	This is Goldfish Report number 751, and this is our weekly political theater with the most dangerous mind in America, the FETS.

	Well, Louisa, the payoff for the Sandy Hook hoax is taking place now where Remington is cashing in its chips for $33 million.
	It's a massive insurance fraud.
	I've authorized my attorney to write to the CEO of Liberty Mutual about what's going on here in an attempt to thwart this scam.
	$33 million.
	Who's going to shell that out?
	And of course, the number is Masonic.
	And it just happens that because there are only nine parents, each is going to get 3,666,666.66.
	It's all very, very satanic and identifying openly what's going on a monster scam, Louisa.
	Yeah, that's, you know, it's in our faces.
	And if anyone can't see that, I don't know.
	So you're saying Remington is forced to pay out?
	Remington is settling with them unnecessarily because it's easy to prove it was a hoax.
	They're settling and it's going to be used to take down American arms dealers across the nation.
	This is on the flimsy pretext that they're responsible for the alleged offense because they sold the weapon that is alleged to have done it, for which there is in fact no proof, as I shall explain.
	Wow, this is a lot of breaking news.
	So we were just doing... All right, Jim, that's huge to talk about.
	We're going to get to that in just a minute.
	We're going to go right to the breaking news that we have that CodeMonkeyZ, who, as you know, was the admin at 8Con on the cue boards.
	So he has some very damning... This is a whistleblower reached out with footage filmed on the Dominion election management system inside an election center in one of the states that used Dominion software And hardware, and it was not Arizona.
	As you will see in the video, the whistleblower initially discusses with a Dominion employee about who holds the BIOS password, and it is discovered that the state is keeping the password, not Dominion, and not the county.
	Later, the whistleblower asks the Dominion employee about connectivity and whether or not the machines Can be connected to the Internet.
	So it's with just one minute and 17 seconds.
	We expose the most egregious lie fraud vitiates everything.
	So this footage was not filmed in Arizona, but you have here is Senator Peter Lucido who is the vice chair of the committee who is asking via testimony via Skype asking for the I'm asking the CEO of Dominion questions regarding internet connectivity, how the system is designed and network connectivity and things of this nature.
	And clearly lies in all of our faces.
	So let's take a look.

