This is Jim Fetzer, your host on The Raw Deal, where I'm very pleased to have my featured guest today, John Remington Graham, who is a retired professor of law.
He served as a defense attorney, a prosecutor in Minneapolis.
He's still licensed to practice before the Supreme Court.
Because so many of the issues we're dealing with today have legal ramifications, I wanted to lay out the evidence for Jack and get his expert opinion on their significance.
We begin with what Benjamin Fulford, for whom I'm growing in admiration, reported on January 25th, Hollywood FX can't say bankrupt USA Incorporated, showing it's over, folks.
A criminal enterprise known as the Corporation of the United States of America is finished.
Actual on-the-ground reporters with White House press passes confirm that nobody is in the White House.
The corrupt members of Congress and the Senate dare not show their faces in Washington knowing they could be arrested if they do.
Here's a picture of the Oval Office soundstage where they're shooting the so-called president using Hollywood techniques.
Meanwhile, different uniforms were used for the fake inauguration.
One source on location says actors were hired.
They did not have proper military insignia.
There is plenty of other evidence showing that, in fact, this inauguration video was pre-recorded,
including a colleague of mine who was watching on different channels
and observing they were showing different stages of the inauguration at the same time, which it would have
been impossible were it live and where it was taking place
too early.
By my time clock, and I was astonished at the time, it was 10 minutes to 15 minutes before noon.
When the Constitution makes it clear, the transition occurs at noon.
And because it was taking place during the Trump administration
before it had expired, I'm convinced it was not legally valid and binding.
Meanwhile, we have photographs of the Oval Office ...that are in striking contrast with Donald Trump and the Oval Office.
For example, you can see a parking lot behind one of the windows where in the real White House there are actually trees and bushes.
Theft in Chief Biden has been denied the use of a government plane.
Pentagon sources say we're now in an interregnum before the Republic of the United States of America is re-established.
Remember, the republic founded in 1776 was replaced by a privately owned corporation in 1871, where Donald Trump filed papers 180 days, six months before the election, In order to have the corporation dissolved and return to the Republic all its assets as of one minute to midnight on the 19th of January or the night before the inauguration, meaning even if you assume the inauguration were legitimate, that would mean Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were inaugurated as president and vice president of a defunct corporation.
Now, we have another report that this was all taking place at the Castle Rock White House stage, which turns out to be in Hollywood vicinity, actually technically in Culver City.
We have other indications of the way in which the inauguration was taped.
With multiple takes.
You have individuals in white and pink clothing now in one location, now in another.
You have Jill Biden's shoes changed from tan to blue to tan again.
But now we have footage, footage coming from the location in Culver City.
Where a stuntman, a friend of mine who worked there for about 20 years, told me that this is the Castle Rock White House set in Culver City.
I'm gonna play the tape and then get Jack's comments about it.
What's going on everyone?

Last week I reported on Castle Rock Studios here in Culver City also known as Amazon Studios and the videos gotten out now of Joe Biden at in his Oval Office at basically Castle Rock Studios.
So here's the view.

Okay, just like we see up here in this picture.
Notice where The black SUV is.
Okay.
So let's watch that again.
Alright, so let's look at that upper awning.
And then let's look at the aerial imagery over here.
So this is Amazon Studios.
And look at that ledge.
The same exact ledge.
Me, being a photographer, I can tell you right now where they're at.
So they're standing right here and he's looking left, to his left, at that ledge.
Okay?

You'll see as he turns.
You see a red building.
And he turns to his right.
Look what's right there.
A bright red building.
This just gets better and better.

