And welcome folks to Truth vs. News here on the March 2nd, New York Times.
And welcome folks to Truth vs. News here on the March 2nd, New York Times.
I'm Donald Ryan, your host down here enjoying Tahiti, and we've got a special day today.
It's March 2nd.
This is Dr. Seuss's birthday, and Dr. Seuss and Dr. Fetzer have something in common.
They both have had books banned.
Now, Dr. Seuss's comedies and Dr. Fetzer's evidences of truth are the same thing.
They both have six books banned, and so I guess we're doing something right, Jim.
Okay, well, we all know the cast here.
I guess we have a news story today about fake news here.
Let's get into it. Go for it, Tim.
Okay, well, we all know the cast here.
Scott Bennett, a brilliant military man.
talent psyops officer David Kenny, a distinguished California lawyer and me,
the most dangerous mind in the world or so they tell me.
Let's begin with, yes, fake news.
Donald Trump at CPAC was the major story of the weekend without any doubt.
He said the idea of creating a new party would be a terrible idea.
That was fake news.
We have a Republican Party.
It's going to unite us and be stronger than ever.
I'm not starting a new party.
The former president said forming a new party would divide the electorate as the party seeks to reclaim majorities in the House of Representatives.
Wouldn't that be brilliant?
Let's start a new party and divide our vote.
No, we're not interested in that.
He also tore into Biden and his GOP critics in his first post-presidency speech.
It was a wildly enthusiastic crowd.
I was very impressed with its tone.
He tore into Biden's fledgling presidency, hitting him over topics from immigration to the pandemic to trade The transgender rights.
He labeled Biden's administration as anti-jobs, anti-family, anti-borders, anti-energy, anti-women and anti-science.
Pretty much covering the bases.
He talked about the heavy emphasis on immigration and the border.
They may be killers, they may be rapists, they may be drug smugglers, but you bring them in and release them into our country, which appears to be part of the Democrat plan to increase their voter support after Donald Trump mopped the floor with them in the 2020 election.
We can also use this speech to target his GOP critics, including Representative Kinzinger of Illinois and Senator Romney of Utah, thinking out after Liz Cheney, who's a GOP conference chair.
Hopefully they'll get rid of her with the next election.
Get rid of them all!
We won the CPAC straw poll with 55% preferring him in a hypothetical 2024 primary, where Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, came in second at 21%, and South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, third at only 4%.
If Trump were not among the candidates, DeSantis had a wide lead at 43%, followed by Noem at 11%, Donald Trump Jr.
at 8%, and Mike Pompeo and Ted Cruz, 4th and 5th, at 7%.
What I found most astonishingly, actually, is that the Wisconsin State Journal here on Monday had not one word, not one word about CPAC.
I mean, that tells you how much they want to disappear him just as the Soviets.
Anyone who fell into disfavor with Stalin, they erased their photograph from the image.
It was astounding.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, CPAC is one of the most popular conferences in Washington and around the country.
The Conservative Political Action Conference is something I've gone to for over a decade when I was in Washington, D.C., and it has the traditional establishment conservative, but also strong Zionist Israeli interest groups there, as well as a host of others.
But I think Trump kind of changed the paradigm of all of that.
This speech that he gave and his appearance at this conference, however, does not redeem him and it does not forgive him and it will not certainly be forgotten about him if he does not, once again, as I've said before, and a large Percentage of the American public are saying this too.
The election of 2020 on November 3rd was one of the greatest crimes that's ever affected this country and it will not be forgotten and it will not be forgiven.
It will be corrected.
It will be prosecuted.
It will be punished.
And some people should be executed for treason, for their role in it.
And if Donald Trump does not participate in the redemption of this country, then he's on the side of those that are damaging this country.
You're either on the side of truth or the side of treason.
And I do not care about what the traitors and the scoundrels in the Supreme Court or elsewhere, I do not care about that.
I care about the ground war, the ground troops that are going into their own town and city governments, local governments, mayors, town councils, supervisors, sheriffs.
And declaring what many other House Congresses are declaring, such as Oklahoma, which is Biden's executive orders have no power of law.
Our illegitimate will not be recognized.
Oklahoma just ruled on that.
They just created a law.
North and South Dakota did that.
Other states are doing that.
That's what needs to happen around this country.
However Trump plays a part or not is, you know, it doesn't matter because He is not the force behind the resurrection of America.
He is not the golden calf.
He is not the idolatrous figure that people are seeking direction and comfort from.
Every day that goes by that this illegitimate, fraudulent administration is allowed to continue is another deterioration of Trump's character and reputation.
This will not bode well for him.
He will not have a chance in 2024.
I would be surprised if he even survived to 2024.
If his family even survived to 2024.
