This is that Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm extremely pleased today to be joined by Giuseppe Vafangulo from the District of Criminals and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.
We're here to share with you all the news you need to know.
We begin with Merrick Garland, the new Attorney General, announcing his national strategy to combat domestic terrorism, where he invokes a capital riot.
And yet we know the riot was staged, in fact.
Tucker Carlson was revealing last night that the FBI was playing a key role in orchestrating
the events at the Capitol.
No doubt so.
The attorney general could announce his new strategy where he's talking especially, of
course, about domestic terrorism and white supremacy.
To me, it's extremely embarrassing because he's talking about false flag attacks.
He listed several instances of purported domestic terrorism and violent extremism, including
the Charleston, South Carolina church shooting.
I've looked at that.
It was fake and staged.
The congressional baseball shooting, that, so far as I am aware, was bona fide and real.
The violent protests in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Which were orchestrated by Terry McAuliffe, then governor, and by the mayor of Charlottesville, who had the Charlottesville police stand down so that the governor could use the state police to channel the peaceful protesters opposing the removal of a statue of Robert E. Lee, who is a great American, into a violent confrontation with Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
And of course, the event involving the automobile that occurred a half a mile or so away was completely orchestrated.
Two cars, two drivers, two or even three different takes.
Totally fraudulent.
Then he talks about the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting.
Miles Math has dissected that brilliantly.
And the recent shooting at a Walmart store in El Paso.
This is where the guy came in wearing one kind of trouser and walked out with another.
I guess he figured while he was there at Walmart, he might as well pick up a new pair of trowel.
I mean, it's all absurd beyond belief.
Garland claims developments in technology have exasperated the threat.
Of course, he's talking about the social media wanting to suppress communications on the internet.
He claims we're focused on violence, not on ideology, and that we don't prosecute people for their beliefs.
But that's exactly what is going on here, without any doubt.
The new strategy marks a major break from former President Trump's addressing more directly threats pulled by white supremacists and right-wing militia groups, which actually are trivial compared to the real threats facing this nation.
President Biden said earlier, white supremacy is the most lethal threat to the homeland today, which is simply, simply absurd.
The first pillar of the new strategy is to analyze and share domestic terrorism information.
The second, a $77 million proposed budget, To prevent domestic terrorism.
The third pillar involves a disruption and deterrence of domestic terrorism activity with 100 million more and additional resources for DOJ FBI and DHS during the ongoing investigation into the January 6 event.
Prosecutors have revealed that some of those charged were former military and current police officers, but more importantly, it turns out, there are a whole lot of FBI informants who were involved here.
The final pillar focused on confining longtime contributors to domestic terrorism, which includes reducing and protecting Americans from racial, ethnic, and religious hatred, in which case they need to ban the Democrat Party, which is promoting all of this.
Racial identity politics.
He's ignoring the fact that it was not White Lives Matter who was committing all the arson, all the looting, all the rioting.
It went on and on endlessly in that here's what Black Lives Matter wants us to be concerned about.
Not 55 times more blacks killed by blacks, but the relatively minuscule instances of blacks killed by whites.
Well, whites killed by blacks are 10 times more often as blacks killed by whites.
Whites killed by whites about the same.
It's absurd.
It's propaganda.
It's disgusting.