So if we look at the aerial imagery right here, and we spin this around... That is right where that black SUV would be parked.
Okay, and they've also put a gigantic tree to cover up what's going on right here.
So you can't see from helicopters and everything.
So this huge tree that's so big that the branches don't come down to the window like they do in Donald Trump's picture of his White House, of his Oval Office.
So he has those low branches that come down like we saw at the actual street view of the Oval Office at the White House.
They have this gigantic tree to block what's going on here so you can't see these reporters like we just saw in this video all congregating here before they shuffle in to film him pretending to be the president.
So let's see it again.
Red building, driveway, fence.
Yeah, it's all there.
That's exactly where he is and that's exactly why that big tree is there.
Now Jack, I want you to take for granted the evidence being presented here, meaning
that we know this is a a fake set.
We got a fake president, who actually I'm going to establish is a body double.
He's the beneficiary of a fake election and a fake inauguration and now they're doing recordings
from a soundstatic Culver City pretending to be the president. What does this mean from a legal
point of view? Well, from a legal point of view, it means that we are in an interregnum.
If this evidence shows what it ought to show, it means that we are in an interregnum.
The President of the United States, we don't have a new president.
Interestingly, the Videos that we have seen of the election show that there
were no military brass at the inauguration.
And it also shows that we don't have, that the White House and the Vice President's residence
are vacant at the present time.
And so it might be that there is an attempt at the moment to, that we really haven't,
that Biden really hasn't been elected.
If that's true, then that's just stage setting for what might very well be a military coup d'etat in the United States, which could be the form of a revolution occurring in consequence of a denial of the American people of a free and lawful and fair election, which is a constitutional right.
That's that's that's part of Anglo American tradition.
So it's a very serious thing.
I mean, I think that for some time there has been underway a military coup d'etat in the United States.
That is a distinct possibility.
And what it means is that we're just in a revolutionary situation in which we have no real government, and that the major news media of the United States are cooperating with the Democratic Party to create an appearance of a government which we really don't have.
I mean, it's really astonishing to think that we could be going through a military coup d'etat Which would be the form of a revolution occurring in consequence of an election that was plainly enough caused by or manipulated by computer software, ballot stuffing, and widespread deviation of state laws meant to protect the integrity of public elections.
So this is a very, very serious thing that could be happening at the moment.
Now, Jack, let me elaborate on what I believe is taking place here, to wit that the President appears to have signed the Insurrection Act on the 9th of January, that was a Saturday, transferring control of the government to the Pentagon in FEMA, where we have clear indications that the Pentagon does not recognize Joe Biden as a President of the United States, for example.
We have footage where Joe Biden is approaching Marines on ceremonial duty and he is told over his earphone, salute the Marines.
He is so incompetent.
He not only does not salute the Marines, he says salute the Marines, but more tellingly, Jack, the Marines do not salute him.
Now, as a former Marine Corps officer, I guarantee you there is no way they would not be saluting the man who's the President of the United States unless they had been specifically ordered not to salute because he's not the Commander-in-Chief.
And this, in my opinion, is a clear reflection that the Pentagon does not recognize him as Commander-in-Chief.
Plus, two more notes, Jack.
I understand he was locked out of the White House, which has been in darkness now for a multiplicity of days, and ordered not to set foot on Pentagon property.
Your thoughts?
Well, this is exactly what has been, there has been reporting by certain journalists,
including people like Simon Parks and others, Charlie Ward and others, that we are going
through a process of a military coup d'etat at the present time, which is a revolutionary
act. Now, Trump didn't actually sign the Insurrection Act.
The Insurrection Act is already a law.
He might have signed an executive order implementing it.
The Insurrection Act.
Yes.
That could have happened.
The point is that we don't know for sure, but we have a lot of bits and pieces of suspicious
evidence that suggests that at the present time, there is a military coup d'etat underway
in the United States, which prevented Biden from being inaugurated and is going to implement
a military government of the United States until constitutional government can be restored.
Well, my understanding, Jack, is that's going to happen already on the 4th of March, and
that there was a reason for having Trump out of Washington, D.C. while this is taking place,
so that he could not be accused of simply rounding up his political enemies as though
he were a tin-pot dictator or a petty tyrant.
But rather the military is assuming responsibility because the American people still have confidence in the military.
And when they explain what's taken place and why it has happened, I believe that will bring about unity by all except for the lunatic left who've long since lost all contact with reality.
Well, yeah, I mean, the thing that strikes me as very strange, for example, is the so-called impeachment now underway.
Everybody knows that if the president's term has expired, as it did by the 20th Amendment on the 20th of January, then you can't impeach Trump.
That's obvious.
And if Trump were being impeached as president, you would have to have the Chief Justice to preside under the Sixth Clause of Article I, Section 3 of the United States Constitution.
But the Chief Justice is having nothing to do with it.
This is so irregular that it signals that there must be something else underway.
And I think what is underway is that the United States is undergoing a possible military coup d'etat, which would be a revolution in modern terms, until a constitutional government can be restored.
All of which is premised on the fact, or on the On what evidence shows to be fact that the election was manipulated by computer software and ballot stuffing and deviation from laws, state laws meant to preserve election integrity, all of which is presumed by the Constitution for the election of the president.
And we can't discount these possibilities, even though they are not acknowledged by the major news media.
The major news media have so discredited themselves, you can't believe anything they say.
Now, Jack, let me elaborate on points I've made many times on various shows and other presentations that the man who debated Donald Trump at the first debate and thereafter has not been Joe Biden, the senator from Delaware.
Who for over 35 years ran three times for president and up until South Carolina had not won a single primary or a single caucus and who campaigned from his basement.
He even actually declared, and I do not believe this was a slip of the tongue, We put together the greatest voter fraud organization in history.
He subsequently said, I don't need your help getting elected.
I need your help after I'm elected.
I began pointing out after the first debate that this was not Joe Biden, but a body double, someone who looked a lot like him.
Where James Woods was the first to tweet that the guy who debated had brown eyes, whereas Biden has blue, where I focused on the ear, because a body double has an ear that comes down and attaches directly to the skin, while Joe Biden has an ear that curls up.
And I know, for those who see the video version of our show today, they'll see the close-up.
That makes it obvious the ears are completely different.
The doubles ears have additional variations and contours that are not present in the biden ears, where we know that ears are not subject to surgical manipulation and are as distinctive as fingerprints.
We also have a pharmacist who is used to checking signatures to ensure that they're not being written for drugs illegally, who is raising questions about the signature he's seen on documents that Joe Biden has signed.
Where I'd already published about this, Jack, but the pharmacist is offering some explanations that might serve as excuses that I believe don't pan out.
He says, part of my job as a pharmacist is to watch for forged doctor signatures, and I am pretty sure Joe's are forged.
I suspect he is embarrassed by his shaky signature and had his wife sign for a signature stamp used for official business.
As you can see on the attachment, the last three signatures are identical, indicative of a stamp, and that's fine as long as it's his signature.
Maybe that's easier to submit to the Federal Register.
Well, Jack, here I'm showing signatures.
The way Joe Biden signs, it's fairly heavy, dark signature, J-O-E, Biden, with a J as a slash.
But the double, the imposter, has a slash for the J but no O-E, adds the middle and issue R, and adds junior at the end, and it's distinctly with less pressure applied.
I wanted to make sure which signature was on these documents that are allegedly being signed as executive orders, and of course it's the Signature of the double, not of Joe Biden.
Comment on the legal significance of this form of fraud.
Well, part of the problem is that we don't know for sure what is actually happening, but we have lots of circumstantial evidence that indicates That the man who is now acting in the name of Joe Biden isn't really Joe Biden.
If that happens, then none of his executive orders are legally valid.
It will take a time to correct all this.
But what I have seen is that ever since the United States Supreme Court refused to intervene in the case brought by Ken Paxton of the Attorney General of Texas against Let's see, it was Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
Once the Supreme Court failed to become involved in the case, we were deprived of a fair remedy for the destruction of a basic constitutional right, which is to say, you see it It proclaimed in the eighth article of the English Bill of Rights that it would be protected under our Ninth Amendment.
And if we have been denied a pre-election and a meaningful remedy, that means that there will... And the evidence is widely understood.
It's internet accessible.
You can get it on Google, for crying out loud.
uh and you can see you can you can you if you have a pacer account you can see the evidence as it has been pleaded by eminent counsel in great detail in federal lawsuits but never touched never evaluated so what this means is that we have been denied a remedy well if you look at At the Declaration of Independence, the main thing there that is elaborated are the conditions under which a revolution may take place.
So the United States Constitution presupposes that a revolution has occurred, and it presupposes that revolutions will occur thereafter.
And we have had a number of revolutions in the United States, not just one, but we had the War of 1812 when you had the Hartford Convention of 1814 and 1815.
We had the American Civil War, which is another revolution.
And these events occur from time to time.
If we were to have a revolution today, the most likely form of the revolution Would be a military coup d'etat.
And if we have a military coup d'etat happening at the present time, the bits and pieces of circumstantial evidence that you're pointing out could indicate precisely that we're going through a military coup d'etat as a transition between the destruction of constitutional government And during a period of military coup d'etat to reestablishment of a constitutional government in the United States.
It's very serious what has happened these days and the behavior of Congress with respect to the impeachment is so bizarre and so obviously out of line.
That you can conclude that the country is not functioning according to regular constitutional procedure and laws.
It's just, it's a very serious thing that could be happening right now.
The bits and pieces of circumstantial evidence that you have pointed out are supportive of this possibility.
Now, Jack, let me add that if I am correct and that the Democratic Party has been running an imposter as their candidate for president, if it was the imposter who was inaugurated, if it's the imposter who's signing executive orders, wouldn't that invalidate their entire campaign and mean that President Trump was reelected by default?
Well, that's one possibility, yes.
Yes, it is a possibility.
It would certainly mean that everything that has happened in the United States since the 20th of January has been legally null and void.
And if we have anything that looks like a government right now, it would be a military government, if we have a government at all.
And you notice, of course, all the troops in Washington, D.C., all the fencing and so forth that has been put up, which has a very durable quality to it.
If, in fact, Trump initiated or activated the Insurrection Act on 9 January, as I believe to be the case, Would that mean the same thing as a military coup, Jack?
Or would that alter the legal status of what's taking place?
It would just be, it would be, I mean, it would be, you have to have some, I mean, even a revolution has to have some legal form.
And what it would mean is that we're going through a military coup d'etat, occasioned by activization of The Insurrection Act of 1807.
And this could be going on right now.
I believe it is a serious possibility and that the pictures of Joe Biden signing executive orders and wearing a mask and so on are just news media fakery.
It is a serious possibility that this could be going on right now.
I can't deny that we may have something like that going on.
Now, Jack, what do the Democrats think they're achieving here?
I mean, this is so bizarre.
If you follow all the evidence we've been addressing, and I think it's really overwhelming that all the points we've been making about fakery and fraud and deception are well-founded in the evidence.
What does this tell us about the Democratic Party?
Well, it tells us really nothing more than that political passion and prejudice, particularly partisan passion and prejudice, can become so strong that it supersedes love of the Constitution and of the country.
And I mean, if you look at Nancy Pelosi, for example, her behavior is so bizarre, you can see that she must be emotionally troubled woman.
And her political passion and prejudice has superseded her devotion to the Constitution.
And that may have triggered a reaction within the government of a military coup d'etat.
I mean, I thought it was very strange that at the inauguration that I viewed on television, there were no military brass present.
I've never seen that before.
Have you?
No, no, no.
Who ever heard of a presidential election without military brass present?
Yes, yes, yes.
And as far as we know, the White House is vacant.
Yes, that's right.
It certainly appears that way.
And apparently the Bidens are not living at the White House because of the way the lights go on in the evening.
So something is very strange.
And I mean, we've heard discussion about this from people like Charlie Ward and Simon Parks and so on.
Who have been talking about a military takeover.
Well, I mean, that's that sort of thing happens in countries of the 20th and 21st century.
We have a military coup d'etat in Myanmar or Burma right now.
And we this could there's no reason why it couldn't happen in the United States.
But if it is, you would have to have the cooperation of the major media, which speak for the Gilderberg
Group, which is trying to establish an EU-style one-world government banking and
currency.
That's what's going on at the present time, and this is a very, very strange thing that
is underway.
And I'm not, I just say there's too much of this circumstantial evidence to brush it off
as too fantastic to believe.
I urge that we suspend judgment, be very alert to events and that we don't jump to conclusions, but that certainly we have to be open to the possibility.
As a real possibility that we are undergoing we are going through a military coup d'etat in the United States.

