DOGE Continues to Steamroll Bureaucracy, Expose USAID Abuses
The revelation of USAID Chief Samantha Pawer's exponential wealth growth to the tune of $30million while serving at the 180K/year post has prompted DOGE to investigate feds with improbable financial growth while in office or working at government posts. This kind of accountability has triggered the Left to the point where they are using lawfare to defend the bureaucracy and the abuses of taxpayer money. It's February 12th, 2025. And thank you for joining us on TheTruthCentral.com.
We're broadcasting every weekday.
You can find me on X at Corsi, Jerome 1. And Substack, dronecourseyphd.substack.com.
And we're doing Substack stories virtually every day now.
There's a lot going on in terms of the international politics.
And I want to focus on a couple of things.
This Lindsey Graham is even now talking about USAID. I think USAID is clearly targeted.
Musk gave a fairly long...
The discussion from the White House was kind of unusual.
It was in the Oval Office, and Musk was standing next to President Trump, who was sitting at the presidential desk.
And Musk had a son with him, his little son.
He was kind of distracting, and Musk was answering questions from the press.
And Musk made it extremely clear that the American people want this government waste stopped.
And with the Democrats objecting to it, it is not politically where the American people are.
And these judges who are going after trying to block all of Trump's actions, these are judges that have been put in by Clinton, by Obama, by Soros.
They're radical leftist judges.
Amy Jackson Berman, the judge in Washington, D.C., who's, you know, left of Mao.
And these people are insane.
All the gender madness, every crazy leftist idea these judges will buy.
And if it comes across as a Trump initiative, they will pass an injunction or vote an injunction against it so they can block the spending cuts.
But, of course, if Biden did, these judges would be waving flags and enthusiastic.
It's completely partisan judiciary, just like we had a completely partisan Department of Justice.
Now, there's the press conference.
You can see the picture with Trump and Musk and his son.
In fact, you could probably have a couple seconds of that.
So, at a high level, you say, what is the goal of Dojo?
A significant part of the presidency is to restore democracy.
This may seem like, well, aren't we in a democracy?
Well, if you don't have a feedback loop at BX, we'd have to...
Sorry.
I tell you gravitas can be difficult sometimes.
So if there's not a good feedback loop from the people to the government, and if you have rule of the...
The bureaucrat, if the bureaucracy is in charge, then what meaning does democracy actually have?
If the people cannot vote and have their will be decided by their elected representatives in the form of the president and the Senate and the House, then we don't live in a democracy.
We live in a bureaucracy.
Okay, we can stop it right there.
He's right, except we don't live in a democracy.
We've got a constitutional republic.
And that's a major distinction because the Democrats use this word democracy to mean what they want, you know, because they say we're the will of the people.
And so, therefore, the Democrats believe that if you oppose them, you're opposed to democracy.
They've made this argument repeatedly.
The fact is we've got a constitutional republic, which means government has limited powers that are defined by the Constitution.
And there's co-equal branches of government.
So the legislative is co-equal to the presidency and co-equal, both of those are, to the judiciary.
It checks and balances.
This is fundamental to the American Constitution.
So that no one branch of government can get what it wants without somehow the cooperation of one or both of the others.
And typically, if it's going to work, it requires both of the others.
Now, with these radical judges, there's a couple solutions.
Number one is you can simply reorganize the courts and fire the judges and get new judges because the lower courts other than the Supreme Court are not constitutionally required.
They're put into place by the legislation.
And you could redo the district courts and the circuit courts.
That's one idea.
Second is these injunction bonds.
In other words, if you want to get an injunction blocking spending, You have to get a bond, which may cost a huge amount of money, to cover the damages that you caused if an appellate court overturns your injunction.
These petitioners who come in and say, I want to get an injunction blocking the spending cut in USAID, may have to put up hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to buy an injunction bond.
Covering the fact that if, in fact, the appellate courts reverse the injunction they're seeking, that all that damage, the lost money, is returned to the government by the bond.
Okay, so right now the Democrats are trying to block all Trump's spending cuts by getting a continuing resolution passed in Congress, which means they'll just fund everything.