Because, I said it before, the sense of betrayal, the sense of treason, the sense of deceit that will tsunami behind Trump, Uh for all of the things that were failed to be done from the failure to imprison Hillary Clinton, the failure to uh prosecute uh what is it 140,000 indictments for all sorts of things from child sexual exploitation and other things, to the failure to prosecute Biden and Biden's son, to the failure with the executive order of 2018, to the failure
to shut down the states Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona, Pennsylvania that played a part in the fraudulent corruption and algorithmic manipulation of the election.
All these failures are coming down on Trump's head as a guillotine or they will come down in like one of those hammers hitting a carnival seesaw Catapult him up into the sky with a redemptive fireworks display.
But every day that goes by, I'm less enthusiastic about the latter and more sadly disgusted with head-shaking revulsion that the former is going to come to pass.
And if he is going to survive and he is going to have a chance at 2024, I think he is dismally miscalculating.
He'll be lucky to escape.
And this is what happened to the czar of Russia.
When the communists took over they destroyed him and his family.
I think the same thing would happen to Trump.
None of his kids have opened in any of this election stuff.
So this is not, the CPAC conference is not the wind of what the American consciousness is going.
And I think we have yet to see all of this arrive at a point of closure.
And if Trump does not appear as a redeemer of this closure, as a guardian, as a prosecutor of the evil,
then he will have failed his oath of office as commander in chief to support and defend the
constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
Domestic enemies attacked our constitution.
If he does not do anything about it, he will be perceived on the side of enemies.
And then all bets are off for the stability of the country.
In my bet, you will have a civil war like never before.
Jim?
Wow.
Those were extremely interesting and powerful comments, Scott.
My belief is that he knows well that he and his family are likely to be literally terminated, I mean killed, if he's not in office.
But that seems to me to be a reason why he intends to drain the swamp to clean up the mess.
Yes, I have not quite lost faith yet, but boy do I appreciate your sentiments.
He referred to Biden as a chief executive officer during CPAC, implying to me he had been inaugurated as part of the Defunct Corporation of 1871.
of 1871, he had said, we're not done yet, twice, to tremendous ovation.
And I believe he did not mean and wasn't talking about 2024.
I agree with you this has to happen and the sooner the better and if it drags out longer it's going to be greatly to his detriment and that of the American people.
So I appreciate your call to arms.
Don, your thoughts?
Real quickly, the Democrats are saying that on the election, we don't need to investigate the election.
It's over.
That's done with.
That's like saying that we shouldn't investigate a murder because the victim is dead.
That doesn't make any sense.
We got we got to investigate.
We got to correct things because we've lost a nation.
It is as serious as Scott says.
We're really on the edge.
I mean.
David, your thoughts?
Well, you know, Scott raised an interesting point.
And to a certain extent, I tend to agree with him.
I think I take Trump's term in office from 16 to 20 as being great in terms of its foreign agenda.
I think it's very distressing about the domestic agenda.
He was focused externally and not internally and he got ripped out from the he had the rug of America, what I'll call the green of America, the rug ripped out from under his feet.
I listen to a gentleman by the name of Jeffrey Prather once in a while and he's very good.
I like what he has to say and he talks about the war that China has and its unrestricted warfare across the 16 areas of infrastructure, trying to get into the United States and ripping it apart, which is going on.
I see this 2016 through 2017 through 2020 administration, and I hate to say this, but
I see it as a colossal, a colossal failure of our military to protect the President of
the United States.
The architects of that were Obama, Biden, CIA, etc.
And you know, I don't think you need a graduate degree to figure that out.
And you can see the implications coming from China and coming from Mexico.
Look, let's make it real clear, real simple.
China has one objective.
That's to get as many Chinese people as it can into America.
Yep.
Mexico has one objective.
That's to get as many Mexicans as it can into America.
Now you've got other countries that have the same agenda.
But the CPAC is not, it's not a national stage.
It's a conference.
And I agree with Mr. Bennett that it reveals some of the failures of the Trump administration.
Again, I think it was a colossal failure of the military and a colossal failure of those to whom he looked for advice, counsel, and direction.
And he was very much, from my perspective, failed at that.
There are repercussions.
There are sources of energy.
that invade our borders and attack our country.
It's going on 24 hours a day.
Now our military needs to get its head in the game and start protecting this country.
And if they can't protect the president of the United States,
then we better start looking to start protecting ourselves.
Absolutely.
I think you've both delivered a very sober message for the American people, which we need to appreciate
to its core.
Meanwhile, the blame Trump defense of the Capitol riot looks like a long shot.
It's like the dog ate my homework.
Trump made me do it.
It's falling apart.
Facing damning evidence in relation to the Capitol siege last month, which wasn't really deadly unless you count the fake shooting of Ashley Babbitt.
And the independent death of a police officer, but not from events that occurred during the riot, as casualties.
Rioters are arguing in court they were following then-President Trump's instructions on January 6th.
But the legal strategy has already been shot down by at least one judge.
Experts believe the argument's not likely to get anyone off the hook for the insurrection.
The purported defense, if recognized, would undermine the rule of law because then, just like a king or dictator, the president could dictate what's legal and isn't in this country, said U.S.
