Need to Know: The Fetzer Report Episode 124 - 11 February 2021

Text
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, where I'm delighted to be joined today by David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California.
We are here to bring you all the news you need to know.
♪♪♪ And it's getting higher and deeper out there.
Meanwhile, the Senate is going to try Trump.
It's going on now.
We got the key guy for the defense, for the House, tearing up as he paints a picture of haunting sound and siege fury.
It's a bit hyper, over-the-top and ridiculous.
The made-for-TV clown show featured Jamie Raskin, the lead demon rat house manager, fighting back tears.
Senators, this cannot be our future, said Raskin, describing being locked down in the house chamber while his colleagues called loved ones to say goodbye.
This is beyond belief.
Oy vey!
A bloody drama of it all.
What's really weird about the sorry spectacle is not only what it does to make Trump, who has been falsely accused of inciting the riot, into a martyr, but ultimately the effort to convict him is doomed to fail anyway because of an impossible two-third majority vote in the Senate as required, as Senator Cruz has observed.
The result is preordained.
President Trump will be acquitted.
So why are the Democrats, or demon rats, even bothering with such a politically nonproductive, even counterproductive nonsense?
It appears because they want to keep the far-right boogeyman alive.
So they can, in due time, censor all opposing voices.
The most disappointing aspect of the charade is the universal consensus that it was a handful of Trump supporters who got out of hand.
The evidence is all against it.
The timeline shows that the Trump supporters weren't even at the Capitol when all this was taking on.
The demon rats argue Trump's responsible for inciting them, whereas most of the Republicans came to argue it was a small element of the crowd not indicative of Trump supporters or acting upon any incitement.
Completely lost in the whole debate is the real crime that the troublemakers were well-organized provocateurs sent in by the deep state.
But any such talk of false flag and covert agents, no matter how obvious, is not permissible in polite company.
Republicans' reluctance to engage in conspiracy theorizing is expected.
Half of them are deep state scum anyway.
The rest are panty-wetting cowards who live in fear of what the Washington Compost might excrete in its editorial pages about them.
But what about the suddenly silent Trump?
He's usually not shy about expressing, or at least hinting at, conspiracy theories, which really are accounts of criminal activities that the deep state is seeking to suppress.
Why is he calling out the writers for what they are?
Has he been truly defeated?
Or might there be a surprise coming in the trial and the disclosure of who really orchestrated these events?
Although the editorial board of the anti-New York Times doesn't expect the truth of January 6th to come out.
We'll keep an eye open.
Here are some of the players, and we know they are not Trump supporters.
And here's a timeline showing these events were all taking place before Trump had even concluded his speech, and that the Capitol had been breached before they'd even arrived from the presentation at the Ellipse.
We know James, a brother of accused leftist provocateur John Sullivan, claimed 226 Antifa members started the Capitol riots.
Over 200 have now been indicted for conspiracy to riot.
Conspiracy for this and that, but not one of them alleges Donald Trump is a co-conspirator.
And it now turns out they appear to have rehearsed with an attack on the Michigan State Capitol on April 30th in anticipation for the attack on the Capitol building.
Scorpio saw this yesterday.
I just want to play the first few minutes where you can see the managers and the handlers telling everyone what to do.
Read me.
There's some protests happening down outside the Capitol.
Oh The simulated riots in D.C.
was a powder keg long in the making.
The evidence for pre-planning and setting up a situation for a disaster is overwhelming.
Paid actors... We can take that voice.
We got more people to talk.
Let's get it down here on the block.
I want to confess that I was paid to pretend to protest today.
Hey, I'm gonna break your f***ing nose.
You'll shock me.
They hit me with bullets.
What's this for?
Controllers.
It was nice. It was almost like monitors.
They were like prowling them and they were telling them
what to do and they did everything this guy said.
Walk down the corridor and let me know.
Let me know.
And Hollywood tear gas and mace.
All on display for hundreds of professional photographers conveniently on stage.
In this episode, we're going to analyze the climax of the story and show you how a little
stage direction and fake blood became an instrumental role in furthering the division of the nation.
He was hiding there.
She had no idea that he was even sitting there aiming a gun right at her face.
This is Everything Wrong with the Capitol Shooting.
And hence the beginners in American State and what I saw.
You guys can come into the building.
Holy un-woo-doos!
Read me.
And that of course was a very brilliant dissection.
Let us hope it gets played during the Senate trial, because it blows the whole case apart.
Scorpio saw the whole thing yesterday, Carl, and it goes into meticulous detail about how they fake their shooting inside the Capitol.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, Jim, if we lived in an honest world, they would play that video, but there's no way they're going to because they can't open the door that any event covered by the mainstream media was a completely fabricated event.
They simply can't go there because then it opens the door to Sandy Hook, the Boston bombing, 9-11, and a plethora of other That's very interesting, Scorpio.
that we were supposed to react to emotionally.
And it also opens up the idea that we're having a fabricated reality
constructed around us by a small group of intelligence operatives
who work for the internationalist Jewish banking cartel, essentially.
And- That's very interesting, Scorpio.
They can't reveal it because it would blow all the other false flags open.
Oh, absolutely.
Yeah, they can't go there.
There's so many of them.
I think people would be stringing up politicians in the street if people had any idea how much we've been manipulated and lied to.
And as far as the question of why they are attempting to impeach Trump, despite the fact
that everyone knows they don't have the votes, they're just trying to quell dissent and to
make people afraid to speak their mind.
They know that Trump sort of tapped into a deep core or a root of the American consciousness
with his Make America Great Again and America First thing, stopping illegal immigration,
bringing jobs home.
It's all stuff that the average American wants that has any sense.
So they have to discredit this, demonize it, and make people afraid to speak out because
I'm absolutely certain the agenda that Joey the Groper Biden is going to unveil is going
to be extremely unpopular.
And this is some preemptive damage control, I believe.
I think that makes a lot of sense.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, that was a 21-minute video on everything that was wrong with the, that, whatever you want to call it, that stage show.
