What Happened at Sandy Hook? How We Know It was Staged (4 August 2021)

And we are going to be presenting some fascinating evidence tonight on, again, our false flag series being exposed for the purposes of awakening people with the facts and the truth and the evidence and the research about many of these false flag events, these false shootings, these dramatic theatrical reenactments that have been designed and dramatized, facilitated and advanced for political manipulation purposes.
Which many would say is an act of domestic terrorism and the perpetrator should be executed for that domestic terrorism after due process of law, of course, but executed nonetheless.
So we are going to be exploring one of those incidents tonight with Dr. James Fetzer.
We're going to be looking at the Sandy Hook shooting and all of the relevant information, facts, evidence, photographs, and legal Battles which dr. Fetzer has been leading the charge in but before you do that.

And we have Dr. James Fetzer with us again tonight.
Dr. Fetzer, it's always an honor for me to be with you, and we appreciate such your great work in so many of the different areas of of the classic American areas of false flags and shootings.
We've been in the Kennedy assassination, we've looked at the 9-11 terrorist attacks, and there are so many other ones, but tonight is a very particular one that is poignant because We remember the Sandy Hook shooting being utilized as a propaganda instrument for restraining the Second Amendment, trying to rush through gun control, trying to traumatize Americans into giving up the right to keep and bear arms based on, allegedly, the murders of children.
And your research And your deep dive into this area has, I think, proven beyond any doubt that this was a great political act of theater and a false flag event to try and steal the Second Amendment.
So without further ado, Dr. James Fetzer, I'm going to hand it right to you to jump into your presentation.
Go ahead, sir.
Oh, Scott, it's a joy to do these collaborations with you, as we've already discovered, and I'll mention momentarily.
The first slide shows, of course, the title.
This was an elaborate PSYOP.
I'm going to explain just a portion of the evidence of how we know this was a staged event.
In fact, it turns out to have been a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control.
Now the next slide shows just a bit about my background.
Most of your audience may already know I'm a former Marine Corps officer, resigned my commission as a captain, earned my PhD in the history and the philosophy of science.
I then spent a 35-year academic career offering mostly courses in logic, critical thinking, and scientific reasoning.
Now because of my background, I emphasize, as the third slide shows, the methodological difference between looking for a confirming instance for an hypothesis, such as all pennies are made of copper, and testing an hypothesis determining if they can be falsified.
It's well illustrated here because you could produce billions of examples of copper pennies in support of that hypothesis, and yet it turns out that in 1943, because of the shortage of copper for military purposes, they were made of steel.
So you can have overwhelming evidence that seems to confirm, but if you look to falsify, that can tell you whether or not what you're dealing with is real or fake.
The next slide shows that I've done, in addition to two dozen plus scholarly books on artificial intelligence, computer science, cognitive science, evolution, and mentality, and the nature of scientific knowledge.
I have over a dozen in the area of conspiracy theories, six of which, actually eight shown here, but six of which we'll discover have been banned by Amazon.com.
I'll return to that by way of the sequel.
I've obviously been very successful because my approach is to bring together groups of experts in collaborative efforts where we check each other's work to make sure we're not making mistakes and the probability of committing errors becomes very low.
In the case of Sandy Hook, for example, I brought together 13 experts, including six current or retired PhD professors, and we established, as I shall explain, that the school had been closed by 2008, that there were no
students there, and that it was a FEMA exercise presented as mass murder to promote gun
control. Now the next slide shows how timely it is that we're having this conversation
because just in the last few days, Remington has reached an historic $33 million settlement
with families of Sandy Hook victims.
That those who pay attention to numbers of symbolic significance will recognize a Masonic 33.
And because there are only nine of the Sandy Hook family is going to divide the money, the spoils turn out to go to $3,666,666.66.
$666,666.66.
Scott, I mean, this is just insulting and rubbing our nose in it.
Now, it's interesting that the next slide shows an evidence photograph
from the Connecticut State Police files of the weapon that a young man
by the name of Adam Lons is alleged to have used to kill 20 children
and six adults after having shot his mother with a .22 caliber rifle.
And Scott, as we were talking about, you noticed right off the bat that the barrel is wrong and the magazines are different.
I would like your comments, my friend, because you're spot on.
Yeah, when I looked at that photograph closer, Jim, I noticed that the barrel on that firearm is, number one, extraordinarily corroded and corrosive with the appearance of being a 50 to 60 year old firearm, which would age it back to the Vietnam era.
And also the barrel The tip of the barrel has the triangular sighting part that is on an M16 rifle.
You do not have a triangular sight, as we see on the end of that barrel, right in front of the hand grip.
You do not have those on AR-15s.
You have them on M16s, which were rifles that were used in Vietnam.
So this to me looks like a barrel that has come from an M16 that has either been under the earth or buried or in some horrifically corrosive environment and was put together and manufactured as a piece of evidence.
There is no way a firearm like that Could be effectively fired.
This was a relic from the Vietnam era, if my opinion matters on the designation of that.
So I think the barrel is an indicator, the sight is an indicator, and also those two magazines, allegedly for that weapon, carry two different sizes of bullets.
One looks like a 7.62 magazine, the shorter one on the left, And then the longer one is usually a 5.56 magazine carrying 30 rounds, where the other smaller one is only 10 rounds.
So, that weapon looks very suspicious to me.
Scott, that's just wonderful, and it confirms what we find in the next slide to wit.
I'm calling out this as an insurance fraud, and in fact I've directed an attorney who's assisting me in my defense against Posner claims in the Wisconsin court system Well, I have an appeal now before the Wisconsin Supreme Court to write to the chief executive officers of the insurance companies that are going to be liable for the payout to point out that this appears to be a scam, that I'm available as an expert witness to testify and produce other witnesses and a mass of evidence that nobody died at Sandy Hook.
So far, we've had no response.
