So, with that, I thought we'd start off here.

Well, you know, that is an interesting similarity.
Just now they're having hearings at the Capitol, and I caught Christopher Wray saying in response to questions that they've seen no evidence of any left-wing extremism, no antifa involvement in the Capitol intrusion.
I mean, This is such a low level of honesty and integrity.
This is such a profound level of corruption and lying that I think we may be past the point of no return.
We could be there.
I just discussed it.
It's an Obama nation.
It's an Obama nation.
It's full of things.
Terrible.
Awful.
Meanwhile, polls show Democrats think Trump supporters are the biggest threat.
Fake news driving the leftists insane.
A new poll shows the left's biggest fear is not the pandemic or the economy, not war with China or Iran developing nuclear weapons, but Trump supporters.
Their obsession with their allegation of fake news continues to drive Democrat hatred of the former president and those who follow him.
Trump supporters even exceed racism as a top concern among those surveyed on the left.
The party that claims to uphold equality remains more concerned for their political agenda than for people of color.
At 82% The left's concern for Trump supporters stood at more than double their concern with capitalism at 39.
It's interesting Democrats don't fear capitalism when it comes to priorities, but their hatred is for any leader who stands up to their agenda, which may explain why Democrats continue to introduce a resolution to investigate white supremacy and call the GOP enemy combatants.
Here's an interesting commentary from my blog.
Easily solve the problem.
They can admit the fraud they committed in 2020 regarding the presidential election and select senators, representatives, and governors and take Biden, Harris, et al.
out of office, allow them to slink away to join the criminals who did this, charge the criminals involved, all of them, and actually put the convicted in prison.
Celebrate the return of the rightful President Trump as our leader and get out of his way while he corrects the crazy destructive thing Biden, Harris, Kerry, and Rice have done in the past 33 days.
Seems like a year of pure hellish nightmare.
Trump is fast and hopefully can turn things around quickly.
Take Biden administration out before he does more major damage to America and Americans in charge.
Kerry, With a Logan Act of treason, as he actually did over almost four years with his messages to Iran after Trump became president.
And the ones who arranged that he do those actions, like Obama, Biden, and probably Soros, charge and prosecute them all.
Meanwhile, mail-in ballots and voting machines have been banned in France.
How appropriate, because we know how massively the election was stolen here.
They're not going to allow it to happen there.
Sidney Powell, meanwhile, is more than enough evidence.
As far as the last election, Sidney had this to say.
There's all kinds of precedent for fixing what happened in this election from Bruce v. Gore to other cases.
Fractionalized votes.
That's exactly what we have here from a computer algorithm that we can prove in multiple counties, and it can prove across the country if anyone would issue an order allowing inspection of the machines.
The very fact that Dominion and other companies are not allowing inspection of the voting machines ought to tell everybody all they need to know.
Federal law calls for election records to be kept for 22 months.
In this case, it requires forensic evaluations of the machines and looking at all the paper ballots.
We already know they're not going to match up.
There were counterfeit ballots.
People were saying, oh, they did a full audit in Georgia.
Well, if you keep running the same counterfeit bill through the same counting machine, you're going to get the same result.
She then brought this bomb.
There is enough evidence in the cases before them, or enough evidence in the public now, to more than reverse the election in at least five states.
And we know what she's talking about.
Here was the actual outcome.
Trump carried all but a handful of states, 410 electoral votes, Biden 128.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I've communicated with Sidney Powell about some of the material that we're looking to implement moving forward, and specifically, we're taking all of the exhibits and the affidavits and the evidence that were accumulated in November, and we are running, as I've said before, running a ground game.
We are taking them to the Town Councils, Board of Supervisors, Mayors, Sheriffs of local towns and cities and localities.
We're not waiting for courts.
We're not waiting for prosecutors or judges or attorneys.
We are taking people, arming them with Sidney's evidence, and we put it in PDF form and putting it on zip drives.
And letting people, average citizens, go into their town council meetings and say, be advised, you are hereby served legal notice that pursuant to 18 U.S.
Code Section 4, misprison of a felony, felonies have occurred.
And these felonies, in fact, are treasonous felonies.
And we are also informing you, be advised of 18 U.S.
Code 2382, Misprision of Treason.
And these felonies that occurred are contained in these exhibits and we are submitting them to you so that you may acknowledge them officially and adopt an official position that these felonies and these activities and the people behind them, specifically the executive orders of Joe Biden, are not admissible, have no power of law, are unconstitutional, and will not be recognized in our town.
Additionally, Joe Biden will not be recognized as the President because of the evidence of fraud and corruption, which is in violation of the Constitution.
If you, as a Board of Supervisors, ignore this or choose to be on the side of the felonious activities, then we will be submitting this to court and prosecuting you civilly and criminally.
This is how you take it right to the throats of these politicians.
You take the evidence and the exhibits And you say, here is proof of felonies, and you are hereby served notice.
If you do nothing with it, then you're guilty of misprison of a felony, which states any time a felony is discovered, the person has a obligation, legal obligation, To present it to the judicial or civil authorities.
That's what people are doing when they go into their local government meetings and present it to their authorities.
And if those authorities do nothing with it, then it goes right to the judge.
And the judge can prosecute them.
If the judge does nothing, it'll go right up the...
The chain from appeals court and federal court and it's not about getting legal resolution.
It's about taking the fight and giving citizens the information weapon systems to go in and have a major clash and that excites the local population.
It gets them A sense of fulfillment, of participation.
It gives them a sense of retribution against the thieves and is an exercise of their own political vengeance.
And this has a very multiplying effect.
It's like a force multiplier.
So this is how citizens need to begin getting engaged from all over the country.
And I've had astounding numbers of people already emailing us, asking for the exhibits and the documents, wanting to do this.
Wanting to also create committees of restoration, which are the instruments, the town council sort of meetings that citizens form, to go in and make this presence known, make this material known, and carry it forward.
So this is how Cindy Powell's material, the other material, will be taking to the ground game, in addition to their other legal recourses on the federal and high level.

