| Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis who turns out to be quite a brilliant | |
| Observers were prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened. | |
| Allegedly unequal applications of the law in Democratic counties, where some were allowed to cure defects with their ballot, but in Republican counties not. | |
| Voters arrived at the polls to discover other people had already voted for them. | |
| Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots and to backdate them. | |
| Ballots cast for Biden and no other candidate were run several times through the machines, repeatedly, again and again. | |
| Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without having been applied for. | |
| There were allegedly overvotes. | |
| Some precincts requiring more voters, really more votes than voters. | |
| I mean it's just astonishing. | |
| The voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to Venezuelan to the left-wing donor George Soros. | |
| This Dominion software thing is a very big deal. | |
| The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupt. | |
| This is pretty significant that if the vote were to be denied, if the election were to be declared invalid, then it would be turned over to the House to select a president and to the Senate, the vice president, Where each state legislature would be able to cast one vote, and where some 38 are controlled by the Republicans, suggesting Donald Trump would easily emerge with a kind of victory maybe proportional to what he actually received, had the count been honest. | |
| Wisconsin has cleared to have a recount here after battles between the Republican Democrats, but most importantly, Dominion Voting Systems has backed out of testifying before the Pennsylvania State House Committee, in my opinion. | |
| This is huge in terms of the public impression it's going to make. | |
| This is absolutely catastrophic for Dominion. | |
| It's going to reinforce the importance of the press conference just held. | |
| Here's an expert comment on my blog about it. | |
| Okay, let's break this down. | |
| A party that subpoenaed cannot back out. | |
| A subpoena is an order to appear. | |
| Failure to appear is enforceable against the recalcitrant party up to and including being jailed. | |
| The only basis to refuse to appear and testify is to assert a constitutional right against self-incrimination. | |
| Thus, Dominion appears to be asserting their Fifth Amendment right to self-incrimination. | |
| How can any polling be certified when the company contracted to count the votes says their testimony about how the count was performed would incriminate them in a crime? | |
| The above analysis assumes a subpoena was served on dominion. | |
| If its appearance was by agreement, which can be the case, the next step would be to compel their appearance by subpoena If the committee knows what they're doing, and I suspect they do, Innocence Vena should be issued forthwith by the committee to Dominion. | |
| At that point, the only way Dominion can refuse to testify is by asserting its Fifth Amendment right against compelled self-incrimination. | |
| Such an assertion would reverberate throughout the country and be understood as a virtual admission of guilt. | |
| The only reason a subpoena would not be issued would be if the Pennsylvania Legislative Committee were purposely giving Dominion a pass, which is of course a possibility. | |
| However, Dominion's refusal to appear to answer questions is damning in and of itself. | |
| I could not agree more. | |

| What's the most disturbing thing to me about this is there's so many different layers or levels of voter fraud that they've used. | |
| You know, it's like this maze of corruption that we've entered into with this election. | |
| It's simply astounding. | |
| Man, you know, the other day I mentioned that Tucker Carlson on Friday had said that, oh, the election is over. | |
| He did it twice. | |
| And then, you know, on the show from last night, he talked about Sidney Powell, the attorney, and how he had invited her on the show and she won't provide any evidence of voter fraud. | |
| I think someone's gotten to Tucker. | |
| He might have been threatened to lose his show. | |
| He is turning against this idea of voter fraud, and it's very disappointing. | |

| I was flabbergasted when Tucker went after Sidney, because during the press conference, they explained why they couldn't produce the evidence now, but only in the court setting. | |

| I loved watching that press conference that Trump's lawyers put on, and I especially loved this new woman, Jenna Ellis, and the way that she just tore into the fake news media covering the press conference. | |
| She used the term fake news and fake news networks about a dozen times, and one One wonderful quote that she made during that time was she was talking about the jury process and how long it takes to work out and how they're doing the best they can to | |
| To get to that point in the short period of time that they have, and she said, relative to the jury selection process, talking to the journalists, so to speak, in the room, she said, I would strike 99% of you from the jury, and I would be allowed to, because the fake news coverage that you provide, you are not unbiased jurors. | |
| No, you're 100% right, Michael. | |
| I thought she was brilliant. | |
| What a sensation to have her there. | |
| You know, Rudy has a certain style I'm not that enthusiastic about. | |
| Sydney is simply excellent. | |

| Meanwhile, Michigan rescinds votes too. | |
| They were threatened. | |
| Most important three-minute video. | |
| This is about how it was done using the drop and roll. | |
| This is Dominion. | |
| Steal the Trump landslide. | |
| Dump a massive number of tens of thousands of unexplained votes. | |
| Then, the roll. | |
| Fix the remaining vote counts in exact proportions to keep the lead. | |
| Just a narrow lead. | |
| Georgia. | |
| Trump was up by as much as 57 to 42. | |
| Then a dump of unexplained ballots gave Biden for hours until he took the lead. | |
| Then for the next 53 batches of votes, every single vote batch had exactly a 50.05 to 49.95 victory margin for Biden. | |

