Anyway, and also we have Scott Bennett, the most insightful, mental, oh boy, I have to edit this, military mind in America.
He's just a great espionage person.
And Holly Seliger, the most wonderful legal person She knows it all.
So, Jim, what have we got today?

Are we deep in oil or are we running out of oil?
What's going on here?
Well, Don, I want to preface by saying Chris Christie has just announced that the Republican Party should abandon truth tellers and conspiracy theorists who are actually investigating crimes that lead back to the government.
So I think he's proving he's an imbecile and incompetent and corrupt all in a single stance he's taking here.
Plus, others observe he still needs to lose a massive amount of weight.
Meanwhile, if anyone had any doubt about the corruption of the Biden administration or its efforts to destroy America, we are already selling off our strategic oil reserve to foreign sources.
So not only did Biden cut down the XL pipeline, which had made us energy independent, he's cramping down on the Line 5 from Ontario to Michigan, which means we're going to be freezing here in the Midwest this winter.
And now he's selling off, well, 1.6 million barrels of crude from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve shipped out in October alone, October alone.
And it's headed for Asia.
I mean, this is disgusting, but it's part of the agenda.
When you understand that his pick for the controller of the currency, Saleh Omavara, has declared, we want to bankrupt the oil industry.
We want to end banking as we know it.
Think about the destruction of the fossil fuel industry.
Where would that leave us?
Documents show this woman was a committed communist, planned a career as a professor of scientific Marxism.
She hid her thesis on Karl Marx, omit she was planning to be a professor of Marxism.
Whatever you think about climate change, and I'm convinced it's totally a farce, Joe Olson has explained, based on his engineering background, how CO2 is so beneficial to Earth that it cools the planet in four different ways.
It's obviously indispensable to life on Earth.
Clear that political forces on the left are leveraging the idea in their bid for globalization, which is a sweeping power grab and going to lead to the destruction of America.
She spoke this remark about the oil industry.
We want them to go bankrupt if we want to tackle climate change.
Born and raised in the former Soviet Union, she graduated from Moscow State.
Amazingly, she still has nice things to say about the defunct USSR, where Western-style liberty was non-existent.
Countless millions died from man-made famines, arbitrary executions, and, of course, the notorious Gulagarsha Belego.
In her appearance, she has emphasized top-down control of the economy that would basically implement the communist ideal of the state having the ultimate power over what in a capitalist system are free market ideas.
As a Washington examiner has noted, she denies having communist or Marxist empathies, claiming she's being targeted because she's an immigrant, a woman, and a minority.
But the names she uses aren't as important as the ideas.
If you have any doubt, Biden's on board with Omrov's thinking about fossil fuels.
The White House has confirmed the administration is studying shutting down the Enbridge Line 5 pipeline, which brings 540,000 barrels of oil a day, about 23 million gallons, into the U.S.
through Michigan's Straits of Mackinac.
If you haven't noticed, gas prices are already sky high after shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline on his very first day in office.
Why would he want to shut down another pipeline to make fuel oil prices go even higher?
Is he trying to destroy what the radical left sees as the deplorables of middle America?
Put the coal, gas, and oil industries out of business?
Nationalize the bank?
What comes next?
Hand over the rest of our American freedoms to would-be globalist overlords?
It's pretty obvious that's what's going on here.
I frankly have no doubt about it.
Anyone with a lingering belief that this administration is going to uphold the Constitution or promote the interests of Americans, you better think twice, because that's far removed from the reality.
This is a major threat.
I do not see how they could be more explicit.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, Omerova is a communist from, I think, Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan or one of those stans.
She's not from St.
Petersburg or Moscow.
She's from one of the peripheral Armenia or something like that.
So she is a communist and she is, you know, one of the Again, a typical bureaucratic left-wing Democrat where they're the planners, they're the theorists, they're the fantasy-prone imaginers that humanity just needs to be controlled and carved and shaped as we want them to in the world.
And she says that with this arrogant dismissiveness about the oil reserves and oil companies making them go bankrupt.
Well, it's those oil companies and energy companies and the systems and processes and institutions and infrastructure that have been built up over over 100 years that keep Americans alive, that keep the world alive.
Until you are going to find trilithium crystals or radioactive butterfly shit and somehow turn it into an energy resource, you're not going to find any alternative energy that keeps people alive, warms their homes, warms their water, Other than oil and gas.