Well, Scott, the degree of corruption we're seeing is just so profound.
I'm becoming very skeptical that this is resolvable other than Through a bona fide civil war?
I really have not seen it.
I love these measures you're talking about.
I commend them 100%.
That's what leads to it.
That's how you lead people to prepare for a civil war, is by getting them into the fight and letting them have a personal confrontation.
And if they're political, local political leaders, Fail and cover up and won't accept it, then all contracts are off and people have no obligation to follow their authority, have no obligation to recognize their jurisdiction.
In fact, we've mentioned that in the language If you refuse or fail to act on this, you will be siding with traitors and therefore you are abdicating all authority and we will not recognize you.
So this is the starting of separating people from their fraudulent political representatives and preparing for that civil war.
Well, I think that's very serious and appropriate.

Yeah, I get it.
You know, I remember I was in a liquor store when I was about 13 or 14 years old, and I walked in and I walked around the liquor store inside three or four times, and the guy said to me, what are you looking for, young man?
And I kind of woke up, and I said, oh, I'm looking for the sunflower seeds.
And he goes, well, you passed them about four times.
He says, what are you thinking about?
And I said, oh, just, you know, I forget what it was.
But he said to me, you know, young man, use the past as a guidepost, not as a hitching post.
And I have remembered that to this day.
Now, I think the problem You know, let me put my lawyer's hat on for a second.
Lin Wood prepared and signed a declaration, submitted it to the United States Federal Court, stating that he had evidence that people in high levels of government have been engaged in fraudulent and corrupt acts.
He's apparently submitted that to the federal government, the FBI.
Public hasn't seen it.
Sidney Powell, at the same time, has said she's got overwhelming evidence, been released to the public, that people can look at it, and it requires them to work through it.
Now, I know from working on school bonds for the past four years, it's so effing complicated that it takes three years to learn it, one year to explain it, but you'd like to do it in 30 seconds.
But what I can tell you is this.
If the federal government does not take the evidence that Lin Wood has turned over to it and publicize it, he should publicize it.
If the federal government has not taken the evidence that Sidney Powell has turned over to it, then Sidney Powell should publicize it.
Let me tell you my strongest recommendation.
I would petition One American News, Real News, How about public news?
How about for two hours?
And I would encourage, you know, National Public Radio or the cable channels to give Lin Wood an hour of unrestricted free speech.
I would encourage public radio, public television to give Sidney Powell unrestricted one or two hours for free speech.
I can guarantee you That the American public would listen to what they had to say, get the information, have an opportunity to ask questions, or have representatives ask questions, because I'm telling you, I would love to see people who have the evidence put their case on.
And if the courts are not going to accept it, then thank God for the communications, because there's some communications agencies or news stations that should put it on.
Give her unfettered access to the American airwaves for an hour or two, whatever she deems to be adequate.
And invite the Democrats to come in and put in their response.
Let's have a public trial.
But not in front of the closed doors of the Supreme Court where you can get a hundred people in.
You know, it's all supposed to be public.
Let's have a real public trial about who won the presidency in 2020.
And let's have it put on.
Okay?
And let's have the Democrats make their argument.
Let's have the Republicans make their argument.
