Welcome to the Covert Report with Susan Lindauer.
Hey everybody, welcome to the Covert Report with Susan Lindauer.
I want to start with something positive and our guest today is Jim Fetzer and he's going
to correct me on the details if I'm wrong about anything.
And I want him to do that, okay?
But here's what we know so far in the ongoing fight over election fraud.
We know that a week in politics is a lifetime, okay?
A week ago in Wisconsin, two weeks ago, two weeks ago in Wisconsin, the two things happened.
Wisconsin certified alternative electors.
So there's dueling electors.
There's Biden electors and Trump electors.
And on December 14th, the same day that they did that, the Wisconsin Supreme Court made a critical, important ruling that Amazingly enough the state is required to uphold its voter identification laws regarding mail-in ballots.
There are two different parts to it.
One is that you are not allowed to apply for mail-in ballots unless you are truly indefinitely confined and secondly you are not that the state cannot just send out Every mail-in ballot must be traceable to a written request for a ballot.
So, what had happened was that the Wisconsin audit had identified 212,000 ballots that
failed to meet the criteria of Wisconsin law and amazingly enough, the Wisconsin Supreme
Court ruled that Wisconsin must uphold those laws.
So, two weeks ago that decision came down.
A week ago Saturday when we checked in with you on Wisconsin, we had just learned that
that the retired judge and this is critical retired judge who is fiercely upholding Wisconsin law thank you sir thank you your honor upholding Wisconsin law had already identified 28,000 ballots in Wisconsin specifically precise ballots that must be struck And he's identified very specifically what they are.
And the other thing is, there's another 100,000 ballots.
And we had told you about this a week ago.
On Monday, we learned that the same judge was also going after 100,000 ballots that had originated from nowhere.
Mail-in ballots with no written requests at all.
And he was demanding that all of those that he's he's and and the Wisconsin Supreme Court had ruled that those ballots must be struck but they must be struck individually and so they have done so.
They are in the process of doing that and they are having great success in in taking this action.
This is not difficult it takes time But Wisconsin's judge, retired judge, who's overseeing this case, is getting it done.
Now what we expect, and so this was on Monday, that he said they had already found the 28,000 ballots, and in Wisconsin, Trump is down by 20,000, with 200,000 ballots that are fraudulent ballots, that have been Wrongly handled by the state of Wisconsin.
So they had already found the 28,000 specifically, but they were continuing on with another 100,000 that failed from Milwaukee and Madison, that failed to meet the requirement for a written request for a ballot.
So all of those ballots have to be struck as well.
But they were reviewing each of them individually.
So, we do expect that Wisconsin is, this is a judge who's doing it.
He's doing it exactly the right way.
All is well.
All is right in the world in Wisconsin.
This is how election integrity should be handled.
They say, okay, there were errors in handling the election.
We are going to identify those ballots and strike those ballots.