And Americans know that, and the people know this, and the world.
And you're, again, we're entering this paradigmatic shift in society where you have the fantasy, the insane, liberal, leftist, democrat fools, drunk on their own academic degrees, thinking that if they Get a PhD or a degree, suddenly they have authority and they have intellectual superiority to everyone.
Some of the biggest dullards and idiots I've ever encountered have been in higher education, the military and the intelligence political sectors.
But what we're witnessing, Jim, I think we're on the precipice of states taking over their energy sectors
and really deploying the National Guard and other groups necessary to arrest
the control of the arresting persons, agents, agencies that are trying to constrict the energy flows.
So let's say Texas has a federal constriction of oil or something like that.
I think you'll see the governor of that state issue National Guard.
And it's almost in a reverse Cuba overthrow.
The communists came in and overthrew the political regime of Cuba.
To liberate the people.
It almost seems ironically backwards but similarly that state governors are going to have to go in and arrest and take over their own energy and oil exports to free their people from the strangling killing action that Biden and these Democrats want.
They want the country to go bankrupt.
They're getting rid of all of our strategic oil reserves, which are called strategic for a purpose.
Strategic in the event of war, in the event that we need oil to fund our war machine to defend our country over a 10-year period.
The battleships, the planes, the tanks, the jeeps.
We have strategic oil reserves for that purpose.
Not to export to China, which is exporting fentanyl and taking our water from California and engaging in an asymmetric soft power It's not a it's not a difference of opinion.
Yet this exportation of oil to China in the strategic energy reserves,
this is a national security threat.
This is an act of treason.
It is not a policy differential.
It's not a difference of opinion.
It's an act of treason and endangering the United States by giving these strategic oil reserves to a foreign enemy.
It is beyond the pale of anything rational.
But I think the only way to step in is to go in and take control of all energy sectors
that are located in the states that have them and send in National Guard, sheriffs, militia,
and whatever else is necessary, because otherwise you'll have a devastating effect
in the wintertime, Jim.
Yeah, I can't think of any single act that could be more indicative that they're out to destroy America.
I mean, this is a bottom line issue.
It's like vaccinating the military.
You're going to kill half of our military.
Half of them are going to get out.
Destroying American military is not keeping America safe.
It's not upholding the national security.
And of course, he's actually violating his oath.
How do we get rid of this son of a bitch?
Get this phony, this pretender out of office?
Don, I can tell you're chafing at the bit.
Oh, I'm a little bit angry, yes.
And shouldn't her being with the Communist Party dismiss her?
I mean, she should not be eligible for any office.
She should be eligible for a jail cell, I think.
Well, the Democrats are promoting all kinds of incompetent people on the basis of their desire for diversity.
I've even now got a report, the Marine Corps is going to bring in transgenders to make the Marine Corps look more like the diverse population of the United States.
What happened to qualifications, competence, the ability to handle arms?
I mean, this is so idiotic.
It's so idiotic.
It's so insulting.

And the second part of my question is, shouldn't the whole regime, Biden regime, be out of there?
Why aren't we kicking them out?
They should be out.
Well, the problem is who's going to do it?
Who's leading the charge?
You got the Democrats controlling the House.
There's not going to be an impeachment, which would have been a foregone conclusion in a normal administration.

Well, I think that's why they're trying to dismantle the military, you know, because they've been charged with upholding and protecting the United States from enemies, foreign and domestic.
So they've got to break them apart and turn it into absurdity.
So quickly to the oil comment.
I think as more and more people start to learn about the abiotic origins of oil that we've been lied to or told it's from ancient dinosaurs and there's only so much and it takes millions and millions of years to make this oil and a lot of this has just been more more lies stacked upon lies that people have started to realize that that there's More abundance to the oil supply and it's something that actually can be renewed from from plastic and trash and all kinds of stuff.
it's an interesting topic to research.
And I think as more people start to realize that this lie of like a limited oil supply,
with the oil embargoes and everything that we saw in the seventies and the creation of OPEC
and creating this supply, we knew eventually that they were going to connect this
with their Green New Deal agenda, which is to completely control everything,
come up with this nebulous carbon credit and electricity kind of credits that we see now
with smart meters and to make it so that everything can be tracked and monitored and something that's abundant
like oil cannot be available to the American people for them to have this sort of tracking control agenda.
So it's part of that.
That larger Green New Deal and smart city technology where they don't want people leaving.
