This is Jim Fetzer in Madison, Wisconsin with David Scorpio from the exotic land of Ecuador.
And we're joined today by Michael Ivey from Asheville, North Carolina.
We're here to bring you all the news you need to know.
♪♪♪ We begin with a president declaring big things are
happening over the next couple of days.
I'm not quite sure what he has in mind, but I'm most certainly willing to take him at his word.
He seems to me to have a lot of control over events as they're unfolding.
On the alleged Fraud.
I think the case has been made and now we'll find out what to do about it, but you'll see a lot of big things happening over the next couple of days, obviously over and beyond issues related to the election.
Which he observes, the election was totally rigged, it's a disgrace to our country, it's like a third world country, these ballots pouring in from everywhere, using machinery that nobody knows ownership, nobody knows anything about, they have glitches, as they call them, glitches.
The glitches weren't glitches.
They got caught sending out thousands of votes all against me, by the way.
100% correct.
Secretaries of State in several states have said there's not enough evidence of fraud to overturn the election.
Well, I think the situation is quite the opposite.
In fact, over the weekend, a judge in Michigan allowed two dozen Dominion voting system machines to be forensically audited by Trump's Neagle team.
Jen Ellis also observed on Fox on Sunday, a judge granted our team access.
She said the team is currently working on trying to get their lawsuits to the Supreme Court while they're still lobbying state legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
Meanwhile, and I find this profoundly disturbing, The judge in the Michael Flynn case signals he will ignore Trump's pardon.
There's no question but what the president has a virtually absolute power of pardon.
The idea that the judge would stall on dismissing it under these circumstances is a further politicalization of the judiciary.
This guy ought to be removed from the bench.
The action came even as the Justice Department told the court in papers filed in late November.
The President granted General Flynn a full and unconditional pardon for, one, the charge of making false statements to federal investigators, two, any and all possible offenses arising from the facts set forth in the Information and Statement of Offense, three, any and all Possible offenses within the investigatory authority or jurisdiction of the special counsel and for any and all possible offenses arising out of facts and circumstances related to the investigation of the special counsel.
That's quite a blanket set of circumstances to pardon.
I can't see how there can be anything left But this judge, nonetheless, seems to me to be violating the law and all the protocols that would apply here.
Instead of dismissing the case, he wants to carry it forward.
I find that outrageous and insulting.

Well, it is outrageous and insulting, Jim.
You know, I thought, I assumed that this judge was an Obama appointee, but apparently George W. Bush put this guy in office, is that correct?
No, it was Bill Clinton.
Oh, it was Clinton, okay.
Okay, but this guy is just out of his mind, and this is all part of what we're seeing is basically a covert coup against this president.
They're trying to usurp the presidential power at every turn, and this election fraud is so vast that it essentially amounts to a covert coup against the president.
There's no doubt in my mind about that.
And, you know, that was a cryptic statement by the president.
We'll have to see what happens.
This Georgia recount is the most fallacious thing I've ever seen.
They're just recounting the votes without verifying any of the signatures or making sure that these people are still alive or even citizens.
They're just counting the votes that are stacked up in their office.
I just, the amount of corruption is just astounding, and I just wonder, you know, before we got on the air, I was posing the question to you guys, how are they getting these governors to go along with this fraud?
Are they blackmailing them?
Are they bribing them?
Are they being promised some type of high position in the new system?
I don't know, but it's, there's something really screwy going on with these governors.
I agree, Scorpio.
The whole situation is bizarre.
And in Georgia, of all places, you got that video of them sending out the observers and the Republicans and then pulling suitcases full of votes and then processing them over and over.
Michael, your thoughts?

They always keep suitcases right under the desk.

