We have a fascinating report from Michigan.
Michigan attorney says, burn your mask, forget COVID emergency orders after the state Supreme Court
decision.
Southfield, Michigan.
Friday afternoon, as most people were logging off for the weekend, the Michigan Supreme Court issued a ruling that many of Governor Gretchen Whitmer's emergency orders regarding COVID-19 safety are not legal.
A stunning ruling said she illegally drew authority from a 1945 law that does not apply.
One aspect the court pointed out was the re-declaring states of emergency in what has been a string of orders from Whitmer.
A state of emergency is meant to last only 28 days.
The governor does not possess the authority to exercise emergency powers under the Emergency Powers of the Governor Act of 1945.
Because that act is an unlawful delegation of legislative power to the executive branch in violation of the Michigan Constitution.
Accordingly, the executive order issued by the governor in response to the COVID-19 pandemic now lacks any basis under Michigan law.
Attorney Katherine Henry has argued against the governor's orders in court for the past nine months, saying Whitmer had no grounds to continue extending her state of emergency every 28 days.
The Michigan Supreme Court ruled two different ways on Friday.
One rendered a unanimous 7-0 opinion, the other a narrow 4-3.
Specifically, they said she has no authority on a 7-0 opinion, no authority to issue these executive orders, according to the Emergency Management Act of 1976.
That was the first part, and that was the part that was unanimous.
She has zero authority to do this, Henry said.
The governor issued a press release, said the ruling was 4-3.
Henry explained the court actually answered two questions.
The second question was whether the Emergency Powers of Governor Act violated the state constitution, namely, Separation of Powers Act, Article 3, Section 2.
What the court said in a 4-3 opinion in that regard was that, yes, The emergency power of the Governor Act of 1945 is entirely unconstitutional.
The governor has no way to rely on that to act on our behalf.
Give me a moment to end the background noise here.
Sorry.
Now, this is a truly fascinating and I believe highly consequential decision.
The ruling means the Republican-controlled Michigan House and Senate will have a say in COVID-19 orders.
Henry said the governor and her office took liberties, the state law, too far when she continued to extend the emergency orders.
The governor has had some very creative reading skills when it comes to our state laws in Michigan and the Constitution.
The 7-0 ruling specifically said that the legislature has to be involved after 28 days, according to the 1976 Emergency Management Act.
They did give that first extension on April 7th, when they voted to give her another 23 days.
After April 30th, however, the only way they could continue is if the legislature voted to extend the state of emergency yet again, which they did not do.
So the court, in a 7-0 decision, said very clearly the governor had to get the approval of the legislature to go beyond that initial 28 days.
On Monday, Governor Whitmer said more than 800,000 people could lose unemployment benefits if the ruling goes into effect immediately.
The governor has said the new order doesn't go into effect for at least three weeks.
It's important to note this ruling does not take effect for at least 21 days, and until then, my emergency declaration and orders retain the force of law, she said.
Furthermore, after 21 days, many of the response measures I put in place to control the spread of the virus will continue under alternative sources of authority that were not at issue in today's ruling.
Henry said that's not true.
She said it means we can ignore all mask mandates, social distancing, and more effective at Friday at 4 35 p.m.
That means burn your masks right now if you haven't already.
Open your gym and movie theater.
Open whatever business you have.
Go and frequent whatever business you would like to go to.
If you have a church that's limiting your services because of how you were reading the executive orders, forget that.
All those executive orders based on COVID-19 circumstances from 2020, they're out.
They're gone.
They're done, Henry said.
Additionally, Henry said there's nothing in place regarding any of the executive orders from Whitmer that the governor's office has not yet filed for a rehearing.
She also said the governor can't appeal the hearing to the higher court because the only court higher than the state Supreme Court is the U.S.
Supreme Court.
Which does not have jurisdiction over state law or state constitution.
Our United States Supreme Court doesn't have jurisdiction to hear those kinds of cases.
They can only answer issues about if our state law or our state constitution violated the federal law or federal constitution.
So the highest court in the land that can answer these questions has spoken.
The decision has been rendered.
It's there as of Friday at 435.
So she can try and wane and complain all she wants.
She's not going to get anywhere, Henry said.
This weekend, Oakland County issued an order that residents wear masks in all public places.
Henry vowed that she would be one of the first attorneys lined up to stop that as well.
I think this is very, very significant.
I expect it to have ripple effects across the nation.
This Governor Whitmer has been one of the great tyrants of recent times.
She's some kind of monster.
She seemed to be auditioning for vice presidential nominee by seeing who could do the most abuse, the most harm to the citizens of their own state.
And it turned out Kamala Harris won the lottery, though as I've reported here, it doesn't appear to have been any kind of a democratic process.
The caucuses, the primaries didn't matter one whit.
This is a, but rather it appears that George Soros' son picked Kamala Harris, that he then called his father for confirmation, assuming the man is still in fact actually living and breathing the monster that he is.
Having sworn, dedicated his life to destroying the United States of America, which means, in my opinion, that the Democratic Party ought to rename itself as the George Soros Party or the undemocratic party.
I mean, think about it.
Kamala Harris didn't fare well in the primaries and caucuses when the public, when the people actually had the opportunity to speak.
They were not enthusiastic about Kamala.
I believe there were, you know, 15 candidates that continued past Kamala.
Well, we'd only got a final resolution in South Carolina when it appears Google went to work and started sending out vote reminders to blacks and others that knew, based upon its vast knowledge of all of our personal data and information, how they were going to vote.
I mean, it's completely disgusting.
This is on a par with Michael Bloomberg in Florida paying the fees, the legal fees and whatever to get criminals out of jail to enable them to vote and doing it only for blacks and Hispanics because he knows blacks and Hispanics are, at least based upon past history, likely to vote Democrat.
So you got Michael Bloomberg doing this disgusting thing down in Florida, where George Soros has been doing similar disgusting things nationwide.
I mean, these people are absolutely repulsive human beings.
They don't take anything seriously.
In the United States, or any government position.
Bloomberg, of course, a former mayor of New York City, but he turns out to be a very small person, a tiny person, not just from the photographs we have where he's sitting next to Big Mike, Michelle Obama, and he looks absolutely puny like a little kid compared to our favorite linebacker.
Turn first lady, born Michael LaVaughn Robinson, who played football at Oregon State and then adopted a female persona when she transferred to Princeton and began calling herself Michelle Robinson.
It's all amazing what has become of American politics today and the absolute lack of any truthful reporting by any of the media.
