Get ready for an outstanding entertainment program.
The Jimmy Dore Show.
Boy, you know, when I was out standing alone in a corner at a New Year's Eve party, a bunch of people left New Year's messages on my thing.
This is Sean Connery.
You can take your new year and rub it in dog crap, you goddamn son of a bitch.
Hey, everybody!
Season screens, and God bless America, Jimmy Dore.
On behalf of the Obama family, All Rights Reserved Register trademark, we wish you a merry holidays/slash New Year's.
Except Michelle, who really does not care for you at all.
Happy sixth anniversary of me making the Bush tax cuts permanent.
You're welcome, Wall Street.
What's my New Year's resolution?
The fight to protect freedom of speech from all threats, foreign and domestic.
Except Saudi Arabia.
My Netflix deal is too sweet to piss off the Crown Prince right now.
Hey, it's Jeb.
Please clap for the new year.
Oh, come on.
Dad's dad.
But I'll never be rid of his towering presence.
I mean, all his stuff is still here.
And I just found a box of old love letters, the mom, from Neil.
Is that right?
There's a reason you never hear about Neil.
It's because dad said he's the genius of the family.
Where are my corn nuts?
Jimmy, please don't ask who this is.
I know you can't ask because this is a recording.
But don't ask anyway.
Who I am is of no importance right now.
Okay, go ahead and ask.
I can't stop you.
This is Liam Neeson.
Do you have a moment?
Because I don't have much time.
And I have to make this might only take a moment.
But then again, I could be wrong, and this could take longer.
What I'm trying to say is I'm not very good at estimating time.
You should see me in the morning before I've had my coffee.
I'm all like, whatever.
Jimmy Dore.
This is Bill O'Wiley.
Merry Christmas, you atheist whole foods fuckhole.
That's right.
I said Merry Christmas, not happy holidays, Jew face.
Hello, Flora.
Merry Christmas.
I'm going to stay with you.
Wow.
Jesus Christ.
Vayner's back.
Here's a New Year's pro tip for you.
What's the most effective hangover remedy?
Stay drunk.
When you're always drunk, your body doesn't have enough time to go into hangover mode.
But what happens when the Merlot runs out, you ask?
Vayner likes to bounce back with a big-ass can of Peteolite.
Thank God for sick children.
Just power through that headache with an oral electrolyte solution used to treat kids with the runs.
Vayner out.
I can't believe it's 2000, 2000s not already, and I'm still writing applesauce munt cake on all my checks.
This is Bernie Sanders.
Elizabeth Warren, are you kidding me?
Whatever.
Establishment media sets of artists fighting.
So good luck.
Watch and see as a jack, y'all.
Comedian who speeds and jumps comedium and hits him head-on.
It's the Jimmy Door show.
Happy New Year, everybody.
Welcome to this week's Jimmy Door show.
We'll see you in Portland, Tempe, Sacramento, San Jose, and Miami.
Go to JimmyDoorComedy.com for a link for all tickets for all of our live shows.
What's coming up on this week's Jimmy Door show?
We have an extended interview with congressional candidate and founder of the Young Turks.
It's Jenk Uger.
Jenk talks about his congressional run, the smears he's getting, and he disavows RussiaGate.
The biggest Russiagator in the world disavows RussiaGate on the Jimmy Door Show.
Plus, we have some of our favorite phone calls from this past year with like Vince Vaughan, Bernie Sanders, Al Pacino, Rick Perry, and lot lots more.
That's today on the New Year Jimmy Dore Show.
New Year Jimmy Dore Show Oh, hey, look, we got Vince Vaughan on the line again.
Hey, Vince.
Hey, what's up?
Not much.
What's up with you, Vince?
You know what's up, Jimmy Dore.
You know, I got shang-haid by the fucking fuzz.
That's what's up.
Yeah.
Yeah, we heard.
It's happening, just like I predicted.
What is happening?
I'm getting harassed by the LA authorities because I'm a prominent Hollywood conservative.
I've said this was going to happen.
I've said it.
I've said it before on your very show.
Go back and check the archives.
I'm not really sure.
Who's in charge of archives over there?
Is it Placone?
Ron, do me a favor and go find some of the eerily pression clips I said the past to play and get Jimmy a nice coffee while you're at it, kid.
Ron isn't here, Vince.
Okay, look, you got pulled over for drunk driving.
How can that possibly have anything to do with you being a conservative?
Oh, I don't know.
Why don't you ask Mel Gibson that same question?
Everyone was all over his ass for being a conservative.
Ben Kabooi, he gets popped in Malibu.
It happened to Ron Silver.
Kelsey Grammar may also add that one in to the pot.
God damn it, Niles.
You shouldn't have let me drive.
And now, Double V, same story.
I'm sorry, don't you find this a little suspicious, Jimmy?
I thought you thing was putting, you know, connecting dots and putting things together.
You'll find this a little bit suspicious?
No, I don't find that suspicious, Vince.
I think the reason you were pulled over is that you were drunk.
There's no conspiracy.
Oh, give me a break.
Everyone's drunk.
It's Hollywood, baby.
What are you talking about?
Okay, all right.
Let me back up here.
Now, Jimmy, you know, you know this for a fact.
If you go out to dinner and you have two glasses of wine and then drive home and the cops pull you over, they could pop you for DWI for two glasses of Malbeck with dinner, right?
Yes.
Does that sound right to you?
Vince, you're not supposed to drink and drive.
End of story.
So you've never had two glasses of wine with dinner like a grown-up does, or a fucking 12-year-old in trance and driven home.
I, uh, you're not supposed to drink and drive.
Okay, uh-huh, right.
No, no, I get it.
I get it.
I do.
I realize on your end, the show was doing well.
Lots of listeners and subscribers.
You got to make the safe takes every now and again in order to not rock the boat too much.
Be somewhat responsible.
I get it.
I get it.
Yeah, Vince.
I'm going to make the safe takes, like not condoning drinking and driving.
I get it.
I get it.
You don't want to admit that everybody has a friend that has had one beer and got pulled over and was arrested by the pigs.
Which is weird, Jimmy, because I thought you, of all people, Jimmy Dore, would be on the cops or fucking pigs train.
Quite frankly, I'd imagine he was the engineer of that train, wearing that striped chef's hat, going toot, the cops are fucking pigs.
That's what I have in my head.
That's what I'm seeing.
But whatever, maybe not.
You are not making life easy for me today.
I know.
I know.
I'm sorry.
I'm going to let up.
The point is, JD, Power and Associates, that lots of people are zipping around the freeway in LA with a harmless little point of one action in their arteries.
But of those, somehow it's actors who believe in freedom that get pulled over.
So you and your friend had just had a couple of glasses of wine with dinner.
Oh, oh, hell no.
We were fucking cranked.
No, I was just saying that stuff earlier for illustrative purposes.
Yeah, dog.
We were ratcheted up.
It was a scene, brother.
It was a thing.
Yeah, it was a problem.
But the cops didn't know that at the time before we were pulled over.
You see what I mean?
Not really.
This is about police abuse of power.
This is about targeted harassment by the LAPD.
This is about taking a stand and saying, no, ladies and gentlemen, we are not going back to the Daryl Gates era.
Vince, look, this is not a civil rights type of...
Adika!
Vince!
Attica!
Check out.
Oh, by the way, check out True Detective Season 2, now available on Voodoo.
Adika!
Voodoo!
Anika!
Voodoo!
We have a special guest with us.
He's a candidate running for Congress in California's 25th district.
Can you believe it?
It's Jenk Uger.
Hey, Jenkin Uger.
How are you?
Good.
How you doing, Jimmy Dorr?
I'm great.
It's good to see you.
And so not really much happening, huh?
Oh, it's just a very calm race.
Nobody's paying attention.
Nobody even cares about this race.
Backwater race here.
Has it gotten some attention?
Has it?
A little bit, a little bit.
So we all saw the headlines.
So let's get through that first, right?
It's very easy, again, for me to, I always have a soft spot for whoever the establishment is against the most, I have a soft spot for.
So it was easy in 2016.
It was Bernie.
Yep.
Right.
And for me, this time it's Tulsi, right?
So they're going after, and if she drops out, it would become Bernie again.
And you are definitely not the choice of the Democratic Party.
To say the least.
Has anyone ever had a bigger understatement than to say that I am not the choice of the Democratic Party elite?
No, I am not.
No, not at all.
In fact, here is the LA County Democratic Party says Jenk Uger does not belong in Congress.
Well, look, man, those folks were a little devastated to find out that they're not the ones who get to decide.
Yeah.
Somebody told them afterwards, you know, it turns out there's this thing called a vote.
And in our society, there's a thing called democracy.
They're like, no way.
What do you mean?
We already disqualified them.
That's not how it works.
By the way, when I win, I can't wait to disqualify them.
Aha.
So now, Jenk, you and I have had major differences on tactics, but we share the same policy goals, right?
Yep.
Totally right.
Yep.
We'll get into that a little bit, but I just want to go.
This is what show what the Democratic Party is saying about you here, which is fun for me because it's fun to be against the establishment.
Jimmy, can I say one more thing about that?
So look, for those of you who don't know, I think almost everybody knows by now because as you pointed out, there's been so many headlines.
So I'm running for in California's 25th district.
It's me versus the most establishment candidate you've ever seen.
We'll probably talk about that more later.
I mean, it's 2016, Hillary Clinton versus Bernie 2.0.
I mean, I'm the most progressive candidate.
The establishment despises me.
Diane Feinstein was so quick and Nancy Pelosi were like, not him, not him, the other person in the race.
Okay.
And they keep bragging about how they handpicked her.
Gee, what does that remind you of?
I've seen this movie before, except this movie has a different ending because I'm going to win.
Jank2020.com.
Okay.
Because every time these sons of bitches attack me, you guys give whatever you can.
One buck, five bucks, $10, $27 if you can.
That would be amazing.
She's at a Beverly Hills fundraiser right now.
Okay.
And so that's who they are.
That's who they are in their core.
And so this time when they all attacked me at the same time, we raised a ton of money.
Oh, really?
And when we did, they were like, oh, I'm like, because all they care about is money.
All they care about is money.
So they're like, wait, should we attack him again?
I thought being super unfair to him was going to work.
But now it's backfired.
Really?
Yes.
So what are you going to do now?
Okay.
So that's great.
That is great.
Right.
So that's them trying to end your campaign.
And they actually gave it a little shot in the arm as far as fundraising goes.
And that is the metrics they use.
Yeah.
So later we'll talk about what the media did.
I mean, it was.
Let me get into this right here.
Yeah.
So I just want to show people what the Democratic Party say.
They go, Jenk Uger's comments are both heartless and disqualifying for someone who wants to serve in this People's U.S. House of Representatives.
Now, well, they're referring to, you know, we've been over this a million times, but let's just go over it because you're here.
So it was these blogs that you had written back when you were trying to be Howard Stern when you were 20 years ago.
And then a few years after you wrote them, you took them down without anybody asking you or being in trouble or you had evolved as a person, which is what I've always told people is the attractive thing about your story, that you had an evolution.
You were a right-winger pro-Iraq war, and now you're a progressive pushing Medicare for all.
And so.
Yeah, so just let me clarify one quick thing, though.
I was for the first Gulf War.
Not the second one.
The second one was 100%, billion percent against it.
In fact, Young Turks was one of the only shows nationally that was against it.
But you're totally right about my evolution.