Now we have a further development that I think reinforces the oddity of this situation, where the House voted Thursday to strip this Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican from Georgia.
She's a freshman.
She's been stirring up the pot because of her controversial views about Sandy Hook and Parkland school shootings having been staged.
about no plane having hit the Pentagon and a host of others where Jack, my own research, my own collaborative research and publications including books, substantiates that what she is saying here is true She's being punished for a laundry list of extreme views and conspiracy theories she promoted before taking office, where the vote passed by a margin of 230 to 199, with 11 Republicans siding with the Democrats.
with 11 Republicans siding with the Democrats.
No Democrats voted against the resolution.
It's very peculiar, Jack, because this is the first time that the majority
party is dictating how the minority party can make its committee assignments in
the House of Representatives.
She has asserted, she recently spoke with Donald Trump, and it has his support, Which I believe.
Other prominent Republicans, however, have been less supportive, including Senate Majority Mitch McConnell, who made completely ridiculous statements, in my opinion, trashing him.
In my eyes, Blasted Green's loony lies and conspiracy theories, calling them a cancer for the Republican Party in our country, which is simply absurd, Jack, given that what she is saying is actually provably true, Meanwhile, Democrats are trying to present Greene as a poster child for the GOP.
McCarthy has chosen to make House Republicans the party of conspiracy theories and QAnon, where Pelosi said in a statement Wednesday, and Representative Greene is in the driver's seat, McCarthy actually had been reasonably supportive of her, and of course he's a minority leader in the House, Particularly disturbing, according to Pelosi, is the Republicans' eagerness to reward a QAnon adherent, a 9-11 truther, and harass her of child survivors at school shootings.
That's because she's challenged David Hogg.
Just a minute.
You talk about 9-11 truth.
Just from a purely forensic point of view, In my career, 50 years in practicing law, or more than 50 years, was largely consumed with forensic science and medicine.
Forensics, from the point of view of forensic science and nothing else, the buildings at the World Trade Center came down on 9-11 from controlled demolition.
That's, that's virtually that we may have a lot of different ideas As to who was responsible, but the buildings did come down from controlled demolition.
You can't brush this aside by calling it 9-11 truther nonsense.
That's, that's, they're, they're trying to, you're trying to say that the Sandy Hook did not occur as it has been
reported in the news.
Well, on the day of the alleged shooting, we have a photograph of the school and it was obviously closed.
So how are you going to explain?
How could you say that this was a real event?
Was an unreal event or a staged event?
The evidence that we have widespread problems at the present time in the United States is mounting daily.
And more and more people are beginning to recognize it.
What they did with Congresswoman Greene from Georgia is absurd.
And it's part of the bizarre behavior of the Democratic Party in connection with the impeachment, which the Democratic Party is taking orders from the Democratic National Committee.
Which was elected to represent no one in Congress.
How can they be ordering Democrats about so they all act in unison?
And that never has been the case before in American history.

I think you're 100% correct, Jack.
And I mean, look, I've done so much research on the issues where her theories or views or opinions are supposed to be so bizarre that I know that virtually everything she's asserted is in fact not only true, but provably true.
And you can find it in my various presentations and books.