District Judge Merrill Howe, in ordering pretrial detention of William Cressman, a suspected member of the Kansas City area chapter of the Proud Boys.
And that's not how we operate here.
His attorneys had argued that the mob had been given explicit permission and encouragement by Donald Trump, which is factually wrong and really, frankly, an absurd claim, given the evidence we have presented, for example, during the fourth day of the impeachment trial, during which Trump was acquitted of inciting any insurrection and where it was obvious he had not done so.
So this is reaching a point of absurdity.
Prosecutors have brought charges against more than 250 so far, including conspiracy, assault, civil disorder, and obstruction of an official proceeding.
Authorities suggest a rare sedition charges could be coming against some hundreds of Persons pretending to be or posing as Trump supporters were photographed and videotaped storming the Capitol and posted selfies inside the building on social media.
So they can't argue in court that they weren't there blaming Trump.
Maybe the best defense they have.
What's a better argument when you're on videotape prancing around the Capitol with a coat rack in your hands?
That's Sam Schimansky, who's representing Dustin Thompson, an Ohio man accused of stealing a coat rack.
He said his client would never have been there had Trump not summoned him.
I think it fits perfectly, you said.
The more nuanced question is, who's going to buy it?
What kind of jury panel do you need to understand that?
Experts say blaming Trump may not get their clients off the hook.
It may help at sentencing when they ask for leniency.
It could also bolster potential cases against a former president.
That defense is dead on arrival, said Bradley Simon, a New York City white-collar criminal defense attorney and former federal prosecutor.
But I do think these statements by defendants saying they were led on by Trump causes a problem for him.
If the Justice Department or Attorney General were to start looking at charges against him for incitement of insurrection, where he must not have paid attention to the Trump team on that fourth date because they blew it out of the water.
And we know even the timeline defeats the claim that he had anything to do with it.
He didn't finish speaking until 1-11.
These events had already proceeded.
His supporters didn't show up until after the Capitol had already been breached.
I find it embarrassing that when Donald Trump had every reason not to disrupt the discussion and debate over evidence of election fraud, that they have twisted and perverted the facts of the matter When he told his followers to be peaceful and patriotic, when he did anything but incite insurrection, when there was no insurrection, this is just so much poppycock.
I'm finding it disgusting beyond belief.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, once again, we return to the very clear and easy to see timeline that Donald Trump's speech did not end.
All of the Capitol Hill troublemakers, the protesters in a sense, that went up there were really Antifa dressed in MAGA hats and acting like lunatics and banging and breaking on windows and they were called out as Antifa.
I knew people that were up on the Capitol grounds on that day that saw guns actually being dropped in the crowd, Jim.
I know a lady who was right there On Capitol Hill at the time, she was up there and she said a rifle had been thrown into the crowd and also she saw a pistol with a magazine dropped on the ground and no one touched it.
So they were trying to plant Uh, guns to try and trigger something.
That was the real revelation when she told me about that.
And, of course, the Antifa groups going up there and breaking windows and such.
This was all a psyop.
This was a psyop meant to distract the American public and Congress away from examining the real evidence of the election fraud and the corruption, which the Democrats were eager to do.
And then you see this played out in the fall shooting of Ashley Babbitt, the name Babbitt being a reference to a dullard, stupid, knuckle-dragging retard of a character in the Sinclair Lewis book.
The forensic analysis of the Ashley Babbitt shooting indicates there was no blood consistent with a typical wounding of a femoral artery or any major blood Uh, uh, producing artery that would spatter with droplets everywhere.
That didn't occur.
There was no blood except a small little coaster-sized blot that was apparently squeezed out of a balloon.
Uh, so the Ashley Babbitt shooting was false and the police officer allegedly who shot her has gone missing, right?
He's on leave or something like that.
Probably in Israel getting paid his Mossad wages.
So, the entire shooting on the Capitol Hill was fraudulent.
This is a very lame attempt to distract people and blame Trump and the MAGA supporters, but it's being used as part of a larger PSYOP that they, I think the left, have tried to brand every White, conservative, Republican, Christian, heterosexual, male, or group as a domestic terrorist.
That's their real agenda, and that designation certainly does not fit with the truth, and if they try and push it, again, they're going to trigger a civil war and a backlash that they have no idea what they're dealing with, because people won't People will tolerate it, especially the people who've been out of the military for 5, 10, 15, 20 years.
Those are the people that are seasoned, professional, skilled, and they are not in a mood to surrender what they fought and bled and died and saw friends of theirs die for.
They're not in the mood to surrender that to some half-wit, retard zombie surrounded by lesbians and transvestites, such as that fat transvestite, transgender thing that was just at the hearing for HHS Assistant Secretary position and was being railed by Wayne Paul.
That is an absolute disgusting thing, and for that to be broadcast across the world, my god, if you can't call America the circus of idiot retard lunatics, Based on this apparent administration, then you just haven't been paying attention.