Like with communism, you don't leave your county or your zone.
You have to stay in a certain area.
And if you have enough oil, if you've got abundant gasoline, cheap gasoline, like we saw even a couple years ago, people could travel, move to a safer area, move to a red state, move out of the crazy cities and get out and form their own communities.
Whereas if they've been cut off from oil, cut off from vehicles, if they have to take the bus, if they have to fly a plane or take the Amtrak or whatever sort of thing that they're planning, they can track and control people easier.
Well, you can't possibly get your energy source from wind and solar.
I mean, it's just preposterous.
And the idea of doing all this with electric vehicles is another manifest absurdity.
They have a very limited range.
They need lots of recharging.
They actually consume more energy to charge the pumps than they produce, I mean, than
they save.
I mean, it's just ridiculous.
The whole thing is morons like AOC who think they have to save the world who are trying
to promote idiocy upon the American people, and it's a calamity in the making.
This is just disgusting beyond words.
Meanwhile, the Biden regime shutting off fuel energy supplies as part of a wartime embargo
against who?
Who's our enemy?
We the people!
Prepare for famine, collapse, and civil unrest.

In its latest act of total warfare against the American people, Biden is pushing a shutdown Line 5 pipeline in Michigan, transporting over 500,000 barrels of crude per day from Canada to Michigan.
Without the pipeline, the Midwestern states are going to face critical shortages of fuel this winter, same time Biden's handlers are engineering a supply chain collapse, food shortages, and unrelenting inflation.
Now there's the recipe for destroying the nation.
Have no doubt about it.
The deliberate shutting down of the pipeline is an act of war against we, the people, as the Biden regime transforms America's heartland into an active theater of war, which will soon face widespread food scarcity, energy scarcity, and inevitable civil unrest.
There's no question about it.
With alarm bells going off over Biden's destruction of America's economy, Ted Cruz is voicing what millions of Americans are thinking.
At some point, the remaining free states have to cut ties with Washington, D.C., and form their own new nation.
We've heard this also from Scott.
Justice survived a planned suicide, a civilization being pursued by the demon-possessed Democrats.
If a recent speech, Cruz observed that if the Democrats were to end the filibuster, they could pack the Supreme Court, they could make D.C.
a state, federalize election, expand voter fraud, there may come a point where it's hopeless.
We're not there yet, but I think we take NASA, we take the military, we take the oil.
He's not calling for secession at this point, but clarifying it may be the last remaining option if they continue to wage warfare against America.
Wherever the New World Order globalists have taken over, such as California and New York, there's simply no bringing them back to the American Republic as it was conceived by our Founding Fathers and codified by the Constitution.
They have already taken down statues of those extraordinarily great men, such as Jefferson, Washington, Lincoln, and Lee.
The only way forward for those states that respect the rule of law is to secede from the Union of 50.
The New World, Old Order, globalist cabal essentially owns and operates the federal government.
We'll never willingly relinquish that raw political and military, financial and economic, social and religious power.
Hence, the Patriot Movement has only one option.
Federal power projected from inside the Beltway cannot be effectively fought, but it can be ignored.
Red states such as Florida and Texas can cut the umbilical cord to Washington, D.C., an unconstitutional and tyrannical city-state that has no legitimacy in a constitutional republic or representative democracy.
Some Americans still hold out that white hats are still in charge.
Trump is secretly in power.
Is Biden merely a puppet president to wake up the American people to the sheer terror of big government, big media, big pharma, and big tech all conspiring to mass murder humanity?
The fact that he's broadcasting from a fake Oval Office on a soundstage only adds to speculation what we're watching is pure theater.
If that were true, if it were just all theater, what would be the final act?
Mass death of vaccine-injected children?
Mass starvation, agonization?
Because that's where we're heading.
If we don't stop them soon, tens of millions of Americans will perish from this earth.
If this is theater, it's also a Holocaust-level tragedy in the making.

Well, he's saying the same thing that I've been saying.
I think we've all been saying to a degree.
This is inevitably leading to the tearing of the republic like old wine or new wine and old wineskins.
The California people in particular, and I've lived all my life in California except for my stint in the military in Washington, which was about 15 years, But California is a libertarian center-right state, really.
Yes, it's not got far left, except for the stupid parts, which is the Los Angeles area, which are more, you know, Hispanic-dominated, and that's just kind of an instant, you know, an intergenerational Expectational voting of Democrat.