And bring the evidence in and put it before the American people.
And let the American people determine who did it.
Not our judges.
Not our representatives.
Not our politicians.
We deserve the right to know, as people of the United States, who the F won that election.
And half of the people, more than half of the people, I believe, that Donald Trump won it.
I just don't see, when I look back and I see Biden's conduct, it's like conduct of no other candidate for the presidency of the United States of America.
So I say this, Let's have, not a debate, let's have Sidney Powell and a lawyer of their choosing, okay, debate it publicly.
Let's listen to that trial.
Let the people who are the best jurors hear the evidence.
You know, I like that, David, but it just reflects the total failure of the American political system.
Total failure, collapse, disaster.
Honest to God, this is just disgusting beyond words.
And there's not a word of truth, even from the director of the FBI.
I mean, give me a break.
How about the FCC?

That's what I'm saying.

That is equivalent to corruption.

If I could really quickly say one thing.
I just saw a headline over here that maybe things are turning here.
I saw that Governor Abbott has just taken down the mask requirement.
No more masks and he's going to open up Texas.
100%.
And of course, on the news, it's also, a doctor was on there criticizing it right away, but essentially, Texas might be opening up, so that might be... Wow, that's great then!
So if we can have this kind of breakthrough, maybe we can get some sanity back in this crazy country.
Yeah, well maybe Gavin Newsom's 30-to-60-day shutdown, now it's been a year though, by the way, maybe that will come to an end soon.
Why will stimulus checks be small even though the bill is big?
Look what the Democrats have squeezed in.
The motto of the Biden administration seems to be, we can't spend too much, said Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana, noting the act covers $750 million for the global response to COVID-19.
$270 million for arts and humanities.
$200 million for museums and libraries.
$100 million for an electric train in Silicon Valley.
This isn't a coronavirus bill, the Louisiana senator said.
This is a left of Lenin neo-socialist wish list.
By Wednesday, not a sole Republican in either chamber had publicly stated he would back the Biden bill.
I haven't seen a Republican yet who's found something there they can agree with, said Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy.
I think all Republicans believe in three simple things.
They want a bill that puts us back to work, back to school, and back to health.
The bill is too costly, too corrupt, and too liberal.
A hardening resistance implies that Biden's first major legislative initiative could meet a wall of UGOP resistance.
The Republican Study Committee sent a fact sheet showing Democrats are hoping the public won't find out about these contents of special interest pork and other liberal goodies.
Meanwhile, the White House is pitching the bill as bipartisan, even though it has no Republican votes.
In a bid to align his unity pitch with his pursuit of a bold agenda, Biden's been selling his $1.9 trillion COVID-19 package as bipartisan.
But that message crashed into reality early Saturday when the House passed a bill without a single Republican vote.
Its chief of staff, Ron Kane, has marshaled the White House messaging apparatus to make the case that it's bipartisan, not because any GOP lawmakers have signed on, but because polls show it has support from a large majority of the public, and because some Republican mayors and officials outside of Washington have backed it.
Meanwhile, this captures exactly where this guy stands.
Well, when I said $2,000, I meant $1,400 plus $600.
When I said fight for a $15 minimum wage, I meant if the parliamentarian will okay it.
And when I said, of course, he's a total loser, completely incompetent, it's embarrassing he has any position of authority within the United States whatsoever.