And yeah, I did see that, and that was well done.
So the idea of an impeachment under the U.S.
Constitution, the letter and the intent is to remove somebody from office
in the executive branch or the judicial branch.
And for the president, it needs to be presided over by the chief justice of the Supreme
Court, which isn't happening.
So this fails to meet the definition of an impeachment.
But it doesn't matter.
It's just whatever they say under dictatorship.
And dictatorship comes from dictate.
It means there's no limited power written under a constitution.
But you just say whatever and then you do it.
As well as the definitions, the legal definition of incitement and insurrection.
Not even being close to being met for this thing.
And it is just a one-party system that is being pushed.
And this whole thing was staged.
I mean you have this information where We hear a testimony that Trump had offered the National Guard for the Capitol as they did in the summer that completely protected the building because they did a professional job of having like 50 National Guard on the front steps of the Capitol to shut it off instead of what we had.
We had the mall cops being ordered to open the elementary school gates.
So who ordered those gates to be opened is the chief Question.
So, it is the political theater just goes on, and it is tragicomic.
Yes, yes, yes.
And in fact, there's now been a change in the narrative.
Interestingly, given the FBI and the Capitol Police were aware of the violent threats days before the Capitol riots, were warned about a looming war, and as you observed, Trump offered to send 10,000 National Guard troops for security.
They're having to change their riot storyline.
And now it becomes interesting.
What did Pelosi know and when did she know it?
Emerging evidence that January 6th riot was pre-planned not only absolves former President Donald Trump of guilt, but also raises questions about what House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew at the time, as Lindsey Graham has explained on Hannity.
The South Carolina senator systematically dismantled the Congressional Democrats' impeachment arguments against the former president by pointing out that they belie all the known evidence.
The FBI and Capitol Hill police actually now understand it was pre-planned.
They were planting bombs the night before.
So the whole storyline that Donald Trump called for this by his speech has fallen apart due to good law enforcement.
And here's what I want to know.
What did Nancy Pelosi know and when did she know it?
If this was widely known by the FBI and the Capitol Hill police, people were planning to come to Washington before the 6th to create violence.
I want to know, did she know about that?
Meanwhile, he'd also like an explanation of the Democrats' hypocrisy.
I don't remember any of the House managers saying a thing when they were trying to break into my house and going after Susan Collins and spitting on all of us.
If this is a problem for a politician to give the speech President Trump gave, well, then Kamala Harris has a real problem, because she actively engaged in bailing out rioters.
Here's what I would suggest.
If you're a politician trying to raise bail for people accused of rioting, you're inciting more riots.
There's also plenty of video of Kamala Harris actively promoting deadly Black Lives Matter riots that occurred last summer involving arson and looting.
Graham turned his attention to the Democrats' latest argument, which is that the former president had been in on the planning.
The managers have this cockamamie idea, absurd theory, Donald Trump was monitoring the Proud Boys website and other far-right websites, and that he and Dan Scavino, his then chief of staff, knew what was going to happen and encouraged it.
That is loony tunes.
And you know why they're saying that?
Because if the president didn't know it was actually pre-planned, then he's not guilty.
And that's a problem because the Democrats' entire impeachment is based on the claim that it wasn't pre-planned, but a spontaneous event that erupted because what Trump said at his January 6th Stop the Steal rally at the Ellipse.
So for the first time today, they're trying to create a new storyline that Donald Trump was in on it before it happened, that he was monitoring the Pride Boys, and he knew they were going to come to Washington with violence on their mind, and he encouraged it.
That is beyond bizarre.
This is not evidence.
This is a liberal Democrat novel being presented as evident or put differently.
A last-ditch effort to convict an otherwise unimpeachable former president.
The whole storyline was Trump created this from a speech.
Now we know people had this on their mind before he even spoke.
Evidence really does matter, Graham added.
Well, it's supposed to matter, but instead the Democrats have resorted to conspiratorial speculation.
Just as they did about the Russia hoax.
They are big on conspiracy theories.
In this case, ones for which the evidence is contradicting the position they're taking.
The impeachment manager's war, a narrative alleging Trump's legal and rhetorical challenges to the election, were part of a sinister premeditated campaign to program a portion of his supporters to commit violence on January 6.
Representative Joe Neguse and Joaquin Castro and Eric Swalwell presented several selectively edited video clip compilations from Trump's speeches beginning in the spring last year, culminating in the speech the President delivered in Washington the day of the Capitol breach.
It was exactly as Graham has described it.
But as noted by host Sean Hannity, this can run both ways.
As noticed by numerous media outlets and pundits, it's virtually impossible for Trump to be convicted, which would require a two-thirds vote.
Yet even the simple majority vote needed to commence the trial barely made it.
In a 55-45 vote suggesting the Senate would be unable to convict, lawmakers narrowly killed a Republican effort to dismiss the impeachment charges as unconstitutional.
Meanwhile, we know that's true.
The inflammatory rhetoric of many Democrats and their doting media psychopaths was far worse and more obvious.
Meanwhile, Hillary ...has sent an ominous warning to the GOP.
This is truly bizarre.
Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton sent a warning to Republican senators ahead of the first day of argument that it will prove they are co-conspirators if they don't side with the Democrats and convict him.
I mean, this is pathetic and embarrassing and shameless.
These Democrats have no principles whatsoever.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, essentially, if you just boil this down, it's nothing more than an attack on free speech in general and the speech of the President.
I mean, unless President Trump said, hey, I want you guys to go break into the Capitol building and, you know, mess some shit up in there and really raise hell, Unless he said something like that directly, there's no way they can convict.
And, you know, you can't use this old thing, oh, well, if you read between the lines, that's what he implied.
You can't go there because if you try to read between the lines, all that's there is empty space and it's not going to cut it.
And if, you know, if somehow They're able to blackmail or convince enough Republicans to go along with this.
They're essentially self-immolating.