Then you have the Silicon Valley far-left groups that are all full of, you know, this delusional, godless, technocrat mentality, divorced of reality, you know, and amplified by the deluge of money.
But fundamentally, California is not a far-left state.
There's so much beauty and naturalness to California that I can see it snapping back In a center-right culture.
I mean, I live in very conservative areas.
So, the country as a large whole, I think, is ready to put to death, politically speaking, and literally speaking, after a constitutional due process, Gavin Newsom, Joe Biden, Whitmer, and Murphy, and all of these people That have been trying to hyper destroy the constitutional rights and liberties of people and mandating, you know, all these things through fear and hurting children.
The majority of people are rejecting that.
And the act of rejection is going to be divorcing themselves from the union, because it's like a chess game.
In the game of chess, the pieces have moves that they can do by the rules, and they can't do any other moves, right?
You can't make a knight behave like a bishop, or a pawn behave like a queen.
And the moment you do that is the moment the game's done.
It's not even a game.
It's an exercise in fantasy.
That's what the Democrats are doing on the political chess game of America.
They're reinventing all of these rules, and Americans are all done.
I'm not even playing with you anymore.
I'm focusing on my county, my state, my town, and that's it.
And that's where you're going to have a hyper-arrest.
And Don brought up a good point, and I'm going to end it here, when he said, what can you do?
American citizens need to be armed with the phrase, be advised your hereby served legal notice, your actions may be construed as crimes and prosecuted for violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, violation of the Nuremberg Code, and the violations could result in prosecution and criminal punishments which include the death penalty.
Let me say that again.
You could be put to death Mr. School Board Member, Mr. Mayor, Mr. Sheriff, Mr. County Supervisor, for actions that you are taking that are in violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Nuremberg Code and other things.
So be advised, you're hereby served legal notice.
You could be given the death penalty.
And be advised, you're hereby served legal notice.
We are issuing this A citizen's arrest warrant for you.
So the moment some school board or local official or someone engages in criminal acts is when you raise up at a meeting, here is a citizen's arrest warrant being issued by not just me individually, but by a crew, a team, a constitutional enforcement committee of your town.
You need to unite and form a body, a political body as de Tocqueville said, And that body, that group, says we're issuing an arrest warrant because you are engaging in criminal acts against children and whatever else it might be.
The moment you throw over the money changers table is the moment they fall backwards, have their ass fall on the ground, and they turn and they run.
Because you've turned the political process against them based on a moral impetus.
They have no morals.
They have just communist ideology.
Well, we have morals and we have the natural law on our side and that gives us a vitality and a fury and an authority and a conviction that none of these leftists can possibly stand against.
It's like, you know, the demoniacs We're looking for a herd of swine to run into.
Only in this case, there's no more.
They're going to run to their own destruction.
So people really need to be armed with those phrases.
Be advised you're hereby served legal notice.
You will be possibly executed for crimes.
And we have a citizen's arrest warrant for your actions.
Officer, I'm asking you to arrest them or call the police right there at the meeting.
I have a citizen's arrest warrant for crimes that they're doing.
You do that in a school board meeting or a supervisor's meeting, you will see half these people turn in their badge and run and quit, and then you fill it with real conservatives, then you take over your town, then you say this town will never have masks, never have mandates, never have vaccines, none of this will be allowed in our town, and guess what?
Then it's America 1776 all over again.

Well, I think politicians are quickly realizing that they have to start listening to their constituents or they're going to be forced out.
And we're also seeing that people are either fleeing these states or these cities, or they're taking some personal responsibility in taking their towns back.
And so I do think, in a way, this is a great time for America.
And it's a great time to really separate the wheat from the chaff, if you will, people who are just going to go along.
To get along and people who've had enough and people who want to have a future, even people who are completely oblivious to the overall bigger picture that we've been discussing as far as, you know, things that people can't even fathom, the bigger plans, if you will, the global plans and the agendas that we see, they are starting to see that their town is falling apart, their roads are falling apart.
The supply chains are getting cut off.
You know, they can't buy the food or the snacks that they want at their grocery store.
Food prices have gone up.
Gasoline prices have gone up.
Their children are miserable at school.
They don't want to go to school anymore.
They're sick of the agenda.
And I think that they're going to have to stand up.
They're going to have to start taking some personal responsibility.