Throughout the nation.
Embarrassing.
This is one reason why Revolution Radio stands head and shoulders above of even, say, the New York Times, once an august newspaper, but it's turned into a tabloid rag.
In fact, I will tell you right now, there's more truth in the average tabloid, say, the National Enquirer, than you can find in the New York Times.
To which I began appropriately referring as the Langley Newsletter years ago, because it's really just a rag, just a propaganda sheet for the CIA.
Meanwhile, we have further confirmation of what I have reported recently to wit.
Joe Biden didn't debate Donald Trump.
It was a Biden body double.
Now, many of you know I've done quite a lot of research on body doubles and the identification of individuals based on photographs, their height, their weight.
Their bill, their shirt, their T-shirt, in the case of Lee Oswald, where Ralph Sincay, who founded the Oswald Innocence Campaign, was very insistent to me that we didn't actually need to identify the facial features of the figure in the Alton's photograph.
Is standing in the doorway area to know it was Lee Oswald because the height, the weight, the build, the shirt and the T-shirt were the same as the height, the weight, the build, the shirt and the T-shirt of Lee Oswald when he was arrested about which he is 100% correct.
Where the Dallas Police Department, which appeared to have played the role of framing Oswald, were so self-conscious about the similarity to the man in the doorway in the famous photograph, they had Lee Oswald remove his long-sleeved, richly textured over shirt and photographed him in a mug shot only wearing a t-shirt because they didn't want people to think about the similarity.
Many early students of the assassination were aware that Lee Oswald was actually captured in the doorway of the book depository in the photograph by the AP photographer, Harold Weisberg, for example, who published a series of books called Whitewash.
In his second volume, published in 1967, Photographic Whitewash, the last four pages were devoted to recording how the Warren Commission staff were tripping all over themselves to conceal the fact that Lee Oswald had actually been in the doorway of the Texas School Book Depository at the time the JFK motorcade passed by.
Which means, of course, he not only cannot have been the lone demented gunman, he cannot have been one of the shooters, where we now have discerned that there were eight shooters.
I previously thought initially six, then only Damocard identified a seventh, and now we have yet an eighth.
There was a Dallas deputy sheriff firing from the top of the county records building who hit JFK in the back.
There was an Air Force expert firing from inside the triple underpass, a bullet that passed through the windshield to hit JFK in the throat.
And then After the driver, William Grim, pulled the limousine to the left and to a halt to make sure JFK would be killed, he was hit in the back of the head by a shot fired from the Dow Tax.
Jack slumped forward and Jackie was easing him right up and looking him in the face when he was hit in the right temple by a shot fired from the triple underpass and the picket fence.
And it appears now David Mannick, the leading expert on the medical evidence, believes also nearly simultaneously in the left temple by shot fired from that single tree in the grassy area opposite the grassy knoll.
Where this has been the last party, the last shooter to be discerned, where I have now seen two photographs of the shooter, two different photographs in the possession of two different JFK experts, of him standing holding his rifle, but where that means Jack himself was hit five different times from the location specified, but where other shots were fired, Including from the book depository, the opposite side, not the sixth floor for a window from which no shots were fired, but the opposite at John Connolly, three shots appear to have been fired and where another shot seems to have been fired from the top of the county record building and another from the grassy knoll by a police officer.
Who was, you know, had ties to the CIA.
It might have been the easiest shot in terms of distance, but Jackie would have been harmed and they were under strict instructions that nothing should happen to her.
Well, this is all fascinating stuff, where Larry Rivera was able to carry the argument further and found suitable photographic images from the right perspective to superimpose over the facial features of the man in the doorway.
And lo and behold, yes, it fits Lee Oswald exactly hand in glove, but where A Billy Love lady, a co-worker with Oswald, who himself said he thought it was odd they'd be confused because he was two to three inches shorter, 15 to 20 pounds lighter, and was actually there wearing a short-sleeved red and white vertically striped shirt where the FBI called him in on the 29th of February 1964 and took photographs.
Because this shirt was completely different.
He was interestingly standing beside Lee with his hands upraised to protect his eyes from the sun.
But when Larry did a superposition of Lee Oswald, a Billy love lady, as well as Lee Oswald on the man in the doorway, Billy didn't fit at all.
The jaw was too large.
The nose was wrong.
The ears were in the wrong place.
Larry has done absolutely brilliant work, so that when I was convinced, well really, when I was inspired by the observation of Kelly Watt, who has done brilliant work on Sandy Hook, who discerned a certain physical resemblance between Noah Posner, the youngest of the alleged victim at Sandy Hook, and Michael Vabner, who is purported to be his older stepbrother, Where six of us went to work on this problem, this challenge, and found they had the same eyebrows, they had the same eyes, they had the same nose, they had the same ears, they had the same shape of skull.
I sent photographs of Michael Vabner and of Noah Bosner to Larry Rivera with no identifying information, no context.
Where Larry went about creating a GIF where you can see Noah Posner turn into Michael Vabner.
Probably the single most powerful proof the whole thing was a charade that no children died at Sandy Hook.
Where Larry had no idea this had anything to do with Sandy Hook and didn't at that time know the names of Noah Posner nor of Michael Vabner.
Stunning stuff.
Where I've also done research on The death and replacement of Paul McCartney.
It's absolutely a fascinating story.
I've been besieged by listeners to this show, including Claire Coon in Canada, who is convinced that Paul, as he is known for, false or fake Paul, was not the same person as James Paul McCartney, who was the original member of the Beatles.
Something had happened around 9-11 of 1966 where Paul appears to have been involved in an automobile accident and even been decapitated in the process.
Where the Beatles were at a loss as to what to do about the band, where the suggestion was raised to put in a substitute, and it seemed to work out so well, nobody seemed to notice, that they continued to play.
The band went on, even though in the Sgt.
Pepper album, you hear them announcing the difference.
Because the party who replaced Paul appears to have been William Shepard, a session musician.
He was known as the man of a thousand voices.
He had an uncanny ability to sing like anyone you might name, including, of course, Paul McCartney.
So that in the Sergeant Pepper album, you hear them announcing the one and only Billy Shears, which is a nickname for William Shepard.
Shepard, she or she, hence Shears.
Billy, obviously a nickname for William.
And where he was sent off to Africa to have some minor cosmetic surgery to make him resemble more closely Paul McCartney.
It's rather fascinating story.
I have done quite a few interviews about it.
Nicholas Kollerstrom of the UK has published a book about it.
We've done interviews about it.

