelling authority and passion.
	And they don't have that.
	They fall backwards when they hear that and see that.
	I hope and pray they're stupid enough to pick a fight with you.
	I hope and pray they're stupid enough to CBS to even mention your name.
	Because suddenly I've got a lawsuit against CBS and I'm bringing in all the evidence
	and everything under the sun and I'm suing them until they bleed from the eyes.
	I'm suing NBC, CBS, whatever it is.
	That's the this is an information war.
	OK, now the media and 60 Minutes and the CIA have been have been waging an information war against the people for what?

	No, the truth is getting out there because people with authority and passion and conviction and professional expertise who've been in the military, been in the government, been in the intel sector, been in the political realms, know the systems, know the operations, are out there exposing the truth and doing it in an ass-kicking way and an information warfare way where every media person Every law enforcement, Department of Justice, FBI runs away from because they know you get close to us and we're going to destroy you because we're not going to shut up.
	We've had this building up in us for over 10 years and we're just going to open up on you like a Gatling gun.
	We have so much information that we can present in a nonstop way that will articulate to a jury and anyone else just how vile and treasonous you are in the media, you are in the FBI, you are in the Department of Justice, you are in the Democrat political circles, and some of you in the Republican circles.
	I personally have a book of exhibits of every letter that went out to those bastards on Shell Game, and it includes Pompeo, and it includes Sessions, and Lindsey Graham, and Jason Chavitz, and Saxby Samlit, all of these people, Republicans and Democrats, Feinstein and Bill Nelson, conspiring against me!
	All these things are still in the quiver of the huntsman waiting to pierce the heart of the Democrat Party, and make no mistake, that will happen.
	Everything will become known.
	Everything will become known.
	And we won't back down.
	We will celebrate and glorify and sing it loudly, like Ethel Merman on steroids and caffeine.
	We will be bold, roaring for all Americans to see and hear, and no one can compete with us, Susan.

	Well, Scott, I think you're doing a sensational job with Susan covering all the bases, and I'm just, you know, Glad to offer whatever I can to aid and abet across the board here should any of these events come to pass, but it will not surprise me in the least if 60 Minutes continues to fulfill its propagandistic role here by assaulting truth-telling citizens, especially whistleblowers who are embarrassing the deep state, as Susan and you, Scott, have done again and again and again.

	In ways that are extremely revealing.

	You, Susan, on the war in Iraq and all this financing overlapping with Scott and I on the many false flags.
	But we're Both of you, in my opinion, have just made tremendous contributions.
	In fact, I could see where they might want to try to condemn all three of us, you know, take out three birds with one stone if they possibly could.

	That would be something you could sell on pay-per-view.
	Watch the US government and CNN come against Jim Fetzer, Susan Lindauer, and Scott Bennett on pay-per-view.
	It would be a bloodbath.