Well, that's, again, not a good solution.
It's essentially in full-scale warfare internally within the government to block the Democrats who are out there crying and screaming to the American people because their gravy train is being cut off.
Now, what came out yesterday was that Samantha Powers, who ran USAID, had about a $185,000 salary a year, but she went in there not...
Worth millions.
And she comes out of there worth like $30 million.
Well, how'd that happen?
So Trump now has declared that he's going to go after these bureaucrats, Fauci, who have made millions with their jobs by outside money coming to them.
Now, you know, Musk and Trump were saying yesterday they don't know whether Samantha Powers was a great genius in stock picking, but they doubted it.
Although Nancy Pelosi with Insider Information has done well, Nancy Pelosi with Insider Information in Congress, married to a real estate developer, certainly got the Presidio when it was turned from a military base and developed for residential homes and commercial properties.
She had the contract on the real estate.
So, you know, the self-dealing in Congress to make millions of dollars is one of the fundamental issues of corruption that have ruined a lot of our system.
Now, what Musk did yesterday was I think he made a very quirky...
He's not a Polish speaker.
He's not a politician.
He has this mannerism which is very Silicon Valley.
And, you know, with his child there and the stopping and the starting and the laughing and the self-derision and all the other elements mixed in, he still gave an effective presentation because the American people are sick and tired of this.
I've got a clip from Lindsey Graham I'd like to play.
Lindsey Graham is not my favorite person.
But again, he's been a hawk.
He likes every war he seems to love.
And it makes lots of money for him and for others because the arms dealers make a lot of money, the arms manufacturers.
So war is all about making money for the arms manufacturers and the bankers.
I think Smedley Butler was right, the general who, after World War I, said war is a racket and wrote a book called War is a Racket.
So if we can get queued up the clip with Lindsey Graham, I'd like to show people what Lindsey Graham was saying yesterday.
Which essentially was his getting on board with cutting the USAID. So go ahead and let's play Lindsey Graham.
Have you spoken to President Trump about USAID? And what do you think about the way that agency has been spammed without much notice and willing to plan around the world?
Well, USAID, under scrutiny, did poor.
I have been a big advocate for self-power.
I'm a pretty hawkish guy, but I've been in charge of the 150th now.
State foreign ops account.
Making sure the State Department is funded.
To the men and women of the State Department, you're warriors in your own way.
You serve in very dangerous places.
I want you to have secure embassies and secure consulates.
You represent the best of America.
USAID is an agency that let us all down.
I've been advocating for soft power for my entire time up here.
And what I have seen makes me sick to my stomach.
I am for helping starving people.
I am for clean water.
I am for making sure that we have ability to combat China and Africa, that we show up for the best of America.
But Samantha Powers has been just texting me morning, noon, and night, Samantha, look in the mirror.
The reason USAID is going to cease to exist as it did before is because it should.
I can't go home and say, this is soft power.
Operas?
Whatever agenda you've got needs to be focused on making America safer and prosperous while working with people.
So USAID is a victim of their own excesses.
Okay, and now Lindsey Graham has it pretty much right, except he picked operas rather than funding.
You know, the development of transgender animals in Afghanistan and other crazy things that the USAID was doing.
USAID was completely woke and was completely LGBT and the State Department is still LGBT. The State Department also needs to be gutted.
You've got people in the State Department who will cause wars and wanted to do so in Ukraine and still want to do so in Ukraine.
So these battles are going to go on now for a while, and it's going to still be a contest with, can we get a budget?
Do we have to do a continuing resolution?
Are we going to continue the spending?
Or is Trump going to be effectively able to cut the spending, which the American people want done?
And I think part of the solution is going to have to be to fire by department, close down departments, close down USAID. And so, therefore, there's nobody there to administer the programs.
The money might be there, but it's not going to be spent.
And to get the judges under control by either reorganizing the courts, threatening to reorganize the courts, or getting these injunction bonds put into place so there's a cost to bear when an injunction is granted to block an action Trump wants to take.
Now, again, this is playing hardball.
But again, the Democrats are forcing it.
They're out there making fools of themselves.
I'd actually let the Democrats keep giving these speeches.
