Need to Know (5 June 2021) with Carl Herman and Joe Olson

This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased to be joined today by Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, and by Joe Olson from Houston, where Joe is an engineer and has much to say about what's going on here in Florida.
A story with which we begin.
Here is the original condo before all the nonsense took place.
It was constructed in 1981 with a 40-year expected lifespan as a form of lift slab construction, which meant its date of expiration would have been 2021.
The moat in which it collapsed included the bottom of the central building, then the section behind the center, then the east section collapsing moments later.
The pool deck has been suggested to have caved first, but it survived intact.
There was a report claiming that waterproofing below the pool was causing major damage that does not appear to have been significant.
There were cracks and concrete cog beams and walls which may or may not have been significant, but look at the mess when it was over.
Notice the pool is perfectly fine and fair.
Here again you can see the pool survived intact.
Now, Because of concern about the instability of the remaining portion, the decision was made to bring it down by controlled demolition.
I cannot imagine the feelings of those occupants who had come out because of the collapse of the rest of the building, being told they could not go back in to retrieve their personal possessions, Valuables, heirlooms, who knows what.
And here we have now a report about what happened.
Just a short time ago, crews demolished the remaining portion of the condo that collapsed over a week ago.
All right, take a look at this.
A live look at Surfside, Florida, where explosives brought the building down.
This happened just about half an hour ago.
Engineers will now have to make sure that area is safe before first responders can go back and continue their work.
Look at this.
Here we go.
This is the moment that building This came crashing down.
Now we're also learning at this point, uh, that officials might have done fears of Elsa that it could crash down onto the debris field or rescue teams can now get to the rubble that were previously off limits for safety purposes.
At this point, we're still searching for survivors.
Nobody should be talking about recovery.
That, as far as I'm concerned, that needs to be shut down straight away.
We're rescuing people.
We're pulling people out.
Everybody's doing that.
We're all pulling in the same direction, and that's the way it's going to be.
So far, rescuers have recovered the remains of 24 people.
120 more are still missing.
Now, a lot of people are going to find a striking resemblance between that controlled demolition and the video we have of the destruction of the condo witnessed here.