I mean, they might as well, you know, throw gasoline on themselves and just light themselves on fire like a, you know, like a protesting monk because it'll be the end of the party and, you know, I just can't imagine they'd be that stupid.
But of course, I know Mittens Romney will vote and a few others will too.
You know, it's interesting, Jim, you mentioned Black Lives Matter and all the antics they did.
I was just reading before the show that the SPLC, the Southern Poverty Law Center, which is a bogus Jewish-run hate crime or, you know, investigatory group, they're closing all files on Black Lives Matter and black racism because they're saying on their website that Their anger and dissent was the result of legitimate events, so they're closing all of it, so you can't be racist or cause any problems if you're black, according to the SPLC.
Now the proliferation of white racism is simply astounding to watch, and that's the very core of the Democrats' position.
Carl, your thoughts?
This is all projection of what, in this case, the Democratic leadership is actually doing, being projected upon their opponents.
So it is, Jim, you're right, it is the most ridiculous, pathetic show, but that is where we're at.
That is what passes for leadership at this time, unless this is just a show for the last opportunity for the American sheeple to work out So you have deep state operatives who are working through the leadership of let's just call them Antifa.
We, the NSA, is going to have all those communications.
And it's just a matter of if we're ever going to get the truth or not.
But, you know, gentlemen, I think there's a way to get to the bottom of who's really behind this.
I think if you just go to antifa.com, you're going to find who's behind it.
And if anybody wants to find out, just put that in your browser and see where you end up.
You end up at the White House.
Oh, I like that, Carl.
That's very nice, yes.
Nice point.
And if you were contributing in the past to Black Lives Matter, it went directly to ActBlue,
which is a Democrat fundraising site. So your contribution to BLM went into the pockets of
Beto O'Rourke and, you know, the Booker, Cory Booker, Elizabeth Warren and the like.
Meanwhile, this is a very thoughtful piece by Kit Knightley.
Trump's show trial is just the next step in a very American coup.
As Biden consolidates his power, the war on populism becomes a fully-pledged assault on reality itself.
Trump is no longer president, but the battle to overcome his fascism rages on.
Armed with nothing but the presidency, both houses of Congress Have the military, the entirety of the mainstream media and all the richest and most powerful corporations in the world, the resistance is gearing up for one last battle.
Despite leaving office without a whiff of the fastest coup everyone was talking about for so long, Trump is now being impeached again and facing a trial in front of the Senate again.
The trial itself is a joke of a process.
Firstly, it is absolutely and completely unprecedented to have a private citizen impeached.
It could even be argued, and has been prominently, that's entirely unconstitutional to do so.
Second, there's the very idea that what Trump did Could ever be considered any grounds for impeachment, let alone a crime.
He never incited violence at all.
And one use of the word fight doesn't change it.
He clearly and distinctly called for peaceful protests in a series of tweets that Twitter removed in an attempt to expunge evidence of his innocence.
Including, I'm asking everyone at the U.S.
Capitol to remain peaceful.
No violence.
Remember, we are the party of law and order.
Respect our men and women in blue.
Thank you.
Another, please support our Capitol Police and law enforcement.
They are truly on the side of our country.
Stay peaceful.
And third, there's the fact the entire Capitol Hill riot was a created and stage-managed event, obviously designed to disrupt the congressional session on whether or not there was voter fraud.
Police opened barriers, waved rioters inside, posed for pictures with them.
Army PsyOps officers have been confirmed there.
It was a complete setup.
I've gone into that at length elsewhere.
At the end of the day, Donald Trump is being tried for something he didn't do, inciting a riot that never really happened.
But of course, it's not really about Donald Trump.
It's about what he represents and sending a message.
Trump was never what so many millions of Americans clearly believed him to be.
He was never going to destroy the system from the inside and restore the America that was.
He was never going to drain the swamp.
I take exception here because I believe he still will.
But millions of people thought he could and should and would, and that's a dangerous idea.
It's millions of people realizing the system is broken and attempting to do something about it.
In headlines in academic institutions and enlightened Twitter circles, they call it populism.
The radical idea that the writhing mass of useless eaters possesses even the slightest capacity to understand their situation at all, or should have any say in what's done about it.
Another word for it being democracy.
That idea needs to be squashed, and the best way is to demonstrate to people how little power they have.
And the best way to do that Is to force people to live in a reality you make up as you go along.
Make the rules, break the rules, change the rules, tie people in knots until they can't believe totally contradictory ideas.
It's the ultimate display of power and control.
Masks don't do anything.
Oh, actually, they do.
And you should wear one or two or three unless you're a person of color.
Then you don't have to wear one at all because it's racist.
The deadly virus will spread if we gather in large groups.
People protesting the lockdowns are selfish idiots who spread diseases, but Black Lives Matter protests are different because they are so important they won't spread viruses.
This would be fiery but mostly peaceful protests that only burns down a few buildings and loots in a few stores or kills a few dozen people.
Nothing like the violent fascist coup in which people queued up inside velvet ropes and posed for photographs.
Obviously, we can all agree that vaccine passports are just a conspiracy theory, but freedom papers are a good idea, right?
Nobody wants an Orwellian Ministry of Truth deciding what thoughts are allowable, but maybe we should have a reality czar to deal with our reality crisis.
The irony being we really do have a reality crisis, we really do live in a post-truth age, but it was deliberately created and is incredibly useful to the people in charge.
If Go Home in Peace and Love, I'm asking everyone to stay peaceful, and to stay peaceful is inciting violence.
Literally anything can be forced to mean literally anything.
It's an all-out assault on the idea that words have meaning, or veridical reality exists at all, and it culminates in having a full-on coup in the name of saving democracy.
Yes, a coup.
Call it what it was.
It was and is a coup.
If it were happening anywhere else in the world, it would already be recognized as such.
Ignore what the part of your mind that's been subconsciously conditioned to American exceptionalism says.
Ignore the brainwashing that associates the words American democracy And the idea of rule of law.