Back then in the Gulf War, the first Gulf War, I did a pro-war rally on a college campus.
That's the kind of knucklehead I was.
I know.
Right.
So by the way, that also helps me flip a lot of conservatives and a lot of Republicans because I say, look, I've been there.
I've had all these dumb ideas.
I didn't believe in climate change 20 years ago.
Right.
And then all of a sudden, the planet heated up, heated up.
And after you got all the temperature readings, well, what do you, I mean, who would be stupid enough to say be against climate change now?
The idea of climate change.
Of course it's real.
Of course it's real, right?
But in an ironic way, I'm being punished for having an open mind and evolving because now part of this, I mean, I don't know if they call it cancer culture, whatever it is, is no one was ever allowed to be wrong at any point in their lives.
And if you were and you became a better person, it doesn't matter.
We hate you.
Right.
And like, I'm just, it's disqualified.
Disqualifying.
Yeah.
Disqualifying.
Isn't that something what disqualifies you?
That's disqualifying.
But taking bribes from the people you're supposed to be, you're supposed to be regulating and fighting against, that's not disqualifying.
That's crazy, right?
Now, you don't take those bribes.
No, no corporate pack money.
I'm the guy who came up with the no corporate pack money pledge.
Literally, literally, in America, I came up with it.
And so look, there were other wonderful people involved, Shoy Cotton and Zach.
But Kyle Kalinsky, we were on this call, the four of us.
At the time, we were the board of Just Democrats.
And we said, We're going to have one litmus test.
It's going to be, and I said it should be no corporate pack money.
Everybody agreed.
We all, all great guys, absolutely.
The candidates agreed, but you could not become a just Democrat unless you refused to take corporate PAC money, one and only litmus test.
Okay.
And so after that, now at the time that we did that, only Betto O'Rourke and a couple other people were not taking corporate PAC money.
Okay.
At the time, now there's 60 people in Congress that don't take corporate back.
No kidding?
That's right.
Okay.
And so no kidding.
Really?
So, yes.
How many are Democrats?
Do you know?
I think either 59 or 60.
Okay.
Yeah.
There's at least one Republican.
I think there's one Republican.
So now, every article says Jank Uger has a history of terrible remarks, hateful, sexist, racist, whatever things that they absolutely positively made up, okay?
Or are referring to something from 20 years ago, right?
No, I have a history of getting fighting like hell to get money out of politics.
Like if you were to say what defines my career over the last 20 years, it would be being a strong progressive fighter and trying to get money out of politics.
And no one who's ever watched The Young Turks or seen any part of it would disagree.
Like everyone would agree, but not one article mentioned that.
Not one.
They're like, no, no, no, Jank, we're not trying to be fair.
That's like we try to be fair to Republicans, not to you, not to you.
You, we try to, your character assassination, and we'll lie.
And I'll tell you about the lies later to make that happen.
So all these people who are in these clubs and trying to like crawl up the political ladder in California, oh, Chrissy, I know you're going to win.
Nancy Pelosi's on your side.
Oh, I disqualified Jank.
I disqualified him.
Okay, well, I'll see you on election day, okay?
And we'll see who's disqualified.
They hate democracy.
They hate it.
It drives them nuts.
And to your point, Jimmy, about all those newspaper articles and all the reporters, not one of them gives a damn about what is actually disqualifying, let alone the Democratic groups.
They're supposed to care the most, right?
My God, if you take corporate PAC money, you take lobbyist money, that should be disqualifying.
My opponent took money from United Health, an insurance company, and then she decided she was against Medicare for all.
But that is not disqualifying.
45,000 people a year die from not having health insurance.
45,000 people dying, not disqualifying.
Who cares?
They're real people.
You know, one of my volunteers is an older gentleman.
He's retired just yesterday in Palmdale.
He to go knock on doors.
It was really cold.
And he came out.
And I said, brother, why are you out here?
He said, my wife died because she had internal bleeding and they made her leave the hospital because they wanted to save costs.
So you said you're for Medicare for all.
What do I have to do to get you to win?
That's a real person.
Okay.
These people are political hacks.
Yes.
We'll see them in the election booth.
Yes.
These are the people I enjoy.
Well, I welcome their hate.
Yeah, as FDR was.
So they say your comments you made were disqualifying.
Again, legal bribes, not the Los Angeles County Democratic Party does not tolerate hate or discrimination against any group or community.
Again, they're implying that somehow that's what you do.
You have hate or you discriminate, which you don't.
Neither of those things.
The truth is on its head.
It's exactly right.
Jack, it's upside down and backwards.
Instead, we celebrate the Democratic values of inclusivity, fairness, diversity, and compassion of and for people of all backgrounds and communities, which is exactly what you do.
LA County Democratic Party chair Mark Jay Gonzalez said in a statement, and let me just finish here.
Jenk Uger's shameful comments underscore the fact that he believes the opposite.
And as a result, he does not belong in.
Okay, so that is just the most unbelievably hyperbolic BS I've heard about the statements.
And so you, I just want to make this point again.
So now you did a news show or do a news show for years, I don't know, 20 years now, and that you would do an hour of political news and then you would do an hour of pop culture news, which includes everything and especially every crazy sexual story that's in the news.
And then you would talk about it in a very frank manner.
And now people are saying that they're taking that stuff out of context.
And the thing is, that's weird is nobody has a problem with Howard Stern.
And to the point that the first lady went on Howard Stern's show to bash Bernie Sanders, a progressive.
Now, if there is a bigger misogynist, right?
I mean, I don't, you know, Howard Stern, his claim to fame was that all that stuff, right?
That he would have strippers on and he would get lesbians to kiss on air.
And that was his whole deal.
And it was very, again, if feminists had a problem with anybody, it was him, right?
Well, so, Jimmy, billion percent right.
So look.
But now he's okay because he's in that class, Jank.
So you're not a millionaire like him.
And between them, they're worth a billion dollars.
And I just want to say, so she can go on with a guy like Howard Stern.
And I'm not saying, I'm not condemning Howard Stern again.
I'm saying that it's a double standard, okay?
I don't, I'm not kidding.
Howard Stern could say whatever he wants.
His show is funny.
Everybody likes it.
I don't care.
I'm not saying he's a bad guy.
I'm saying that this is an amazing double standard because if anybody pushes the boundaries of that stuff that they're accusing you of or upset with you about, it would be Howard Stern.
In fact, get a load of this.
I mean, they're literally saying this.
They're saying because Jenk was trying to partly copy Howard Stern 20 years ago, he is disqualified.
But when Hillary Clinton goes on the actual Howard Stern show, she is to be celebrated for being frank and honest and having a wonderful conversation where she bashes Bernie Sanders.
We really enjoyed that.
I mean, Jill Filipovich, she says, she said, when Joy Reed had old blogs that were problematic, she said, oh, we're just now going to hold out against her.
People grow and involve.
How could you hold out against her?
She's the first one to jump out now and go, old blogs, old blogs.
Jenkins disqualified.
Okay.
Oh, isn't that rich?
I forgot.
It's almost as if you have a different agenda, Jill.
It's almost as if you have backed every establishment hack in politics, okay, and don't care about the issues at all.
And all you care about is attacking progressives while pretending to be a progressive.
And so this highlights how they're pretending to be outraged at the things you said because it's situational.
And this is what this proves.
And so you can say anything, the most any offensive thing in the world that you can think of, you can say, which is Howard Stern has said.
And they're okay with it as long as you back their agenda, which this is proof.
I just want to play this is only a minute long.
This is what they go on to talk about.
Bernie Sanders, and this was a perception I had.
You would say a policy when you were running against him for the nomination.
Right, right.
And the next day you go, yeah, well, free college for everyone.
Yeah.
It's almost like when you run for a fifth grade class.
Right.
I'll give you free.
Chop them out.
Target.
And more research.
I believe that.
And then it makes it.
I feel like you're a sticking off.
I know.
And then when you say, well, wait a minute, where's the money going to come from?
What am I?
Are you against free college?
So I love what Glenn Greenwald Said about this.
He says, is there anything more inspiring than watching two of the USA's richest people worth more than a billion dollars between them mock the idea of free college?
It's even more touching because they're both militarists who revere Israel and never ask how their wars will be paid for.
So they're asking how they're, how are you going to pay for free college?
Well, since Trump has been elected, they've given him $131 billion extra dollars to go bomb places.
So that would pay for free college and it would end homelessness.
Plus, you'd have about $20 billion left over.
So the money's there.
They just don't want to spend it.
And there's a couple of 1% of the 1% sitting around mocking people who want to go to college.
And that's okay.
And every bad thing Howard Stern ever did, every bad thing he ever did or said is wiped away because now he's in the 1% and he backs their agenda.
So it's not really, I don't care about what they say.
He even used the, he said the F word to her face several times.
I was like, can you say that to the first lady's face?
Anyway, and so they don't care.
Jimmy, I think that was disqualifying.
That would be disqualifying.
So my whole, so that just blew me away at the time that the first former first lady is going on Howard Stern.
He's supposed to be a counterculture.
He's supposed to be outrageous and shocking to you, which he was for years.
And now he's not anymore because he toes the establishment line.
But he does swear.
Yeah, by the way, that was one of my favorite things.
This happened right after the Trump election.
The Democrats got the memo to be more populist, but they can't do it with their policies, right?
Their policies are all almost all for the leadership sellouts to all their donors.
So they're like, oh, we know we'll be populist by proxy by just cursing every once in a while.
Just light curses.
So Tom Perez, who's never cursed a day in his life, you know, whether you like that or don't like that as a thing, never cursed.
And then he comes out and he's like, I don't remember what the quote was, but it was like, golly gee William, because I'm so damn mad at the Republicans.
How did I do?
How did I do it?
Am I populist enough?
No, it's the policies, stupid.
It's the policies.
And they never, ever want to talk about the issues.
Jank2020.com.
Well said.
So that's so that's my whole problem.
And that's why, you know, again, is the differences that we have in tactics and brushigate and all that stuff.
It makes it stuff like this makes it very easy for me to support you in this because it would be a great thumb in the eye to the establishment.
Right.
Yeah.
You know, Jimmy, somebody, I just read a comment yesterday saying something like, hey, you know, I don't always agree with Jenk.
I agree with him on like half the stuff and I don't agree with him on the other half.
So first of all, I immediately disqualified him.
I cancel your comment.
I cancel it.
Okay.
Anyway, no, then he went on to say, but you know, he did start the TYT network, whatever degree of credit he deserves for spawning all these other shows.
And they mentioned Jimmy Doer's show, and it seemed like they were a fan of yours.
And he's like, yeah, you got to give him a little bit of credit for that.
You know what?
I'll take it, man.
I'll take it.
However, I've done all these things, whether it's Wolfpack, Justice Democrats, TYT, progressive media, and the mainstream media has never given me one scintilla of credit for any of it.
So even if you disagree with me on a lot of issues, on important issues, real people know I'm honest.
Like you, right?
There's no BS here.
And I have done things in the world, and some of them haven't been great.
Some of them have been, most of it is just normal.
But some of it, I hope, helped a little bit in the world.
And so I appreciate anyone who acknowledges that, no matter how much they disagree with me on any issue.
And so I appreciate you saying that.
Let me just say this about how this all went down and was handled because I talked about it in the first video I made about it and other people have talked about it.
So this, what Bernie Sanders should have done, and you don't have to say what happened.
I don't.