Wisconsin is showing us all how to do it right.
And so we expect that when Trump gets those number of ballots, remember there's a week and a half before the electoral votes are certified, that sometime this week, probably early on, Wisconsin will go The judge in the case will present it to the judge in Wisconsin and they will strike, in accordance with the Wisconsin Supreme Court order, they will strike most or all of those ballots and Trump will take Wisconsin.
That will give Trump 262 electoral votes.
You may not realize that.
I was adding in Pennsylvania.
That gives Trump 242 electoral votes.
Then we have Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania has already done an intensive investigation of election fraud.
They know that they sent out 1.8 million mail-in ballots and they know they received 2.4
million mail-in ballots back for an extra 500,000 ballots. 1.8 to 2.2 million sent out,
2.2 million received in Pennsylvania.
So they know they've got election fraud and already as we all know the legislature in
Pennsylvania which is controlled by the Republicans, so is the legislature in Wisconsin.
Both of them, controlled by the Republicans, are saying, hey, we are demanding that we have the right to strike those ballots and certify the election for Trump.
Because we know that these ballots are fraudulent.
And so Pennsylvania's Republican legislature has already filed to the United States Supreme Court.
They have also filed a second lawsuit with the Thomas More Society and joined by Georgia, Arizona, Nevada and Wisconsin saying that their legislatures, excuse me not Nevada, Pennsylvania is joined by Wisconsin Michigan Georgia and Arizona all of those legislators saying that they should have the right to correct the ballot to throw out the ballots that do not conform to state law and that they should have the right to just discard corrupt ballots fraudulent ballots and that they should have the the legislatures should have must have the right under the statute as as defined by the Constitution
of their own states and their own law that they have the right to assign the electors for the presidency not the governor or the executive branch.
So Wisconsin is in it, Pennsylvania's in it, Georgia's in it, Arizona's in it.
All of them saying that the governor is taking power from the legislatures.
Now this is so obvious that it's scary that we're having this fight but if we but Pennsylvania is definitely in if Wisconsin goes to Trump because he gets the votes because the Wisconsin people do it all right if Pennsylvania is added in that is 262 then Trump only needs one more state Arizona and Georgia both Arizona and Georgia are now fighting
over which fighting with their governors to say we know there's fraud we know this is a problem we demand that we have the right to decide which electors are sent to Congress and if Trump gets just one more state Trump wins now let's just say that Trump gets Wisconsin Georgia and Arizona but not Pennsylvania Then each state, each Trump and Biden, each have 269 electoral votes.
So again, if Wisconsin and Georgia and Arizona go to Trump, but Pennsylvania does not, then both Biden and Trump are short of the required 270 votes and it must go to a House vote.
At that point, it must go to the House.
And this is why they're fighting so ferociously over Pennsylvania.
If Pennsylvania goes to Trump, but only Trump gets one more state, either Arizona or Georgia,
then Trump has beyond the 270 electoral votes that are required.
But the other part of it is that Ruth Bader Ginsburg herself, in the decision Bush versus
Gore, they all agreed that in fact the only date that matters in the Constitution is January
20th.
And right up to that moment, it's just like you have the Electoral College vote on December
14th.
But you have both electors there so we are covered on December 14th going into January 6th but also if on January 6th this matter is still in the courts then we're going on to January 20th and so this is the Democrats fighting over election fraud is making the Democrats look very bad But it's not stopping Trump in his march towards because because we do have the Republican electors seated with the Democrats.
And we do have the legislatures who have all said that we demand the right.
We are the ones with the power under our law.
The legislatures have the power to decide who are the electors in a contested election.
And we are calling for President Trump.
And then it will go to the United States Supreme Court.
It will.
OK, Jim, to you.
Oh, Susan, I so admire your diligence in keeping track of these matters in such detail.
I'm very impressed.
Meanwhile, there was a separate track where the Trump campaign brought a challenge to invalidate more than the 200,000 ballots cast here in Wisconsin, as you observe.
Which a three-judge panel in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals rejected, even though it seems to me the Trump people had the better of it on the grounds that they had to bring those objections before the election, which seems to me to be a bit much.
And that was published on the 24th of December, the day before Christmas.
But what you're talking about is how the legislatures of the state, which are entrusted by the Constitution to determine how the electors of each state will be cast.
Well, hold on.
Hold on.
I'm sorry.
I have to interrupt you because what you're saying is separate from the 200,000.
That was Trump's effort to get even more ballots struck.
But the 200,000, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has already ordered that to be done.
Susan, I wasn't contradicting you.
I was explaining that there's a parallel track where they appeal directly to the federal court.
You're talking about the state court.
The point I'm making, Susan, is you are correctly observing that the state legislatures are reasserting their authority under the Constitution to determine how the electors will be allocated Which had been usurped by the governors and secretaries of state in an effort to benefit the Democratic nominee.
I mean, I'm with you 100%.
The point I'm making is... No, but I just want to, sorry, I want to interrupt you, though, because what you're saying is that Trump tried to exceed the 212,000, but not that the appeals court has struck down has struck down the 212,000 because the state Supreme Court
has already upheld that.
Susan, what I'm explaining is there was a separate effort by Trump to deal with the
same issue, this excess of over 200,000 ballots in the federal court that was rejected on
the ground of roughly standing.
Well, they're claiming that it ought to have been brought before the election took place on November 3rd.
Now, that was a ruling that was rendered just before Christmas.
It does not affect the state legislator In the state courts proceeding as you are describing.
Okay, that's what I wanted to clarify.
I'm sorry.