| These ratios of course are impossible, completely preposterous. | |
| Michigan, Trump led for hours by 55-43. | |
| The drop at 6.31am, 141,258 votes were dumped for Biden. | |

| Unfortunately, some members of the media use their platforms to push their own personal bias | |
| and agenda to control exactly what they think. | |

| They started about four or five years ago, putting these little statements at the bottom of the video screen, and that basically any video that they think, oh, people shouldn't be saying these kinds of things, they'll put a statement below the video screen, Telling us what we should believe. | |

| Reminds me of a fixed football game back in 1978. | |

| Let me give you the details from a gambler's perspective. | |
| Trump entered the night a 2-to-1 underdog. | |
| As soon as the polls closed, the picture became clear. | |
| Trump's odds moved to even money. | |
| Then Trump became the slight favorite, then a moderate favorite, then a 2-to-1 favorite, then 3-to-1, 4-to-1, 5-to-1, 6-to-1, 7-to-1. | |
| Finally, Trump moved to an 8-to-1 favorite. | |
| What does this all mean? | |
| Bettors putting their money on the line during election night have always proven to be deadly accurate. | |
| Smart bettors can clearly see what direction a race is taking. | |
| Bettors around the world clearly saw what I saw when they stared at the electoral map. | |
| Trump was headed for an electoral landslide. | |
| But something wasn't quite right. | |
| Fox wouldn't call Florida for Trump, even though he was ahead by a mile. | |
| They wouldn't call Ohio, even though Trump was ahead by a mile. | |
| They wouldn't call Texas, even though Trump was ahead by a mile. | |
| I sat there screaming at my television, more strange calls. | |
| Fox had called Virginia for Biden at the start of the night when Trump was well ahead. | |
| Trump would remain ahead for three long hours after Fox awarded the electoral vote to Biden. | |
| Why would they do that? | |
| What was the rush? | |
| It made no sense. | |
| Biden was awarded Virginia with Trump ahead, but Trump was ahead by a mile in Florida, Ohio, and Texas, yet Fox News refused to award him the electoral votes. | |
| I knew at that moment something was wrong. | |
| Something smelled fishy. | |
| Something was rotten in the D.C. | |
| swamp. | |
| Betters witnessed Trump dominating, clear not only one of those key states of Florida, Ohio, and Texas, but enjoyed large leads in the entire Midwest, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Iowa. | |
| It was all but over. | |
| Trump had an electoral landslide, hence the massive 8 to 1 odds. | |
| And then it happened. | |
| It was the most bizarre call in election night history. | |
| Fox called Arizona for Biden. | |
| Why? | |
| It wasn't even close. | |
| There was no reason to make that call. | |
| Arizona was still not over eight days later. | |
| CNN still hadn't awarded Arizona. | |
| ABC pulled back from Biden only 24 hours ago. | |
| Why would Fox be in such a rush to call Arizona? | |
| At that moment, Trump's odds crashed almost instantly from 8 to 1 back down to 2 to 1. | |
| That drop set off alarm bells. | |
| My friend, one of the biggest bookies in the country, called me to say, Wayne, something's wrong. | |
| I've never seen a drop like that, let alone a drop that fast. | |
| How can Trump go from 8 to 1 to 2 to 1? | |
| Someone knows something. | |
| We've got a problem. | |
| It's as if someone decided to advance to give Arizona to Biden whether he wanted it or not. | |
| It was a secret code known only to a few billionaire gamblers. | |
| Fox awards Arizona to Biden. | |
| Six magic words. | |
| Someone was ready for that call. | |
| Someone waited until Trump was a prohibitive 8 to 1 and knew to bet millions on Biden at the longest odds of the night. | |
| Someone knew the fix was in. | |
| Someone made a fortune. | |
| There's more to the story. | |
| First, by a worrying both Virginia and Arizona, Biden way too early. | |
| Also going super slow, a worrying state, said Trump, where he led by a mile. | |
| Fox made sure Biden had the electoral lead all night. | |
| That's another big part of the story. | |
| Just like the fake pollsters suppressed Trump voters for months in advance, with polls falsely showing him losing by a landslide, fake news desk employees appear to be suppressing Trump votes on election night and creating an air of invincibility for Biden. | |
| If Biden led in every poll before the election and led all night in electoral votes, then it wouldn't look like a fix was in when Biden suddenly wound up the winner the morning after, right? | |
| One more piece of the puzzle. | |
| For almost the moment, that secret code, Fox News or Words Arizona, Biden was spoken. | |
| Three key Midwest battleground states with Democrat governors all decided to stop counting votes for the night with Trump way ahead. | |
| Why? | |
| Why all three at the same time? | |
| They were coordinated in advance. | |
| Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania all mysteriously quit counting around midnight. | |
| To add to the idea of a fix, these states merely claimed they were stopping counting for the night. | |
| After TV cameras and Republican poll watchers were all sent home, the Democrat states resumed counting, suddenly finding all the ballots they needed to overcome large Trump leads. | |
| I actually took screenshots before I went to bed. | |
| Trump was winning Michigan by over 300,000 votes when they stopped counting. | |
| Up in Wisconsin by over 100,000. | |
| In Pennsylvania almost 700,000. | |
| But in the wee morning I took a new screenshot. | |
| Suddenly Biden was up by 9,000 in Wisconsin, 30,000 in Michigan. | |
| How did that happen? | |
| I thought they had stopped counting. | |
| It all started with that bizarre Arizona call by Fox. | |
| Folks, someone knew the vixen was in. | |
| A few key people made millions betting on this election. | |
| They knew the exact moment to jump in. | |
| They knew exactly when a Trump landslide would turn to be a Biden victory with the help of a fake TV network calling fake ballots. | |
| They knew Arizona was going to be called way too early. | |
| They knew that fake Arizona call would trigger vote counting to stop and massive ballot fraud to begin. | |
| I think that's just such an insightful account. | |