Well, Jim, Merrick Garland, hmm, sounds like Connecticut blue blood to me, just like Sumner Redstone, the former CEO of CBS, whose actual name is Murray Rothstein.
I'm sure Merrick Garland's real name is Shlomo Lipschitz.
So Merrick Garland is a dual citizen, internationalist Jew, who has been put in power By the Zionist puppet Joe Biden, along with just about every other member of his administration and cabinet, is a dual citizen communist or Zionist traitor to this country.
And so we saw ourselves 10 days ago, Joe Biden on the anniversary of the Tulsa overblown
black burning of that area of town and some died overblown, you know, blown up like it's
the Holocaust.
Oh, but actually the Holocaust was phony too, just like the coverage of this Tulsa event.
But anyway, Joe Biden on that day said that gave an international global media speech
that the biggest threat to our security, our nation is white supremacy.
And so essentially labeling all of us decent, stable, law abiding white people of European
descent, we're the boogeyman, we're the terrorists.
In the meantime, the blacks, every weekend in every major city, carnage, mayhem, murder, dozens killed by gang violence, hundreds Wounded.
Little children shot.
You know, collateral damage.
Also, in every major city, there's MS-13 and these drug wars.
You know how you get into MS-13, fellas?
You have to murder someone.
Murder a white or murder a black to get in that gang.
And then you factor in the pure numbers from the FBI and the Department of Justice before it became totally corrupted by the dual citizen traitors from Connecticut and Cape Cod. And essentially what they have
found year after year is 98% of all murders and violent crimes in New York City, which is a
densely packed mega city, of course, performed by blacks and Mexicans. The vast majority of all
rapes, blacks and Mexicans, murders, blacks and Mexicans.
So what you're looking at is low impulse, low IQ individuals.
That's the real domestic terror threat.
That's the real threat to the stability of this country.
But that's not what the internationalist Jew wants.
the internationalist Jew wants its archenemy, the Amalek, the white of European descent
in sovereign nations to be targeted as the Patsy and we are all the Patsy.
Well it's just embarrassing.
I mean, this is like a joke!
You gotta be kidding me!
It is a joke.
They might as well put a target on the back of every Trump supporter.
That's the equivalent of what they're doing.

Those are great points and those are all verifiable facts.
Those aren't opinions if you're just looking into the crime statistics.
Sorry, but it's true.
This Garland character, he's an international Jew, dual citizen, And here's what I want to know.
Where is the evidence of any domestic terrorism or white supremacist terrorism?
There is none.
This is completely fabricated, and they're just working on the psychological premise that if they say it enough times, a certain percentage of the population will believe it, whether there's any validity to it or not, it doesn't matter.
They know that repetition is the key to propaganda, and that's what they're doing.
And I think what they're doing here, guys, is they're preparing for the great public anger that will be coming once more of these people's nefarious plan is revealed to the general public.
there's gonna be an incredible amount of anger.
And I've been saying since the beginning of the Groper Joe administration,
this will become the most hated and reviled administration in modern history.
Once people understand what they're really up to.
We haven't quite come to that point, but it's coming soon.
And Garland knows it.
And so does this Mayorkas character who is a Cuban Jew.
They keep saying he's Cuban.
He's a Cuban Jew.
And he's working hand in glove with this Garland character essentially to suppress any kind of dissent.

That's what this is going to be about.
And the white person, the white man in particular, is the new boogeyman.
And you know, another interesting thing coming from this is that we're seeing a separation already in terms of how
states are reacting to this.
The Arizona Attorney General sent a scathing letter to Garland.
A few days ago, essentially saying that the states created the federal government, not the other way around.
You're not going to come in our state and dictate how we run things, pure and simple. It was a scathing letter. And
we're going to see this great separation continue as things worsen and people start to really understand that the point
of this agenda is complete control and subjugation of the entire population.