I mean, these were all fake staged events, and to me, she's a breath of fresh air.
And Jack, is it insulting that they're really punishing her for exercising freedom of speech?
I mean, this is outrageous, even as a member of Congress, where we know the Democrats have said many loony things that actually are false, provably false.
Here she said, has made assertions that, in my judgment, based on my research, are provably true, and yet she is the one being censored.
Well, this sort of thing has happened throughout my career.
I remember when I was getting out of law school, I was signing up for OCS, and I realized at that time I came to read some important books like Marvin Gettleman's documentary on Vietnam, and I canceled all my OCS interviews Draft dodged my way out of law school and represented young men who refused to be drafted for the war.
And for this, I was punished.
And I remember one time I was working on water fluoridation.
The more I put, when I went, when I proved in three courts in a row that water fluoridation, and the judges found that water fluoridation causes cancer in man.
has been sponsored by the United States Public Health Service, they tried to get my law professorship
and they tried to get me disbarred. So this is a very common thing that happens and it has been
happening in the United States for a long time. It's not just something that happened just in our
age. In the presidency of Donald Trump, it's been going on for a long, long time, Jim.
Well, I want to share this statement that she made on the floor of the House before the vote
and how anyone could vote against her after the contrition she shows here is beyond me, Jack.
Listen to this for those who may not be aware of the statement that Marjorie Taylor Greene made on the House prior to the vote.
Madam Speaker, my Democrat colleagues, Republican Straight back home in Georgia 14 to the American people, to my mom and dad and my husband and my children.
I've been here for one month and a day, and I've gotten to know part of my conference, my Republican colleagues, but not even all of them yet.
I haven't gotten to know any of my Democrat colleagues, and I haven't had to have any conversations with any of you to tell you who I am and what I'm about.
You only know me by how Media Matters, CNN, MSNBC, and the rest of the mainstream media is portraying me.
What you don't know about me, Is that I'm a very proud wife of almost 25 years that I'm a mother of three children and I consider being a mother the greatest blessing of my life and the greatest thing that I'll ever achieve.
I'm probably the 1st person to graduate college and my family, making my parents very happy and proud.
I'm also a very successful business owner.
We've grown our company from one state to 11 states.
I'm a very hard worker.
I've always paid my taxes.
I've never been arrested.
I've never done drugs, but I've gotten a few speeding tickets in my day.
What you need to know about me is I'm a very regular American, just like the people I represent in my district and most people across the country.
I never ever considered to run for Congress or even get involved in politics.
As a matter of fact, I wasn't a political person until I found a candidate that I really liked, and his name is Donald J. Trump, when he ran for president.
To me, he was someone I could relate to, someone that I enjoyed his plain talk.
Not the offensive things, but just the way he talked normally.
And I thought, finally, maybe this is someone That will do something about the things that deeply bother me, like the fact that we're so deeply in debt that our country has murdered over 62 million people in the womb.
The fact that our borders are open and some of my friends have had their children murdered by illegal aliens, or perhaps that maybe we can stop sending our sons and daughters.
To fight in foreign wars and be used as the world's police, basically.
Or maybe that our government would stand up for our American businesses and our American jobs and make the American people and the American taxpayers their focus.
These are the things that I care about deeply.
So when we elected President Trump, and then I started seeing things in the news that didn't make sense to me, like Russian collusion.
Which are conspiracy theories also, and have been proven so.
These things bothered me deeply, and I realized just watching CNN or Fox News, I may not find the truth.
And so what I did is I started looking up things on the internet, asking questions, like most people do every day.
Use Google.
And I stumbled across something, and this was at the end of 2017, called QAnon.
Well, these posts were mainly about this Russian collusion information.
A lot of it was some of what I would see on the news at night, and I got very interested in it.
So I posted about it on Facebook, I read about it, I talked about it, I asked questions about it, and then more information came from it.
But you see, here's the problem.
Throughout 2018, because I was upset about things and didn't trust the government, really, because The people here weren't doing the things that I thought they should be doing for us.
The things that I just told you I cared about.
And I want you to know, a lot of Americans don't trust our government.
And that's sad.
The problem with that is, though, is I was allowed to believe things that weren't true, and I would ask questions about them and talk about them.
And that is absolutely what I regret.
Because if it weren't for the Facebook post and comments that I liked in 2018, I wouldn't be standing here today and you couldn't point a finger and accuse me of anything wrong because I've lived a very good life that I'm proud of, my family's proud of, my husband's proud of, my children are proud of, and that's what my district elected me for.
So later in 2018, when I started finding misinformation, lies, things that were not true in these QAnon posts, I stopped believing it.
And I want to tell you, any source, and I say this to everyone, any source of information that is a mix of truth and a mix of lies is dangerous, no matter what it is saying, what party it is helping, anything or any country it's about.
It's dangerous.
And these are the things that happen on the left and the right.
And it is a true problem in our country.
So I walked away from those things and I decided I'm going to do what I've done all my life.
I'm going to work hard and try to solve the problems that I'm upset about.
So I started getting involved in politics.
You see, school shootings are absolutely real.
And every child that is lost, those families mourn it.
I understand how terrible it is because when I was 16 years old in 11th grade, my school was a gun-free school zone, and one of my schoolmates brought guns to school and took our entire school hostage.
And that happened right down the hall from my classroom.
I know the fear that David Hogg had that day.
I know the fear that these kids have.
And this is why, and I say this sincerely with all my heart, because I love our kids, every single one of your children, all of our children.
I truly believe that children at school should never be left unprotected.
I believe they should be just as protected as we were with 30,000 National Guardsmen.
Our children are our future and they're our most precious resource.
I also want to tell you 9-11 absolutely happened.
I remember that day crying all day long watching it on the news.
And it's a tragedy for anyone to say it didn't happen.
And so that I definitely want to tell you, I do not believe that it's fake.
I also want to tell you that we've got to do better.
You see, big media companies can take teeny tiny pieces of words that I've said, that you have said, any of us, And can portray us into someone that we're not and that is wrong.
Cancel culture is a real thing.
It is very real.
And when big tech companies like Twitter, you can scroll through and see where someone may have retweeted porn.
This is a problem.
This is a terrible, terrible thing.
But yet, when I say that I absolutely believe with all my heart that God's creation is He created them male and female, and that should not be denied when I am censored for saying those type of things, that is wrong.
You see, here's the real situation.
I decided to run for Congress Because I wanted to help our country.
I want Americans to have our American dream.
I want to protect our freedoms.
This is what I ran for Congress on.
I never once said during my entire campaign, QAnon.
I never once said any of the things that I am being accused of today during my campaign.
I never said any of these things.
Since I have been elected for Congress.
These were words of the past and these things do not represent me.
They do not represent my district, and they do not represent my values.
Here's what I can tell you.
I am beyond grateful for this opportunity and I'll tell you why.
I believe in God with all my heart and I'm so grateful to be humbled to be reminded that I'm a sinner and that Jesus died on the cross to forgive me for my sins.
And this is something that I absolutely rejoice in today to tell you all.
And I think it's important for all of us to remember none of us are perfect.
None of us are.
And none of us can even come close to earning our way into heaven just by our acts and our works.
But it's only through the grace of God.
And this is why I will tell you as a member of this Congress, the 117th Congress, I'm a passionate person.
I'm a competitor.
I'm a fighter.
I will work with you for good things for the people of this country.
But the things I will not stand for is abortion.
I think it's the worst thing this country has ever committed.
And if we're to say in God we trust, how do we murder God's creation in the womb?
Another thing I will say to this body is I want to work with all of you for our people.
It should be America first always.
Always.
And there's nothing wrong with that.
And if this Congress is to tolerate members that condone riots that have hurt American people, attacked police officers, occupied federal property, burned businesses and cities, but yet wants to condemn me and crucify me in the public square for words that I said and I regret a few years ago, then I think we are in a real big problem, a very big problem.
What shall we do as Americans?
Shall we stay divided like this?
Will we allow the media that is just as guilty as QAnon of presenting truth and lies to divide us?
Will we allow ourselves to be addicted to hate and hating one another?
I hope not, because that's not the future I want for my children, and it's not the future I want for any of your children.