	take a look at what is going on here.
	Clearly you can see that you have a whistleblower here who is screen sharing.
	He is videotaping this panel on the computer which clearly says wireless device enable.
	You have a... Voting systems are by... Okay, this is the Dominion CEO John Poulos who is answering questions Uh, that, uh, with the Senate, I'm sorry, with the, um, yeah, the Congressional hearing, uh, regarding the Dominion system.
	Listen to what he has to say and then we're going to look again at the video.
	Design meant to be used as closed systems that are not networked,
	meaning they are not connected to the internet. There is no internet connectivity at all. They
	are not designed to be connected to the outside world through either an internet connection or any
	other external connectivity device. Do we have these passwords in the system?
	So here you have the whistleblower talking to another Dominion employee who's asking, for those of you who are on the radio listening, if they have the passwords, the BIOS passwords.
	I'm sorry, not the BIOS passwords.
	Let's see what he has to say.
	So here he says the state's keeping the BIOS passwords.
	This is going to be important in just a minute here.
	It tells you again wireless device enable.
	This is the WLAN YYG and this is the Bluetooth connection.
	You can see that says Bluetooth there.
	It says these fields allow enabling disabling of internal wireless.
	Systems or connections or networks and now the CEO just said it's not designed to do this.
	It doesn't do this.
	In fact, he said that.
	You just heard him say it.
	They won't let us have our own password?
	Does Dominion have any way to remotely access any of the information on any of the equipment or have remote access within the machines themselves?
	No.
	Does anybody have access to the best of your knowledge?
	No.
	Oh, I see.
	Okay, so, but you'd be able to go in and do that though, right?
	This one has wireless.
	Right.
	But the devices are not wired.
	Are grayed out?
	Yeah, they're not checked.
	Oh, I see.
	OK, so but you'd be able to go in and do that, though, right?
	By unlocking it and putting the password in?
	Yeah, so that's it.
	So it shows that the system is, in fact, designed, Jim, it shows the system is designed to do just that, that not only do they have the BIOS passwords.
	The state has them, Jim, not Dominion, he said.
	Okay, now what is, why is that relevant?
	It says here, well CodeMonkey continues by talking about what is this BIOS password and why is this important, right?
	So this is what it is.
	The screenshots display internal settings at the level beneath what you see when you typically access the device.
	So they're not normally seen.
	You don't normally see those.
	Okay, the BIOS is the deep machine that lives just below the surface.
	From here, one can change low level settings like machine date and time.
	Boot drive order, set system level access passwords, and modify properties of the CPU.
	So, what it's saying here is that boot drive orders, it's telling you like it can boot up to a wireless connection right away or just the computer, the local computer.
	So, without that password, there's no way of knowing what these settings are set at or have been set at through a forensic analysis of the machine.
	Someone with access to the BIOS can configure a machine to boot or start up from the network Instead of the local hard drive where one might have Windows installed by enabling what they refer to as the PXE from BIOS.
	So BIOS isn't a backdoor, it's a side entrance that the owner or operator keeps the keys to.
	So this is huge, Jim, because, you know, this is exposing their big lie.
	We know that they didn't comply with the subpoena.
	And what are the real options for doing this or for not complying?
	And the options are, well, they can hold them in contempt for violating the subpoena.
	That's one of the options.
	It doesn't look like they're going to do that.
	And this, let's see.
	So, what you have under the law in Arizona, The revised statutes title 41.
	The state government says disobedience of subpoena at legislative contempt.
	Alright, so 41-1153 disobedience of subpoena at legislative contempt.
	A if a witness neglects or refuses to obey a legislative subpoena or appearing or neglects to refuse to testify, the Senate or the House may, by resolution entered in the journal, commit him for contempt.
	You'd need to have everybody to agree to do that in order for that to succeed.
	I don't know if it has to be a certain quorum.
	I'm not sure what the number is, but by resolution, obviously, you'd have to have a majority.
	I don't know if they can get that.
	And B, a witness neglecting or refusing to attend in obedience to a subpoena may be arrested by the sergeant at arms and brought before the Senate or House upon authority of a copy of the resolution signed by the president or speaker and countersigned by the secretary or chief clerk.
	So the subpoenas were ignored.
	They're gonna hold, now what do they do?
	They're gonna hold another vote to determine what their routes, what they're gonna hold them in contempt.
	They're probably not going to because a contempt vote has to pass.
	Then if that doesn't happen, then the sergeant at arms can arrest the people found to be in contempt.
	So we know that they can't pass a contempt vote because Paul Boyer is a rhino and Michelle Ugenti Rita had her feelings hurt when she was recently booed off the stage.
	So from here, it feels like a dead end, but it's not.
	Karen Phan is expected to pass the ball to the Attorney General, Brnovich, who will then be able to seize equipment unilaterally.
	Oh, this is beautiful, huh?

	Brnovich is now running for U.S.
	Senate, and there is no way the people of Arizona will support him if he fumbles the ball.
	So the final results of the Maricopa audit may be well, very well too big to ignore.
	And if the Attorney General Brnovich doesn't act on This with clear confidence in his political career is basically effectively over.
	So, you know, this is really, you know, this is great work that CodeMonkey has done and wherever he was able to get this whistleblower and this information.
	But I'll tell you, Jim, the CEO of Dominion never expected the screen, that screen, to ever be made public.
	And now we have the answer.
	We know what's going on.
	That's the truth.
	And he sat there and absolutely lied to Congress.
	You know, categorically, so it's pretty big, it's pretty big, and it's all coming out, and I don't think that, and I thank Jim for your case, and for my case, and people who have been dragged through, and I'm telling you, people who, the judicial system has been used as a, as a, for a witch hunt, Against people who have been truthers, who have been shining the light on their deception, on their false flags, on the corruption within the systems.
	This is going to be huge.
	This month is going to be huge.
	And it's not a coincidence, Jim, that on August 11th, FEMA is going to start its emergency on wireless devices, EMS messages.
	They're going to do a test Of our EMS messages on the 11th, but there's so much going on this month.
	There's also a hearing with Julian Assange.
	We'll see what happens with that.
	There's also the anniversary of Bretton Woods and all kinds of things that are happening which I can get into more detail.
	A little bit at another time, but it's big stuff, Jim, and I don't really know that they need to really have all the audits of all the states that are involved.
	I think once fraud is established, now that's fraud right there, and once fraud is established, as the saying goes, fraud vitiates everything, Jim.

	We had some technical issues, but lo and behold, folks, you know, Jim and I have been steadfast, and we dug our heels in, and we are here to get this report out today, come hell or high water.