And indeed, there's reason to believe That not only are the parties, Remington and the alleged parents, in on it together, but it may even be the judicial system as well, that we're hoping to reach out to the judge in Alabama and be able to make contact.
In any case, let's look at some of the evidence.
This is only a portion, but it's a very telling portion.
In the next slide, you see we have photographic evidence that was extremely important.
The photo sent around the world, for example, was in a series of staged photographs.
They rearranged the kids to fake an emergency evacuation photograph.
There were supposed to be 486 students there that day.
If you subtract the 20 who were allegedly killed, that would have been 469 remaining.
But there were no signs of evacuation, even where we were told the evacuation took place.
Now the next photograph was sent around the world.
This probably appeared on more newspapers than virtually any other photograph in history, given there are more newspapers now than there were when JFK was taken out, which of course became front page news everywhere in the world.
Notice you have what appears to be a policewoman escorting a line of maybe 15 or more kids to safety, presumably under emergency circumstances.
Now this photograph was taken by the Newtown Bee photographer Shannon Hicks, but I was astonished to discover, as we see in the next slide, That Shannon Hicks had taken an earlier photograph, just a few minutes before, and their parents there, casually looking on, they have their arms folded, hands in their pocket.
I mean, this is completely absurd.
Who, during an emergency shooting massacre, would think to call parents?
And if any parents had been there, who would have just stood around watching what happened?
Now notice there's a little girl in a pink sweater there at the front of that line.
Well, let's compare the two as we see in the next slide.
What they did was to rearrange the kids.
They replaced the little girl in the pink sweater and the short skirt with a little boy in a dark sweater and blue jeans to get a better shot.
Now it's fascinating that if you look in between boy number one and boy number two, there are some parents there casually sitting.
You can see them more clearly now in the very next slide, which has led me to refer to this photograph as lounging at the massacre.
I mean, this is ridiculous.
There's no urgency.
There's no intensity.
This is very obviously not a mass shooting event.
This is staged.
This is relaxed.
They're totally comfortable.
No one is at risk.
And when we look at the next slide, we'll see that in addition to that one line, given there were 469 who needed evacuation, there ought to have been strings of kids like that all over the parking lot.
Well, the Connecticut State Police insisted evacuation did take place, and they gave very specific locations and times, Scott.
But as you see in the next photograph, we just happen to have dash cam footage for those locations and times, and guess what?
No signs of any evacuation taking place.
Now, we're told that you can't prove a negative, but that's completely false.
You can go to your living room right now and prove the negative that there's no elephant in your living room by looking for signs of the presence of elephant and finding none.
You're entitled to conclude that's because there's no elephant in your living room.
Well, similarly, if you go to the locations and times when this evacuation is alleged to have been taking place, and you find no signs of an evacuation taking place, you're entitled to infer that's because no evacuation was taking place.
No one saw any signs of strings of buses required to get 469 students.
There were an additional 70 administrative cafeteria workers, secretaries, custodians, and the like.
These are some very powerful proofs the whole thing was an elaborate fraud.
Now, if we turn to the next slide, we get the outline of other anomalies, namely that my colleague, Kelly Watt, noticed that the youngest of the children who are supposed to have been killed, Noah Posner, looked surprisingly like his older stepbrother, Michael Vabner.
Six of us went to work on this, Scott.
We found they had the same eyes, the same eyebrows, the same mouth, the same nose, the same shape of head and ears.
Larry Rivera, who's done brilliant work, we've seen it with JFK, with Lee Oswald in the doorway, in identifying Billy Lovelady in our discussion about the assassination of John F. Kennedy, as well as the backyard photograph, where we discover that Roscoe White had been the body double for Lee, who was actually physically substantially smaller than the figure in the backyard.
I sent Larry two photographs, one of Noah and one of Michael, and asked him if he could do a comparison without identifying who they were.
He had no idea who they were.
And he created a GIF where you can now see Noah turning into Michael.
Wolfgang Helbig, by the way, who's a former Florida State Trooper, a U.S.
Customs agent, a school principal, a very responsible guy, a nationally recognized school safety expert, by the way, has come up with a photograph of Sandy Hook girls alive and well.
Let's take a look.
In the next slide, you'll see the photographs on the top left, Noah on the top right, Michael Vabner.
Kelly asked a number of her friends whether they thought there was a rambla-zambla there, and they all said, oh yeah, that's the same person all grown up.
Well, if you look at the next slide, you can see the parts of the GIF where Noah turns into Michael Vabner, implying, of course, that Noah was a fiction made up of photographs of Michael Vabner when he was a child.
Now, if we're lucky, in the next slide, we'll play as a GIF.
You'll see it happen before your very eyes.
Well, sorry to say, you won't see it happen before your very eyes here and now, but it's a marvelous gift, and it really is totally convincing to see that, in fact, Noah was a version, a fiction made up of photographs of Michael Vabner, who, by the way, is alive and well, graduated from college and all that, so he cannot possibly have died at Sandy Hook.
My research colleague Mona Alexis Presley, by the way, has discovered evidence implying that some of the Sandy Hook parents cynically use photographs of themselves as children to be their deceased kids at Sandy Hook.
Here's the next.
The next photograph shows this group photograph.
It's rather fascinating.
Of course, were this to be legal evidence in a court case, a formal court of law, we'd need certification by the photographer who's from Connecticut and more identification.
But I do believe Wolfgang has it right.
And notice, For children who are supposed to have died when they were six years old at a mass shooting in 2012, they're looking pretty spry, pretty cute, and very much alive.
Turn to the next slide and we'll get some background here about the story.
Who profits from false flag events like this one, the case of Sandy Hook?
Well, Attorney General Eric Holder met with Connecticut Governor Daniel Malloy on 27 November 2012 to fill him in on the Obama administration's gun control agenda.
The 26 families, who are supposed to be the survivors, split between $27 and $130 million in donations.
That's over a million.