I must say, Trump Seemed pretty relaxed when he was talking about that.
Not like he was freaking out in any way, like he's got some serious aces up his sleeve, so we can only hope that that might be the case.
The story about this judge who refuses to recognize Trump's pardon I don't understand why he's still in that seat today.
If he says that, I think Trump ought to fire him on the spot.
He does have that control over federally appointed judges, doesn't he?
I don't know the answer, Michael.
That's a very interesting question.
Or arrested for treason or something.
That's totally outrageous.
And Scorpio's subject earlier about how these people are being controlled.
He was specifically talking about the governors earlier.
But I think some sort of manipulation like that has been in play for a long time with certain members of the judiciary.
Certainly all through Trump's Previous three years because they kept overturning everything that he or his Justice Department wanted to do.
Well, maybe not the Justice Department all up and down the the West Coast in the Ninth Circuit.
I do believe this judge is acting in a completely inappropriate, corrupt, and illegal fashion and deserves to be removed.
Meanwhile, the Trump lawyer judges granted access to voting machines in Michigan, as we just heard.
The machines in question are in Antrim County.
That's where the vote was originally trending in Biden's favor, but later corrected in Trump won.
Judge Kevin Eisenhower's order resulted from a lawsuit brought by a voter, not the Trump campaign.
William Bailey filed suit related to ballots damaged during a recount related to a marijuana proposal.
Meanwhile, the Trump campaign has asked the Michigan Supreme Court to declare the election process violated the state constitution.
The Trump campaign on Monday asked the Michigan Supreme Court to review a legal challenge seeking meaningful access for poll challengers to observe ballot counting in the state.
Although Michigan had already certified its 2020 election results, the campaign is asking the state's top court to declare that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson violated the state's Constitution and election laws by permitting the counting of absentee ballots without meaningful access for poll challengers to observe the counting and process that violated voters' constitutional right to fair and lawful elections.
I think that's completely correct.
They also pointed to Michigan Court of Appeals Judge Patrick Meter's dissenting opinion, where he said the issues are not moot because state electors have not yet been seated, the Electoral College has not yet been assembled, and Congress has not yet convened to consider whether to exercise its powers.
The judge further added the campaign was entitled to declaratory relief on some of the issues.
This is a significant development.
We're also seeking an order that grants designated challengers meaningful access in order that Benson direct election officials to assure that challengers have the meaningful ability to observe.
This comes after multiple witnesses and whistleblowers testified before the Michigan House Oversight Committee on December 2nd.
One of the witnesses, Hema Colin Grady, who was a Republican poll challenger, shared her experiences of being intimidated when she wore a tag indicating she was with a GOP.
From my skin color, everyone assumes I'm a Democrat.
So they just kind of come to me.
And one of the ladies was saying, let's get these MFs out.
And I'm like, MFs who?
When I pulled up my tag, she looked at me.
She said, you're on the wrong side.
I mean, I'm telling you, it is so blatant.
It is so disgusting.
David, your thoughts?
Scorpio, you're mooted.
Yeah, Jim, how are they getting these governors to go along with this absolute fraud?
I almost wonder if they don't have a psychological profile on all of these people to figure out the best way to manipulate them, either through bribery or threats or whatever.
You know, there's so many stories coming out, firsthand stories coming about this outrageous behavior.
These people have no shame, and they seem to have no fear of being caught.
And that's what happens when corruption keeps growing and building.
It's like a cancer, and it eventually eats up everything around it.
And we're hitting that point now, I believe.

