Need to Know News (8 October 2021) with Carl Herman

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased to be joined today by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
We are here to bring you all the news you need to know.
We begin with Texas.
A judge already in Texas has suspended its new law banning most abortions.
I'm actually heartened by this development because I have long believed that Roe v. Wade was a very wise decision to allow women the opportunity to choose for themselves without forcing anyone either.
into an unwanted abortion or alternatively to carry the term an unwanted fetus.
The order by U.S.
Judge Robert Pittman is the first legal blow to the Texas law known as Senate Bill 8, which has withstood early challenges.
What it does is not have the government enforced, but allow individual citizens, private citizens, to bring lawsuits against abortion providers who violate the restrictions.
This was a In my opinion, a very devious method.
Women have all kinds of reasons why they might not want to have a child at a certain point in their lives.
They may have to work to put food on the table, keep a roof over their head.
Having a baby would make that impossible.
They already have too many children.
They're in the midst of all kinds of complicated situations in any case.
This particular bill, which would prevent abortion after a fetal heartbeat, which is not a sign of viability after six weeks when most women don't even know that they're pregnant, in my opinion, is a very bad bill.
Here you see some of the stages of pregnancy broken into the three trimesters whereby Roe v. Wade Abortion is unrestricted in the first trimester when the developing entity doesn't bear any resemblance to a human.
Second trimester, the state can regulate how it's done.
And then, as I understand the court's decision, at the end of the trimester, when you not only have heart and brain Activity, but also lung development sufficient to exist independent of the interuterine environment.
It's regarded as an entity in its own right, as a person, which is the legal and social status conferred when it's viable.
Prior to that, it's a very special kind of property of the woman, but thereafter enjoys a primitive Right to life that it cannot be aborted other than to save the life or the health of the mother.
Texas near total ban thus is temporarily blocked spurring the state to appeal quickly.
Those who are pro-life tend to be very adamant about it.
They want to force women to carry unwanted children to term.
In other words, turn them into reproductive slaves, which I oppose.
Also, we know, of course, unwanted children tend to become juvenile delinquents, eventually criminals, placing additional burdens on society.
I mean, bringing a child into the world is a huge commitment.
Minimally, you're investing roughly 18 years of your life in raising them to a point where they can become an adult in society.
Until Pittman's order, Texas new law had successfully flouted the constitutional right to have an abortion before fetal viability, as established by Roe v. Wade in 1973.
And that's because it leaves this new restrictions not to state officials, but to private citizens.
Carl, your thoughts?
I agree that Roe v. Wade does strike a fair balance.
And that said, this is also in another fog of war of official medical, often disinformation, against we the people.
But given the information that we do have, With the primary responsibility of having something to say, Roe v. Wade is fair.
And the idea of forcing a woman to have an abortion, yes, I think that the power behind that, the agenda behind that, wants not only women but all of us as really just serving an elite with their rules.
Yeah, it is interesting that the law doesn't require anyone to have an abortion.
If you do not want to have an abortion, that's your right!
But it also doesn't force a woman to carry the term a fetus she does not prefer to bring into the world.
And there are all kinds of ways in which an unwanted or unintended pregnancy can occur.
I was astonished when debating this with my students in college courses.
They knew more methods of birth control than I'd ever imagined, Carl.
It was fascinating how knowledgeable they were.
Obviously, it was an important matter to them.
Pretty fascinating stuff.
Meanwhile, Biden's been dealt a major blow as the Supreme Court has ordered the lower court to reconsider the border wall.
I find this very significant.
Biden, and it's not the real Joe Biden, we're getting more and more evidence, there's a huge report on Before It's News showing how many different fake Bidens there have been, and this guy very clearly is not the senator from Delaware.
The country's high court ordered lower courts to vacate previous rulings about the wall, citing changed circumstances.
The changed circumstances appear to have to do with a vast number who are coming over the border.
The Sierra Club had been opposed to the use of military funding when Trump had declared a national emergency, diverting $3.6 billion to the project, which, invoking his authority under the National Emergency Act, led to these lawsuits being filed.
Now the Supreme Court has vacated the district court ruling, ordered the appellate court to take another look at the case.