	And I've learned from my experience in the court.
	That you don't shut up, you don't accept any authority, you challenge and fight and tear the throats out.
	I mean, court battles are to be fought by gouging eyes, biting off noses, clawing faces, tearing the throats out, junkyard dog battles.
	Not these polished effeminate GQ lawyers with their smooth silky questions and suits and this very airtight courtroom environment.
	That happens when you fall into their jurisdiction and you give them the power to do that.
	You give them the authority.
	You give the judge to do all that stuff.
	But if they come against you and bring a fight, You have to fight, well, because your life does depend on it, but you don't obey anything that they say.
	Because, again, this is about convincing and presenting to the American public.
	Oh my God, I've got all the, see, in my case, they used Richard Fuse as a defense to lie.
	And so they said that he could, anytime that Richard Fuse's testimony was in court, they could lie in court to protect national security involving Iraq.
	But they cannot lie about me.
	And I refused to play that game.
	And I have the actual evidence which shows, you know, I carried Iraq's answer.
	on 9-11 to Congress and to the White House, and I carried the Colin Powell letters.
	I can prove, you know, we have bait-stamped copies of everything showing that Colin Powell lied to the public about, and also lied to the public about The CIA's advance warnings to him before his big speech at the United Nations.
	He, Colin Powell, let me tell you the dates again because this is so devastating.
	I went to Colin Powell twice in January of 2003.
	He gave his big speech the first week of February.
	And so seven days before his big speech at the UN, I had taken him, in January 2003, I took him A copy of the Iraqi Peace, Comprehensive Peace Framework.
	And I took him, I went back to him and I said, you know, the Iraqi exiles are lying about their fake, about their, about, about these, these non-existent WMDs.
	And Colin Powell lived right next door to Richard Fuse.
	Right next door to Richard Fuse.
	So I can prove all of this without Richard Fuse's testimony.
	And I also have the documentation from the pretrial services is part of the Department of Justice.
	So I was forced to go see this psychologist who was paid for not by me, but by the Department of Justice pretrial services.
	OK, he was their psychologist and their psychologist said this is bullshit.
	This woman doesn't suffer from anything.
	There's no mood disturbances, no psychosis, no depression, nothing.
	She's anxious about her trial, which she should be, which is entirely appropriate behavior for somebody who's being threatened like this.
	But there's nothing wrong with Susan Lindauer.
	And the fact that I was anxious about my trial meant that I recognized the very serious consequences of what was happening to me.
	So everything, and again, this is not my own private psychology major, which I despise psychology.
	I absolutely despise it.
	But this was a man who was like, you have the right to a trial.
	Hell yes, you have the right to a trial.
	Oh, my God.
	He was horrified that they were trying to use psychology to deprive me of a trial.
	So if you want to have a trial, you have the right to that and nobody should ever deprive you of that.
	And he was like, so he wouldn't play their game, but he was paid for by the Justice Department.
	So, so, I mean, I've got all kinds of stuff and, you know, they, they cannot, you know, they, they, I, I suspect, I, I, I suspect they're going to, I, I do believe the more I talk this out, I think they will try something, but it'll be brought into this Theranos case.
	Elizabeth Holmes has been having her trial for five or six weeks.
	It's been going on for several weeks, and it's during this period that CBS keeps looking at me.
	But it's exactly at the same time period where when they're looking at me, what they're seeing
	is holy shit, here's this woman who's brought in all this stolen federal money.
	And our video that Jim Fetzer did with me and your interview, Scott, we show it.
	We show the evidence.
	So, I mean, nobody can say that it's just like in my head.
	We've got the evidence to prove it.
	We've got everything.

	And, uh, these people, uh, you know, ran away, hid away, cowered away, uh, turned the deep state on us and, and prosecuted us.
	I personally thought I was being tested for a, for a secret stint in Afghanistan.

	The the the the cargo ships that are held at the ports.
	That's not good news for Christmas shoppers, and at least it's not going to be perceived as good news.

