So breaking federal agents in St. Paul pursued a man who fled in a vehicle and struck multiple officers.
One agent fired shots in defensive response before the suspect was taken into custody.
Is that what happened?

They're a major AI engine for Wall Street banks, for example.
And they have different programs that are sold to different entities.

And that includes DHS and ICE, which a lot of the reporting, critical reporting on Palantir focuses on their contracts with ICE specifically.
But all of that is intended to also be used against people that are not illegal immigrants.
It's meant to be an entire dragnet of basically pre-crime.
And Palantir, in concordance with Poindexter's ambitions, has been a major piloter of pre-crime technology in the United States.
I think they began doing that in New Orleans initially.
They call it predictive policing is the term that they use.
But a lot of other companies have attempted to also get in on this.
One of the most notorious being Pred Poll that was a partnership, I believe, with UCLA and LAPD or something to that effect.
And they're notoriously inaccurate, and they're almost always piloted in low-income minority neighborhoods.
In essence, what happens because the accuracy rate is so low is that you're creating this pipeline of people basically being sent to prison or being caught up in crimes that are very petty.
But I mean, you're just sending police to all these areas in a relatively discriminatory way.
So it's kind of like how they did Stop and Frisk in New York, which, by the way, stopped and frisked 95% innocent people.
So now they're doing is they're making it tech and they're pointing it at you.

He was standing there filming them.
And then he tried to help a lady up who was pushed out in the snow and pepper sprayed.
And then they attacked him.
They disarmed him and then they executed him.
They took his gun away, which he had legally.
So when he says a terrorist tried to assassinate, no, if he actually showed up at that protest, had his gun out and then actually started shooting it, then that would be true.
But that is the exact opposite of what happened.
He was legally, according to the Constitution and state law in Minnesota, carrying a gun legally.
He never pulled it out.
He never pointed it at a cop, never did anything.
In fact, the cops went over to him, took the gun out of him, and then they shot him.
So the point of this segment, and which I got the idea for this watching my friend Glenn Greenwald's show, was that they're just lie.
So you should be upset that they're lying.

This individual who came with weapons and ammunition to stop a law enforcement operation of federal law enforcement officers committed an act of domestic terrorism.

So according to Christy Noam, the Constitution is now an act of terrorism because the Constitution allowed that guy to show up there with a gun.
And as we've showed you before, right-wingers have traditionally showed up to peaceful protests carrying guns, open carrying guns, like they did during COVID when they would go and protest lockdowns in front of state capitals and they'd have these big long guns and it was legal and everybody supported this.
Now she's saying just the act of you having a legal gun makes you able to be shot by the she's pretending that they're attacked.
So the point of this video is to show you how they're lying.
And they have to lie because if they don't lie, the mask will be pulled off and you'll see who they really are.

Medics were on the scene immediately and attempted to deliver medical aid to the subject, but he was pronounced dead.

and here's another one with christy noem fearing for his life and for the lives of his fellow and it goes on a little bit longer here And again, we just watched that he didn't go up to them violently.
He didn't go up to them with a gun or with any attempt to hit them.
In fact, the first altercation physically between them was when the ICE agent sprayed him in the face while he was trying to help a woman who they had pushed on the ground.
And again, you can say people shouldn't protest with guns, even though a staple of right-wing protests, especially during the COVID era, was showing up, not just with pistols hidden, but with huge AR-15s displayed.
They entered the Michigan state capitol twice to protest lockdowns.
They confronted security and other capital police who were there.
Nobody gunned them down on the ground to, oh, if you take a gun to a protest, it means that somehow you're intending to do violence.
That was something Christy Noam said as well in a press conference, which is people who want to protest take signs.
They don't take guns.
Even though right-wing protests across America have very flamboyantly displayed guns for a very long time.
So here is what her claim is in a little bit more of an elaborated form.

Medics were on the scene immediately and attempted to deliver medical aid to the subject, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect also had two magazines with ammunition in them that held dozens of rounds.
He also had no ID.
This looks like a situation where an individual arrived at the scene to inflict maximum damage on individuals and to kill law enforcement.
Again, whatever your views are on ICE deportations and what happened here, is there anybody who even remotely believes that's what happened that he showed up to inflict basically to go massacre law enforcement?
And it's particularly bizarre to watch conservatives who have long heralded the second amendment as one of our most cherished rights, basically saying that if you're carrying a gun, even if you don't brandish it, even if you don't pull it out, even if you don't try and use it, it's just the presence of the gun itself, even though you're legally carrying it, somehow means that you are so suspect, so likely to engage in violence, that it then becomes permissible to shoot you.
What happens to the Second Amendment if that's the new standard?
And a lot of conservative officials were making that argument: oh, if you have a gun, even if you don't use it, even if you're not pulling it out, even if you're not brandishing it, even if you're not trying to use it, just the fact that you have a gun in the eyes of law enforcement can make you dangerous if you're not complying.
What happened to the whole decades-long conservative view that we have the right to carry arms that doesn't mean that we're threats to the state?
That one of the main reasons to carry arms is to guard against government tyranny and excessive force and violence and authoritarianism by the government.

I just want to remind you, by the way, of what a big liar that Christy Noam is.
To be a Christian Noam to lie.
This might seem like a small example in the scheme of what we're discussing, but this is what I want to focus on: government lying and the unflinching and unapologetic way that they continuously do it.

I spent many years documenting all sorts of government lies, big and small, but it's still something we always ought to object to because of how dangerous that is.
How eroding of trust that is of the population in the government.
You need trust and credibility if you're going to put armed agents on the street of the United States.