Reject all that programming we've all been subjected to since we first watched television that tells us this kind of thing just doesn't happen here.
It does, however, and it is.
Just look at the reality of the situation.
As of right now, this very moment, the President of the United States is sitting in a building surrounded by razor wire with 20,000 troops on the streets of the capital city.
He is ruling by decree, signing dozens and dozens of executive orders.
His election was contentious, to say the least, and almost certainly fraudulent.
Reporting on these facts is being censored on social media, gets no play at all in the mainstream.
The news networks literally refused to broadcast the speech of an incumbent president, accusing the other side of wrongdoing, and he was immediately purged from all social media and internet companies.
His campaign wasn't even allowed to email their public supporters.
Meanwhile, Trump's few public supporters left, political supporters left, are being dragged through the mud, stripped of their responsibilities and powers, are pressed into resigning, and having removed his opponent from power, Biden's administration is now putting on a televised show trial to make sure he's barred from ever running from office again.
It can only be described as a coup.
They are even admitting it themselves, even if they don't call it that.
In this long, ecstatically smug Time article, they detail how all the lobbying groups and the Chamber of Commerce and Facebook and many, many others came together to fortify the election and save democracy.
As C.J.
Hopkins wrote, GloboCap is teaching us a lesson.
The name of the lesson is, look what we can do to you anytime we effing want.
Is this really even a pretense of democracy anymore?
Do they have even the slightest veneer of the well of the people left?
No, it's gone.
American democracy is dead.
They killed it.
What's more, they did it in front of our eyes, a sacrifice.
They tied it to the stone table, shaved off its mane, and cut out its heart, and dared us to say anything.
Most people got, didn't get it, but they got the message, even if they didn't realize it.
The troops, the censorship, the razor wire, they're telling us voting was a game and they were only willing to play as long as they got to win, and now it's dawn.
They're picking up their ball and taking it home.
Democracy is over.
They cheated and they won.
So now we play a new game.
It's called Simon Says.
And they are always Simon.
So you better get effing used to it.
I think that was quite a brilliant piece.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Yeah, very interesting article.
I did diverge a little bit from it.
The article states that the system is broken.
The system is not broken.
It's actually a very well-oiled machine.
The problem is it's in the hands of a very few people and they're planning on using it to enact an agenda that will not benefit the American people.
We have an extremely centralized power now and One of the solutions is we need to decentralize power in the systems that we have.
The more we can break the systems apart and decentralize the power, the more difficult it's going to be for these people to enact a globalist agenda, because that's what this is all about.
And populism is an extremely dangerous concept to these globalists because populism sort of inherently says, well, we need to have a government that benefits the people that we govern.
And we're at a 180 degrees divergent point from that right now.
This is going to be an agenda that is going to be extremely unpopular.
Just wait until they really get going, Jim.
They haven't even begun yet.
And as I said earlier, a lot of this stuff is a preemptive strike against dissent, because they know the dissent is coming.
when people's electric bills double and you're gonna be taxed by
how many miles you drive in your car.
They're planning on making regular cars illegal by 2035, I think is what they're saying now,
but they're gonna start phasing out cars and if you can't afford a new electric car,
you're not driving.
And of course, this climate change, so-called climate change agenda,
it dovetails with the vaccine agenda and the COVID agenda, which is really all about creating a surveillance state,
having all the human cattle chipped and vaccinated and monitored as to where they go and what they do.
That is the plan, and they know damn well it's going to be very unpopular.
Spot on, Scorpio!
Carl, your thoughts?
That was a great article, and yeah, that's where they're pushing us to this one-party system of dictatorship.
And dictatorship is whatever is said for as long as it's said, and there's no necessary connection between what is said and objective reality.
So this is the last stand for Americans to stand up.
It is the last opportunity.
Otherwise, they're going to continue to roll us.
And the bottom line that I have said for over a decade is that Americans have to demand arrest of these obvious criminals.
This is not limited government under the U.S.
Constitution.
This is going for unlimited government in the most ridiculous, tragic, comic way.
I'll give you a reference from when W was elected, I think it was the first time, and there was a party, and this was a quote from Karl Rove, and he was talking to a Pulitzer winner, and the name of that guy escapes me, but it was a party, and the Pulitzer said that Rove had a couple of drinks, and he was just speaking freely.
Yeah, you're absolutely right, 100%.
See, you got to understand what we're doing here.
Rove said, he says, we create the reality.
Then you guys, you reporters, you'll report on the facts as best you understand them,
as you always do.
But we're just going to be constructing other realities.
And then you can report on those too.
And that's how it's going to play out.
Yeah, you're absolutely right, 100%.
And you can see where the role of the media is absolutely crucial in maintaining these illusions.
There's no question about it.
Meanwhile, South Dakota lawmakers seek to nullify Biden's orders.
This is a very interesting development.
In the first few weeks of Biden's administration, he's signed at least four dozen executive actions, including presidential proclamation, memoranda, executive orders.
Republicans have been uneasy about the sheer volume of directives he's signing.
Now representatives of one state are trying to prevent their state from experiencing the impact of his potentially unconstitutional orders.
South Dakota State Representative Aaron Allward, Republican, introduced HB 1194 to give the state's Attorney General the ability to review an opt-out of executive orders signed by Biden.
The bill would send the Esos to the Executive Council of the Legislative Research Board.
Once the board reviews it, they'll issue a referral to the Governor and the Attorney General.
Then the state's top prosecutor will decide whether or not the state can ask for an exemption or deem it unconstitutional.
If other states follow suit, it would kneecap Biden, rendering his executive actions useless.
It may be necessary if the President continues to act unilaterally without the consent of Congress.
He seems to have forgotten the U.S.
is a Republican.
He's not king.
But Republicans are happy to remind him.
Meanwhile, Fox News moves to dismiss a smartmatic lawsuit.
In the wake of the 2020 election, many questioned whether the machines people use to vote changed their choices from Trump to Biden.
The former president's attorneys argued it might have happened.
Media organizations reported about it.
