This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm very pleased today to be joined by Giuseppe Vaffangulo from the District of Criminals, which has been burnishing its credentials of late, and David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.

♪♪♪ We begin with the Democrats very upset that the Senate
parliamentarian ruled that a $15 minimum wage did not fit within the context of the coronavirus stimulus bill.
The House has voted to pass Biden's $1.9 trillion pandemic relief package, including an increase to the minimum wage from $7.25 to $15 an hour.
Where the parliamentarian found it did not comply with budget rules, Democrat Senators Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kristen Sinema of Arizona have also said they'll oppose the measure.
And while the Democrats would like to overcome the filibuster, Bernie Sanders is eager to move forward.
Both of them have expressed opposition So Senate Budget Committee Chair Sanders says Democrats should ignore the Senate parliamentarian ruling vowing to force the Senate to vote.
If we fail in this legislation, I will be back.
We are going to keep going.
We are going to raise that minimum wage very shortly to $15 an hour.
Senator Warren said also she favors overriding the parliamentarian, but Warren said the Senate filibuster rule, which requires 60 votes to pass most controversial legislation, is the biggest obstacle facing President Biden's agenda.
Understand, the only reason we're in this mess is because of the filibuster.
If we would get rid of the filibuster, we wouldn't have to keep trying to force the camel through the eye of a needle.
Well, that's really a bad idea, to do away with a filibuster, and would receive a very bad response.
Meanwhile, Progressive won't accept a loss on this subject.
After a weekend of activity, A one-page letter went out to 22 Democrats, including those involved in the text exchange and other top members like AOC, to the President and Vice President, calling on them to refute
The recommendation of the parliamentarian, the leading progressive who chairs Sanders' presidential campaign, Ro Khanna, has also been in touch with the White House issue.
The outdated and complex Byrd Rule, rooted in restricting progress, must not be an impediment to improving people's lives.
Condemning the provision called the Byrd Rule, under which the wage hike was dismissed, While conversations about alternatives are ongoing, those on the left are generally against the idea of trying to raise the minimum wage through a stand-alone bill, acknowledging it's unlikely to pass.
So, of course, they want to hear from the Biden administration about working around it.
The White House, however, has not expressed enthusiasm for working around the parliamentarian or for getting rid of the filibuster.
Remember, Joe Biden spent all those years in the Senate, and if he has any cognitive faculties left, If this is even the same guy, he's going to be reluctant to do away with a feature that's been a distinctive part of its history.

Jim, this is an exercise in what cowards the federal elected politicians are.
If the government had been doing its job since the 60s, they would have tied the minimum wage to the cost of living, a realistic cost of living, so it would have gradually increased year after year, decade after decade, instead of now the sticker shock of going from I don't know what it is.
I think it's like seven bucks or eight bucks an hour.

They've allowed the globalists to destroy the working class.
You can no longer, unless you're really lucky and have a certain skill like a plumber or an electrician,
make a living wage as a blue collar worker.
So they've destroyed that opportunity, created a gig economy.
The problem with a $15 wage now, which Yeah, maybe is the goal.

It's so inappropriate under the circumstances.
So now you've got a little local restaurant who's trying to hold on to this COVID scandemic,
and they're paying their people, you know, what, seven bucks plus tips, and all of a sudden you
force them to have to pay $15 an hour. You're going to put them out of business, which maybe
is the goal. Yeah, maybe is the goal. I'm with you. It's so inappropriate under the circumstances.