Yeah, and a state senator added, you come and touch an Arizona ballot, you'll wind up in an Arizona jail.
I like that.
I like that.
This garland appears to me to be completely political and improper in office.
Meanwhile, Kevin McCarthy has pushed Pelosi to strip Omar from her committee assignments just as The Democrats abuse their position to take Marjorie Taylor Greene out of her committee assignments.
This is, I think, Kevin McCarthy calling out for the gross hypocrisy of the situation.
House Speaker Pelosi should remove Ilhan Omar from the Foreign Affairs Committee, and if she does not, Republicans will, when they take control of the House in 2022, Minority Leader McCarthy declared Tuesday.
This is an individual that has not once but on numerous occasions been anti-Semitic.
Her criticisms of Israel, by the way, are ones with which I agree wholeheartedly.
Her own entire Congress had to rebuke her in the last, but she's not just anti-Semitic, she's anti-American.
Now equating America to the Taliban, to Hamas.
She came out under fire last week when she tweeted, we've seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.
She since offered a clarification that appeared to have been written by the leadership saying
her comments were misunderstood.
She never meant a moral comparison between Hamas and the Taliban and the US and Israel.
There's in no way a quaint terrorist organization with democratic countries with well-established
judicial systems.
But Israel and the United States are rogue nations, terrorist nations.
We have reason to believe Israel created Hamas to represent Islamic radicals in lieu of the Palestine Liberation Organization, which had won the sympathy of the entire world.
It was a very clever PSYOP to effect the change.
And that she was in no way equating terrorism in democratic countries with well-established judicial system, but there is a basis for comparison.
She promises, if we are fortunate enough to have the majority now, Omar will not be serving on Foreign Affairs or anyone else who has anti-Semitic or anti-American views, declared McCarthy.
I'm not sure he's got it exactly right, but I certainly understand the politics of the situation.
He didn't directly threaten to force a vote to censure Omar, kick her off the committee.
But they discuss this situation and the matter is expected to be brought up again.
Pelosi insisted that House Democrats have not rebuked the Minnesota Democrat.
She called Omar a valued member of our caucus.
We thanked her.
End of subject.
McCarthy also said he's concerned about Joe Biden's upcoming meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
America is worse off because of Biden's weakness.
We're actually a country in crisis.
Families are concerned about crime, about cost, about competitiveness.
If you're sitting here drinking coffee today, you're paying more.
If you're eating cereal, the milk costs more.
Getting your car drive to work, your gas costs more.
He's right about all of this.
And of course, crime is rising dramatically.
The borders are not controlled.
Fentanyl is increased by 300 percent.
Now we have a president who stopped America from being energy independent by canceling the Keystone XL pipeline, but rewarded Putin with Nord Stream 2 to give Russia greater control over Europe.
I agree with Nord Stream 2.
It's better that Russia be supplying Europe, but it was a blunder by Putin to be canceling the XL.
And now we have Vladimir Putin describing Joe Biden as a career politician and Donald Trump as an extraordinary individual, and he's right on both counts.

Well, Jim, the present level of the legislative branch of the United States Third World shithole is truly the clown car with the endless stream of clowns coming out of it.
Kevin McCarthy is a clown.
So are all the members of the Squad.
So are the closeted homosexuals like Lady G, Lindsey Graham, and the Turtle.
With the prolapse rectum, Mitch McConnell, Pelosi, Feinstein, you name me one person that is worth a damn in that coming out of that clown car.
So it's all to foment the Public delusion that voting actually matters at the federal level when there's only one party, the Banking International Cabal, they who fund the candidates they want elected.
And when it doesn't look like you're going to win, they tweak the electronic voting to install them.
So one way or the other, either you get to be part of the beauty contest and vote for
the pageant winner that your overlords want, or they're going to put them in anyway by
hook or by crook.
It's just so insane.
And the squad has no business.
The only reason they're elected is because of the early advent of the clergy plan, where
they flood a certain congressional voting district with minorities so they can vote
in a low IQ, low impulse like Ilhan Omar or Alexandria Occasional Cortex.
I don't even have the two other ones names, but they're useless.
They're worthless.
And Hey, that's the new America.
That's the new American deed.
And they certainly exercise their power in this last election.