It's between $1 and $5 million apiece for having feigned to have lost a kid at Sandy Hook.
The school board received a $50 million grant to build a new kindergarten through fourth grade school.
And, Scott, I checked it out nationwide.
To build a kindergarten through fourth grade school only averages $7 million.
So the school board got seven times $7 million.
And then Obama, a month and two days later, signed no less than 23 executive orders to constrain our access to guns, which was the payoff.
Take a look at the next slide and you'll see the governor addressing the press with the lieutenant governor at his side and he says that he and the lieutenant governor had been spoken to that something like this might happen.
Leading me to speculate something like this?
What could he possibly mean?
There are only two alternatives.
One, that he'd been warned that someone might go berserk and come into a Connecticut public school and shoot up a bunch of kids.
In which case, as a governor with advance notice, he obviously had the duty to inform the school systems to increase their security to ensure it did not happen.
But he didn't do that.
Or alternatively, he'd been informed that they were going to take an abandoned school, conduct a drill, present it as mass murder to promote gun control, which is exactly what they did.
And when I began to inquire by whom, you see on the next slide, we have a Reuters News report about how Attorney General Eric Attorney General was going to come to meet, Holder was going to come to meet with Governor Dan Malloy to talk about the Obama Department Project longevity, all about gun control and confiscating weapons, restricting Americans' right under the Second Amendment.
It turns out that Eric Holder is a longtime advocate, even a fanatic.
The next photograph is telling.
Back in 1995, He gave a talk at a Democratic Women's National Convention in Washington, D.C.
in the next slide, Sean.
Yes.
And he told them that we have to brainwash the American people to change their attitude towards guns.
Brainwash them.
I believe this staged event at Sandy Hook was part of that brainwashing process and that this guy was very deeply involved in the whole event.
The next slide shows the school was actually in a decrepit position.
This was published after, but was well known in the community long before.
When they shut down the school in 2008, it was because, as described here, it was loaded with asbestos and other biohazards, damaged by a hurricane.
It even turns out there was a major flood in the area in 2007.
of which we were unaware at the time, but meant the school was non-functional. It couldn't have
been operated as a public school. You see up there in the upper right-hand corner, the school after
its demolition. Wolfgang Helbig and I actually traveled to Newtown in 2014 and saw the site,
what remained of it, after the school had been turned to dirt clods. You'd think the biggest
mass shooting, certainly the most spectacular, leaving Orlando to the side, would have deserved
to be retained as evidence.
Let me point out, by the way, that those who were involved in the construction were given lifetime gag orders so they could never talk about anything they saw or did not see during the demolition of the school.
Which, I submit, would have included no blood on the floor and no pockmarks in the walls.
The next slide shows Barack Obama signing no less than 23 executive orders on January the 16th of 2013, January 16th, a month and two days later, in accomplishing his goal.
This is what he wanted.
They put together, by the way, a commission.
We see a report about the commission in the next slide, which had predetermined conclusions.
I and others reached out to the commission and explained all the evidence we had that this had been a drill, that it hadn't been real, no children had died, but they were unresponsive, uninterested.
And Scott, here you see a weapon that's a real AR-15.
You may want to reiterate a couple of those points you made before.
Yes.
Yes, and look at that AR-15 which is a typical M4 military weapon now.
You've got the collapsible stock and notice the barrel.
It is a long, smooth, black.
There is no sight.
There is no triangular sight on that weapon.
What you have is the hand grip and then you have a little laser sight or flashlight On that weapon, but you do not have the typical Signature of an m16 weapon, which is a large shark fin sized and shaped Sight that is on the m16 weapon and the m16 does not have a collapsible shoulder stock.
It is a solid piece of of fiberglass, whereas the M1 or the M4 or the AR-15, those have the collapsible shoulder stocks.
So that right there is a typical AR-15.
The weapon on slide 6 is a M16 barrel that has been fitted into another weapon and it is absolutely a prop.
Jim, go ahead.
Oh, Scott.
And notice how nice and clean that barrel is.
That's what a barrel looks like when it's a gun that's 20 years old.
When a gun is 50 to 60 years old, then it is riddled with white, gray corrosion and rust.
Excellent.
Excellent.
Well, here's some more telling evidence outlined by the very next slide, namely, The forensic analysis was a failure.
Get this.
Cars were parked facing the school but should not have been.
It was a 38 degree temperature day, ground temperature, but no heat or steam was coming from the building.
Entry was staged using a shotgun slug rather than an AR-15 round.
A crime scene investigation vehicle was present before the crime was committed.
That's a doozy!
Take a look at the next photograph of the Sandy Hook parking lot.
I point out, as I've observed already, there's no steam or heat rising from the building and that, although it was so very cold, you could not possibly have conducted classes without heating the building, which I'm sure was impossible.
The boilers couldn't be fired up because they were dysfunctional from all those years of non-use.
Notice, too, there's none of the familiar White and blue, this handicapped parking signage, which is required under the law, the Americans with Disabilities Act, which I verified at the time for both Connecticut and federal law.
That means on that ground alone, the school could not have been legally operating as a public school in Connecticut.
And notice the rows of cars in the center, they're all parked facing the school.
Now you notice the driving instructors coming in from Dickinson Lane would have you curl to the right and then around to the left and park facing away.
But all these vehicles are parked facing the building.
It appears it was just so much simpler to bring them in in a single line and then put them in two by two by two.
And after all, they were only probs.
Who was even going to notice?
Now, we know Adam is supposed to have used this AR-15, but if you look at the next slide, you'll see he made his way into the school, allegedly, by blowing out that big hole in the pane glass there.
Now, it turns out that big hole was not made with an AR-15, but if you look at the next slide, you'll see, in fact, actually, from the inside, it hit the back of that magazine rack.
We're going to see the magazine rack in a moment.
But let me point out, Wolfgang Halbing discovered that some 14 Connecticut State Troopers claimed they entered the school through that jagged glass opening.