Not only that, but of course there's been a lot of discussion of similarities to Building 7 in
New York on 9-11.
Joe, you've been looking into all of the above.
Give us your latest assessment of what's happened here.
Well, first of all, the building is a flat slab construction, not lift slab, but that's okay.
It happened, the incident happened 11 days ago, and for them to claim they're still looking for survivors is ridiculous.
It's not a rescue effort at this point.
You would have died from lack of water, certainly in 11 days, but probably everything else, so.
And then the fact that they didn't allow any of the people whose units were not destroyed to not re-enter the building for 11 days is just additional traumatic mind control, trauma-induced mind control.
And it also means that there was possibly some evidence of what caused the destruction in the East end of the building that could have been visible to people going in and out of the south end of the building, but they were not allowed to go in and they certainly weren't allowed to go in and take video or photographic evidence of what remained.
Now, I sent you, I think it was a UK Daily Mail article yesterday that showed pictures of and testimony from one of the neighbors that was out walking their dog for whatever hour.
When the incident happened, 1.30 on a Wednesday or early Thursday morning, and she said that water started pouring out over the entrance to the parking garage about eight minutes prior to the collapse of the building.
And the article in the UK Mail said that it was probably the leaking swimming pool had finally collapsed and that's what caused the whole building to collapse, caused the foundation under the building 100 feet away from the swimming pool to start collapsing.
That's kind of absurd because the swimming pool was built on the same level as what we in America would call the second floor in UK they call it ground floor and then first floor would be the floor above but the swimming pool deck area was actually elevated above street level so there's no way that water level that was lower than the entrance to the parking garage could have come over and flooded in a massive amount down through the parking garage so you're left with maybe they were dumping the domestic water inside the building or maybe they were draining the fire system for some oddball reason
But that's something that I'll need to do some further investigation on.
The problem is that, you know, you're trying to diagnose a cataclysmic failure from a long ways away with nothing but sketchy, selectively edited photos and videotapes.
It's really difficult.
I did get copies of the original building plans, which were posted online at the city's website.
But those are not in the actual order that the plans were written, so it's a little bit difficult.
You have tedious, there's 330 sheets you have to go through page by page to figure out which page is next.
And it's 138 megabytes of material, and they were scanned photos that I'm not sure how long ago they were scanned, but they're really kind of grainy.
So it's really awkward to try to figure out stuff from that set, that data set.
And then there's the set of plans that was done by Maribito Repair and Restoration Plans, which were submitted April 26, 2021.
And it was the 40-year inspection and restoration of that building.
That's a 34 megabyte file, 84 pages of drawings, but on the typical floor plans all he's stating that needs to be done is to remove tile on the floor on the exterior balconies where people had installed tile because it was causing water buildup along the face of the building, and to put waterproofing on the decks of the balconies and then to patch the soffits underneath the balconies above.
So there was nothing in there that indicated that there was a enormous risk of cataclysmic failure of this structure in the plans that were submitted in 2021.
So that's A little bit of background information there.
Now, this morning I got on Miami Herald website, and they're the ones that showed the evidence of the building being demolished at 10 30 last night, which is pretty rapid for bringing down even a portion of a building.
Back when I was doing a lot of investigative work on controlled demolitions,
there's a company out of Maryland, Controlled Demolitions, Inc.,
which is the largest and most accomplished controlled demolition company, probably in the world,
but certainly in the United States.
And they'd put up about a dozen videos of different buildings that they'd brought down,
including the 33-story Ocean Tower down at South Padre Island,
which they claim is the highest reinforced concrete structure
to be brought down.
And they showed very detailed, like 45-minute long, hour-long tutorials on how they drilled out the shear walls that are inside the buildings and how they planted charges in columns and how they removed moment connections and and buildings that were steel frame where they replaced steel bolts with exploding bolts and left just a minimum number of men takes enormous amount of preparation sometimes it's six months to prepare one of these buildings so it's kind of odd that they would have a building that was completely occupied where they didn't have access to any of those spaces
and then in less than 11 days they could have a plan to destroy it and that's based on a tropical storm that was going to provide wind loads capable of knocking the building over which the building had already stood through a category 5 hurricane Andrew in 1991 with 165 mile an hour winds and this Elsa is currently off the west coast of Florida in the Florida Keys area and it has sustained winds of 65 miles an hour.
The projected winds over the Miami area are not going to be more than 30 or 40 miles an hour and probably not more than three or four inches of rain so this was not a cataclysmic event demanding that that stuff be brought down and like I said there's absolutely no chance of rescue at this point so Even if it was endangering the rescue workers, they're not rescuing a whole lot at this point, so I'm really questioning absolutely everything about this, especially the engineer who was hired by the city of Surfside.
Yeah, I think those are all excellent points, and obviously they didn't mention the 47-story Building 7 that came down in a classic controlled demolition on 9-11, which therefore would be the largest building, presumably, to be brought down by a controlled demolition.
Carl, your thoughts?
I appreciate Joe's professional expertise in demonstrating what needs to be done if you want to get the truth, because we're not getting the truth from the pathological liars who are in charge.
The only contribution that I would have would be if memory serves, that's the same congressional district as Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who not once but twice engaged in election fraud to steal two of the primaries against my colleague, Professor Tim Canova.
I think that's a very astute observation, the politics of what's going on here, as though there weren't enough chaos in America.
It could be viewed as a hit against Governor DeSantis in Florida, because it's going to lead to a lot of Floridians wanting to abandon their condos Out of apprehension that they could collapse.
Joe, I want to ask you about this.
There's an Israeli team that's been brought in to go through all the debris and help and assist in identifying the dead.
I find this very suspicious on multiple grounds.
My belief is, as a hypothetical scenario, they may not be traveling from Tel Aviv.
They may already be here, They may have prepped the building originally, now they're brought back in so they can conceal how it was done and even plant DNA from parties who long since escaped may now be living themselves in Israel in order to make it look as though they actually were among the dead.
Do you give any credence to a hypothesis of this character?
Well, the group that they sent over is called the Unit 9900, and it's a division of military intelligence.
So, and they claimed that they were going to be documenting the debris field as the layers are being lifted, and so that means that they're going to have access to manipulate all of the Ensute data as it's being removed, and they're supposedly storing 30, I mean 3 million tons of material at an off-site secure location, but if you're removing material, transporting material, and then unloading the material, and you don't have a really good sequence of how you're doing that, you've already eliminated most of the forensic evidence of what actually happened, so I'd be really suspicious about that.
And you mentioned the engineer who also was involved in the study of the Murrah Building, which had he done a competent job would have revealed there were two stages.
You had the fertilizer bomb in the truck that was removed from the building that couldn't possibly have done the damage it sustained.
That led to one seismic blast, much smaller than the more significant second.
Which destroyed the front of the building.
Some have even conjectured it could have been with a mini-nuke.
In any case, the very first responders weren't tending to the wounded and the dead.
They were carrying out files, because it appears the whole project was to remove files of Bill Clinton's service as governor of Arkansas and all the drug dealing he'd been going through in Mena, Arkansas, from the public record.
Are you aware of that aspect, Joe?
I wouldn't be surprised if you were.
Yes, I've been following OKC Murrow buildings since the day it happened and actually was up there about two weeks after the event because I was attending a friend's wedding.
So I was in Oklahoma City for three or four days and we drove by the site and then also drove by a tornado damaged neighborhood, which is really shocking to see a mile wide path of homes that are just completely stripped down to the slab.
So Mother Nature's brutal enough to us.
We don't need to be brutal on our own so.
I agree with the assessment that was done by veterans today on the Oklahoma City bombing and also agree with the information provided by Cody Snodgrass.
Didn't General Partin do an analysis of Oklahoma City that was pretty devastating?
Yes, sir, he did.
Yeah, Cody Snodgrass said he was invited to be part of that.
And you have to look at what the precursor to that was, was the Waco event, where they tried to demonize white Christians and had the Janet Reno Davidian roast, where they killed 90 people.
And then, as a supposed retaliation to that, two years later, A group of white militant supremacists come and attack the Murrow building.
So, you know, this is stage setting.
Then they stage set the 93 bombing in the World Trade Center.
And then they stage set the 9-1-1 events.
And the same engineer that did the analysis on OKC, the 93 World Trade Center bombing and the Pentagon bombing is the one that's hired by the city of Surfside.
So you draw your own conclusions.