Well, all this blatant vote rigging that's obvious to anybody who chooses to examine it makes me wonder how many down-the-ballot races were also rigged or maybe brought along through the rigging of the presidential election.
There's so much rioting and lawlessness that was associated with the Democratic Party.
I think that in these cases, like my own case in North Carolina, where the governor's race was very close, I think it may well have occurred here, too.
North Carolina is overall a red state, and for this guy, Roy the Rat Cooper, I call him based on Jim's Tony the Rat Fauci, To have squeaked out a win over the challenger just doesn't pass the smell test to me.
Well, Michael, actually, the fact is that the Republicans won in the House overwhelmingly.
They virtually wiped out the Democrats.
27 contested seats.
All went Republican.
A number leaning blue went Republican.
So the fact that the downstate was overwhelmingly Republican is part of the proof that they rigged the top of the ticket for the Democrats.
Your specific case might be a special one, but it looks in general across the nation that that was one of the gaffes.
Nancy Pelosi knew the election was rigged and thereby spoke of a blue wave, but it didn't materialize.
In fact, she's in hot water with most of her Members of the House because they feel they were betrayed and they lost a lot of good members and they're holding it against Pelosi.
Well, Jim, if I could just add one quick thing to what Michael said.
I think Michael's really on to something because I think some of these other gubernatorial races are fishy, too, where these Democrat governors are getting elected in red states, Virginia, Kentucky, other places.
I've been wondering the same thing, Michael, and I think that's an interesting thing to look into further.
Well, it would be to follow up on the use of voting machines.
They have to be dumped into the ocean.
I mean, the idea of continuing to use them is an invitation for graft and corruption, so I agree.
Yeah, the whole system of electronic voting means that they have the ability to target races like that.
Yes, yes, it does.
Yes, it does.
Yes, it does.
And it may well be that in several specific cases they did, even though, in general, given how the Republicans really swept the House with regard to contested seats and so forth, it does not appear to be that, in general, they were paying attention to the down-ballot race.
It may be, with regard to the governor, however, in a couple of states, they were doing their thing.
So I think it's good to raise the question too.
Meanwhile, Sydney files notice of appeal in the Georgia election law.
This is to inform the federal court.
Plaintiffs request this court immediately transmit this notice of appeal to the 11th Circuit so the court may dock at the matter, enabling plaintiffs to proceed as quickly as possible to have these urgent issues of national importance addressed.
U.S.
District Court Judge Timothy Patton dismissed Powell's lawsuit earlier Monday, opining the plaintiffs had no standing to sue, that they should have brought the suit to a state court, and that they filed the case too late.
Powell filed the lawsuit on November 25th on behalf of the presidential electors.
One of the core allegations concerned election machines and Dominion voting systems.
They say those machines are susceptible to fraud.
machines were manipulated. Their primary complaint involves the Dominion ballot marking devices.
They say those machines are susceptible to fraud. There's no reason they could not have followed the
Administrative Procedure Act to object to the rulemaking authority that had been exercised
by the Department of State.
This suit could have been filed months ago when the machines were adopted, so said the judge.
Meanwhile, massive election fraud conspiracy in Georgia broken wide open by the Gateway Pundit.
It turns out that Ralph Jones Sr., He was a third suspect in the Fulton County, Georgia, suitcase scandal.
He read a team of operatives and carried a massive voter fraud scandal on election night at State Farm Center in Atlanta.