And I hope God redeems this country and gives us a second chance.
But I wouldn't be surprised if he said, no, your time is up.
I'm pulling the plug.
You're sinking into the sea.
Jim?
Scott, I think you're right.
The U.S.
is being reduced to a laughing stock.
This is all so ridiculous and on a scale that makes it unmistakable.
No serious person can mistake what happened at the Capitol for anything other than a Democrat-inspired false flag to discredit Trump supporters and Donald Trump himself because he mopped the floor with them in 2020 and they're worried he's going to do it again.
So they're opening the floodgate to bring in millions of illegals that they believe are going to vote Democrat.
So they're trying to increase their vote and decrease the Trump vote.
But I agree with you 100%.
This situation is a mess and it needs to be cleaned up here and now.
David, your thoughts?
Two things.
Number one is when the demonstrators were attacking federal buildings and federal officers in Washington and Seattle, was the FBI asleep?
Were they not watching the news?
I don't recall any activity of the Federal Bureau of Investigation or the Department of Justice of considerable import or impact taking effect in either Washington or Oregon or other places.
All of a sudden the Capitol gets attacked with, you know, after hours essentially, you know, I'm sorry, pre-hours before the Trump's speech concludes, and here's all this activity by the FBI tracking down facial recognition, etc.
So I see this as being inherently biased.
I believe that the federal government has excused the crimes that took place in Washington and Oregon and then wants to amplify in magnitude the severity of people actually just Finding themselves inside the Capitol during a walk and a march and other individuals acting engaged in criminal conduct to now be associated with them and being put to blame is ridiculous.
There are those people who entered the Capitol and engaged in criminal acts and they should be charged.
There are those who just happened to be there.
They should be set free.
Not even set free, they should be exonerated.
There shouldn't be this hype about everyone who was in Washington was there to conduct an attack on the Capitol.
But again, let me stress something that is growing more and more alarming in my mind every day.
We have an attack.
And it was keyed by this ad by Warren Buffett saying, encouraging you to invest in America.
There are 1.4, 1.5 billion Chinese.
1.4, 1.5 billion Chinese.
There are about 300 million Americans.
You can kiss away 100 million Americans because they don't participate in voting whatsoever.
We've got 75 maybe million Republicans, 75 million or so Democrats.
So it's actually about 75 million people against 1.5 or 1.6 billion people.
against 1.5 or 1.6 billion people.
Now, we better wake up.
The Judeo-Christian values that this America is founded upon
is now under attack by foreign and domestic enemies.
And there are probably about 100 million people who are going to end up trying to defend themselves against 1.6 billion people.
That, my friends, is a colossal failure of government itself to protect us.
And I'll just say one thing.
As I was driving back from my doctor's office this morning, I realized that we have a fundamental problem in government.
And that is that our government is corrupt.
And it's a realization that we as Americans have to come to and somehow or another figure out a way to resolve it.
I'm tired of the liars.
I'm tired of the cheaters.
I'm tired of the abuse.
I'm tired of the fraud.
I'm tired of the waste.
I'm tired of the communications coming from our government.
We, as American people, paying our taxes, we are entitled to be represented by people who have our best interests at heart.
Not lining their own pocketbooks, or building their own businesses to do unethical and illegal things throughout the world.
Protect the United States and get with it!
I'm done.
Oh David, I think those are marvelous statements and I could not agree more.
Meanwhile, We have even Patrick Leahy hearing that authorities knew extremists might instigate violence at the Capitol riots, where he of course presided over the impeachment hearing after the Chief Justice declined, no doubt because he recognized it was not a constitutional procedure.
During a meeting with U.S.
Senate Homeland Security and Rules Committee, Leahy asked the former Capitol Police Chief Stephen Son why police weren't ready for the swarm who breached the building.
I really wonder why we didn't take this seriously enough to be prepared for them.
It took hours to bring in the National Guard and everything else.
You said there wasn't enough intelligence there, but in the same letter you stated the intelligence assessment, I'm quoting, indicated the Proud Boys, white supremacist groups, Antifa, and other extremist groups are expected to participate in the January 6th event.
It might even become violent.
How much more intelligence do we need than that?
Leahy also asserted he believes the attacks were coordinated.
I look at the lives that were lost, the people who fought, who protected our capital.
We saw this as a violent and I would say planned and organized attack on the United States and the U.S.
government by domestic terrorists.
I hope they will all be prosecuted as fully as they can.
Then after acknowledging it was previously planned and therefore cannot have resulted from incitement by a speech the president gave, that didn't conclude and after the intrusion had already begun, he adds that because Trump urges supporters to fight and show strength, that means Trump deserves blame for the riots, which is preposterous, even absurd.
Senator Ron Johnson, of whom I'm very proud as a representative of my state, shared a capital right eyewitness account by Center for Security Policy Analyst Jane Michael Waller, where the vast majority of Trump supporters were strongly in support of the Capitol Police, where the violence was started by small groups who were not, or did not appear to be, sincere Trump supporters.