On February 4th, Smartmatic, a company connected to some of the electronic voting, announced it had filed a defamation lawsuit against Fox News.
But the media company is fighting back.
Fox has filed a motion to have the $2.7 billion lawsuit dismissed.
They argue it can't be held viable by accusations made by guests on its shows.
They argue it strikes at the heart of the news media's First Amendment mission.
The Constitution protects the media's right to report the news fairly.
Fox News anchors did exactly that by letting its viewers and readers know what was being said by the former president's legal counsel.
The public had every right to know there was concern over whether the election was safe.
If the court allows a case to move forward, it would set a terrible precedent and erode our democracy.
Good for Fox to show a little bit of courage and integrity here.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Yeah, that's an interesting article about Fox.
You know, on a bigger picture, this sort of represents a Well, it's a private company.
of using corporations to enact agendas that the government wants to enact themselves but they
can't do it so they use corporations. We're seeing that all the time with this COVID nonsense. Well,
it's a private company. If they want to make you be vaccinated to come in their private business or
make you wear a mask, nothing we can do about it. And they're using that with this saying,
well, you know, we want to limit free speech and we're going to use corporations to do that
by these so-called slap lawsuits.
And I'm going to stop sharing my screen.
And I'm glad to see them fighting back.
It's too bad they fired Lou Dobbs, who had an extremely popular show and certainly a well-known figure.
That's a sad casualty of this event.
And as far as the states rebelling against these executive orders, I think this is just the beginning.
you're gonna see, you know, these states that are hopelessly controlled by Democrats,
obviously are not gonna do anything, but there's gonna be a handful,
you know, 10 or 15 states, maybe even more, that are going to reject this coming agenda.
Because again, if you have, you know, the closer the people live to the people they govern,
the more accountable they are.
You know, in these rural states, some of these politicians are gonna be afraid
to walk down the streets with, if they just go along with this coming agenda,
which I'm telling you, I predict right now, Joe Biden will go down as one of the most unpopular
presidents ever to hold office in modern history for what he's planning on doing.
Most Americans don't see what he's planning on doing, but once it starts to be unveiled,
people are gonna be shocked and angry.
And unfortunately, the Republicans in the post-Trump era, I believe, are going to be a fairly flaccid and docile resistance point to much of anything.
They need to find some backbone and some new people to step up because they're already trying to position, you know, Magic Underwear Romney as the Didn't he already lose the presidential race?
I mean, this Romney guy is a piece of... ...experiment.
I mean, it's really ridiculous.
speaking for the Republicans.
And the guy is just a vulture capitalist and a complete scumbag and a globalist.
So yeah, I think we're gonna see more resistance as this comes forward, Jim.
This is just the beginning.
Didn't he already lose the presidential race?
I mean, this Romney guy is a piece of excrement.
I mean, it's really ridiculous.
Carl, your thoughts.
Well, Romney is actually the natural leader in the progression because you have Biden
who failed at his presidential nominations in the past.
So I think it just makes sense for Romney to keep going.
For South Dakota, that's the way to do it!
So, people are going to have to take these orders, these actions, these laws that are blatantly unconstitutional and illegal, and find a way to fight against it.
And the power of the First Amendment, and the reason why it is the First Amendment, is for people to be able to draw attention to issues and to be able to see when we're being played.
This goes back to the original creation of the United States of America, for people to be able to understand actually what is happening.
That was a crucial issue in American Revolution 1.0, and Thomas Jefferson wrote a pamphlet That led to his invitation to write the Declaration of Independence just to document the rights that were being destroyed by our own government, even though they're guaranteed by our government.
So the defamation lawsuit, whatever.
This is all just a bunch of show.
Maybe they'll withdraw the suit.
Maybe all they wanted was the headlines.
Maybe they're setting up more show trials.
Who knows?
But what South Dakota is doing is what all patriots are going to have to do in one format or another to oppose this dictatorial government or else we're all going to be forced on our knees.
Carl, I think you got it right, too.
You both had excellent commentaries.
Meanwhile, we'll be right back.
Get this.
Anderson Cooper compared Trump and his supporters to those who carried out the genocide in Bosnia and Rwanda.
We've seen it in Bosnia.
We've seen it in Rwanda, where radios were telling people, you know, hoodies were telling radio listeners that Tutsis are cockroaches.
Henderson Cooper said this back on January 12th.
I was in Rwanda at the genocide.
I hear people talking about civil war in America.
I am so upset when I hear these people at rallies, Trump rallies, talking about civil war as if it's some sort of a cleansing.
How ridiculous.
This is like comparing it to 9-11, which is also taking place.
Meanwhile, a Gallup poll shows most are dissatisfied with a vaccine rollout under Biden.
This is a new Gallup poll.
Between January 25th and 31st, 4,096% were not satisfied with the administration and distribution process for the vaccine.
21%, however, said they were very dissatisfied.
34% said they were satisfied, 4% very satisfied.
Democrats, interestingly, were more dissatisfied than Republicans.
51% of Republicans said they are dissatisfied, 49% said they are satisfied, but 79% of Democrats said they're dissatisfied.
63% of independents said they're not satisfied.
The poll also showed the highest percentage of those saying they're willing to take the vaccine since Gallup began asking.
71% now say they're open to it.
9% who said they've already had a dose.
91% of Democrats said they're likely to get it.
51% of Republicans.
It included a margin of error of 2%.
Biden in a CBS News interview last week said one of the disappointments of his transition was the circumstances related to how the Trump administration was handling COVID was even more dire than we thought.
Nationally, more than 32.8 million have received at least one dose With more than 9.8 getting both.
I'm troubled by that quite a lot.
Meanwhile, proposed stock transfer tax could send the Stock Exchange packing out of New York.
In a Tuesday op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, the Stock Exchange president, Stacey Cunningham, said she and 25 other representatives of New York's security industry sent a letter to state legislative leaders warning Against the unintended consequences of imposing such a tag.