	They're going to pay off informants and agents and use their money.
	They're going to give the, you know, the little Mexican guy, maybe $20,000 or
	50,000, and they'll may kill him too, but they're going to divert that money
	to Democrat secret operations.
	There's no way they're going to be paying off a bunch of Mexicans
	coming across the border.
	$450,000.
	No, that's $450,000 that like they did for, uh, uh, the, the Senate
	race against Senator Dick Black.
	$450,000.
	Terry McAuliffe redirected, uh, against Dick Black and for Jill McCabe.
	So the same $450,000 that they're going to be sending to Mexican migrants who
	lost their kid at the border, allegedly that's the same operation.
	And they're going to divert that to Democrat races and Democrat operations.
	It's a money laundering financing of, of, uh, overthrow of America operation.
	That is not a payoff of migrants.
	It is a fast and furious money launder racketeering operation that they're going to try and underdo.
	And the CIA is going to be involved, maybe Mossad.
	Maybe Mexican intelligence operations.
	So that's the big thing that needs to be exposed to and just putting it out there.
	This $450,000 payoff is not a payoff.
	It's a money laundering scheme for Democrat races and Democrat operations.
	Look at half the Democrats that ran down to the border and started giving these people toilet paper and water bottles.
	Oh, yes, please come in.
	And Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez begging them to come in.
	They are going to try and flood the country with every third world migrant that they can to overthrow the political makeup of America.
	And you already see, again, these things, you know, people have to map it out, draw it out on a whiteboard to keep your head about you, because there's all this influx in the border.
	There's the money laundering scheme.
	You've got DeSantis now saying, You know, you're flying in these migrants and they're killing people in my state.
	So what's he going to do?
	Hopefully he's going to do what we said weeks and weeks and weeks ago, which is shut down the airports.
	Don't let a single plane land.
	Don't let a single person get off the plane land and assign guard, assign civil air patrol, assign someone to each airport.
	Each sheriff is in charge of his airport and say, Sheriff, Don't let anybody off and anybody, I don't care if they're U.S.
	Marshals or what, you arrest them for aiding and abetting the illegal entry of an alien into the United States.
	They are not refugees and they are not entitled to asylum unless they are fleeing from a country that is recognized as killing and terrorizing its people.
	And last time I looked, that's not Mexico, that's not Nicaragua, that's not Costa Rica, that's not Panama, that's not Argentina, that's not Brazil, that's not Colombia.
	Those are stable governments.
	They may not be full of Santa Claus and happiness and all that jazz, but they're not Pol Pot or any other government that we would have recognized similar to the Vietnam situation where the Vietnamese were
	being killed by the communists that had taken over after we left, that
	doesn't apply in this case. So they're not entitled to asylum. They're not entitled to refugee
	status. They are economic migrants.
	So that whole thing needs to be stopped instantly by the states.
	And the states declare, we're in charge of the Texas border, we're in charge of the Florida border, not the federal government.
	The federal government may have, by the states giving them the power, the continental United States, But every state border, the integrity of Texas is the responsibility of Texas.
	The integrity of Florida is the responsibility of Florida.
	And so you have two walls.
	You have a wall for the federal government, and you have the wall for the state government.
	And the state government can say, You may let people into the federal territory, but they won't go on Texas territory.
	No one walks on Texas land unless they are allowed.
	And anyone who's not allowed is going to be treated like an illegal alien invader with, and Jim's done a great job, I'm going to hand it to him, With ambitions for political turmoil and revolution of this country, when you bring in buses of young men, young military-aged men, and you're busing them in, and there's a lot of MS-13, you are setting this country up for political turmoil and overthrows and riots and shootings and kidnapping of girls and all sorts of bad stuff going on.
	So, Jim exposed a lot of that.
	David Kinney, attorney friend of ours, sent us pictures of military-age men on these buses.
	All this, the Biden administration's doing without any remorse, any hesitancy, and it's leading to a civil war.
	That's what McAuliffe was.
	It was the people rising up, overthrowing tyranny.

	Our winning strategy, our winning political campaign needs to be, don't vote Republican.
	It's not about Republicans.
	It's not about a Republican message.

	The ABC, now we know ABC is Far left, ABC News Washington Post have done a poll showing the Republicans have the largest lead over Democrats in a generic ballot in almost in the history of the United States.
	It's 10 points.
	Republicans over Democrats, 51 to 41.
	And ABC News says that's the biggest lead for Republicans in 110 ABC Washington Post polls that have asked this question since November 1981.
	It's only the second time the GOP has held a statistically significant advantage.
	The other was seven points in January 2002.
	Okay, that's 20 years ago.
	That it's been this large and now it's larger than it was in January 2002.
	And it's the ninth time the GOP has held any numerical edge at all.

	Voters are absolutely... They hate what Biden is doing.
	The Democrats have tagged themselves On the on trying to get to pick up the immigrant vote, and they've alienated all of working America.
	The corruption issue I'm convinced is going to be huge and in 22 in 2000 and 22.
	So Jim, I want to hear from you.
	Well, Susan Biden's been a disaster.
	Everything he's done has been a calamity for the American people since it came into office.