That's what I wanted to clarify because these are two separate issues and Trump sometimes, honestly, and I, you know, I love Trump, but sometimes he gets in his own way.
It's like he had a win in Wisconsin and the judge and the court was doing exactly what they needed to do.
And then he muddies it up by, Oh, I'm going to go to this.
Why don't go to the appeals court?
You've already won, take the win and shut up, is my attitude.
Trump isn't calling these shots himself, I'm rather confident.
It's his team of advisors.
I'm rather confident, Susan.
Some of the advice they give him is not very good advice.
Now he's got a negative decision in Wisconsin.
Susan, there are over 50 negative decisions by courts at all levels on all kinds of grounds that were inappropriate and wrong.
Trump is obviously in the right on the evidence of the massive theft.
Finding the right venue in order to have it properly heard.
But in Wisconsin, he's got it.
In Wisconsin, the Supreme Court has already ruled and the judge, it's a former judge who's running, who's reviewing this very specifically, what needs to be struck out and that's, and doing anything beyond that is just, is self-destructive.
It's inflicting harm on himself.
And it's time for him to stop doing that, because then he does score all these negative decisions.
Susan, if I may say so, I think they're simply trying every possible avenue to find something that will work in the face of massive resistance at all levels, from circuit or low-level courts, appellate I mean, the most outrageous rejection of a Trump suit was by the Supreme Court, where we know now that Chief Justice Roberts, during the conversation he was having with Associate Justice Stephen Breyer,
In order to figure out how to defeat Trump, which is outrageous, said, I won't let that mother ever get reelected.
That's a chief justice of the United States, which in my opinion, not only disqualifies him from any suits arising out of the election, but from sitting on the Supreme Court.
Such bias as that is outrageous.
beyond belief and obviously discredits his impartiality and ability to rule objectively
on the law and the facts. Chief Justice Roberts deserves to be impeached. I would encourage him
to resign. He has disgraced himself and the court. Now I have to say I am sorely disappointed that
Amy Comey Barrett did not speak up, that Kavanaugh and Gorsuch did not speak up, that they
Alito did.
Alito and Clarence Thomas did.
And why didn't the three judges put on the court by Trump?
The courts are doing damage right now that it will be very difficult for them ever to fix.
Because what we're seeing is that the courts support the power elite and the courts are not defending the Constitution.
They defend the corporations and they're not interested in the Constitution at all.
They're not interested in the Constitution at all.
But there is, I think, good news.
And I was hoping that you could maybe we're coming up to the break and maybe you can tell me about this afterwards that I guess we have five, excuse me, five minutes to the break.
But after the break, I would like you to tell me about the Thomas More Association, Thomas More Society lawsuit, because they have the they have taken a totally different approach, which is that they've got all the legislatures.
They're saying that they have the rights under their own laws to make the decisions on the electors.
That what we're finding is that maybe we do not require the court permission at all.
Maybe we're going about this the wrong way and we need to stop asking for the court's permission and we need to look at those guys need to look at the law and say under the law you are not allowed to do this.
We are the ones in authority and we decertify your phony election results and we are certifying it for Trump.
And it's time to stop asking permission to obey the law.
And it's time for these legislators to say, this is the law.
You, Governor, are out of line.
We are certifying this.
And we are not recognizing you.
And we are formally rejecting you.
We are formally rejecting you.
We are formally rejecting your authority to make this decision.
And maybe that's what needs, and maybe we don't require court permission at all to do that.
I think it's good we have the court cases.
Pennsylvania's got a court case in the Supreme Court right now, which the Supreme Court, which says exactly that.
and says that the executive branch, the Democrat governor, has wrongly, has mishandled, misappropriated
power and engaged in wrongdoing in the election.
And so, okay, back to you.
Well, I think it's a case that has to be handled through the courts if there is to be a non-violent
resolution of this political dispute where the Supreme Court abdicated its responsibility
by declining to hear a case of a conflict between the states that had obvious standing
It was because of the Chief Justice's partiality and bias that it wasn't accepted by the courts.
I cannot account for how Comey and Kavanaugh and Gorsuch did not speak up.
Susan, I agree with you.
I'm dismayed by that.
They may have felt that because they were such recent appointees that would appear to be political to speak out on behalf of the Trump administration, but the objective administration of the law required that they do precisely that.
This isn't a close case.
The theft of the election is massive.
The evidence is simply overwhelming.
Time after time, the states violated their own laws and statutes governing elections, and that's in all four of the key states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
I do agree with you in commending Wisconsin for moving forward here.
I think your point about January 20th is very, very crucial because there's going to be a massive turnout in Washington, D.C.
on 6 January.
I predict in excess of 100,000 Americans, many of whom will be bearing arms, are going to assemble outside of the Congress.

And we're getting very, very bad reports about Mike Pence planning to fly to Israel the day after.

Mike Pence has been very strongly empowered for Trump.
Very strongly empowered for Trump.
Susan, my understanding is he could have already taken a roll earlier this week, which he declined to do by rejecting the electors from the disputed states.
I'm very worried because we have a lot of individuals who appear to be betraying Trump.
I'm talking about his Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, his General Counsel, this Cipollone guy, and a host of others, even including the Attorney General, who have not done what they ought to have done.
And where the fact is they have been opposing his appointment of Sidney Powell as a special counsel.

Let me just pick up and add my understanding of the division of labor between the Trump team, where Rudy Giuliani and Gina Ellis are carrying the heavy water with the individual states.
They've made presentations to the state legislatures, and the state legislatures have been highly responsive, as Susan has been describing.
Meanwhile, Sidney Powell and Elliot Woods have been working the federal courts, and I think that is because the federal ruling might have significance for multiple states and not just for the individual states.
So, the fact they have had defeats in many different states, primarily on the basis of procedural rulings, such as the Supreme Court, which denied on the basis of Texas not having standing, which even Alan Dershowitz has condemned as a wrongful decision, but is sending the message that the court does not want to get involved.
I made a basic dereliction of duty by not assuming the responsibility there.
Meanwhile, however, a week ago Friday, there was an explosive meeting in the Oval Office where Overstock founder Patrick Byrne went on the air to describe what happened.

