Time Text
Hi everyone, welcome to the Goldfish Report.
I'm your host and researcher Louisa.
Today is Thursday, June 17th, 2021.
It's Goldfish Report number 722.
This is our weekly political theater with the most dangerous mind in America, my co-host Jim Fetzer.
How are you, Jim?
Louisa, the administration continues to embarrass America as a sequel to Kamala Harris' misconceived visit to Guatemala, where she was greeted by signs telling her to go home and that Trump won.
In her humiliating exchange with Lester Holt, where she confronted her about her failure to visit the border, which she sought to excuse by deflecting that she hadn't been to Europe either, although the United States does not have a border with Europe.
And the problem is that with Mexico, which she was delegated responsibility by Biden, he has now Exactly.
Well, I'm glad to see that people are waking up.
similar effect where Putin, who is the only true statesman astride the world stage, has described
Biden as a career politician, unlike the extraordinary individual who preceded him,
Donald J. Trump. Exactly. Well, I'm glad to see that people are waking up. It's nice to see when
it came to her visit down there that, you know, it's obvious that...
I mean, the fact that people down in Guatemala are holding up these signs, you know, I don't think, you know, were they natives of Guatemala?
It looked like it was, right?
So it's a ruse.
People are seeing through it.
They know these people aren't genuinely elected people, but they are ushering in China.
Make no mistake about it.
We've been reporting it here on The Goldfish Report on our political theater reports for a long time now, Jim, about China's intent to take over the United States.
President Trump warned everybody during the election, if Biden wins, China owns America.
And guess what we're going to report today?
This was from Monday.
When we tried to do our report Monday, we were unable to.
I had breaking news to share with everybody, which I'm going to share right now.
So, this is about a six-minute clip, so tune into this.
Let me just click on share that, and let's listen to what Epoch Times reporter is discussing here with this gentleman who has discovered some very disturbing, and quite frankly, folks, very dangerous situation going on in terms of our national security.
Kyle, I've been looking through your recent testimony to the Texas Senate, and frankly, it's hair-raising.
Let me see if I've got this straight, okay?
So you've got a former People's Liberation Army general billionaire who has bought over 130,000 acres of Texas land including a giant wind farm in an area where there isn't particularly a lot of wind that happens to be right beside a very sensitive U.S.
military installation.
First of all, it's kind of hard to believe that we're talking about this and that it actually happened, but it's already happened.
I was flying down to the Devil's River area of Texas.
When you think about the Texas map, it's the southern region of Texas where the bend is, essentially.
It's just south of where that bend is, and it's right on the U.S.
border with Mexico, which also you didn't mention, but is actually functionally relevant or germane to this conversation, and we'll get to why.
One of the other things you didn't mention is there was a 4,000 or 5,000 foot runway there where the Chinese general is expanding it to, we think, 10,000 feet.
I flew over and took pictures, which I'll happily share with you.
But this is happening inside the United States.
And this general is actually interfacing directly with the critical infrastructure of the United States, i.e.
my view, and this is my view only, not our country's view yet, but my view is that the reason that he bought the wind farm and wants to put up 700-foot turbines is he plugs directly into our electric grid.
Well, plugging directly into our electric grid is something that should never happen.
Whether you're from a Chinese general or a North Korean general or an Iranian general or a Russian general, you should be precluded from buying property next to our busiest Air Force training base and plugging directly into our grid.
So, I was flying to that area of Texas and The person that picked me up at the landing strip was taking me to look at some properties out there.
And he casually pointed across the front of the cab and pointed at the gate and said, that's where the Chinese headquarters in Texas happens to be.
And I said, excuse me?
And I thought he was kidding, of course.
And he said, no, that's where they're building their main facility and the runway for their big wind farm project down here.
And I said, stop the car.
And he said, no, no, no, no.
They have cameras everywhere.
They'll come after me.
And I said, we're in Texas.
Stop the car.
No one's coming after you here.
And he was generally frightened that I forced him to stop the car in front of this gate.
The insidious nature of what's going on, believe it or not, I have photos of me standing at the gate.
The name of this piece of property that is their headquarters is called the Morning Star Ranch.
If you remember in the Bible, the devil's name is Lucifer Morningstar.
And you should see the obtuse star that denotes the landmark of this ranch.
It's just, again, it's almost like made-for-TV fiction.
You couldn't make this up if you tried.
But anyway, I investigated and realized that, you know, on a scale of 1 to 10, the wind assets in that region of the United States and southern Texas is like between a 2 and a 3 out of 10.
And if you and I were investing and buying big wind turbines and wanted to put them somewhere, Jan, we'd look for two things.
We would look for major wind factors.
And then we would also look for transmission equipment to be able to transmit it somewhere to sell it.
We would never build a wind farm where this one is.
And so there's a strategic reason this general has acquired all of this land.
And he did it, again, in an insidious way.
He got a local businessman out of Lufkin, Texas, to front for him and purchase all the properties, so none of the landowners knew they were selling to a Chinese general.
And then in one failed swoop, he flipped it to the general.
130,000 acres, to put that into context, is 200 square miles.
Just think about that for a second.
square miles of property. We have a Chinese general who owns two-thirds of the real estate
in the capital of Xinjiang, where the concentration camps are for the ethnic Uyghurs. He now owns
200 square miles of Texas land between one of our most active Air Force bases and the
border of the U.S. and Mexico.
I'm sure for everyone who's listening, I imagine this can be very, very hard to believe.
I remember in the testimony, when I read the part that his interests control two-thirds of the capital of Xinjiang's real estate market, I mean, can you even imagine that this person isn't deeply, deeply connected to the Chinese Communist Party?
He has 6,000 CCP members that work for him.
His two closest advisors are also ex-PLA generals.
He runs 40 local branches of the CCP, grassroots branches.
We've done some investigations into this general soon, and again, it's hard to believe, but it's happening.
And when you see this runway expansion, you wonder, why on earth?
I mean, it looks like one of those runways on the islands of the South China Sea, you know, all the islands that China claimed they would never militarize.
Xi Jinping said to President Obama, we'll never militarize those islands.
The next thing you know, they've got missile batteries and fighter jets and bombers on these these 10,000-foot runways.
Tell me the significance of having such a large private runway in the middle of Texas.
Is it common to have runways like this across the country?
for people to have runways like this across the country?
So in remote areas of the United States, people that have large land holdings will sometimes build
their own landing strips.
Thanks.
The enormity of this particular strip is a head-scratcher because you can land just about every single, even very large, private plane on a runway that's 6,000 feet long or less.
Um, my pilots decided that this look said that this runway looked like it was about 10,000 feet long.
So it was it was abnormally large.
But again, why?
Why are we allowing people from?
China, Russia, Iran or North Korea to build runways in the United States next to our border or next to our air bases.
They are 10 miles from this air base.
10 miles is nothing.
Think about in an airplane traveling 600 miles an hour.
in an airplane traveling 600 miles an hour, how long does it take to go 10 miles?
Couple, I mean, literally a handful of seconds.
So I think it's relevant.
I don't know the full relevance.
I truly don't know the full relevance of the runway other than it doesn't make any sense.
But the relevance of the wind farm is again.
It interfaces and plugs directly into Texas is power grid and you probably everyone's aware of what happened in January with the Texas power grid and how.
Texas is the only state that runs its own grid, right?
The United States has a purview or regulatory oversight of over the rest of the grids.
Texas happens to be proud of their grid and it doesn't want the U.S.
interfering with their grid and yet we have a Chinese PLA general plugging directly into our grid.
Now, there's plenty of instances of malware.
If you look at the GAO report that was recently released that I included as a footnote in my testimony, We are fully certain that the Chinese and the Russians and North Koreans and Iranians want to disrupt our critical infrastructure.
We are certain that they want to do that and that they have the capacity to do it.
We mustn't ever allow them to interface directly with these things, whether it is our our layer one phone interconnections on the telco side,
or whether it's our waste and water treatment systems, our nuclear power systems,
our nuclear power plants, or our electric grids,
we just need to keep them out.
It's a basic understanding of how you protect national security.
It's just fascinating to me.
I'm going to stop right there because that basically sums up the issues, Jim,
that we're dealing with here.
We're dealing with the capability of moving and mobilizing large military equipment on a now private farm that is owned by a former PLA General who has other PLA generals working for him.
This is not this is not good.
This is a huge as you said Jim de facto invasion of the United States and more follow-up on that story Jim as I have been hearing reports from people who are closer to that area that there are temporary flight no-fly zones over those over that that area there.