This is very appropriate, in my opinion.
On his first day in office, Biden had ordered construction on the wall to be halted.
Through an executive order.
Like every nation, the United States has a right and a duty to secure its borders and protect its people against threats, but building a massive wall that spans the entire southern border is not a serious possible solution.
I cannot understand how he could claim that, except that he's just a puppet, Carl, because it was very successful, cutting down an illegal abortion to a mere trickle, And now, of course, the Biden administration has been going after everyone on the border who's enforcing the laws.
They won't even let them wear horses.
If there wasn't a national emergency on the border in January, there most certainly is now.
They didn't explain what changed circumstances directed, but perhaps it's because the border with Mexico has become a national security issue, a humanitarian crisis, and an international embarrassment has played a role.
Meanwhile, Kamala is in hot water after her latest colossal blunder.
She was supposed to be an asset for Biden, even though she was the first Democrat to drop out of the race.
She didn't even make it to Iowa.
Her tenure as VP has been a complete disaster.
She's in hot water after her latest colossal blunder.
She was put in charge of solving the Biden crisis, but took 100 days to actually show up.
She hired a couple of public relations experts to help to improve her image.
Here's what took place.
She made a surprise appearance at George Mason University in Virginia to encourage voter registration.
She fielded questions.
One said, Israel was engaged in ethnic genocide against the Palestinians.
Harris nodded in agreement and added, your voice, your perspective, your experience, your truth cannot be suppressed and it must be heard.
In other words, she was endorsing the idea that the Israelis are committing genocide against the Palestinians, which I believe to be 100% historical fact.
But it was very embarrassing because, you see, the Rothschilds and the Israelis got Biden and Harris into office, and they are not going to take it kindly.
Any criticism of Israel or the actions of the government there are going to be treated as though they were a form of anti-Semitism.
Which is completely wrong, but there it is.
With Biden in decline, she's in a prime position to be the Democrats' top contender, but the string of blunders she's committing is going to give the Democrats a headache going forward.
I will say, Carl, I don't think she's a viable candidate for any office.
I mean, when you had 17 Democrats and she was the first to drop, everybody dislikes this woman.
She's superficial.
She has this cackles.
There's nothing serious about her.
Frankly, it's an absurdity.
She's the vice president of the United States today.
Your thoughts?
And you're absolutely right about that, Jim, and hence why I'm at 95% optimism that she is a puppet of the White Hats acting out a script.
It's so ridiculous.
On the first story of The Wall, We have, we're in a psyop.
It's hard to know what the facts are.
Yes, the reports have been overwhelming that there's this flood coming in, and that's why the military places such a priority on having human intelligence with eyes on or photographic evidence that would confirm that.
We've seen evidence of a surge in, and that said, it certainly is on the agenda For the Democratic puppets in charge to go ahead and have a race to the bottom by flooding people in here to lower the wages and to push us more and more into a slave society.
They need to crush American independence.
The spirit of 1776 of American independence and autonomy and standing up against this encroaching tyranny.
We are the last stronghold.
We must hold, we must fight, and we must win or freedom is extinguished in this entire planet.
For Harris, she's just a script reader and she forgot her lines.
And then what happens when that happens is that corporate media will then cover for her.
I mean, literally cover for her.
And if there's any acknowledgement, it would be that she misspoke.
I mean, look at what they've covered for with Biden, for groping children, for his past on imprisonment and the wars they just covered for these people.
And that's the game that we're in.
And this war that we're with is with the agenda using those script readers and working through the leadership of politics, our money, our media, our public education textbooks.
And of course, as we're witnessing now, in official medicine.
Yes, well said.
It appears it's purely to increase a democratic vote, strengthen the government's grip on the population.
My understanding, they're flying all these migrants to swing states.
I mean, this is just blatant raw politics.
And of course, destroying a border is in accordance with a one-world government scheme where we have no nation-states.
They're attempting to destroy America as a nation-state.
Which, of course, is why they had to get Trump out of the way.
His America First policy generated a spirit of nationalism and pride in the United States as a nation-state.
That is something they want to discourage.
Hence, we had the stolen election and Biden and Harris in office.
This is pretty scary, Carl.