So how it appeared to me was that, again, Bernie Sanders endorsed you, then took it back.
And what I would like to see from a progressive side, because, you know, once you start apologizing, you'll never.
So what I would like to have seen him do was to say, Jenk Uger is for Medicare for all.
Jenk Uger is for breaking up the banks.
Jenk Uger is for free college.
And if you're for all those things, I want you on my team fighting for me.
If Ted Cruz is for Medicare for all, come on, I'm with you.
Anybody who's for this progressive agenda, I need allies.
We're going to need all of you to help us.
And nobody's disqualified.
I don't care what you did.
If Newt Gingrich wants to help Bernie Sanders pass Medicare for all, you're welcome.
And Jenk Uger is an ally, the biggest progressive ally we've ever had.
And he's welcome to help us pass Medicare for all.
That's what he should have said.
And you know what?
Even people who dislike him would have admired him for it.
But this goddamn spineless lefty stuff is not attractive to anyone.
Even if you're wrong, stand up for something.
And so he's constantly doing that.
He wouldn't stand up for Tim Canovo.
He didn't stand up for his own delegate.
It's just one capitulation after another.
You are not going to capitulate yourself to the presidency.
And it would have been a huge victory.
And by the way, it was handled so poorly.
He got too, they extended this news cycle on this stupid story by retracting the endorsement.
If he would have just let it go, it would have been over with.
It's never stopping.
And here's how I'm going to show it's never stopping.
So this is what I saw just yesterday.
Campaign reporters, please ask Bernie when you get the chance about his apparent tolerance for the occasional anti-Semitic indulgences of his surrogates and campaign staff.
It's important.
They're literally doing anti-Semitic smears like they did to Jeremy Corbett against a Jewish guy.
And I said, I bet a lot of people thought accusing a Jewish guy of anti-Semitism was too laughable to actually happen.
The smears will never stop.
In fact, they're just starting.
There is no amount of apologies or unendorsements that will ever stop the smears or satisfy your enemies.
And just to prove it, Bernie pushes Russia Gate to appease them.
And as predicted, was quickly hoisted on his own petard by the former Democratic First Lady Secretary of State and Democratic presidential nominee who used the same smear on him, saying he's boosted by the Russians.
This is just the beginning.
So I felt the same way when you founded Justice Democrats and this thing came up and you resigned and I was like, no fight.
Yeah, I just, and I was right because here we are again and you have to keep backpedaling and it's just wrong.
So, I mean, Bernie backpedaled, you're not backpedaling.
You're standing up now.
Yeah.
So what do you, so what do you say to that?
All right.
So a couple of things.
First of all, there's no backpedaling me.
That's why they're so afraid of me.
That's why they're throwing the kitchen sink at me.
They're throwing everything they got at me.
And when they probably thought yesterday that they knocked me out.
And they're like, oh, the New York Times, LA Tames, and CNN have weighed in.
They have declared you a bad person.
So anyway, this race is over.
And when I got back up on Twitter and I told him, nope, not interested.
All I care about is the issues and the voters.
I don't want the endorsements.
And guess what?
I just raised a ton of money because of your smear job.
I wish I could have seen their faces in their campaign headquarters and their Democratic clubs.
Like, what?
He got back up?
Right?
Why hasn't he surrendered to the elite yet?
No, no surrender.
Sad day for you.
If you want surrender, you pick the wrong guy.
Jimmy, they picked a fight with a fighter.
It's a big mistake, jank2020.com.
Okay, now to Bernie.
Look, no, I don't blame Bernie at all.
The forces, the forces against him on this issue were overwhelming.
And I want to, this is really important to note.
One is you shouldn't be worried about the people who gave me an endorsement and then had issues and took it back.
You should be worried about the people who never gave me an endorsement in the first place.
Okay.
So I know who's who.
And it actually took a ton of courage for a presidential candidate at the most important time in his campaign to back a guy like me knowing how much the establishment hates me and would attack me.
It took a ton of courage to do that in the first place.
And I asked them to take it back because I didn't want it to hurt his campaign.
Okay.
So I wouldn't hold it against Bernie, but if you're holding it against the system, the ugly system that this is feeding into, I hear you 100% on that.
But that's the whole point of my run.
They cannot stop me, right?
I don't care about their goddamn money.
I get it all from the people.
I don't care about their consultants.
Now I'm not taking any political endorsements.
So they have no leverage over me.
They're like, because why do other people surrender?
Because they have leverage.
They say, oh, yeah, we're going to take away your money.
We're going to take away your backers.
We're going to take away all these things.
For me, I only have the people.
So they can't take that away.
And it's driving them crazy.
So now it's driving them crazy in the race.
Jimmy, let us, old friend, let us whisper of a dream.
Okay.
Imagine me on the floor of the house.
Right.
And they can't stop me.
And I put out giant pictures of the amount of money that all the corporate Democrats have taken from every industry.
And I go, you know what this is, ladies and gentlemen?
This is a bribe.
And Nancy Pelosi took it.
In fact, Nancy Pelosi has taken over $500 million in bribes.
That doesn't make her the leader of our party.
It makes her the leader of the elites and the corrupt people that have bought off this party.
Now do you see why they hate me so much?
Why they're desperate to say, he's disqualified, disqualified, whatever you do.
Not let him in the house.
Because you know what, another thing I'm going to do, Jimmy?
You know, regular people can come to the house.
They just never do because who wants to hear BS politicians arguing about, no, my donor, no, my donor, right?
Nobody has any interest in that.
If I went, I'm going to invite people to the House of Representatives and say, hey, when we give speeches, it's your house.
It's not their house.
It's your house.
Why don't you come in and listen?
Oh, they're going to hate that, Jimmy.
They're like, oh my God, you're going to have regular people in our club.
And then what if we back a donor and they boo us?
God damn right.
That's exactly the point.
I'm going to embarrass them about their bribes and their corruption.
And so that is why they're fighting me with everything they have.
So I want to highlight the ultimate irony of all this, right?
Is that your policies, your positions are actually better for women than your opponents.
Yeah.
Look, so my opponent is the most standard bland politician you've ever seen.
She makes Hillary Clinton look exciting.
Okay.
So on our website, on let's start with Medicare for all and then I want to get to women's rights because that's so important.
So on our website, just to give you a sense of who she is, on healthcare, she says, no, I think that healthcare is a human right.
Oh, great.
You're for Medicare for all.
Everybody's got to get healthcare.
No, she's a public option, but it gets better.
Public option for those who want it.
It's like Boudige on steroids.
So if anybody ever said fire insurance for anyone who wants it, you'd be like, what?
No, if my house is on fire and my kids are inside, it's not a question of for those who want it.
Get in the goddamn house to save the kids, right?
If 45,000 people a year died from burning to death because they didn't have fire insurance, what would people do?
They'd lose their minds, right?
They'd be like, how could we let them burn to death?
45, we let 45,000 people burn to death every year because they didn't pay into private fire insurance, right?
But that's exactly what we do with healthcare.
But she turns around and pretends, oh, I'm for healthcare.
I'm for healthcare.
I mean, I'm going to let you burn to death, but I'm for healthcare.
Okay.
So now when you get to women's rights, it's the same thing.
So is she in favor of women's rights?
Of course she is.
I'm not taking that away from her.
She's not like secret agenda to be in favor of men's rights and against women's rights.
No, right?
But the question is, is she going to fight for it?
Okay.
What's the size of the fight?
Okay.
In that person.
So for example, the Ohio recently passed a bill saying if you have a pregnancy that accidentally went in the fallopian tubes, well, obviously it's not tenable.
Ohio said you have to take out the zygote and put it into the uterus.
Otherwise, we're going to arrest the doctor and the woman for abortion murder.
Now, the thing is, even if you believed in that monstrous idea, which I would never countenance, even if it was possible, every doctor in the world says that is absolutely, positively, scientifically impossible.
So what you would be doing is imprisoning all of these women and all these doctors because of your fantasies about science and abortion, et cetera.
Now, regular Democrats go, tut, tut, tut.
Go to the floor of the house and say every Republican that does that, that does not denounce us right now is a monster, a monster, okay, that hates women, hates the idea of freedom.
They say, oh, freedom only for guys, but not for women.
For women, we're inside your fallopian tubes.
We're inside your uterus.
They love the idea of big government, big government reaching into your fallopian tubes, okay?
Not on our watch, not on our watch.
Let's have a vote.
Let's have a vote to censure the Ohio Republicans.
And Republicans, I dare you to come out and vote with them.
I dare you.
70% of the country is pro-choice.
And I don't care if it was only 10%.
We fight for people who are in trouble.
We fight for the disadvantaged.
We fight for the powerless.
And if you come for women, we all fight back together.
Okay.
You see that fight in anybody in the Democratic Party?
No.
No, no.
So if they go after women's rights, if I'm in Congress, God help them because I'm going to crush them.
And they say, oh, Jank, you can't talk like that.
Well, you've been playing patty cakes with Mitch McConnell for 40 years.
How the hell is that going?
Right.
How's your stupid strategy going?
They lost 1,000 seats nationwide, trying to appease Republicans, right?
My idea is we don't appease Republicans.
We beat them.
And they go, how rude.
Okay, then stand up.
Get out the way, yo.
Get out the way.
Jank2020.com.
They say, oh, well, what if you're in a general election against one of the Republicans in the race in the 25th district?
Do you know what I would do to them?
One of them was in Congress briefly.
He voted with Trump 99% of the time.
This district voted for Hillary Clinton by seven points.
If you have a standard Democrat like my opponent, she'll be like, no, I have to reach out to Republicans.
So I don't want to offend Republicans.
So I'm not going to fight against Steve Knight.
I'm not going to point out all the terrible things that he's done, right?
Steve Knight, by the way, 100% against women's rights.
Okay.
Anti-choice in every way imaginable.
Oh, but I don't want to alienate people who are pro-life.
No, no, I don't give a damn.
You go tell the voters what's real.
If you're a woman, you're nuts to vote for the Republicans.
They want to take your freedom away.
They want to take your freedom away.
And I'm not going to let them.
Okay.
And on every issue, whether he supports Trump, that son bitch, Steve Knight, the Republican in the race, he took money from corporations.
I'll give you one example.
Elise O'Canyon is the biggest gas leak in American history.
So that's our district.
Okay.
And Steve Knight came out.
He was a congressman at the time.
He defended the company rather than the people.
The worst gas leak in American history.
And why did he defend the company?
He said, hey, hey, let's not be unfair to the company.
I mean, you guys all have nausea and vomiting and bleeding, and we've done untold damage to the environment, but I'm here to defend the company.
You're going to be shocked to find out, Jimmy, that he took money from the parent company.
No.
Oh, I know.
Is that disqualifying?
See, but not disqualifying according to the press.
But seriously, though, think about it for one more second, okay?
Will Christie, my Democratic opponent, criticize him for that?
No.
No, but Jimmy, think about why.
Because then he would get to say, but you take corporate money too.
Oh, okay.
And on a different environmental issue in our district, they both took money from the same company.
Okay.
So Christie cannot use that argument.
And that's why all Democratic leadership unilaterally disarm on the most powerful argument that is on our side, because they are all so corrupt, and they also take corporate pack money and lobbyist money.
Whereas I get to go in there and kick the living crap out of Steve Knight and any other Republican and say, this guy is the most obviously corrupt son of a bitch you've ever seen.
By the way, you know how much he took from Sempra Energy?
That was the parent company?