I mean, that's absurd!
And if they had so entered, then obviously the furniture would have been moved around completely, the glass would have been ground into the carpet.
or the wall, the flooring, but none of that happened. The three stooges would have done
better, Scott, because Joe might have come, for example, to walk around and open the door for
Curly and Joe. I mean, it's just insulting. And then take a look at the next one.
Let me comment. Wait, wait, wait. Let me comment on that.
That window right there.
I've shot windows and doors out before and that window, the first guy who walked through that would have kicked the bottom and someone would have hit the top with their head and the entire glass would have come crumbling down.
That's how those windows work.
They're fragmented into little squares, little pieces, and you just have to hit it with your head, or shoulder, or arm, and the whole thing would come down.
So if you're saying 15 guys, cop guys, came barreling through that like a bunch of gorillas on a football team, there would be nothing left of that glass window.
It would have all collapsed.
Scott, they all signed sworn affidavits that that's how they made access to entrance into the school, which is absurd.
I mean, you know, law enforcement take great pride in their uniforms.
They wouldn't want to run the risk of having them cut.
But it's just a ridiculous scenario.
As I say, the three Stooges would have done better.
One would have come in, walked around and opened the door for the other two.
Take a look at the next slide, and you're going to see the back of that magazine rack, where there's a clear slug imprint.
Now, this was one of the ways in which they botched their story.
They had to figure out a way to get him into the school, and they used a shotgun.
They had to then invent a shotgun that was also in his possession, which they put in the trunk of a car he was alleged to have used.
Very embarrassing.
But then Scott, they weren't used to doing this.
These were amateurs and therefore it was an original amateur hour.
Now the next photograph is perhaps the most telling of all we have because you have this crime investigative unit.
See the vehicle there in the center and the parking lot at Sandy Hook before the crime has been committed.
We know that because just above the roof of the vehicle, there's a string of four windows in Classroom 10 that are not shot out.
But after the event would be, they're all intact here.
If you go down the flagpole, there's actually a familiar figure with his arms folded, leaning against the wall there.
None other than, it appears, Wayne Carver, the medical examiner, awaiting the arrival of his portable mortuary tent.
And although you may not see it very clearly, there's crime scene tape up for a crime that is yet to be committed.
This is devastating proof, sufficient by itself to prove this was a scam.
Now look at the next photographs and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about with regard to the windows in Classroom 10.
The next photograph, Sean, shows us.
Yes, in the upper left, you see that string of windows.
They had paper candles there.
And by the way, may I also observe in passing, the school was virtually bereft of any Christmas or Hanukkah decorations, even though this was the 14th of December and Christmas was right around the corner.
And this was an elementary school.
That's what elementary school kids do.
They make Christmas decorations.
Well, look at the top right, then you see after the event where that second window pane particularly is blown out.
On the lower left, you see some of the perps looking at the window frame to figure out how they were going to fake it to make it look as though a shooting had taken place.
And what they did was, as you see on the right, they drilled holes in the aluminum frame and then inserted pink rods, every one of which is exactly parallel 90 degrees to the window frame, Scott will confirm.
Anyone with experience in firearms will tell you this is a fantasy.
You do not have that kind of outcome from a shooter if it had been real.
Scott.
No, you're exactly right Jim and we speak with authority of this because you were in the Marine Corps a rifleman and an expert and I was a sharpshooter in the Army and anyone who's fired a heavy weapon knows it is absolutely impossible for you to aim, shoot, strike In the exact order that those pink rods indicate, it is impossible because your muzzle and the adrenaline and the running and all of that, it is impossible!
To have fired your weapon and have all those rounds, four or five of them, going exactly precisely parallel like you just traced a pencil across a ruler.
It's absolutely impossible and it's an insult.
And the other thing is that window with the candles, they're all the paper candles that look like they're taped up against the window.
If it was paper taped up against the window, they would not disappear and fall from the window that shot out.
They wouldn't even move because they're taped.
It's like a paper target.
When you shoot a paper target, it doesn't fall off or go flying backwards.
It stays on the window.
So those paper candles would not have been removed from the window unless, of course, somebody did it intentionally out of ignorance.
Go ahead.
And for dramatic effect.
If you look at the next photograph, you see how in this very same room, all the furniture is pushed up against the wall.
In a longer version, I'd take you through the school.
Wolfgang was a former principal, pointed out how mold, weeds, and it was in terrible condition inside and out.
They were using it for storage.
We put up videos of the inside and we had teachers commenting on the videos and saying, yes, that's what they do with an abandoned school.
They use it for storage.
Well, look at the situation there with all that furniture pushed up against the wall.
Just one illustration that this was an abandoned school.
There were no students there.
The next slide shows that, in fact, the forensic analysis of what happened at Sandy Hook was a failure.
No fingerprints on the .22 rifle connected the killer to the crime of shooting his mother.
They couldn't match any of the 150 slugs purportedly found at the school to any specific AR-15.
Extraordinary efforts were made to avoid releasing death certificates.
The book, mine, was banned less than a month after selling nearly 500 copies because it blows the case apart.
The next slide shows that the formal investigation was conducted by Stephen J. Sedensky III, Dansbury State's attorney, of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary and at the alleged Lonza Home on Yolanda Street.
But it suffers from serious shortcomings I highlight in the next slide.
I mention here It is relatively trivial to demonstrate that the official account of Sandy Hook by Danbury State's attorney, Stephen Sedensky, does not establish a causal nexus between the alleged shooter, the weapons, and the victims he's alleged to have used.
It suffers from the shortcoming of conceding there were no fingerprints on the .22 caliber rifle that he's alleged to have used to shoot his mother, and more surprisingly, Out of the 150 slogs that were supposed to have been found inside the school, none of them could be matched to the weapon.
It's all buried in an obscure footnote.