In my earlier comments in our ill-fated effort to record previously, I observed this is a de facto invasion of the United States, a 10,000 foot runway that's nearly two miles long, Louisa.
That would, of necessity, be to accommodate no commercial plane, as was astutely observed, but military aircraft, even long-range bombers.
As a former Marine Corps officer, a captain, USMC, I got to say, this is a shocking development.
Since the Texas grid is independent from the US, I would expect the governor of Texas to take action in response to this development.
Including the use of the National Guard.
This must not be allowed to move forward in that it has even progressed to this point is in itself both shocking and alarming.
Well, what's great is that they do know who the individual is who fronted for them.
That guy is going to be in very big trouble.
That's a traitor for sure.
And under the executive order that President Trump had signed regarding election interference,
once it's found not only the release of the China virus, which was a biological attack
against the United States and the world, but of course the hacking of our 2020 election,
which was from China as well, although there were other places involved.
And there were definitely co-conspirators and traitors within our country who were involved
in that as well.
But because of that executive order, the government does have the power to seize the property
of individuals.
And let's hope that Donald Trump is correct in saying he'll be back in August.
Let's hope Lyn Wood is correct in saying that Donald Trump will be back in August.
Because the results of these election audits, there's 150,000 bad ballots in Arizona, in
Maricopa County, folks.
And Biden only allegedly won that state by 10,000 votes.
So we have big problems, and they know this.
And so what's happening in Georgia, they're also revealing that there's
no chain of custody for thousands of votes there, as there wasn't in many places.
So what's happening is it looks like there's like 13 states that ultimately will be doing audits.
Those states are very concerned about this.
And of course, the deep state's concerned about it because they're in cahoots.
And they are going to be trying to distract us with, oh, someone had a really good image on social media
of this gigantic UFO showing up all of a sudden when the results of the election audits are released.
Jim, try to distract us like with a fake alien invasion or something.
I mean, this, it's really this ridiculous, folks.
It truly is, Jim.
But it is concerning.
It's concerning because it's near 10 miles from an American Air Force base.
Louisa, you don't have to spell out why it's concerning.
My God, this is monstrous!
Yeah.
This is unbelievable!
I mean, look, it speaks for itself.
This is truly outrageous, Louisa.
I'm so glad you pointed this out here.
That's public service on your behalf.
Well, thanks to the Epoch Times for doing this great reporting, and also to Kyle, what was his last name?
Ross?
Let me say the Epoch Times is doing sensational reporting.
I regard it as among the most reliable websites available to the public.
I encourage everyone to take advantage of that resource.
Yeah, so the other issue is that it's very close to the U.S.-Mexico border.
So what's happening here?
Are we talking about, are we trafficking in drugs?
We know that a lot of fentanyl came from China and it came across the U.S.
border.
Are they still trying to... Louisa, this has nothing to do with drugs.
This is preparing for a military invasion of the United States.
I'm not saying...
I'm not saying this is the only reason.
I'm just saying that would facilitate that to continue.
But of course, as you're saying, Jim, this is infiltration.
The enemy is within the gates, folks.
They're here.
They set up camp.
And the question is, what are we going to do about it, Jim?
And that is that we will find out before they start, you know, flying in their massive, you know, military equipment, right, Jim?
I expect the governor of Texas to take prompt action using the Texas National Guard to remedy this outrageous intrusion into Texas and the United States.
Stunning!
We've got to keep this story going, folks, because if they are in cahoots with them, then we're going to have a problem.
We've got a lot of traitors within our walls.
Speaking of traitors is the mainstream media and Project Veritas has done, once again, we've had people who have gone to Project Veritas to explain what's been going on.
Ivory Hecker is a reporter from Fox 26 or was, I think she has been relieved of her duties at this point.
But I just wanted to play a little bit of a clip of what Project Veritas is now exposing.
So I want you to hear a little bit about what's happening.
How the mainstream media, it's not just a matter of fake news, it's even more insidious than that, folks.
It's not a matter of, you know, poor, neglectful journalism.
Absolutely intentional propaganda.
That's what it's become.
That's all that it is.
And she says it herself.
Let's take a listen.
In my opinion, you failed as a reporter.
It's not just about the viewers.
It's about what our CEO reads.
It's about what our GM reads.
My question is very simple.
From the inside, yes there's a narrative, yes it is unspoken, but if you
accidentally step outside the narrative, if you don't sense what that narrative
is and go with it, there will be grave consequences for you.
It's not just about the viewers, it's about what our CEO reads. It's about what our GM reads.
My question is very simple, why are you doing this?
It affects the viewers, that's why I'm doing this.
The viewers are being deceived by a carefully crafted narrative in some stories.
I have passed on Bitcoin stories.
African American audience of five, it's probably not going to play.
That's a choice I'm making, an editorial choice.
That seems sort of a racially charged statement to make.
I want out of this narrative news telling.
I want out of this corruption.
Are you afraid of doing this?
I haven't had a lot of fear about it.
I'm so horrified at what the news business has stooped to.
What you just heard was our newest insider, Fox 26 reporter Ivory Hecker, blowing the whistle on her own network's bias.
Hecker felt compelled to come forward and shine a light on what she says is Fox 26 being quote deceptive to viewers
Fox came at my throat for standing up against censorship Fox Corp is prioritizing corporate interests above the viewer's interests and therefore operating in a deceptive way.
and passed on Bitcoin stories.
African American audience, to find it's probably not gonna play.
That's a choice I'm making, and that's a real choice.
You need to cease and desist posting about hydroxychloroquine.
Not just about the viewers, it's about what our CEO reads.
You need to stand for something or fall for anything.
Ivory, what do you do at Fox 26 Houston?
I'm a reporter, they said reporter primarily on the five o'clock news also
six o'clock news And why have you chosen to come forward?
What's happening within Fox Corp is an operation of prioritizing corporate interests
above the viewer's interests, and therefore operating in a deceptive way.
Viewers are being deceived about some of the things that are going on.
From my experience, my newsroom kind of groups everyone into racial groups.
A lot of our meetings are about, well, how does this play to black people?
Hecker says Fox 26's suppression of news stories many times was based on their viewer demographics.
I have passed on Bitcoin stories by almost every single reporter
for our 5 o'clock audience, because that's not our 5 o'clock audience.
So there are lots of reasons.
If I know our numbers are tanking from 5 to 6, and in one particular segment, an older woman, whatever,
I may say, yeah, then Bitcoin for a poor African-American audience at 5, it's probably not going to play.
That's a choice I'm making, an editorial choice.
OK, so I wanted to just show, I wanted get to that part because what it showed was it was a very
racist kind of profile.
They're saying that poor people are their main viewers at 5 p.m.
and so why bother running a story on Bitcoin?
That's horrible, horrible.
Louisa, I'm sorry to say I don't see anything convincing here about bias.
This has to do with business and demographics and who you're directing your programs.
These are editorial decisions that are made in every newsroom every single day.
I don't see anything here to get alarmed about.
Well, I didn't present everything, Jim.
She believes there has been censorship or bias by Fox.
She has most certainly not demonstrated it by those examples.
Well, I'm not done playing what Veritas has.
We don't have time to play all of their video, but clearly she was told not to report stories on hydroxychloroquine.
Actually, one other clip that she was in with her producers was an argument over a study that was recently done by I don't know who, but it was some sort of study regarding hydroxychloroquine.
She was cited, you know, telling her that she failed as a journalist for not reporting
that study when hydroxychloroquine is known around the world as an excellent antiviral
and anti-malarial drug.
So you know, that is very much a smoking gun in my opinion, Jim, because they're suppressing
treatments for COVID.
That's a problem for me.
But that's more, that's later on.
There's more to the video.
We don't have time for it all.
But go ahead, my friend.
You can comment.
comment? I think...
You know, at least most of Fox so far, as I can see, has been more responsible in covering these issues than any other network, certainly more so than the mainstream and CNN and MSNBC.
Of course, I agree about HCQ being a major issue that deserves coverage.
I have taken HCQ myself.
And many, many times reported how Fauci knew since 2005 that HGQ was a wonder drug regarding the COVID SARS-2 variant, that it would cure it if you had it and prevent it if you didn't.
Which he suppressed massively, and that's a huge story.
But I'm sorry to say I just don't see a pattern here that is sufficient to warrant the allegations implied.
Now, there may be evidence there.
I'm just saying I don't yet see it.
Well, I mean, the recording did.