The more Maxine Waters talks, the more the Democrats are destroying their own party.
I think the Democratic Party is a communist party.
I don't think it has a reason to exist anymore.
I think it's adrift.
They're not doing a course correction.
They aren't seeing that the American people rejected their woke nonsense, that this is a repudiation of Obama and Clinton.
Both Clintons.
I think Hillary Clinton is one of the least popular people in America and followed only shortly by Barack Obama.
And from all the reports that are circulating in Washington, Michelle's about ready to divorce Barack and that'll become another big seismic wave that'll be cast through the political system.
But the bottom line is that there's a battle going on right now and it's over budget.
And I think that...
Ultimately, Trump wins because the American people are there.
Okay, now let's shift to a couple other stories.
Let's talk about what went on yesterday in the Middle East.
Now, Donald Trump yesterday said that basically, Chris, you might find his short statement where he said that all hell was going to break loose if Hamas does not release all the hostages this weekend.
I think Saturday by noon or something of that nature.
Let's see if we can play his little 25 seconds.
Or one or two-minute statement.
But the point is that Trump is in a situation right now where, as he looks at it, as he sees what Hamas is doing, and Hamas released two or three hostages, and they look like they came out of Auschwitz.
They look like they were Holocaust survivors.
They were emaciated.
They were obviously in ill health.
They've been maltreated.
And Hamas did not release some of the others.
They have more hostages that they're not releasing yet.
Now, it may be those hostages are dead.
It may be those hostages are in such bad health they can't walk.
I don't know.
But the point is, Hamas has got some reason for not releasing them.
If Hamas releases all the hostages, Hamas has kind of lost its bargaining position.
And right now, Hamas wants to hold on to the Gaza.
That's its power base.
Trump is right.
Hamas wants to rebuild Gaza, resettle the Palestinians, wait a period of time, two, three years, get more money in from Iran, get ready for another attack and try to destroy Israel.
It's a repeat of a show we've seen going on for decades.
And it's not going to get any better to repeat the show.
Now, so Trump, Chris, if you have that clip from Trump saying what he's going to do with Hamas, put up on the screen and then we'll play it.
But the point is that, let's move on.
We also had the King of Jordan visited the White House yesterday, and there was a press gaggle, what they call gaggles, all the press gather around, it's kind of an informal press conference.
It's not at the podium with the press seated, with questions being asked from the floor.
These reporters are shouting questions, and everybody's trying to get recognized to get their question answered.
And they call it a gaggle.
So, you know, President Jordan said yesterday that we are not, Jordan is not enthusiastic to take the Palestinians.
Now, the history of the Palestinian people is that 1948, a territory that was called Palestine, but not a state, was partitioned, divided up.
And part of it was given to Israel, and the government of Israel was formed as a Jewish state.
And then from then on, the night that Israel was formed, Nasser, from Egypt, Nasser was head of Egypt at that time, attacked Israel, and the war between Egypt, the first war between Egypt and Israel started, 1948, the night that Israel was created.
Okay, so this has been going on.
Now, since 1948, we've had a number of wars.
And the issue has been the Palestinian people now want their own state.
And this movement was led largely by Yasser Arafat, who was an Egyptian.
He was Muslim Brotherhood.
And he led the Palestinians and made himself wealthy.
Because again, what the game is in the Middle East is that all this money is given by the UN for the Palestinians who are...
If you walk into the UN, you'll see all kinds of stuff about how...
Palestinians are maltreated by the Jews.
Palestinians are maltreated by the Palestinian Authority, which keeps them poor and makes them their poster child of why things are evil Israel.
Israel has all developed a modern state, except that Gaza has had underdevelopment because the Palestinian Authority wants to maintain that Israel is not allowing Palestine to foster.
Itself as a state in Gaza and the West Bank.
Ultimately, the two-state solution, which was in vogue with Jimmy Carter, has been around for decades, never worked because the Muslim countries, going back to the 1950s, have only planned to destroy Israel and get rid of the Jews.
And so a Palestinian state was considered by the Muslims to be, especially Iran, even Saudi Arabia for a long time, was considered to be a step in the direction of getting rid of Israel as a Jewish state.