And, you know, this is typical of career politicians that have never worked in the real world.
They've never owned or operated a small business.
And as Ashepi pointed out, $15 an hour, small business cannot afford to pay someone $15 an hour to make lattes or flip burgers.
And, you know, big corporations will be able to do that to some degree, but you're going to see a lot of, if this happens, a lot of these workers are going to be replaced by robots.
They already have robots that can cook hamburgers and fill up drinks and all that.
So it's going to actually end in destruction of jobs.
And this is just a typical politician thinking that they have the magic wand and they can fix it just by passing a law.
It's not how it works.
I thought Giuseppe brought up a great point.
Why hasn't the cost of living been tied to inflation?
Not only for minimum wage jobs.
I don't know why the conversation is always about minimum wage jobs.
Just work in general.
The Federal Reserve engineers inflation every year, yet there's no corresponding tie to wages.
It never has been.
That's a great point.
This should be part of the conversation, not only about minimum wage.
Meanwhile, The pay for CEOs has been skyrocketing over the last 30 years as American wages have not been going up.
It's not uncommon at all.
In fact, it's about average for large corporations.
The average pay for a CEO is around $17 million a year.
Yeah, no, you're 100% correct.
Talk about an oligarchy.
I mean, it's anything but a working class environment here in the United States.
Meanwhile, Rand Paul and Ron Wyden want to end the endless national emergency.
This is highly appropriate.
Where all presidential emergency declarations would expire 72 hours after 72 hours unless Congress were to vote to continue them.
The most recent national emergency was declared just two weeks ago when Biden granted himself emergency power to freeze the property and assets of individuals and businesses related to Myanmar's military following an attempted coup in the Southeast Asian country.
It didn't make national news.
But why would it?
It's just one of 34 currently active national emergencies, each coming with its own special powers the president can use until he decides to stop.
The longest running was invoked by Jimmy Carter in response to the Iran hostage crisis, which ended in 1981, though the emergency never did.
Others, authorized by Bill Clinton, W., Barack Obama, and Trump, are still humming along with no end in sight.
Congress can respond to emergencies by disapproving of them after the fact, which it occasionally does.
Trump's declaration of a national emergency along our border with Mexico to redirect funds to build a border wall was blocked by Congress in 2019.
But doing that requires a supermajority of both chambers, and generally, Congress can't be persuaded to get off its collective doff.
Congressional inaction and executive power-grabbing are nothing new, of course, but Rand Paul and Ron Wyden are teaming up to try to force a change such that all of these emergency declarations would expire after 72 hours unless Congress were to renew them.
So they'd automatically sunset after 90 days, unless Congress voted again to renew.
The bill would repeal Section 706 of the Communication Act of 1934, written before cell phones or the Internet, with language so broad, some legal experts worry it could be used as a kill switch for the Internet.
Unfortunately, the bill is undermined by the fact that Paul and Wyden proposed to exempt some presidential powers, such as those granted by the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which allows presidents to impose sanctions on foreign officials and businesses deemed a threat to national security.
So there it is, an attempt that would go a long way, but far from all the way, to stem these national emergencies which have been subject to a lot of abuse.

Well, my thought is you've got the fox in the henhouse and you're asking the fox to regulate the fox.
I just don't think it's going to happen, but it's great to For Rand Paul to at least make the effort to eliminate this egregious overreach of power with these emergency acts.
For example, the whole COVID scandemic, which in reality was intentionally developed gain-of-function bioweapons released on purpose by Fauci, Gates, and their minions to create this false fear-porn pandemic.
which in reality is trying to drive a global vaccination agenda which is insane and making people wear masks and take these deadly jobs is maiming and murdering millions of people and this is just starting this is just a tip I mean this is just the snowball beginning to roll down the hill.
Wait till the natural coronavirus really mutates instead of like a modest regional mutate.
Wait till it goes like an iPhone operating system from 14 to 15.
A true mutation and all these people who are hardwired now to are going to be maimed or die.
And so There should be no Operation Warp Speed.
There should be no power to serve this globalist, traitorous attack on us.
So much power should be removed from the federal government, put in the hands of the states and the regions and the localities, and people need to wake up and take back their lives.

Great points, Giuseppe, and we're already seeing that start to happen with these states refusing to comply with certain regulations and removing mask mandates, opening up their states.
You know, it's about time that these individual states take back their power because we truly have a federal government that is completely out of control and it's actually turned against the American people.
And you know, I think we've been in a state of emergency of one kind or another since 9-11, continuously.
And unfortunately, I have to agree with Giuseppe, I don't think it's going to happen in terms of repealing it.
Because if you look through history, it's extremely rare for any government to give up power of any kind once they seize it.
But maybe this will work its way through Congress?
I highly doubt it.
You know, Rand Paul's father, I think only had one bill make its way through Congress his entire career as a congressman, so it's probably not going to happen, unfortunately.