I was in the room when President Trump, so at one point Pat Cipollone and one of his hissy feds, yelled at the president, stood up and was yelling at the president.
I almost decked this guy.
He's a rude little son of a bitch.
And Flynn stood up.
I mean, Flynn is a real gentleman, as gentlemanly as it gets.
And he even took to his feet at one point at three lawyers who were screaming.
And I went and ended up standing shoulder to shoulder with Flynn and facing off with these guys.
It was almost a fistfight.
Trump said, President Trump said later, there's probably not been a meeting like this in 200 years in the Oval Office.
I can tell you that I saw President Trump Cipollone, the general counsel, said something like, you don't even need me.
You can just do this verbally.
If you really want to appoint Sidney Powell special counsel, you can just say it.
And after 15 more minutes of arguing, President Trump said, you know what?
You don't even need a pencil and paper if you want to do this, but if you do this and that.
And 20 minutes later, Trump said, you know what?
I've made my decision.
Sidney Powell, you're appointed White House special counsel.
And somebody objected, well, she doesn't need it.
She needs a clearance.
And that's going to take X money, this and that.
And President Trump said, you know what?
I have the ability to give a clearance with my word.
I hereby give you a TSSCI clearance.
This is done.
This decision is done.
We're going.
The next day, Sidney Powell, this was in front of Mark Meadows, was on the phone.
This was in front of the legal staff.
And it was in front of the myself, Flynn, Sidney, General Flynn, Sidney, and the other lawyer.
For her own security, I don't want to use.
And the next day, Sidney Powell called Mark Meadows and said, well, now that I'm White House Special Counsel, I'm going to need an office at the White House.
And Mark Meadows said, oh, Sidney, I don't know if we can really do that.
And Sidney said, well, OK, I at least need a pass so I can come and go.
And Meadows said, actually, I don't think we can really do that either.
So they are directly, directly are refusing to execute an order from the president.
Yesterday, on Monday, Cindy Powell went to go over to the White House and was refused.
Actually, I was with her Sunday night.
And she was refused admittance.
I mean, we got into the White House, but they refused.
They will not inform him, even though he has directly said, I heard him say that they do not have to worry about access.
He and Michael do not have to worry about access.
They have direct access.
His people are refusing to execute his orders.
That's how crazy it's gotten.
They are refusing to execute his orders.
And today, the same thing is going on.
And since then, everyone we know has had like a lead wall come down around him.
His own staff, Mark Meadows and Pat Cipollone have taken control of the Oval Office, and they are refusing to follow President Trump's orders.
It's the craziest thing.
I heard this little weasel on the spot.
Oh my god, wow.
You know, this is a, the government is under the wrong, they seem to think that if they
defend corruption that we will be reassured that corruption is really not an abrupt problem.
It's okay to be corrupt because we're deep state republicans and what's going to happen Is that in a few minutes, you know, people have been given if there were 24 Republicans running for office in the Senate, not one of them, Mitch McConnell, not not Lindsey Graham, not any of them would have been receiving the level of campaign donations or the voter support without President Trump giving his support to them.
Tom Tillis in North Carolina would have been standing alone.
Lindsey Graham would have been standing alone.
Joni Ernst would have been standing alone.
Susan Collins in Maine would have been standing alone.
People came out to vote for Trump and really these globalist elite Think that they're throwing off Trump and, huh, I guess you're going to have to give us your money.
Oh, we don't need Trump.
You got me instead.
I don't want you.
I want him.
I gave money to him.
And they're going to find out in a minute that the economy is going to crash because Joe Biden is going to give the jobs to China.
And the economy will crash in Michigan.
The economy will crash in Pennsylvania.
The economy will crash all over, you know, New York and California are already dead states.
But the Ohio, all these places where Trump has really pushed hard to bring in jobs and all of this, this will be gone.
You know, they really have shown contempt for all of Trump voters.
And we're not voting for them.
We're not giving them money.
We're giving Trump money.
What is your reaction?
Oh, you're 100% correct.
I mean, not only are Mark Meadows and this Pat Cimbalone Defying the president and blocking Sidney Pallax as they are encouraging the staff to talk the president into conceding the election.
One positive development we have is that he has publicly declared he will not concede, and it's very appropriate he will not concede.
But get this, when you talk about Mitch McConnell, he's reaching out to senators and telling them not to contest the election.
On January 6th, because as you know, Susan, it takes one member of the House and one member of the Senate to dispute the election, which then generates a two hour debate about what electors ought to be seated and the circumstances of the election.
And Mitch McConnell, and I despise him for this, It was reaching out to the senators and telling them not to become involved.
He has specifically also reached out to Senator-elect Tommy Tumerville and urged him to turn his back on Trump in the Electoral College vote.
This is just disgusting beyond words, Susan.
I have no more faith in Mitch McConnell.
I regarded him as a very smart political operative benefiting The Republican Party and President Trump, I no longer believe that.
He is a traitor.
And I'm sorry to say, although yes, Pence has in the past appeared to be strongly on support.
Remember, he's a Christian Zionist, and I think his Zionism may overwhelm his Christianity because it's apparent to me that Israel is very much behind getting Trump out of office.
Remember, they control the media.
I have a panel of a hundred.
Why would Israel attack Trump?
Trump's been the best thing to happen to Israel.
Yes, you would have thought, but it's because he won't bomb a ramp.
But neither will Joe Biden.
Oh, oh, I don't think you can take anything for granted about, this is not even the real Joe Biden, Susan.
You know, this, this is a flimsy, this is a... They're going to support the Iran deal.
That's one of the, that's one of the things that Joe Biden has said he's going to do on the first day, is in the first hundred days, he's going to reinstate the Green New Deal.
He's going to, excuse me, reinstate the Paris Climate Accord and reinstate the Iran deal.
Period.
And they're going to have that.
So I don't think they're going to attack Iran either.
I think that it is more likely that Israel wants to attack Syria and Libya and Iraq.
And what they're going to find is that there is complete contempt for any U.S.
military intervention from American citizens.
And also from the rest of the world.
Here's my prediction on Israel.
What you're saying may be true, because Israel's fucking nuts.
They're crazy.
The Arabs used to say to me, they would taunt me with this.
And let me tell you, I dealt with Arab leaders and Arab ambassadors at the United Nations.
I dealt with Egypt.
Egypt, Libya, Syria, Yemen, and I mean the Yemen's ambassador to the United Nations, and the government of Yemen, and the government of Iraq, and they would all say, they would shake their heads at the United States policy on Israel, and they would say, you know Susan, we used to be friends with Israel too, but when Israel does not need you anymore, You will wake up and discover that they have stabbed you in the back and they are attacking you and tearing you down.
Now, here's what I think will happen.
I think that you could be correct.
And God, the sad thing is, is that you're that as crazy as this world is and as stupid as Joe Biden is, he may be thinking that he's going to start all these wars.
And throw the United States into Syria, and especially because of this fanatical Russian nonsense.
And NATO, he's going to spend more money on NATO, which we don't have.
And China is going to come in, and the real economic reset will be the abandonment of the US dollar.
This is going to be a shock for most Americans because most Americans are thinking that the Great Reset means the Green New Deal.
But what it actually means is the abandonment of the U.S.
dollar going to either some kind of Bitcoin currency or the Chinese Yuan directly.