And they would take a next step.
They would do it incrementally.
So Jordan said that there will be a meeting, I think, on February 27th.
Within Egypt, it could be in Saudi Arabia, but Egypt is going to present a plan, some kind of a plan.
Well, the plan is not going to be to take all the Palestinians, because Egypt doesn't want them.
The Palestinians, when they were in Jordan, they tried to overthrow the Jordanian government.
They tried to overthrow the Egyptian government.
They've been a problem in Lebanon.
They were thrown out of Lebanon, because the Palestinians are radical.
They want to...
They overthrow governments.
They want a Palestinian state.
They've been radicalized with that view now going back to 1948. So that's almost 75 years with this crazy idea that they were going to have their own state.
Okay, now, what Trump, I think, is going to have to do is he's going to have to look to a broader solution to this problem.
He's going to have to look to the countries in the Sahara, the Muslim countries in Africa.
He's going to have to look to other Muslim countries other than Jordan, Egypt, and Lebanon to solve this problem.
The Palestinians are not going to want to be separated out across the Middle East in little pockets.
And there's going to have to be waiting to see which countries come forward to say, we'll take Palestinians, other than the three I've mentioned, in order to get the ball rolling.
And Trump is not going to have very much time to take offers and consider offers.
So, Chris, you can remove the...
We're going to move past now.
We're going to move to Zelensky.
And so what am I saying about the Middle East?
I'm saying it's got a short time here where we could, by Saturday, if these hostages aren't released, the war could start again.
And we could be involved in the war.
If all hell is going to break loose, does that mean we're going to apply our military might?
To force the Palestinians to release the hostages.
And if we attack Gaza and resume the hostilities, you're going to put the hostages at risk.
They're killed just by the offensive we are launching to save them.
But Hamas is in a desperate position right now.
The Gaza is absolutely destroyed.
It's all rubble.
There's nothing there to live in.
There's no gas.
There's no electricity.
There's no water.
And yet the Palestinians are moving back in, and the Palestinian authorities don't care about these people.
These people are an optic.
These people are a pawn in a game that is being played to say Israel's bad and we need to get a Palestinian state.
And that will resonate in the United Nations, which has become a very anti-American organization.
So Trump's going to have to find a solution.
He doesn't have a lot of time to find the solution before this situation again gets out of control.
He gets an offer from a state, and I believe one is in play.
He should take it.
He should at least make it so that it's examined and explored.
And I believe one of the states is going to come forward.
In fact, I know one of the states has come forward to say we want to do a deal.
And Trump needs to take that seriously.
He needs to talk to that country and to...
Get something going there today or tomorrow.
But within 48 hours, these offers come and go.
So I think you've got a pressure here for Trump to, again, think outside the box and look for creative solutions which may not involve Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon.
Because they're going to say, we can't take more Palestinians.
And you can't force us to take more Palestinians.
What's Trump going to do?
Cut off aid?
Well, if he cuts off aid, these countries then become more radicalized.
And again, the Democrats will go crazy over that.
Democrats will go crazy that Trump's not going to let them fly the rainbow flag over our embassies in Muslim countries that want to kill homosexuals.
And our State Department is not going to help.
I'm sure our State Department has no real solution to the problem, neither does the CIA, other than to have war.
And they're very good at causing war.
Now let's move to what's going on with Zelensky.
There's going to be a meeting next week in Munich, and I believe J.D. Vance is going to go there to talk with...
I don't know that Trump's going to attend it.
Okay, but Zelensky's now talking.
Zelensky's saying...
The Ukrainians managed to capture Kursk, which is this region that Russia wants.
And Russia could take it back.
I'm sure Russia could launch an offensive and get it back.
And Putin has right now been very much wanting to negotiate.
In fact, we've reached out to Putin and said to him that, look, Trump promised he's going to end this war, he's going to end the war.
So Zelensky has not been able to get...
Putin to up the violence by doing things like launching our long-range missiles into Russia, which Biden allowed to have happen.
The Biden people were happy to go to World War III. They were happy to have nuclear war.
They were pushing for nuclear war.