You could see that the text that was the transcript of what was being said told her, you need to stop posting about hydroxychloroquine.
So there's suppression there of talking about this treatment, which we know from what you just said, what Fauci says, it's along a narrative.
So there's more to come out.
I can't present all of it right now, but I don't think you're going to argue with me that it's that these news organizations are in the business of propaganda.
What I'm telling you is I don't see proof here that the Fox or this local outlet or whatever was engaged in propaganda.
And if she was told to do fewer stories on HGQ, ask yourself how many stories had they already done?
If they'd already done 10 stories on HGQ, maybe not doing another story on HGQ was appropriate.
If they'd done zero stories on HGQ, then not doing stories on HGQ would be a gap and a fault and a flaw.
But I'm telling you, editorial decisions are made in newsrooms every single day based on demographics and there's nothing improper or illegitimate about editorial decisions.
No, but we can certainly disagree with it.
I do not see yet here evidence about political bias.
That's all I'm saying, Louisa.
I gather you're convinced by other evidence I haven't seen.
Just count me skeptical.
Yeah.
Well, there's more video.
I'll send you the link and you can look at it in more detail and I'll put the It's actually Project Veritas, so anybody can go to Project Veritas and access that, too.
I'm very keen on Project Veritas, by the way.
They do a lot of good work.
I don't think they're going to put anything out there that's hyperbole.
But we'll investigate this further.
Thanks, Jim.
There's a lot going on.
We do hear that the FBI building in D.C.
is boarded up.
We hear that many other buildings in D.C.
are boarded up.
What for?
We will see.
We don't know why.
Well, speaking of Fox, Tucker Carlson's been doing a brilliant job night after night.
Tuesday, he discussed the 400 arrests from the January 6 intrusion into the Capitol, which the Democrats are calling it as an insurrection.
He questioned why so many indictments mentioned unindicted co-conspirators, that these persons, these unindicted co-conspirators appeared to have been FBI agents who drove the plot to attack the Capitol.
He said, It was why 10,000 hours of footage from the Capitol intrusion has not been released.
Any question why the officer who shot and purportedly killed Ashley Babbitt has not been named?
I thought this was a wonderful presentation.
Without fail, the government has thrown the book at most who were present at the Capitol on January 6th.
Tucker observed there was a nationwide dragnet to find them.
Many are still in solitary confinement tonight.
But strangely, some of the key participants on January 6th have not been charged.
Look at the documents.
The government calls them unindicted co-conspiracy.
What does it mean?
It means that potentially, with every single case, they were officers.
Another individual, a person three, led one student of the case to follow.
There'd be a quick reaction for us participating.
But wait, here's the interesting thing Carlson said.
These are persons who were only identified by number.
Persons two and three were organizers of the riot.
The government knows who they are, but the government has not charged them.
Why is that?
You know why.
They were almost certainly working for the FBI.
So FBI operatives were organizing the attack on the Capitol on January 6th, according to
government's own documents.
This is reminiscent to me, Louise, of the USGC.
Geological Survey dust studies of 35 locations in New York City after 9-11, where they discovered elements, barium, strontium, lithium, lanthanum, tritium, that would not have been present had it not been a nuclear event, in which case the government's own evidence contradicts the government's own story.
That's happening here again regarding the January 6 event.
Tucker said there were more than 20 unindicted cult conspirators mentioned in the Oath Keeper indictment, all playing roles in the conspiracy who have not been charged for virtually the exact same activities.
He pointed to the case of Thomas Caldwell, a 66-year-old former naval officer who allegedly conspired with members of Oath Keepers to storm the Capitol.
Caldwell's charging document says he spent the night before the riot staying in the same hotel as Person 2.
He concluded, turns out that this white supremacist insurrection was again by the government's own admission in these documents, organized at least in part by government agents.
He pointed out that Merrick Garland, Attorney General, has identified white supremacist groups as the biggest domestic terror threat currently confronting the United States, as though all the rioting, looting, and arson of last summer were conducted by White Lives Matter, Louisa!
The history, he observes, has a long history of tracking and infiltrating groups like this.
He noted two involved in the plot to kidnap and kill Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer last year were FBI agents.
And in 2015, Islamist terrorists in Garland, Texas have likewise been texting with FBI agents.
So because on January 6th, says the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States and other members of Biden's cabinet, we must now use law enforcement and military force to arrest, imprison, and otherwise crush anyone who leads opposition to Joe Biden's government.
In other words, basically anyone who doesn't agree with the Democrat political agenda, especially anyone who supported Donald Trump.
That is their position.
They said it out loud today.
We're living through the transformation of a formerly democratic republic to something else.
This is an authoritarian system.
I think Tucker is doing fantastic here.
And of course, they'd rather talk about the Capitol than they would be the rioting of last summer.
They want everyone to forget this is a massive PSYOP, Louisa, and Tucker's done a brilliant job of breaking it open.
Right, I caught the live clip of this where there was a gentleman coming on saying there was the FBI coordinated this and Tucker, you know, this was part of this interview and it was quite amazing that I think, I mean, we're not surprised, right?
They always do this with false flags, Jim.
You point this out all the time.
There's always provocateurs put in these mobs, these protests or whatever in order to incite violence and to incite, you know, problems and Make it blame it on the peace, the people who are there peacefully protesting and things like that.
So, but the fact that these were not only just provocateurs, these were FBI, you know, this is huge folks.
And so this is the Great Awakening, right?
This is waking people up to the corruption.
How corrupt the FBI was.
But we know this, right?
We know that they were deleting their files.
We know about Strzok, and we know about Page, and we know about the fake dossier.
We know that they orchestrated this huge conspiracy to try to oust Donald Trump.
What else?
The FBI, they're not in the business of protecting us.
They're in the business of protecting their crimes, covering their crimes.
Let me just offer another illustration.
After the Las Vegas shooting, which was another staged event, they had a pre-recorded soundtrack played over the PA system with special visual effects in the middle of the Mandalay Bay Hotel on the fourth floor, flashing lights to simulate or coordinate with the sound of a machine gun firing.
And then on an upper floor, three light blasts to simulate American military weapons, which fire in three shot blasts also on the recording.
After the event, those who had been in the audience, who had recorded parts of these events taking place, turned over their cell phones and their laptops to the FBI.
And what did the FBI do?
They wipe them clean, Louisa.
They wipe them clean.
Just like after the JFK assassination, not only was everybody who was there that was a witness, that not only did they all end up dying, all, initially, all of their equipment is, as you pointed out, Jim, in your analysis, all the photomats that were in the area were, you know, they had a visit from the FBI demanding them to hand over any films that were, any pictures that were developed that had photographed the event in Dealey Plaza
that day. Is that correct, Jim?
Well, the FBI, as the wonderful book Pictures of the Pain explains, had
officers, agents at every photo developing lab in Dallas for two weeks after the event,
and they took any photographs or films related to the assassination and left a little card
published in the book.
I mean, it's just a stunning development.
You're absolutely right.
They were vacuuming up all the evidence.
The FBI is past masters at the technique of framing individuals and suppressing evidence and manufacturing fake.
They're experts at covering up their crimes.
And this is what also happened in Vegas.
You're saying they had their phones wiped, but also people were dying, too.
Well, that's not so clear, Louise.
I mean, Mona Alexis Presley tracked down all the obituaries from Las Vegas and found every one was based on someone who died in a different state or on a different date or from a different cause of death.
It was all fabricated.
Now, what I meant is that the witnesses started getting into accidents, right, Jim?
The witnesses who had evidence on their phones and things.
From what I understand, there was a pattern emerging.
of people who were witnesses who had the evidence of their phones or who were
there in person and had a contrary opinion of the narrative they were
trying to push I understood they ended up in act there was accidents starting
to happen I remember it being reported but I don't have the exact figures do
you recall that Jim you're talking about Las Vegas Las Vegas
Yeah.
I'd have to go back and review the bidding, but I can assure you it was a body in that suite on the 32nd floor, but it's not even clear if it was actually the alleged shooter because he had a different height and in his fishing and game license, according to the autopsy report.
And as Scott.
Yeah.
Bennett, who's a former Army Intel and PSYOPS officer, observed when we studied a photograph of shell casings around the body, they included CO2 gas cartridges and blank cartridges.
In other words, the prop master just put them down for special effect, not believing or recognizing someone could actually identify them.
Not support, but contradicted the authenticity of the event.
Well, I'm saying these weren't people who were dying, getting into accidents that night.