And you can read their material.
Well, the conclusion I draw is that this was indeed a controlled demolition.
It didn't have to happen.
It wasn't simply structural failure.
The question I ask, then, is for what motive?
And it could be those I've already described.
Carl, do you have any further thoughts about this?
No, I don't.

Yeah, we have Facebook sending messages to users asking about friends of theirs who are maybe extremists, and that could mean anyone who questions a 2020 election, who thinks that January 6 wasn't what we're told it was.
Also, anyone who believes in the First or the Second Amendment, who voted for Donald Trump, or who is simply a conservative.
Are you concerned someone you know is becoming an extremist?
One message reads, We care about preventing extremism on Facebook.
Others in your situation have received confidential support.
It provides a button to get support, leading to another Facebook page about extremism.
A Facebook spokesperson confirmed to the Epoch Times, which I'm recommending is a very good source, that the company is currently running the warnings as a test to some users.
This test is part of our larger work to assess ways to provide resources and support to people on Facebook who may have engaged with or were exposed to extremist content or may know someone who is at risk.
We are partnering with NGOs and academic experts in this space and hope to have more to share in the future.
Meanwhile, it's even read the Simpsons saying, hey neighbor, you may have been exposed to harmful extremist content.
The warning messages are sure to trigger even more negative feedback against Facebook and its CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, who, by the way, paid for a very large number of those who wound up counting ballots on November 3rd, over fears the company is attempting to stifle free speech, about which there really cannot be serious doubt.
Meanwhile, bills that supposedly go after Big Tech are being written by Big Tech, This is pretty disturbing, but not surprising.
This is the Washington way of doing things.
Republican Representative Thomas Massey was given a document showing Microsoft had been
provided an advanced copy of major antitrust legislation, an original version of the Platform
Competition and Opportunity Act.
One of the Democrats, six pending antitrust bills targeting big tech, which is surprising
in a way since big tech has been all in for the Democrats and all out for Trump.
Massey said, I just came into possession of a document everyone needs to know about.
It came from a whistleblower.
It was marked Confidential Microsoft.
The first draft of one of these bills that would have covered Microsoft, inviting the question, did Microsoft have this bill?
And the others were voting on today before I had the bill myself.
Why would you have to market Confidential Microsoft if they found it on the website for Congress?
It turns out the original version had a much lower rate for inclusion in terms of how many members use the service for deciding which big tech companies would be affected.
Originally it was 500,000, but the bill was revised to require platforms have at least 50 million monthly active users, which would make a dramatic difference in how many websites were affected.
Other changes were equally specific.
A separate alteration to the original bill potentially exempted Windows from regulation, where the original version defined online platform as an operating system, but the later a mobile operating system This latest version limits the definition only to mobile online platforms, noticing that it had the effect for the most part of exempting Microsoft from coverage by the bill.
This is pretty serious stuff.
It was sponsored by Democrat Representative Hakeem Jeffries, where the intention of the bill would be to prohibit major big tech acquisitions from entrenching a company's market power It remains to be seen if Microsoft will provide any other details, but it looks to me as though Microsoft is doing a good job of protecting its own interests and that this bill may come to much less than we had hoped.