Just scroll down, you'll find, well, you'll be able to see it and link to it on BitChute, but where I was convinced ultimately by the research of two Italian forensic scientists who discovered, they set off to disprove the hypothesis that Paul had been replaced and wound up confirming it.
Discovering that they had different heights, they had different ears, they had different teeth, they had different palates.
It turns out that we have photographs of Paul with Jane Asher, but also a fall with Jane Asher.
The Asher family had to be induced to go along with a fraud because it would have been obvious to Jane.
Paul is like four inches taller than Paul, who is about the same height as Jane and indeed about the same height as the other members of the band.
But when they did other album covers and so forth, they had Paul take off his shoes.
Even Abbey Roadie took off his shoes.
He claimed that was because it was a hot day.
But walking on the hot cement would have been absurd on a hot day.
It appears to have been to minimize his height.
So you had the four full players.
Of John and Ringo and George all playing the minister, the gravedigger, the undertaker, and Paul the corpse.
But it's pretty obvious, really, when you look at the work of the Italian forensic scientists, that these are not the same person.
You can't just change your teeth around when you're an adult.
You can't change the size of your palate without major surgery.
It would have affected their singing, and ears are as identifying and unique as fingerprints.
So that, indeed, I was already familiar, and this is a continuation of what you'll find there, everything I'm telling you about Lee Oswald, Noah Posner, Paul McCartney, and Paul is there in that presentation on issues of identity at JimTheConspiracyGuy.com, but where Hillary repeatedly used body doubles after her collapse At the 9-11 memorial event, all of you probably have seen her collapse, where she's rather unceremoniously tossed into this SUV.
Which was an ambulance masquerading as a more conventional vehicle.
She was taken back to Chelsea's new apartment, where Chelsea already had a wonderful apartment in New York City.
Didn't need a new one, but they got the new one because it had the bonus of having a private hospital there.
And they converted it, they closed the hospital from the public and it now had only one patient, Hillary Clinton.
So, Hillary was taken there.
They were worried, however, that the fact that Hillary wasn't making a public appearance would raise concerns about her health, so they sent out the first of many body doubles who was younger, more slender, much nicer looking, and pleasant, completely unlike Hillary.
I refer to her as the Meg Ryan double.
They, within days, would have yet another body double that was shorter and heavier with a more sloped forehead.
I refer to it as the Meryl Streep double, would you believe?
They even used doubles for Hillary Clinton during the debates with Bernie Sanders and with Donald Trump, no less.
They have a voice box that gives you a voice that's indistinguishable.
And guess what?
When Joe Biden came out to debate Donald Trump here, it was not Joe Biden.
It was a body double.
Absolutely stunning stuff.
Who would have believed that they would do something so gauche, but they did it.
He no doubt had the voice box.
I'll tell you more about the story when we return from the break, because this is a biggie, a big, big biggie, and we're going to have to see if they bring the same fraud out to play the role of Joe Biden at the next debate and the third debate.