	Stephanie Sledge has published Remington Takes the Fall, sells out American gun owners, and settles Sandy Hook for $33 million.
	When she published her book last year about Sandy Hook, I wrote a chapter about the shady lawsuit filed by the victims to hold gun manufacturers legally responsible for shootings.
	This is like holding automobile manufacturers to be liable for accidents or crimes committed using automobiles.
	It's absurd on its face.
	I also tied together the plot insurance companies, banks, and gun manufacturers were in bed together to help disarm the nation.
	One year later, my suspicions of the Connecticut plot to further disarm the nation has been confirmed, as Remington Arms agrees to be the fall guy.
	Remington sold out American gun owners when there is enough evidence that Sandy Hook was a staged false flag event and that American disarmament was the key agenda.
	I personally sent the president of Remington a copy of my book to let him know there were only two logical reasons for the lawsuit in the state of Connecticut, where a Supreme Court judge ruled Remington could be held legally responsible, which was a blatantly improper ruling.
	A, their company was being used as the fall guy to help in the effort to further disarm the nation by challenging the 2005 federal law granting them immunity from liability.
	Or B, they agreed to be the fall guy as they were heading toward bankruptcy and that Connecticut would be the perfect place to carry out this new avenue to help further disarm civilians by using the child victim card.
	The now-bankrupt gun manufacturer has offered to pay the Sandy Hook victims $33 million to settle claims and take responsibility for the alleged but totally staged school shooting, a direct result of their marketing practices.
	Now, I published a sequel.
	The $33 million Sandy Hook settlement is insurance fraud.
	In response to the announced settlement between Remington and families of nine of the alleged victims of the Sandy Hook shooting, I have authorized William Sumner Scott, one of the attorneys handling my defense to Posner claims against me pending before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, To contact the CEO of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, whose wholly owned subsidiary, Ironshore Specialty Insurance Company, together with AXAXL, will be saddled with most, if not all, of the $33 million payout, to assert that this appears to be an elaborate scam.
	I am eager and willing to produce evidence that would demonstrate nobody died at Sandy Hook.
	Below is a copy of a letter to David Long, the Liberty Mutual CEO.
	The letter sent to C. Scott Gunter, the AXA XL U.S.
	CEO, is substantially the same.
	Here is the letter.
	Dear C.E.O.
	Long, This letter is written to you in memory of William Brandon Shanley to report a massive fraud appears to be in progress in the Remington Outdoor Bankruptcy proceeding before the U.S.
	Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Alabama.
	Claims have been filed by alleged families and survivors of children alleged to have been murdered on December 14, 2012 in an incident commonly called Sandy Hook.
	In response to those claims, a news organization has published an offer to settle for $33 million.
	Prior to that report on April 19th, 2021, I provided notice on behalf of Dr. James H. Fetzer to the attorneys defending those claims, who among those on the copy list of this email, that Dr. Fetzer was available to serve as an expert witness in support of research and book.
	His research and book he co-edited and authored in part titled Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.
	It was a FEMA drill to promote gun control, 2015 second edition, 2016.
	In addition, on July 29, 2021, I followed up with notice of the lawyers handling the Remington Debtors, Creditors Committee, and Litigation Trust position before the Bankruptcy Court.
	They, too, are on the copy list of this email.
	No response to either of those emails has been received, which leads Dr. Fetzer to believe the fraud continues in progress.
	Dr. Fetzer is aware of a similar bankruptcy fraud related to the 9-11 damage claims of Larry Silverstein against the American Airlines bankruptcy that thus far has been covered up.
	The risk of exposure of the San Diego fraud is greater than the American Airlines fraud for the following reasons.
	The entire population in Newtown, Connecticut is aware that the San Diego Elementary School has closed for over a year prior to December 14, 2012, the date of the alleged shootings.
	Payments have been made to families of the children who participated in the mock drill to keep them quiet.
	The amounts were different in form and amount.
	There is dissension in the ranks.
	No payments were made to the families of the 489 children who were in school or at home on December 14, 2012.
	They are positive they were not evacuated from the Sandy Hook Elementary School as claimed by the false narrative.
	I correct that number, by the way, observing that the official account by Danbury State's Attorney Stephen Sedensky III claims 489 students were present, minus the 20 allegedly dead.
	That should be 469.
	The children are now approaching 16 years of age.
	That age produces loose lips.
	Doubt they will all remain silent.
	Many of them believe they should stop living a lie.
	Many of them have no reason other than fear of reprisal to protect the fraud.
	Many of them are angry their families did not participate in the spoils.
	Fatser's book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, it was a FEMA drill to promote gun control, sold over 500 copies in less than a month before it was banned by amazon.com and has been estimated to have been downloaded by over 10 million people on the internet.
	The Sandy Hook Truth Committee goes larger every month.
	Their scholarship is awesome.
	Their ability to overcome the violence and censorship they face is promising.
	The situation is urgent.
	The Sandy Hook claimants need only accept the offer and the settlement approved by the court to become final.
	In that event, your companies will participate in a fraud that was obvious at the time the settlement was presented to the court.
	As your lawyers are expected to tell you, fraud on the court can be investigated by any court at any time.
	There is no statute of limitations.
	Limiting Mutual and Ironshore have far more to lose than they will gain if the settlement is allowed to go further.