	But he's actually selling off the Strategic Oil Reserve, which in my opinion is decisive proof The reason they had to steal the election and get Biden in was very parallel but even more ominous and why they had to steal the election in 2000.
	To bring us Bush and Cheney and 9-11.
	This is for all the marbles that are truly trying to destroy the United States.
	The open borders, that's a sign of the clergy planet where they want to.
	They're sending all these people into red states and there are some governors like DeSantis who are Responding very appropriately and suggesting he's going to bust these migrants to Delaware.
	We have additional with a pandemic that they are promoting shots in violation of the law and the Constitution, and they're doing it with such an urgency that is very clear.
	In my opinion, they're worried.
	The public is going to catch on that these are actually death jabs, that these are lethal injections, that they're moving to have five to 11 year old children decimated along with the rest of the population.
	Whereas I have mentioned on numerous occasions, we have the projection from deagle.com that the US population is going to drop dramatically.
	From 330 million in 2020 to only 65 million in 2025, the objective appears to be to take out most of the world's population, but they're focused on the United States especially, because we are the ones who have a Second Amendment, have the ability to defend ourselves, and when the public realizes what the hell is going on, When you got everyone out of work when they may have already been jabbed and know their lifespan has been dramatically abbreviated when you're trying to murder their children.
	They're not going to take that very well.
	And I believe many of these elites in Washington who have been exempted from taking the jab.
	I mean, the whole executive branch, the legislative branch, the judiciary branch.
	Even the leaders of Pfizer and Moderna are all exempt from taking the jab, and yet they're trying to give it to everyone in the military.
	I mean, listen, if you try to sit down and plot some diabolical scheme whereby you could eviscerate the capacity of the United States to defend itself from threats, whether they were Economic, political or military, you could not have devised a more devious scheme than the one they're implementing here and now, as you and I and Scott are conversing.
	It's happening.
	The takedown of the United States with a Biden administration is the first in American history that's actually trying to destroy the United States, sabotage the Constitution rather than uphold, preserve and defend what has been a great nation until now.
	You know, let me let me add to that, Susan, if you don't mind.
	What we're entering into, and Jim's describing here, there's a lot of pieces on the chessboard that are moving simultaneously.
	There's a British general warning about possible accidental war with Russia.
	That tells me the British are planning an operation.
	MI6 is planning an operation, most likely with Mossad and the U.S.
	CIA, to do an accidental Gulf of Tonkin and the Black Sea.
	Uh, to amplify, uh, uh, U S NATO intervention and Ukraine and Don Bass and Crimea.
	And I think that would be a terrible mistake because Russia would, would absolutely destroy everything that's in that area.
	And the, and, and, you know, the West should know that, but I think they're delusional in thinking they can start a fight and then stop it instantly.
	Well, they can't do that.
	You can't start a fight with Russia and then stop it.
	Uh, Hitler may have tried that and tried to stop it at, uh, you know, a certain geographical point and they pushed him right back to Berlin and Germany was crushed ever since.
	So this, this fight with Russia is, is very, uh, problematic.
	There's migrants pouring in through, uh, uh, Belarus and into Poland, uh, Belarus and all of the former Soviet bloc countries are essentially going back to Russia because of the family values, Christian Orthodox.
	ideology and belief system that is contrary to the homosexual rainbow flag transgender human rights agenda of
	the european union and and you see that in their school systems.
	So we're witnessing the west implode and become so toxic.
	With political correctness and wokeness and if you haven't seen president putin speech in the valdai's conference
	people really need to watch it and listening because they'll be amazed to hear putin say what everybody hope trump would
	say everybody hopes that a good conservative leader would say.
	And that is, Putin said, this wokeness and this political correctness and this transgenderism and getting rid of the words mama and papa and giving kids hormone therapy is a monstrous crime against humanity and the West is destroying itself.
	That's pretty powerful when Putin's telling that to thousands of people at a conference and not a media channel anywhere in the West Says the President of Russia is condemning wokeness in America and Western civilization.
	Why?
	Because every American and every European that stands for family values and sanity would rise up and go, yeah, we believe that too.
	He's on our side.
	Why in the hell isn't Boris Johnson saying this?
	Why isn't Justin Trudeau saying this?

	The guard of a state can be activated by the governor to arrest any federal agent that is doing things contrary to the state's laws.