The pro-police crowd went from disbelief and confusion to anger when the violence started, Johnson read, where the last five pages is titled, provocateurs turn unsuspecting marchers into invading mob.
He added he had a long list of questions he's given to committee chair Gary Peters from Michigan.
But Johnson's question may not be answered.
Peters simply takes for granted the Democratic line by stating Trump violated his oath by inciting a violent, deadly attack on the Capitol, which is obviously false.
Obviously and provably false.
The Trump team proved it already.
One federal partner, however, did know something.
The Washington Post reported the FBI's field office in Norfolk warned law enforcement on January 5th.
I repeat, on January 5th, that extremists could attack the nation's capital.
The warning included knowledge of conspirators distributing a map of the city's tunnels and meeting points where they could gather, where they gathered together at noon.
And where millennial Millie Weaver has done a brilliant job of exposing the prior planning, even using the social media, and the role of Jonathan Sullivan, where his brother James said he let 226 Antifa members into the Capitol posing as Trump members, and where Millie cited an expert on riots, I think he got it exactly right.
500 or more of them who said it was obvious to him what was going on here because those
rioters were as different from Trump supporters as alligators are from turtles.
I think he got it exactly right.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well picking up on the Millie Weaver aspect, she confronted outside of her hotel and captured
it on video, the Jonathan Sullivan fellow who tucked his tail and tried to run as far
as he could, but she said, wait a minute, you're Sullivan, aren't you?
You were part of the Black Lives Matter protests.
You were up there talking and then now you're on a Trump, you're a MAGA hat wearing guy?
And of course he ran away and got into the hotel and left.
Well he was subsequently arrested and it's a great intelligence find because his cell phone should have been confiscated and fully examined in every single phone call that he sent for the past three, six months I would say, but in particular during the Capitol Hill riots You know, a week before and up to that point, needs to be forensically examined because it will lead you directly to his contacts, to his handlers, to his financiers.
Like Rand Paul had said, we track down the money supply of the people that are flying these Antifa goons and putting them up in hotels.
Let's find out who's financing this.
George Soros?
Hillary Clinton?
Barack Obama?
Victoria Nuland?
Who knows where the rabbit trail leads?
So this is one of the things that should have been done, and should be done, is examining the Sullivan phone calls to see if they lead to CIA, lead to Mossad, lead to Leahy or any of the Democrats themselves for coordinating this, as well as leading to perhaps his father, the Air Force General, who retired in 2008.
Now we may see military industrial contractors involved.
This entire PSYOP is disclosing more and more what we've seen and known before, Jim.
And that is the terrible betrayal and treason by people in armed forces uniforms and police uniforms, pretending to be FBI, pretending to be Capitol Hill police, pretending to be marshals, pretending to be military, but they're absolutely betraying that constitutional oath.
This is the very real deep state revelation that we are surrounded by traitors in our midst that are engaging in these PSYOPs, these attacks, I'll add this too.
One of the pieces of intel that I discovered in Las Vegas was that Sandy Hook apparently was a federally protected witness protection geography.
So the land of Sandy Hook, the town of Sandy Hook, allegedly has been revealed as uh people up witness protection program jurisdiction real estate doesn't that make things a little bit more understandable with how the whole Sandy Hook thing was allowed to miraculously occur in the whole setup so that was one thing that uh we were we were talking about in Las Vegas and it just adds more and more this country is is in a terrible condition that perhaps the only way it's going to be
uh corrected and the shoulder put back in joint is with uh similar personalities that even have more bravado and fierce tenacity than Donald Trump and don't just go in and uh beat your enemy but break its back and break its neck and bury it to make sure the head of this this communist menace specter never arises again, Jim.
I'm fascinated by this suggestion that there's something very peculiar about Sandy Hook, that it was an enclave for individuals in witness protection.
It was very clear it was a Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Eric Holder operation to promote gun control, where one of my contributors, Paul Preston, Who actually as a school administrator who supervised these kinds of drills was so disturbed by what he saw broadcast from Newtown that day that he reached out to his contacts in the Obama Department of Education, all of whom
Needless to say.
It had been a drill that no children had been harmed and it was done to promote gun control.
I don't know how much better you could do.
Everyone in the Obama Department of Education knew what the hell was going on, which they
did not share with the American people, needless to say.
David, your thoughts?
Sure.
My thoughts right on point.
The United States Constitution says nothing about the education of children.
You'll have to find that in our state constitutions.
But the obligation that America has to educate its children is, in my opinion, one of the most paramount duties and obligations that it has to the American people.
And I'm afraid that America has allowed its education system to be invaded by foreign interests.
And I think that's going on across the board.
The Judeo-Christian ethics are under attack.
There's no question about that.
The Celtic people, European people, Hebrew people are now being attacked.
There's no question about that.