Meanwhile, former CIA Director John Brennan is embarrassed to be a white male.
Here's what he should be embarrassed about.
He said he's increasingly embarrassed to be a white male in reaction to investigations about the Capitol Hill riot.
Bizarre comments on an MSNBC panel.
On the panel, former Democrat Senator Claire McCaskill, who is a lost cause, told host Nicole Wallace, Claire's CIA, I have never seen so many whiny white men calling themselves victims as I saw over the weekend at CPAC.
I mean, these are all people who think they have a huge grievance from a position of significant privilege, which is about as gross a mischaracterization as CPAC I could imagine.
She was asked her take on Antifa and other left-wing radicals being blamed by Republicans for the riots, for which we have a tremendous amount of evidence.
McCaskill replied, it's become the norm in the new Republican Party.
The line is just peachy keen, and I can't believe the majority of Americans are going to accept that, especially if we remain vigilant about pointing out facts.
Then Brennan was asked, and he said, I must say, in response to Claire's point, I'm increasingly embarrassed to be a white male.
Wallace added and said, when I see what my other white males are saying, I mean, this is just ridiculous.
This is ludicrous.
Many of us recall the Democrats saying a different tune about Mitt Romney and the Cheneys before Trump's arrival.
A former CIA director continued, and the fact this adds such security and safety implications for the American public and members of Congress, again as Claire said, it's a disgusting display of craven politics that should have no place in the U.S.
in 2021.

Senator Rand Paul, who's battled these socks, especially Liz Cheney, his entire career, laid out in February what Brennan should be ashamed of.
When Paul opposed impeaching Trump, Brennan said of Paul, he typifies the worst of Trump's graven enablers.
Any senator excusing this dangerous behavior makes a mockery of public service.
That's when Senator Paul let Brennan have it.

Meanwhile, the FBI cannot disclose the cause of death for Officer Brian Sicknick, according to Director Ray, because of course it would contradict the idea that it had anything to do with a The storming of the Capitol.
In response to a question from Chuck Grassley during a Senate hearing, Grassley noted conflicting reports about the cause of death and whether there's a homicide investigation.
Notice how Wright skips over the word homicide.
There's an ongoing investigation.
I certainly understand and appreciate the keen interest in what happened to him.
I would say that already implies no homicide.
Despite Ray's testimony, it's unclear whether the FBI does not know the cause of death or simply won't disclose it.
Very clear it's the latter and not the former.
You can't disclose it because it would disrupt the political narrative the Democrats are pushing.
Meanwhile, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the state capitol, protesters were outside with a violent demonstration.
They were Democrats, but they were opposing a voter ID law for absentee voters, and Democrats were outraged.
It's harder to cheat when you have to prove who you are and where you live.
So they stormed the Capitol, big opposition, but it didn't get any publicity.

Ray also mentioned during this testimony that there are 2,000 open investigations right now ongoing about the so-called Capitol riots.

If you think about the amount of manpower and man-hours it would take to fulfill investigating 2,000 cases, especially when only maybe a couple hundred people got inside the building.
So this is just pure clown show, clown world.

It's astonishing the government of Israel entrusted the health of the people to Pfizer by entering into a secret contract that enrolled the Israeli population to become research subjects without their knowledge or consent.
How appropriate.
To date, Israel has vaccinated 53% of the population, twice the percentage of the next closest nation, Britain with 26.9.

lags behind the other two, Germany and Australia far behind them.
The official news published by the corporate media claims the vaccines have been effective in reducing COVID in Israel.
It's been scrutinized by faculty at Alex Marseille University, who published their results in a discussion forum called NECM.
Information quickly went viral.
It's now been translated into several languages.
Get this.
A front page article appearing in the Francois newspaper about findings on the NACM website regarding what some experts are calling a high mortality caused by the vaccine, where their data reports Pfizer's shot causes mortality hundreds of times greater in young people compared to mortality from coronavirus without the vaccine.
Dozens at times more in the elderly.
When the documented mortality from coronavirus is in the vicinity of the vaccine dose, thus adding greater mortality from heart attacks, stroke, and so forth.
Prince writes that they follow publications, data analyses, and feedback from various countries, and have therefore taken an interest in the Nakeem article.
After a presentation, they discuss their data analysis, the validations carried out, limitations, and conclusions.
Their findings are there is a mismatch between the data published by the authorities and reality on the ground.
They have three sources of information beside emails and adverse events reports they receive through the internet, which are the Israeli news site Yonet, the Israeli health ministry database, and the U.S.
federal vaccine adverse event reporting system.