	Let me just add to Scott's observations about anger that even St.
	Thomas Aquinas observed that anger is an appropriate And moral response to injustice and abuse.
	So there's no question here that anger is what we ought to have toward this ersatz government.
	This is completely fraudulent.
	That was illegitimately elected where we get additional proof every single day where it turns out that there are massive missing images of ballots down in Georgia, for example.
	That had to be legally retained, but were instructed to be erased by the head of the Election Commission, who's just one of hundreds, thousands, literally, of abusers of the electoral process for ideological benefit to the Democrat Party.
	And now we have Biden in his phony role, faking to be president of the United States, declaring a mandate that has no legal or medical justification.
	Here's what two experts on OSHA, for example, had to say.
	In reality, this standard was promulgated illegally.
	The president of the United States does not have statutory authority to demand a regulatory agency create a new standard.
	In addition, OSHA does not have jurisdiction over vaccines.
	This belongs to the regulatory agencies of Health and Human Services and FDA.
	OSHA regulates workplace health and safety like slips, trips, falls, machine guarding and protection from airborne hazards, dust and fumes, chemicals, vapors.
	They do not have the authority to mandate that employees inject anything in their body to control hazards, as vaccines are not a control measure for a hazard.
	OSHA cannot legally view unvaccinated workers as a hazard.
	In order for OSHA to cite any organization for a violation of their health and safety standards, they must cite a standard that has been violated.
	To date, there's been no COVID standard created.
	Therefore, any penalty of citations or administrative admonishment should be null and void.
	Any organization that has received OSHA fines over the past year should demand a full refund of those fines, including damages and That your company record be expunged from the citation.
	There's so much wrong with all of this.
	We cannot be afraid to stand up against it, exposing it for what it is.
	The cracks are beginning to show.
	The dominoes are beginning to fall.
	Most significantly, let me now add that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals out of New Orleans has permanently ended Biden's OSHA civilian VAX mandate, citing its overly broad character that it was completely sweeping and that it has no constitutional or legal warrant.
	Therefore, I mean, They're going to ignore it, of course.
	They're going to ignore it and move forward, nevertheless.
	But it has no warrant, and the appellate court has taken the right steps.
	Yours, Scott.
	Well, we are witnessing, again, so many things about to fall in on the House of the United States.
	You know, it's it's going to we're going to witness those who are vaccinated and those who are unvaccinated become the two different camps in America.
	And there are some who have become vaccinated yet stand on the side of liberty and freedom and non-government mandates.
	And I applaud that.
	You know, people who have been come come vaccinated, I hope and pray That they live a long time but i might my medical
	instruction from a lot of the doctors is the contrary but that being said this is something that we cannot allow to
	permeate the american law and the constitution because it's totally unlawful totally unconstitutional.
	The mandates have been essentially shut down by an appeals court.
	There's been Supreme Court justices talking about this since it began in early 2020.
	There's a Supreme Court justice that was saying that the constitutional violations or shutting down or suspending of constitutional rights is amazing.
	And I'll put it this way, too.
	The Kyle Rittenhouse, I like how you said that, Susan.
	This is all white people in the Kyle Rittenhouse case, essentially.
	Everybody was shot.
	Everybody who was involved is a white person.
	So the left, according to Millie Weaver, the left are going to threaten with all sorts
	of insurrection, criminal rioters, arsonists and looters are threatening to terrorize Kenosha
	if Kyle Rittenhouse isn't found guilty because he acted in self-defense against said criminal
	rioters, arsonists, looters when they attacked him.
	So they're going to try and pull a riot again.
	I think it's going to be not tolerated and shut down.
	And if I expect Kyle Rittenhouse is going to be exonerated or acquitted.
	And they can't even charge him with the 17 year old possessing a gun because it's unconstitutional
	to say a 17 year old can't have a firearm because 17 year olds were around when the
	Second Amendment was put into the Constitution of the United States.
	That means 17-year-olds in 1776, who had the right to keep and bear arms, do not lose that right today.
	And that inevitably will be, I think, recognized by the court, is that a 17-year-old who doesn't have parents, who's on his own, and needs to defend himself, has a right to do that.
	So I think there's a lot of constitutional issues that'll be overthrown in this whole case.
	I think also we have to pay attention to one other thing that's very significant when it comes to media, and this may explain what your earlier analysis was, Susan, with regards to are they planning some sort of media campaign strategy over the next year?
	One of the targets that they've attacked, similar to how they attacked you and others, is James O'Keefe on Project Veritas.
	So now we have James O'Keefe on Project Veritas, a year ago, received Ashley Biden's diary, allegedly, from a source.
	And they accepted it, they prepared a story, but they didn't run with it because they couldn't authenticate it.
	So they then gave it or reported it to the Department of Justice a year ago.
	So one year later, after reporting it to the Department of Justice, they invade James O'Keefe's
	house, they handcuff him, they go through all of his stuff, they take his cell phones,
	take his records, and accuse him of misprison of a felony, which is 18 U.S. Code 4, which
	is anyone who comes into knowledge that a felony has occurred has a duty to report it
	to a judge or an officer or someone in authority, or else they're guilty of misprison of a felony,
	hiding a felony.
	So they've charged James O'Keefe with misprison of a felony, hiding a felony, which is nonsense because they reported it through their attorneys a year ago.
	So that charge instantly disappears.
	They reported what they were given.
	But they've still come down on James O'Keefe.
	Now, again, they've picked a fight with the guy.
	I knew James O'Keefe in Washington when they first threatened to incarcerate him because he recorded someone on a device.
	This is before Project Veritas really got off.
	And James had said, I'm going low.
	They've got, you know, they've they've charged me with this, but they didn't throw him in jail because he promised, you know, to he was on probation for a couple of years.
	That was just before I was thrown in.
	And they They, uh, you know, they, they tied him up a little bit, but now that he's gone through the judicial system, he's learned what to say, what not to say, and how to handle this.
	And they're coming against James O'Keefe from Project Veritas because he's exposed Governor Chris Murphy.
	He's exposed all of the Pfizer and the vaccine companies having fetal baby parts and hiding it and, and covering it up.
	Corruption is big news, and they've got a problem, because Project Veritas repeatedly comes out and delivers the hard evidence, testimonials straight from the mouths of the deceivers, the lies, and Project Veritas is beautifully named.
	Beautifully named and powerful and with integrity.
	There's integrity, courage, powerful truth.
	And yeah, corruption is on the, corruption is going to take, is taking down these people.