| You remarked that social distancing is useless because COVID is spread by aerosols which travel 30 meters or so before landing as it called for society to be reopened immediately to prevent the debilitating damage being caused by lockdowns. | |

| He said the risk of death in the province of Alberta for people under the age of 65 was 1 in 300,000, that it was simply outrageous to shut down society for what the doctor said was just another bad flu. | |

| Pennsylvania Health Department released a new list of orders with a hope of controlling the most notable is an indoor mask mandate for people inside their own homes. | |
| Strengthening mask order. | |
| Masks are still required indoors. | |
| Masks now required anytime you're with people outside your household, even if you're socially distant. | |
| Applies to all indoor facilities if you have people in your home not part of your household. | |
| Even if the messaging on mask wearing effectiveness had not been mixed up until this point, this mandate is an absolute insane overreach of government power. | |
| No state has the right to tell private citizens what to wear within the comfort of their own homes. | |
| Issuing a mandate of this nature is an absolute trampling of Americans' personal liberties. | |
| Fortunately, it's virtually impossible to enforce. | |
| In addition to that ridiculous demand, Department of Health is requiring anyone who visits Pennsylvania from another state to be tested within 72 hours of entering the state. | |

| Pennsylvanians who travel to other states must follow the same order. | |
| If this incredibly invasive mandate communicates anything, it's power-hungry politicians are using the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse to flex their bureaucratic muscles. | |
| Their primary concern isn't mitigating the disease, it's establishing greater government control over citizen personal lives. | |
| This is completely outrageous, especially when you have leading experts explaining it's all for naught, and it's tremendously harmful. | |

| Yeah, the first article that you put up, the Canadian Dr. Roger Hodkinson, that's such a fabulous statement that he made, and it's wonderful that it got out into the alternate media. | |
| I've been spreading that article around a lot, and you can tell that he's really got integrity when he says that he's He's in charge of a company that's actually selling COVID-19 tests and then in the same breath he says that he can tell you that those tests cannot identify a clinical infection. | |
| That's a guy with some integrity right there. | |
| Then the story about Pennsylvania's mask mandate. | |
| Oh lord, every time I see a photo of that public health Director, I think, I don't, I've never even seen a linebacker that that ugly before. | |
| So, so I don't know how she got he, I don't even want to say she got into that position. | |
| But yeah, so there's some psychological stuff going on there. | |
| Next thing they're going to be issuing mandates that we all have to have sex change operations. | |
| I mean, this has reached some far beyond the point of absurdity. | |
| Meanwhile, a report finds the proposed gun control plan would hit gun owners with as much as $34 billion in taxes. | |

| Outlet figures calculated by the National Shooting Sport Foundation show some 20 million modern sporting rifles, 150 million ammunition magazines in the country, could be subject to a new tax under Biden's plan. | |

| Assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, where of course that's a political notion, an assault weapon, that's an automatic weapon used in warfare, which aren't legal anyway. | |
| The regulatory laws already affects the possession of machine gun silencers, short-barreled rifles, which owners are required to register. | |
| If the existing law were to be applied to the 170 million modern sporting rifles and ammo, a 200 tax on each unit would amount to 34 billion. | |