Under these circumstances, it would have been impossible for the alleged shooter, Adam Lanza, to have been convicted in a properly conducted court of law for his alleged offense because of the absence of a causal nexus.
That connected him as the alleged shooter to the alleged weapons and the 20 children and seven adults he's supposed to have killed, which one might have naively supposed was the objective of the whole investigation.
But if that was its goal, then its objective was not achieved.
If there's ever been such a dismal failure in the annals of forensic investigation, I'd love to hear about it.
This is absurd.
Now that's not the only.
Take a look at the next slide.
I've sometimes been told that extraordinary claims, such as nobody died at Sandy Hook, require extraordinary evidence.
But there was a whole lot of extraordinary evidence, for example.
Canadian authorities didn't include the names, the age, the sex of the victims in the official report.
It never identified the victims.
That's extraordinary.
The town of Newtown, That reproduced the state legislature.
The town clerk of Newtown entered into secret meetings with the state legislature to avoid releasing death certificates for this case.
That is extraordinary.
The Connecticut state's attorney, Stephen Sedansky, opposed the release of the 911 calls, the emergency calls about Sandy Hook.
It had to be overruled by the courts.
That is extraordinary.
At a special meeting of the state legislature, they recommended that any state employee who released any information about Sandy Hook be subject to an e-felony.
That is extraordinary.
And as I mentioned before, those who were involved in the demolition of the school had to sign lifetime gag orders.
Lifetime gag orders!
Not to reveal anything they saw or did not see, that is extraordinary.
And that's just a tip of the spear.
If you look at the next slide, there's a very nice summation of what we discovered here.
Proof that it was a drill right before our eyes.
There was a sign, everyone must check in.
There were boxes of bottled water and pizza at the firehouse.
Porta Potties were in position from scratch.
Many were wearing name tags on lanyards.
Parents were bringing children to the scene.
Now, let me explain.
We even discovered the FEMA manual for this event, and it says right in the manual, everyone must check in with a controller when they arrive.
It's a standard part of a FEMA exercise to provide refreshment in restrooms.
I asked law enforcement, had they ever heard of porta-potties at a crime scene?
They thought it was ridiculous.
They identify the players in a FEMA drill by color-coded name tags on lanyards.
And obviously, no parent is going to bring a child to the scene of a child-shooting massacre.
But this was a rehearsal on the 13th, and they were treating it as a festive occasion.
Not only do we have proof it was a drill, we have proof it wasn't a bona fide shooting massacre.
There was no surge of EMTs into the building, no medevac helicopter was called, no string of ambulances to the school to rush our little bodies off to hospitals.
where they could be declared dead or alive. No evacuation of the 469 other students.
No bodies were placed on the triage tarps. They were laid out, but no bodies dead or alive were
placed on them. If you look at the next slide, you'll see the cover of the book,
Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, which Amazon banned. When it was initially banned, I released it
immediately for free as a PDF. And a friend of mine who follows these matters has told me
he believes it's been downloaded over 10 million times, which I regard as a great success,
because certainly I had no expectation of selling 10 million copies of the book. And my intent was
to get the information out, which I appear to have done indeed.
They brought a lawsuit against me that completely contrived to get a ruling so that they could go after those who are downloading the PDF for free.
I'm appealing that because I was not allowed to present the evidence you're seeing here by the court.
I'll return to that point.
Namely, on the next slide now, you'll see A Sandy Hook parent allegedly commits suicide?
He was a millionaire from faking his role as a surviving parent.
The daughter he is supposed to have lost was not even his own child.
One Lenny Urbina appears to have been cast as Avril Richman.
So this fellow's name is Richman, who's supposed to have committed suicide, but we have video of her singing at the Super Bowl 51 days later.
Take a look at the next slide.
You'll see the fellow Richmond who is supposed to have committed suicide.
It seems very strange.
They play up the idea that he was harassed by Sandy Hook's skeptics.
But we know better than to do that.
I mean, the idea that any of us are harassing any Sandy Hook parents is simply absurd.
The next slide says more about his death and so forth.
He killed himself, was under constant attack by conspiracy theorists, according to the New York Times.
Well, we all know.
How reliable is the New York Times?
Not.
Shocking.
Then in the next slide you see more reports about it.
It claims one of these hoaxers, Wolfgang Halbig, whose Twitter account was suspended only last month, spent years insisting that Averill Richmond was alive, living in alias as another girl in Newtown, A child he repeatedly named online.
Halbig's naming of this child has terrified her family.
He's appeared on Alex Jones InfoWars shows multiple times.
Well, take a look at the next photograph and you'll see what we're talking about.
We're talking about two different girls who look tremendously alike and in the next photograph you'll see their names and identities.
One on the left is Averill Richmond, but on the right it's Lenny Urbina.
And it's really fascinating because Averill Richmond and Lenny Urbina are one and the same.

This event right here allegedly took place but I don't know you know there's there's a lot of dots no connections absolutely no connections and whatever might appear to be reality is certainly has to be just coincidence.

Now, of course, it's fascinating, yes.
It's fascinating that Lenny Urbana and the Richman, April Richman, are so easily identified as one and the same because of that very distinctive birthmark right at the margin of her hairline.
I mentioned before, to suppress the book and punish me for exposing the hoax, A petition for review has finally gone to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
The case focused on the authenticity of the NOAA death certificate.
The court would not allow me to explain it had been a FEMA drill.
And the plaintiff did not establish that I had even been negligent.
Now, if you look at the next slide, you'll see this is the corrected petition for review.
Go to the very next, and you'll see it's talking about the basic issues involved here.
This concerns freedom of speech, First Amendment issues having broad significance, involving research concluding that the reported Sandy Hook shooting did not occur, and that the event was staged by FEMA for the purpose of promoting gun control.
Fetzer's petition is limited to issues of broad applicability.
Although he disagrees with the outcome on other issues not included herein, this petition should not be construed as agreement with issues not included for Supreme Court review.
In the very next page, you see key issues here.