The New York Stock Exchange belongs to New York, Cunningham said.
If Albany lawmakers get their way, the center of the global financial industry may need to find a new home.
New York state lawmakers introduced a bill that would tax certain financial transactions.
Though state revenue has suffered due to the pandemic and the lockdown, the proposed new transaction tax seemed to have little support from Governor Cuomo or his officials.
In January, the state budget director said a lot of ideas around such financial taxes haven't been fleshed out yet, according to a transcript provided to Reuters.
A financial tax was proposed last year in New Jersey, where many exchanges host their servers.
It said exchanges quickly mobilize to temporarily move their employees and activity outside the state.
If we increase the tax like that, you mobilize people just to move your transaction and your servers to another part of the country where those taxes don't exist.
the New York Jets and the Giants of the NFL left this state years ago and now play their
home games at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford because of taxes. Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well, I'll tell you, you know, Anderson Cooper is of course the Vanderbilt and a long-time CIA
operative.
So, him using this kind of hyperbole and just downright irresponsible use of language, I mean, these analogies he's trying to convey are fantasy.
Only a fat, ignorant, soft person would believe any of that because those things he was referencing, millions of people were killed in bloody battles and terrible events.
We're not anywhere close to that right now.
This is sort of another made-for-TV movie for MSNBC and CNN people to get their hit of dopamine and believe this nonsense.
Uh, and you know, about the vaccine, uh, that story was a little odd in some ways.
Uh, they're saying 32 million people have already got the vaccine.
I find that hard to believe that they're saying that 1 in 10, that's almost 10% of the population, right?
So they're claiming that 1 in 10 people have already gotten the vaccine.
I don't believe that.
I just think those numbers are vastly inflated as to why they're doing that.
I'm not sure.
Maybe to make it look like, you know, there's this mad rush to get the vaccine and you better hurry up and get yours while you can.
But I don't believe that figure.
I don't believe 1 in 10 Americans have already been vaccinated.
It just doesn't ring true to me.
And as far as the stock exchange goes, there really should be some kind of a transaction tax on Wall Street.
That was one of the good ideas that Bernie Sanders had.
A small tax that would prevent these traders from, you know, making hundreds of thousands of micro trades to, you know, jack up stocks or alter the stocks in some way.
But I'll tell you, New York is in serious trouble.
If you look at any videos from New York City, New York City is a ghost town.
Even in Manhattan, you know, the heart of the city, I've watched videos of people just walking around videotaping.
And, I mean, everywhere you look, there's fur rent signs, closed businesses, plywood up over the windows, you know, spray paint and graffiti everywhere.
I mean, it's a shadow of its former self.
And, uh, you know, you can thank the government for this with their ridiculous rules and regulations.
Uh, in fact, you know, a lot of states are in big trouble.
And, uh, that's part of the reason why, you know, Sniffer Joe wants to make such a big, uh, so-called COVID package.
Most of that $1.9 billion is not, or trillion, I'm sorry, is not going to go to help, uh, the average person.
It's going to go to bail out these states that have decimated their economies due to their COVID response.
Well, were they so stupid they didn't realize that locking down and shutting down businesses would mean they wouldn't be making any revenue?
And if they didn't make any revenue, there'd be no basis for them paying the taxes they need to run their governments?
Cuomo and de Blasio have taken the most valuable real estate in the world and turned it into virtually worthless rubbish and trash.
It is stunning!
Yeah, Jim, even Fifth Avenue, the most famous shopping part of Manhattan, it's a ghost town.
And according to people I know in New York City, those spots would never be empty.
If somebody was going to leave a storefront, there'd be a line of people waiting to take it that was already signed up.
Not anymore.
You're 100%.
I lived in New York City for a year.
And I'm looking at that footage, too, and it's just stunning.
Ghost Town is right.
And with no business, no revenue, no basis for taxation, the whole system is collapsing.
You would have thought they would have figured that out before they went whole hog into lockdowns.
Carl, your thoughts?
And that's what Americans have to wake up and see, or that is the future of the destruction of the United States.
Anderson Cooper, he's just again projecting.
So he is the one who is inciting an insurrection, an overthrow of the government.
And he is Operation Mockingbird Scum.
He is complicit in the ongoing war crimes.
He is a complicit in the ongoing crimes against humanity with intentional policy centered in debt in these developing countries.
That vaccine article was also interesting.
What I saw in it is a typical setup, a typical construct to offer a false choice.
So the choice that was offered of, hey, what do you think about the vaccines?
But the underlying assumption to limit the debate is the assumption that somehow the vaccine program is legitimate in the first place.
Of course, we know that it is not.
The New York Stock Exchange is just a rigged casino.
Ed Scorpio was right.
It's these flash trades, these high-speed trades.
And I forget the percentage of total stock transactions these micro-trades are, but it's something like 99.999%.
like 99.999%.
With this is the New York Stock Exchange for a fee, allowing these big traders like Goldman Sachs
to have what they call a co-located computer where they can discern the trading pattern of stocks.
Second or so, or a microsecond before it happens, jump in and then either buy or sell, jump out, and then skim off the top for the rigged casino, the parasite market that it is.
And again, man, Americans gotta stand up.
They have to demand an end to this, and that these criminal liars and psychopaths be arrested, not listened to.
I think you both had it spot on.
Very nice.
Meanwhile, this is another very thoughtful piece.
Don't impeach Trump.
Impeach the Deep State for its conspiracy to kill the Constitution.
All that was required of them was a primitive patriotism which could be appealed to whenever it was necessary to make them accept longer working hours or shorter rations.
And even when they became discontented, as they sometimes did, their discontent led nowhere because, being without general ideas, they could only focus on many specific grievances.
The larger evils invariably escaped their notice, wrote George Orwell.
1984.
This is authored by John Whitehead of the Rutherford Institute.
Let's be clear about one thing.
The impeachment of Donald Trump is a waste of time and money.
Impeaching Trump will accomplish very little, will not in any way improve the plight of the average American.