They thought that would prevent Trump from being president.
Well, yesterday, this Mark Fogel got released by Russia.
He's been held by Russia for years.
Okay, so it was a Pennsylvania school teacher, Mark Fogle, who traveled to Russia with marijuana.
You know, another brilliant leftist idea.
So, you know, marijuana is considered to be a narcotic in Russia.
It's criminal.
And you can't take medicinal marijuana to Russia.
So this Fogle was arrested in 2021. Now, it's four years later.
They've been trying to get Fogel out, but Russia yesterday released Fogel as a gesture of good faith to Trump, and Russia's indicating again, signaling that Trump said, we're talking with Putin.
He wouldn't say what the discussions are, but that Putin releases Fogel indicates to me that Trump is working in the direction of solving Ukraine in a way that's going to be satisfactory to Russia.
Which fundamentally means Russia's going to get to keep the territory it's got and probably get Kursk.
Also have the Crimea and Sevastopol, which is its naval base on the Black Sea in the Crimea region.
Crimea is right at the part of Ukraine where it goes into the Mediterranean.
And Trump yesterday said, well...
You know, Ukraine may be Russian.
It may not be Russian.
I know someday maybe it'll be Russian.
He said one way or the other, he's going to solve the war.
And Zelensky is now making statements.
Zelensky knows that the war is coming to an end.
And Zelensky said to Trump, well, you know, Trump's also saying we put $250 billion in this country.
What do we get?
Nothing.
Okay, so Zelensky's saying we'll give you long-term options on our rare earth minerals.
Now, that's valuable, and that's worth something to Trump, and he'll probably want to take that.
But in return, Zelensky's going to want a security guarantee that Russia will not expand its holdings in Ukraine.
Russia may or may not agree to that.
And that's, again, we don't want to be in a situation where we could be forced to go into a war with Russia.
The fact is, we've got to get beyond wars, because any one of these wars has the potential to go thermonuclear.
So if countries want to come forward on the Palestinian question and offer out-of-the-box solutions, Trump had better consider it.
And we'll get more specific about that depending on what goes on today or tomorrow.
But the point is, we're in a delicate balance point.
And if Trump's going to keep his promises to settle these two wars, he's going to have to continue to be creative right now and hopefully inspired by God because these situations need to be ended.
These wars need to be ended.
And Zelensky, who has stolen, I'm sure, millions of dollars for himself, just like Samantha Powers, why does Obama, who was living on his credit cards when he was elected president, why does he...
You know, now have three mansions and, you know, living the life as if he were, in fact, being a multimillionaire.
Maybe not a billionaire, but plenty of millions, just like Samantha Powers and probably Susan Rice and the whole bunch of them.
They need to be investigated.
You know, how many in Congress who are long-term end up being multimillionaires?
Well, they're not being paid more than about...
$150,000 or $250,000 a year.
They're not being paid what they need to make in order to have $30 million net worth.
This should be obvious.
But Trump has now got a situation going.
The first 10 days in office with all these executive orders have been extremely effective.
So effective the Democrats are in disarray.
But the Democrats aren't going to stay in disarray again.
They're going to fight back.
And as they fight back, they're going to try to reverse what Trump has done.
They're going to try to reverse it with lawfare and the courts.
And they're going to continue to press that initiative to make sure that they can, hopefully, for their perspective, again, resist Trump and block him from doing what the American people want done.
I think it's the end of the Democratic Party.
And I think you're going to find a lot of these Democrats, including some of the most influential in Congress, are there for two reasons.
One, steal money.
And two, steal elections.
That gets me to the last point I want to make today, which is that God's Five Stones is moving ahead aggressively.
We're working with Peter Titkin.
We're developing court cases.
And we're going to go in and challenge elections.
I think the first ones we're going to challenge is in Florida.
These algorithms have been the reason why You find state after state.
In the down-ballot elections, House and Senate, state offices, the Democrats were stealing elections even in 2024. Now at God's Five Stones, and go take a look at it, G-O-D, no apostrophe for the S, F-I-V-E spelled out, and S-T-O-N-E-S, stones, plural, godsfivestones.com.