How much?
$5,000.
That's all it took.
That's all it takes.
They're so cheap.
For $5,000?
He sold out all of his voters.
That's how cheap these politicians are.
You think any establishment Democrats are ever going to say that about Republicans?
Get the hell out of the way.
Let me at him.
Jank2020.com.
Okay, so first of all, so what I'd like to do is, you know, Can I just, I know, I'm sorry to interrupt.
I can't help you.
But on women's rights, it's not just about reproductive issues.
Okay.
There's also equal wages.
There's also every other issue that affects human beings because I don't know if people know this.
Women are 51% of the population.
So when we talk about Medicare for all, we talk about people dying without insurance.
At least half of those are women.
Okay.
When we talk about higher wages, when we talk about gas leaks, when we talk about every single issue, it affects women more than men.
They're a majority of the population, right?
But they silo women into a category because that's what corporate Democrats do.
They're like, oh, you're African-American.
So you care only about Black Lives Matter.
You only care about criminal justice reform.
Why?
Because in their minds, black people are criminals.
Like they don't care about Green New Deal.
They don't care about Medicare for all because they're just black and all they care about is this.
Latinos, all you care about is immigration.
You know, in my district, there was a poll done.
You know what Latinos care most about?
No, what?
The environment.
Really?
That's right.
And people were like, whoa, why?
Wait, isn't it supposed to be just immigration?
So women, do you think they just care?
Those are massively important issues that we discuss about women's rights, right?
But they also care about every other issue because it affects their lives daily.
And yet they're siloed into, okay, women, pat on the head, reproductive issues.
We're not really going to fight, but we'll say, yeah, we're on your side.
Wages, we're not really going to fight, but we'll say we're on your side.
So no, I'm going to fight for them on every issue.
So let me, before I get to this, I want to get to this.
Andrew Yang put out a tweet, said, I won't cross the United Hair 11 picket line to attend next week's debate.
We must live our values.
And there is nothing more core to the Democratic Party than the fight for working people.
I support United Hair 11 in their fight for their compensation and benefits they deserve.
So it looks like, so Tulsi was the first one who said she was going to, but not because of this reason.
She thinks the whole process is a sham, which it is.
And so now it's Bernie and Elizabeth Warren are considering boycotting this debate for the same reason.
So how do you feel about that decision to do that?
And where do you stand on unions?
So, yeah, none of it, to be fair, they've all now said they're not going to cross the picket line.
Even Biden, and I think Budicuz was among the last.
He's like, really?
Yeah, sure.
Yeah.
I care about the working guy, right?
Donors.
Do I care about the working guy?
Oh, right.
We're pretending to care.
Yes, that's right.
Okay.
So, yeah, it makes sense not to cross the picket line.
Obviously, that's why they're all doing it.
It's an easy issue.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Look, why are unions important?
And I'm not going to take union money, and I'll tell you why in a second.
Okay.
Why are unions important?
Because you need leverage.
Okay.
If you're one person against a giant company, you got no help at all.
You got no hope of ever winning.
You're fired next.
You're fired next, right?
You mean you talk about Amazon all the time.
And that example you use always sticks in my head, that they rather put an ambulance by the factory than pay for air conditioning.
They put the ambulance there because they know that they're going to have to take people to the hospital because of how brutal the working conditions are.
But they're like, hey, but we save like 10 bucks.
One of the richest companies in the world, trillion dollars.
But hey, we're going to save 10 bucks by turning off, turning off their air conditioning, make sure people go to the hospital is less expensive.
So who cares about the actual people, right?
So unions help you negotiate for higher wages.
Collective bargaining makes a big, big difference.
Now, why am I not taking union money?
Because when I back unions, I want you to know that I did it because I mean it, not because they bribed me or paid me to do it.
Whereas the rest of the Democratic Party is like, oh, union money, mana from heaven.
I'll take from corporations and I'll take from unions.
I'll give unions 10%.
I'll give corporations 90% based on how much they gave me, right?
Whereas I'll say, no, I'm going to fight corporate power completely and I'm going to back the unions even if they don't back me, even if they don't give me money, even if they don't, even if they reject me publicly, because I don't give a damn about the leadership of anything, including unions.
And so that's heresy.
You can't say that in the Democratic Party.
I care about their members.
So I care about the teachers.
I care about the nurses.
I care about the truck drivers.
So I'm going to help those people get higher wages no matter what, right?
But if their leadership is like, oh, I do the cloud, I made a backroom deal with Nancy Pelosi.
We would be getting 1.5% more.
Okay, you do that, brother, and I'll actually fight for your members.
Okay, so that's good.
So now I want to like Bernie always had a bad habit of repeating CIA talking points about foreign policy, right?
He did it most recently with Venezuela and Syria.
And so I would always critique him and to try to get him to stop doing that.
He's stopped doing that.
He is not doing that anymore.
So that's good, right?
And so in that same vein, that same, I would like to try to get you to stop Russia gating so hard because it's counterproductive.
And by the way, I have a little less disdain for you over Russia gate than other people because I firmly believe Rachel Maddow and Chris Hayes do not believe Russia.
They know that the facts, you don't believe in the hacking of the election like they do.
You have a different Russiagate theory.
So I really think that you believe it because unlike them, you had me on your network, right?
Coming in and giving a counter narrative to the main show's Russia view.
And then you had Aaron Mateon and you had Glenn Greenwald.
And so no one else did that.
No one.
And so that you have to give you props for that, you know?
And so I do.
So, you know, in the cancel culture, they would say that I platformed you guys.
Okay.
And I also had Kyle Kalinsky on about that.
Michael Tracy.
Michael Tracy.
Right.
So people will, even though I'm on the side of I think that Trump has a connection to Russia.
We'll get into the details of that in a second.
What do I do?
I'm fair.
I hear everybody out because I actually believe in being fair.
I believe in having conversations because you know what?
I might be wrong.
Okay.
And it's possible that if you have someone on who disagrees with you, one day, one, sometimes they're monsters and you show how wrong they are, like David Duke.
Okay, we could talk about that too.
Right.
Or it's an honest, wonderful progressive that happens to disagree with you on an issue.
And maybe they're right.
And maybe they're right.
What on God's green earth can go wrong if you exchange ideas?
But they say, no, no, no, no, no.
I want to stop all exchange of ideas.
Okay, then who wins?
Oh, I win.
Look, whose idea is right then?
Who do we declare the winner without having a conversation?
Oh, we obviously declare me the winner.
On what grounds?
Like, if you don't allow Jimmy and Aaron and Glenn on your programs to talk about it and then declare yourself the winner, on what basis?
Right.
Right.
Whereas you've seen me, not only have I had people on, I've gone on other people's shows.
I was just on with Matt Taibbi and Katie Halper.
I've been on 100 shows.
I'm happy to talk about it.
You know why?
Because the essence of what's the most important thing is, and you could actually blame me more in a sense for this, because I actually believe it.
And I'll tell you what I believe in a second because it's not what the mainstream media says, right?
Whereas those folks are like, does it help the Democratic Party?
Right.
Okay, let's pretend Hillary lost the election, not because she's an establishment candidate and not because she's a greasy politician, not because she's a conservative corporate Democrat, but because of 4 million Twitter impressions, which Jimmy got last afternoon, right?
It's totally irrelevant because the weather and Comey and the Russians, et cetera.
I'm not in that camp.
They don't want to have a conversation about it because they, honestly, in that case, they want to do propaganda on behalf of the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton.
Now, guys, don't pick a progressive next time because remember, the centrists would have won if it wasn't for those dastardly Russians and Comey and weather and Jenkins and Susan Sarandon.
Yeah.
Yeah, mainly Susan Saranda.
Mostly her.
Yeah.
You know, the climate change, hashtag Susan Saran.
I think so.
So I just hear, I just want to, so here's my effort.
So I predicted when it started, when people started to accuse Trump of being in a conspiracy with the Russians, I said, you know, this is going to come back.
This always does.
This is always going to be, this is the establishment pushing this because it distracts from the real problems, which was the rigging of the 2016 primary, which nobody talks about ever.
They always talk about the Russian threat, which didn't exist online and all that stuff that you agreed that you don't really care about.
And so for the last three years, the Democratic Party has been opposing Trump superficially, as far as I'm concerned, on Russia Gate, right?
That he's some kind of a Manchurian candidate.
Now, I know that they don't believe that he is.
And how can I prove that?
Because since he's been president, they gave him $131 billion to do whatever he wants with bombs, right?
And they're not ever going to make him never get congressional authorization.
He can do whatever he wants.
They've been doing it because they use the AUMF, right?
So if they thought he was working for Putin and they would not give him $131 billion more dollars, right?
So this is why we have conversations, Jimmy.
Because I never thought of that point.
Like, if you really believe that Trump is a Russian agent, why would you hand him $131 billion more in defense budget spending?
We'd be like, wait a minute, we can't give him any defense budget spending because this guy's a Russian agent.
Right.
And then the Mueller report comes out and then they drop it immediately.
Immediately.
What the?
So, and then, Jank, and so the thing is, do you see the NDA?
I'm sure, I don't know if you covered it or whatever, but did you see the NDAA, how the Democrats got rolled on that completely?
100%.
100%.
So while they're opposing Trump because he's a traitor to our country in an impeachment hearing, behind the scenes, behind the scenes, they're giving him everything he, they're not actually opposing him, Jenk.
What was the point of us taking over the Congress if Nancy Pelosi isn't going to oppose Trump on the NDAA?
They have the Congress.
They wrote, there was no compromise.
Trump got everything he wanted.
And here's another thing.
So let's get this out there.
So in the last three years, they've been doing Russia Gate because they can't oppose Trump substantially because that would mean they would have to go against the establishment.
And as you and I know, this Democratic Party is the establishment.
So instead of opposing him on his judges, they fast track his judges.
So instead of opposing him on the budget, they give him extra extra money to bomb people.
So instead of opposing him on the border wall, they fund his border wall.
That's crazy.
So the Democrats just gave him, increased his spying powers.
They re-upped the Patriot Act.
Everything Trump wants, the Democrats are giving to him, right?
So that's why they're doing this, Russia Gate.
It's a ruse by the establishment to distract us because they can't actually oppose Donald Trump on substance.
And when people push Russia Gate, it takes away it.
You're doing the bidding of the establishment and it's going to come back on us.
And let me just show you these two quick.
I said it would come back and here they are.
The first lady is calling Bernie Sanders Russian and they're saying anybody who supports him is being is because they're mind-tricked by Russia.
And so the more we push the Russia gate, the more it undermines actual progressive causes.
Yeah.
So I have a hundred things to say about what you just said.
First of all, that's why I'm a bigger threat to them than Trump because they actually have the same donors as Trump.
Yes, I know.
Right.
So they're like, oh, you have giant military industrial complex donors.
Hey, what a wonderful coincidence.
So do we.
So let's all agree to give the Pentagon more than they asked for because why?
It's the corruption stupid.
So Trump hasn't hurt their business model at all.
At all.
In fact, Nancy Pelosi bragged when they asked her, why aren't you doing impeachment?
One of the three reasons she gave originally was we're raising a lot of money off of Trump.
Wow.
Wow.
Look at how brazen that is.
Right.
So whereas I am challenging their business model, I'm saying you guys are only in power because of the corporate money.
If you didn't have the corporate money and we left it up to the voters and we had an even playing field, none of you would be in power.
They're like, no, stop him.