He and his team plotted to remove all election observers, Republican, from the counting room so they could roll out their suitcases full of Joe Biden ballots and run them through the machine.
He told local Atlanta Channel 11 Alive a water main had broken and that counting would be suspended, which was not true.
Then Ralph Jones Sr., Ruby Freeman, and her daughter Shae Ross went to work rolling out the hidden suitcases of ballot stash under a table.
It was their actions that gave Biden the spike in unexplained votes in Georgia.
It was a conspiracy to lie to the public, including local news, to remove observers from the center and then commit their hidden suitcase fraud ballot.
Here you can see where the spike occurred there after they'd run the observers out.
Fairly stunning.
Here's what Ralph told 11 Alive.
Fulton County election officials said they're behind possibly by about two hours counting absentee ballots after a pipe burst near a room at State Farm Arena.
According to election officials, none of the ballots were damaged.
No voting equipment was affected.
Fulton County Registration Chief Ralph Jones said the pipe burst just after 6 a.m.
Tuesday in the room above where the ballots were being kept.
Water was draining down the left side of the room.
State Farm didn't come to fix the issue, which was repaired by about 8 a.m., but there was a brief delay in tabulating the absentee ballots while the repairs were being made, Jones said.
We know this is false, that it was deliberate and therefore a lie, because there was no work order filed.
Water Department never received a call.
It didn't happen.
It simply gave Ralph and Ruby and Shea a cover to complete their scam on Georgia and America.
Here you see him in the red shirt.
He's very easily identifiable.
Boy, have we ever got the goods in this case.
It's absolutely stunning that anyone would continue to insist there's no evidence of fraud and yet the mainstream, every day now, they're saying that the claims of voting irregularities have no foundation and insisting this was the most secure election in American history when it was undoubtedly precisely the opposite.
Scorpio, your thoughts?
Well yeah, they're all saying baseless claims of voter fraud, you know, and they're all reading from the same script, and this more than anything just proves that any kind of investigative journalism in the United States is long since dead.
It's a very sad state of affairs.
And, you know, this notion that a water main was broken, you know, that sounds like the dog ate my homework.
It's a childish excuse.
And I remember when this happened, they quit counting the votes in the middle of the night, not at six in the morning.
They stopped counting sometime in the middle of the night.
And, you know, this whole thing just stinks.
I mean, it's like a trail of breadcrumbs for any investigative reporter that wants to look into it, but all of them seem to be under the orders to don't put your nose there if you know what's good for you.
And, uh, Jim, you know, there's this idea of no standing that seems to be, you know, the one-stop shopping big box store to dismiss any evidence or any, um, you know, motion that a corrupt judge doesn't like.
In fact, I think it was used against you, wasn't it?
And some of the evidence you tried to show.
Well, the judge just didn't allow me to present the evidence at all.
He just said we're not going there, about all the proof I had that nobody had died at Sandy Hook, which of course would make it very unusual that you'd have any death certificate if nobody had died, because it was a two-day FEMA drill, technically a mass casualty exercise involving children, but he just Swept that out the door, said I couldn't present it, and yet at later stages, he assumed that it was all authentic, that Sandy Hook was real.
It was a total bifurcation of the case, wouldn't allow me to pursue discovery on my counterclaims.
I mean, I have every reason to believe it's going to be overturned.
Within relatively short order, but the appellate court, on the average, takes about a year.