Well, this is a lot of Orwellian talk.
So, Facebook, they virtue-signal as they move closer and closer to this totalitarian, controlled, one-party state.
So, the extremists must have gotten the word vote among the focus groups, and you have the Department of Homeland Security issuing their Most recent anti-terrorism report, which gave us our name, which up until two weeks ago, I didn't know what they were going to call us.
But we're DVEs, Domestic Violent Extremists.
And the propaganda technique that people can easily recognize is they just pick a word, in this case, extremist.
And they don't define it, and they pretend that they care about truth and integrity and whatever other words that they want to say, but they use that as a justification for censorship.
So basically, they're taking a position of dictatorial control, and if they say that this content equals the magic word, domestic violent extremist, whatever it is, then they can go ahead and remove it.
That is how totalitarian regimes roll, and we're getting closer and closer to that camp.
Another academic term that you can talk about with the big companies working behind the scenes in captured industries to write their own regulations is fascism.
That's where the big money controls, and they call the shots, and they use the politicians as their puppets.
Imagine that with W. Bush and Biden just being a puppet.
I don't know how many people really believed that they were calling the shots, but we're looking at this rule by secrecy, and this type of behavior is all we're going to get until we, the people, rise strongly enough to demand their arrest to remove them from power.
Benito Mussolini said fascism could equally well be defined as corporatism because it was a merge of big government with big business, and we certainly see that here with these social media giants.

Yeah, you could be very easily radicalized if you happen to watch Bitchute.
Investigative journalist exposes election fraud proof.
A journalist interviewed by, I believe it's Stu Peters at Banned Video with InfoWars, infiltrated the Drive-by voting and fake voting in Harris County and is able to prove 250,000 fake votes just in Harris County, which is over 4 million people.
And we have, he has absolute proof that the person who is the ringleader for the whole Texas operation was a direct employee of Sheila Jackson Lee, a Democrat.
And then we've got two Soros puppets who are involved in this.
One of them is a 28-year-old county judge with a political science degree from Stanford.
She was actually born in Bogota, lived a few years in Peru, lived in Mexico City until she was a teenager, moved to the Katy area and spent two years in Texas before she went out to Stanford, and then she was working as an investigative journalist in Thailand before she mysteriously came back and ran for county judge.
With no previous elected effort at all.
So she's in charge of 4.7 million people.
She spent 60 million dollars of taxpayer money on a COVID clinic that was set up for three weeks and never treated a single person because there was no overflow of the hospitals.
And she diverted hundreds of millions of dollars in the billion dollar Harvey Relief Fund to underserved neighborhoods so that she could build bikeways and picnic grounds inside the flood control drainage things.
But you might also be radicalized if you happen to see the revolver news report on Stuart Rhodes and the Oath Keepers.
And that's also a bit shoot, which says that 20 unindicted co-conspirators were all FBI employees, including Stuart Rhodes, the head of Oath Keepers.
So you could be radicalized very easily if you bother to look for any amount of truth anywhere.
Oh, Joe, that's so telling.
And she's so young to be so corrupt.
I mean, what a staggering story that is.
I hope her life story winds up in prison.
Meanwhile, a judge orders Minneapolis to hire more police amid a crime surge.
What else did they expect when they decided to defund the police?
Hennepin County District Judge Jamie Anderson issued a writ of mandamus ordering the city to hire more police officers.
Specifically, that Minneapolis should have at least 730 officers or
0.0017 of the 2020 census population, whichever is higher by the end of June 2022.
An unprecedented number of officers quit or went on extended medical leave after
Floyd's death and the unrest that followed, including the burning of a police bracing.
I have had reason to believe that Floyd's death itself was a fabricated event, a Hollywood tile stunt.
Even though we had Derek Chauvin allegedly convicted of second-degree murder, it looks as though what he was leaning on was not George Floyd's neck, but rather an African-American airway training dummy, a torso, manufactured by Sigma-7, which explained why he had no hair when he was lying on the ground.
Why his hands are now in front of his chest when he was manacled behind, and why when they lifted him up to put him on a stretcher, he had no legs.