You had Fauci speaking to Canadians and telling them it's time to give up your individual right of making your own decisions.
How bad is this?
He gave a virtual lecture at McGill University where he made a startling declaration.
He told Canadians who oppose vaccine mandates they have no right to make their own decision about what goes into their body during the presentation.
He said there comes a time when you have to give up what you consider your individual right of making your own decision.
This is simply incredible, Carl.
This is a violation of every statute for human rights, violates the Nuremberg Code, violates virtually every law known to man, as though your body is not your own.
But, Boushey said, you're a member of society.
As a member of society, reaping all the benefits of being a member of society, you have a responsibility to society.
And I think each of us Particularly in the context of a pandemic that's killing millions of people.
You've got to look at it and say there comes a time when you have to give up what you consider your individual right of making your own decision.
There are several flaws here.
There's no evidence the pandemic is killing people.
In fact, if you track the death rate, it's modeled, it parallels the normal death rate.
We had a study from Johns Hopkins recently showing no increase in death in any age group by comparison with past years, reinforced by the fact there's been no increase in sale of oxygen tanks or IV drips in the stand, which would be necessary if the hospitals were flooded.
And perhaps even more tellingly, the life insurance industry Which would go bankrupt if it doesn't track its rates in relation with expectation for life, has made no change in its premiums or the policies it issues, which indicates the whole thing is totally fraudulent.
Fauci, on the other hand, is guilty of mass murder and ultimately, I believe, is going to be responsible for more deaths than anyone in all of recorded history.
So, Rebel News is reporting about how he's obliterating freedom.
Back in 2019, Fauci was singing a different tune.
He was even saying masks are a paranoid tool.
People shouldn't be walking around with masks.
This was during a 2019 sit-down on the David Rubenstein Show.
He mocked wearing a mask to prevent infectious diseases as a paranoid tool, laughing at anyone who decided to do so.
They discussed infectious disease and vaccine, what people can do to avoid getting sick.
This is before Foushee became the front man.
Meanwhile, when confronted whether he's doing more harm than good, he nevertheless asserted he would never resign, even if that were the case.
No, no, absolutely, unequivocally, no.
Carl, this is a very bad guy.
This is a wrong guy in the wrong place at the wrong time, and the damage he's doing is virtually incalculable.
Yeah, well, great points that you made there, Jim.
My contribution about Fauci would be that simply, I assume that he is under oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
I'm under that oath.
I take that oath seriously.
And when Fauci goes against federal law, Title 21, which says that any emergency use authorized products can only be administered with consent.
They must give the right to refuse to the participants.
Article 6 of the United States Constitution says that federal law is supreme law, and then they put it in the language of the time, and they don't care what the state or local governments may say about it.
Federal law, it's called the Supremacy Clause.
Simply, this man dishonors his oath and therefore he is anti-American.
He is promoting dictatorial government to do what is said by the leaders.
So, the people have a fair choice.
If they like what they have so far under the dictatorship that they've experienced, or they can't imagine any better, then they're just going to have to learn the hard way about what that will cost them compared to real freedom.
Oh, I think you got it right, Carl.
I mean, this guy is so deserving of arrest, indictment, prosecution, and ultimately the most severe penalty that a government can impose.
Meanwhile, Fauci's saying everyone needs to be vaccinated to avoid a dark winter.
He knows what's coming.
He knows these vaccines wipe out the immune system.
He knows, therefore, that Americans who would ordinarily be able to live just fine lives through a winter, many are going to be dying.
He wants everyone to be vaccinated so there won't be a control group that'll make it so obvious that those who are dying are dying because they took the vaccine.
The unvaccinated are going to survive because they still have their immune system.
But those who took the vaccine, I'm sorry to say, are going to suffer massively.
Stunning quantities of people across the nation are going to die.
Meanwhile, John Rappaport continues his completely brilliant work, in this case, about the non-existent virus.
He did an interview with Christine Massey using Freedom of Information requests as a research tool to unearth the truth about SARS-CoV-2 regarding the question, does the virus exist?
Christine has been doing this research.
Ordinarily, in a half-sane world, it would win awards and have far-reaching coverage.
However, they're attempting to dismiss her unquestionably as a conspiracy theorist.