Did the Circuit Court deny Fetzer due process by foreclosing a relevant defense in an entire theory of the case?
That's the first issue.
Second, Did the circuit court err by summarily holding Fetzer liable for defamation without proof of fault?
You'll find in addition, yes, did a speaker liability for threats and harassment perpetrated by third parties require proof of incitement?
And finally, did the circuit pour air by imposing an alternative purge condition for contempt without first considering the ability to fulfill the condition?
Finally, the summary.
This case satisfies the criteria for review.
The petition presents issues of real and significant constitutional law and public policy.
The petition demonstrates a need for the Supreme Court to establish or provide guidelines for implementing policy within its authority.
A decision by the Supreme Court will also help to to develop and clarify law on important issues.
The questions presented are in some cases unresolved and a decision will have statewide impact.
Finally, the questions presented are not factual in nature but involve matters of law that are likely to recur.
Now, many of you may not know that I was held in contempt of court.
If you look at the next slide, it's because I was convinced that the man who came to testify under oath here in Madison, Wisconsin, is not the same man whose photograph had appeared millions of times around the world on the left and on the right.
He's at least 20 years younger.
Scott?
He's got a different nose.
He's even got a different nose.
Very good, very good.
He's at least 20 years younger, 100 pounds lighter, and has a different nose.
And as I pointed out to the judge, I said, look, your honor, he's upset because I shared the video deposition with, in fact, Wolfgang Halbig, because I wanted Wolfgang to be an impeachment witness.
But the judge came down hard and hammered me.
And while the Wisconsin court of 12 Madison jurors The oldest of whom, all 30 and younger, each of whom protested they'd never even heard of Alex Jones, found me liable for defamation and awarded $450,000 in damages.
The judge in this case, because I was trying to find an impeachment witness, even though I explained to him exactly what I was doing and why, added legal fees for another $650,000.
I mean, how absurd is that?
Meanwhile, take a look at the next set of proofs.
How can what happened at Sandy Hook not be relevant to the authenticity of the death certificate?
The case is summarized in a single declaration from the court.
The death certificate says he died at Sandy Hook on 12-14-2012.
The plaintiff responds that the issue is inappropriate for review.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has six women and one man as its members.
Take a look at the next slide and you'll see the key passage.
This is when the judge decided that I would not be allowed to produce all the evidence I had that Sandy Hook was a FEMA drill, including all the evidence I've been presenting here.
Whether or not Sandy Hook ever happened or not is not relevant to this, the truthfulness or accuracy of the death certificate.
Now, I understand the defendant's overall theory in believing that it never happened, and I'm not going to take the bait and let this case go down that rabbit hole.
His limited view of the matter was further indicated by the court's refusal to read your book because it would not be appropriate for me to start educating myself about the larger controversy.
We'll take a look at the next slide.
It's a portion of the death certificate, and look at what it says.
It says that the death occurred at a public school on 12 Dickinson Drive, Sandy Hook, Connecticut, On the 14th of December 2012 of multiple gunshot wounds.
So how is it even possible that the evidence that nobody died at Sandy Hook had nothing to do with the truth or accuracy of the death certificate?
That was the court's ruling.
If you go to the next slide, there's another key part here about the petition submitted to the court.
The argument that the scope of Dr. Fetzer's defense leading up to the summary judgment was constrained by the Circuit Court is utterly inconsistent with the factual record.
This is according to the response, the Circuit Court made a proper decision on a standard discovery dispute narrowly tied to the facts of the underlying litigation.
Contrary to Dr. Fetzer's assertion, this issue does not raise any constitutional concerns.
Well, it's always been my belief that you're supposed to be entitled to a trial, due process, before you're deprived of life, liberty, or property.
One of the experts, legal experts, following my case even sent the following note.
You can see in the very next slide.
This sounds like an admission that summary judgment was improperly entered because it included there.
However, the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School was not the focus of this case, and Dr. Fetzer's contention that it did not occur raises at most a question of fact inappropriate for review under Wisconsin Statute 809.62.
I mean, how ridiculous is that?
Because as the very next slide shows, we even found the manual for the FEMA exercise.
It talks about it began at 8 a.m., it ended at 11.59 p.m., and how it would be conducted, and you have the sentence there, everyone must side in with a controller upon arrival.
Get this!
You may be very surprised, but the FBI Consolidated Crime Report for 2012, shown in the very next slide, Reports that the number of murders or non...
Or non-negligent manslaughter in Newtown for 2012 is zero.
Zero.
Sandy Hook is a suburb of Newtown.
If there are zero murders or non-negligent homicides in Newtown, there were zero in Sandy Hook as well.
It's not as though this were a trivial case in where the FBI would have never thought to correct the record if it had it wrong.
It remains that way to this day.
The next slide we can pass over because it reiterates the failure of the forensic analysis to get it right.
Here is the court, the composition of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Highly unusual.
Six women and one man who are going to review my case assuming they choose to do so.
But here's the topper, the next slide.
Barack Obama nullified the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948 by the Smith-Mutt Modernization Act of 2012, where the Smith-Mutt Act of 1948 precluded the use of the same techniques of propaganda and disinformation within the United States that were being used without.
In other words, All the staged riots and other events, atrocities that were being used abroad that were fake, were now being allowed to use in the United States, and he's thereby unleashed a flood so that we have had Sandy Hook followed by the Boston bombing, followed by Orlando and Dallas, followed by Charlottesville, followed by Parkland, followed by Las Vegas.
I conclude with a final slide here this evening.
Of the many books I publish now about these events, Amazon has banned not only Sandy Hook, Boston Bombing, Moon Landing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville and Parkland.
Scott, it's truly disgraceful because there's no doubt in my mind And on an occasion I could elaborate even further that Amazon was acting as an agent of the state and therefore has violated our Fifth Amendment right under the Constitution.