Well, Jim, criticism of Israel is verboten.
And, you know, Ilan Omar makes a great whipping boy as sort of the poster child of like, look at this awful person, this weirdo that's criticizing Israel.
And it helps keep all the conservatives on board with supporting Israel at all costs, because somehow it's become that Supporting Israel is a conservative value.
I don't know how they pulled that off, but they did.
And so, Omar is a great poster child to sort of have everyone look out and go, oh my god, look at this awful, weird-looking creature that's criticizing Israel.
And it helps keep all the troops in line, seeing a nut job like her,
who's probably in the country illegally due to ID fraud and marriage fraud.
So, you know, she shouldn't, it's questionable if she should even be in the country,
much less being a congressman.
Yeah, so the other thing too, is this idea that Joe Biden is gonna have
a five hour meeting with Vladimir Putin.
I don't believe that for a moment.
I don't think Grover Joe can make it through an hour and a half without needing a nap
and a glass of warm milk or something.
And, you know, it's embarrassingly bad, as you like to say,
Joe Biden is an embarrassment on the world stage, but the media props him up.
No matter how stupid he looks, they praise him.
And it just shows you that we live in a shit show that's controlled by a very small group of people who are creating the narrative for us to watch and believe in.
I actually like the squad because they added an element of diverse opinion out there.
Of course, they're whack jobs.
I mean, AOC and her Green New Deal is a calamity.
But, you know, hopefully we won't have to endure it becoming reality, which would be catastrophic for the country.
But, you know, with regard to anti-Israeli sentiment, I endorse it 100%.
Virtually every single word of it is valid, true, accurate, penetrating, and deserves.
So there we have, you know, what's going on.
Meanwhile, NYC Law School makes systemic racism courses a graduation requirement.
This, again, is, in my opinion, embarrassingly bad.
In an email to students, Yeshiva's Cardozo School of Law laid out major curriculum changes.
Designed to help our students examine and understand racism in the law and throughout the legal system.
I suppose that means like the provisions of equal justice under law and the like we find in the Constitution.
Chief among them is students beginning with the class of 2024 must complete at least one of four newly created classes on race and the law in order to graduate.
They are race and the law, Critical race theory, indigenous rights in the Americas, and cross-cultural negotiation.
The email further announced explorations of race and racism will be integrated throughout all the school's teaching.
Wow!
Democrats take control of Yeshiva.
Cardozo is committed to training lawyers who can recognize and respond to the ways in which Hispanic racism impacts our world.
How bad is that?
The changes were spurred by the law school's dean, Melanie Leslie.
Who last year was one of several law school deans who wrote to the American Bar Association urging it to require that schools address biased cultural awareness in anti-racism.
So, of course, she had an obligation to follow through.
Meanwhile, the reporter who broke the Clinton-Lynch-Tarmac story and received a significant death threat found dead.
This, of course, is no joke.
The body of a Birmingham, Alabama journalist who broke the story about the tarmac meeting between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch in order to bury major issues related to Hillary was found on Saturday morning of an apparent suicide.
He was suicided.
Our deepest sympathy is shared with Christopher's loving family.
The tarmac bombshell, which gave the appearance that Bill Clinton was privately pleading his wife's email case after then-FBI Director James Comey launched a new investigation, is thought to have contributed to Hillary's loss in 2016.
Thank God for that.
I think once Donald Trump emerged on the scene, Hillary didn't have a chance.
And we heard nothing but four years of nonsense about the election having been stolen from the Democrats.

at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
Amid the FBI investigation into Hillary's use of an unauthorized server,
the meeting before Clinton and Lynch occurred days before Comey announced the Bureau would not press charges
against Hillary, describing her conduct, changing it from grossly negligent to extremely careless.
Gross negligence is a legal term often associated with recklessness, According to Black's Law Dictionary, gross negligence is a severe degree of negligence taken as reckless disregard or blatant indifference to one's legal duty, other's safety, or their rights.
Extremely careless, however, is not a legal term of or.
In order to the gross negligence to extremely careless edit performed by disgraced FBI agent Peter Stroke, the FBI removed a key justification for elevating Hillary's actions to the standard of gross negligence, namely the sheer volume of classified material in the original draft.
The sheer volume supported an inference that the participants were grossly negligent in their handling.
Also removed from Comey's statement were references to the intelligence community's involvement in investigating Hillary's private email server, as well as changing the language to downgrade the probability that Hillary's server was hacked by hostile actors, changing their language from reasonably likely to possible.
No doubt they learned Seth Rich had downloaded Bill Benny, nailed that one to the ground, Meanwhile, John Cardillo tweeted, all I'm saying is there's an insanely disproportionate amount of suicides among those who have done the Clintons wrong.

Well, first, that small, extremely expensive, elite South Korean law school, Yeshiva, is teaching indoctrination of communism.
Essentially, the idea that The white majority is the problem.
Stable, law-abiding, knows how to control their impulses.
It's just clown world.
And you bet your last dollar that the former news reporter's sign was suicided.
It's stunning how absolutely malevolently evil the Clintons are.