It's fake, but all the measures that are being taken, the lockdown, social distancing, mask wearing, are intended to destroy the economy of the United States.

To make everyone dependent on the government or some independent source for their income because they can no longer make an income through their small businesses where the middle class is being wiped out.
It's deliberate.
So when Joe Biden talks about implementing an additional lockdown and a national face mask mandate, he is furthering the objectives of the World Economic Forum, the World Monetary International Bank and the World Monetary Fund toward that end, where Klaus Schwab, who has written this book about the COVID-19 and the Great Reset, has explained what they have in mind.
Which is the following.
All financial exchanges will be digital.
The governments will provide you with a guaranteed income and a small amount of housing like 300 square feet of cubicle.
If you agree to give up all of your property and all of your assets, then they'll pay off your mortgage, your credit cards, your student loans, but you have to agree to a vaccine regimen as well.
And if you resist the vaccine regimen, you're going to be put in a FEMA camp as a public health menace.
And Susan, if you continue to persist, they're going to separate your head from your body.

To below 100 million in 2025.
That's a loss of 230 million American citizens in the next five years if we don't shake this off and get our heads screwed on right.
Because what you do in a pandemic is you isolate the sick.

You don't quarantine the healthy.
And everything they're doing is the opposite.
I also believe The coronavirus vaccine is what they actually have as their objective to deliver, that it does tremendous harm.
We have a nurse who fainted within 15 minutes of the injection and appears to be dead, and they put up a fake nurse in her place as though we would be plagued by the body double, just as we've been plagued by the body double of Joe Biden at the first debate.
When the Trump team declined their request that there be a break every 30 minutes so they could change his diaper because the anti-dementia medication Joe was on had the unfortunate side effect of incontinence, where a staffer has reported they even had meetings to decide which type of adult diaper Joe ought to wear that would be least visible through his clothing and not crinkle when he urinates.
Suggesting to me, Susan, that he has a future after politics, making commercials for the pens, but where they brought in this new guy who's younger, he's more intellectually competent, he can deliver a speech better, but he's an actor.
You can tell he's reciting his lines.
Several times I've seen him address the Hunter Biden issue, and he says exactly the same thing.
I'm very proud of my son.
He's the smartest person I know, and I suspect all of this is foul play.
When he went on with Stephen Colbert, he said exactly the same lines in exactly the same order.
That tells me this is not actually an ordinary guy at all.

So I have here a report about it as it was happening from Nashville, and we can pick it up from there.
Okay, yes.
As Christmas dawned in Nashville, Tennessee, an enormous explosion rocked the city, sending several people to the hospital and causing extensive damage to the area.
As Elyse Preston reports, investigators believe it was deliberate.
The explosion shook the heart of downtown Nashville, unleashing giant flames and a cloud of black smoke, leaving a path of charred debris, shattered glass, and ruptured water lines.
It looks like a bomb went off on 2nd Avenue.
That's, you know, an explosion.
As officers swarmed to the scene, police said this was not an accident.
We do believe that the explosion was an intentional act.
Shortly before the blast, police had received reports of shots fired.
As officers responded, they encountered an RV that had a recording saying that a potential bomb would detonate within 15 minutes.
Officers, upon hearing that, decided to evacuate the buildings nearby.
Minutes later, the RV exploded, knocking an officer to the ground.
The Nashville FBI is now heading the investigation and says it has investigative leads, but also asked the public for tips.
This is our city, too.
We live here, we work here, and we're putting everything we have into finding who was responsible for what's happened here today.
Yeah, now Susan, they claim that this RV, which was parked there, belonged to a fellow by the name of Anthony Q. Warner, who it turns out does have a background
with explosives.
He had a permit handler permit.
He's an alarm contractor.
He has some background with IT.
He could have done it, but there's an alternative report that goes far deeper.
And a major reason for questioning this narrative is that while he had, and we have photographs
of an RV at his residence, the RV that exploded was yellow.
The RV at the residence is white.
And when I take a look at closer details, like the relative size of some of the windows, they are not the same.
There's a new report by the way that he in the last week or so had given away a home worth $180,000 to a woman who had no idea she would be the recipient and also that the RV he owned had been sold to a man in Los Angeles.
So something's going on here that is completely different than we are being told.
Yeah I you know I I think that There's a desire for gun control.
This is a push for one world government.