So I'm seeking to bring a suit against Amazon parallel to the suit that Donald Trump is bringing against Twitter.
Scott, I'm really pleased to have had this chance.
And I know you have a point or two you'd like to add to our conversation tonight.
Oh my, my, my.
So much to unpack.
So much corruption and diabolical conspiracy associated with this.
I mean, your evidence and your research, Jim, are unparalleled, of course.
Let us bring up the picture, Sean, of the image I sent you.
Yes, I want people to pay close attention to this because on the right you have the alleged security policewoman taking kids out in a single-file line.
Notice her face, her hair, her nose, her mouth, and then look to the lady on the left Does that look like the same face?
I think it does.
sitting at a desk surrounded by Israeli flags.
Does that look like the same face?
I think it does.
I think it's the same person.
And that person on the left is Segal Mandelker, the Israeli US
dual citizen who was the Department of Treasury's foreign assets control person that put the sanctions on the New Horizon conference in Iran.
Michael Springman and Phil Giraldi, who were with me in Iran, had sent that article and photograph.
Michael Springman did exhaustive research into her.
But that is very, very suspicious to me, Jim.
And I know there are occasions where pictures and people can look very similar.
But I'm telling you, in my gut, when I saw this, and I just discovered it today, That photograph of Segal Mandelker, notice she's surrounded by Israeli flags and the policewoman, they look like the same person.
Is that significant?
Possibly.
Is it an Israeli Mossad operation?
Is that why a lot of these people have Jewish names?
Possibly.
Are they shuttled off to live a dual life in Israel after they do these false flag attacks?
Possibly.
But I just wanted people to look at that picture very closely because if we have a suicide of Adele Segal-Mandelker, we'll know we've hit a nerve, that something is suspicious, that something is up.
But that should be, that police officer should be subpoenaed as part of your witness list.
And you can take that photograph down now, Sean.
But I think that's extraordinary that they look so much similar.
But we'll see.
And I know people, Jim, are probably at this point throwing open their windows and going out on their balconies and doing a theatrical display similar to that famous movie in the 70s when they yell out, I'm as mad as hell and not going to take it anymore.
Because this was a terrible crime.
I think all of your forensic analysis indicates that this was a false flag.
I think it's an overwhelming confirmation that can be further buttressed with newly discovered evidence that could be brought to bear regarding the school, regarding cameras, regarding the surrounding areas.
I have been notified that that area of Sandy Hook is a witness relocation program for the federal authorities.
Uh, that leads me to be suspicious.
I've also been told that area is extraordinarily, uh, uh, seeped in evil demon, demonism, masonic, luciferian sort of activity.
Uh, you know, the whole witches thing.
So that's a very suspicious thing.
So, Sandy Hook looks like a cemetery of morality.
And of course, the Smith-Month Act was something, when I worked in psychological operations in the United States Army, we were constantly told, do not do anything that could be construed as violating the Smith-Month Act.
We do not initiate or engage in any propaganda or psychological operations against the American public.
And here, Barack Obama changed that law to engage in these psychological operations and to commit domestic terrorism against the American people to manipulate them along a political trajectory, in my opinion.
Jim?
I believe these staged events continue to this day and that the January 6th intrusion into the Capitol was another false flag orchestrated by Nancy Pelosi, FBI, Capitol Police, D.C.
It was intended to tarnish Trump.
They know if he gets back in the race he's going to clean their clock again.
They fear him like they've never feared any politician in the history of the Democratic Party, Scott.
And I think that false flag is going to haunt them.
The more evidence comes out.
They had advance notice.
They knew it was going to come.
There are all kinds of reports of FBI informants, FBI planning of the event.
We know it wasn't to disrupt the counting of the vote.
It was to disrupt the discussion of evidence of voter fraud and election theft.
So it's just perfect for Pelosi.
We even report from his brother James that John Sullivan, a well-known Antifa leader, led 226 Antifa members into the Capitol dressed as Trump supporters.
And to my astonishment, those they've arrested on the right and left for relatively trivial crimes have been treated, put in solitary, Brutally, in the District of Columbia.
And my understanding is that's so they will agree to some kind of plea agreement that will never require a trial because they could not prove that they'd actually done anything offensive that warranted punishment.
It's just like I wasn't even allowed to present the evidence in my case.
And then even though I had two forensic document experts who confirmed my position, Scott, the judge just set them aside and said, that was just somebody else's opinion after having a conversation.
With a plaintiff's attorney right in front of me saying, you know, if I exclude this evidence, that would be grounds for an appeal.
So I'm just going to set it aside.
Normally, the expert opinion has the same degree of authority as the judge himself, Scott.
So this was truly outrageous.
In fact, everyone who's looked at this case who has any degree of legal sophistication says it's absurd.
It was a legal joke.
It was a monstrosity, the abuse.
Well, what leaps out to me if I was arguing this is number one, the death certificate that is being cited as problematic or the source of the injury for the defamation is extraordinarily significant because it is the pivot point of the entire incident because If the death certificate is based upon an event that did not happen in which it was described, it was not a mass shooting, it was not a real event, it was a theatrical training operation with FEMA, then you cannot base a death on something that never happened.
It was not a legitimate, organic, natural occurrence of a psychopath shooting people.
That didn't happen.
This was a different kind of an event.
So you can't label this death certificate and defamation based on an event that never occurred.
Furthermore, your expertise as a researcher is identified in other legal analysis pertaining to the Boston Marathon bombing and the Sarnev brothers and such.
And I think that professional expertise and expert witness designation certainly has immediate applicability to this case that the court should be petitioned to demand that the court recognize that Dr. James Fetzer is an expert witness In these material areas and is being recognized as such in these other legal cases.
So we want the same designation of an expert witness, expert researcher whose integrity is beyond question to be considered by this court and part of the official record.
This is part of your character.
To not do that is to impeach your character.