Mine is entitled Deception Galore, if you want to see what I had to say about the faking of the hate crimes, including Jussie Smollett in Chicago, Bubba Wallace with NASCAR, and George Floyd in Minneapolis.
The defund the police movement was an idiocy.
Anyone could anticipate what would happen that crime would be on the rise.
Minneapolis is in crisis, eight plaintiffs wrote, where the judge acknowledged that the plaintiffs, all Minneapolis residents, had been able to show that the lack of officers was linked to the surge in crime, which has caused personal injury.
This is a huge victory for the petitioners and all residents of Minneapolis, especially those in the most diverse neighborhoods, feeling the brunt of the rising crime rate, said Doug Seton, president of the Upper Midwest Law Center, in response to the decision.
And that's a key point about the most diverse communities because it's the blacks and those who are in the poorer areas who suffer the most by a lack of police where the crime rate raises the most and it makes the greatest difference.
The rise of the Moors group, a Muslim faction of citizens who did not recognize America as a valid, independent, or authentic nation, had an interaction with Massachusetts State Police when they pulled over eight to ten heavily armed members of the Moor group as they were heading to a training exercise at 2 a.m.
Several members of the group refused to comply with the papers pleas.
A standoff began.
Some ran into the neighboring woods.
The police set up a parameter.
After the standoff was resolved, which took all night and morning, some of the Moors were arrested.
I must say, I believe this was fabricated.
This was going to be a violent shootout, and the Moors very wisely declined to participate to fulfill their role.
This is all, to my thinking, the hours, the circumstances, highly improbable had it not been an entrapment and arranged event.
It would appear there was a question about probable cause for the original stop, part of an issue being avoided by law enforcement and the media.
While they were armed, they'd broken no laws.
They were legally transiting between their home in Rhode Island to another location.
The media reporting obfuscated description from law enforcement and wait, wait for it, the FBI.
Kristen Zatira, Boston FBI spokesman, said the FBI is fully engaged with our state and local partners.
We know how many phony events the FBI has fabricated, created, or incited.
Police claim the cars were pulled over in the emergency line with their hazard light flashing when the troopers arrived at 1.30 a.m.
That sounds suspect unless they pulled over because they needed to take a pee, but I doubt a convoy of heavily armed men in tactical gear would just randomly pull over.
This looks to me to be quite an event that didn't turn out as intended.
Of the eleven arrested, two were located in the vehicles.
The self-professed leader wanted it known their ideology is not anti-government.
Meanwhile, the suspicious cat remains, well, suspicious.

Well, first we have a little confusion with the official story because Jen Psaki, the White House press secretary, she blamed it was the Republicans' fault for the defund, the police movement.
She clarified that just like a week or so ago when Republican leadership were balking to pass the, whatever it is, $1.9 trillion COVID relief bill.
Jen Psaki equated that with being for defunding police.
The rise of the Moors, this is going to be confusing.
We should suspect a false flag attack that was avoided somehow.
And that's the only thing that we can be sure about from the official version of the story, including, as you say, Jen, with the FBI, is that the information they're saying is from known liars and that testimony should be rejected.
I think that's right.
Joe, your thoughts?
Well, you know, they have to do a constant stream of these type trauma-based mind control events.
When they did the Boston bomb and they did the first ever lockdown of communities, supposedly for a crime scene.
And this one, they did the same thing.
They did a complete total lockdown.
So that's maybe what they're trying to push us towards is just to accept lockdowns as part of the new normal.
And then, you know, anything that the FBI says, you have to just take it 100% face value.
It's like you're not allowed to question anything.
Yeah, absolutely right.
You're supposed to take their word for it when their word means, it turns out, nothing.

as the House Republicans investigate the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic. House Republicans held
a hearing, but the Democrats refused to participate. They were unable to compel their
key witness to testify, like Anthony Tony the Rat Fauci, who I regard as the greatest mass
murder in history.
The hearing was organized by House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, the ranking member on the Senate Slut Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis.
They chose to hold the informal hearing in the Capitol Visitor Center amid growing frustration with the Democrat majority's neglect, really unwillingness to schedule a hearing with expert testimony on the origins of the pandemic.
What was the origin of COVID-19?
We've asked the question for more than a year, requested the House majority hold hearings.
Perplexingly, Speaker Pelosi has refused to allow a single hearing, calling it a diversion.
As the American people will hear today from our expert witnesses, this is far from a diversion.
Where the evidence continues to mount, it was a man-made disaster that began in the Wuhan lab.
There are two mainstream hypotheses.
The first, a progenitor of the SARS-CoV-2 virus was hosted by an animal, perhaps a bat, Through natural evolution, the virus became transmissible by humans somewhere near Wuhan.
There is an alternative hypothesis, however, that was engineered in experiments conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology with funding from NIH.