Being able to watch videos and contrast it with what government officials are telling you and seeing the absolute contrast between the truth and what they're saying.
Remember, Christy Noam wrote a book in 2024 filled with lies, one of which was that she met Kim Jong-un because she was trying to establish herself as this national figure, saying, I've stared down the little dictators around the world.
I remember that time I met Kim Jong-un and I sat across the table.
And it turns out Christy Noam never met Kim Jong-un-goon.
The whole thing was a complete lie, a whole, just a fabrication that was in her book.
And she went on Face the Nation, CBS, Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan, who asked her about this, and she was incapable of admitting that what she said was false.
All she had to do was say, Yes, I did say that.
I misremembered it.
It was put in by somebody else.

Imagine just in your everyday life, you say to somebody, Hey, you told me that you met with Jack Jones.
But I asked Jack Jones and other people, and it turned out you never met with Jack Jones.

And the person just can't say, ah, you know what?
No, I didn't.
I misremembered.
I thought I had.
Instead, they're like, I met with many, many people, many, many people in my life.
And once this was brought to my attention, we move forward.
And I'm really happy that everyone's going to get to hear what I have to say.

And the person looks at you and says, in my life, I have met.
And they just won't answer.
And obviously, you're going to walk away saying this person has an extremely tenuous relationship to the truth, an extreme ease about lying.
No nervousness, just ordinary lying that they've obviously done throughout their life and just do when they wake up.
That's what this looks like to me.

I think I've talked extensively in this book about my time serving in Congress, my time as governor before governor, some of the travels that I've had.
I'm not going to talk about my specific meetings with world leaders.
I'm just not going to do that.
This anecdote shouldn't have been in the book.
And as soon as it was brought to my attention, I made sure that that was adjusted.
So she's like, I'm not going to talk about my meetings with the world leaders.
It's too delicate.
It's too sensitive.
I operate.
In 2024, when she was a member of Congress, they're like, I'm not going to talk about my meeting.
You're the one who wrote in the book about your meeting with world leaders.
You're the whole reason why it's a discussion because you said I met with Kim John Moon and I stared him down and that little bitch ran away with his tail between his lives.
That's how clock I am.
The whole thing was a complete lie.
And instead of just admitting it, she's like, I'm not going to, my meetings with world leaders are extremely sensitive and confidential.
So these are the kinds of people we're dealing with.
Now, I think what bothered a lot of people I know bothered me the most is that, okay, it's normal for the government to come out and defend ICE agents in a case like this.
I think responsible government officials say things like, we're going to wait for the investigation.
It seems like they acted in self-defense.
You know, they have a very difficult job.
There's whatever.
That I think is all within the realm of what's reasonable, even expected.
But they are now instantly, like instinctively and falsely maligning the people, the American citizens who their agents kill by making up wild stories about them that are so blatantly false.
Here is Greg Babino, who is a senior ICE official.
He's in charge of the administration's ICE operations in Minneapolis.
Here's what he said in his press conference: The suspect also had two loaded magazines and no accessible ID.
This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.
Same thing that Christy Noam said.
I mean, if he had wanted that, he would have pulled his gun out when he saw a gathering of ICE agents and gone over and just shot as many as he could.
Yeah.
It's so blatant.
What was he waiting for?
If he really wanted to inflict the maximum amount of damage, why did he not take his gun out ever?
That's what you would do.
You would show up and you'd start shooting them.
You wouldn't start filming them with your camera.
Not what he was doing.
It's so blatant.
They also said the same thing about Renee Good, which again, to me, it looked like, as I said from the beginning, she was trying to pull away from those officers.
She didn't claim hit an officer.
She actually turned her wheel to the right exactly as you would do if you were trying to get away from them.
But okay, I understand people saw that differently.
But then they went and called her a domestic terrorist, made the same claims about her that she showed up there that day to try and do as much harm as possible to as many federal agents as she could.
Called her a domestic terrorist as well.
Obviously, an absolute lie.
That's not who she was.
That's not what she was there for.

So, but they're not defending this shooting.
So Trump isn't defending this shooting.
In fact, when he's smart, when he talks about it, he pivots to the the the Ilhan Omar and the Somalian fraud that they say they uncovered, which just shows that that Nick Smiley guy was a plant.

So Trump's press secretary and thus Trump refuses to endorse the false accusations that Christy Noam and Stephen Miller disgustingly launched against Alex Peretti, that he was a domestic terrorist.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said he spoke with President Donald Trump today, asserting that some federal agents will begin leaving the area tomorrow.

CNN is reporting that Border Patrol official Gregory Bovino's access to social media accounts was suspended.
The move comes after Bovino responded to posts about the fatal shooting of a 37-year-old Alex Predi over the weekend, accusing Predi of assaulting immigration agents before he was shot dead.
He did not assault them.
Bovino claims has not been supported by videos of the killing on Saturday.
An official for the Department of Homeland Security said earlier today that Bovino has not been removed from his duties after reports saying otherwise.

A federal court in Minneapolis heard arguments on Monday on whether the Trump administration deployment of 3,000 immigration agents in Minnesota has crossed the line from law enforcement into unconstitutional occupation.
Hours later, Kate Menendez, the Biden-appointed U.S. district judge overseeing the case, ordered the federal government to respond to the assertion that the Trump administration's so-called Operation Metro Surge enforcement campaign was intended to punish plaintiffs for adopting sanctuary laws and policies.
She gave the Trump administration lawyers until Wednesday evening to respond, suggesting a ruling was not imminent.