If they tell us what they're doing, like stealing the election, he doesn't even need our support to be elected because the whole thing is so massively rigged that the responsibility is shifted to our shoulders if we don't do anything about it.

Why are the courts allowing them to do this?

At this point, the only court, the only judge, and frankly, I think it's because he's a judge.

And the only person who's been able to force the government to obey their own laws is a retired judge who is looking his former colleagues in the eye and saying, you and I both know this is the law.
You and I both know that the courts are required to uphold the law.
Why are they doing this?
There's a fascinating article by Eric George Agatos, Why Sidney Powell is Getting the Galileo Treatment.
Remember, of course, Galileo declared the Earth moved.
He embraced the Copernian system, according to which the Sun is the center of the solar system, not Earth.
That Earth revolves with the other planets around the Sun, rather than the Sun revolving around Earth.
Here are a couple passages that are helpful, I think.
The American ruling class of 2020 is bizarrely opposed to allocating any oxygen to what Sidney Powell has discovered and is alleging about Dominion voting systems and others, vote shifting algorithms and partial decimate vote counts, and about vote manipulation showing up throughout the country.
Other elements of the ruling class, such as SCOTUS and much of the rest of the federal judiciary, won't even look at the evidence Powell has assembled.
They just don't want to go there, and so they make up legal excuses, such as lack of standing, and wave off the substance of the allegation.
What gives, he asks?
Why are they behaving this way?
He suggests three reasons for the explanation.
The first, and probably the worst, is that many on both sides of the political aisle may be in on the fraud.
Rigged elections are an equal opportunity enticement to many, if not most, politicians.
There'd be no desire on the part of anyone in on the fix to encourage any investigation that might ruin the fix for anyone.
A second explanation for what gives is fear and intimidation.
Election fraud on a national scale in the USA is the ultimate high-stakes global power play.
As is repeatedly noted at conservative treehouse, there are trillions at stake.
The players are beyond nasty.
Nothing is out of bounds for the sake of acquiring or holding on to global power.
And the third explanation is a variation, a variant of Galileo's experience.
The conclusion that follows from the evidence Sidney Powell has put together is so devastating to America's view of how their country is supposed to be governed that it simply can't be given voice or visibility.

But the problem is, is that the corruption By refusing to fix it, it's like when citizens look at Wisconsin in the future they will say here is a government when they were confronted they did a recount.
The recount showed that the vote was accurate.
They also did an audit and the audit found out where the fraud had occurred and then we went to the courts The courts ruled that those bad votes would be struck out and the system did what it is supposed to do.
The system protected us all from fraud.
Whether you like Trump or you don't like Trump, the system is successful in stopping that kind of fraud from happening.
Meanwhile in Arizona, All these voters thought they had a good election system.
And what they found was that they don't have a good election system.
They found that they had ignored the rules that were set up to protect the system.
And then when the fraud was discovered, they refused to back down.
They insisted on defending the fraud.
Now, those people are not going to have faith in the future.
Georgia is not going to have faith in the future.
Pennsylvania is not going to have faith in the future.
Michigan's not.
And all of us together are horrified that we have a government that has taken our money and our votes and our support, promising to protect Donald Trump, to support him, and then they've stabbed us in the back, right in the heart.

He adds, the truth would shock Americans into a complete loss of faith and trust in their government.
The truth would so rock our world that we're being lied to and manipulated so constantly in so many ways that will cease to function in any manner resembling an order.
Under such circumstances, the ruling class would have determined that Americans can't handle the truth, so they can't be allowed to know it.
It's easy to see how this explanation can hold together, even in the face of overwhelming circumstantial evidence of election fraud.
Experts just raised the evidentiary bar of proof so high, it can never be met.

Then the same experts can solemnly announce that the circumstantial evidence is just not enough, just not sufficient to justify remedial action.