And so I think in some ways, this is pretty exciting times that we're in.
Yeah, the stakes were so high.
Meanwhile, the appeals court, this is for the Fifth Circuit, have permanently ended Biden's OSHA civilian vax mandate.
This is fascinating.
They have ruled unanimously to permanently block the OSHA mandate from taking effect nationwide, effectively vacating Biden's executive order.
The ruling sides with Texas, but it is a nationwide injunction.
One Reagan, two Trump judges made the ruling.
They cited a tweet by mainstream regarding the White House admitting the Biden administration was seeking to circumvent the Constitution to force people to be vaccinated.
The only appeal now is through Justice Alito to the Supreme Court.
It's been a busy evening when it comes to vaccine tyranny.
First, breaking Oklahoma National Guard's new top general ends COVID vaccine mandate.
Second, U.S.
Federal Appeals Court affirms hold on Biden's vaccine mandate, calls it staggeringly overbroad.
Biden's vaccine mandate raises serious constitutional concerns and likely exceeds the federal government's authority.
Here's a part of it.
The mandate is staggeringly overbroad.
Applying to two out of three private sector employees in America in workplaces as diverse as the country itself, the mandate fails to consider what is perhaps the most salient fact of all.
The ongoing threat of COVID is more dangerous to some employees than to other employees.
All else equal, a 28-year-old trucker spaying the bulk of his work down in the solitude of his cab is simply less vulnerable to COVID-19 than a 62-year-old prison janitor.
Likewise, A naturally immune unvaccinated worker is presumably at less risk than an unvaccinated worker who never had the virus.
The list goes on, but one constant remains.
The mandate fails almost completely to address or even respond to much of this reality and common sense.
It bears noting the mandate raises serious constitutional concerns that either make it more likely the petitioners will succeed on the merits, or at least counsel against adopting OSHA's broad reading of Section 655C as a matter of statutory interpretation first.
The mandate likely exceeds the federal government's authority under the Commerce Clause because it regulates non-economic inactivity that falls squarely within the state's police power.
A person's choice to remain unvaccinated and forgo regular testing is non-economic inactivity.
And a mandate that a person receive a vaccine or undergo testing falls squarely within the state's police power.
Here I remind you of the comments from two experts on OSHA from Michigan.
In reality, this standard, the mandate, was promulgated illegally.
The President of the United States does not have statutory authority to demand a regulatory agency create a new standard.
In addition, OSHA does not have jurisdiction over vaccines.
This belongs to the regulatory agencies of Health and Human Services and the FDA.
OSHA regulates workplace health and safety like slips, trips, falls, machine guarding, protection from airborne hazards, dust and fumes, chemicals, vapor.
They do not have the authority to mandate that employees inject anything into their bodies to control hazards as vaccines are not a control measure for a hazard.
OSHA cannot legally view unvaccinated workers as a hazard.
In order for OSHA to cite any organization for a violation of their health and safety standards, they must cite a standard that has been violated.
To date, there has been no COVID standard created.
Therefore, any penalty, citations, or administrative admonishment should be null and void.
Any organization that has received OSHA fines over the past year should demand a full refund of those fines, including damages, and that your company record be expunged from the citation.
There's so much wrong with all of this.
We cannot be afraid to stand up against it, expose it for what it is.
The cracks are beginning to show.
The dominoes are beginning to fall.
I would say the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has been the biggest yet.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, like I said on Susan Lindauer's program, we're entering a phase because they're bringing the fight to the American people and the businesses and the freedom-loving people.
They're bringing the fight to them by trying to force them to relinquish their rights, relinquish their freedoms, take a shot that will kill them in order to keep working, to keep exercising their right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
And the time for the Declaration of Independence is yesterday, the modern one, because it says very clearly, when it becomes apparent that the government's ends are destructive of the people's liberty, it is their obligation, their duty, their right to overthrow such government and re-establish one that seems convenient to them.
We're at that point, and this is a manifestation of it.
The forcing of vaccines that will poison and kill based on the preponderance of the evidence and the overwhelming testimony by doctors and scientists shows without any doubt that harm comes to anyone who gets this vaccine, period.
Harm comes to children suffering heart attacks who get this vaccine.
So the vaccine is a non-starter.
We're not going to be taking it on religious and physiological grounds and no one can force us.
OSHA, by being used as the instrument by this walking dead zombie surrounded by Democrat delusionists, has just destroyed any credibility and authority that it has in any state over any business or any person whatsoever.