Uh, well, uh, you know, there's such a long trail of bodies throughout the years that there's even been a word coined for this, Arkansas-ed.
So he was Arkansas-ed, and we'll add another one to the Clinton body count.
Uh, and it's funny, that tweet said an insanely disproportionate number of, uh, deaths and suicides around the people who've done the Clintons
wrong.
I think insanely disproportionate is kind of a funny way to put it.
Let's say beyond coincidence, hard to explain.
Let's investigate.
That'd be a better place to go.
But you know, of course, that's not going to happen.
The Clintons have been a protected entity since their very beginning.
Most likely Bill Clinton is a bastard child of one of the Rockefellers, most likely Lawrence
Rockefeller.
The Rockefellers have enormous holdings in Arkansas, including estates and there's state
parks named after them.
There are influences all over the place.
And if you look into Bill Clinton's rise to power, there is clearly another force behind him, helping him along his entire career.
And yeah, Jim, I didn't know that the body count was up to 200, but I know it's, you know, pretty damn high.
I mean, there's at least 30 or 40 verifiable deaths that don't make any sense whatsoever.
But it could be that high.
It's 200.
That's wild.
And to think that these people are sitting on top of the world with hundreds of millions of dollars at their disposal just shows you the kind of deep, deep trouble this world is in right now.
And as Giuseppe implied, there's a clear pattern here.
You do the Clintons wrong, your days are numbered.
And it's happened again and again and again.

Federal agents to wear body cameras, the Department of Justice now declares.
The Department of Justice issued a new memo requiring all federal law enforcement to wear body cams when conducting raids or executing arrest warrants.
Following a series of high-profile incidents involving police officers accused of wrongdoing, it's a welcome change that will ensure federal officers follow rules similar to those followed by local and state law enforcement.
The nation's law enforcement agency will now be required to put in place the new policies over the next 30 days and to train federal prosecutors on how to use body camera footage as evidence.
Under former AG William Barr's direction, the DOJ announced last fall state, local, tribal, and territorial task forces would require the wearing of body cameras on federally deputized officers, as well as federal task forces to ensure important evidence can be more easily obtained.
This thus appears to be an extension of that Trump-era rule, which was welcome, a good thing.
We now return Florida judges declare mask mandate unconstitutional.
Are you shocked or surprised this bit of news has received virtually no coverage?
Attorney Jeff Childers struck a blow for freedom in Alachua County, Florida.
Alachua is home to Gainesville, the home of the University of Florida.
Childress represents just in green order of a plant nursery.
Brought this suit last March after the Alachua County Commissioners passed an order that required all employees and customers in Alachua to wear masks in business.
Green lost his initial foray, but appealed.
Jeff Tilders, on behalf of Green, appealed and the judges of the First District ruled government mask mandates in the 32 counties of the First District of Florida must now be presumed to be unconstitutional after yesterday's ruling by the First District Court of Appeals in a lawsuit brought by business owner Justin Green.
The lawsuit was originally filed on May 8, 2020, only days after Robert Hutch Hutchinson, then chair of the Alachua County Commission, instituted a countywide mask mandate.
Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Don Akeem had denied a request for an emergency injunction way back when.
And we have a very detailed description about the order coming from the court.
This is completely welcome, entirely appropriate.
Bridges argued the injection requirement violates public policy.
Texas does not recognize this at home.
If it did, the nation of the Supreme Court is held in involuntary quarantine.
This is now, I'm talking here about a Texas lawsuit as well.
This is a Houston Methodist, let me correct myself.
This is an order entered now on June 12th, just a few days ago.
On April 1st, 2021, Houston Methodist announced a policy requiring employees to be vaccinated.
Many employees have opposed.
This is a judge unfortunately ruling against the employees in favor of the hospital.
The Bridges asked the court to declare the injunction requirement invalid because it violates federal law.
She said no one can be mandated to receive unapproved medicine in emergencies.
She insists no currently available vaccines have been fully approved by the FDA.
This is, therefore, an illegal act.
She's completely right about it.
Federal law does authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to introduce into interstate consumer medical products in an emergency requires the Secretary of State to ensure
product recipients understand the potential benefits and risks of use and the option to
accept or refuse administration of the product.
According to the court, however, she misconstrued this provision, which I believe is very clear and
unambiguous. It confers certain powers and responsibilities on the Secretary of Health
and Human Services in an emergency.
It neither expands nor restricts the responsibilities of private employers.
I'm very troubled.
Although her claims fail as a matter of law, It's also necessary to clarify that Bridges has not been coerced.
Bridges says she's being forced to be injected with a vaccine or be fired.
This is not coercion.
Methodist is trying to do their business of saving lives without giving them the COVID virus.
It's a choice made to keep staff, patients, and their families safer.
Bridges can freely choose to accept or refuse the COVID-19 vaccine.
However, if she refuses, she will simply need to work somewhere else.
If a worker refuses an assignment, changed office, early or start time, or other direction, he may be properly fired.
Every employment includes limits on the worker's behavior in exchange for his remuneration.
That's all part of the bargain.
Meanwhile, 899 people given defective COVID-19 vaccine doses in New York's Times Square.
How outrageous is that?
So the mask mandate was excellent.
It's rejection.
But the ruling that Methodist employees have no option that they can take the vaccine or be fired is outrageous.
And we continue to see the abuse of these vaccines and the threat to the public health and well-being.