I woke up this morning literally laughing, thinking about what a bunch of morons the Democrats, plus 11, meaning 11 Republicans, are for giving someone like me free time.
In this Democrat, tyrannical government, conservative Republicans have no say on committees anyway.

This is a wonderful woman.
Well, she's speaking within her—she's speaking within her rights as—on the First Amendment.
She has committed no act of wrongdoing.
And when the Democrats were acting on orders of the DNC, the DNC has power which it shouldn't have.
It was not elected or chosen to represent anybody in Congress, and yet the Democratic Party is ordered about by this corrupt organization.
I mean, I don't agree with a lot of things she said in her speech, but I mean, it's just like they're trying to destroy the freedom of speech on orders of the DNC.
What a ridiculous and unconstitutional situation this is.
Let me explain for our audience, by the way, that having John Remington Graham here with us today is such a rich and rewarding experience that I'm going to hold off taking any calls to the bottom of the second hour, possibly not at all, but I'll let you know because there's so much we want to cover and discuss, and because he has such a wealth of information and knowledge.

You may have heard Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez give these emotional appeals about how she heard the crowd coming into the Capitol, knocking on her door, terrified.

That she thought they were going to kill her.
Well, get this, she wasn't even in the building.
She was in another building down the street, the Cannon Building, which a fellow congresswoman admits was never even stormed.
So they're willing to admit liars and phonies and frauds like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez without blinking an eye when she lies to the American people about a matter of considerable significance.
But when this dear, wonderful woman from Georgia, who happens to express opinions with which the Democrats are at odds, and I don't underestimate her endorsement of the pro-life position, which the Democrats, of course, are uniformly opposed to, encouraging abortion on demand.
There's a lot of politics going on here, and the Democrats are shoveling a whole lot of that stuff.
We've got to expect from them.

Well, this is Jim Fetzer, your host on The Raw Deal, where I'm very pleased to have as
my featured guest today, John Remington Graham, a very experienced attorney, former professor
of law.
He's been a prosecutor, he's been a defense attorney, he's qualified to appear before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Jack, we mentioned in passing about the impeachment being such a bizarre situation.
There's a wonderful piece from David Marcus of The Federalist explaining that Trump did not incite an insurrection, that the Democrats and their media allies are milking a tragic riot for all it's worth, where the evidence I put together indicates it was staged and orchestrated in advance, And interestingly, Jack, where Lindsey Graham has indicated he's going to call FBI officials to testify who will explain that it was orchestrated in advance and it was a planned event and therefore Trump cannot possibly have been guilty of incitement or insurrection.
But even beyond that, even if it hadn't been orchestrated in advance, there's no evidence whatsoever of any incitement by Donald Trump.
I listened to the entire speech.
I thought it was a good speech.
I didn't think it was his best, but it was very typical of his presentations.
He was reviewing a lot of the evidence about The theft of the election by means of machine manipulation, dumping extra ballots, deleting Trump ballots, and the like.
Nothing he said was inflammatory.
Moreover, it turns out that, legally speaking, incitement has an incredibly high bar
that none of Trump's actions since the election come close to meeting, which were set by the Supreme
Court in its landmark Brandenburg versus Ohio case, where the decision held that in order to constitute
incitement to violence, speech must include intent and specific, not abstract, instructions to
act.
It also requires a speech in question to likely produce imminent lawless action.
Let me make a comment about imminent lawless action right off the bat.
He was speaking at the Ellipse, which is a mile and a half away.
It took Trump supporters around 45 minutes to reach the Capitol, so there was no possibility for imminent lawless action.
Not only that, But he only said to proceed in a patriotic way and to, you know, express your support for the Constitution and your opposition to the theft of the election, all of which was totally appropriate.
We have a timeline here that shows that the Trump people only began showing up by around 1.56 p.m., where Trump finished speaking at 1.11, where the first protesters arrived at 12.40.
By 1 p.m., the Capitol Chief Police was talking about seeing officers attacked.
By 1.09, he'd requested the National Guard, and Trump hadn't even finished speaking yet.
Jack, this is all outrageous.
We also have a report from James, the brother of accused leftist provocateur John Sullivan, who's reporting that John led 226 Antifa members to bring about the Capitol riots, which is certainly consistent with the FBI determination that it was pre-planned, where there was clearly no insurrection either.
Where an insurrection involves an attempt to overthrow the government of the United States.
Jack, this appears to be a target-rich environment.
Would you comment?
Well, I mean, if you watch Trump's speech, and you and I have both done that, and you can get it on the internet, watch it yourself, it's obvious, it's perfectly obvious that That he was acting within his rights of free speech under the First Amendment.
What he did was to explain that the election, some salient evidence that the election was manipulated by computer software and old-fashioned ballot stuffing.
And he also, and not to mention the separate allegations in the Texas lawsuit, what he said was perfectly legitimate and couldn't possibly amount to a public offense.
No prosecutor, no honest, upright prosecutor I know would ever charge him with incitement or sedition or anything of that sort.
That's obvious.
And the second thing is that the impeachment against him is also obviously unconstitutional.
The Constitution specifically states that impeachment is to remove a public officer, a president or another civil officer of the United States.
You can't remove someone from office who is no longer a member of the A federal officer.
You can't remove someone from public office who's no longer in office.
There was a case in the presidency of John Adams in which one of the framers, William Blount from North Carolina, was impeached when he was no longer a member of the U.S.
Senate.
And when the case came to the Senate for trial, It was dismissed because Blount was no longer a member of civil officer of the United States.
So from the face of the Constitution and from the precedents that have been in effect since the beginning of our Republic, the impeachment itself, even if he had done something wrong, cannot proceed.
And it's bizarre.
The Democratic Party would allow themselves to do this.
I don't believe that rational Democrats are behind this measure, but it is obvious that members of Congress are taking orders from the Democratic National Committee, which with the Republican National Committee should be abolished, because these organizations are Have no authority to order members of Congress what to do or how to vote.
And if they are doing that, which is apparently what is happening, they should be abolished.
It's a terrible situation.
It's bizarre.
And obviously, people like Patrick Leahy, who knows better, he's the president pro tem of the Senate.
And he is going to preside over the trial, which means that Donald Trump is not being tried as a president or civil officer of the United States.
He and all the rest of them are just taking orders from the Democratic National Committee, which has become a problem in the United States.
Why should Congress Why should the Democrats in Congress ask Act Univoce on orders of the Democratic National Committee?
It makes no sense that they should be taking orders from an organization which has no constitutional or legal basis whatsoever.
And yet this organization is driving the Democratic Party To ruin.
I think the Democratic Party is going to harm itself when they do this.
Certainly, they're going to pay for what they did to Congresswoman Greene, and they're going to pay for what they are doing to Trump.
I think they're falling apart.
I think they've exposed themselves as totally corrupt, utterly immoral, having no ethical standards whatsoever.
They're willing to lie, to steal, to cheat.
AOC, after all, is the most prominent Democratic member of the house who is actually reaching the public.
And if she's willing to lie about the capital intrusion, claiming she was in fear of her life,
when she was in fact at a different building altogether, which wasn't even entered by anyone with whatever intent.
I mean, this is disgraceful, Jack.
This is just disgraceful.
It's disgusting.
But it is so bizarre that it signifies that our civilization is in a serious state of decline now.
I'd point out, too, that many of the prominent Democrats, including the new Vice President Kamala Harris, Maxine Waters, even Nancy Pelosi, were very supportive of the actual looting and arson and rioting by BLM and Black Lives Matter.
Here you got Kamala saying protesters should not let up.
Here you have Pelosi saying, I just don't know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be.
Here you got Mad Maxine.
If you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, in a gasoline station, you get out and create a crowd.
And you push back on them and you tell them they're not welcome anymore anywhere.
I mean, Jack, this is just absurd, the situation here.
It is so completely and totally bizarre.
They have no principles, no standards.
They're talking out of both sides of their mouth, and they have now censored a very fine member of the opposition party and created a president Yeah, well it really is.
And I think they're going to cause themselves a lot of harm.