Everyone should say and commit to not recognizing OSHA in any way, shape, or form.
Never let them into your business.
Never answer a phone call.
Never answer an email.
Divorce yourself entirely.
It's almost as if the Chinese Communist Party came knocking on your door saying, you're not consistent with Directive Fu Manchu, so we're shutting down your business.
You'd say, get the hell out of here before I kill all of you.
The people essentially need to say the same thing about OSHA, maybe not so draconian, but say, no, we're not recognizing anything that you say or do.
We're transitioning into a society where, as I've said, people should be, and I told my dentist this because he said they're going to try and shut us down.
I said, you know what?
I'm still going to come to you to be my dentist.
I don't care if they take all of your permits and your licenses away.
It's your ability to be a dentist that I pay for.
So people need to recognize that doctors and dentists and plumbers and construction workers do not need permits or operating licenses to be a good dentist or construction worker or plumber.
That is 1776.
We do not need the modern requirements of, well, you need to have a nine inch nail, not an eight and a half inch nail, or not a ten inch nail.
These sort of constrictions and parasitic government overreach has been what's destroyed this country over a hundred years.
So we need to really recognize that all of these government agencies and mandates and permits and licenses should be rejected entirely and people begin to develop a parallel economic system that does not recognize anything from the federal government and recognizes only local government, local control And it gets back to this anti-federalist mentality because they're forcing tyranny on us and the only way to escape it is to bring up the drawbridge, not recognize them, not allow them in in any way, and live life by creating your own relationships and your own businesses that don't need their okay, Jim.
Scott, well, I appreciate all your motivation.
I think what you're talking about is just wildly impractical.
You can't create a parallel government.
You can deny illegal orders.
You can object to them.
You can go to court, which has been taking place.
But I think this wholesale idea of abandoning the government and all of its actions is just a fantasy.
Well, Jim, let me ask you this.
I'm worried about how we would implement All the causes you're espousing here.
I mean, look, I'm a huge fan of Scott Bennett, but we've got to have ideas and goals that are attainable, and I see no practical way to attain what you're describing.
Let me just articulate.
I'm not talking about having a parade with these sort of things emboldened and flags and banners, but I am saying if a dentist or a construction worker or something, and they're doing this to Australia, When they say, you can't practice dentistry unless you do this, the dentist needs to say, to hell with you, I am going to continue practicing.
That's what I'm talking about.
When the construction worker gets a notice from his union, you can't build a house or do plumbing without this, without this mandate, without the vaccine, he says, to hell with you, I am going to continue.
That's what I'm... Uh-oh.

Virginia's Loudoun County Public Schools, ground zero in the debate, paid $314,000 for critical race theory coaching from teachers, and the Equity Collaborative, a consulting firm, turns critical race theory into practices for building more equitable learning environments.
In its presentation, Introduction to Critical Race Theory, they instruct teachers racism is an inherent part of American civilization, attacks ideas like colorblindness, neutrality of the law, incremental change, and equal opportunity for all as really ways of maintaining white power and strongholds within society.
It even questions the idea of meritocracy, of people some having more qualifications or achievements or ability than others.
Which allows the empowered to feel good and have a clear conscience concludes with a breakout session for teachers to discuss how might you use CRT to identify and address systemic oppression in your school district organization, merely taking for granted that it exists when it almost certainly does not.
One Loudoun County parent filed a public record request to find out what took place in these sessions.
Instead was sent a set of talking points used to train Virginia teachers.

As Manhattan Institute Senior Fellow Christopher Ruffo points out, right now on its website, The Virginia Department of Education recommends critical race theory in education as a best practice and derives its definition of racism, white supremacy, and education equity explicitly from critical race theory.
This is true in other states as well.
In New York City, administrators were required to undergo training sessions where they learned that objectivity and individualism were elements of a white supremacy culture.
In California, students as young as six are being taught CRT-inspired lessons in white privilege and structural racism.
The left's CRT denial is intellectually dishonest.
Just because grade school students are not studying academic treatises on critical race theory doesn't mean it's not being taught.
Most of the students are not reading Karl Marx either.
But if they were being instructed by teachers trained in Marxist thought to see everything through the prism of class struggle, they would be learning Marxism.
Today, children are being instructed by teachers trained in CRT to see everything through the prism of race.