I'm going to put links for everybody for all the different legislatures in play on this in the archives for this show and I want you to please contact these people and start bombarding them and we need to tell them because Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Arizona All have Republican legislatures.
OK.
They have Republican legislatures.
Arizona and Georgia have Republican governors and Republican legislatures.
They are trifectas.
And so what has to happen is the legislature has to formally meet and decertify the election results and formally state that their preference is for the Republican electors on the basis of fraud, and that
they are rejecting the governor, and then they are rejecting the authority of the governors
of their state to supersede their authority.
And if they take that step, and it hasn't been done, but it can be done, then we can
do this very easily.
We just need to.
We have Wisconsin and then we need two of the four Georgia and Arizona, Georgia, Arizona.
Plus Pennsylvania and we win.
And if if if just Wisconsin, I want to let me be clear on this point.
We need three states.
One of them is going to be Wisconsin because The Wisconsin Supreme Court has already ordered it to be done and they're in the process.
They have said that the votes must be struck, but they must be examined individually.
A week ago, this is how you know how fast this is happening.
A week ago, the retired judge in Wisconsin who is handling the case declared that he had already identified 28,000 votes Individually, specifically, and that he was confident that this was going to resolve the problem.
But, on Monday, he said, you know what?
We're going to do more.
We're going beyond the 28,000.
the 28,000, we're also doing another 100,000 where there is definitively no request for the vote,
for the mail-in ballot, which is an even worse defect than the 28,000.
So he's going for both categories.
The first category has an improper use of mail-in ballots.
The second are just ballots that appear out of nowhere with no request at all and no idea how they got hold of the ballots in the first place.
That's the easiest thing to strike.
So I expect Wisconsin's going to go for Trump.
And because they're going to strike these ballots, according to Wisconsin Supreme Court, they must strike the ballots.
That will be done.
Okay, so then we just need two more states.
If we get Pennsylvania, which has already taken action, then we need one more state.
And if we get Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and either Arizona or Georgia, Trump wins.
It doesn't matter whether it's Arizona or Georgia.
Trump wins.
If we get Wisconsin, Arizona and Georgia but not Pennsylvania.
Now realize Pennsylvania is the single most motivated state.
They are fighting this already.
They've been fighting this since the end of November.
They've been fighting this for the past 30 days.
They've already got a case in the Supreme Court Demanding to be heard.
OK, they are motivated.
They've actually got two tracks for this and they're on fire for this.
So if we get if we get Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, we just need one more.
OK, and then we win.
So this is not over by a long shot, but we must go to the legislatures.
We've got to keep hammering these legislatures.
And even if you're not from their state, You can still pound them with demands that they have to, that election integrity matters.
And if they refuse, if they uphold, if they're only crooked politicians, defend crooked elections.
And if crooked politicians defend crooked elections, then the Republicans are as damaged by this as the Democrats.
Susan, you're doing a wonderful job of covering this.

the authority Trump has, what he can do here.

As concern over election integrity continues, some are raising the question as to why President Trump does not take federal action to aid in the investigation.
One America's Christina Bobb sat down with former Defense Department official Andrew Gnagz to discuss the president's options.
As the current President of the United States, and potentially going into a second term depending on what happens, why don't you think he's using more of his executive powers to either have FBI, DOJ, DHS, DOD do an investigation and actually use the executive authorities to further this investigation?
Well, I think the President right now has a number of options.
And in my mind, sort of the range from least controversial to most controversial would be continued legal action.
The second would be appointing a special counsel.
Third would be seizing, actually seizing, voting machines so that they can be forensically analyzed.
And then the fourth, getting really controversial, would be invoking the Insurrection Act of 1807.
And then finally, and this sort of falls without or outside of executive authority, but essentially rerunning the 2020 elections.
Now, as far as the invocation of the Insurrection Act of 1807, that is a very high bar, and I'm not sure that there is an appetite for that within the White House right now.
He does have other options, though, as you mentioned.
For example, a special counsel.
What would be the advantage of a special counsel, and why do you think he hasn't appointed one yet?
Well, I think I would call for President Trump to appoint one immediately.
There does not need to be a Senate-confirmed Attorney General in order for him to exercise this authority.
In fact, all of the powers that exist within his cabinet, his Attorney General, the President enjoys himself.
So he could appoint one immediately.
But the President does have the authority to seize the machines.
And if DHS doesn't want to do it or, you know, wants to step aside, there are other options.
He certainly does.
He certainly does.
Now, I mentioned the invocation of the Insurrection Act, but sort of embedded in there is martial law.
We have to think about that.
Now, as far as utilizing martial law and setting aside Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, What that requires, and again this kind of goes to the Insurrection Act, this requires a situation where federalized troops or federal troops have to be utilized in a law enforcement manner in order to suppress an insurrection, a rebellion, or some other sort of civil disorder.
Now, certainly it overturned a cheating election where there's a widespread cheating.
I think there's an argument that can be made, a cogent argument that can be made.
I think it's clear that he has the authority.
But I think that he would need to use federal troops in order to do that.
And again, that is a high bar and that's something they would need to be working on right now.

But Mark Meadows and Cipollone are blocking him from access to the president.
This is so outrageous.
And Susan, I think if this is not resolved peaceably, either by the state legislatures and the electoral process, which would be by far the most desirable, or by a Supreme Court ruling, if the Chief Justice can try to restore or patch up his already seriously damaged reputation, Then, of course, we can have a resolution, but as John F. Kennedy observed long ago, those who make peaceful reform impossible make violent revolution inevitable.
Yeah. Yeah.

I think that we're going to see, I think they're setting us on the path to a breakup of the United States.
I can see how this would go rapidly in the wrong direction.
And again, I just do not understand how these little zombie children can think that they're going to be happy without all the fun niceties that they're expecting.
They think that socialism is going to mean that everyone will have a car, everyone will have a nice house.
Everyone will have all of these things, and what ends up happening is that nobody has anything.
Nobody has anything.
Look at the preposterous situation we're in, having destroyed the economy.
The cities and states want to raise taxes, but no one has any money to pay them, having had no income.
I mean, this is all completely absurd.
It's a downward spiral.

And imagine when the people of Michigan wake up and find, and Pennsylvania and Ohio, Ohio voted Republican and has become more strongly Republican.