Well, anyway, I hope it does, and it's an outrageous thing that happened to you, Jim.
But this idea of no standing, I hear it all the time whenever there's something presented the judge doesn't want to hear.
They just say, no standing.
Next.
It's totally corrupt.

That's the New World Order's new system of justice.

They actually say that in court in Holocaust revisionist trials in Germany.

So, that woman in that story named Ruby Freeman, I guess she's the woman that the presenter to the Georgia legislative hearing was saying, the woman in blonde braids who, first of all, she was Clearing out the room at a certain time, and then she hung back with about four other people, and she was pulling out, I guess with that guy in the red shirt, pulling out the suitcases from under the tables.
And this is the first I've heard her name, and I was saying the other day that since she's on tape doing this, I wouldn't want to be her right now.
I loved Scorpio's allusion to the dog ate my homework relative to the water pipe breaking.
And a question is...
The initial date that I was hearing for the electors, presidential electors voting was December the 14th.
We're just under a week to that now.
Yes.
But then I heard something during the week that that's not a date that's set in stone.
So do either of you guys know about that?
Sidney has made explanatory remarks about this and I believe she knows what she's doing, and the earlier observation about Trump looking pretty relaxed, I think he's got a handle on this.
I would be just dumbfounded if it all just moved forward according to the Democrat clock.
I'd be just shocked.
But do you know, is the December 14 date written in stone?
That's a good question.
I don't know the answer to it.
I heard someone comment earlier this week that it was not that it was just a matter of convention, but it's not.
If it's specified in the Constitution, it's specified in a general way, apparently.
Yeah, well, I have no doubt that Sidney and others here, including Jenna Ellis.
Have a lock on this.
They know exactly what dates are flexible and which are not, and you know how to move forward.
Which appears to be taking place apace.
What I think is so fascinating is that there's such a mountain of evidence that's already come to the public, and yet these networks continue to just lie through their teeth.
I mean, it's just shocking to me that they aren't acknowledging all the improprieties, all the scandals that are turning up, which just reflects the extent to which they're totally under control.
I mean, really, really bad.
Meanwhile, and this is a very significant development, Texas case challenges election directly at the Supreme Court.
On Monday, just before midnight, the state of Texas filed a lawsuit far more important than all the others surrounding the presidential election.
Texas brought a suit against four states that did something they cannot do.
They violated the Constitution in their conduct of the election.
This violation occurred regardless of the amount of election fraud that may have resulted, where the dependent states are Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Importantly, the Texas lawsuit presents a pure question of law.
It's not dependent upon disputed facts.
Although these unconstitutional changes to the action rules could have facilitated voter fraud, the state of Texas doesn't need to approve a single case of fraud to win.
It's enough that the four states violated the Constitution.
The lawsuit asked the Supreme Court to remand the appointment of blackers in the four states back to the state legislature.
As the court said in 1892 in the case of McPherson v. Blacker, Whatever provisions may be made by statute or by the state constitution to choose electors by the people, there is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time.
Texas filed a suit directly at the Supreme Court.
Article 3 of the Constitution lists a small number of categories of cases in which the Supreme Court has original jurisdiction.
One of those categories concerns controversy between two or more states.
Texas suit is exactly that.
The Supreme Court has opined in the past that it may decline to accept such cases at its discretion.
But it's incumbent upon the High Court to take this case, especially when it presents such a cut-and-dried question of constitutional law, and when it could indirectly decide who's thwarting this president on 20 January.
The Texas suit is clear.
It presents a compelling case.
The four offending states each violated the U.S.
Constitution in two ways.
First, They violated the Elector's Clause of Article 2 when executive or judicial officials in the state change the rules of the election without going through the state legislature.
The Elector's Clause requires that each state teleport its presidential electors in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct.
In the early years of the Republic, most state legislatures appointed their presidential electors directly without holding a popular election for president.
That would change in the early decade of the 19th century, but the constitutional principle remained the same.
Regardless of whether a state appoints its electors by a vote of the legislature or by a vote of the people, it is the state legislature and only the state legislature that sets the rules.
Thus, when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court extended by three days a deadline for receiving mail-in ballots, contrary to the law passed by the state legislature, the state court changed the rules in violation of the Electors Clause.
Similarly, When Georgia's Secretary of State responded to a lawsuit by entering into a compromise settlement agreement and release, that is a consent degree, with the Democratic Party of Georgia and modified the signature verification requirements spelled out by Georgia law, that changing of the rules violated the elector's clause.
The second constitutional violation occurred when individual counties in each of the four states changed the way that they would receive, evaluate, and treat the ballots 20 years ago in the landmark case of Bush v. Gore.
The Supreme Court held that it violated the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment when one Florida county treated ballots one way and another Florida county treated ballots a different way.
Voters have the constitutional right to have their ballots treated equally from county to county.
So when election officials in Wayne County, Michigan, ignored the requirements of Michigan law and denied poll watchers access to vote counting, while other counties in Michigan followed the law, that violated the Equal Protection Clause.
Similarly in Wisconsin, When the Administrator of the City of Milwaukee Elections Commission ignored the requirements of Wisconsin law and directed election workers to write in the addresses of witnesses on the envelopes containing mail-in ballots, while ballots without witness addresses were deemed invalid elsewhere, that resulted in the unequal treatment of ballots in the state.
If Texas prevails, the four state legislatures could follow any number of courses in appointing their presidential electors.
They could assess the election results, try to exclude the ballots that were counted in violation of state law to determine a winner.
They could divide their electoral college votes between the two candidates, or they could follow a different path.
But they have to follow the Constitution in whatever they do.
In the rest of the country, the states follow the constitutional rules in appointing presidential electors.
The offending states, however, cannot be allowed to violate those same rules.
It's not just a matter of constitutional law.
It's a matter of basic fairness.