Labeled, if you're white, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant, Catholic, European, Russian, You know, whatever.
You're now a, quote, white supremacist, close quote.
Where, you know, I've spent my entire life raised on the proposition that all men are created equal, including women.
And I think that this is another colossal failure of the Trump administration in failing to address the status of education in our countries.
As I've said all along, And I've been trying to reveal as much as I can about the abuse, fraud, and waste associated with school bonds.
The corruption is just, it's just beyond belief.
And this continues to grow.
And the left, I'm telling you, is attacking us through our schools.
It's getting into our schools.
It's changing the attitudes, trying to change the character, trying to change the ethics of the American child.
If they do that, they don't have to worry about the future.
you're going to have 1.7 billion people who who adopt communism. Now I just don't think
that's an acceptable objective.
I think it's a call that we have to respond to.
It's something that we have to hear.
And not only that, we've got to open our ears wider than before.
We've got to understand that the Hebrew traditions, Greek traditions, Roman traditions, English traditions, German traditions, Russian traditions, these ways of living have sustained people for thousands of years.
The truths that are in these are not only just the simple truths about those different families, but they are about all families around the world.
I don't care if they're from Kenya, from Tanzania, from South Africa, from India, from wherever.
They're family values.
And I have nothing against the Chinese people.
I have nothing against the Mexican people.
I have nothing against African people.
I have nothing against anyone who's committed to God, committed to his family, and committed to his nation.
But what concerns me is the abject attack on the American people that's taking place.
And I'm telling you that the source of these attacks is outside of our borders.
And we have domestic Assistance.
Letting them come in.
Encouraging their participation.
Encouraging their activity.
They're trying to globalize the United States.
And do that by ripping down our family values and our, what I'll call, American culture and our American history.
So I don't know what to say other than I don't want to spend time on the capital breach.
BFD.
It's over.
It's done with.
I get it.
I understand it.
But we've got a country to repair, not a capital.
That's right.
That phrase, all men are created equal, is very relevant today because, of course, all men, all human beings, aren't created equal in terms of intellect, ability, physique, height, weight, age, sex.
I mean, we're not all created equal.
What that means is something like equal in the eyes of God or of equal moral value or under the law.
And the Democrats seem to me to be preferring that, to want to make everyone equal in terms
of resources available or, you know, what they're entitled to or not.
And it's a matter of lowest common denominator.
I think there's a very powerful reduction to the minimal standards that the Democratic
Party is pushing.
Don, we're so glad you could rejoin us after the technical flaw.
Please share your thoughts about this topic.
Well, I will say that everybody is equal, equally low.
That's not the way it is, but everybody is equal in the eyes of the law.
I mean, that's the way it should be.
But we all are unique, and we all contribute something.
And so, do your thing.
Do whatever you want, and do it well.
And stay tuned to the roots of the of the world, which is, I think, following that Bible. And
so I think if you do that, you'll be serving the best you can and contributing to our
society positively.
Okay, very good. Meanwhile, we have Eric Garland, the Antifa attorney general,
who's planning to crush the Senate.
This comes from a wonderful website.
You can't help but notice the diversity.
Not one of them, not one of the 16, is a non-Hispanic white Protestant heterosexual male.
To put that another way, not one of the 16 comes in the same slice of the diversity pie as did every single one of our nation's founding fathers.
That is the working definition of the word diversity in our benighted age.
No non-Hispanic, white, Protestant, heterosexual males.
That's true diversity.
Only one of the 16 is a white male Protestant, Pete Buttigieg, who of course is gay.
As an Episcopalian, his Protestantism is borderline.
I count eight Roman Catholics, four Jews, two Protestants, one Hindu, and one unknown by sex.
10 guys and 6 gals cutting by race and ethnicity, 10 white, 3 black or blackish, 3 hispanic, bisexual preference, 14 apparently heterosexual, 1 homosexual, 1 unknown.
Now it's traditional to regard a new president as entitled to his cabinet picks that the senators should be forbearing and challenging them with due allowance for a bit of grandstanding.
Given that, The confirmation hearings are somewhat of a formality, but instruction came this week from Merrick Garland picked by Biden to head the Department of Justice.
Justice in the U.S.
is in serious trouble by having been politicized Our ruling class has been seized by an ideology, the one loosely called wokeness.
As a longtime fan of Professor Paul Godfrey, I prefer cultural Marxism, with many facets but central tenets of deep hostility to the founding stock of the USA and fierce intolerance of all dissent.
In the matter of justice, the effect has been to give us a two-tiered system, a shameful double standard.
Anarchist mobs who burned, looted, and murdered their way through our cities last year have been smiled upon by the courts.
The motley crew who entered the Capitol on January 6th, by contrast, hunted down and crushed like bugs.
No bail, no celebrity support, no GoFundMe pages, no allowance, For personal circumstances, as Miranda Devine has observed, as for Portland, Oregon, charges were dropped for 90% of the rioters arrested in September's anti-cop violence.