	Now, I added to that in a blog I published some of the evidence we have.
	Here are just a few samples.
	The FBI Consolidated Crime Report for 2012 shows that the intersection of Newtown murder and non-negligent manslaughter, zero.
	Since Sandy Hook is a suburb of Newtown, if there were zero murders or non-negligent manslaughter in Newtown in 2012, then there were zero murders or non-negligent manslaughter in Sandy Hook.
	The FBI has had nearly a decade to correct this report, which the apologists for the event claim was in error, and they have not done so, which indicates that that's because it's not in error.
	Moreover, the official investigation by Steven J. Sedinsky III, the state's attorney, published on November 25th, 2013, nearly a year after the alleged shooting event on December 14, 2012, is an abject legal failure.
	It's relatively trivial to demonstrate the official report on Sandy Hook that was authored by Danbury State's attorney, Stephen Sedensky, does not establish a causal nexus between the shooter, his victims, and the weapons he's alleged to have used.
	It suffers from the shortcomings of concluding there were no fingerprints on the .22 caliber rifle that was allegedly used to shoot his mother and, even more surprisingly, that of the large number of shots fired from the 5.56 caliber Bushmaster, close to 150.
	None of the bullet fragments could be matched to the weapon.
	It's buried in an obscure but crucial footnote 53.
	Under these circumstances, it would have been impossible for the alleged shooter Adam Lanza to have been convicted in a properly conducted court of law for his alleged offense, because no causal nexus has been established between the purported shooter, his weapons, and the 20 children and seven adults he is supposed to have killed, Which one might have naively supposed was the point of the investigation.
	But if that was its goal, then its objective was not achieved.
	If there's ever been such an abysmal failure in the Annals of Forensic Investigation, I would love to hear about it.
	This is absurd.
	The reason this is crucial, Louisa, is this is supposed to be the definitive report, and it's a complete failure.
	It does not make the case.
	That's because no case was there to be made.
	It was a fiction.
	Meanwhile, one of my research colleagues observed the oddity that the youngest of the victims, named Noah Posner, bore a striking resemblance to his older stepbrother, Michael Vabner.
	This was included in the second edition of 2016 as the Appendix D. Six of us went to work on this issue.
	We discovered they had the same eyes, they had the same eyebrows, they had the same nose, they had the same mouth, they had the same ears, they had the same shape of skull.
	So I sent photographs taken from similar perspectives to my colleague Larry Rivera, who has mastered the principles of photogrammetry, which is the application of mathematics to the study of photographs, and he created a GIF by placing their interpupillary distance the same and discovered that indeed Noah Posner was Michael Vavner as a child.
	Look here, you see Noah turn into Michael, which means that they used photographs of older children when they were younger to be the victims of Sandy Hook.
	My dear research colleague, Monia Alexis Brasley, has even discovered evidence that some of the parents cynically use photographs of themselves as children to be the deceased children at Sandy Hook.
	All of this, by the way, was legalized By Barack Hussein Obama, by means of the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, which nullified the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948, which precluded the use of the same techniques of propaganda and disinformation within the United States that were being used without.
	That would include staged riots and shootings and all kinds of uprising They were made legal by Barack Obama, which unleashed a flood of these events, including the Boston bombing, Orlando and Dallas, Charlottesville, Parkland, Las Vegas, and now, as I'm going to suggest, even the January 6 intrusion into the Capitol.