This is afterwards when they were trying to find out who was there and try to clean up after their event.
in a so to speak. So these were people who I heard were getting into accidents after the event because
they had information and that they were witnesses. Clearly when you're concealing, when you're
confiscating their phones, you know who the people are, you know who has, you know who saw what,
because they were recording it. So of course it would be of their interest to try to dispose of.
Not in a position to confirm those specific, but I can guarantee that Las Vegas was another stage
They may have seated the crowd with as many as 500 participants from Crowds on Demand, an outfit in Los Angeles, that was recruiting about two weeks in advance of the Las Vegas incident.
So what Tucker is saying is the FBI are experts at covering up their crimes at our taxpayer expense.
Not only committing them at our expense, but covering them up from us.
Well, Tucker's doing a brilliant job, Louisa, and he's continuing his efforts.
I mean, he's had two or three nights where he's addressed this.
So here you have Merrick Garland, as he was alluding, talking about the national strategy to combat domestic terrorism and invoking the riots.
Which we can see now were actually themselves orchestrated.
Attorney General Merrick Garland announced a new strategy to combat domestic terrorism after the Biden administration completed a sweeping assessment of the threat posed by domestic violent extremism following the January 6th insurrection.
And you see where the Capitol Police invited them in, that no reinforcements were brought.
You can see managers and directors telling the crowd where to go, what to do.
You can see Capitol Police doing selfies with those who had intruded.
I mean, this is all monstrous propaganda.
Garland tied the new policy directly to the attack on the U.S.
Capitol.
The DOJ, he said, has an enormous task ahead to move forward as a country to punish the perpetrators, to do everything possible to prevent similar attacks, and to do so in a manner that affirms the values on which our justice system is founded and upon which our democracy depends.
Except, of course, for the FBI agents and operatives who are actually responsible.
I mean, this is just absurd when you understand what really happened on January 6th.
It's incredible.
Garland listed several instances of domestic terrorism and violent extremism in the nation's recent history.
Including the Charleston, South Carolina church shooting.
I've looked into that, Louisa.
That was another fabricated event.
The congressional baseball shooting.
Now that appears to have been bona fide.
The violent protests in Charlottesville, Virginia.
I have a whole book about that.
Where Terry McAuliffe, the Virginia governor, a buddy of Hillary Clinton, had the mayor of Charlottesville have the local police stand down so he could use state police to channel them into a violent confrontation with Antifa and BLM members who'd been bused in by George Soros, frequently on the same bus, We're just blocks away.
There was another staged event involving two different vehicles, two different drivers, and two or three different takes, all phony, fabricated, and fake.
The Pittsburgh shooting, the synagogue shooting, Miles Mathis did a brilliant job of dissecting that, another completely fraud, and the mass shooting at a Walmart store in El Paso.
I remember When the shooter walked in, he was wearing one style of pants, and when he walked out, another.
I observed at the time, I guess he thought while he was there at Walmart, he'd just pick up a new pair of trowel.
Louisa, this is just absurd and insulting.
Garland continues, such attacks are not only unspeakable tragedies for the victim's loved one, they're also a tragedy for a country and an attack on the core ideals of our society.
So you got to realize how much of this is completely fabricated phony and fake.
The domestic violent extremist threat is also rapidly evolving.
As FBI Director Christopher Wray, the one who has suppressed the content of the Hunter Biden laptop, by the way, prior to the 2020 election, has noted, we continue to observe actors driven by a diverse set of violent motivations, sometimes personalized and developed from a mix of violent ideologies.
That's certainly not true of Trump supporters.
The new strategy marks a major break from former President Trump's administration and addresses more directly threats posed by white supremacists and right-wing militia groups, which in my judgment has been grossly, grossly exaggerated Since January 20th, the President—this is now talking about the imposter Biden—has focused on addressing the elevated threat of domestic terrorism, has been equally focused on ensuring our efforts to counter it take place in the context of upholding American civil rights and civil liberties.
Yes.
The first pillar of the new strategy is to understand, analyze, and share domestic terrorism-related information.
The second involves a $77 million proposed budget within DHS to prevent domestic terrorism recruitment and mobilization by working with communities.
The third pillar involves a disruption and deterrence of domestic terrorist activity.
More than $100 million in additional resources for DOJ, FBI, and DHS, included in the fiscal 2022 budget, to ensure the federal government has the resources to thwart domestic terrorism.
I think this must be further infiltration by FBI agents to promote more domestic terrorism to justify all of this nonsense.
The national strategy recognizes that we cannot prevent every attack.
The only way to find sustainable solutions is not only to disrupt and deter, but address the root causes of violence.
During an ongoing investigation, prosecutors have revealed some of those charged were former military and police officers that many belonged to white supremacy groups, including the Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and Three Percenters.
I find missing here the report of the involvement of John Sullivan, the leader of Antifa, where his brother James reported that John had led 226 Antifa members into the Capitol dressed as Trump supporters.
Look at this, Louisa.
This is what we've been up against.
They didn't set the Capitol on fire.
They were looting the Capitol.
None of this was being done by White Lives Matter.
And the idea that Biden and Merrick Garland could be talking about domestic violence and not talk about the principal proponents and practitioners, BLM and Antifa, which are the militant arm of the Democrat Party, is outrageous.
And look at this, Louisa, as I never tire of emphasizing.
Black Lives Matter is protesting the relatively rare occasion when blacks are killed by whites.
10 times as many whites are killed by blacks.
10 times as many.
Similarly, about the same number of whites are killed by whites.
We've got this 55 more times of blacks are killed by blacks and blacks are killed by whites.
Louisa, The propaganda is unending?
When is the Department of Justice, the FBI, which is well familiar with these statistics, when is the Democratic Party going to come clean?
Louisa, it's embarrassing, shocking, misleading, the propaganda assault to which the American people have been subjected.
Yeah, well, I mean, you gave many examples there, and I think what's happening, what's playing out with this, not only all the witch hunt, the Russian collusion, the fake dossier, the fake impeachment, the next fake impeachment, and now, you know, the fake indictment that's going to be, you know, that they're trying to get against the president, and of course, the fake, you know, the Fake election results.
It's going to expose all these bad actors.
Now, you know, one of the points I wanted to make, what I forgot to mention regarding that news clip that I showed, that Project Veritas expose, was that this reporter was claiming that if there was bad news that came out that happened to be about one of their advertisers, they wouldn't play it or they wouldn't show it.
Now, you know, I understand advertisers and how people generate revenue, but Suppressing the news and suppressing they're supposed to be reporting the facts and of course, you know, they wouldn't do that in order to protect their relationship with their advertiser, so that obviously is a conflict of interest.
I just wanted to point that out because I forgot to mention it before, but I think about this, this domestic terrorist.
Definition, I think all we really need is to have two, there's just only two names that should be on that list and it should be the new list for the domestic terrorists should be CIA and FBI and their subsidiaries Antifa and BLM and so forth.
Those are the real domestic terrorists in my opinion.
You can add the Democratic Party to that list.
Exactly.
And their subsidiaries, like I said.
And your point about covering for stories negative to advertisers, that's a very reasonable point.
I would not be surprised if that were a practice throughout the media generally, not just Fox, which I wouldn't be surprised if people were to indulge in that practice.
So good point.
Good point.
She talked about corruption.
And the point is, is that if these people are involved in human trafficking and illegal activities, It needs to be reported, so that's really the idea.
Completely agree.
We have to know, the people, the public have a right to know.
Meanwhile, we have a New York law school making systemic racism course a graduation requirement.
I find this quite embarrassing.
In an email to students, Yeshiva University's Cardozo School of Law, ranked 53rd in the country, laid out major curriculum changes designed to help our students examine and understand racism in the law and throughout the legal system.
Chief among the changes is students beginning with the class of 2024 must complete one of four newly created classes on race and the law to graduate, which are race and the law, critical race theory, indigenous rights in the Americas, and cross-cultural negotiation.
The email further announced that explorations of race and racism would be integrated throughout all the school's teaching.
This is just stunning to me, Louisa.
We're a nation that practices equal justice under the law.
And since we know already that most of the crimes in the country, in particular, most of the violent crimes, not the white collar, not the economic and financial crimes, which are overwhelmingly done by executives at big banks and financial institutions who are predominantly white, But most of the violent crime in the United States, across every category, with the exception of those involving alcohol, where Native Americans who have a genetic intolerance commit more crimes in those categories than do blacks in every other category.
Blacks, and with occasional exception, Latinos, predominate.