One 23-year-old charged with attempted murder arson, possession of a destructive device, and rioting was released on a $1,000 bond.
Seattle was as bad.
Mayor Jenny Durkan lauded the lawlessness that would lead to the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Horace Lorenzo Anderson in July as a summer of law.
These were the deadly protests Biden benignly described as peaceful and Kamala said are not going to stop and they should not.
Yet after a few hours of madness one day in January, every Trump supporter in the country is being treated as if they flew a plane into the World Trade Center.
They are all under suspicion for what Biden said last week was the greatest threat in America, domestic terrorism.
It could not be more obvious.
There's one system of justice for those who hold approved opinions, another for dissidents.
Anglo-Saxon jurisprudence has always allowed intent as a factor in dispensing justice, where an unintended homicide is treated differently from an intended one, the difference between second and first degree murder.
But that principle has now been distorted to If I burn down your store because of some grudge I bear not toward you but toward society in general, I will not be punished so long as my grudge is a good fit for the ruling ideology.
But if I enter a federal building unarmed with a vague intention of disrupting a parliamentary procedure, Even allowed in by uniformed security personnel and put my feet up on a legislator's desk, I will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law so long as my intention or any of my personal connections are at odds with regime ideology.
This gross and obvious double standard is third world jurisprudence.
It's how things are done in the Congo, Uzbekistan, China, or Guatemala.
No American jurist with any respect for our nation's history of Constitution should tolerate it.
And here you got a perfect example, this guy who now pretends to be President of the United States, sleeping through these acts of violence and arson and mayhem in June, July, and August.
But when we have an incursion into the Capitol, it becomes a major issue that must be punished to the full extent of the law.
Scott, your thoughts?
Well, I'm reminded of when I was back in Washington in November with Sidney Powell's team and General Flynn's team and Patrick Byrne and the whistleblowers, Tory and Patrick Byrne being an assortment of other people, as well as SEALs and Special Forces and U.S.
Marshals that were protecting us.
from the CIA Mossad teams that were chasing after us, listening to our conversations, rifling through our rooms, hacking into our computer laptops and cell phones.
During that whole carnival, one of the things that we were consistently saying, and I was the vocal point of it, was that these These enemies that were trying to overthrow Donald Trump, that were participating in the Antifa riots and chaos, and we were anticipating tremendous left-wing riots when Donald Trump announced that he, you know, was the winner and the president.
We weren't going to stand by for an election fraud and a theft and a foreign interference by Chinese Communist Party and Union Bank of Switzerland and Dominion voting machines and Staple Street Capital and Premier voting machines and all that other jazz.
We were anticipating tremendous back push by the left and I said they need to be labeled and prosecuted as domestic terrorists.
So it is offensive and outrageous to me that my very words that were being recommended to Donald Trump seem to be taking root and fertile in the left-wing Biden administration Department of Justice and these other idiots on Capitol Hill who are calling conservative Trump supporters domestic terrorists.
So yeah, it's bizarre and outrageous at the same time that we have failed to execute that judgment upon these left-wing rioters, because that's certainly what real domestic terrorist is.
The other failure, of course, was during the time of the riots and the chaos and the burning of the looting and all of this jazz, Donald Trump should have assigned his federal attorneys, his U.S.
attorneys, in every state where this was happening, in every city, ordering, as the chief law enforcement officer, that federal charges would be filed against everyone and anyone who was participating in violent protests, throwing Molotov cocktails, or throwing rocks at police, or engaging in riots, Under the violation of the constitutional rights of other people.
They are engaged in domestic terrorism.
They are not engaged in a riot.
They are engaged in overthrowing the United States of America.
They are trying to intimidate and terrorize the American public.
And the media, of course, is participating in that with their nonsense This is a peaceful protest.
There's no violence here, despite the buildings in the background being incinerated with infernos.
Never mind the attack on people like Kyle Rittenhouse, who went to Kenosha to defend businesses, to defend old people from getting mugged in the streets, and him being attacked and shooting his way to defend his own life.
The failure to prosecute these left-wing mobs as domestic terrorists using the federal courts is, again, a major disgusting failure by the Republicans who do not obviously understand street fighting when it comes to politics.
That's all the Democrats do.
That's all they know.
They are liars and rotten in their hearts and dead in their souls, which means they are natural Death speakers and pathological liars.
Everything that comes out of their mouths is calculated to have the most poisonous and destructive effects.
So for everybody from Leahy to Ocasio-Cortez, To Hillary Clinton, to Obama, all of these people are designed as weapons of death, madness, and deceit.
And the Republicans are these cigar-smoking good old boys that think they can just get along with cocktail hour conversations.
We are not in that America anymore.
We are on the brink of absolute destruction because we have such an abysmal failure of street fighting Republicans, except for a few people seem to be rising up, such as Marjorie Taylor Greene and perhaps some other ones.