In January 2021, there were 3,000 records of vaccine averse, advancing only 2,900 for mRNA.
That's almost a totality.
Compared to other years, mortality is 40 times higher.
On February 11th, a UNED article presented data related to vaccination, where they claimed to have debunked the analysis based on data published by UNED itself.
We took the data by looking at mortality during the vaccination period, which spans five weeks.
By analyzing these data, we arrived at startling figures that attribute significant mortality to the vaccine.
They say vaccinations have caused more deaths than the coronavirus would have caused during the same period, and I'm sure that's by many factors.
They declare for them this is a new holocaust.
They also advise specialists to complete their analyses and intend to pursue legal follow-ups.
The authors deplored the fact of not being able to communicate on this vital information with their fellow citizens in Israel.
Mordecai Sones also has his own radio broadcast.
A few weeks ago, he began his broadcast by reading the names of 28 persons who died following the Pfizer-Expandamil COVID vaccinations in Israel.
He began with some elderly rabbis, but also include young people who had no existing health problems and died suddenly, including a 25-year-old woman.
After reading the names, he stated, the list continues, but cannot be brought here in its entirety due to time constraint.
An Israeli man who posted this reading stated, I made this short video of an audio broadcast of Bordecai Sohn so that I could pass on the information.
Many here in Israel have been dying after receiving the vaccine, but none of this information seems to be making it into the mainline media.
Surprise, surprise!
I think it's safe to conclude what's happening in Israel right now with a massive rollout of the experimental Pfizer COVID mRNA vaccine is a test of what the globalists desire to roll out in other countries around the world.
So everyone should be watching carefully what Israel is doing right now to see what is probably coming to the U.S.
and other countries around the world before you know it.

Well, my first thought is that we now know that Sheryl Atkinson listens to Rev Radio
or maybe watches the simulcasts we do in video.
Because for the last month, I've been saying, there's only one strategy for this scamdemic, which
is whatever Tony the Rat Fauci tells you to do, whatever Devil Bill Gates tells you to do,
whatever the World Health Organization or the CDC tell you to do, do the opposite and you'll be just fine.
So that is sage advice, and she stole that from me.
And secondly, the interesting thing about this article, number one, it's pretty hyperbolic.
The only thing that would have been better is if Bayer was making the vaccine,
and then he could have claimed it was the final solution.
And so it's over the top.

There's no way to really verify what his statements are saying, but I can tell you the following things.
that the vaccine adverse event reporting system VAERS is incredibly difficult to get your information onto.
So whatever the number VAERS report, there's probably 10 to 20 times more
and people just got frustrated figuring out it's a complex system to use.
And a lot of medical people just don't take the time because it eats up a lot of their day.
And so finally, I would say that anything even from this kind
of, I don't know if I believe this guy or not, cause it seems to evoke the classic chicken swinging
pity party.
But, you know, the bottom line is true that this vaccine, any of them, will maim you and it will kill you.
And Dr. Sherry Tenpenny just came out publicly and started to say it's going to be horrible in three to six months, and she's absolutely right.
Yeah, she's absolutely right.

In California, parent groups are calling it hypocrisy after a video service showing the president of the Berkeley Teachers Union dropping off his two-year-old daughter at an in-person preschool.
Matt Meyer, president of the Berkeley Federation of Teachers, has fought for what he calls a gold standard for the teachers he represents, saying Berkeley schools should only reopen in-person learning when educators are vaccinated, among other criteria.
Looking to prove a double standard by the Berkeley Federation of Teachers union president, they followed Meyer and his two-year-old daughter to her preschool camera in
hand. The footage they captured has ignited the ire of parents, parent groups, fighting
teachers union and Meijer in particular.
This is not hypocrisy in the traditional sense. The two sets of rules and standards are part of
the ideological outlook of an elite ruling class of leftists who believe themselves to be above the
rules and regulations are pushing on others.
It's not a sense of boundless hypocrisy that drives them to showcase their disconnect.
The disconnect is purposely part of the ideological advancement of their goal.
Elitism in its most raw and brutal display is a system of people who are beyond reproach according to their own outlook.
They must not be questioned.
They are in ultimate control of society, outcomes, or, fill in the blank, as an extension of their self-proclaimed magnanimity.
Essentially, they are projecting their position inside a club, and all those not in the club are outsiders who do not get to provide input or judgment on the club rules.
Those within the club, for example, the DC club or the union leadership, want those outside the club to accept that there are two systems of rights and responsibilities, where club members have all powerful rights and no responsibility for consequences, non-club members lesser rights and full responsibility for consequence.
This is the cornerstone of a tiered or classist society outlook.
Rules for thee but not for me is more than a catchphrase.
It's an actual worldview with a history and political control.