Cordozo is committed to train lawyers that can recognize and respond to the ways in which systemic racism impacts our world, the school wrote.
They additionally created a position of Associate Dean of Equity in Curriculum and Teaching.
The changes were spurred by the law school's dean, Melanie Leslie, who is one of several deans who wrote to the American Bar to urge to require schools address bias, cultural awareness, and anti-racism.
She's quoted in an email explaining the history of racism and discrimination in America is intertwined and supported by law and legal structures.
She appears to be, therefore, the motivator.
Meanwhile, and this is very disturbing, a reporter who broke the Clinton-Loretta Lynch tarmac story and received significant death threats has been found dead.
The body of a Birmingham, Alabama journalist who broke a story about a controversial tarmac meeting in Phoenix Between former President Bill Clinton and then Attorney General Loretta Lynch, ostensibly about how she was going to handle the charges against his wife, Hillary's private email server, was found Saturday of an apparent suicide.
He, in other words, was suicided.
I have no doubt whatsoever this man did not take his own life.
They even have a name for it in the state of which he was once governor, Arkansas.
If you cross the Clintons, you have a very high probability of winding up dead.
The tarmac bombshell, which gave the appearance Bill Clinton was privately pleading his wife's
email case with the then FBI director James Comey, launched a new investigation,
is thought to have contributed to Hillary's loss in 2016.
Well, marginally, Hillary was going to lose anyway to a fresh man, a very popular figure from
reality TV show, a popular builder, creator, entrepreneur by the name of Donald Trump.
I don't believe anyone could have beat Donald Trump in 2016.
And remember, the whole thing was rigged for Hillary from the beginning.
Meanwhile, this fellow had complained of receiving significant death threats, having credit cards hacked, and creating code words to use with his children.
An Emmy award-winning reporter, he made national headlines over the 27 June 2016 tarmac meeting at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
It occurred just days before Comey announced the Bureau would not press charges against Hillary after the agency changed internal language, describing her conduct as gross negligence down to extremely careless.
Gross negligence is a legal term of art in criminal law associated with recklessness.
According to Black's Law Dictionary, gross negligence is a severe degree of negligence taken as reckless disregard and blatant indifference to one's legal duty, other's safety, or their rights.
Extremely careless, however, is not a term of art.
Also removed from Comey's statement were all reference to the intelligence community involvement in investigating Clinton's private email server, as well as changing the language to downgrade the probability that Clinton's server was hacked by hostile actors from reasonably likely to possible.
It just didn't happen.
In short, Bill Clinton's tarmac meeting appears to have quite the effect on his wife's investigation, despite the fact she's still lost.
And now the guy who broke this story is dead.
With John Cardillo tweets, all I'm saying is there's an insanely disproportionate amount of suicides among those who have done Clinton's wrong.
I think he's got it exactly right, and in fact, you know, the Clinton death list, I think, is now up to around 200, Louisa.
Yeah, I saw a report that he died from two gunshot wounds to the back of the head, first one being fatal, so that's There you go.
There's a lot of that in, you know, the history of the Clintons.
You're on the Clintons.
It's amazing the effects that can have, you know.
Most talented ways of committing suicide.
They're Houdini.
They're Houdinis.
These people were hidden Houdinis.
I mean, just things, ways you would die committing suicide that you could never imagine possible.
Louise, it's just stunning.
Meanwhile, white farmers win a fight against discriminatory criteria for federal COVID relief.
Remember, we've discussed before that Biden had built into their COVID benefit policies that they were going to give preference to minority and female farmers.
I mean, this is a form of discrimination that was clearly unconstitutional on its face.
Twelve farmers and ranchers across nine states filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration, where the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 directs the Department of Agriculture to give preferential treatment to businesses owned by women, veterans, and people who are socially and economically disadvantaged.
I mean, this is just outrageous.
The federal law uses critical race theory definition of socially and economically disadvantaged that only includes minorities.
In other words, if you're a poor white, forget it.
You're not socially or economically disadvantaged.
The court entered the emergency injunction temporarily halting payments in the $4 billion program, stating the white farmers are likely to succeed on the merits of their claim.
A Texas court similarly recently temporarily halted a program for restaurateurs under the same federal program for the same reason.
Several other courts have ruled similarly and enjoined the Biden administration from administering the COVID release program on a discriminatory basis.
A Wisconsin court will hold full hearings on this issue.
This is a very significant development.
U.S.
District Judge William Greisbach issued a temporary restraint or halting payments in a federal farmer loan forgiveness program that allocates benefits on the basis of racial categories.
The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, WILL, represents 12 farmers and ranchers from Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Ohio, Missouri, Iowa, Arkansas, Oregon, and Kentucky.
Each plaintiff would be eligible for the Federal Loan Forgiveness Program, but for their race.
Will President and General Counsel Rick Eisenberg said, the court recognizes that the federal government's plan to condition and allocate benefits on the basis of race raises grave constitutional concerns and threatens our clients with irreparable harm.
The Biden administration is racially undermining bedrock principles of equality under the law.
We look forward to continuing this litigation, but urge the administration to change course now.
Back in April of 2021, Will filed a lawsuit in federal court, challenging, observing that this is illegal.
The definition of socially disadvantaged explicitly specifies racial categories.
Farmers and ranchers must be black or African American, American Indian or Alaskan Native, Hispanic or Latino, Asian American or Pacific Islanders.
Other farmers, white for example, are ineligible.
This is illegal and unconstitutional.
The Constitution forbids discrimination by the federal government against any citizen because of his race.
For the federal government to distribute benefits on the basis of individual racial classifications, the government must prove its discriminatory benefit is narrowly tailored and serves a compelling government interest.
In May, the USDA announced it would begin forgiving loans in June and would so quickly, leading Will to move for a preliminary injunction and the court has now granted the temporary restraining order.
Here are some of those involved.
Dairy farmers, Uh, dairy farmers, another farmer, beef cattle farmer, corn and soybean, uh, sows, pigs, in other words, pork, corn.
I mean this is just outrageous, Louisa.
Tobacco, there's a tobacco farmer there.
Of course it's illegal.
You can't discriminate based on race.
But this is an F you to the American people because it's telling us they don't care.
They're going to destroy.
This is allowing them to destroy the Constitution and all the progress that we've made.
And you're saying during the Obama administration, which of course, if you haven't noticed, was a black president we had for eight years.
So tell me where the racism, systemic racism, is.
There would never have been a black president for eight years who was re-elected, right?
Re-elected!
Popularly re-elected, folks!
Where's the racism?
So this is just a controlled, this is a controlled narrative.
It's a controlled, socially engineered paradigm to divide and conquer us and nothing more because they want to implement Oh, you're 100% correct, Louisa.
over us, they want to take our gun rights, they implement the false flags, they're making
up, it's all fictitious.
Now, there's some people who harbor their own personal racist ideas, but this is not
as systemic as they are claiming that it is.
This has been absolutely socially engineered, and this is going to cause the destruction
of our country if we let them get away with this, Jim.
Unbelievable.
Oh, you're 100% correct, Louisa.
There isn't really any room for doubt about it.
Meanwhile, Americans are fleeing California and New York for Florida and Texas.
Surprise, surprise!
Despite the 2020 pandemic, millions of Americans are following moving trends of prior years, either to start a new job or to move home, according to a trucking company.
It noted Americans are fleeing California to Texas and Idaho, although New York, New Jersey, and Illinois are the three states with the most outbound moves.
Others seen a mass exodus are Michigan and Pennsylvania.
The top five inbound states in 2020 are Idaho, Arizona, Tennessee, North and South Carolina, with Tennessee overtaking South Carolina.
North American van lines did not mention widespread protests and riots last year of the pandemic.
Crime rates in some cities have also spiked amid the defund the police movement that became popular in the center of 2020.
In major cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York, and Chicago, Shootings and homicides saw upticks in 2020, and the first six months of 2021, which I guarantee you, Louisa, are going to increase.
The city most popular as a destination is now Phoenix.
Next on the list, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, and Denver.
With Texas warm climate and low taxes, it's not surprising three of the top ten destinations are in Texas.
Another report released from a real estate website confirmed there's been a significant shift in where people are living now, saying Americans are reshuffling to larger and more affordable homes.
The average long-distance mover relocated to a zip code with home values nearly $27,000 lower than where they came from last year.
Movers in 2020 relocated from zip codes with homes 33 square feet larger than where they came from, on the average.
Pretty damn interesting.