Stop him.
Oppose resistance.
Resistance against Jank.
Resistance against progressives.
Right.
So on the NDAA, what also frustrates me is the media.
Almost every article called it a compromise bill.
There was not one compromise there.
Trump afterwards bragged.
He said, quote, wow.
And then he went, yeah.
And he said, I can't believe I got everything I wanted.
And he's right.
He got.
So they say it's a compromise because they said for federal workers, we're going to let you do paid leave.
That has nothing to do with the defense budget.
And then Trump turned around and took credit and said, see, I got federal workers paid leave.
So where's the compromise?
Trump claims he's for it.
So he got literally everything he wanted.
There was not one shred of, but the media, it is, look, one thing that Republican voters are right to be frustrated by is that the media seems to be completely controlled by the Democratic Party elite, right?
Yes.
it's clear, right?
Yeah, it's clear.
Absolutely.
I mean, look, Jimmy, look at what they did to me, okay?
LA Times and New York Times.
I talked to their reporters and I said, Look, all these people are smearing me on the David Duke interview.
I shredded him.
I know.
I yell at him for an hour straight.
I call them an anti-Semite.
I called them a racist.
I call them all these things.
So if you're going to write about it, at least give it the context.
They're like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
The LA Times reporter is like, oh, I already watched the interview.
The New York Times reporter is like, oh, I'm going to watch the interview.
Give it proper context.
And they both came out and like, he invited him on because David Duke is anti-Semitic.
And what?
What?
No, no.
But you see, that goes from like, hey, they have a bias.
They have a certain perspective.
They have a group thing to, no, no, no.
That was malicious.
Yes.
And that was on purpose.
They lied about me on purpose.
And so the most curious thing about that, put aside like, hey, that's wrong.
They're bad reporters, whatever.
Why?
Why is a reporter incentivized to smear a progressive on behalf of the Democratic Party?
Aren't you supposed to be a watchdog?
Aren't you supposed to hold the people in power accountable?
No, they have completely changed the ethos and the culture of the media to support the powerful, the status quo, the politicians, and attack any outsider that they consider to be a virus to the system.
That guy's against corruption.
Red alert, red alert.
Go actively lie about him.
CNN, their description of the David Duke interview was: Jenk invited him on to be an anti-Semite.
Okay, but that turns the truth on its head.
Then you, at a bare minimum, you suck at your job at a bare minimum.
Okay, but the reality is it's not negligence.
They knew they wrote the opposite of the truth to smear a progressive.
So who gave them their marching orders?
And yes, they'll say, oh, that's outrageous, a conspiracy theory that I care about that Nancy Pelosi wrote a memo.
I don't think Nancy Pelosi wrote a memo to an LA Times reporter.
No, it filters down.
The culture at the LA Times is politicians are legitimate and we must have access to them.
That's it.
They are the wonderful elite to be propped up.
Any outsider on the right or the left is the boogeyman and they're to be treated with disdain.
And if you need to lie about them, just do it.
They don't have any power.
What difference does it make?
If we lose access to Jenker Jimmy, who cares?
Right?
It doesn't affect our business model at all.
Whereas in a macro sense, Nancy Pelosi affects our business model.
I love that Pelosi and Feinstein endorsed my opponent.
So Pelosi is the one that gave Trump everything on the defense bill.
Feinstein voted for the Iraq war.
You want to talk about disqualifying in that comment about how he's disqualified.
They say, oh, insensitive to minorities.
How about the million dead Iraqis?
How insensitive was Diane Feinstein and Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton to the million dead Iraqi citizens?
Citizens that we, that that war caused the death love that we started, okay, that we are responsible for.
Killing a million Iraqis, not insensitive to minorities, not insensitive to anyone, okay?
But, you know, making a joke 20 years ago, very insensitive and unacceptable, right?
So that's how biased these people are.
And it's amazing.
I wanted to play this for you because we just, you just elucidated how Nancy Pelosi gave Trump everything he wanted, even the thing she claimed was a compromise that she got.
Trump said he was for it anyway.
So there is no compromise.
Trump got everything he wanted.
And I just wanted to play this because it's kind of funny.
You know, I watch MSNBC still sometimes.
I'm sorry to hear that.
And listen, I mean, Jank, it is unbelievable how they talk about what a master legislator is.
Did they do it again?
They can't stop doing it every show.
And they bring on guests who say it.
And then, but watch this.
So watch this.
But I think Frank Figluzzi here would agree she could double as someone with a degree in psyops.
I mean, she has gotten under his skin in the category of diminishing him, making him look and feel smaller, and really checkmating him on the politics by narrowing the articles to two.
What?
She checkmated him.
She diminished him.
And then she gave him everything he ever asked for.
And enough money for the defense for this Manchurian candidate that could have ended homelessness, sent everybody to college for free and gave everybody clean water and flint.
And they didn't do it.
So that's what happens.
And then this guy goes on to say the same thing.
Oh, she's such a genius.
She's again, she's the opposite of a master legislator.
She is a master legislator if you are the establishment.
She gets you everything they want.
She doesn't get the people anything they want.
So they keep telling me that I have to agree with Nancy Pelosi because I'm in the Democratic Party.
She's the leader of the Democratic Party in the House.
And she's my beloved and cherished colleague.
How is she my colleague if she's opposed to almost every policy priority I have?
She says, I don't care for Medicare for all.
Right.
Okay.
Well, then I obviously don't agree with you.
And if you're a reporter who says, I must agree with her, why must I?
Why must I bow my head to a leader who says, I will destroy anything you care about.
Green New Deal, she calls the Green Dream or whatever, and I will not do it, right?
So why?
Okay, they say, well, you have to have unity in the Democratic Party.
Okay, then I got a revolutionary idea that no reporter in the country will accept.
Why don't we unify behind the Democratic voters?
They're actually very clear.
If you poll them on the issues, you know how many, what percentage of Democratic voters want Medicare for all?
80.
81%.
So all of the reporters on behalf of the Democratic establishment say, no, do not unify behind 81% of Democratic voters.
Unify behind the person who is fighting against 81% of the Democratic voters.
You say, is there any logic to that?
They say, oh, you're a sexist.
What?
No, no, no, no.
No, they're all corrupt.
They're all corrupt.
You want to end the corruption?
Jank2020.com.
You want to drive the establishment crazy?
Put me in the house.
Imagine Nancy Pelosi gets a call.
There's a fiery speech against you.
They're calling you corrupt.
Where's the call coming from?
It's coming from inside.
Oh, funny, Jank.
So there, there's the headline, by the way.
Democrats got completely rolled on NDA talks.
Critics say that's from Roll Call magazine.
Can I tell you one more policy issue that they're talking about right now that shows you who the Democratic leadership is?
So that's the drug plan.
Okay.
So they said, well, they ran all their campaigns on, hey, we're going to lower drug prices, right?
So they get in and then the progressives actually, RoConna and the others, bust their hearts, Pramila Jayapal, Mark Pocan, actually fighting on this one.
I'm super happy to see it.
They say, okay, so now let's negotiate drug prices on all the drugs, right?
And Pelosi goes, no.
They're like, why?
What do you mean?
She says, no, we're going to only negotiate drug prices on 25 drugs.
25 drugs out of thousands and thousands of drugs.
She says, oh, okay, you guys are complaining.
You know what?
I'll make it 35 drugs, but we're going to phase that in over 10 years.
Oh, 10 years from now, we're going to negotiate prices on 35 drugs.
10 years from the camera.
But wait, it gets worse.
Turns out the bill's a Trojan horse.
The whole point is not to fight against the drug companies.
It's to help the drug companies not negotiate drug prices on all the rest of them for those 10 years.
Okay.
So they are fundamentally dishonest.
They are fundamentally corrupt.
If I was there right now, I know they got a good fight going on of those progressives and thank you.
And I want them to vote against the bill and et cetera.
But if I was there, I'd say, here's Stephanie Murphy.
Here's the $360,000 she took from drug companies.
Now she says, oh, we should only negotiate 25 drug prices.
Do you want to know why?
Because those $360,000 are bribes.
And my Democratic colleague took those bribes to screw you over.
And Jimmy, I don't know that anybody's ever said that in our lifetime.
No, that's what I've been, you know, so Trump did a version of that, actually.
You know that, right?
So he would go, I gave all these people money and they did what I wanted.
He said it.
And that's why you want.
Crushed them.
And that's why I keep telling Bernie, you got to turn to Joe Biden and go, I know why you don't understand how Medicare for all works because you're paid not to.
Boom, you took more pharmaceutical money than anybody up here.
It's over.
He falls over and Bernie has got it.
Again, oh, go ahead.
This isn't about him.
Go ahead.
So, no, Jimmy, you're 100% right.
And that's actually the very reason why I'm running.
So I'm already doing young Turks.
We got 50 million unique viewers.
We got all these wonderful partners, et cetera, et cetera.
So why bother going into Congress, right?
Because I waited and waited for someone to say, it's the corruption, stupid.
And there's a word for corporate campaign contributions.
It's called bribes.
I waited for Bernie.
I waited for Warren.
I waited for AOC.
I waited for everybody.
These are all wonderful people, but they got gaslit.
Even Bernie and AOC, they get gaslit inside of the house.
The minute they enter Washington, you are not going to offend your cherished colleagues, are you?
Remember, it's not important to be kind and decent to your voters.
It is important to be kind and decent to everyone inside the club.
So if you say that about Stephanie Murphy or Nancy Pelosi or Diane Feinstein, you are being so rude.
Remember, we're rude to the voters.
We're rude to dead Iraqi citizens.
We're rude to dead American citizens who die because they don't have insurance.
But they don't count because they're not inside the club.
Whatever you do, do not call it bribes.
And finally, when no one called it bribes and the special election happened, I said, all right, then wait till they get a load of me.
So you're going to call it bribes.
100%.
So now when the vote comes up for Nancy Pelosi to be speaker, are you going to vote for her as speaker?
That's a good one.
Okay.
So I will not vote for Nancy Pelosi on a boat.
I will not vote for Nancy Pelosi on a goat.
Okay.
So what if that means that the conservatives would get the conservative Democrats would then get a speaker who's even more conservative than Nancy Pelosi.
That's a theory, right?
That's why everybody had to vote for her.
Even as she moved right.
So, Jimmy, the problem with all of this analysis is it starts too late.
They get it to a point where they give you the lesser of two evils every single time.
Now, when you get to the lesser of two evils, that's a very difficult decision.
But that is not where the conversation starts.
The conversation starts at what are our choices.
Okay.
So Larry Lessig talks about that in regards to electoral politics.
The rich people give you your choices by giving you, they're saying, okay, I have given Pete Buticic, you know, $25 million a quarter or whatever they gave him.
He is now one of your choices.
If you're a real progressive, I have not given you any money.
And in the old days, you'd be completely eliminated.
Now Bernie and Warren have gotten past that.
But in the old days, 100% eliminated.
And our oligarchs give us our false choices.
Okay.
And it's actually a lot like what they do in China, where the Politburo says, oh, you're allowed to have a vote against Communist One.
Well, now they're Uber capitalists, but, you know, so-called communist number one, so-called communist number two.
Iran, they do the same thing.
The Ayatollah eliminates all the other choices, gives you radical sheik one, radical sheik two, but slightly less radical, right?
So the same thing happens here.
So how do you fight Nancy Pelosi?
You don't concede that the only alternative is a conservative Democrat.