Well, we've seen this coming, of course.
We see the world beginning to turn away from the United States as a laughingstock, and Biden is seen as a demented Alzheimer patient that can't remember his name and makes Homer Simpson's father look like a genius.
Joe Biden is quickly descending and with him taking the United States down.
That's why at our briefing in Las Vegas, one of the academic professors who was giving a political foreign policy analysis had said there is massive movement of U.S.
military positioning itself in Guam.
B-52s going to Guam, which either is The military acting on its own policy or Biden, you know, trying to carry us into a war footing.
But also you're seeing Macron and Merkel all shift 180 degrees in the opposite direction and not having any opposition towards Russia or the fuel lines that they were developing to try and get natural gas into Europe.
All of these indicators show that the world is moving and reassembling and jostling itself in preparation for a United States implosion and really I think putting the United States on a back burner.
We are not being perceived as in any way shape or form as a leader of foreign affairs.
I don't think we've we can call ourselves a leader in foreign affairs since September 11, 2001.
We became The Annihilator-in-Chief, we became the Warmonger, we became the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, bringing in death and destruction and ruin from Afghanistan to Iraq to Libya to Ukraine to Syria, with ambitions of the same in Iran, and of course doing some of these operations in Africa and the erection of Africa Command.
All of this, the past 20 years, has been a massive remobilization and consignment of the United States into this war juggernaut, which I think is at last run out of gas, run out of moral energy, and is Quickly turning into the picture of Torian Gray, which we delude ourselves into thinking as we gaze into our own reflection of the mirror of as a handsome Uncle Sam with, you know, the red, white, and blue and full equal rights and liberty and prosperity to everyone.
What we see in that reflection is not reality.
What the reality is, is a monstrous defamation and leprous Corrupted face, full of the diseases of greed and envy and perversion and all sorts of other moral degeneracy, and the world has seen it for a long time.
We're still seemingly incapable of it, except for those of us who've been through the fire and had burned off of us the dross of delusional patriotism, which is not patriotism at all, it's self-induced brainwashing.
So, those of us who've served in uniform, those of us who've served in government, and have taken an oath, can see now more clearly than ever before that this country has gone off the rails.
And like you said in your blog earlier, Jim, there is a way to rectify this, but it starts with humility, self-containment, and a recognition that we are in a civil war, and the only way to end it is by completely abandoning A lot of the military industrial complex agendas for global domination and resource monopolization and getting back to some semblance of a moral country moral code and I'm not sure that's what our destiny is.