	Well, let me add with regard to the Kyle Rittenhouse case, the prosecution has been now asking for lesser included offenses, reflecting the fact that they have been exposed as having had no case.
	You get numerous columnists writing essentially the slogan that rioting is good, self-defense is bad.
	A nice meme circulating is the media has no choice but to hate Kyle.
	He defended himself against the monsters they created and showed the world why someone would need an AR-15 with 30 rounds.
	I think these are all impeccable points.
	And yet the Wisconsin State Journal has just published an absurd and insulting piece.
	Guilty or innocent, Rittenhouse wrong.
	Nobody should want a vigilantes, untrained teen vigilantes patrolling with illegally obtained guns, where none of the allegations he makes here appear to be well-founded.
	They appear to be false, but it's the best they can do.
	It's like Terry McAuliffe citing racism in Trump, who wasn't on the ballot.
	It was the best he could do.
	I think the Rittenhouse case has become an inspiring example of self-defense for the Americans and for the rest of the world, and that's why they have to attempt to put him down.

	The most important thing they need to say to every juror is, imagine if this was your son.
	What would you want him to do?
	Exactly as Kyle Rittenhouse had done?
	Or lay down his gun and be killed.
	That's your choice, ladies and gentlemen, because they were going to kill him.
	So what would, if this was your son, if this is your brother, if this is your husband, who goes out to clean off graffiti and to, and to, to, to try and be a source of good, not to hurt people, not to kill people, but to be a source of good to clean graffiti and to keep buildings from burning down that you work in.
	Let's say you work in this shop.
	You want people there protecting it, don't you?
	Otherwise, you don't have a job.
	And if you don't have a job, your children go hungry and die.
	That's what happens when your building is burned down and that you work in.
	You don't have a job.
	And that's what he did.
	He went out to save people's lives, protect property, clean up graffiti, and these wild, savage monsters attacked him.

	And he ran, but had to defend himself when they knocked him on the ground and were up inches away from killing him.

	not going to be buying anything from China because you're not going to have any money
	left over to pay for anything else.
	The inflation amounts to an income loss.
	It cuts down your income.
	For those of you who don't remember, the 1970s under Jimmy Carter, inflation got to 20, interest rates were 21% for housing.
	So if you had a mortgage with 21%, Jesus Christ, that's just beyond, nobody could buy houses after that.
	So everything stopped, everything died immediately, people couldn't buy a car with 21% interest on your car payment.