This is Jim Fetzer, your host here on The Raw Deal, where I want to give you a couple of points
of logic, which is that if two things or individuals or objects referred to by two different names,
such as JFK, Jack, John F. Kennedy, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, are one and the same thing,
meaning they're just different names or descriptions, Uh, such as 35th President of the United States for the same thing, just in case the thing to which each of them refer have all and only the same properties.
And if it's a physical thing at the same times, in other words, you and I, you know, we're identical with ourselves because we had all and only the same property, the same height, weight, build, shirt, And so forth, own the same, you know, possessions, played the same games and all that at different stages of our life.
Now, notice when we're talking about physical objects or things, they can change their properties across time because of which this notion is sometimes referred to as gen identity, meaning through time being the same thing through time.
But it cannot be the case that one and the same object has different properties at one and the same time.
That would mean they have to be two or more different objects.
Thus, we cannot have a Paul McCartney that is four inches taller than Paul McCartney at roughly the same time.
But we could have a Paul McCartney who, as he was growing up, He became taller and taller throughout his lifetime.
I mean, think of the difference between us when we were infants and toddlers and little
kids and then we grew up through maturity.
We gained in height, weight, strength, build, a whole lot of properties of our body changed.
On the other hand, once we have become adults, we can't have both good teeth and bad teeth.
That was true of Paul and Fal.
Paul McCartney had bad teeth and a narrow palate.
Fal had good teeth and a normal palate.
Ears are among the most distinctive of his fingerprints in differentiating What such that it turns out that Paul, and this of course
is a telling point, was known to wear false ears.
You know, I mean, ask yourself, who have you ever heard of wearing a false earpiece in
your whole lifetime?
I'll bet you've never heard of it before until you heard me explain that Paul, the fake Paul
who replaced Paul McCartney, and who, by the way, I happen to regard as an even better
He took the Beatles in all kinds of directions.
I, they would never have gone, but for his joining the band after they dissolved, of course he formed wings.
And well, I don't think wings was really as, as significant.
Yeah, as the Beatles, which are, you know, one of the greatest musical groups in history, in history, and they transcend mere pop music in my judgment.
Wings was nice.
He reverted to the fact that, you know, he actually was naturally a right hand guitar player.
He had to learn to play the guitar left hand.
Paul McCartney was born left handed.
But, but, but Fall was not.
This ear thing is really fascinating because lo and behold, when you look at Joe Biden versus the guy who came out on the debate stage, they have different ears.
The guy who came out on the debate stage, his ears go down and, you know, blend into the back of his jaw.
They go straight down.
He does not have lobes.
Joe Biden, however, has earlobes.
I mean, they're very discernible.
Also, they have different color eyes.
Joe Biden has blue eyes.
The guy who sat in for him and who may again in the second and third debate has brown eyes.
James Woods, who's really a brilliant guy and who tweeted after the debate, Trump had crushed his opponent, Chris Wallace, and that there was another guy on the stage who was sort of wandering around and muttering to himself, has also raised the question of whether the guy on the stage was Joe Biden because of the difference in their eye color.
But the differences are far more substantial than that.
It's the case with Paul and Fall that Paul had a very boyish look and a kind of a roundish shaped skull.
Fall, however, has a more elongated, roughly rectangular shape of skull and doesn't have that boyish look.
You know, with Fall, there was always this kind of twinkle in his eye, this kind of exuberance.
That's not true of Paul.
I do think Paul is extremely talented, as I say, even more talented than Paul.
Though, of course, you know, from all periods of the Beatles, there's music that I love.
I actually, at one point, did a tribute to the Beatles of what I thought were the Beatles' 20 best, you know, musical accomplishments or 20 best songs or productions.
And it should be out there somewhere.
Look for it, you know, the Real Deal tribute to the Beatles or Jim Fetzer's tribute to the Beatles, whatnot.
I mean, every once in a while I pull it out and listen to it again because it was so good.
On one of my earlier shows, actually, I played a Beatles.
At the beginning and at the end and in the middle of every show.
I mean, I actually I think I had all together four Beatle pieces that it was divided into two hours with a little break at the top.
Anyway, I'm a huge fan of the Beatles, so it took a while for me to become convinced, just as it took a while for me to take a serious look at the planes in New York City.
Morgan Reynolds and Judy Wood beat up on me as chairman of scholars for a year and a half trying to convince me I had to look, take a look at the evidence about the planes in New York before I finally took a look at the evidence about the planes in New York and was blown away because they were 100% correct.
They'd been faked.
You have a Flight 175 entering the South Tower in the same number of frames, based upon two different videos.
It passes its whole length into the South Tower in the same number of frames it passes its whole length in air, which obviously is a physical absurdity unless a massive 500,000 ton steel and concrete building provides no more resistance to the trajectory of an aircraft in flight than air. I mean, that's a true redactio. We have
that both from the Hezirkhani and from the Evan Fairbanks videos where Evan Fairbanks was
taken looking straight up.
Where I've talked about this in many different places, you can find it, for example, in How to
Spot a False Flag, which I produced now in two parts because there's so many to cover.