But I think the Democratic National committee probably believes that they have control over
elections through voter software and they think they can get by with this but I think they're
going to be surprised.
Excellent Jack. Now one of the original topics we were planning to discuss has to do with the
inflated COVID statistics where Edward Hendry who's been publishing just a non-stop series
of completely brilliant exposés explains how researchers have uncovered how the CDC
illegally inflated COVID-19 death certificates death numbers.
Here's an explanation.
On March 24, the CDC published the NVSS COVID-19 Alert No.
2 document instructing medical examiners, coroners, and physicians To de-emphasize underlying causes of death, also referred to as pre-existing conditions or comorbidities, by recording them in Part 2 rather than Part 1 of death certificates, as the underlying cause of death are expected to result in COVID-19 being the underlying cause of death more often than not.
This was a major rule change for death certificate reporting From the CDC's 2003 Coroner's Handbook on Death Registration and Fetal Death Reporting and the Physician's Handbook on Medical Certification of Death, which have instructed death reporting professionals nationwide to report underlying conditions in Part 1 for the previous 17 years.
This single change resulted in a significant inflation of COVID-19 fatalities by instructing that COVID-19 be listed in Part 1 of death certificates as a definitive cause of death, regardless of confirmatory evidence, Rather than listed in part two as a contributor to death in the presence of pre-existing conditions, as would have been done using the 2003 guidelines.
The changes, the effects were dramatic, Jack.
For example, Total fatalities using the guidelines published by the CDC on March 24th for COVID-19 yielded, for a fixed interval of time, 161,392 fatalities attributed to COVID-19.

the guidelines that had been in use for 17 years prior to March 24th, that number would
have been 9,684.
So they increased the number of fatalities by as much as 1,600% over what they would have been had the CDC used the older guidelines.
Jack, this is just stunning stuff!
Yeah, it is.
But the CDC has been a corrupt organization for a long time.
This is not the only thing that they've done.
The CDC is part of the United States Public Health Service.
And some years ago, I was involved in litigation to prove that fluoridation of public water supplies causes cancer and other ailments in man.
And I went to court three times Once in Pennsylvania, once in Illinois, and once in Texas.
And all three judges found that chlorination causes cancer and other ailments in man.
And I can tell you that those trials had a common characteristic.
First, the government of the United States under the USPHS literally covered up and misrepresented Laboratory studies showing that fluoride in water at one part per million is a carcinogen and will cause cancer-related reactions in laboratory mice.
The other thing they did was when we had massive epidemiological data, they left out all of it in their adjustments for age, race, and sex.
They left out all available cancer death rate figures that had been observed during all available and pertinent data in their adjustments.
But we did the same adjustments only we included the data that they had left out and we showed that there was a huge association Between water fluoridation and human cancer.
Now that was what I learned in the period from 1978 to 1982.
That was a long time ago by today's standards.
But they're doing the same kind of manipulation of data today that they did before.
Now there's another interesting article that you sent where COVID-19 will involve upper respiratory ailment, and you need oxygen to treat it.
And so if we really have a pandemic that is crowding our hospitals, hospitals would be buying more oxygen equipment and oxygen.
But the figures show that the amount of oxygen The sales of oxygen equipment is going down, not up.
And so that's indirect proof that there is no pandemic underway at the present time, or that we're not suffering anything extraordinary.
The United States Public Health Service is a corrupt organization, but has been for many, many years, Jim.
It's not something that just happened yesterday.
It's been around for a long time.
And the corruption in their work, I've seen it in court many times, is just heart-sickening.
Yeah, you're absolutely right, Jack.
This is a brilliant piece exposing, by means of indirect evidence, what would have to be the case if the pandemic were real, that we'd have to have dramatically increased requirements for oxygen, when in fact the combined sales are actually dropping.
Not only that, but they would need additional medical supplies for IV bags and poles and syringes, They checked Wall Street for the five largest companies that provide medical supplies.
Those are McKesson, Amerisource, Bergen, Henry Schein, Cardinal Health, and Medline Industries.
Although the five company sales increased slightly in 2020 over 2019, the growth rate for the past year has slowed.
Compared to the five-year aggregate growth rate for these companies, which makes no sense if a crippling pandemic is pushing hospitals to their limits.
It's a fraud!
Well, it certainly appears that way, yeah.
But the point I wanted to say is that I have been dealing with this problem, dealing with the United States Public Health Service, for a long time.
Since they endorsed water fluoridation in 1951, up to through the end of 2011, easily a million persons in the United States have died of cancer, promoted or caused by water fluoridation.
And they did this by covering up the laboratory studies showing that fluoride in water at one part per million is a carcinogen.
And they did this also by doing adjustments of epidemiological data for age, race, and sex, leaving out all available and pertinent observed cancer death rate data.
And that's why I was able to Secure judgments in three states that fluoridation causes cancer and other ailments in man.
It's the fraud of the United States Public Health Service, which includes the CDC, and what they're doing about COVID is more of the same.
It's a different illness, but they are deliberately misrepresenting and misinterpreting the data For political reasons, and they've been doing this for as long for a long, long time.
As I say, I was in court from 1978 until 1982 on this problem.
And Congress refused to do anything about it.
I mean, the Union of Scientists at the United States Public Health Service, or excuse me, the US EPA, United States Environmental Protection Agency, Reviewed the scientific evidence that we presented in court as it had been published at the time of the cases and since.
And they concluded that the judges were scientifically correct in their findings that fluoridation causes cancer and other ailments of man.
And they reported to a subcommittee of the United States Congress, the United States Senate in the year 2000.
And nothing was done.
The United States Public Health Service is institutionally corrupt in that they systematically misrepresent or cover up information for political reasons.
Jack, it's so sensational having you here today.