While there's no conclusive evidence either way, the inability of science to identify an intermediate animal host for the virus has led many to call for a re-examination of the lab leak theory.
Discovering how it began would help governments and scientific community take preventive measures to ensure it didn't happen again.
House Republicans have urged Speaker Pelosi to advance legislation that would declassify government intelligence, but she has refused to do it.
Reached by comment, a spokesman for Pelosi said, perhaps if Republicans were actually interested in real answers, they would remember that the House Intelligence Committee is reviewing the intelligence on this matter in addition.
To the Biden administration's own review, Dr. Stephen Quay, a founder and physician who has studied the origin, says there are six undisputed facts that support the lab leak hypothesis that the outbreak did not occur in the seafood market as originally thought, that they've not identified a sample in animals, failed to find evidence of animal-to-human transmission, That the virus appears to have features associated with gain-of-function research, and that it's highly unlikely, therefore, that it could have naturally occurred to become a pandemic threat.
Concurring with Dr. Richard Muller, emeritus professor of physics at Berkeley, who said, every scientific test that distinguishes between zoonotic and lab-like origin gives results that highly favor the lab origin.
It's possible the widespread belief in the zoonotic hypothesis derives from an overemphasis in belief on scientific authority.
In other words, basically from propaganda.
This is all, I think, consistent with the lab hypothesis.

Well, first, going back to the previous story, I wasn't aware that the rise of the Moors included a lockdown in the area.

So to claim that there's no physical distinction and that a trans person is the same as a female, especially in women's sports, is absolutely absurd.

While things of this kind are typically punctuated by hypocritical partisan political theatrics, we believe that the case of Dzhokhar Serebov deserves special attention because, as our amicus submission of May 5, 2021, including appendix, Points out clearly enough, the prosecution was political from the outset, including gross abuse of the First Amendment by major news media, which systematically suppressed obvious and decisive exculpatory evidence, while lawyers on both sides of the case acted improperly, pretending that such evidence did not exist at all, so that the accused was not prosecuted fairly or represented at all.
And the death penalty was imposed for political reasons and the knowledge that the accused could not have been guilty.

Dr. Fetzer, Dr. Maxwell, and Dr. Bourouja wish to reveal known exculpatory evidence which otherwise might have been overlooked by this Court.
They have each discovered moral and legal deficiencies in this prosecution, among others, that it is unfounded and probable cause, because critical evidence which was or should have been transferred to counsel for the accused under Brady v. Maryland 1963 was, in any event, widely known and proves decisively that Mr. Chernob did not, in fact, detonate a pressure cooker bomb in Boston on April 15, 2013, as he was accused.
They believe that Mr. Sernoff was trapped into conviction and sentenced of death by
major news media in an egregious abuse of the First Amendment and by lawyers on both
sides who concealed unmistakable evidence, including four cover photo exhibits, which
clearly and plainly show, among other things, that Mr. Sernoff did not carry a black backpack
attributed to him in the indictment at or about the time of the explosion, but carried
a white sack over his right shoulder.
Mr. Sernoff was therefore not guilty.
Other suspects were never approached or interrogated by investigators.
The evidence in question was never considered by the jury at trial or the presiding judge
of sentencing during the proceedings before the United States District Court for Massachusetts.
That remains obscured behind a facade of false confessions and false framing of issues in this case.
Under the circumstances, these friends of the Court believe that this prosecution amounts to an attempt at judicial murder, in the sense given reference in Powell v. Alabama, 1932.
However, the phenomenon may be explained.
History illustrates that any nation which practices judicial murder experiences major adverse consequences.
Hence, the judicial murder of Joan of Arc led to the loss of British-English conquests in France.
The judicial murder of Charles I led to the loss of constitutional government in England.
And so it is in countless cases for many countries over long ages.
Dr. Fetzer, Dr. Maxwell, and Dr. Brugia fear that the attempted, but not yet consummated, judicial murder of Sokhar Sernoff will lead to grave consequences for the United States, which they wish to mollify or prevent as patriotic Americans.