The consequences of what Mr. Bennett has noted are debauchery, exploitation, slavery, everything other than liberty, truth, and justice for all.
And it portends of a violent future as opposed to a peaceful future.
A peaceful future is accomplished by having respect for other human beings, Having respect for their rights, their liberties, their privileges.
Being open to discourse, civil discussions about things.
But if those discussions are impossible, if that respect is not exhibited, if that attention is not turned to those items and they are handled the correct way, then you sink into chaos.
And, you know, Europe had a pretty long run in the Middle Ages.
And if it weren't for a couple of libraries, Alexandria, Constantinople, we wouldn't, I'm sorry, not Alexandria, but if it weren't for some of the traditions and the writings that were preserved by the monks and the monasteries through the Dark Ages, we wouldn't have the country that we have today.
And that culture That history, it's not uniquely American, it's Western civilization.
And what we're seeing is a confrontation between Oriental and Occidental.
And we're seeing competing philosophies of communism and capitalism.
We're seeing polarized political dialogue trying to take place.
But in the midst of this, we're seeing exactly what Mr. Bennett has highlighted.
We're seeing a declination Of our culture, we're seeing a decline in America, and we're seeing more aggressive and more hostile actions taking place.
I am the last person on earth to advocate for a civil war in our country.
I think the American people, it's incumbent on them to exercise Every ounce of faith, every ounce of patriotism, every ounce of trust, and every ounce of respect, hoping that our political leaders reflect some morality
That they take us in a correct path.
And I'm a great believer.
You know, I like what Martin Luther King had to say.
The church is the conscience of the state.
I've always liked that line.
And that's where I think we're headed.
We either have to have this promise of respect, this promise of civility, a bond of civility.
Otherwise, we're in peril.
Let me say one thing real quick.
I forgot to mention, Jim, and it picks up on what David says.
You know, earlier you had commented that the number one concern of leftists, 82%, are Trump supporters.
The reason that they are so concerned, so fearful, so paranoid of Trump supporters is because they know in their heart of hearts that they have committed a crime, they violated the Constitution, they have fraudulently pushed in a man that is not the President, The media lied.
The Chinese Communist Party played a role.
The Democrats played a role.
Fake ballots.
The Democrats are masters at lying and cheating, so they know that they cheated.
They know they lied.
They know they caused an injury to us, to the American people, and that is what they're concerned about.
They know they've been found out.
They know that we know they are liars and cheaters, and they are fearful and paranoid about getting their retribution.
They're fearful and paranoid about being dragged out, grabbed by the throat, and beaten within an inch of their life, if not past it.
They know what they've done is a crime and a fraud.
They know that the American people are not on board their tyrannical lesbian, homosexual, transgender, environmental, religion agenda.
They know the American people aren't backing the transgender surgeries on children agenda.
And this pushing of Biden, the only way they get the election is by cheating.
They know that we know.
They know they've been found out, and they can see it in the eyes of those conservatives and Trump supporters.
And that's what they fear, because they know they're not going to get away with it.
We're never going to forgive it.
We're never going to allow this to move forward.
And there will be a day of retribution, judgment, and correction That they will not survive if they try and fight against us on.
Conservatives will end the fight that they have started.
That's what they're fearful of, and that's why they're panicking, because they know they're being boxed into a corner that they have painted themselves into, and there's only one escape, and that is their complete annihilation, or like you said, Admission, a full exposure of their crimes and asking for forgiveness for that crime and moving on in a fair and transparent way.
If they're not prepared to do that, then they will die in their indignity and sin and conservatives have no problem with it.

Let me just say, Scott, you made a lot of brilliant comments, but that was absolutely spot on.
I think you analyzed it exactly.
It's their own consciousness of guilt, and they fear that the whole world knows what they have done, and they may have to pay a penalty for it.
I think you're exactly 100% right.

Let me tell you something.
It's not just the Trump supporters.
Okay.
There's a whole world looking at America, and a lot of people don't believe what's taking place in America is abiding by the truth.
And I believe that it's not just the Trump supporters, but there are a lot more people who are concerned that this fraud is beyond belief.
I think they made a joke out of America.
It was such a massive swindle.
It's so insulting.
None of the world believes it.
I mean, you've got more Democrats in the United States who believe this nonsense than the whole rest of the world combined.
I mean, it's embarrassingly bad.