	They couldn't afford it.
	You could not buy a home appliance like a new refrigerator or a washer dryer because everything that you had, all of your money had to pay for these extra interest payments.

	And he described Chris Christie and the department of justice, him approaching Kirk Shelton saying, we want, uh, your, your partner, not you.
	And we want to essentially bust him for accounting processes and errors, similar to what they were allegedly doing at Enron.
	And Kirk, who's got the IQ of a computer and a brilliant guy, and he just was one of the greatest Americans I met, had said, I can't testify against my partner for doing something illegal that's not illegal.
	This is perfectly consistent with the laws of accounting and business.
	And it wasn't an Enron thing, but they threatened Kirk.
	If he didn't testify against his business partner, Chris Christie and the Department of Justice would come after him, too.
	Well, Kirk said, I can't lie.
	I can't go against my partner.
	I can't make this stuff up.
	And they said, fine, we're coming after you, too.
	And they Chris Christie and the Department of Justice tried to prosecute Kirk Shelton with accounting irregularities and his business partner.
	The jury couldn't come up with a decision.
	They wouldn't let, you know, Kirk bring in evidence of this is standard practice.
	The jury couldn't arrive at a decision.
	The judge said, you're not going home unless you come up with a guilty plea.
	And it was over Christmas time.
	So the jury acquiesced.
	They found him guilty and they gave him 10 years in prison.
	That was Chris Christie giving an innocent man, a CEO of Citibank credit card company, a brilliant guy, innocent as the day is long and just completely of pure motive, but was standing up for the integrity of himself.
	And he couldn't lie.
	He couldn't be, you know, coerced and corrupted.
	Chris Christie came after this honest man, father, in his late 50s and gave him 10 years in prison.
	That's Chris Christie.
	That is why all of these people that Trump had around him were complete backstabbing liars, and that's Trump's fault for putting them in there.
	And if he ever gets back in office, he better learn that lesson that Chris Christie and Nikki Haley and Mike Pompeo and Jeff Sessions and John Bolton And all these other clowns have really added to the destruction of America and not improved it.
	They haven't done what the voters wanted, which was a complete rejection of the status quo in the establishment and a new maverick spirit coming into the presidency to get us all off of these endless wars and this Democrat wokeness.
	And, you know, that that desire in Americans have hasn't dissipated.
	It's only become more galvanized and empowered.
	And the question becomes, OK, where do we go from here?

	I think the jury is still out about that.

	How can anybody want to see China first?
	You do understand people that the supply chain problems are because all of these goods are now coming from China and they have, Joe Biden has shut down the blue collar working domestic manufacturing emphasis.
	General Motors and Ford have both, General Motors, Ford, one of the aluminum companies, they're all shutting down their factories in the United States.
	If this has been going on for a year, they're not even covering this stuff anymore in the media.
	You have to watch the conservative blogs to even know that it's happening.
	But across the United States, domestic manufacturing is just closing it.
	And they're just giving them 30 days notice and saying, we're done with you, goodbye.
	We're closing shop.
	It's at all levels, this should be really scary to working Americans because if we're not producing anything, what's happening is it's all shifting to China and if we don't have any jobs and we don't have any income, how are we going to buy goods as consumers?
	This is going to become a very scary event.
	And I think that's why they're trying to give welfare benefits.
	I think it's July 30th.
	As of August, Biden has been paying families $350 per child for every child under the age of seven is receiving money from the government.
	How are we supposed to pay for that?
	Where is that supposed to come from?
	But they're trying to get people away from the expectation that you're going to have
	jobs at all.
	One of the reasons that they have to do this eugenics and cut out the workforce, they've
	got to kill off the older workforce and they've got to sterilize the younger workforce because
	we're not the source of consumerism anymore and they're going to cure us of believing