I really think that the lack of awareness Even among conservatives of what that's actually going to do to the standard of living when we're not producing anything and Trump would get us through by building American factories in America.
So we would have jobs here and if they have a global shock in Europe or Asia, we will survive it because we'll have factory production right here at home.
But factory production here at home demands cutting regulations, which Trump has done.
He's made all the right moves.
And once you start inflicting high taxes and heavy burdens, people are just like, ah, no.
The cost of doing business, it makes this not worthwhile at all.
Again, I think that everybody's in for a great shock coming up, and they're going to look back on this and say, how did this happen?
And the politicians are going to be horrified.
They don't understand what they're doing either.
Susan, I think you're exactly right.
And remember, we already fought a civil war over the right of the states to secede from the Union.
They do not have that right.
So while I agree you got blue states across the Pacific Coast and New York whose governors would, as it were, like to secede, I do believe they have that right.
And where Mike Adams is advising us in his Situation Update of December 25th, Christmas Day, Americans prepare for January war, here's some of what he suggests we have to anticipate.
Blue states, which are the terror hubs of America, may find themselves under siege, expect outages and disruptions affecting power, food, water, communications, and transportation.
Patriots may begin to stage citizens' arrests of corrupt criminal traitors in the government, which may include governors, mayors, election officials, and similar criminals.
If patriots begin to go kinetic in their actions, expect the left-wing media to demand Trump invoke the Insurrection Act, which the president could use to go after deep state traitors while patriots would back off.
If Trump wins on January 6th, which does not seem likely at the moment, though I like your critique, Susan, in your explanation why it may yet happen, The radical left launches its kinetic attack on America and Trump will need to invoke the Insurrection Act anyway.
The new legal memo claims Texas lawsuit could be refiled with SCOTUS by the United States of America and the Supreme Court would be forced to hear it.
They should do it!

I believe they're moving forward across multiple fronts, and they're just looking for the way, the path that will succeed.
The most desirable, by far, is the one you've been emphasizing today, to wit, That the state legislatures assert their authority under the Constitution of the United States and their own state constitutions to determine the electors that will be sent to Congress to be counted on January 6th.
That is by far the most desirable.
And the thing is, they can do it.
The three of them Arizona, Pennsylvania, not Michigan.
Michigan has not done that.
Michigan and Nevada have not done that.
They've all sent electors, but Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin have all, and Wisconsin's gonna, I am truly, guys, I am convinced that because of the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision upholding Wisconsin law, which is such an extraordinary event, In America today, and I'm convinced they did it because they they have a retired judge who was their friend who looked them in the eye and said, you and I damn well know that what you're doing is illegal.
You must uphold the law.
And he one judge looked at another judge and said, guys, you have to uphold the law.
And Wisconsin said, you know what?
You're right.
We do.
And they did.
And they probably thought that since everybody else was so weak and frivolous that it would be okay if they throw away Wisconsin.
But really what it is, is we just need three states.
We've got Wisconsin.
I truly believe we've got Wisconsin.
Then we need two more.
If we get, fact, if we get Pennsylvania plus either Arizona or Georgia, we win.
We do not get Pennsylvania, but we get Arizona and Georgia.
Then we have blocked Biden from getting the two.
Then both Biden and Trump have 269 electoral votes and it automatically must go to a vote in the House.
It is no longer a question of a permission for objection.
It is just done.
It is just it is automatically Vice President Pence says, I have we have the Arizona legislature has asserted its authority.
See, I'm waiting for this to happen.
Vice President Pence stands up and says, OK, Arizona has asserted its legislative authority under the Arizona Constitution.
Arizona has declared that they are casting Republican electors.
I really think this can happen if we get the legislatures to stand up and take the power back that they already have.

They have the authority under their own constitutions and in their own laws.

If they use their authority, then it's done.

And I think that they're closer to doing.
I do believe that they're closer to doing that.
Then we realize Pennsylvania is already trying to do it.
And so really, we need one more state.
We need either Georgia or Arizona and Trump wins.
Trump goes into the electoral college and says, we've got it.
We won.
And the thing is, the victory for the Joe Biden's victory in both for all the fraud that was committed.
They only have 11,700 votes lead in Georgia.
They only have a 10,400 vote lead in Arizona.
And that's with all the fraud.
It's so small.
Trump had such a landslide of support that the magnitude of support for Trump is so great that even with the fraud, they barely squeaked it out.
And it can be overcome very simply if the legislature says, we order the votes will be struck.
It's done.
It's over.
The conversation is the problem is solved.
And we have the power to demand they do that.
And so I'm going to tell you again, everybody, please, I'm going to post all the websites for the legislatures of all these states in the archives.
And I beg you, I beg you to contact these people and demand that they defend election integrity.
Please, please, this is worth your time to save our country.
Contact these legislatures and say, do this.
We demand it.

Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri is impressing me tremendously.
He recently observed, and Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, who's doing a commendable job in the Senate, retweeted, after four years of being told the last election was fake, the same people are telling us that if you have any concerns about election integrity, you're a nutcase.
Sit down and shut up.
That's what we're being told by the Democrats who spent the last four years denying Trump was legitimately elected.
And now they're insisting that if we have any evidence, which is truly massive and overwhelming, about the integrity of this election, we're supposed to sit down and shut up because we're nutcases.

So I say to you, just prepare yourself, stock up, have at least one month's provisions on hand so you wouldn't need to go to a store to replenish them.