Meanwhile, Florida court rules against county mask mandates.
I welcome this.
The first district court ruled 2-1 to overrule last year's decision by Alachua County Circuit Judge Donna Kum overruling The mask mandate that had thereby been implied.
The trial court simply looked at the right asserted by Greene to narrowly rely on the wrong privacy jurisprudence, wrote the judge.
The right to be let alone by government does exist in Florida as part of a right of privacy that Florida's Supreme Court has declared to be fundamental.
The Supreme Court has construed this fundamental right to be so broad as to include the complete freedom of a person to control his own body.
Under this construction, a person reasonably can expect not to be forced by the government to put something on his own face against his will.
Florida's constitutional right to privacy, then, necessarily is implicated by the nature of the county mask mandate.
I love this, Louisa.
The right of privacy, moreover, is a fundamental one expressly protected by the Florida Constitution.
And any law that implicates it is presumptively unconstitutional.
This is a great vindication, said the Gainesville, Florida-based attorney, Jeff Childers, who filed the appeal.
I've been following this issue closely.
I'm pretty sure this is the first appellate ruling in the entire country against the mask.
I think we have something historic here.
And indeed he does.
Louisa, your thoughts?
I don't have any comments.
I'm getting something prepared that I'm going to comment on in a couple minutes.
You're good, Louisa.
Let's continue.
Meanwhile, an eighth-grade girl blasts a school board for a policy that would allow boys into a girls' locker room.
This is fascinating.
A 14-year-old in Virginia is speaking out about what she says is a sexist move by Lewden County Public Schools to allow boys into girls' locker rooms.
The policy follows a previous that committed the kind of providing an equitable, safe, and inclusive working environment regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and under individual characteristic.
A more recent proposed policy in draft states students should be allowed to use a facility that corresponds to their gender identity.
At a board meeting, Jolene Grover, wearing a shirt that read, woman is female, argued, two years ago, I was told policy 1040 was just an umbrella philosophy and you weren't going to allow boys into the girls' locker rooms.
But here you are doing just that.
Grover is an eighth grader.
His mom pulled her out of the school last year after seeing these policies emerge.
She stated to the school board, everyone knows what a boy is, even you, looking at the board members.
Your proposed policies are dangerous and rooted in sexism.
When woke kids asked me if I was a lesbian or a trans boy because I cut my hair short, it should tell you these modern identities are superficial.
In an interview with Fox, she said she worried that the new rule would lead to girls being harassed and assaulted during her speech.
She claimed that her guidance counselor responded to her concerns about privacy and safety by noting the bathrooms had stalls.
Now, boys are reading erotic in classroom next to girls, she added, and you want to give them access to girls' locker rooms and you want to force girls to call those boys she?
Just named after the speech.
Another student was told in a letter not to come to the stool's premises, vaguely stating they were investigating allegations he had engaged in conduct that was disruptive.
A judge ordered him reinstated, however, arguing it violated his right to free speech.
He had referred to the draft policy, which requires Loudon staff to use preferred pronouns.
This is so stupid!
shall allow gender expansive or transgender students to use their chosen name and gender
pronouns reflecting their gender identity without any substantiating evidence regardless
of the name and gender recorded in the student's permanent educational record."
This is so stupid.
So monumentally stupid.
Get this now.
If Boyer says he stopped hiring Ivy League grads, they're too woke and self-important and have been trained to remain silent when it matters.
For decades, America's elite universities have produced some of the brightest minds and most influential citizens.
Even Ivy League grads whose name didn't wind up in history books could count on a coveted benefit, landing a good job.
Even now, that may be changing.
Writing for the Wall Street Journal or Reno editor of First Things, a well-known religious public policy magazine explained, he has largely stopped hiring grads from Ivy League schools because they're either too woke, too self-important, or have been trained to stay silent when it matters.
A decade ago, I relished the opportunity to employ talented graduates of Princeton, Yale, Harvard, and the rest.
Today, not so much.
Elucidating his point with a story about a student strike taking place last year at his alma mater, Haverford, which he described as similar to Harvard.
He recalled concerns over anti-blackness and the erasure of marginalized voices,
culminated in an all-college Zoom meeting that accomplished little beside outing
the thin-skinned narcissism and naked aggression of many of the students,
qualities that do not make for effective employees.
On the flip side, for every outspoken student activist, there were many more who refused to speak up
when it mattered.
If students can be traumatized by insensitivity on that leafy campus,
then they're unlikely to function as effective team members in an organization that has to deal with everyday realities.
And in any event, I don't want to hire someone who makes inflammatory accusations at the drop of a hat.
Student activists don't represent the majority of students, but I find myself wondering about the scientific acquiescence of most students.
They allow themselves to be cowed by charges of racism and other sins.
I sympathize.
The atmosphere of intimidation in elite higher education is intense.
But I don't want to hire a person well-practiced and remaining silent when it costs something to speak up.
We don't compare the hostile environment at many elite college campuses to the dehimitude of many Christians and Jews living in Muslim societies or the mentality of those who have internalized their second-class status.
Yep, the students who counter and repel the environment have their issues too, according to Reno.
Some resist.
They would seem ideal for my organization, which aims to speak for religious and social conservatives.
But even this kind of graduate brings liabilities to the workplace.
I've met recent Ivy grads with conservative convictions who manifest a form of post-traumatic stress disorder.
Others have developed a habit of aggressive counter-punching that's no more appealing in a young employee than the ruthless accusations of the woke.
As an overarching theme, students educated at Ivy League schools have been socialized to panic over pseudo-crises, he lamented.
They navel-gaze about diversity, inclusion, and other abstract ideas rather than put their nose to the grind on real works.
He now seeks graduates from smaller, lesser known, though more dependable, private institutions or from larger state universities and satellite schools.
The underlying problem, he suggests, is more than a deficit of good role models for Ivy League students.
The result, nevertheless, appears to be unproductive employees.
Louisa, those are some fascinating stories.
Your thoughts?
They're really hard to talk about when you've been in academia for how many, 30 years, Jim, and you have kids in the current school system, and it's gaslighting is what it's doing in some regards, but it's propaganda.
It's just to steer a narrative.
It's called social engineering.
To achieve a political agenda.
Now, the comment I wanted to make is back to this other story you were reporting on, where I'm going to tell you in one minute, I'm going to debunk the myth of systemic racism.
And I'm going to give it to you very clear.
First election, Barack Obama won.
365 electoral votes.
His popular vote was 69,498,000 and some more.
How?
You tell me, how do they define systemic racism when you have a black president win an election with 69 million votes?
Where's the systemic racism?
If it was so systemic as they are saying that they have to force us to infringe on our rights and shove this down our throats, tell us, how do they get systemic racism from 69 million votes?
69 million Americans voted for a black president.
If that's, okay.
Second time he was elected, it was 51% of the popular vote at 65 million Americans voting for Barack Obama.
Pew Research, I'm sorry, Pew Research talks about this in 2008 saying, inside Obama's sweeping victory.
You know, they can't stop talking about how successful this black president is and how much support that he had.
And so where's the racism?
I officially debunk this propaganda of systemic racism.
By virtue of these numbers right here.
You can look it up on Wikipedia.
They're right there.
Louisa, you make an impeccable point.
I've myself argued, how can you say America is a racist country when we elected a black president not once but twice?
And your point's impeccable.
The Democrat Party is talking out both sides of their mouth at the same time.
It's disgusting.
They want to extol the virtues of the first black president and they want to claim the country's racist.
You can't have it both ways.
Because they represent Communist China, who we also started this report out saying they're here.
Communist China is here under Biden's watch.
They're here.
So if this does, this is, you know, I hope people can see through the, this is smoke and mirrors they're putting up, but I hope we're trying to clear the smoke and mirrors, Jim, for people to see.
Yeah, it's a nice point, Louise.
It's a nice point.
I like it.
Meanwhile, 899 people have been given defective COVID vaccine doses in New York's Times Square.
How bad is that?
Meanwhile, we have a case that was entered in the Southern District of Texas about the Houston Methodist Hospital, where a judge ruled That the hospital had the right to demand that its workers take the vaccine or be fired.
This is such an embarrassing case, Louisa.
Notice how it completely contradicts the reasoning in the Florida case about the mask mandate.
This is completely and utterly outrageous that this is going place in Texas is outrageous to me.
The judge here, in my opinion, completely, completely blew it.
And I'm frankly embarrassed.
Meanwhile, we have colleges mandating vaccines.