Well, regarding the lunacy of wearing a mask when it's proven to do nothing to protect you and be extremely detrimental to your health and your lung function, of course that's what the Big Pharma, the UN, the World Health Organization, the CDC, the state and federal governments want you to do because none of this, Jim, is about The scam-demic.
This has always been about figuring out a crisis with enough fear porn to compel cowardly spineless normies to take an experimental genetically modifying injection as part of the greatest human experimentation ever.
This does nothing to protect you from the coronavirus.
It's an experiment to see what happens when you hardwire the cells to become little protein
factories, developing a certain type of antibody, but also creating an antigen and an offshoot,
which is the two things, the prions that go to the brain and the protein spikes, which
can clog your organs, clog your brain and blood clot your lungs or brain.
It's just absolutely insane.
Now the lawsuit, the woman was correct about all the bogus lying corporate science, big
pharma science, but the judge, I think, you know, see you.
If you don't want to work somewhere, they have the right to say you do this or you don't do that, go get another job.
I thought that was the premise, not, you know, the judge was, just like many cases, they sought to focus on a, you know, a basic, accurate ruling, which is that you can't be, the employer can't be forced to keep you as an employee if you don't want to do something they feel they have the right to do.
I don't have a problem with that.
Go get another job, even though she's in the right.
But as far as dictating the rights of an owner or employer, there's already so much erosion to that.
I think this is a commercial interest overriding a human right.
I think it's wrong on every possible measure that Methodist Hospital does not have the right because they can't force somebody to take an injection.
They have the human right to resist.
They're experimental.
The Nuremberg Code precludes it.
It's a violation of international law.
And no goddamn private company ought to have the right to violate human rights.
My take on this.

I agree, Jim.
And look, even if this so-called vaccine is the greatest thing since sliced bread, you have the right not to take it.
Because, you know, it's your body and you can do what you want with it.
And, you know, really what this is all about, we're on the road to forced vaccinations.
This is a tiptoe through the tulips.
To complete totalitarianism is what's going on here.
And what they like to do is bring it out slowly.
So it looks like we're just having a conversation about this.
Our society is deciding what we're going to do.
When in reality, you have government agents working behind the scenes to make sure that more and more companies are going to require vaccines to work.
And if you can't work and earn money, you're going to have a tough time in life.
And really they're creating a two-tier system.
Giuseppe was or one of you guys is just mentioning the Madison Square Garden concert in New York City sold out but vaccinated only.
This is a you know a slow road to forcing vaccines and of course the vaccine requirement the zero papers will be your telephone to begin with And then later some kind of implantable chip that's on your body.