Here is part and parcel of what was uncovered.
You've been asking for records that show SARS-CoV-2 virus exists.
How did you develop this approach?
Well, a lady in Edmonton submitted a Freedom of Information request to Health Canada asking for studies, and Health Canada indicated they had no studies to back up their claims.
Years later, high-quality government-funded studies showed the common fluoride exposure levels during pregnancy are associated with lower IQs and increased ADHD symptoms.
This is something many of us have been concerned about, the fluoridation of water.
It actually damages the brain.
It reduces your IQ, and it's been used on a scale unprecedented in history throughout the United States.
Dentists and public health officials continue to promote it, but it's harmful, not helpful.
How have public health and government agencies – how many have you queried with your FOIA requests?
Twenty-two Canadian institutions, public health institutions, many around the world have obtained responses in the same, similar, related requests from institutions in their countries.
I've been compiling all the responses sent to me on my FOIA page.
There are FOIA responses.
How would you characterize the replies you got?
Every institution, without exception, has failed to provide or cite even one record describing purification of the alleged virus from even one patient sample.
Twenty-one of the twenty-two Canadian institutions admitted flat out they have no such records, even though they're required by Canadian legislation.
Many outside Canada have admitted the same, including the CDC.
And in some cases, silly excuses were provided.
The Norwegian director of health said they do not own store control documents with information about patients.
How silly is that?
Public Health Wales said they have not produced such records, and while they'd be normally willing to point or tort records, it would be too difficult in this case.
It goes on.
What's the exact text of your FOIA request?
Well, it's varied a bit.
I use the word isolation, but since that's been so abused by virologists, I now stick to purification.
I say, has there been isolation or purification of the virus?
Do you have any studies that establish this to demonstrate that the virus has been isolated and identified?
I always clarify, I'm not requesting records where researchers failed to purify and instead cultured something else.
Or performed a CPR test or sequenced something else.
I requested citation of any record of purification held by the institution, but already available to the public elsewhere.
And what she got was no answers.
None of them.
They have no records proving SARS-CoV-2 exists.
At the same time, however, some of these agency-sponsored studies claiming the virus does exist.
How do you account for this contradiction?
The Public Health Agency of Canada is the only Canadian institution that failed to provide a straightforward no-records response.
Instead, they offered what they pretended were responsive records.
They consist of some emails and a study by Bollier et al., supported by Public Health of Canada and their National Microbiology Laboratory.
Neither the study nor the emails, however, describe purification or isolation of the alleged virus.
There's nothing there to support it.
No virus was looked for or purified from the patient samples.
No control groups of any kind were implemented in monkey cell procedures.
No virus was required or shown to be involved.
Nevertheless, this was the sole paper provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada.
And although researchers did not claim to have isolated the alleged virus in this paper, they performed the same sort of monkey business cell culture procedure passed off as virus isolation by virologists in one country after another.
Turns out virology is not a science.
Note the admission.
PCR detects RNA, not infectious virus.
So I wrote back to Public Health Canada about the records, inquired, asked for a more accurate response.
In their revised reply, they insisted the gold standard used to determine in patient samples
as visible cytopathic cell-killing effects on cells, and that PCR further confirms an intact virus is present.
In other words, they were trying to worm their way out of it.
Again, as you pointed out, no one has isolated or purified the virus.
They simply assume patient samples contain it.
So people responsible for the blatantly fraudulent claims made by these institutions are either wildly incompetent or intentionally lying.
Then Rappaport goes on to say, to bolster Christine's final comments, the agencies will respond to FOIA requests with, we have no records of viral purification, and then sponsor studies that claim the virus has been purified.
The standard for purifying the virus in the studies are no standards at all.
They're entirely irrational.
Because Christina is very precise and accurate when it comes to what purification means, the agencies are compelled to reply, well, in that case, Meaning when we know what we're talking about, we have no records of virus purification.
Meaning, there are no records showing the virus has been isolated.
There are no records showing the virus exists.
Carl, this is stunning stuff.
Rappaport has been absolutely fantastic on this.
Very persevering.
He's published one brilliant blog after another.
This is another excellent contribution.

Yeah, agreed.