	Jim, it's just their MO.
	I mean, you know, it's so funny if you recall, not funny haha, but right after this happened or right when they, you know, pulled off the stunt, this propaganda event that was legal.
	Under the Repealed Smith-Muntt Act, as you pointed out.
	You know how quick, it's just like 9-11.
	Like, how is it that the news media would find out so quickly, Osama bin Laden, right?
	Oh, that's who did it.
	I mean, and I mean, doesn't anyone not, like, realize how suspicious that is that the media would, like, already know who did it?
	You know, and then hear Sandy Hook, like, within minutes they knew it was Adam Lanza, they knew what they did, where he went, like, I mean, I give the police all the credit in the world, but that's a little too fast for the real world.
	There's an investigation that has to happen.
	You don't just come right out.
	But you know that when it's a false flag, the media is going to tell you who did it before there's even investigation.
	The police aren't going to announce these things until they know for sure who it is.
	And that takes time.
	They have to investigate the crime.
	So you know it's a propaganda when they already have the answer before, you know, as it's happening and, you know, we're going to go get this person and we're going to go after it.
	It's so scripted, Jim.
	It's just, it's an M.O.
	They follow this pattern over and over and over again.
	That makes it very telling what it is.
	And these are very cleverly designed in relation to 9-11, for example.
	They had the Harley shirt guy rush up to our border and explain what no one else could understand.
	How the Twin Towers were blowing apart in every direction.
	All the floors remained stationary.
	They were being converted into millions of cubic yards of very fine dust.
	No one understood what happened.
	And he rushed up to say, the intense fires caused by the jet fuel must have
	caused the steel to weaken and melt.
	And then some floors came down and caused other floors to come down,
	ignoring the fact that the amount of resistance upward was overwhelmingly
	greater than the amount of resistance downward had that happened.
	But it was a total defection.
	It was a deception.
	It was a psyop to give us a first impression.
	And that's why they had to talk about Osama right off the bat, a first impression.
	The Israelis, who are behind all of this, tend to go a bridge too far.
	There were a whole lot of Israeli operatives who were arrested on 9-11.
	It's an elaborate story I've told in a three-part series I recently did with Scott Bennett on his Great Awakening show on America Media Periscope, which is also archived on my BitChute channel, Jim Fetzer, where everyone can check it out.
	They were arrested.
	They were attempting to blow up the Brooklyn Bridge, the Holland Tunnel.
	They were going to eliminate every access route, but the NYPD, who are extremely good, stopped it in its tracks.
	But during the event, between the destruction of the South Tower, Well, nearly 30 floors tilted to the side, which was incredible and completely inconsistent with the official accounts.
	But he showed an image of Palestinians rejoicing.
	They just happened to have it at their fingertips after they got a fake phone call from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine claiming responsibility, as though the Palestinians would have the least interest.
	I recognize that footage was fraudulent at the time.
	Indeed, it was archival footage.
	From a distant event, political or religious, where the Palestinians were rejoicing.
	They were just as slack-jawed and stupefied by these events as the rest of the world, and of course had nothing to do with it.
	But the Israelis cannot resist the opportunity to trash the Palestinians, whereas we all know their final solution would be to load all the Palestinians aboard a ship floated out to sea and sink it.
	Disgusting.
	Yeah, and as you pointed out, so who was that guy?
	Was he just a bystander?
	Did he have any engineering background?
	The guy that you're talking about who says, oh it must have been the jet fuel?
	Oh, he was an actor.
	He was a crisis actor.
	Of course, but did they try to say that he had some sort of know-how of knowing this?
	No, they just let him give his analysis and the world just swooned that he could be so brilliant, but what The very word collapse, by the way, and almost every American would talk about the Twin Towers having collapsed, is inconsistent with what they're watching.
	The buildings are blowing apart in every direction from the top down, which required a massive source of energy The floors are remaining stationary.
	During a collapse, they all come down at the same time, and the building's being converted into millions of cubic yards of very fine dust.

	Or you can just look at that news clip.
	I think it was Jane Woodrow or Jean, what was her name, where she was reporting.
	And you could just, you see that the building behind her is still standing, but it's announced on the scrolling headline that the building collapsed.
	Jane Stanley in Building 7, which came down seven hours later, 5.20 in the afternoon, where she was reporting it.
	4.57 that Building 7 had already come down when it was still standing over her shoulder.
	Yes, they just got ahead of the script.
	They got ahead of the script.
	I mean, there's no, there's no, there's no, there's no explaining that, folks.
	There just is no explaining that.
	So, but whatever.

	Super jovial.
	But here he is putting on quite the show.
	I never expected today to be quite as emotional for me as it has been.
	I've talked to a number of you and gotten to know you.
	I think it's important to tell you right now, though.
	You guys may, like, individually feel a little broken.
	You guys all talk about the effects you have to deal with and, you know, you talk about the impact of that day.
	But you guys won.
	You guys held.
	Oh my god.
	You know, democracies are not defined by our bad days.
	We're defined by how we come back from bad days.
	How we take accountability for that.

	This is laughable, but it's also extremely maddening.
	Because after this event, where he's just crying, literally 10 minutes after this, Yeah.
	He's jovial, he's laughing.