And I will ask, I won't want to do it.
Nobody's going to vote for me because I'm so rude, right?
And nobody's going to vote for me inside the Democratic caucus.
I will ask a real progressive to run against her.
Now, I hope they do.
And I think that we can get a lot of momentum behind that.
But if they decide they're not going to do it, Jimmy, you've known me a long time.
What do I always do?
If no one else is going to do it, I'll raise my hand.
Okay.
And so I don't care if I don't get a single vote, but we are going to have a real process here.
Okay.
And we're going to give people a real choice.
And I will tell you what the Conservative Democrats will never tell you about Nancy Pelosi because the Conservative Democrats take more bribes than Nancy Pelosi.
Okay.
I'll tell you, if your leader is someone who revels in taking the most amount of bribes, you become the party of elitists.
The Democrats are supposed to be the party of the people, the party of the average American worker.
That's what I represent.
If you want to vote for an elitist who got there through millions, hundreds of millions of dollars of bribes, that's on you.
But don't say you didn't have a choice.
So that's how you fight back.
I'm with you on that.
I'm going to skip this.
Hang on.
I have some.
Oh, so I know that's just for after you leave.
Okay.
So would you try to stop Russia gating less?
So now let's get to it.
So before I piss off your entire audience, jank2020.com, remember, I'm against the establishment.
Go donate.
Go volunteer.
I'll see you in the district.
We're volunteering every day.
Now let me piss everybody off.
Now, if I was a politician, I'd read the room, right?
And I'd go, oh, okay, Jimmy's against it.
And I'd come on here and be like, oh, no, you know what?
I don't think so.
I think Trump's totally innocent.
And you know, I don't believe that.
So what do I think is the real problem with Trump?
Again, let's just real quick repeat, not the election, because if it was the election, why did Roger Stone have to go to WikiLeaks to find out what the Russians had if they were already working with the Russians?
It doesn't make any sense.
Okay.
So you disavow the Russiagate, the whole establishment's version of Russia Gate, that the collusion between Trump, WikiLeaks, and Russia to hack the thing.
You don't believe that?
No way.
Okay.
Okay.
So look.
And the reason why I don't believe it is because there's zero evidence for it.
Yeah.
And look, I don't, the things I don't know, I don't know.
Like, so WikiLeaks and the Russians, I don't know anything about that.
Okay.
But did Trump know about the Russians?
Obviously not.
Why did he take the Trump Tower meeting if they were already working with the Russians?
That's right.
Why did he ask Roger Stone to go ask WikiLeaks if they already had the information?
Yes.
So that makes no logical sense.
Right.
Okay.
And I wish that we had enough investigative reporters in this country that we could uncover more facts.
And as I did with Madden, I'll tell everybody.
I'll tell you what my speculation is based on logic.
And I wish we had more facts to either prove it or disprove it.
So why do I think Trump's connected to the Russians?
Pre-the election, the Russians buy like a third of one of the Trump towers.
It's a very classic money laundering operation.
You could say, hey, maybe Trump doesn't know.
He's like, hey, they want to buy a third of my tower and they're washing their money out of Russia.
What is it my business?
Okay.
I'm happy that they're getting me out of bankruptcy.
But we know that the Russian oligarchs buy in Trump properties.
They have the same money.
They have their money in the same portion of Deutsche Bank, which is called the Global Laundromat, where they wash oligarch money out.
Okay.
And so Trump is in that same portion.
Then the kids, Eric and Don Jr., especially Eric, They both admit that the Russians gave him the money.
Eric says the Russians gave us all of our money to a golf writer.
And the golf writer says, why?
He says, oh, they really, really love golf.
Okay.
No one believes that.
I mean, no one could be stupid enough to believe that the Russians gave all this money to the Trump family because they really love golf.
So that's not the answer.
Mark Sanford was not on the Appalachian Trail.
The Russians don't give Trump money because they love golf.
Okay.
So they have an intense business relationship.
Then Putin wakes up one day and Trump won.
And he's like, oh my God, how the hell did we get this?
Lucky?
Yeah, they did the fake news stuff.
They did try to influence the election.
It was a small percentage, et cetera, but they didn't think he was going to win.
And then he wins.
And they're like, holy cow.
Then he, my guess is, I'll tell you what, this is now, there's the facts, and then there's the speculation.
He calls up his oligarch friends.
They're like, doesn't he owe you guys a ton of money?
And they're like, yeah.
This is the speculation part.
This is the speculation part.
Yes.
Okay.
Does he owe them a lot of money?
That's definite, according to his own family.
Okay.
The speculation part is that Putin calling up the oligarchs go, you guys got him, right?
Oh, we got him.
So then look at all the things he does afterwards.
Now, this can get into an hour-long conversation.
But again, the issue of the transcripts came up the other day.
Five different meetings with Putin, and there are no transcripts.
Normally, you give it to the State Department.
He says, no, I will not give it to the State Department.
I will not give it to anybody.
In one of the meetings, private meetings with Putin, he takes, physically, literally takes away the notes of the American translator.
In another meeting, he says, I don't even want an American translator.
I only want and trust the Russian translator.
Okay.
He says, taking Crimea makes sense.
Russia should have Crimea.
He says, our NATO allies are the problem.
Okay, so wait.
So we.
So you say, so now you're basing this on the fact that he's indebted to the Russians.
Yes.
Because they gave him all his money because he goes bankrupt and he doesn't need money.
So they money launder through him.
The oligarchs do.
Yes.
And that the oligarchs in Russia are all beholden to Putin.
100%.
That's right.
Okay.
So that's your theory.
Yes.
But you don't have any...
So then you say, look at the evidence and the evidence is that Trump has been acting in Putin's behalf, right?
On 90% of the issues.
But on huge deals, he's not.
First of all, he pulled out of the INF treaty.
They did not want that to happen.
He stopped that gas deal with Germany and Russia.
That's the biggest deal.
That has more to do with the Syrian war gas than anything.
He bombed his client state.
He bombed Syria.
He wanted to overthrow Venezuela, which for Putin.
So there's, Jen, for everything that you can say that he's doing the bidding of Putin, you can say the exact opposite and factually, right?
It's not a theory that he stopped that gas thing.
It's not a theory he pulled out of the INF.
It's not a theory he bombed Syria or wanted to overthrow Venezuela.
These are actual things that he did that are directly against Putin.
So it's reckless, I think, to keep pushing what I would consider McCarthyism because not because I care about Trump at all, right?
You know that, but because, like I pointed out, it comes back.
It creates this toxic environment.
And at the same time, we're doing unwittingly the bidding of the establishment because they'd rather talk about Russia or Ukraine or anything except the fact that they just gave Trump everything he asked for.
Yeah.
Well, look, I agree that it's they use it as a distraction.
But what's interesting, as usual, the Democrats is, but when it comes to actually investigating his finances, which could reveal, and it could prove me or you right or wrong, which I'm super happy to do.
My God, all I want is the facts.
So you list the things that Trump did against the Russians.
I think I have a longer list of things that he did for the Russians.
And by the way, that's a fair debate.
That's why we have these conversations and we don't un-platform people, et cetera.
We just, we talk it through, and it's good to have those conversations.
Okay, what did the Democrats do instead?
They say, well, I think he's working with the Russians, but I don't want to see his taxes.
Wait, if you think he's working with the Russians, he's working with them because of his business dealings.
Why wouldn't you want to see his tax returns?
Now you're going to say, hey, Wei Chang, I saw in the news that they do want his tax returns.
No.
New York State said you can have Trump's tax returns, but the only person who could ask for it is Richard Neal, the head of the House Ways and Means Committee.
Okay.
And Richard Neal said, I don't want them.
Why?
Why?
If you think like I think that Trump is working with the Russians, I desperately want those taxes.
I desperately want the Deutsche Bank records.
And it's not just because I think Trump is working with the Russians.
It's also because I care about the truth.
If he isn't working with the Russians, I also want to know that.
Right.
But Richard Neal said, no, I don't want his taxes.
Then Trump sues.
He had a window of about two to three weeks.
Trump sues.
And after that, it goes into the courts and litigation.
Then Richard Neal says, oh, I want the taxes because he never wanted them.
He wanted an excuse to be able to say, oh, it's tied up in the courts.
I guess there's nothing we could do.
We can't get his tax returns.
Democratic 101 is the slogan of the Democratic leadership should be, there's nothing we can do.
Yes.
That's what they said over the NDAA verbatim.
What do you want me to do?
Hold my breath?
That's what the guy in charge of negotiating said.
What?
No, you have the majority in the house.
Anyway, losers.
Yes.
So there's a theory.
Well, I know for, so people wonder why if Nancy Pelosi is the same person in charge of impeaching people during Bush, why didn't she, he's obvious war criminal, ordered torture.
We know for a fact that happened.
Why didn't she impeach him?
But she's going to impeach Trump over this, right?
And she gives BS answers.
She goes, well, we had just impeached Bill Clinton.
I didn't want it to become a regular thing.
What?
You don't want it to be a regular thing that you should prosecute war criminals?
That doesn't make any sense.
So I did, of course, Julian Assange revealed that Nancy Pelosi is complicit in torture because in 2002, the CIA told her they were torturing people.
And so she had the responsibility to then make sure this is prosecuted.
She did not, which makes her complicit in a war crime, which is why she did.
That's the real reason she didn't impeach George Bush because she would be exposed as complicit.
And lots of people are saying, well, why don't they get Trump on the Emollions Clause?
And why don't they get because they would expose their criminality also, James.
In fact, that Richard Neal situation and so many others on this impeachment and the Russia story, et cetera, their actions have been so bizarre whenever it comes to his business dealings that at some point I just threw up my hands and said, no, there's something wrong here.
Again, I don't know it for a fact, but logic indicates that the Democrats don't want you to know about Trump's business dealings for some reason.
And that reason, nine out of 10 times, is because they also did it.
I don't know what they did.
But it is, right?
But they're covering something up on behalf of Donald Trump in a way that is inexplicable.
And your analogy is perfect because she was part of the group of eight that they told about the torture.
So then it's on her, but she bows her head and sanctions it.
So if you then turn around and say Bush and Cheney are war criminals for torture, then the Republicans turn around and say, you okayed it.
So I guess you're a war criminal.
So Pelosi goes, not a war criminal, not a war criminal.
No, totally fine.
Everything's fine.
Torturing people is great against the law.
The law doesn't matter.
And then now Trump comes in the palace.
They're like, can you believe he's violating the rule of law?
Right?
Yeah.
So you feel that way?
You feel that way?
Of course, of course.
Well, that's how I feel.
Well, how can we feel the same way?
So for God's sake, get his business record so that we can know for sure.
Okay.
So, you know that they don't think so because they wouldn't give him $131 extra billion dollars to do war.
Of course.
Whereas I wouldn't give him the money because I actually believe he is working with the Russians because he owes them money.
I genuinely believe it.
Now, look, last thing on the torture stuff.
What did Obama say?
Obama said, I don't.
Tortured some folks.
And Obama said, we don't look backwards.
We look forwards.
Which every criminal in the country had to celebrate.
They're like, oh, we're not looking backwards anymore.
I got great news.
All my crimes were in the past.
Okay, I haven't committed a single crime in the future yet.
Yes.
That's right.
So they should have emptied all the jails under Obama's thesis.
Yes.
So now, in a wonderful ironic twist, those same corporate Democratic hacks in California that are attacking me say, can you believe this guy criticizes Obama?