Well, you know, the one issue that revolves around all of these, you know, rule changes and sneaky little things they did, it's COVID.
COVID is the magic virus that can morph and change whoever they wanted to, to fulfill whatever sneaky little thing they want to do.
Without COVID, they never would have pulled off all these ridiculous mail-in voting schemes.
It's just outrageous.
But, you know, the problem with this strategy that, you know, Texas is pursuing, if somehow the electors do not vote according to the so-called vote, you know, you're going to see the left release the hounds.
You know, these people are going to start burning the cities down again and just going absolutely, you know, crazy.
It's going to be a bad scene.
I hope that we can overturn this fraud without going that route because it really will look like, you know, oh, Trump's a dictator.
He's just, you know, overturning the election and taking an end run around our democracy.
It'll just be nonstop and he'll be declared an illegitimate president by the media.
It'll just be an absolute circus.
So I hope there's a better way to get there than that.
Scorpio, they were declaring him an illegitimate president before he took the oath of office in 2016 for a crowning outlast.
Well, this would be worse.
Nobody knew about this, and I say they may have to adopt the policy of shooting looters on sight.
The lawlessness of the mayors and the governors has been beyond belief.
Michael, your thoughts?
Scorpio's point is well taken, but I think if there's a reversal by whatever means it happens, there's going to be massive rioting and these people behind the scenes like Soros and other billionaires are going to fund some serious violence around the country.
So I think we can expect that from whatever avenue it comes.
But relative to this Texas story, I am so proud of my home state of Texas for having done
this.
It's a great lawsuit, and I'll be watching it carefully.
And it actually surprises me a little bit, because even though the governor of Texas, Greg Abbott, is Republican, he hasn't been very far from the Democratic line on how he's applied everything associated with the COVID situation.
So I'm glad to see that There are people in the Texas governor's office, because you know he had to sign off on this, that are making a stand about this now.
And all four of those states that they're claiming violated the Constitution are key swing states that have been pre-awarded to Biden.
So those are four good states to call out.
Oh, I agree completely.
I would just observe that it's a fallacy to assume that certain bad consequences would ensue if something were true.
That doesn't make it false.
And if, in fact, they violated the Constitution and the vote is corrupt and has to be reversed, we must accept Well, I think Scorpio's right.
We can't live a life of intimidation.
Once you give in to extortion, your life is no longer your own.
We have to deal with it in a very forthright way, with lawbreakers, and as I say, even to the extent of shooting looters on sight.
I totally agree with that.
I didn't mean to imply... No, no, I know you didn't.
I know you didn't.
And I totally agree with that, too, Jim.
And Michael raised some great points.
Really good points, man.
Yes, yes, yes.
Well, we have an interesting statement by Larry Klayman, who, of course, was the head of Judicial Watch, now Tom Fitton.
Let's listen to what Larry has to say.
The people have reached a breaking point.
We can see what's going on in California with restaurant owners, sheriffs defying the executive dictatorial orders of Governor Gavin Newsom.
It's happening in other states.
Yes, we are in a revolution.
The government thinks that it's better than we are.
So-called government.
Government thinks it can do whatever it wants.
Government thinks that it can enslave the American people, just like King George III did.
In the months and days leading up to 1776, when we declared independence on July 4th of that year, we can see what's going on.
And here's an important point to think of.
The president and others in the Republican establishment, of course the president is not the Republican establishment, are trying to push the notion that electing two senators in Georgia in the runoff elections are somehow going to save this country.
Think about it carefully.
What would be the so-called line of defense in the Senate?
Mitch McConnell, a two-faced Republican establishment hack that's out for himself as well as the other senators?
If this is going to save us, God help us all.
And in fact, we do hope that God will help us all.
We need to rise up.

When the government breaks away from the people, I'm paraphrasing, we have a God-given right to alter or abolish that form of government and to form a new government.