Meanwhile, Republicans test history in a vote against pandemic relief.
With the nation's financial system on the brink of collapse, all but three Republicans voted against a massive stimulus package designed to protect millions of Americans from financial ruin.
We're not talking about now, but 2009, just weeks after Biden was sworn in as Vice President.
The vote marked the beginning of a new era of partisan gridlock.
For beleaguered Republicans coming off a disastrous election, it was their first step back to political power.
Democrats voted alone to stabilize the economy, and two years later, a Republican Party unified only by its unwavering opposition to Barack Obama, seized the House majority.
Early Saturday morning, you had 210 House Republicans join two Democrats against the $1.9 trillion that would send $1,400 checks to most Americans and hundreds of billions more to help open schools, revive struggling businesses, and provide financial support to state and local governments if you ignore the poor.
You can hone the bill and get down to something that was a faint facsimile of what was just described there, but it's far removed from the reality of this massively pork-infested monster, this bloated 1.9 trillion boondoggle.
It's far too soon to predict a political fallout, but as the nation struggles to recover, strategists think it's risky for Republicans to think their 2009 playbook will lead to the same success.
We have tried to underspend and undersize what was really needed to get over the top of the mountain, a Republican governor told reporters.
You got a lot of people across this nation who are really hurting.
Yep, no Republican in Washington voted to support him.
Moderate Democrats, Jared Golden of Maine, Kurt Schrader of Oregon, were the only two Democrats to cross party lines.
The swamp is back, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy said, decrying what he called extraordinary non-COVID waste on a blue state bailout.
Most states are not in financial distress, he observed.
Meanwhile, this evening, the United States Supreme Court granted Pacific Justice Institute emergency relief to five churches challenging Santa Clara County's public health orders banning indoor church services.
Until this evening, San Francisco Bay Area was the only place in the nation that set worship at zero percent capacity.
Last week, the churches sought an emergency stay in the Ninth Circuit, but it was denied by a three-judge panel.
Lawyers filed an application for an emergency writ of injunction, with Justice Kagan assigned to the West Coast.
She ordered the county to file a response, and then referred the matter to the entire court in a 6-3 decision.
The court granted the relief.
We are pleased that churches in this county will be unlocked this Sunday after being closed for indoor services for the better part of a year.
Scott, you gave me this story, and it's a good one and an important one.

Yeah, well, we're witnessing, I think, you know, a major transformation based on a lot of this new material that's arising.
I think we're seeing the separation of people into the two camps where you have those who are on the side of truth and those who are on the side of lies and advancing A political agenda in exchange for the lies, and again this is sort of a climactic end time, I think, result of America's 30-40 years of a poor educational system, and a poor cultural system, and a broken family legal system, which has caused irreparable damage, and you're yielding over-medicated, over-educated,
morally bankrupt and empty-headed 18 to 35 year olds who are one pill away from schizophrenia
and when they miss that medication they break into pathological behaviors that we've seen
at Kenosha, we've seen in Oregon, we've seen in the backyards of the two individuals that
defended themselves.
If this is the new paradigm, it'll be very disruptive, but it'll also be ended very quickly, as I think conservatives, from every gene, every tribe, every ethnicity, conservative Hindus and Sikhs and Vietnamese and Chinese, these people that have the traditional family values and the values of conservatism and law and order and property rights, that will be the new I think the new political constituency that'll carry the conservative Republican ticket in the next election.

Well, I enjoyed hearing the decision about the Pacific Justice Institute.
You know, I'm proud of the churches.
You know, maybe that's, you know, maybe if it weren't for their work... Oh, by the way, let's just notice one thing.
It's the churches that took the case on, okay?
The churches took the state on.
I'm not pooping on the temples.
I'm not pooping on the other aspects of worship.
Look, they're all free to do as they want, but the churches have the tenacity to take on the state.
And the churches prevail.

Now, one other thing.
Maybe that's why Kevin McCarthy was talking about it's time to get back to school, back to work, back to health.
Well, you know, we all know what's... Let's reduce it to simplicity.
Occam's Razor.
We all know what happened.

Let me make it real simple.
Obama and Biden sent Fauci to Wuhan.
They came up with a virus.
That's right.
Fauci knew that there was going to be an attack on the administration.
He even said so.
In or around January of 2020, the attack takes place.
In March of 2020, Gavin Newsom declares an emergency in California.
There are other emergencies declared around the day after the primaries.