See, he's way too conservative and he's way too progressive.
Which one is it?
Okay.
So the reality is, yes, I do criticize Barack Obama from the left.
Okay.
And people deeply appreciate it because they only think in terms of identities and little check boxes and they're like, aha, if you say anything against Obama, you'll alienate all African Americans.
No, African Americans are, I mean, I have to explain the simplest thing to the Democratic Party.
Guess what?
They're human beings just like everybody else.
And they can make up their own mind and they can distinguish between a right-wing attack and a left-wing critique.
They can distinguish between criticizing him for wearing a tan suit and putting mustard on his burger and saying, hey, maybe you shouldn't do a drone strike if you don't know who's underneath that bomb.
And one guy once told a friend of mine, he said, I like, this is a long story.
I'm making it super short.
He said, I like Jenk better than the MSNBC guys.
He said he liked MSNBC, but he likes me better.
This was a while back.
And then he asked him why.
He said, because Jenk pushes Obama to do our stuff rather than their stuff.
That's it.
It's that simple.
But the hacks go, he doesn't like Obama.
It's over.
It's over.
Disqualified.
Disqualified, right?
That's because they don't want to talk about the issues.
They're desperate not to talk about the issues.
Why?
They're wrong on almost all of them.
Why?
Because they take the donor money, the same donor money that the Republicans take.
So you would agree then that the establishment uses Russia as a distraction.
Definitely when it came to the election, but I think they're passing now, Jimmy.
I think I'm the only one left who actually is fighting to say that he actually is working with the Russians.
They just called Bernie Sanders as being because if you get, if you catch on, Jenk, I just want to, you know, then I'll have to expose your Russian support.
But don't think they wouldn't do it.
Of course, Dag.
And I'm saying.
That's why it's going to, it already came back to hit Bernie, and it's from the top of the party.
That's not ass wipes on blogs.
That's the former nominee of the party saying that about the current frontrunner of the party.
That's not, so that's where Russia Gate leads.
That's why I wish we would stop it.
Yeah, but you see my concern over it.
And you like that I'm not in the same camp as Rachel Maddow.
And you see why I'm concerned, right or wrong, and why I want to see the evidence.
Because if he did get money from the, by the way, it's not just the Russians.
I'm also not in the mainstream media camp on this.
They're like, the Russians and only the Russians.
They're the boogeymen.
No.
But if you have business deals.
If you have business dealings with Saudi Arabia, Israel, Turkey, nope, those don't count.
Those don't count.
What are you talking about?
The guy, you know, he has a licensing deal in Turkey.
Yes.
So he just did that for Erdogan.
Why would he do it?
Go ahead.
Yeah.
So what I asked logic, do I know for a fact that Donald Trump is going to get a new licensing deal from people connected to Erdogan and Turkey?
No, I do not know that for a fact.
But I do know that he withdraws from northern Syria overnight.
I want him to withdraw from Syria completely.
By the way, he doesn't.
He withdraws from northern Syria and puts the troops in the other parts of Syria.
No withdrawal at all.
Okay, but he does it on behalf of Turkey.
And understand how licensing deals work.
When you have a Trump tower in Istanbul, Trump does not own it or run it.
They pay him for his name.
So when it's a licensing deal like that, you can pay him any amount you want and call it fair market value.
So let's say you would have normally paid him a million bucks, $2 million.
You decide because Erdogan told you that his name is now more valuable and you're going to pay him $10 or $20 million.
So that is the hardest thing in the world to prove and to catch him on.
But I asked that question because logically, why the hell would he withdraw from northern Syria when he's not even withdrawing from Syria after he gets a call from the Turkish president?
And we know he's got a licensing deal in Turkey.
So be honest about Turkey, Saudi Arabia, all of these countries, their influence on us.
Are you kidding me?
We're talking about influence in the country.
We're not talking about Israel.
Come on.
Okay.
So when you say that, they say, oh, you're anti-Israel.
No, I'm not.
And what am I against the Russian people?
I'm not against the Russian people.
I want to know if Trump has some backroom deal, but I'm not against the Russian people.
That's nuts.
Am I against the Saudi people?
No, I'm not against the Saudi people.
But does that mean I have to be for the Saudi dictators?
No, I don't have to be for the Saudi dictators.
And do I have to be for the monstrous right-wing government of Israel in order to back Israel?
No.
I think what helps Israel and Palestine is a peace deal.
And so whether it's the Russians trying to influence us, Israel, whether it's allies, it's enemies, it doesn't matter.
They're not supposed to influence us.
That's the laws.
That's the rules.
But they say, when it comes to Russia, I care a lot.
When it comes to all the other countries, I don't care at all.
So who's the hypocrites?
Yeah.
Okay.
So that's, it's obvious, you know, and for, you know, as Dylan Radigan points out, corruption didn't start in January 2017, right?
If you believe that it's easy to believe Trump is corrupt and all, it's fine.
And then Dylan Radic goes out and said, you also, if you believe that, you have to believe that Hillary Clinton took massive donations to her foundation to do weapons deals overseas and that we don't have a functioning healthcare or financial system because Barack Obama was paid off by the banks.
It's hard to believe one and not the other two.
Isn't it weird how much, again, the corporate media backs the Democratic establishments without any like hesitation in seeming biased or anything.
Because they are the establishment.
100%.
So do you, does anybody think that the Saudi government gave the Clinton Foundation money for charity?
For charity.
Really?
I mean, really, who is, any reporter, say it on the record because I want to know who the stupid people are.
Okay.
Because you should be run out of your job.
If you're a journalist who thinks, oh, no, the Saudis, they love charity.
Golly, gee, they want to help with health care across the world.
How dare you?
It sounds like you're besmirching their reputation.
And we can go on and on and on on every issue.
How about Hunter Biden?
So look, they don't have the evidence that Joe Biden put Hunter Biden in there or pressured anybody.
Yes, that is true.
But does anyone think that Hunter Biden is an expert on Ukrainian gas?
Come on.
Come on.
Right.
So, but if you mention that, red alert, red alert, everyone in the media will be like, conspiracy theory.
Yes.
Just say that Hunter Biden doesn't know about Ukrainian gas.
No, Hunter Biden's totally innocent, totally innocent, totally innocent.
What are you talking about?
No, the guy, like, you don't know.
Of course.
Hunter Biden went around The world going on boards of companies making $50,000 a month per board, right?
Making all this money.
And he was cashing off of his last name.
Now, that doesn't mean that his dad told him to or his dad sanctioned it or that there was any deal.
But did Hunter government for him?
Which one?
Ukraine.
No, I don't agree with that.
Okay.
I'm making a joke.
That's okay.
But did Hunter use his last name to rake in all that money?
Of course.
If his name was Hunter Jablowski, does anybody think he's on the board of that company?
Not one actual human being believes that.
And then, secondly, why did they care about his name?
Because they at least wanted to influence Joe Biden and the American government.
And that's the most obvious thing in the world.
And that guy he was working for at Barisma is one of the problems.
I've heard it, I've read it many times that he was the most corrupt guy in Ukraine.
Right?
So that's why.
Yeah, the Barisma of that company has huge corruption issues.
That's right.
And at Joe Biden, if he was competent, he would have directed his son, don't take that job because it's going to look horrible for me.
In fact, they were warned about it and they dismissed it.
So look, so I think Joe Biden is a million percent the wrong candidate.
So I could say a thousand things against Joe Biden.
But that one's a tough one because he can't control his son.
He's a grown-ass man.
Well, he can get him out of the military with a clean bill of sale, right?
Just like Trump's dad did, just like Bush's dad.
They're all corrupt.
So they're all part of the elites and they send us the war.
Joe Biden voted for the Iraq war.
Now, his son, Bo Biden, was in the military and was a wonderful guy.
Now, look, but guys, Hunter has a million problems.
I mean, like, literally crack cocaine.
He has a crack addiction.
I did, right?
So I'm not saying that against him.
I'm actually saying it as a progressive, like, have some sympathy for the guy.
Okay.
Now, I don't have sympathy when he goes on those boards and takes the money and the corruption, but he's a troubled guy, no question about it.
Now, if you're the dad, God, how do you deal with that?
I just, we got a thousand things on Biden, right?
He voted for the bankruptcy bill, crushed student debt, crushed students with all that debt.
He voted for the Iraq war.
He voted for the war on drugs.
He pushed Reagan on the war on drugs.
But his son is a screw-up, and I don't know, and he doesn't know how to deal with him.
Like, if he could have stopped him from taking crack, my guess is he would have.
He can't stop the kid.
And the kid's like, I say kid, but he was like 47, 40.
But didn't he take him on Air Force 2 to China?
And then Hunter and Biden ended up doing a deal in China, right?
So that's not cool.
No, I hear you.
It's not cool.
I just have sympathy for him on those grounds.
I mean, you could criticize me for that, but I have sympathy.
Yeah, I get it.
Yeah.
I mean, I know.
Your kids, I know.
I mean, I come from a big family.
There's all different types in my family.
Yeah, is there any scruffs in your family?
There is no, hey, you're a damn liar.
This is fat.
All right, which, by the way, is true.
By the way, Jimmy, you're joking.
And I don't know if you know that.
That's not allowed anymore.
No, no, you can't.
No, you're not allowed to joke.
No.
So I wanted to ask you one more question.
So if you lose the primary to this corporatist, will you endorse her?
Look, tough question, huh?
No, no, no, no.
Like, no, I don't endorse, I would never endorse a corporate Democrat because that's like putting up a hand and saying, please, everybody, like, give her money, even though corporations already give her money.
Right.
So in that sense, she's chosen her path.
Her path is a corporate path.
She has a lot of corporate friends, including insurance companies who paid her to kill Medicare for all.
So have at it, Haas.
Go back to your corporate friends and raise money from them.
I would never ask someone, look, my average donation over the last two days because people got mad and started giving to me because they were smearing me is $23.
Okay.
So I'm going to ask somebody who's struggling to pay the rent, but loves fighting for progressives and believes in them to give a hard-earned $23 to someone who's taken thousands of millions of dollars from corporations.
Hell no, I'm not going to ask them to do that.
Okay.
So, you know, her average donation in the beginning of this year, to be fair, is not beaten before the campaign started, but she's an assembly woman.
So she's taking money already.
Her average donation is $2,700.
So I'm going to ask you to give up five bucks that you desperately need for lunch money to give to her.
No, her corporate friends are going to give her millions of dollars.
At the same time, should you, you know, me, you know my stance on this, and sometimes it drives you crazy.
But should you vote for Christy over Steve Knight, who's going to vote with Trump 99% of the time?
Yes, you should, because Steve Knight is worse, is worse.
But luckily, that's why we have primaries.
You don't have to worry about that dilemma if you make sure that we fight now.
This is the most important fight.
Fighting after you have the lesser of two evils sucks, right?
So don't let them trick you into that situation.
So I'm saying it with all earnestness.
Look, jank2020.com slash go is to donate.
And it makes all the difference because now you know for a fact, I got no one left.
I got no political allies.
I got no political groups backing me.
I got nobody but you guys.
Okay.
So jank2020.com slash go.
And if you want to be part of my team, part of the volunteers who are out there busting their ass while she's doing Beverly Hills fundraisers, jank2020.com slash team, come out there.
I canvass with you.
We do it all together.
Okay.
I phone bank with you.
So by the way, we called, what was it, 4,000 or 40,000?