And then we had the March for Our Lives on 24.
of March, just a month and 10 days later, it was a huge event.

It involved thousands closing down the roadways, lots of acts.
Hell, they had 100 different types of T-shirts, 100 different types of T-shirts.

down the roadway in Washington, D.C.?
between the 14th of February and the 24th of March?

I had people commenting that you need that much time just to arrange a bake sale at a local church.
It turns out that by the protocols of New York City, the mayor's task force for special events you have to submit A permit application 180 days in advance, 180 days in advance.
Well, that made you go back from March to February to January to December to November to October.
What, they were submitting this application in September?
I mean, give me a break.

So that if I have a special background and ability and collaborative resources to pull these things apart, I'm going to do it.

Well, here you got a fake Biden.
We only learned that he had been given a report that he'd been given his questions in advance.
We also had a report That he'd had the insertion within his skull an implant of a medical device that actually was giving him messages directly to his ear canal by a couple of wires inside his skull.
So that it was not a surprise when the Trump campaign asked that Biden and the president be subjected to an ear examination and Biden refused.
Why would he refuse?
Biden refused.
In fact, a number have noticed that there was a wire by Biden's lapel, that is to say the debate Biden's lapel that would have been completely unnecessary had it been the real Joe, because Joe already has had this medical implant inside his skull.
So the wire shows again, that's another form of proof that it wasn't the real Joe.
In addition, The Biden campaign asks that there be breaks every 30 minutes.
Why?
Well, we have a former member of the Biden staff explaining that the anti-dementia medication Joe Biden is taking has the unfortunate side effect of incontinence, so that the Biden campaign has had staff meetings debating which type of adult diaper Joe Biden ought to be wearing that will be the least visible through his closing and make the least crinkling sound when he urinates.
Well, I have observed now more than once that I believe Joe Biden has opposed politics, a future, a career making commercials for depends.
Now, the fact is, this guy, who is the Biden sand ears, has the wrong ears.
That's definitive already.
His shape and size of skull is not the same.
He's got the wrong color eyes.
He doesn't even tie his tie the same way.
Biden wears a double Windsor, this guy only a single Windsor, I'll tell you.
I haven't worn a tie since 1969.
But when you wear ties, you tend to tie your tie the same way.

And I'm severely critical of Trump, but particularly in relation to his foreign policy in the Middle East, where he's been way too beneficial to Israel and taken a number of measures that I deplore, including, of course, moving or implying that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel by moving the U.S.
embassy there when it has to be part of a complex Solution to the Palestinian-Israeli problem, declaring the Golan Heights to be Israeli territory when the world recognizes it's simply Israeli-occupied Syrian territory, compounded by the fact that a massive reserve of natural gas has been discovered beneath the Golan Heights.
Where he has defunded the UN Refugee Agency that was assisting Palestinians, one of the efforts by the United Nations that I applaud, though there are many others that I do not, then revising by executive order the definition of anti-Semitism to make it a form of anti-Semitism to criticize the actions of the government of Israel, which is completely absurd.
You know, my opinion, Giuseppe, is if the Democrats actually wanted to impeach Trump, they could have done it over a real issue, except I'm afraid they're as beholden to Israel as any other political entity here in the U.S.
where our Congress has been accurately described as Israeli-occupied territory.
Giuseppe, it's just embarrassing how much the Israelis run our nation.

Somebody would have been giving Joe Biden the answers if Joe Biden could sustain for 90 minutes without having to change his adult diaper.
So it's really bad what's going on here.
He did have Scott Atlas, whom he's brought into the White House as his own, you know, the presidential advisor on the COVID matter, declare that vaccines will not be mandatory.
I noticed that what he was allegedly being given in the hospital were probably not necessary at all.
I mean, after all, he's been on hydroxychloroquine In fact, Robert David Steele has done a recent piece where he observes the hypocrisy of Congress and all the members of Congress have been on hydroxychloroquine, which they're not willing to share with the American people, which of course is utterly shameful, but unsurprising in the extreme.
I do not believe Trump has any confidence in masks.
We know masks don't work.
We know they're bad for you.
They recirculate oxygen-depleted air, and that means your red blood cells aren't getting the oxygen, your heart is being stressed out, they can be very bad for your cardiovascular system, killing brain cells.
So I reiterate my prediction, we're going to have a drop of, you know, average IQ of Americans is going to drop by five points, and because of all this, Scorpio, very, very bad.

And I just think Trump has been put into an uncomfortable situation now.
And of course, all of the members of his inner circle are catching COVID.