And all hell breaks loose.
The Democrats, from my perspective, absolutely beat the living shit out of the average American family, knocking out millions of businesses, sending kids out of school, allowing people to suffer ignominious forms of death that no one should wish upon anyone.
And so when McCarthy comes out and says it's back to school, back to work, back to health, he's a little bit late because the churches have beat him there.
They've opened the doors.
It's time, God bless him, to get back to church, back to worshiping God.
And maybe what we'll see follow that is back to school, back to work, back to being healthy.
This thing is over and done with.
Don't be surprised when it disappears over the next 30 days.

Student-athlete Linnea Salts told an audience at CPAC, she who participates in the highest level of intercollegiate athletics, NCAA Division I, said her views do not stem from a desire to discriminate against transgender women.
But instead that accommodating LGBTQ athletes should not come at the expense of destroying women's sports and the dreams of biological female athletes.
We use the trigger word inclusion, but people don't realize by being inclusive in that sense, it's exclusionary to be like myself.
We don't want men's and co-ed sports, we want men's and women's sports.
And I would add, let there be trans Gender sports is a separate category if they so prefer, but don't mix them in with the girls and the women.
That's why there's a separation of sex within sports as well.
I think gender identity doesn't erase physiological advantages, and that's something we have to remember.
The issue of saving women's sports has come into the public consciousness with the Equality Act, where Democrats and some Republicans say it's necessary to address discrimination against individuals on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
Seeking to classify sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes under federal law But critics and religious freedom advocates argue its application could instead result in discrimination against various religious institutions, people of faith,
Men, women, and individuals who wish to subscribe to traditional views of gender and sexuality and shut out dissenters from the public square.
These are the most serious and appropriate remarks I've seen yet about this whole idea of having women participate in women's sports because they declare themselves to be female, which is just preposterous.
Rhonda Milstead from the South Dakota House of Representatives said a true equality act can only work if you ensure fairness across all levels.
In her example of women's sports, equality can only be achieved if the athletes are equal biologically and they have similar levels of strength and endurance.
Just because you might identify as something else doesn't make you equal.
So we have to recognize equal for what it is, and then the Equality Act can work.
But we can't make it mean something it does not.
Meanwhile, the Miss USA can reject the applicants who weren't biologically female, a judge ruled last week.
Because I view it as an organization that promotes a message and seeks to maintain control of that message, I view it as an association that cannot, under the Constitution, be required to allow plaintiffs to participate in what defendant says is a contradiction of that message.
The judge ruled, referring to the organization's stated mission of promoting natural-born females.
The judge cited the Supreme Court's ruling in Boy Scouts vs. Dale, in which the nation's top judges ruled the state of New Jersey could not force the Boy Scouts to accept gay Scoutmasters.
He also told the court Miss USA is an expressive organization as opposed to a commercial one, meaning it has a First Amendment right to its message and cannot be required to alter it.
The ruling came in Green v. Miss United States of America, and Nita Noelle Green, a male who identifies as a woman, sued the pageant in 2019 alleging it could not exclude people who identify as transgender women.
Well, this is a victory for women of America, and appropriately so.
I thought that statement at CPAC by the woman athlete was spot on.