It will only reinforce a spectacle and farce that have come to be synonymous with politics today.
Well, the nation allows itself to be distracted by more bread-and-circus politics.
The American kakistocracy, a government run by unprincipled career politicians and corporate thieves who ponder to the worst vices in our nature and has slant regard for the rights of people.
Continues to suck the American people into a parallel universe in which the Constitution is meaningless, the government all-powerful, the citizenry powerless to defend themselves, against government agents who steal, lie, spy, plunder, kill, abuse, and inflict mayhem and so madness on everyone and everything in their sphere.
So here's what I propose.
Let's impeach the deep state and its cabal of government operatives from every point along the political spectrum, right, left, and center, for conspiring to expand the federal government's powers at the expense of the citizenry.
We've been losing our freedom so incrementally for so long.
Sold to us in the name of national security and global peace.
Maintained by way of martial law disguised as law and order.
Enforced by a standing armor of militarized police and a political elite.
Determined to maintain their power at all costs.
It's hard to pinpoint exactly when it all started going downhill.
But we're certainly on that downward trajectory now, and things are moving fast.
Even now we're being pushed and prodded toward a civil war, not because the American people are so divided, but because that's how corrupt governments control a populace, divide and conquer.
These are dangerous times.
Not because of violent crime, which remains at an all-time low, or because of terrorism, which is statistically rare, or because the borders are being invaded by foreign armies, which data reports from the Department of Homeland Security refute, Or because a pandemic is spread like a contagion, or even because raging mobs of so-called domestic terrorists are trying to overthrow elections.
No.
The real danger we face comes from none other than the U.S.
government and its powers to grant it standing armies to rob, steal, cheat, harass, detain, brutalize, terrorize, torture, and kill Americans with immunity.
The danger we the people face comes from mass invaders on the government payroll who crash through our doors in the dead of night, shoot our dogs, and terrorize our families.
This danger comes from militarized henchmen on the government payroll who demand absolute obedience and still abject fear.
Shoot first and ask questions later.
The danger comes from greedy power-hungry bureaucrats on the government payroll who have little or no understanding of the constitutional limits.
The danger comes from greedy politicians and corporations who profit Trump's principle.
The danger comes from a surveillance state that grows more and more ominous.
Consider, if you will, all the dastardly, devious, diabolical, dangerous, debilitating, deceitful, dehumanizing, demonic, depraved, dishonorable, disillusioning, discriminatory, dictatorial schemes inflicted on we the people by a bureaucratic, totalitarian regime that has long since ceased to be a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
Americans have no protection against police abuse.
Americans are little more than pocketbooks to fund the police state.
Americans are no longer innocent until proven guilty.
Americans no longer have a right to self-defense.
Americans no longer have a right to private property.
Americans are powerless in the face of militarized police.
Americans no longer have a right to bodily integrity.
Americans no longer have a right to the expectation of privacy.
Americans can no longer rely upon the courts to met out justice.
Americans no longer have a representative government.
It's not overstating the matter to say Congress, which has done its best to keep its unhappy constituents at a distance, may well be the most self-serving semi-corrupt institution in America.
In other words, we are being ruled by an oligarchy disguised as a democracy, arguably on our way toward fascism, a form of government where private corporate interests rule, money calls the shots, and the people are seen as mere subjects to be controlled.
Rest assured that when anti-fascism finally takes hold in America, the basic forms of government will remain.
Fascism will appear to be friendly.
The legislators will be in session.
There will be elections.
And the news media will continue to cover the entertainment and political trivia.
Consent of the governed, however, will no longer apply.
Actual control will finally pass so the oligarchic elite controlling the government behind the scenes sound familiar.
Clearly, we are now ruled by an oligarchic elite of governmental and corporate interests.
We have moved into corporatism.
Favored by Benito Mussolini, which is a halfway point on the road to full-blown fascism.
Corporatism is with a few moneyed interests, not elected by the citizenry.
Rule over the many.
History may show from this point forward we will have left behind any semblance of constitutional government and entered into a totalitarian state where all citizens are suspects in security and freedom.
Even with its constantly shifting terrain, this topsy-turvy travesty of law and government has become America's new normal.
From Clinton to Bush, Obama to Trump, and now Biden, it's as if we've been caught in a time loop.
Forced to relive the same thing over and over again.
The same assaults on our freedoms.
The same disregard for the rule of law.
The same subservience to the deep state.
The same corrupt self-serving government that exists only to amass power, enrich its shareholders, and ensure its continued domination.
As I make clear, in Battlefield America, the war on the American people, the powers that be want us to remain distracted, divided, alienated from each other based on our politics, our bank accounts, our religion, our race, and our value system.
As George Orr will observe, the real division is not between conservatives and revolutionaries, but between authoritarians and libertarians.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Yeah, that's actually a great article.
I've followed Whitehead's work for years.
He rarely disappoints.
He makes a lot of really good points, and I agree with most of what he said.
One thing I would differ on, though, is, you know, the corporate fascism of Mussolini was different in one very important way, because under Mussolini's system, the corporations were expected to benefit the nation.
But what we have now is international fascism, where these multinational corporations have no loyalty whatsoever to the American people or the United States.
So that's a very different animal.
I'm not advocating for Mussolini's system of government, but that's one very important thing, where at least under that, the corporations were expected to do things to benefit the state and we do not have that now.
It's all globalist, baby.
And, um...
You know, he mentions the impeachment and what a show trial it is, and it's further indication that we do not have a COVID crisis.
COVID is a tool, a means to an end.
We're not living in a COVID crisis, because if we were, that would be the top priority.
They wouldn't be screwing around with an impeachment and wasting all that time.
They keep saying, oh, we can walk and chew gum at the same time.
There's only so many hours in the day.
That's bullshit.
So, uh, we need to see through this, uh, if they have time for an impeachment, we're not living in a COVID crisis.
That's bunk.
And, uh, you know, I, I agree that we need to do something about the deep state, but you know, the root core of the problem is this funny money, central banking cartel that runs the world.