Don't even consider immunity or pregnancy, which I guarantee you are going to run afoul of the law.
A junior at the California Berkeley, the requirement to get a COVID is like getting a plum house housing assignment.
People are really excited getting the vaccine on campus.
It will help us feel safe at school.
But this is ludicrous!
Beginning in March, U.S.
colleges and universities began issuing requirements for students to be fully vaccinated if they want to return to campus.
Broad mandates in the civilian population of an unapproved product are unprecedented, and the legality may ultimately be answered in court because all of the vaccines available in the U.S.
remain under emergency use authorization only.
Requiring these individuals to take such a vaccine appears to me to be a violation of human rights, of international law, and the Nuremberg Code.
The University of California policy is currently marked draft in red and will go into effect only if a vaccine receives approval by the FDA.
Other institutions are using the word approval more loosely, including Rutgers in New Jersey, referring to three vaccines currently approved in the United States, which is highly ambiguous and misleading because they are only approved for emergency use.
The University of Mass at Lowe stated a mandate would not be legal, then flipped to issue a requirement In an email, the university clarified students do not need to get a vaccine, immediately need to be fully vaccinated with a U.S.
approved vaccine before returning to campus in the fall.
But there is no FDA approved other than for emergency use.
Right.
What if approval were granted the day before classes resume?
If you see students wait, they may find themselves excluded because you have to register and advance elaborate process.
At least one school offers an exemption for students who decline vaccination.
Based on a legal review, I felt it was important due to the ambiguity in the federal statutes Colleges may require immunization records for measles and meningitis, but requiring a product under emergency use authorization would, on the face of it, seem contrary to the law.
The U.S.
Federal Drug and Cosmetic Act, which authorizes the FDA to issue emergency use, requires the recipient have the option to accept or refuse administration of the product.
No case law addresses emergency use vaccines specifically, and conflicting interpretations abound.
The American Council on Education, representing 1,700 institutions, issued a brief in March predicting its members' right to a mandate seems likely to be held.
Upheld.
But Peter Meyers, a professor of law at George Washington University, who directed its vaccine injury litigation clinic, said much more likely than not what they're doing is illegal.
What they are doing, it is illegal.
It's not clear how many institutions will bend if pressed on this.
In an advocacy group, legal notices sent to Princeton and Rutgers arguing the mandate violate federal law, international, civil, and individual rights and public policy, which is my position as well.
In the Harvard Law Review blog, however, Dorit Rubenstein-Reiss, a professor of law at UC Hastings, And Glenn Cohen, a professor of law at Harvard, suggests the federal statute does not appear to limit what conditions can be imposed on those who refuse a vaccine under an emergency use authorization.
So a university could, in their view, exclude an unvaccinated student from campus.
Brown, one of the first to issue a policy instructs students who refuse and don't qualify for an exemption will not be permitted access to campus.
This is really, really outrageous.
Really outrageous, Louisa.
There's further discussion about it that, in my opinion, all supports the fact that these colleges are doing the wrong thing.
It may be worth noting that a decade ago, during another pandemic, the CDC released guidance stating those who had a confirmed case of H1N1 should have some immunity and may elect not to be vaccinated.
The authors co-authored an essay in The Atlantic Making the ethical argument the world should prioritize vaccinating at-risk adults outside the U.S.
before turning to children, who are at virtually no risk at all.
She says the same ethics apply to people with prior immunity.
We only have so many vaccines for the entire world.
I struggle when I see young people who are otherwise healthy and Have already been infected and they get two shots of mRNA vaccine.
I can't help but think, well, that was probably a waste.
And from everything I can see, it's very likely to kill them.
Remember, Sherry Tanpenny has described these mRNA vaccines as perfectly designed killing machines.
The college policies also don't address whether pregnant or breastfeeding students should be granted exemption.
University of Maryland said pregnancy alone would not provide a basis.
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists stated while pregnant people should have access, those who decline vaccination should be supported in their decision.
In spite of case rates steadily decreasing in the U.S.
and widespread availability and effectiveness of the vaccines, which in my opinion is not established whatsoever.
In fact, the contrary is the case.
College administrators point to the importance of protecting their own community.
I'm just astounded by this.
Regardless of how these policies are received, universities need not worry about being held liable, say, if a student has a severe adverse reaction they thought was required, which could, of course, entail their death, which is the most severe reaction you could have.
According to the statute, they cannot sue anybody, can only file a complaint, a claim for compensation.
According to records Meyer obtained through Freedom of Information, the program has settled only 29 out of 400 claims since 2005 through a national vaccine injury compensation program.
Even if legality is questionable, institutions of higher education face limited risk in issuing mandates and de facto mandates.
And if the language is murky about when the policy goes to, in fact, It's probably not accidental.
Louisa, this is unbelievably distressing.
It is, and these are the gatekeepers for big pharma.
I mean, these universities, as you know, Rutgers is a huge research university, and they get a lot of grants from the NIH and the NIAIH, whatever it's called.
They get a tremendous amount of funding.
It's a state university, so they rely on government funding for their research.
So there you have it.
I think that is an important point, Louisa.
Meanwhile, the Department of Justice has asked the Supreme Court to revive the Boston Marathon bombing death sentence.
This is, in my opinion, unbelievable.
The Biden admin urges the Supreme Court to reinstate the death penalty against Dzhokhar Tsaranov.
In a 48-page brief, they asked the justices to reverse the federal appellate court that vacated the death sentence.
The jury carefully considered each of respondents' crimes and determined capital punishment was warranted for the horrors that he personally inflicted.
Setting down a shrapnel bomb in a crowd and detonating it, killing a child and a promising young student, consigning several others to a lifetime of unimaginable suffering, the brief reads.
But none of it is true!
None of it is true!
Sernoff, Zoker, shown here in his since-deceased brother Tamerlan, allegedly, I introduce, killed three people and injured 260 others.
That number, 260, has just grown like Topsy.
It's ridiculous, Louisa.
You look initially, there might be 10 or 12, and then they increase the number, then they increase the number up to 260.
It's just absurd.
Here you see Judy Clark, although formally she entered a not guilty plea in her opening statement, she declared they did it, which meant, of course, the prosecution didn't have to prove what they could not have proven.
Let me show you how bad it is.
You had police on the scene using bullhorns calling out This is a drill!
This is a drill!
We have the Boston Globe tweeting, police will have a controlled explosion on the 600 block of Boylston Street where the marathon was taking place.
Another tweet, there'll be a controlled explosion opposite the library within one minute as part of bomb squad activities.
This is a Boston Globe Louisa!
Then it took place one minute later in front of the Boston Public Library.
Now, as a former artillery officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps, I assert these were puff bombs.
These were for, you know, theatrical effect.
They were not powerful enough to have killed anyone unless you were actually sitting on top of them.
And when you peered into the smoke, yes, there were bodies missing arms and legs, but there was no blood.
Louisa, here again, there was no blood.
And if you pay attention to this figure in a hoodie, with a figure there, he's attaching a false, a fake bone prosthesis, you can see very clearly here, for dramatic effect.
Notice the absence of blood.
Now as Lorraine Day, who has had a trauma surgery at San Francisco General Hospital for 25 years, has been emphatic, you cannot have, it is a physiological impossibility, arms and legs blown off by explosives and there be no blood.
This is a fake stage scenario.
Contrast with what we have later.
There you can see that fake bone extension attached, but notice this blood.
It remains bright red.
This is Hollywood blood.
Compare it with real blood from Cairo, which deoxygenates and turns dark.
This blood never turned dark.
I originally thought it came out of tubes, but it came out these little orange duffel kits.
There are five or six.
Those are fake blood kits, Louisa.
Fake blood kits.
And look at that guy.
Here, Judy Clark was supposed to be saving him from the death penalty, but actually her role appears to be the opposite.
She represents the defense so that in coordination with the prosecution and in some cases, I have no doubt, the court itself, they arrive at a predetermined conclusion.
This guy with his fake bone extension is known as Jeff Bauman.
He was wheeled off in a chair.
Now, the fellow here with the cowboy hat has been identified to me as an actor by a director who cast him in one of his own films.
His name is Carlos Arradondo.
He's holding a loose tourniquet that wouldn't be effective whatsoever.
In fact, with someone suffering from lower extremity damage, you do not put them in a wheelchair because the gravity force will encourage the flow of blood.
In fact, the vibrations with the wheelchair caused the fake prognosis prosthesis to fall out, Louisa, and they had to stop and reattach it.