Well, I remember when I was a Boy Scout, the oath was I pledged to keep myself physically fit, mentally awake, and morally straight to do my best to keep myself to be of duty to God and my country.
I was a Boy Scout, I was in the Civil Air Patrol, and I was a military officer later on.
This transgender plague, pathology, mental disease which is seeping into America is ultimately going to be the death and destruction and madness of America and the world.
Uh, if it's, uh, allowed to, to continue.
And it shouldn't be allowed to continue.
It's laughable.
It's absolutely disgusting that we have reached a decay in our mental, uh, judgment where we cannot plainly say that this, uh, whole transgender, uh, delusion Is not only a violation of Title IX, not only a violation of natural law, that you are born male or female, not in between.
Forgetting the whole, you know, androgynous thing or hermaphrodite, whatever you want to call it.
Putting that aside, you have males and females.
And to corrupt women and women's sports with this fantasy of males somehow taking estrogen, cutting off their penis, and sticking silicon in their breasts to pretend that they're women and wearing long wigs does not make them women.
They still have the masculine muscular superiority to women and this young woman standing up there is raking a very valid point that you are you are essentially defeating and destroying all of women's sports all of women's accomplishment and achievement for a Frankenstein schizophrenic monstrosity tiny portion of the population which you can trace their dysfunction to Broken families, dysphoria, mental problems, no doubt numerous drugs that they've been forcibly medicated on in the school systems.
You can track this confusion in people.
It's sad that the United States is the epicenter for this deconstruction agenda, but again, maybe that is another reason why the other nations of the world which would stand against that Look at America as the greatest threat to human sanity and a normal life than any other nation on the planet.

I was a Cub Scout.
My older brother got into the Boy Scouts.
I remember, on my honor, I will do my best, do my duty to God and my country, and to obey the Scout law, and help other people at all times, to keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight, and obey the Scout law.
You know, and the Scout Law, it's 12 points.
You're trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
So there's a lot to be said about scouting in America.
And I think to a certain extent, that should be promoted as much as possible.
Now, forgive me, I don't know the Girl Scouts, I don't know Girl Scout Law.
But I'm sure the Girl Scouts are doing about pretty much the same thing.
So I'm encouraging scouting for boys.
I'm encouraging scouting for girls.
I don't know how to deal with this transgender thing in the middle.
Honestly, I'm just being honest.
I don't get it.

I know there's some sexual dysphoria at birth, or there are problems that occur at birth.
And I'm sure those problems can be addressed.
But let's be courteous, let's be respectful, let's be kind to those people.
But that doesn't mean pushing into the region of All of a sudden, you know, opening up every boy to turn into a girl and every girl to turn into a boy, you know, there's just something that strikes me as sociologically or unhealthy as a society.
So, you know, I like your proposal, Jim.
You know, let's have transgender sports.
The men shouldn't compete against the girls, and the girls should not have to compete against the guys.
I mean, it's just, it's simple to me.
And I still don't know how you handle it, but I do know you have to do it respectfully, civilly, and courteously.

So here are the respective percentages who have been vaccinated in various countries.
The official news published by the corporate media, claiming the vaccines have been effective in reducing rates of COVID in Israel, has been scrutinized and examined by the Faculty of Medicine, Emerging Infectious and Tropical Diseases at Axe-Marcel University, where they have published their results.
The information quickly went viral and has now been translated into multiple languages.
A front page article appearing in the Francois newspaper about findings on the NACM website regarding what some experts are calling the high mortality caused by the vaccine.

They include the Israeli news site Yonet, the Israeli health minister database, and the U.S.
federal vaccine adverse event reporting system.

Well, I had a dental cleaning and the dental assistant told me she knew two people who got the vaccine and one of them had a cancerous mass immediately formed that they had to get cut out.
The other person's arm went red.
That's consistent with some of the other reactions that we've seen observed in the internet reporting of this But to have the dental assistant tell me personally she knew of two people that had a very negative reaction is very consistent with what our instincts and what the material so far has indicated.
That this is not something to be rushed in.
It is certainly not a miracle cure.
Donald Trump in his is falling over in support for this, I thought, worked politically against him.
And we had developed an executive order for him to read that essentially said, consistent with the Nuremberg Code and the Constitution of the United States, no one will be forced to get a vaccine under any circumstances.
And he should have positioned himself in the same way.
I'm not going to get a vaccine.
I stand against it.
I've had it and I've worked through it.
Hydroxychloroquine and that is my position.
We also met an ambassador in Washington who said he came down with COVID-19.
He took hydroxychloroquine and he said he was all better.
So this vaccine is becoming increasingly seen as the divider of society.
You have some people that are, in my mind again, I'll come back to a very hard cold reality.