That's our website for the algorithms.
Now, a couple things are developing.
One is that we will be presenting court cases in Florida, the challenge in District 14, Rocky Rockford's case.
He was running for U.S. Congress, the House, and he lost the election.
But in Florida, the last minute, there were like 150,000 requests for ballots.
And again, this is indicative of what the Democrats do to steal.
And there's enough clones and duplicate votes.
So you take my name, Jerome Corsi, and you create Stephen Corsi and Mary Corsi and create five of them.
Go to the DMV, Division of Motor Vehicles, and get addresses if you want.
Okay, and then you put those in the voter registration database and they get voter ID numbers because nobody goes to check and see if those are real people.
So the whole scheme is to get fictitious people created, get them legitimate state IDs, and let them vote when they're needed.
So the Democrats say, wait, we're going to lose this election by 10,000 votes.
Well, go in and get 10,000 of the clones.
They ask for mail-in ballots through the computer.
Remember, these are all fictitious.
It's all done through the state board of election computer.
Where these algorithms have created the opportunity for these fictitious people.
And then they vote because they request a mail-in ballot, which is not mailed.
You don't mail a ballot to somebody who doesn't exist.
It's printed in the computer and run through the machine and tabulated.
Because the numbers match, that's a certifiable vote.
The Democrats can steal any election they want.
And if we don't get these algorithms out of the state databases...
Democrats will certainly steal the midterm elections in Congress to get a majority of the House and Senate and block Trump's agenda for the last two years.
So every state database is corrupted beyond repair.
We've got to start over again.
And we can start over again with a system that works.
Voter roles are a mess because that's the way the politicians have wanted it.
It's the way the intelligence agencies have wanted it because they want to be able to steal elections.
And now we have the system set up where they can do it.
What's the solution to this?
It's to have a system like a credit card payment.
You're going to hear about it.
You get a seat on an airplane.
You get your seat in your cell phone.
And there's not somebody else sitting in your seat.
Okay, so these things can be made to work.
And it's time we get them to work.
Okay, and it requires a whole new system of authentication.
I've even said we could take the XRP ledger, which is not precisely blockchain, but it is a transaction ledger.
It's going to be used in international payment systems.
I think the SEC is going to drop its suit against Ripple here pretty soon, XRP. And you get a voter token.
You can put biometrics into that so you have identifiable biometrics.
Okay, and then you need that token to be presented and your biometrics verified in order to vote.
Now it's going to be much harder to steal.
That's one of the possible solutions.
But the point is we cannot let the current voter rolls be used again because they're corrupted beyond repair.
And the steal will occur just like it did in 2024. Now, because we exposed it, we would have caught it in the presidential election.
I don't think the algorithms were not used in the presidential election in the battleground states.
But the battleground states, down-ballot elections were stolen.
Okay, now I'm going to do a couple of things.
I'm going to start working more with the states.
So I've been invited to go to Georgia.
I'll be going to Georgia, I believe, on the 24th of September.
We're going to be working with the Georgia legislature in order to talk to them about the algorithms that are in the Georgia database.
There's a report on God's Five Stones on Georgia.
Take a look at it.
Chris is showing you how to navigate to it.
And I really recommend you look at that.
I'm going to be publicizing Georgia and talking with the legislature there about the need for change.
Now, I want to end here with emphasizing again The gold is right at $2,900 an ounce.
And silver is right at about $32 an ounce.
Go to the Swiss America sponsorship.
If you do that in Swiss America, you can see that there is an ability to have a self-directed IRA retirement account in which you can have some of your assets in gold and silver.
Right now, you're going to have a very shaky stock market, especially if these wars heat up, if there's no solutions to these wars, because the country is right now planning that there will be solutions to these wars.
Okay, now, as we wrap this up, look at the Walking Liberty half-dollar offer.
You can get up to 250 of these coins.
It's a first-time offer working with Swiss America.
At least you'll have about the cost of what they're worth in silver.
So I think you see that we're in a situation of transition right now and turmoil.
It's going to last for a while.
But the last point I want to make is get a copy of this book, which is how the coming global crash will create an historic gold rush.