And a great compilation of stories of news people really do need to know.
For the first one with Fauci, Fauci is a script reader.
So of course he's going to keep on pushing the vaccine and he'll do what every political leader does is he'll admit no wrongdoing.
He'll only say that he's been right.
He will, you know, his, my favorite phrase that he has been put up to is that attacking me means you're attacking science.
That's brilliant and typical of our opponents.
And he'll stay doing and pushing his agenda until his program is chosen to be deleted, if ever, from the controllers who are behind him.
For the death rate from the vaccine, we know that VAERS has reported 15,000 deaths immediately after the vaccine, and that anybody who dies after the vaccine, within 14 days, is counted as unvaccinated.
If you want my, for the audience, I wrote a 4700 word essay with what I found the most damning facts to prove that this is a scandemic and it is exactly what Jim says.
It's crimes against humanity.
It's an intentionally Killing program, even with the data with the best data that we have.
That's our prima facie conclusion with that.

And actually, that's not true.
You'd have to go to my series of challenging my my school district and that essay to 100 teachers is in there with my best shot.
For the FOIA request, she's absolutely absolutely right.
And what she wrote matches my own experience in battling with my school district, my teachers union, since October 2020.
To have them demonstrate how these health orders are lawful, given they violate three definitive laws.
The first definitive law is that in California, an emergency is defined as, or a health emergency, as having to have beyond control hospitals.
That's the language.
Anything else?
You don't have that authority.
And if the question is sharp enough, it cannot be answered.
So what I've found is that they have to deflect the question, or they have to ignore the question.
And I think I'm on my last round of that, personally, but I'm not going to let them ignore the question.
I'll keep pestering them and force them to say, I'm ignoring the question, just so that I have the maximum completion of that that I would feel happy presenting in court, if I ever get my day in court if it is an honest court at that.
So she's right.
You have to go after them.
And thank God that she did get some.
Oh, there's the other part for it.
In the essay that I wrote, there have actually been 90 leading global Institutions, medical institutions, who, and maybe she was behind a lot of those admissions, who say that they have not isolated this virus.
So that's exactly correct as a non-medical professional with my understanding of what those professionals say, is that that means that the virus cannot be proven to exist.
Yeah, I think that's absolutely right.
And, you know, 21 of 22 were candidates that we have no such records.
Only one sought to equivocate and pretend as though there were such evidence when none exists.
Meanwhile, Horowitz, Harvard researcher, finds absolutely no correlation between vax rates and COVID cases globally.
Basically, our organization is run on COVID money now, said Chris Croce, senior associate scientist for Pfizer, from a Project Veritas undercover video.
We've been lied to big time.
Back in December, CDC stated the Pfizer vaccine was 95% effective in preventing symptomatic laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 in persons without evidence of previous SARS COVID infection.
Indeed, in late March, Director Rochelle Walensky promised our data from the CDC suggests vaccinated people do not carry the virus.
Even those who had questions about transmission were only concerned about asymptomatic, whereas now we see the vaccinated can contract the infection symptomatically And of course, if you're vaccinated, you can still transfer, and yet it appears to be a non-existent virus.
So, you know, all of this appears to be so massively fraudulent.
Fast forward three quarters of a year, and a Harvard researcher could not find any correlation at all between vaccination rates and COVID case rates after examining 68 countries and 2,947 counties in the United States.
No discernible relationship between percent of population vaccinated and new COVID cases.
In fact, the trend lines suggest a marginally positive association that countries with a higher percentage of population vaccinated have higher COVID cases per million.
Notably, Israel with 60% fully vaxxed had the highest COVID cases per million people.
The lack of a meaningful association between percentage population fully vaxxed and new cases is fairly exemplified by comparing Iceland and Portugal.
Both have over 75% fully vaxxed and have more COVID cases per million than countryside Vietnam and South Africa that have only around 10% fully vaxxed.
Of the top five with the highest percentage of vaxxed, the U.S.
Center for Disease and Control identified four as high transmission.
Chattahoochee, Georgia, McKinley, New Mexico, and Araby, Puerto Rico counties have above 90% of their POPs fully vaxxed.
All three have been classified as high in transmission.