	A couple of things here real quick, Officer Fanoni.
	You are a Capitol Security Guard.
	You're not a cop.
	Okay, and so when you talk about your law enforcement experience, unless you've worked the beat somewhere in, you know, Minneapolis, specifically on the north side or in the third precinct, maybe on the south side of Chicago, in Detroit, Philadelphia, you know, some of these major democratically controlled cesspools of criminal violence and anarchy, you are not a cop.
	Listen, I will line up every single cop that I know and be confident that they will say the same exact thing.
	This is not a blast on police officers because I back the blue.
	I support the police 100%.
	But this guy is an absolute joke and for him to slam his hand down like that and demand this respect and then he said he doesn't expect citizens to take up arms against him.
	What citizens took up arms?
	Well, Stu, as you and I both know, I unfortunately had to, you know, roll up my sleeves and do the dirty work of sitting through this with my puke bucket so you guys wouldn't have to.

	But no, all of them read from a script like good little soldiers.
	And all of them, you know, went through a bunch of extraneous details about, oh, you know, I was a black person growing up in America.

	It was all these extraneous details, because that's how they work.
	The Deep State works with sob stories, reading from scripts, and giving these sort of Oscar-worthy performances, because that tugs on the heartstrings of mindless people who believe this kind of propaganda.

	The White House is touting recommendations how they can use funds from recent coronavirus relief package to boost public safety to refund police.
	Merrick Garland, Biden's attorney general, traveled to Chicago.
	Which has the nation's most strict gun control and worst crime rate, nevertheless.
	Demonstrating in and of itself as a pilot project, their gun laws are a complete and total failure.
	Just as much as the Sandy Hook official report by Stephen Sedinsky III was a complete and total failure.
	To highlight a new Department of Justice program called Strike Forces to disrupt networks of traffic and firearms.
	Doing their best to knock the notion that Biden wants to slash funding.
	Last week, he said during a town hall meeting, I've never, never, never said defunding the police.
	I don't know any community, particularly the communities that are in the most need and the poorest and the most at risk that don't want police.
	They want police, though, to look at them as equals.
	They want police to treat them in a way they don't want police abusing.
	Well, who wants them to abuse?
	The federal government doesn't have a lot of power to control violent crime, which falls to the state and local jurisdictions.
	Instead, the DOJ has launched its trafficking strike forces in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City, where crime is just skyrocketing, all of which are controlled by Democrats.
	Indeed, they're focusing so much on the AR-15, you'd think rifles, what they call wrongly assault weapons, were frequently used.
	It turns out they're very rare.
	The FBI collected data on the weapons used in 13,922 homicides in 2019.
	10,258 were committed using a firearm, but only 364 were committed using a rifle.
	Overwhelmingly, handguns are the weapon of choice for how dangerous they're made out to be.
	Assault rifles, which is a misdescription of the AR-15, which is semi-automatic.
	It's a lightweight, versatile weapon.
	I fired it before.
	It's a super A superweapon which would be perfect for citizen-soldiers to use to defend against a tyranny or an invasion from an outside force.
	They're most worried the weapon's going to be used to keep the nation free against a tyrannical government.
	We're not found to be used in homicides very often.
	Rifles were a weapon of choice in only 2.6% of the homicides in 2019, far lower than the 45.7% committed using a handgun.
	And even though nearly a quarter of homicides were committed using an unknown type of firearm, it's safe to assume handguns probably made up the large majority of that number as well.
	Overwhelmingly, I would submit.
	Even if a ban on assault weapons were enacted, it would lower the number of AR-15s already in the United States, currently around 20 million, maybe growing closer to 30.
	But let me point out the racial aspect of this, because we've heard so much propaganda continuing to this day.
	In 2013, based on murders of blacks and whites, blacks killed by blacks 55 times more often than blacks were killed by whites, which is a very rare event.
	Whites are killed by blacks 10 times more often than blacks are killed by whites.
	Whites are killed by other whites about as often as whites are killed by blacks.
	But what occurs least often is blacks killed by whites, and yet that's what Black Lives Matter is protesting.
	If they cared about black lives, if they really believe black lives matter, they should be focusing on the number of blacks killed by blacks, which is 55 times as great.
	My brilliant colleague, Dr. Eowyn, like myself, a retired university professor, imposed a 2016 electoral college map over a 2014 murder distribution map, and lo and behold, Louisa, the murders are being committed in areas controlled by the Democrats.
	This is a complete collapse, a failure of their policies, the policies they want to impose on the entire nation by creating free fire zones where the criminals Who, after all, aren't going to give up their guns.
	No, they're not at risk of being taken out or opposed by civilians with concealed carry because the Democrats have worked it as their allies in protecting the criminals from apprehension or being stopped in their tracks.

	We need thousands of hours of video that the government has that they have failed to produce.