Good afternoon, Professor.
Well, I've been Continuing my research on various things that interest me, and I've discovered some things that might be of interest to you and your audience, the first thing that I noticed is that the Sputnik satellite launch of October 4, 1957, and the way I discovered that is I did an analysis of the claims of that orbit, and I discovered that they are not consistent with the geophysics of the Earth.
Specifically, the radio transmitter that was allegedly on that satellite would have been
above the ozone F layer and instead of reflecting the signal back to Earth, it would have reflected
it into space.
So after I concluded that the whole thing was a hoax, I found a website that Fordham
University has put out on the Sputnik satellite launch.
And the article says, recent declassifications from October of 1957 show that the Sputnik
was a primer in fake news.

And Professor, I want to interject.
So just real quick, Gary and I know each other.
We've talked on the phone multiple times.
So in case you didn't know, Gary has a degree in physics and he's actually worked for, well, you can go ahead and say anything else you want about that, Gary.

Well, I worked in the aerospace industry for a while.
Most of my career was doing the exploration and geophysics for the oil industry.
So you're telling me that our alleged moon landing, which was of course fake news, was in response to the alleged launch of Sputnik, which was itself fake news.
I mean, that would be unbelievably ironic.
Go ahead, tell us more.
So what happened was that there were some engineers in Moscow that were looking for some government funding.
And so they said, well, we can put up a satellite.
And they were trying to get funding out of the Soviet government.
So they wrote an article that was in the Moscow newspaper about they would like to do that, put up a satellite.
So there were articles, there was a series of articles that appeared in the New York Times and Washington Post about this article in the Moscow newspaper.
And they were talking about how the Russians were going to put up a satellite And the U.S.
should do the same thing.
Well, then the Moscow newspaper started responding to that, and it was a circuit argument.
Both of these groups of people were claiming the other one was going to put up a satellite.
So that was the justification for it.
And the two things that came out of it was, first of all, it terrorized the American people because they were told that these satellites meant that the The Russian government, the Soviet Union, could drop a nuclear bomb on every city in the United States and massacre the entire population of the United States.
That terror allowed people to go along with the two objectives of that program.
The first one was to replace God as the moral authority with science.
And of course, the government owns science and the government tells you what the science is.
The other result was that the American people went along with the idea that the Soviet style of indoctrination was superior to the American version.
And that was then installed into the schools in 1957.
So those two things, that was the change of attitude that the government will tell you what to think because they know best.
And we're going to use Soviet indoctrination in the public schools henceforth.
Gary, let me just introduce a couple of caveats, okay?
Science is a method of acquiring knowledge, of establishing beliefs that have some reason to be thought to be true.
It's a superior method to alternatives such as crystal ball gazing or tarot card reading You know, wild guesses or it is without any question the most reliable method and say, you know, explaining the principles of scientific method is one of my areas of expertise.
Now, second, science isn't a moral authority.
Science isn't a source of morality.
Science doesn't tell you what you should or should not do which has to do with the nature
of morality.
Science merely tells you if you pursue say policy A, it will have effects B but it doesn't
tell you that you should or should not pursue those policies and achieve those effects.
That's the domain of politics and morality.
It's just a conceptual thing that we have to distinguish between science on the one
hand and its role in establishing beliefs and morality on the other as a guide to what
we ought or ought not to do.
So quickly, before Gary responds to that, I just want to add the caveat.
Okay, we all understand exactly what you said, Jim, and I'm sure Gary does too, but his point was made before you said that, and essentially, What's happened now, and I'm sure Giuseppe will agree, is that the vile South Koreans have taken over control of what they say is science, and they've made science our new god, the new religion, and a lot of it is fake and false, just like the news.

They're abusing their positions of authority to bring great harm to the United States, where I think in our entire history, no one before, during, or after this era will have achieved as much damage to America as Anthony Tony the Rat.

His tentacles were reaching everywhere in order to bring us into this bizarre world Where he's attempting to vaccinate us all and they want to use it to bring us in the new world agenda with digital currency, social, you know, merit system, all our communist China and a host of others that the Democrats seem to be very enthusiastic about, but which no really thoughtful person ought to regard with favor whatsoever.

I think that the great Dr. Judy Mikovits, who may be my guest this Friday, she's driving because she's now on the no-fly list, so she's driving to Idaho for a big event there, but she was telling me again when I was talking to her yesterday, That it's just outrageous that this whole scam is based on models.
And she reiterates again and again that when she defended her PhD and all through her career, she's like, well, what about your models?
And she always would say, I don't use models.
I only use data.
Data is science.
Models is speculation.
And that's all we have now is this is just a masterful tale woven like we're in the Truman Show, that movie where Uh, James Carey played Truman who was, uh, didn't know he was living in a town that was actually a movie studio.
And that's what's going on for so many of the normies of the sheeple.
They don't realize that they are in a false reality.
Well, you need models or theories.
I mean, you can't explain everything without resorting to a model or a theory.
The term model has various meanings, of course.
I mean, I've published on all this stuff.
Certainly, the Scorpio point is impeccable.
You get out of the model what you put into it in the sense that it's just, as it were, a logic machine.
You can design them to issue probabilistic outcomes, but in principle, they're merely applying principles and patterns of reasoning that have been programmed.
And we'll give the inevitable result given the input, they'll yield the output.
And if the program itself is flawed, if it incorporates faulty principles, then as Scorpio said, G.I.G.O., garbage in, garbage out.
Trump just didn't know enough about, you know, science and medicine, yet he was willing to sacrifice his political prospects for re-election by shutting down the economy, initially believing it would only be very temporary, of course, but where historically the strongest credentials for the re-election of a president has been the state of the economy and the stock market, where Trump was doing You know, creating marvels never before seen, benefiting the lowest paid wage earners in the country whose wages were rising at the fastest rate and constraining the competition by attempting to seal the border, which is why blacks and Latinos are becoming such strong fans and supporters of Donald Trump.
And I think it's only just beginning.
And with his reelection, he's going to, you know, when we look around and say, who better to restore the economy when given the rubble to which the Democrats have reduced it?
The answer is going to be obvious.
The guy who greatest, the most surging economy in American history, Donald Trump.
Okay.