Yeah, you know, to me this is no surprise that he's sending his kid off to a private school.
It's an open secret that kids aren't learning diddly squat over the computers, especially younger kids.
You know, high school kids are probably able to learn a little more than ones that have some kind of discipline and actually want to learn.
Young children, grade schoolers, middle schoolers aren't learning a damn thing.
And we're really setting up a whole generation of kids to be pretty much out of the game when it comes to having any kind of high education or skills.
I want to look into this, but I don't think the Chinese schools are all closed up like they are in the States.
I'm going to look into it, but I don't believe they are.
It's interesting to note, too, that this Myers character, he's making enough money to send his kid off to a private school in Berkeley.
That's gotta cost a lot of money.
That should give you a clue as to how much these upper elite in the school system are actually making.
I used to know this lady that was a superintendent of a fairly small, no, medium-sized school district in California.
She was making $325,000 a year, believe it or not.
That's pretty good money.
You know, I remember when I was a kid, teachers didn't make that much money.
They lived fairly austere lives and as a result, the people that were teachers actually really cared about teaching.
And I don't think we have that situation now.
And also, I would just add that I don't think parents should just send their kids back to school so quickly anyway.
This is a great time to maybe unplug from the public school system.
Because, you know, if they do reopen, they're planning on making little kids wear masks all day long, wash their hands 25 times a day, you know, put hand gel all over themselves, and be tested for COVID twice a week or once a week, have plexiglass sheets around their desks, That's no way to go through life.
You're just training little kids to be slaves in a future system that is going to treat them as such as well.
And just as a further note, they're already testing the vaccine or the quack-zine, as Giuseppe likes to say.
They're already testing this on six-year-old children, I just read this morning.
So that is an ominous sign.

Biden's Department of Defense is providing a $125 million grant to improve Ukraine's ability to counter Russian aggression.
The package comes roughly seven years after Russia annexed Crimea.
Actually, it was referendum by the Crimeans, which historically had been a

thing.
President Trump was notoriously impeached and subsequently acquitted
for holding up a military grant to Ukraine in 2019 for political reasons.
This sounds like a reconstruction of what Biden did there by promising to withhold a billion dollars in aid.
Biden and the Democrats have a long history with Ukraine.
Under the Obama administration, Joe got his son on the board of the Ukraine oil and gas giant Burisma while he managed the corrupt leadership in the country.
Hunter made over $3 million, but then an investigation started when Joe stepped in.
He later bragged about getting the prosecutor fired, which prevented the country from getting into illegal deals with Biden.
Into any illegal deals, meaning investigating illegal deals involving Hunter.
Biden withheld the money until they fired the prosecutor.

Meanwhile, Governor Whitmer of Michigan paid a top health official a massive sum in a secret deal after his abrupt resignation.
What in the world is going on here?
$150,000 or more to former State Health Department Director Robert Gordon The deal first reported by the Detroit News was made with the requirement it be confidential.
He was paid $155,506 in nine-month salary and health benefits in agreement for releasing the state from any potential legal claims.
The agreement is the clearest evidence yet, but the split between Gordon and Whitmer was not amicable.
It shows the Democrat administration used taxpayer money to ease his departure.
The deal was inked on February 22nd, a month after Gordon, who helped coordinate Michigan's COVID-19 pandemic response, abruptly left his job.
The agreement stipulates that in the interest of confidentiality, the state would tell Gordon's future employers he'd voluntarily resign.

And you got to ask yourself, how many people in the private sector make that kind of money?

Texas becomes the biggest U.S.
state to lift COVID-19 mask mandate, which was imposed last summer, but it's only been lightly enforced.

My thought is that in the lead paragraph of this Associated Press article, the author Paul J. Weber gaslights and tells an egregious lie when he says that no longer require one of the most effective ways to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
There's no actual scientific proof that it slows the spread.
There's a bunch of specious, cobbled together, lying documents that make the claim.
But every real scientist acknowledges that the masks make you sick.
The masks should not be worn.
Fresh air, supporting your immune function, and against a cold, a derivation, a gain of function,
weaponized virus that is nothing more than the common cold with a survival rate of anyone 65 and under of 99.997%,
which is safer to do nothing than get a flu shot, which has a historic survival rate.
Of 99.50, but as the great Dr. Judy Mikewicz has pointed out, they've totally loaded the 2020 and 2021 flu shots with all kinds of toxins, including the Corona COVID SARS-2, and they're injecting people to make them sick.
They're trying to make Mind-rape people to wear masks that will make them sick and make the toxic injection of the flu shot more effective.
This is all a two-pronged effort by the globalist parasites.