Bill Graham Jack, I don't know if you know the whole story, but Jerry Corsi
has explained that 200 generals were profoundly upset with a corruption at the White House
during the Obama administration, and they were contemplating a military coup to wipe it out.
Just to give you an illustration of what they're talking about, The Seth Rich emails, which he downloaded directly from the DNC server with the assistance of the familiar internet personality Kim.com, and then transferred to Julian Assange by way of Craig Murray, who is the UK ambassador to Uzbekistan, where they both asserted they know the leaker, that it wasn't hacking, and that he wasn't Russian, which has been confirmed by Bill Binney,
Our nation's leading cyber security expert, who's confirmed that it was done in the eastern time zone at a rate far too rapid to have been distant Russian hacking, included emails showing that Barack Obama had spent 35, it may actually have been 65,000 taxpayer dollars to fly hot dogs and pizza in from Chicago for a private party at the White House.
Now, this is odd on its face, because those familiar with White House protocol know they will not accept food from outside sources to circumvent the risk of poisoning.
And, of course, we all know that if you were to fly hot dogs and pizza from Chicago to Washington, D.C., they'd be inedible.
I mean, what would be the point?
But it turns out that in pedo-speak, Jack, hot dog refers to little boys, pedo little girls.
So what we are actually talking about here is Barack Obama shelling out tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars to fly little boys and little girls to the White House for a private party.
It's disgusting beyond belief.
So the chiefs, being aware of this corruption, approached Donald Trump, explained they've been contemplating a coup.
They wanted his advice.
He asked, why can't you just arrest them now?
Well, they did a search, a survey, and they discovered that The government would collapse because you're talking about 70% of those who are involved in federal governmental operations, which coincides with what I learned from Jim Rothstein, a former New York City gold shield detective,
Who cracked many pedophile cases only to see them quashed by the district attorney on political grounds, and who, when I shared with him content that was leaking from the Anthony Weiner laptop, then in possession of the NYPD, where I suspect Jim already knew what I was sharing with him, and asked if he was surprised.
He said, no, not at all, because based upon his experience, 70% of the American political elite is engaged in pedophilia.
So I think that number is good as gold, Jack.
We can take it to the bank.
They decided that what they needed to do was to support Donald Trump becoming president and then to lay out a systematic plan to drain the swamp How many times did we hear the Donald talking about draining the swamp?
I believe the actual execution of the master plan is about to unfold.
But let me just mention this specifically for your commentary.
Lin Wood, who along with Sidney Powell, has been one of the two most prominent attorneys taking up the cause of Donald Trump in relation to the elections, They explained that the Chief Justice had absurdly declined to hear the Texas lawsuit on the ground that there was no discernible rationale or justification for Texas to care about how other states conducted their elections, which is a manifest absurdity on its face.
Every citizen cares about various states and how they conduct their elections because they could have tilted one way or another with consequences that affect us all.
And he went on to say that Justice Roberts had an overheard a conversation with Justice Stephen Breyer talking about manipulating the vote, and Roberts said to Breyer, I won't let that mother effer get re-elected.

Linwood has also revealed that John Roberts, who was on Jeffrey Epstein's Lolita Express, his name shows up on the manifest, With the assistance of Jeffrey Epstein, adopted two children from Wales.
I believe they were male, but it was done illegally, where it appears that this has compromised the Chief Justice's standing.
But it seems to me, if you just go back to his observations, his conversation with Justice Breyer, that that by itself Not only disqualifies him from sitting on any case related to the election, but from even being a member of a properly constituted court.
Well, I don't know about all the allegations that have been made about John Roberts by Lin Wood, and I have a few reservations about Mr. Wood, but The Supreme Court of the United States let the country down when they refused to take jurisdiction over the Texas lawsuit brought by Ken Paxton, who was the Attorney General of Texas.
That was the opportunity to straighten out this election, and they had a moral duty to accept jurisdiction Which was certainly within the original jurisdiction of the U.S.
Supreme Court.
And when they didn't take the case, they denied the people of the United States a meaningful remedy for a corrupt denial of a free and lawful and fair election in 2020.
So consequently, we're in a situation in which revolution in one form or another, sooner or later, is going to happen.
Nothing can be done to stop this.
It may not happen tomorrow, it may happen today, but we don't know what form it will take, but it will happen.
If you understand the Declaration of Independence, upon which The United States Constitution was built to understand that our Constitution presupposes revolution and anticipates revolution.
Now, the question about the possibility of a military coup d'etat, there is a lot of circumstantial evidence that indicates that such an event is already in the process of taking place.
And we just shouldn't Jump to any conclusions, but we admit we should suspend judgment.
But if we do have eventually a military coup d'etat, we should not be surprised.
That's all.
That's all I'm trying to say.
We don't have to conclude that Roberts has been compromised by a deal with Epstein.
Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't.
But Roberts They misled the Supreme Court in letting the whole country down by not accepting original jurisdiction over the suit brought by Kenneth Paxton, Attorney General of Texas, against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
Once they did that, they deprived the country of a meaningful remedy for a basic Uh, constitutional right, which is part of Anglo American tradition.
It's the right to free open elections is guaranteed in the, in the English Bill of Rights of 1689 and it's carried over in the Ninth Amendment.
It is the evidence that such elections, uh, such corruption occurred is overwhelming.
It is available on the internet.
And it has been pleaded in detail by eminent counsel, and there has never been a judicial examination of the facts.
So there has been some legislative consideration, and legislative committees have concluded that there was election fraud.
But we have been denied a meaningful remedy, and that means that we're We're set up for a revolution.
I think you're right, Jack.
And it might take the form of a military coup d'etat.
I'm not denying that.
I'm not sure.
But if it happens, we should not be surprised.
And it exemplifies a principle John F. Kennedy articulated when he said, those who make peaceful reform impossible make violent revolution inevitable, though a military coup would be non-violent, presumably.

