Blanche told Fox News the Justice Department would release several hundred thousand documents on Friday.
And then over the next couple of weeks, I expect several hundred thousand more.
Really?
Huh.
Blanche attributed the delay to the need to redact any names or identifying information about witnesses, but failing to turn over the full unclassified files could run afoul of the law, which gave the department 30 days to publicly share the documents.
So today is the 30 days when I expect that we're going to release several hundred thousand documents today, and those documents will come in all different forms, photographs, other materials associated with all the investigations into Mr. Epstein.
What we're doing is we are looking at every single piece of paper that we are going to produce, making sure that every victim, their names, their identity, their story, their extended needs to be protected.
It's completely protected.
And so the victims have been doing press conferences screaming for you guys.
The victims are out in front of the cameras.
The victims, so this is all, again, this is Donald Trump in bed with the deep state that he vowed to oppose and dismantle.
He is a swamp creature.
He is now a neocon, and he's now covering up the Epstein files for everybody, for Israel, for the Mossad, for the CIA, for all the people, all the PDF files involved.
The Department of Justice was compelled to turn over the files related to convicted SEX offender Jeffrey Epstein by a bill that got near unanimous support in Congress.
Signed into the law after Trump reversed his earlier stance opposing the release.
Trump did a nice flip-flop on that.
So while the bill does allow for redactions related to victims and for DOJ to withhold some information about the investigation, it does not provide a rolling deadline to turn over documents.
Under the law, the Department of Justice has 15 days to turn over its rationale for any documents that it withheld.
Senate Minority Leader Schumer said not releasing the required files in full amounts to breaking the law.

The law Congress passed and President Trump signed was clear as can be.
The Trump administration had 30 days to release all the Epstein files, not just some.
Failing to do so is breaking the law.
This just shows the Department of Justice, Donald Trump, and Pam Bondi are hell-bent on hiding the truth, Schumer said.
So I guess they pretty much feel secure that they got all the Democrats' names scrubbed.
Senate Democrats are working closely with attorneys, with the victims of Jeffrey Epstein, and with outside legal experts to assess what documents are being withheld and what is being covered up by Pam Bondi.
We will not stop until the whole truth comes out.

Representative Massey wants to buy on Thursday, he said there was no ambiguity for the law and what the law requires to be released.
Trump has agreed to comply with this law, and Bondi has to comply with it.
And there will be penalties if she doesn't, Massey said.

This is a case where the president who appointed the attorney general and for whom the attorney general works has signed the law.
And the ink is not even dry yet on his signature on this law.

By their own admission, they've been working on this since February.

How will you know if they've released all the materials?
Well, one of the ways we'll know is there are people who have covered this case for years, and I've talked to them in private, and they know what some of the material is that's back there.
But the other way that we're going to know is the victims' lawyers have been in contact with me, and collectively they know there are at least 20 names of men who are accused of sex crimes in the possession of the FBI.
These would reside in the FD 302 forms.
The FBI fills out these forms to summarize or memorialize what a witness gave them as far as the testimony when they interviewed with the FBI.
So if we get a large production on December 19th and it does not contain a single name of any male who's accused of a sex crime or sex trafficking or any of these things, then we know they haven't produced all the documents.
It's that simple.
How will we know if they released all the material?
Well, their names are going to be blacked out.
That's how we're going to know.
I guess that's how I mean, how must it feel to know that they are one of the 20 people that the elites don't give a remote crap about and are using them like shark chum in the water while they get away?
Because that's what that is.
Only 20 people.
What happened to all the other people on the list?

But the prediction that, you know, at some point when Republicans took power again, which I did everything I could, you know, to help, and I really felt that was important.
I still think, you know, I was right.
But I really thought that the impulse to de-platform people or even to use the word platform as a verb, which it's not, it's a noun, don't steal my nouns, deplatform and denounce, why haven't you denounced somebody else, the whole like red guard cultural revolution thing that we so hated and feared on the left that we did everything we could to usher in a new time where you could have an actual debate.
I mean, this kind of was the whole point of Charlie Kirk's public life.
And I think that I think that he died for it.
I really believe that.
And I know a lot about it because the last several months of Charlie's life were devoted in part to arguing about this event.
In fact, this speech, in fact, my speech here, which he asked me to do earlier this year, this summer, and was immediately put under just immense pressure from people who give money to Turning Point, I would assume good people, but who wanted him to take me off the roster.
And Ben Shapiro would be one of those people.
So Ben Shapiro thinks this is a bad idea to platform Tucker Carlson, even though Charlie Kirk did, and Ben Shapiro hated Charlie Kirk.
Just keep that in mind.
And then they all lied about it and said that Charlie Kirk liked Ben Shapiro.
And Candace had to reveal that they were all lying when she revealed the text messages.

And this has all become public, and the whole thing is so sad that I never talk about it, except to say Charlie stood firm in his often stated and deeply held belief that people should be able to debate and that if you have something valid to say, if you're telling the truth, you ought to be able to explain it calmly and in detail to people who don't agree with you, and that you shouldn't immediately resort to shut up racist.
You shouldn't immediately go to motive.
By the way, shut up racist is the number one reason I voted for Donald Trump.
And because they're just sick of it.
I mean, first of all, if I was a racist, if I was a bigot, I would just say so.