	For example, in one of our cases, a sanctions motion that's been filed against us in a case that was actually closed, but the city of Detroit came in after the case was closed and was allowed to intervene to file a motion for sanctions against us in Michigan.
	And one of the things that they claimed in earlier pleadings was that we had had some role in the January 6th incident when I, for example, had absolutely told people not to even go on January 6th, not to come to Washington, to leave Washington if they were there, because it was too late to do anything meaningful at that point.
	And I felt like it was going to be a setup.
	I think that's exactly what it was.
	I want to know how many FBI agents were involved In storming the Capitol that day, particularly involved in the group that broke any windows or did any damage at all.
	All of that needs to be disclosed.
	So you agree with some members of Congress that the FBI may have been or FBI assets may have been involved in this entire thing.
	I think they were.
	It would be very surprising given what you've disclosed on your show with your prior whistleblower and their mode of operations lately.
	In the last decade, if they didn't have a substantial, if not leading role in creating the entire debacle.
	And we know that in Michigan, at times, many of the meetings that were going down and those in the car together, the FBI informants or employees outnumbered everybody else.

	Department of Justice issue an illegal opinion that employer mandates of shots are legal.

	The emergency use authorization means the so-called vaccines haven't been licensed for use but were allowed to be rushed to market due to a declared health emergency under President Trump.
	They are still investigational, according to the FDA.
	Anyone who's received one is part of a massive human experiment.
	Let me add, by the way, Louisa, that they could not have attained emergency use authorization if there were Other readily available alternatives, which was the case with HCQ and Ivermectin.
	That's why they had to go to war against HCQ and Ivermectin.
	Otherwise they could not have obtained emergency use authorization.
	Final say on whether Norm or the government or corporate employee can legally mandate getting the shot will rest with the court, probably the U.S.
	Supreme.
	But the DOJ could not resist weighing in on the controversy.

	The law, passed more than two years ago, requires drugs still in investigative stage may be allowed to administer during an emergency, but such drugs must remain optional at the patient's discretion.

	Louisa, it's outrageous and disgusting, but that's what we have under Merrick Garland.
	The Department of Justice, along with the FBI, along with the CIA, have betrayed the American people and the Constitution of the United States.
	What all this is supposed to do is to show America that The government is completely corrupted, and it is time now to follow what the Declaration of Independence tells us to do, and it is to replace the government.
	And I'm not saying through violence, but you're right, Jim.
	There were other alternatives, and now, you know, as you know, President Trump said that before they even talked about a vaccine, they were talking about hydroxychloroquine, they were talking about Regeneron, they were talking, he was talking about UV light therapy and it's possible he was even talking about ivermectin, but I don't recall 100% if he was talking about it at that point.
	So, there were currently, at that time, there were alternatives and they know that because they, you know, Fauci wrote the paper about the effectiveness of hydroxychloroquine on coronavirus family viruses.
	So, that was back in 2015.
	But this is the reason why Trump got this passed.
	He could not, there was no way this guy was going to avoid this from happening during his administration.
	This was designed to be released to take him down.
	I think the plan was they were going to do this during Hillary's, which would have been, you know, they were planning on Hillary being elected and when she lost they never thought she would lose.
	So They implemented this to prevent Trump from getting reelected, which in a sense, I guess, you know, had had some impact.
	But you know that all of big tech was completely involved in that as well, which will all come out.
	But he had to do this under Operation Warp Speed in order for what you just said to be effective.
	for this to be voluntarily.
	Under the Emergency Use Authorization Act, this had to be done by his warp speed, getting this done under one year criteria was that it allowed people to have this job voluntarily rather than mandating it, which was the original agenda, the original plan.
	Had this gone through the original, the regular protocols of vaccines, then it would be, probably they would have mandated that.
	So Trump, in a sense, everyone's, you know, now we're kind of wondering why is he still, you know, talking about the vaccine today?
	Why Do we see Kaylee McEnany, who looked totally CGI, by the way?
	Why do we see her coming up and talking about vaccines?
	We know she said she had this when she was working at the White House, so she has antibodies.
	So why get the vaccine?
	I doubt highly she got the vaccine, to be honest with you.
	But anyway, unless it was a placebo or something else, but it wasn't the one that they're manufacturing to do this mass depopulation.
	There's so there's a lot there.
	So Trump, in a sense, intervened on our behalf in order to minimize the number of people who We're going to, in other words, to keep it from being mandatory and to make it voluntary.
	So everyone then had their free will choice to decide to get the vaccine or not.
	That's a whole other issue.

	Meanwhile, this is coming from Public Health England, which appears to be more honest and accurate in their reporting.
	Fully vaccinated people are 65% more likely to be hospitalized, 1,540% more likely to die due to COVID-19 than people who are unvaccinated.