Here we have the most peculiar development where the Department of Justice is asking the U.S.
Supreme Court to revive the death sentence for the Boston Marathon bomber.
In a 48-page brief, the DOJ asked the justices to reverse a Boston-based federal appellate court that vacated the death sentence for Dzhokhar Sarinov, the lone surviving alleged perpetrator of the 2013 attack.
Yes, he's been found guilty, but he's in fact innocent.
This is very, very bad.
The determination by 12 conscientious jurors who initially found him guilty deserves respect and reinstatement by the court, according to the DOJ, where they claim that Zoker and his brother Tamerlan killed three and injured 260 near the finish line.
That number has just grown dramatically.
Initially, there was just a handful of those who were Injured, but now it's grown to 260.
There's no way you can count every figure out there.
You could get anywhere near that number.
It's simply absurd.
The case was seen as an early challenge for Biden, the first U.S.
president to publicly oppose a death penalty, and the administration's response had been highly anticipated, where Biden called an end to capital punishment.
So he's in an odd plight here.

We had police on bullhorns calling out, this is a drill!

You had the Boston Globe tweeting, police will have a controlled explosion on the 600 block of Boylston Street where the marathon was finishing.
Another, there will be a controlled explosion opposite the library within one minute as part of bomb squad activities and one minute later, yes, opposite the Boston Public Library, you have one of these puff bombs go off as a former Marine Corps artillery officer.
I can assure you these were not powerful enough to kill anyone unless perhaps they were sitting right on top of it.
Meanwhile, you had Judy Clark, who was supposed to defend him.
This was supposed to be a great benefit, but while she formally pled him innocent, she, in her opening statement, said they didn't eliminate the obligation of the prosecution to prove the case, which they could never have done.
If you peered in through the smoke, you saw, yes, there were bodies lying there with missing arms and legs.
Notice the role here of this fellow in the hoodie.
He's actually applying a fake bomb prosthesis to an amputated leg to make the event look more horrific.
Here you can see the prosthesis that was applied, but notice there is no blood.
As Dr. Lorraine Day, who has had a trauma surgery at San Francisco General Hospital for 25 years, has observed, it is a physiological impossibility to have arms and legs blown off by explosives and there to be no blood.
The blood only showed up later.

No, It came out of these little orange duffel bags and there were six or seven strewn around the area.