And I think a new crop that will be more Trump than Trump is awaiting in the wings.
I know for a fact that we've been we've been talking about this and people electrify and they're they're putting Trump to the side and say he started a awakening And now we're going to carry that to the next level.
We're going to be more aggressive than Trump and finish what he started because he's obviously incapable of doing it.
That's what people's sentiments are, Jim.
God, I think you're spot on that there should have been a massive crackdown in Minneapolis when all this rioting and looting and arson took place, and prosecution of the officials, including the district attorney, who is a radical himself, the Attorney General of Minnesota, for failure to adhere to their responsibility to enforce the law.
I agree with you 100%.
It's clear The approach of leaving it up to the states, when the states would not respond appropriately, was a disaster and a major contributor to what would eventually culminate with an intrusion into the Capitol as a false flag, but one easily understandable within the context of the history of these developments throughout the year.
David, your thoughts?
Yeah, I'm going to tell you exactly what I think.
I think President Trump was surrounded by a bunch of self-serving people who wanted to kiss his ass for promotions.
I love that.
That's what I think.
You know, if you're going to serve someone, you have to tell them the truth.
You have to defend your position.
You have to speak with an honest and open heart and say what you think is going on.
Now, in some things, he did a great job.
There's no question about it.
Some of his foreign policy accomplishments are legendary.
Taking on China, legendary.
But now we've got to look at the reverse of what's happened.
And I've said it, and I'll say it again.
Domestically, you know, other than getting manufacturing back here and expanding the base of the Republican Party, he appealed to what we'll call the country club set.
But America, you know, America is composed of the average working man.
I was raised in a family, my mom raised three kids on her own, okay?
I'm the greatest supporter of women's rights that I know, and I defend them to the grave.
I mean, you know, people say you're a white, Anglo-Saxon, Protestant, Catholic, white supremacist, misogynistic son of a bitch, okay?
I say, you don't know me.
You don't know me.
That's right.
Okay, you don't know, I'm not a country club, cigar smoking, you know, kind of guy.
I like to be out there with a working man in the public and just understand what the vibrancy of our nation is all about.
It's a, look, it boils down to this.
The promise of America.
The promise of education is the instruction of wisdom.
And we want that wisdom to guide our nation.
And I don't think President Trump, coming from a business background, was prepared for the political situation that he found himself in.
It's not solved by businessmen.
Okay, it's not solved by entrepreneurs.
It's solved by other types of thinkers, by philosophical types of thinkers, by political scientists.
Now, I like Steve Bannon.
I'll tell you, Bannon's got my vote any day of the week.
I'd like to see a Trump-Bannon ticket.
Quite frankly, if I had my druthers, I'd like to see a Bannon-Trump ticket or a Bannon-DeSantis ticket.
But I like Steve Bannon because one thing I like about him, he's a naval officer and he speaks the truth.
Now we've got, you know, we're looking at John Kerry who addressed, you know, the graduating class at Northwestern and said, prepare yourselves for a borderless world.
You know where he's headed.
He's erased the borders.
He's an erase the border guy.
Let me tell you about Xavier Becerra.
You want to know about Becerra?
He's prosecuting a guy.
He's adding charges to a guy who proved that Planned Parenthood was conducting itself in violation of federal laws.
And to think for a moment, listen to this, The bishops of the Catholic Church in America have questioned whether Joe Biden is a real Catholic.
Okay?
They question that.
In fact, based on an article I read, they have encouraged him to stop proclaiming himself to be a Catholic.
Okay?
That is shocking to me.
But think about that.
The bishops of the Catholic Church have told Joe Biden to ramp it down.
That's because of the issue of abortion.
How do we protect children in the womb?
You know, I'm a guy I believe all life starts at conception.
I don't care what anybody else thinks.
I don't care what anyone else tells me.
I don't care what the Supreme Court thinks.
I don't care what anyone thinks.
That's what I believe.
Okay?
That's what I believe.
And so, you know, when I see what's going on in this country, and when I see what President Trump tried to do, and what I see President Biden attempting to accomplish with this Christmas tree ornament type of picks for his cabinet, it's really depressing to me.
If you, you know, if I want to have someone, you know, they have a white Anglo-Saxon Protestant Catholic person who's the transgender Queer of the Year guy, okay?
And, you know, I don't like that.
But, you know, that's what Biden wants to do.
Fine with him.
But this is disturbing to me.
There's this undercurrent of culture insensitivity.
And that's got to stop.
Scott, I think you made an absolutely crucial point that the lawlessness of Minneapolis, Portland, and Seattle is the root of the problem.
We had to clamp down and impose law and order, or give up the ghost, and that's close to where we are.
Don, take us out.
Yes.
Oh, this is Christmas news on March 2nd.
First hour, and well, this is one heavy hour.
You really ought to sit down and absorb and act on.
So, if you can handle it, come on back for the second hour.
I'm sure it's going to be even heavier and more important.