	To hear the propaganda coming from our media, you'd think it was the opposite.

	Public Health England has released a 19th technical briefing on COVID-19 variants.
	The concerns of people who've received at least one dose make up over 65% of all the
	alleged COVID-19 deaths from February 1st of 2021 through July 19. It goes on in great detail.
	People who have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 account for 40.49% of all alleged cases of the Delta variant between the 1st of February and the 19th of July.
	However, the double vaccinated account for just 14%, but 35% of all positive cases who've had at least one dose of the jab.
	We know that jabs have not been proven to prevent infection or transmission, despite the coercive and relentless actions of the government health officials and scientists suggesting otherwise and deceiving millions of Brits into believing they do.
	The COVID vaccines have only been proven, and frankly I doubt this myself, to reduce the risk of hospitalization and death through the extremely short and limited trials that we're carrying out.
	And because these were short trials, we do not know the long-term risks involved here, meaning the trials, those who were either injected with the COVID or a placebo were sent away to live their lives as normal if they didn't have it Then they decided that was because the vaccine had prevented them.
	What they don't take into account is while the trials were taking place, lockdowns were enforced worldwide.
	People who had the vaccine were at much lower risk of being exposed.
	So it wasn't even a reasonable trial.
	You only need to look at the murky criminal history of both Pfizer and AstraZeneca to see the results they published cannot be trusted.
	Pfizer has been fined with over 3.5 billion pounds sterling since the year 2000 for offenses including safety violations, false medical claims, corruption, and bribery.
	AstraZeneca has been fined over 1.1 billion.
	Dollars since the year 2000 for offenses related to false claims, bribery, and health care.
	This is just embarrassingly bad.
	The chances of being hospitalized with COVID-19 increase by 65.5% if you've had two doses of COVID vaccine, according to Public Health England data.
	Unfortunately, it shows it's much worse when it comes to deaths that occur with COVID-19 if you've had two doses.
	Meaning the more is worse.
	The more you get, the worse off you are.
	This is why I believe the MIT study showing those who are reluctant to take the vax are highly informed, scientifically literate, and sophisticated.
	They understand the risk.
	They know the vax is bad.
	Now notice the situation, Louisa, if you naively assume the vax is good.
	Then you think you're only confronting two different alternatives.
	Either the COVID pandemic is real or the COVID pandemic is fake.
	If the pandemic is real and the vax is good, then you save yourself.
	If it turns out the pandemic is fake, but the vax is good, then you've only subjected yourself to the inconvenience of an unnecessary inoculation.
	But if the vax is bad, And remember now, Sherry Tenpenny has described it as a perfectly designed killing machine.
	Luc Montagnier, maybe the most famous virologist, Nobel Prize winner in the world has said, everyone who gets a vax will be dead within five years.
	If you understand this, then whether the COVID is real or the COVID is fake, you're going to subject yourself to harm or death.

	And we know 45,000 deaths within three days of taking the vax, which has been suppressed, Louisa.

	We at the seven universities that did the lab tests on these 1,500 samples are now suing the CDC for COVID-19 fraud.

	If they can't or won't send us a viable sample, I say there is no COVID-19.

	The four research papers that do describe the genomic extracts of the COVID-19 virus never were successful in isolating and purifying the samples.
	All the four papers written on COVID-19 only describe small bits of RNA, which were only 37 to 40 base pairs long, which is not a virus.
	A viral genome is typically 30,000 to 40,000 base pairs.
	With as bad as COVID is supposed to be all over the place, how come no one in any lab worldwide has ever isolated and purified this virus in its entirety?

	So what else could it be beside the virus is?

	But this is playing out because the rest of the world, you know, I don't know why they
	have to let them play out all their hands, their cards I guess that's the only way to
	smoke them out find out what they what systems what weapons what networks they still have
	available to you know and it's brilliant in a sense, because we're watching them all participate
	so we know who they are, we know the plays that they're making, so we know who they are
	we know who has to be addressed it has to be held accountable so I guess that's what
	So you always let your enemy think you're strong where you're weak and weak where you're strong.
	This is what we're seeing playing out.
	I have a feeling Trump's coming back and he's going to clean house and he's going to kick ass.
	Jim, I think it's going to be, you know, I think there are good days that are coming.
	I only hope that we can stop the progress of that spike protein.
	I know that there's things that are out there that may be able to do that and may be able to reverse it ultimately with the med beds that are supposed to be coming out.
	All this advanced technology, these patents, over 6,000 patents, folks, that have been withheld thanks to Serco and the British Crown.