	Billionaire Bill Ackman defends Kenosha gunman Kyle Rittenhouse and calls the teen a civic-minded patriot.
	This is completely appropriate.
	Billionaire Bill Ackman took to Twitter Thursday to defend Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, calling the 18-year-old a civic-minded patriot.
	Ackerman said that after watching hours of testimony from Rittenhouse's murder trial, he and his wife, Neri Oxman, believe the teen is telling the truth.
	And that he acted in self-defense.
	We found him to be a civic-minded patriot with a history of helping his community as an EMT and fireman in training, in his removing Haika Freedie earlier that day from a local school, and ultimately in volunteering to protect a business during the night of August 25th in Kenosha.
	I think that's sensational.
	And in fact, during our show, I was penning a letter to the editor of the Wisconsin State Journal Protesting the embarrassment of them having published this, this absurd letter defending, you know, the prosecution here.
	Let me share it with you.
	The title is rioting, good self-defense, bad editor.
	It's embarrassing that you have published an ideological defense of the Rittenhouse prosecution where three members of the same family.
	The mayor, the DA, and the detective appear to have conspired against Kyle to deny his legal rights.
	Kyle took a citizen's commitment to defend property and human rights more seriously than the Kenosha police, who stood down while looting and rioting was taking place.
	He sought to provide medical assistance for which he was attacked.
	A meticulous legal analysis by Andrew Branca provides a thorough and detailed exoneration on every count.
	That's why the prosecution now wants to include lesser charges.
	They know they have no case.
	Kyle was kicked in the face by one rioter.
	Another tried to break his neck with a skateboard.
	A third admitted he had a handgun, was pointing it at Kyle, who shot him in the arm.
	They, not Kyle, were the aggressors.
	It's insulting for anyone to suggest that he was acting as a vigilante and patrolling with illegally obtained guns, neither of which appears to be the case.
	On the contrary, Kyle's actions were heroic.
	As a former Marine Corps officer who supervised 15 DIs and 300 recruits through basic training, his performance was admirable.
	The attacks were imminent and deadly.
	His actions were reasonable.
	The media and its allies must attack Kyle because his example of self-defense is inspiring, and he showed the world why an AR-15 might make a difference for the public good.
	He deserves our admiration.

	Be advised point number two is based on our investigation so far of what you're doing to kids and the school boards or supervisors or your attempt to mandate a Biden shutdown, that is an act of treason.
	And we are hereby declaring a citizen's arrest of you, Mr. School Board Member.

	You, Mr. Sheriff.
	We are issuing a citizen's arrest.
	Here's the document.
	And we are calling upon the police.

	They've always had ties to the CIA.
	For the past 10 weeks, I have noticed in the LinkedIn, and God only knows, it's LinkedIn, it's CBS and McGraw-Hill are repeatedly looking at me every single week.
	I'm getting this LinkedIn thing, this weird, I don't get it.
	I don't understand why they would be looking at me on LinkedIn because I don't even use it.
	But they're apparently like somebody is searching me and also law firms are searching me.
	So I'm getting CBS, which is 60 Minutes, McGraw Hill, which is some like book contract, and law firms are looking at me.
	And I have wondered if it's something tied to Richard Fuse and the Theranos case.
	I could be entirely wrong.
	It could be just some weird random thing, but I believe what Scott and Jim are saying that the corporate media propagandists are turning their sights on us.
	And I have been doing a lot of work in, I want you to know why they would do it, because I've been doing a lot of work on government corruption and recovering stolen federal money and fighting To get the Democrats to pay me for the work that I did.
	Now, consider this.
	Vice President Joe Biden's Chief of Staff received eight briefings when I was recovering $80 billion in stolen CIA drug money.
	Now think, why are they trying to disparage me now and defame me now?
	Perhaps because I've exposed this money I brought in $80 billion and $1 trillion with a goddamn T. And that's
	not even a joke.
	We did.
	And it was so, it was huge.
	And what ended up happening was that they stole, the Democrats, while Joe Biden is receiving
	these briefings, the Democrats, Terry McAuliffe, Hillary Clinton, steal the money that is payment
	for my work, and they divert the payments to Democrats running for office in Virginia
	and also the Senate races in New Hampshire, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania,
	and Kamala Harris in California.
	That means that those women, including Kamala Harris, have engaged in major crimes financial crimes, stealing from the treasury and it could
	derail Kamala Harris from rising to the White House.
	It is a very serious crime.
	So if they want to shut, they may be looking for how to do it because I'm the good guy
	in this.
	I'm the one who recovered all the money.