And there you can see the fake bone extension.
That was applied to this fellow known as Jeff Bauman, but he was actually someone else entirely, namely Nick Voight, a former U.S.
Army officer who lost his legs at Kandahar, Afghanistan with the First Striker Brigade They rolled him off in a wheelchair, which is the wrong thing to do with someone with a lower body extremity missing, because gravity will then promote the blood flow.
The figure here in the cowboy hat is named Carlos Arredondo.
A Hollywood filmmaker identified him to me as someone he'd cast in one of his own films.
He's holding a tourniquet too loosely to do any damage, but get this, the vibrations were so significant.
The fake prosthesis fell off and they had to stop and reattach it.
They were using amputee actors here and they would sign an actor waiver form that they wouldn't even talk about what they'd done their role here.
But this was all outrageous, phony, fake, fraudulent, Really, where they identified, they faked the young men into the film using photoshopping.
Here I was informed by the Aunt Merritt that it had been photoshopped, and I asked her why, how she knew, and it's because Tamerlan is clean-shaven.
When he actually had a beard.
And I asked, could she prove it?
And she said, absolutely.
She sent me this photograph of Tamerlan in bed with his cat.
He had a beard.
She sent me a link to a video where they were working out at a gymnasium.
He had a beard.
A report from a friend who had dinner with him the day of the bombing relayed they'd been nowhere near the bombing event.
He had a beard.
This was photoshopped in.
after identified as suspects. Convenience store footage showed him outside while Zoker was in.
He had a beard. When he was arrested in Watertown, stripped naked and put in a police car, he had a
beard. When his body showed up on a slab with a huge gas on the side, he had a beard. This was
photoshopped in. Meanwhile, this is particularly important.
Notice the backpacks that the two brothers are wearing.
One's a large, very large baggy black backpack.
The other is a much smaller silver or grayish colored backpack.
What's striking about this is those will turn out to be the keys to exonerate their role.
I just want to stop here to pause to let you comment on what you have seen before.
This whole thing was so outrageous.
This was such a blatant scam.
Let me give you the rest of the evidence to tie it together so you can comment with a broad understanding.
I and two others have submitted an amicus curiae brief on behalf of Zoker for the U.S.
Supreme Court.
It was authored by John Remington Graham, a retired professor of law.
This is the amicus brief of James Fetzer, Ph.D., Mary Maxwell, Ph.D., LL.B., and Cesar Borrugia, M.D., in support of the respondent, were identified respectively as a emeritus professor of philosophy at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, international scholar in law and politics, previously working in Australia, now living in New Hampshire, And as a naturalized citizen of the U.S., born and educated in Paraguay, now resident in New York and practicing medicine over more than 40 years, who have long studied and published concerning the prosecution of Dzhokhar Sarinov, they believe the actual innocence of the accused is always relevant in any death penalty case, especially whereas in this cause, the proof of actual innocence is powerful and has been suppressed.
Dr. Fetzer, Dr. Maxwell, and Dr. Bourouja wish to reveal known exculpatory evidence which otherwise might be overlooked by this court.
Mr. Sarnoff did not, in fact, detonate a pressure cooker bomb in Boston on April 15, 2013, as he was accused.
He was trapped in a conviction and sentenced to death by major news media in an egregious abuse of the First Amendment by lawyers on both sides who concealed unmistakable evidence, including four color photo exhibits Which clearly and plainly show, among other things, that Mr. Sernoff did not carry a black backpack attributed to him in the indictment at or about the time of the explosion, but carried a white sack over his right shoulder.
He was therefore not guilty.
Other suspects were never approached or interrogated by investigators.
The evidence in question was never considered by the jury at trial or the presiding judge at sentencing.
During the proceedings before the United States District Court for Massachusetts, it remains obscured behind a facade of false confessions and false framing of issues in this case.
Under these circumstances, friends of the court believe this prosecution amounts to an attempt at judicial murder in the sense given reference in Powell v. Alabama, 1932.
However, the phenomenon may be explained.
History illustrates That any nation that practices judicial murder experiences major adverse consequences.
Hence, the judicial murder of Joan of Arc led to loss of English conquests in France.
The judicial murder of Charles I led to the loss of constitutional government in England.
And so it is in countless cases for many countries over long ages.
Dr. Fetzer, Dr. Maxwell, and Dr. Biruja fear that the attempted but not yet consummated judicial murder of Dzhokhar Sernoff will lead to grave consequences for the United States, which they wish to mollify or prevent as patriotic Americans.
They act in this case lest this court be misled.
Such is their interest in this cause.

black jackets and black baseball caps with a skull insignia where the motto of Kraft is

actual evil is trying to take this lie, this deception, this false flag of the Supreme Court,
because the US government wants to be able to murder dissidents that they determine
are against the state.
So they want to get this precedent so they can hang a couple of the people
who were involved in the staged January 6th stroll through the Capitol, which the mainstream media
and the communist, I mean, democratic, well, I guess it's the same word,
party are acting like it's the worst attack ever.
It wasn't even an attack, it was a staged little silliness by a bunch of weekend protesters.
And now some of them may be murdered if the Supreme Court passes this law
and allows the innocent Zokar to be murdered by the state.

It is the most amateurish, the most easily falls apart as soon as you look at the evidence
which I've been laying out here, which is of course why they've been doing everything

She's been involved in a lot of these things and of course her opening statement included an admission of guilt.

And the question becomes, is the Supreme Court going to exercise due diligence here?
Are they going to pay any attention to our brief?
Which, by the way, was also submitted to the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
And they said, they acknowledged the brief and said they would, you know, give it consideration.
But in fact, they did not.
So I'm terribly worried the Supreme Court may follow suit, Scorpio.

I believe that an event like this has got the backing of the highest elements inside the so-called deep state or whatever you want to call it.
It's like 9-11.
They can't allow any of this to come out in any kind of a public way.
And you know, it's really amazing, you know, back in 2013, 2014, how much information there was on the Boston bombing.
I mean, there were so many incredible videos on YouTube that showed, even showed somebody walking by the so-called victims and squirting blood on the ground to add the blood to the scene.
You know, I mean, the guy, The guy's prosthetic falling off in the wheelchair.
I mean, the whole thing was just, there was so much, but guys, it's all gone.
It's all scrubbed off the internet.
That's the scary part.