No, 4,000 people yesterday, just yesterday.
And just people that are volunteers in the district.
People can volunteer all across the country and we love that.
And you could also phone bank.
Yesterday, we started with just people in the district and they already reached 4,000 people.
Okay.
People power works, but you got to believe in it.
You can't believe the lie that there's nothing you could do and you should sit home on your couch and do nothing.
No, stand up, stand up right now, fight back.
This special election, because it stands on its own and is not part of the other 2020 elections, is a huge spotlight.
Already the media is paying so much attention because of the smears, et cetera.
If I win, it'll shock them to their core.
Like, how could a real progressive not taking corporate PAC money win in a purple district?
We told everybody that wasn't possible.
And I will tell everyone, and then I'll have power.
And what do they do?
They bend to power.
Okay.
And I'll tell all the reporters, didn't you say that you couldn't win in a purple district?
Weren't you wrong?
Weren't you wrong when you said progressives can't win?
Weren't you wrong when you said you had to take corporate PAC money?
Okay.
No, we did it without corporate PAC money.
We did it in a purple district.
And now there's nothing you could do to stop me.
Imagine that dream.
And it is eminently possible.
Guys, I think despite all the attacks, I am the leading candidate in the race.
The reporters sometimes will say at the end of our article, but the leading candidate is Chrissy Smith based on what?
You've never done a single poll.
But, oh, but Nancy Pelosi backstory.
Nancy Pelosi is not in the district.
She doesn't vote.
Okay.
So nobody cares.
In fact, that might do her more damage than good.
Okay.
And so why have you declared her the frontrunner?
Right now, for all that we can see, I have more money.
And I thought all you cared about was money.
Yeah, you said the only metric was money.
Okay, if I'm leaning on money, then why aren't you declaring me the frontrunner?
Because you're biased and you hate progressives.
So just own it.
And then secondly, volunteers.
And individual contributions.
I have 21,000 individual contributions.
That is my guess is when the numbers come out on January 15th, I will have more individual contributions than the rest of the 12 people in the race combined, probably times 10.
Okay.
Wow.
So at least times four.
So if all these folks are giving to this one candidate, if I have literally a thousand more volunteers than everyone else combined, how am I not the leading candidate?
So how are you, are you doing rallies and stuff?
You're up there, I know, all the time.
So how are they?
They're being well attended.
How does it look?
Oh, it looks amazing.
So they're like, I don't know if you can get people in this district to show up.
We go to Palmdale, which is in the northern part of the district.
First meetup, we do 60 people all from the district.
Okay, Jimmy, you know what's happening when I'm knocking on doors?
People are like, oh, you're that guy from the Young Turks.
Oh, really?
Oops, they know me already.
Okay.
So that's why this is an unstoppable force.
Look, everyone.
That is a purple.
I mean, it's very purple, in fact.
I mean, I know people who live up there, right?
My old roommate lives up there.
Tell them to vote for Jank.
Jackie Flynn lives up there.
And there's, you know, it's all, it's all, you know, there are a lot of cops are up there.
So there are a lot of people who are natural Republicans.
Yeah.
So, Jimmy, that's the other thing.
They say, oh, you can't win in that district.
There's a lot of cops.
So you got to change your opinion on Black Lives Matter and cops.
No deal.
Okay.
That's not how I roll.
I'm not a slimy politician.
I will not change a single opinion.
Okay.
Do not shoot unarmed black men.
Don't do it.
If you say, I want to shoot unarmed black men, okay, well, then don't vote for me because I'm not your candidate.
There are many candidates, including the other Democrat, who surround themselves with cops all the time.
You know, somebody did research online.
She's never once mentioned the phrase Black Lives Matter.
She's, as far as we can tell, never talked about racism.
Okay.
Oh, I got a lot of cops.
Look at her assumption about cops, first of all.
Okay.
And then she's trying to appease those cops.
So she says, if you're African-American or if you're a Latino, that's your problem, not my problem.
I think the cops vote more than you do.
They donate more than you do.
Okay.
That's not how I roll.
Okay.
We're going to give them what we got.
And if we win, the second great thing about it is progressives win, but also someone honest can actually win.
That'll shock the reporters.
They're so cynical.
They're like, oh, this guy won't even lie.
Yeah, that's right.
He won't even change his positions.
That's right.
I won't change my positions.
So I think the Democratic voters and voters overall, they want someone honest.
They want someone that's going to serve them and not the corporate donors.
Let's find out.
That's why we do this thing.
It's called an election.
So last thing, Jimmy, today in Santa Clarita, I'm doing an open-door fundraiser.
You don't have to give anything.
You can just come meet me, especially if you live in the district.
Okay.
We do a suggested $27 donation, but you can give $1, you can give $0.
If you want to give $100 or $1,000, I love you.
Go for it.
Okay.
So you could find out the information about that.
It's 5 o'clock today.
This is jank2020.com slash meet as an M-E-E-T.
Come meet me.
Okay.
So jank2020.com/slash meet.
If you're anywhere else in the country, you want to give $27 for the people's fundraiser anyway.
I love you.
Do that.
But if you're near Santa Clarita, come out and meet me.
At the same day, like I keep telling you, I'm not positive it's in Beverly Hills, but it looks like it's in Beverly Hills.
She's doing a fundraiser outside of the district.
It's a minimum of $100 to get in, but if you want to be at her table or take a picture with her or something, it's $2,500.
I am foolishly giving away pictures for free.
You know, Barack Obama had one.
It was $35,000 to take a picture with Barack Obama.
There's parts that I get frustrated with Obama.
There's parts I like about Obama.
I think he's a really smart guy.
But hey, no picture worth $35,000.
Are you kidding me?
He just bought his house from the Celtics owner, right?
You saw that?
Yeah, that's fair.
I saw the aerial view of it at Martha's Vineyard.
It looks gorgeous.
49 acres.
Yeah.
No, look, I tell you, again, I'm honest on this.
It's not like I want to be rich.
I want to have a beautiful house like that.
I don't have it because I turn down money at every opportunity to do the right thing.
But would I like a house like that?
Sure.
Okay.
But meanwhile, look, if you're going to have the house and you're going to go on yachts, okay, nothing wrong with that.
You wrote the books and you made the money, et cetera.
But then go put on your walking boots like you said you were going to do.
And so when the teachers are on strike in West Virginia or LA or Kentucky or anywhere else, go join the picket line.
How powerful would that be?
How powerful that you get up off of Martha's Vineyard and you join teachers or nurses or truckers.
Go to Ohio.
Go to the GM strike line.
You don't want to do unions.
I don't know why you wouldn't want to do unions.
Do something else, right?
Every once in a while, he does a photo op and he'll go give meals for the homeless, et cetera.
Toys kids.
Yeah, and I appreciate that.
I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it's very, very safe.
It's siloed.
It's limited.
Go do something bold.
You have all the political capital in the world.
And what is he saving it for?
For his legacy.
What is your legacy about?
It's about you.
No, you use your political capital for the people.
And if you don't, then it was worthless.
Yeah.
I remember when you were the only guy critiquing Barack Obama, right?
And you took a lot of heat for it.
We lost a lot of subscribers.
We took a lot of critique.
I'm still taking critique.
You know, the first thing that I criticized them on?
I said, don't drill in the Gulf.
It's a bad idea.
Oh, yeah.
How'd that turn out?
Yeah, really.
Wow.
So, yeah, so it's good.
So I like to try to pull Bernie.
And, you know, we try to pull you left, get you off Russia Gate, get you more progressive on foreign policy.
We'll get you there, right?
Like, just don't believe the CIA and the FBI.
Whatever they say, it's the opposite is true, right?
You know, the Washington Post did a great story about how the Pentagon's been lying for like now the entirety of the Afghan war.
18 years straight, every year, or administration.
I give credit where credit is due.
So great story by the Washington Post.
Great journalism there.
You know why it came out?
No, go ahead.
So the Pentagon awarded a contract to MS to Microsoft instead of AWS for their cloud service.
And it was like a $10 billion contract.
And so he's so pissed off at Trump that he's going to print this article now.
That's my theory anyway.
That's your theory.
That's an interesting theory.
I don't know that.
But I do know that after the article is over in every paper, including the Washington Post, whenever the Pentagon says something, they'll still print it as absolute truth.
That's correct.
And they won't say, hey, by the way, the Pentagon has an 18-year history of lying.
No, sorry.
They have a history of lying that goes back to their very creation.
They lie all the time, but I'm not a reporter.
I'm a stenographer.
So I will take whatever they said and tell it to you as if it's true, even though my own paper did a giant expose showing that they've been lying to you for all this time.
So that corporate machine rolls on.
Okay.
So let's stick a stick in those clogs.
Yes.
You know, or whatever, however, the right analogy is cogs and the right words.
Sorry, thank you.
And let's bust up their corrupt game.
Well, I hope you can do it, honest.
You know, so it, again, we share the same policy goals, you and I. We have different voting strategies, different whatever on tactics on how to oppose Trump.
But it would be awesome to see you talking about how Nancy Pelosi is corrupted and how campaign contributions are actual bribes.
And of course, we would never see you on MSNBC saying that.
No, no.
But I'll have you on the street.
Jimmy, if I say that on the Young Turks, you'll never see me on MSNBC.
And that's what's happened.
If I say that on the floor of the house, they don't have a choice.
They don't have a choice.
It'll be the most scandalous thing that ever happened in Washington in our lifetimes.
And they will have to cover it.
And when they cover it, yes, they will rise in their righteous fury against me.
Like, how dare this scoundrel say something that every American agrees with, right?
And they will all attack me because, and that, by the way, I'm telling you ahead of time, you can play this clip later.
If I make it into the house and I point out the corruption, the bribery of the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, all of the media will immediately attack me instead of saying, oh, wait, that is interesting.
Why is ExxonMobil giving money to these politicians?
Is it for charity or maybe does he have a point that maybe they're trying to buy them off?
And they will all attack me, but it will fail.
I guarantee you right now, it will fail.
And then one day they'll do a poll.
How many people agree with Jenk that the corporate money is a bribe?
And how many people agree with Nancy Pelosi that they're doing it for charity?
Okay.
And I'll win in an overwhelming landslide.
I'll win by 90%.
And then you know what will happen next?
More grassroots money will pour in and I will use it to help other progressives.
And the more they attack us, the more I help other progressives defeat incumbents until they cry, uncle.
Okay.
So, and they'll say, Jenk, you're not allowed to challenge the incumbents.
Those are your colleagues.
No deal.
No deal.
I'm telling you right now, if you're a Democratic congressperson, you vote against Medicare for All, I'm going to put your name on a goddamn list.
Okay.
And I will come for you.
Whatever grassroots money I have, I will share with other progressives to make sure that you are defeated in your primaries until we get an entire Congress that is going to vote for Medicare for all.
If you don't like it, go cry.
I don't care.
I work for the people.
I don't work for you.
Okay, Jank Uger, progressive running for in a purple district, California 25.
Go to jank2020.com.
Make your donation.
Go to a meet and greet.
Go see him.
Go knock on a door and make a phone call.
Well, good luck, progressive.
Thank you, Jimmy.
I appreciate it.
Okay.
And I'm sorry that you had to platform me.
I hate having to platform a Russia Gator.
I'll tell you that.
All right, Jank.
Thank you, Jimmy.
Hello, this is Jimmy.
Yes, hello.
This is Hillary supporter.