And as long as they can just print up all the money they want and hand it out to their friends, uh, Which is essentially what they do.
They just do it in a covert way and make it look very complicated so the average person doesn't see what the game is.
But that's really what is happening.
These people just print out money and throw money at whatever cause they want.
They pick a frontman like Bill Gates or whoever and they just load a bunch of money onto him and he does, as he's told, like a marionette.
So that's what we have to look at it is this central banking system that's really a criminal cabal.
And I agree what he was saying that this is an oligarchy and COVID is really providing the opportunity for a purification of the oligarchy.
We're seeing the oligarchy shrinking and becoming consolidated into a much smaller group than it was before, and small businesses and individual people are paying the price.
This is the biggest consolidation of wealth ever attempted in modern history, and this is an economic event disguised as a medical event, Jim.
Oh, I think you're spot on, Scorpio.
David Icke was making that analysis way back when.
What a brilliant guy he is.
Yes, Mussolini said fascism could equally well be defined as corporatism.
Your point about doing benefits to the state, however, are impeccable.
Up until around 1913, in order to be chartered, a corporation in the United States had to show it had something to contribute to the public good.
And the loss of that desideratum has made a vast difference to the future of the nation.
Carl, your thoughts?
Yeah, great point, guys.
Hey, Scorpio, but COVID is a real problem, and as soon as the transgendered athletes who formerly were male are safe to be able to win the female sports competitions, I'm sure they'll get right on that COVID problem.
That's another pressing issue.
Yeah, you're right, Carl.
Yes, yes.
Gotta have our priorities straight.
So, that is a great article, and we do have a kleptocracy, and as a National Board Certified Teacher of Government, Economics, and History, A rogue state, an illegal rogue state empire is the best clinical academic description I have for what the United States has become.
And, you know, I know for me, once we get to March 4th, I'm out of patients and I'm going to be taking Dr. King and Gandhi actions as best I can with as small as I am.
Well, Carl, I think that's very worthy and appropriate.
And I shall say more.
Meanwhile, we want to hear from you pro or cons and fan mail to live need to know at gmail.com.
Live need to know at gmail.com.
I observe here we have what's supposed to be the press room for the Biden people to give their press conferences.
It didn't look right to me And we turn out to have, you know, oddities.
You can see through the window that suggests this isn't near the White House.
The White House doesn't have a apartment building, a brick building, multiple floors right beside it.
So something very odd is going on.
I remain optimistic, having been told that Pelosi and the Democrats have asked that the military remove the soldiers from Washington, D.C., which they have declined to do.
That tells me the military is in charge.
And that Biden is not recognized as president.
Meanwhile, check out False Flags Conspiracy 2020.

If you want to get up to speed on what's been going on, this is the place to go.

The secret of freedom lies in educating people.
The secret of tyranny in keeping them ignorant.
Now, Our final thoughts, Scorpio.
Well, Jim, I hope you're right about the military.
I'm not as optimistic about that because I believe that the military is funded by the international banking cartels and he who pays the piper calls the tune.
But I would love to be wrong about that one because having troops on the streets and a razor wire fence up is an ominous sign.
You know, on the bright side, I think a lot of people are, this is going to backfire as more and more people start to figure out the game and realize that this regime, I'm not going to call it an administration, this regime is not going to do a damn thing to help the average person.
In fact, quite the opposite.
They're going to make their lives a lot more difficult and unpleasant.
Carl, your final thoughts.
Yeah.
So I, too, am optimistic.
If you take a look at those two pictures of two different press rooms.
So that one that you saw, that red, that building with a red facing on it, that is the Culver City lot.
And all you got to do is look that up and they'll pan around that mock-up of the Oval Office and going into the residency.
That red Wall building is there.
In addition, if you take a look at the ceilings and the lights there, the one in the fake one has extra AC vents in order to pump that cold air down because those stage lights are really hot and you do not want those actors breaking out in sweat onto their makeup.
So, And in addition, at 11pm every night, I've gotten from multiple sources walking over to the White House and saying, yeah, 11pm, click, those lights are out.
So that also is a communication.
I can appreciate that.
So I'm standing at like 95% that this is a white hat operation to wake up the maximum number of people, because it is with these people that the future of the Republic lasts.
So many of them have been sheepalized.
So the most severe reaction or the most severe events I think is required to wake them up after 44 years of civic activism that includes two UN summits for heads of state.
My personal experience even with my own family is that as an individual I am not at all effective to be able to communicate in any known way to me to wake them up.
So I hope that the White Hats are going to pull something out, and that said, once we get to March 4th, if we don't have a breakthrough by then, then I'm going to have to just step up my game, and many other Americans will as well.
The former military, they will take other actions as well, and they may not be as peaceful as the Dr. King and Gandhi paths that I will pursue.
Very nice.
This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin, thanking David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador and Carl Herman from San Ramon, California, for the excellence of their commentary.
You won't find this anywhere else on the Internet than right here.
I would add they're overplaying their hand.
This impeachment trial has become a joke.
It's completely ridiculous.
Anyone who listened to Donald Trump's speech, as did I live as it was being delivered, understood there was no incitement.
And now they've had to change their game plan.
They've had to scramble because there's evidence that was previously planned, which destroys the whole incitement narrative.
Frankly, given there's now a very obvious, reasonable alternative explanation, I find it very difficult to imagine how any serious member of the jury who isn't already predetermined to vote against Donald Trump could do so now, even after all this attempt.
To smear Donald Trump and to dismay his followers.
But people who believe in Donald Trump aren't affected by fake news and this is just more propaganda.
They're going to continue to remain loyal to him, which is why they fear him and why they undertook this enterprise in the first place.
He represents the most powerful, viable alternative party America will have ever seen.
A third party that would immediately dominate the political landscape.
Led by Donald J. Trump.
Stand by, there's more to come.
I continue to believe he will be or even now remains in office as President of the United States.