Jim, regarding your Seth Rich story, there is an alleged extended version of
that story that he didn't just download basically, uh, from the DNC server he
imaged, he was assigned to image the servers, which included the RNC
server as well as the DNC server, but it's never ever reported by too many people,
if any, I mean, a few people talk about it, but the storyline is Seth Rich, a
staunch supporter of Bernie Sanders, uh, so on image, the server
got all the stuff in the RNC, got all the stuff from the DNC and what he found
on there just bursted his bubble.
He was so discouraged that he actually spread it out and shared it with other
interns throughout the country, because not only what he found there was, you
know, you're speaking about emails and this and that was all of their plans and
how they do the voter fraud, how they manipulate elections, how they use the
software, all this different types of plans were on there as well as so many
other things.
All right.
Then from there, all these, all these interns got together and they started
revolting.
And then of course, then it carries on to the Julian Assange.
That's fascinating, Brew.
I did not know those broader ramifications.
And, you know, what is this Democratic Party?
I mean, is it really just a communist Bolshevik organization?
I mean, it looks like that from what you're describing here.
If they can't win... Say again?
It has been a corrupted organization.
I was active as a Democrat for many, many years.
Until as a public prosecutor, I was expected as a political favor to prosecute a Republican candidate against whom there was no probable cause.
That's when I had enough and I changed parties.
But the Democratic Party was once a great force for the good when their ideology was spelled out by William Jennings Bryan and his great cross of gold speech of 1896.
And it was a great force for the good, but Kennedy was president.
But they have, they have adopted, they started in about 1982 to make abortion on demand a partisan principle, which should have never been.
The abortion question should have been resolved By principles of the common law long ago, and it should not be a partisan issue, but they adopted abortion on demand as a positive right.
And then from there, they went down to gay marriage and then to global warming and reparations for slavery and all sorts of flaky Hot button social issues, and they have become a bad organization.
They've been corrupted by the Bilderberg Group, which wants to destroy the United States and all strong nation states.
They went after Donald Trump because Donald Trump wanted strong nation states, and they want one world government like the European Union.
Only spread out over the world.
One world government, banking and currency.
And that's what the issue is in our times.
And I'm afraid that that has just ruined the Democratic Party.
It's made them an organization that they would never have become if they had just stuck with William Jennings Bryan and John F. Kennedy.

My contention is that the likelihood of Donald Trump returning to become the 19th President of the Republic, the way you phrase it, It's the same as me being nominated to become president.

I'm being generous because you know I let you go on the Supreme Court bet, which is technically a win for me, but I'm going to go ahead and say no action on that one.
As far as, you know, I will give you this.
It is interesting In other words, this whole thing about the Hollywood set and the fake Joe Biden, you know, it's very interesting.
I will give you that.
I kind of view it in my frame of reference.
It's just a larger, you know, view of the fraud that we're all, you know, we've all undergone.
We've all witnessed over the last how many decades of various types of fraud.
So to me, it's just a larger part of the stage play and we'll see what happens, but For it to occur, in my view, a very, very powerful faction has to be aligned against the Deep State, because I think we can both agree that Hillary Clinton and AOC and Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden are not the Deep State.
They're just the pawns.
So unless these people behind the scenes that we don't know, that are unnamed at this point, unless they're taken out, Wow.

And the evidence is all very, very small little incidents, such as Simon Parks reported yesterday that Amazon has notified its employees they may no longer have a position after mid-April.
Which suggests to me the potential of acquiring all of Amazon's assets.
You may or may not have picked up that the Culver City studio is owned by Amazon and under the executive order of 12 September 2018, the government would have the right to seize the assets of even domestic organizations that aided and abetted the fraud.

So, I am worried about house-to-house searches and arrests for little tiny picnicking, nitpicking I mean, causes.
And so, Jack, your legal mind, how can you help me?
For example, Politicians' speeches are becoming ominous a little bit.
They're starting to say things like we should also sanitize our houses more frequently, not just the governor's ubiquitous masking orders.
So what if we do get visited by the police or stopped on the road?
Do we find an honest lawyer?
Except for you, of course, but you might be too busy for little old me.
There are one and a half million lawyers in America and the only website I know where I'm 100% sure I could find somebody, a lawyer, but I know they're probably too busy because they're busy about 9-11 and that's the Lawyers Committee for 9-11.
Because, you know, they could find me into homelessness.
And by me, I mean all of us individually helpless, 330 million citizens, and of course seven and a half billion people in the world.
But I'm just using myself as an example.
For example, they do routine things, very fancy and sophisticated sounding For example, cavity searches, which of course is just race and humiliation at the hands of government.
I call it compulsory injections.
I just call it rapesination because of, you know, instead of entering one orifice, for example, if they do that to a little baby, they're entering 42 trillion orifices of each individual cell that the baby has, you know.
Okay.
Okay.
So help me, help me.
One thing I can do is to suggest that I think it was on the 13th of May last year that the Wisconsin Supreme Court declared the lockdown order, which symbolizes the kind of oppressive activities of government that you're talking about, declared the lockdown order in Wisconsin unconstitutional.
The next day people came out of their homes and were drinking beer and bars and so on.
I have a very dear friend in Minnesota who's an expert in health freedoms and she always goes over to Wisconsin to drink beer because to celebrate this terrific decision of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

And it's a long opinion, there are several opinions of the court.
But this will give you a background on the law.
And once you understand this, you can start educating lawyers that you know, and they can, once they are aware of this decision, they will have something with which to fight.

Well, yeah, they had one in New York.
The U.S.
Supreme Court declared part of the lockdown orders there unconstitutional.
And yes, and they're still trying to do these evil things that are plainly unconstitutional and wrong.
And these fights can last for a long time.