How the three branches of government are corrupt, and you can see that, particularly with my once-proud alma mater, the Justice Department, that plays games, smoke and mirrors, to make you think that they're investigating the crimes of the Obama-Biden years, notwithstanding the Clinton years.
They've gotten off Scott Free, the Bonnie and Clyde of American politics.
The games that are being played, because they all protect each other, and they know.
In Washington, D.C.
in particular, that if they push too hard against those in the opposition party, that there will be blowback against them.
They're in it for themselves, not for we, the people.
And let me tell you someone else who's in it for himself, and I gotta laugh at this, it's tragic and frankly it's sick, and that's Newsmax claiming that they are now the heir apparent to Fox News.
Well, Fox News has already shot its load, so to speak, They no longer represent conservatives, people, or faith, or anybody else.
Just yesterday, Chris Wallace had John Brennan on, on Fox News Sunday.
Can you believe that?
The felon, John Brennan, who illegally surveilled not just the president, But many, many others, including yours truly, who lied to Congress under oath.

I personally do not think that Trump has control over the military right now.

A lot of things he said I really liked, but then the conclusions that he reaches I find a little odd.
And personally, I do not trust Mitch McConnell either.
I think he's a covert globalist.

Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders admits Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats walked away from a coronavirus relief bill offered by the Republicans.
This is very, very interesting that Bernie would confirm it.
It's clear Nancy Pelosi cared so little about the American people and their welfare and well-being, and so much about getting political control and removing Trump from office, That she walked away from a $1.8 trillion bill that the White House, Steve Mnuchin, was working on with Pelosi, where the Democrats walked away from the bill.
That's right, Interrupted Sanders, because they wanted $2.2 trillion and they walked away from $1.8 trillion.
Was that a mistake?

Here was a proposal much larger.
Democrats are, no, that's not good enough, and now we're prepared to accept a proposal that has, I think, $350 billion in new money?
Sanders argued the bill being negotiated didn't have enough of what Democrats and progressives wanted, and the Democrats were going to give the Republicans everything they want in the proposed new bill.
I don't think this is much of a compromise.
I think the Republicans have probably got 90% of what they want.
Our job is to fight and get at least a 50-50 deal.
We've got to do a lot better and negotiate a lot harder.
I think it's very clear.
And that Pelosi got upset when a reporter suggested she'd made a mistake.
Let me tell you something, she scolded.
Don't characterize what we did before as a mistake.
As a preface to your question, if you want an answer, it was not a mistake.
It was a decision and it's taking us to a place where we can do the right thing without other, shall we say, considerations in the legislation that we don't want.

Despite numerous polls showing a majority of Americans and New Yorkers don't want a vaccine, and governors in Texas, Tennessee, and Florida declaring COVID shots would be voluntary, New York Assemblywoman Linda Rosenthal Democrat from the Upper West Side introduced Assembly Bill A-11179 Friday that would allow unspecified, unelected public health officials to decide if all New York residents should be forced to be vaccinated.
As of yet, the bill has no co-sponsors, or an identical same-as bill in the State Senate, To our knowledge, it's the first bill introduced in the U.S.
that would mandate COVID vaccines.
Vague language is allowed for medical exceptions, but none others.
If passed, it would create the universal vaccine mandate for the entire population of a state long sought-after marketing goal of the vaccine industry.
Rosenthal's bill would also ask our colleagues in the legislature to agree to an unprecedented surrender of decision-making power to public health officials, again, unelected, not even identified, over how and when a vaccine becomes compulsory, not even specifying if they're local or state.
The public health officials can make the decision if, following the launch of Governor Cuomo's COVID-9 vaccination distribution program, residents of the state are not developing sufficient immunity from COVID-19.

There was some footage from China that I just saw the other day with 70,000 people packed into an arena for a concert.
And but of course, everyone is still wearing a mask.
So what we're seeing is, you know, the reins of power are being handed over to China.
And they intend to make this mask wearing thing permanent for years to come.
And, of course, if they get away with this vaccine thing, it'll be a slow kill.
So people just die to cancer or they die to this, die to that.
But the vaccine didn't do it.
So, if they get away with vaccinating everybody one time, it'll be a yearly affair.
You can count on that.