But let me just quickly interject this, Jim.

At that point, you just made about Trump and the economy.
Again, you know I'm no fan of Trump, and other people on this call know it also.
It's worth remembering, if you go back and you watch clips of that debate, that Trump was quick to point out how much he was on top of it by shutting the economy down, and that Biden would have hesitated shutting the economy down, and therefore cost hundreds of thousands of lives.
Watch it and listen to it again.
So please, just temper, temper your faith in Trump.

What you've got going on is fabricated data.
They're using the PCR test, which turns out to be inherently flawed in the following way.
If you actually look at the insert, it states right in the insert for the COVID test.
It should be noted that PCR tests cannot distinguish between live virus and non-infective RNA.
This means the test cannot distinguish COVID from a cold or measles or Ebola.
It's embarrassingly bad.
Notable human diseases caused by RNA viruses include Ebola, SARS, COVID-19, rabies, common cold, influenza, hepatitis C, hepatitis E, West Nile fever, What youíve got going on, which is of course objectionable,
is a politicalization of science.
Thatís totally objectionable and this is pseudoscience.
This isnít serious science.
Theyíre violating the rules.
Anyone that tells you that the science is settled is selling you a false bill of goods,

about these viruses causing disease not being proved.

What was the term you used to describe the idea Sputnik Satellite might have been a hoax.

But anyway, I continued my research after I discovered that the Sputnik Satellite was probably a false event.
It could not have happened.
And I started looking at May I say, Gary, look, as a kid, when all this happens, I remember looking up at the sky and we could actually see the damn satellite.
So I'm very puzzled by, you know, we saw this thing and it was— We share that experience because I'm watching it too.
And one of my friends that I reviewed my nuclear weapons don't exist idea with is also a physics graduate.
And he witnessed the Sputnik satellite as I did.
So, you know, his question to me is, well, how did they do it?
Well, I think it's probably rockets fired from airplanes with pyrotechnics on them.
Or the conjecture that the Sputnik was fake is false.
And, you know, I mean, my predisposition, given what I've known in the past, would be that Sputnik was real, but the moon landing, of course, was fake, which I documented in spades.
So we have a disagreement.
We also, Gary, if you think nuclear weapons don't exist, I mean, that troubles me profoundly because Believe me, we live in a nuclear age, and the greatest risk of the extinction of the human species is a nuclear war.
I think you have been on before to make that claim, and I just find it very, very dubious.
I just find it puzzling in the extreme.
I reviewed my data with the nuclear weapons ideas with two people that have degrees in physics.
One of them was a professor of physics and chairman of the department where I went to school in physics.
And he said, well, he said, I've been in physics my entire career and I didn't know that.
He said, do you think you're the only person that noticed?
And my answer was yes, as far as I know, I am.
Well, I think the most, Paul, I'll get you there.
The most important film, in my opinion, ever made is Dr. Strangelove's Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece.
And you just witnessed one massive nuclear hydrogen bomb explosion after another.
And I'm not going to accept anyone who claims that's just imaginary or made up.
It wasn't.
It was real.
Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
I know there are far out claims about the fact that these these houses were flimsy.
But you might as well claim that the Allies weren't bombing to smithereens the German cities in World War II.
I have a real hard time with this.
Let me bring in Paul, and then I'll go back to Giuseppe.

Okay, so not to go down the nuclear road, because it's too short of a show, but I just will say this.
I have seen some of the evidence, not from Gary, but from other sources that he's talked to me about, And it was actually kind of compelling the idea that there wasn't enough what they call neutron high energy neutron collisions to cause this explosive release of energy.
So that was where the core of it quickly going back to the other evidence since Gary might not have time to present it, but I'll just sum it up, which was also quite compelling.
The rockets cannot develop the kind of speed, and you can actually go and look at the data of how fast it is they claim they can go, right?
How much thrust and how much weight and how fast it is in certain levels of the atmosphere, what kind of speeds they can attain.
And given their own claims about what is necessary to go into orbit, okay, or to break the gravitational field of the Earth, the rockets can't go fast enough.
Are you talking about the moon landing now?
I'm talking about everything.
I'm talking about orbiting the Earth.
I'm talking about the space station.
I'm talking about the claims that they make based upon the rockets that currently exist, based upon the rockets that existed at the time, and what their thrust and speed capabilities were.
There's a disconnect.
You can flesh it out more if you want, Gary, but I hope I summed it up correctly.