Conversely, of the 57 counties that have been classified as low transmission, 15% of population fully vaxxed, below 20%.
Meaning the lower the vax, the lower the transmission.
The higher the vax, the higher the transmission.
This is outrageous!
Completely the opposite of what we're being told.
Bear in mind, too, calculate the data.
They use a sensitivity analysis with a one-month lag.
So, fully vaxxed, people won't be considered fully vaxxed until 14 days after the second dose.
And, of course, we know, Carl, most of the deaths and injuries show up within two weeks, sometimes within a few days.
So this is a way of those who are vaxxed and show symptoms that are damaging in the first two weeks aren't even qualified or calculated or counted as having been vaccinated.
So reliance on vaccination as a primary strategy to mitigate COVID-19 needs to be re-examined.
Especially, they say, in light of the Delta variant.
How can these mandates hold up in court, given they don't even pass the rational basis test of fulfilling a state's vital interest of stopping the spread of a virus?
They're not working.
A July study of Israel perfectly embodies a complete lack of efficacy, especially in recent months.
Israeli researchers found a serious outbreak among a group of patients and staff of whom 96% were vaccinated.
42 patients and staff wound up getting COVID from a vaccinated dialysis patient who had an extremely high viral load.
According to the authors, of the 42 cases diagnosed, 38 were fully vaccinated with two doses of the Comirante vaccine.
One was recovered with one vaccination and three were unvaccinated.
Overall, among the patients Eight became severely ill.
Six critically ill.
Five of the critically ill died.
All the unvaccinated cases were described as mild, even though one of them was in his 80s.
Clearly, you benefit if you are not vaccinated, and you suffer if you are.
The reality is the notion that protection against serious illness is holding up, even as the vaccinated spread the virus more than ever, is collapsing by the day.
According to the Associated Press, hospitalizations are surging in New England.
The five states with the highest percentage of fully vaccinated are all in New England.
At some point, it becomes hard to blame a worse spread than pre-vaccination on the few remaining unvaccinated adults without first investigating whether the vaccine itself made the virus worse.
Remember here, this sums it up so beautifully, the protected need to be protected from the unprotected by forcing the unprotected to use a protection that didn't protect the protected.
Carl, we're in an insane situation unless you understand that it's really nothing to do with a pandemic.
It's all about control and depopulation.

Yeah, as soon as you had that first article up there, I made the note that that statistical report needed to take into account that if you report yourself as having COVID within 14 days of being vaccinated, you're counted as unvaccinated.
So what we're seeing is intentional statistical manipulation that is connected directly to What we have reported by VAERS is 15,000 deaths in the United States as a adverse effect of the vaccination and then the total combining Europe and the UK, we have 40,000 dead and I don't know how many hundreds of thousands that we have severely injured.
So again, this is crimes against humanity and in criminal complicity, Are the political leaders who are pushing this agenda, corporate media leaders who are pushing this agenda, state governments, departments of education, school districts, teachers unions, colleges and universities.
They are all complicit.
They are all minions of the system pushing an agenda that is we can measurably conclude are crimes against humanity.
And that would be the death sentence for And just to confirm, the World Health Organization has its own record of adverse results.
They have over 2 million adverse results this year.
2 million!
70% of which are for females.
This suggests to me, Carl, that there's elements here to ensure women are not going to be able to reproduce, that there's anti-fertility, anti-reproductive.
Only 30% male.
But get this.
The next closest year, previous before, only had 2,000.
So we've gone from 2,000 to 2 million, and it's all been because of the Vax.
Years prior to that, we're only a handful of cases.
Go back a few and you only had one or two.
And now you've got 2 million.
Everyone has got to respond to this data.
That means all the experts know what's going on, Carl.
All the experts know what's going on.

We want to avoid having the information on fetal cells floating out there.

From the perspective of corporate affairs, we want to avoid having the information on fetal cells floating out there.
The risk of communicating this right now outweighs any potential benefit we could see, particularly with general members of the public who may take this information and use it in ways we may not want out there.
Meaning cut down on enthusiasm for the vaccines and thereby reduce our profit margin.
We haven't received any questions from policymakers or media on this issue, so we want to avoid raising it.