To not do that is to give you the credentials and the credibility of someone that Has forensically exposed impossible physical phenomena that the analysis of which indicates this shooting event has been entirely fabricated, artificially designed, planned, and has been fraudulently presented to the court.
So it's a fraud upon the court.
It's an abusive process.
It's also a variety of violations of rights and such.
But these courts and these officials and these judges should be targeted by every American who's watching this broadcast to be called and phoned and emailed and written To put them on notice that their participation in a fraud may be construed as treason, because this is, I think, a gross act of treason and fraud upon the American people and an abuse, and at the very least these judges also should be defrocked.
And remove from the bench because they're participating in a fraud.
So this is going to expand and get even more volatile as the days go forward, Jim, because the truth is going to emerge and come out.
It cannot be stopped, especially from an old Marine who is used to fighting as he is breathing.

That's so right, hitting the nail on the head.
Let me just mention one of the other contributors to the book is Paul Preston, who himself is a school administrator and supervised active shooting drills.
He was so troubled by what he saw broadcast from Newtown that day that he reached out to his contacts in the Obama Department of Education, all of whom confirmed to him It had been a drill, no children had been harmed, and it was done to promote gun control.
So the whole Obama Department of Education knew what was going on.
It was the American people who were being played for suckers and saps.
You know, the other thing that disturbed me on that video that we didn't see in this, but we'll see it a future time, I'm sure, is there's a video of a man dressed up in a SWAT uniform, carrying his firearm upside down by the magazine, which anyone who's a police officer or military knows you never do.
It's like fingernails down a chalkboard when you've been in weaponry.
But this guy is dressed up in a brown SWAT uniform, different than everyone else's.
He's in a tan, coyote tan SWAT uniform.
His helmet is loose.
The chin strap is undone.
He's chewing gum.
He's walking, holding his weapon upside down by the magazine.
He notices that he's on camera and he ducks into a tent.
And then we see this same guy who's very easy to see because of his ugliness and a big mole on his cheek.
We see this same guy with a woman claiming to be his wife as a Sandy Hook parent.
A grieving Sandy Hook parent.
Funny, I thought I just saw you as a SWAT officer.
A very poorly trained one, obviously, carrying your weapon upside down by the magazine.
But now you're a Sandy Hook parent?
Oh, and then the wife of this clown was also a public television actress on a Muppet show or something.
So these emergence of crisis actors, pathetic ugly ones, Is a very interesting fingerprint on these false flag police and government orchestrated operations against the public and that's what is most offensive and infuriating is that you have people in the police department.
Who claim to be heroes, claim to have badges and guns, claim to be serving the people, who are stabbing the people in the back the whole time.
It tells me that half the worst people in this country are wearing police uniforms, and it is utterly disgraceful when we see this sort of behavior like at Sandy Hook.

Oh, Scott, you're so right.
You're talking about David and Francine Wheeler, where David played two roles that day, the grieving father, but also a SWAT team officer walking up and down Dickinson Drive, holding a weapon upside down by the magazine.
The lowest ranking private in the Marine Corps, where I served as a series commander with 15 DIs and 300 recruits under my command, would know better than to do that.
It turns out that Barack Obama flew them down to Washington and had Francine deliver a speech about Sandy Hook from the Oval Office.
They both have acting credits.
And get this, Francine worked for Maureen White, who is the most successful fundraiser for the Democratic Party.
You know, this was all tied into the politics.
And Barack Obama, who nullified the Smith-Mutt Act, this was his gun control agenda moving forward with Joe Biden.
And Eric Holder in tandem.
And let me mention one further story, Scott.
The mayor of Boston appeared on a show, Greater Boston, just weeks before Sandy Hook, which was hosted by Andy Rooney's daughter.
And he was boasting about his friendship with Joe Biden.
And he said the vice president had assured him that gun control would be a done deal by January of 2013,
just two months hence.
And she said, well, what in the world could happen to cause legislation to pass so fast?
He wouldn't answer the question, but obviously he was talking about Sandy Hook.
Yeah, and it is a grotesque indictment of Joe Biden's poor character and his senility
and his Alzheimer's and dementia, which we're seeing amplify and crumble him
like a house of cards, will not be a escape for him either.
All of this material must be exposed and brought to bear and I will again mention Eric Holder And Lanny Breuer, but in particular Eric Holder, the Obama Attorney General was working for the law firm Covington & Burling, which was a law firm that did money laundering for the Union Bank of Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates.
And a variety of Middle Eastern Wahhabi kingdoms that were working in concert with the U.S.
CIA and the Israeli Mossad in overthrowing these Middle Eastern regimes in Libya, in Syria, in Iraq, in other theaters of operation, including Ukraine.
The Union Bank of Switzerland with its partner, Covington & Burling Law Firm, which Eric Holder worked for before he joined government and he returned to after he returned when he left government.
So he's worked in the Department of Justice, then he went back to his law firm.
That is why he also gave a 2% fine to Union Bank of Switzerland and said banks are too big to jail because his law firm represented these banks and Union Bank of Switzerland is also the bank that the Chinese Communist Party used to purchase Dominion voting machines through Staple Street Capital and impregnate Dominion voting machines with the algorithm vote counting manipulation programs
That overthrew Donald Trump and implanted this walking zombie retard sock puppet known as Joe Biden as the false president who is limited in his days.
Personally, as I've said before, I think they're going to assassinate him to try and generate political capital to try and maintain and manifest a Democrat victory, but I don't even think that'll carry through.
But Eric Holder is one of the worst, most corrupt traitors who should be executed for treason, after due process of course, because of his various roles in gross protest corruption, never mind the Fast and Furious, never mind all of these other crimes that he's engaged in.
But Union Bank of Switzerland, Covington & Burling, who also represented General Michael Flynn.
I met with General Michael Flynn a couple weeks ago, had a very interesting conversation about this and many other things.
And it's fascinating that Covington & Burling and David Kellner, No Jim, they were gonna kill him.