Yeah, I saw that video of that Russian doctor, Igor Shepard, Giving this talk, it was in a church in Wyoming, and it was filmed on somebody's cell phone.
So I don't know about how he thought he was going to be able to say stuff like that, because that is a heavy dose of truth.
That was so much truth packed together that it sounded like a talk that David Icke would give.
And he was initially introduced as being one of the top officials in the state of Wyoming Department of Public Health.
And that was like cognitive dissonance for me.
I said, how could a guy in that position say stuff like that?
Well, now we found out.
Didn't that article say that he had been released as a result of giving that and it being on the internet?
I think he's already been suspended and he may, you know, he may be prosecuted for undermining confidence in a public health organization.

The only part where I had any hesitation was suggesting Trump's a part of the agenda.
I'm not convinced that's the case, but I certainly know others, for what they take to be good reasons, including he himself, believe Trump's part of the game plan.
I sincerely hope that not to be the case.

I only saw the video of his speech, so the next thing I'm going to do after this show is to go to that website.

I don't view Trump as the enemy.
The enemy is obviously the globalist parasites.
I view Trump as a highly entertaining buffoon, the accidental president, which would be great, except for the fact that he's not doing us much good.
Because, for some reason, either because he's stupid or controlled or perhaps just weak, whatever, I can't figure it out, Trump goes along with the globalist agenda.

This video is absolutely necessary for anyone who believes this is not a communist takeover, and for those here who think Trump is the enemy, and that means you.

There's much more than meets the eye with the assassination of Soleimani and Taqizida.
Trump supported the former, but there's no evidence he was involved in or blessed the latter.
Iranian politics are very complex, and there are those in the country who are aligned with Trump and those who are opposed.
Interestingly, there was only a minuscule response from Iran after the Soleimani assassination.
And there were many in the government who secretly welcomed it to bring about a new agreement with Washington and reduce the influence of the Revolutionary Guard.

Notice how it didn't take Yahoo long to congratulate Biden on his election victory.

Well, I thought the comments from viewers were interesting.
I don't think you can call Trump a buffoon.
There's a lot of things you can say about him.
He's no fool.
A lot of people like to say, oh, he's stupid, he's this, he's that.
You could criticize him in a lot of ways, but I don't think that's a legitimate one, personally.
But it is disturbing.
Trump is saying he's going to take the vaccine on TV I just heard that this morning.
And of course, Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton are going to do the same thing.
I mean, we are seeing an all-out push to force people to want this vaccine.
It's incredible.
And I even saw a clip on the news where Santa Claus was telling people to wear a mask and Take that vaccine.
I mean, they are pulling out all the stops to propagandize and brainwash people.
This is the biggest agenda humanity has ever faced.
These globalists really want us to take this vaccine for some reason.

And as far as Joe Biden goes, you know, this whole charade with his ankle or his foot being broken, I don't know if you guys saw the pictures, but he's had that brace on both legs.

I just got a breaking story here from Arizona.
It says Arizona legislatures have invoked Article 2, Section 1, which means that Arizona is officially a contested election.
So that's sort of a retraction of their previous statement that Biden had won the state.
As far as my closing thoughts, I'd like to read just a couple of statements by Dr. Vernon Coleman, the English doctor who calls himself an old man in a chair, but he writes brilliant It is patently clear that the lockdowns, the masks, the social distancing, the closure of hospitals, the closure of schools, the closure of businesses, and the absurd restrictions on our free movement have absolutely nothing to do with a virus known to be no more deadly than the flu.
So, apart from killing people and thereby helping to reduce the size of the world's population, what was the point behind the COVID-19 arranged hysteria and carefully orchestrated panic?
The plan was to alter the social fabric of every country in the world to ruin the financial security of everyone not already a billionaire.