This guy wasn't actually Jeff Bauman.
He was Nick Boyd, a former army officer who lost his legs in Kandahar, Afghanistan with the First Striker Brigade.
Here he is.
This is the very guy.
They have it.
They used amputee actors, Louisa.
They were already missing their arms and legs.
And they signed, you know, gag agreements that they'd never reveal what they did.
This is outrageous what happened here.
Meanwhile, they sought to blame it on these two young men, no doubt because they were from the Crimea region.
And here you see part of the images, which, according to the rant, were photoshopped in.
I asked her how she knew, and she said, because Tamerlan, the older brother, is shown clean-shaven, but he had a beard.
And I asked, can you prove it?
And she began sending me one proof after another.
Here's Tamerlan in bed with his cat.
He has a beard.
She sent me a link to a gymnasium where they were working out together shortly before the marathon.
He had a beard.
He had dinner that evening with a friend who was relieved they hadn't been anywhere near the marathon bombing.
He had a beard.
The following day, when they had been identified, were under pursuit.
Convenience store footage show.
Zoker inside, Tamerlan out.
He had a beard.
When he was arrested in Watertown, he was stripped naked and put into a police car.
He had a beard.
When his body eventually showed up on a slab with a huge gash in the side, he had a beard.
Now, here's the most telling and significant.
The footage shows him walking down the street carrying backpacks.
Notice Tamerlan has kind of a large What's striking about this, Louisa, is that they do not correspond to what the FBI identified to be the backpacks in question.
As a consequence, I am the first of three American citizens cited in an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States about this case, prepared by John Remington Graham, who is a retired professor of law now residing in Canada.
Here is how it reads.
James Fetzer, Ph.D., emeritus professor of philosophy at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Mary Maxwell, Ph.D., LL.B., international scholar in law and politics, previously working in Australia, now living in New Hampshire.
And Cesar Borrugia, M.D., naturalized citizen of the United States, born and educated in Paraguay.
Now resident in New York and practicing medicine in the United States for more than 40 years, have long studied and published concerning the prosecution of Dzhokhar Tsarinov.
In keeping with the solid admonition of Rule 37.1 of this court, they believe that actual innocence of the accused is always relevant in any death penalty case, especially where, as in this cause, the proof of actual innocence is powerful and has been suppressed.
Dr. Faxer, Dr. Maxwell, and Dr. Bourouja wish to reveal known exculpatory evidence which otherwise might be overlooked by this court.
They have each discovered moral and legal deficiencies in this prosecution, among others, that it is unfounded and probable cause Because critical evidence, which was or should have been transferred to counsel for the accused under Brady v. Maryland of 1963, was in any event widely known and proves decisively that Mr. Sarnoff did not, in fact, detonate a pressure cooker bomb in Boston on April 15, 2013, as he was accused of.
They believe Mr. Sarnoff was trapped into conviction and sentenced to death by major
news media in an egregious abuse of the First Amendment and by lawyers on both sides who
concealed unmistakable evidence, including four color photo exhibits, which clearly and
plainly show, among other things, that Mr. Sarnoff did not carry a black backpack attributed
to him in the indictment at or about the time of the explosion, but carried a white sack
over his right shoulder.
Mr. Sarabinoff was therefore not guilty.
Other suspects were never approached or interrogated by investigators.
The evidence in question was never considered by the jury at trial or the presiding judge at sentencing during the proceeding before the United States District Court for Massachusetts.
It remains obscured behind a facade of false confession, false claiming of issues in this case.
Under the circumstances, these friends of the court believe that this prosecution amounts to an attempt at judicial murder in the sense given reference in Powell v. Alabama in 1932.
However the phenomenon may be explained, history illustrates that any nation which practices judicial murder experiences major adverse consequences.
Hence, The judicial murder of Joan of Arc led to loss of English conquests in France.
The judicial murder of Charles I led to the loss of constitutional government in England.
And so it is in countless cases for many countries over long ages.
Dr. Fetzer, Dr. Maxwell, and Dr. Moritz are fear that the attempted but not yet consummated judicial murder of Dzhokhar Sarinov will lead to grave consequences for the United States, which they wish to mollify or prevent.
as patriotic Americans. They act in this case, lest this court be misled. Such is their interest
in this cause. And if you look at the appendix, you'll see four photographs. Top left,
the exploded pressure cooker bomb. Bottom left, a pressure cooker of the type that was alleged
to have been used. Top right, an exploded backpack in which one of those pressure cooker bombs was
contained.
Below right, the back sack worn by Dzhokhar Taranov.
Clearly not the same.
What could make more obvious proof that Dzhokhar was not involved in this event, but has been framed?
Meanwhile, the real perps were never pursued.
These were Kraft International employees wearing khaki trousers, black jackets, and black baseball caps with a skull insignia where Louisa.
The motto of Kraft is, violence does solve problems. Here you'll notice a Kraft
employee wearing one of these backpacks with a white square on it. And you will find he went to the
scene, the location where the bomb exploded and left it there and then ran away without his
backpack.
This is about as outrageous as it gets.
The evidence is all in the public record.
I even have a whole book about it.
Not just about the framing, the faking of the bombing event itself, but of the trial and how they were framed.
Notice here, in the back, we have evidence about the actual perps and the innocence of Zocar.
The same director who identified Carlos Adriano observed to me they'd use a studio smoke machine, and we found it when we went through the footage, a studio-quality smoke machine.
I have wonderful contributors to this book, including Sheila Casey, Sterling Harwood, J.D., Ph.D., Dr. Ewan, Ph.D., Nick Colerson, Ph.D., James Tracy, Ph.D., Mike Palachuk, Alan, William Powell, John W. Whitehead, J.D., Craig McKee, Uli Damogar, Jim Fetzer, Ph.D., Paul Craig Roberts, Ph.D., Louisa.
This is just insulting beyond words.
Jim, like we've said, the new domestic terrorist list should include the FBI and CIA exclusively and their subcontractors.
Because what they do is cover up their crimes.
And they're very good at it because they know how to manipulate us, they have control of the media, and they eliminate people who get in the way.
So that's how it works here in America.
I wish I could tell you you were wrong, Louisa, but the evidence sustains it.
Benjamin Franklin has observed it's the first responsibility of every citizen to question authority.
That becomes increasingly difficult when Amazon is banning your books.
They initially banned Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, leading Mike Palachuk and me to found Moonrock Books.
We've now published 12 volumes at Moonrock Books.
Amazon has banned six.
Not only on Sandy Hook, but on the Boston bombing, on the moon landing from Orlando to Dallas, and beyond political theater in Charlottesville.
The Parkland Puzzle, how the pieces fit together.
Louisa, This is not because we got things wrong, but because we got things right.
And I would simply say, my case is now before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
If they decline to review my petition or rule against me, I intend to go to the United States Supreme Court.
In that case, I am going to appeal for support from the public.
You can already if you are so inclined.

If this goes to the Supreme Court, I'm going to need help to finance it.
I have all the ammunition.
I have excellent attorneys able and willing to assist me, but I need the money to make it happen.
So stand by.
I've been told to expect a ruling, a decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court in June, that they have the practice of clearing their docket by the end of the month for a summer break.
So, hopefully we'll be hearing about this matter soon.
All right, Jim.
Well, thank you.
Thanks for your excellent reporting this week.
This has been quite an interesting report.
It was worth the wait, folks.
We didn't get to it on Monday, but we got to it today, and we're going to get this uploaded for our viewers.
And there's been trolls in the comments section.
So I'm going to have to turn the comments off for right now, unfortunately, because there's no way on bitchute
to remove people.
And it just gets so disruptive to have people constantly disrupting the type of comments and flow of the people
who want to truly contribute.
You get the most flack when you're over the target.
And by the way, the delay meant we could cover some more recent stories.
So I think it's also had a benefit in terms of presentation today.
Yeah, and we tried this earlier and totally got hacked on that.
We were attacked on that through our internet, and this worked out much better.
So, Jim, I'm glad we got this report done.
Thanks, my friend.
I'll see you next week for another episode of Political Theater, folks.
And it's all political theater, isn't it, Jim?
So also tune in on Saturday night.
We'll be back to do another POTUS report.
And of course, we're going to continue with our UFOD class that the government's not going to do.
So visit us on Ascension Radio.
Tune in on Facebook for the first hour for the first part of a POTUS report.
And then go over to Ascension Radio because that's free speech radio and it's the only place you're going to hear it.
So Jim, thanks for the report.