I've seen rockets launch.
I've looked up in the sky and watched the space station go circle the globe.
Here in the District of Criminals, every night when we're walking in our Siberian Huskies, even with the light pollution, you can see satellites go across the sky.
There's websites that track the path of every satellite. It's absurd to claim that rockets can't
put satellites in space. It's absolute lunacy. It's actually not. What are the facts that
support my claim?

You know, I've camped out in the desert Many, many times where the sky is completely clear and you can see satellites all over the place, obviously orbiting the Earth somehow.
My own personal observations say that satellites are real and I don't think there's any way around that.
I know the theory by people who believe in flat Earth I'm not making the claim.
I'm not really.
I didn't.
This is not any collusion between Gary and I was just sort of bringing in some points.
Here's the thing that you have to keep in mind.

Is low Earth orbit what it is that they say what you think it is?
What are you looking at?
I've seen what you call UFOs at night.
I've seen plenty of them where they're not moving properly.
They don't move like a plane.
They're too far up and they're not, it's not a helicopter.
It's obviously not a satellite because it's not a straight, you know, non-deviating trajectory.
So, but what is it I'm seeing?
Okay, that remains to be seen.
So there's just a lot of questions to be asked.
And in terms of Giuseppe, you know, throwing, throwing at Gary what he did, Look, millions of people saw planes crash into two buildings on 9-11.
Is that what we saw?
Is that what happened?
You know, millions of people believe there's a pandemic right now.
Is there?
Is there a pandemic?
So just just temper, you know, just take a look at maybe data yourself and say, OK, are there legitimate issues being raised?
Lots of people have shown, and I've seen it, OK, where the the rocket launches from Cape Canaveral and from Vandenberg have an arc. Okay, they go up, they start arcing, and then
when you follow them, a lot of times they flatten out at a very low altitude, nowhere near orbit, and
in many cases they come right back down.
Okay, this has been documented. So what is it we're seeing?
Some of it is likely a show.
How much of it is real? I don't know, but let's keep an open mind about it. Thank you.
Well, let me just say that in this case about orbiting objects, we have a smoking gun evidence
for that today that we didn't have 20 years ago.
And that smoking gun evidence is the test data from the X-15 flight program.
This was a program which the NASA and Air Force attempted to build an airplane that would go higher and faster than anything built previously and to determine what altitudes and speeds were capable.
How fast could they build an airplane that would go?
And the result of that was, well, before I say that, let me say that Warner Von Brown did a lecture in 1955, which is out on YouTube now.
And he said, we want to put an object into Earth orbit.
And he said, in order to do that, we have to do two things.
We have to get the object to 60 miles above the surface, and we have to go 18,000 miles an hour.
The X-15 flight test program proved that if you put an airplane in the sky that goes 5,000 miles an hour, it'll burn up.
The X-15 was made out of titanium frame with stainless steel skin.
And that plane set a record flight speed of 4,520 miles an hour in October of 1967.
The high temperatures resulted in a burn through of the fuselage and
major structural damage to the frame.
So that plane was never flown at that speed again.
Gary, this is all fascinating, but let me ask you, do you have any comments on the current political contest between the Democrats and the Republicans?
Yeah, I think it's the worst.
This is the most successful terror campaign It's much worse than the Sputnik satellite hoax, because this particular hoax appears to have terrorized people to the point that they're no longer able to or willing to work.
So the economy is in a state of collapse, and if people don't recognize this and make Yeah, it's pretty serious.
I agree with you completely, and it's insane.
The Democrats want to keep the country locked down.
Do you have any idea what's going on there, Gary?
What is their motivation?
Well, they are part of the team that is charged with the destruction of the United States.

So, what I would add to what both Gary and Giuseppe said, you know, politically, Is, you know, it's it's hard not to notice that, you know, election after election after election, while the Democrats and the Republicans apparently and allegedly quibble in many cases about issues that are trivial, like gay marriage and, you know, so-called health care reform and, you know, Black Lives Matter and so on and so forth, that the American middle class keeps shrinking.
OK, that our industries are not being rebuilt and returned.
All right.
That our foreign policy for Israel keeps growing worse or in terms better for Israel, worse for us.
That Wall Street bankers still keep operating with impunity and in many cases making more money than ever and have actually used this covid crisis to transfer huge amounts of money again to their accounts.
And you don't have to look any further than this Moderna scandal, a company that has never produced a product or sold anything.
And yet they've been gifted, gifted untold amounts of money that has enriched all their primary stockholders.
And they haven't done a thing yet.
And I promise you, they're not going to do a thing that's of any help or benefit to anybody.
So the deep state, the shadow government, whatever you want to call it, continues to operate.
And as Socrates pointed out about democracy, how many years ago now, that it was just a way for the rulers to avoid the kind of scrutiny, right, that they would otherwise be subjected to, that they would not be accountable because the people would be under the illusion that they had participation in control.
So essentially, it's just a way for the ruling elite, in many cases, have a malevolent intent To continue ruling in perpetuity in the background and give us elections.

And by the way, the penalty is life imprisonment.
