I think some litigation will be testing some of the losses.
In 2024, some of the down-ballot losses where the algorithm was used.
Let's go to immediately kind of a couple of updates on the fire.

What I have here, let's put it this way.
The fires, they're still burning.
They're barely contained.
So that's not necessarily new news, but it's getting worse.
And the L.A. mayor, of course, and some of her supporters are accusing any criticism of her as rooted in racism.
That was bound to come out.
The climate change crazies are still doing the same thing.
But now you have nine looters arrested, and you have at least four people, from what I understand.
And don't quote me on that.
This is research.
So at least two, three, four people were taken out for arson, which I'm not saying they directly started the full fire, but they decided to play around and join in the You know,
I am going to focus today on what we know.
She's afraid to answer any of these questions.
Well, again, she's woke.
Another DEI hire.
And clearly out of her league.
Just gets the position, goes off and takes a trip.
Another Kamala Harris syndrome.
Way above her pay grade in this position.
She's not qualified.
Here's my problem with this.
Even if she wasn't qualified, she knows she made a big mistake.
She would get a little more respect out of people who would be willing to work with her, who are her adversaries, by saying, look, I know I shouldn't have been there, and I probably haven't even gone, or I should have cut the trip short to come and take care of things.
I didn't.
I'm here now, and here's what I'm going to do.
She could have answered it that way, but she doesn't.
She chooses to keep dodging and weaseling out of answering questions because she figures, well, being a DEI hire, she can get out of all this.
Yeah, she doesn't have the internal honesty or character to take the high road and to pass up to her responsibility.
She'd rather just run and hide behind DEI. I've had enough of her.
Let's get her off the screen.
These people are really disgusting.
Let's go to a couple of other stories.
More disgusting behavior than yesterday in the Senate when we had Pete Hegseth, who was up for his confirmation hearing.
We've got some clips from it.
It was pretty interesting yesterday.
I think Hegseth is now, after yesterday's performance, assured to be confirmed.
But let's listen to a couple clips as to what went on.
In other words, you're quite sure that every general who serves should not go directly into the defense industry for 10 years?
You're not willing to make that same pledge?
I'm not a general, Senator.
That's Pocahontas.
Of course, she doesn't know what she's doing half the time.
And I think Seth just got her.
She's not a general.
They're all angry because he is tough.
He's going to revamp the Department of Defense, and they don't want it.
And the Democrats are scared to death that these people are now, in just a few days, going to be starting to hunt Democrats.
I mean, hunt communist Democrats.
They're all communists.
I can't find a single Democrat that I haven't...
I've lost respect for the Democratic Party entirely.

This is Democrat Senator Richard Blumenthal.

Yeah, and he decided to, well, this is basically the definition of what one would call chutzpah.
I don't believe that you can tell this committee or the people of America that you are qualified to lead them.

He is always leftist to the extreme.
And his service in Vietnam is non-existent.

And of course, Dr. Corsi, who can go through a fun Senate hearing without hearing from the crazy, I don't know what's wrong with her sometimes, Maisie Hirono.
She's always worth a laugh.

Would you use our military to take over Greenland or...

Senator, one of the things that President Trump is so good at is never strategically tipping his hand.
And so I would never in this public forum give one way or another direct what orders the president would give me in any context.
That sounds to me that you would contemplate carrying out such an order to basically invade Greenland.
It's Hawaii.
Hawaii is far left of Mao.
I should add this.
The words without evidence are very important here.
She brings up these reports without evidence that he's going to invade or Trump or him plans to invade Greenland.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
It's just what some people decide to say in media circles or cocktail party circles and they take it as truth.
You know why?
Because the media never adds without evidence when it comes to a Democrat saying something without evidence.
Well, the Democrats get away with this all the time because the media is paid by the CIA. The CIA is anti-American.
And they've sided with the Democrat Communists in order to destroy America.
I mean, we reported on this with, we'll be running another clip of, you know, we already did one interview with Mike McCormick.
We have another one that we're going to show as well.
That, you know, the Biden administration was working with Archbishop, disgraced Archbishop McCarrick.
To work with Honduras to set up a deal with the drug-dealing president that we would participate in drugs and the cartels in Honduras and also engage in the sex trades, including underage children being put into the sex trade.
And this was all arranged in the White House.
As remarkable as that is, Mike's got the proof of it.
And so, again, the evil that has now pervaded the Democratic Party is legion.
I want to go to a story that I saw in Zero Hedge that is very interesting in terms of where we are in the United States in terms of our position vis-a-vis the rest of the world in terms of what we're really doing right now is kind of insane to the world.
So this is an article on Substack by Leo.
Washington and London, the epicenter of Western liberal world order that thinks it's admirable and virtuous to redefine God-created genders and appropriate to unleash deviant transvestites on innocent schoolchildren is seeking to neutralize the massive resources of Russia as it ramps up its Net-zero sustainable development model of economic progress.
I think that about sums up the insanity we're living through.
The only thing he didn't add in there is climate change and that insanity.
Homan wrote, the economic model is really just a scam designed to pilfer what remains of the middle class and further subjugate them under AI-powered government corporate control.
Okay, hence the need for more massive data centers.
Okay, well, he's arguing basically that, you know, we are in a situation where the war is about resources, and Ukraine is full of resources.
Ukraine is abundant in oil, natural gas.
It can grow tremendous amounts of grain.
It's a very diverse country with a lot of rich mineral resources.
And so the Kremlin...
It's now accusing Ukraine of energy terrorism, which is a danger to the European security because it's cutting off the major gas pipeline that carries Russian natural gas to Turkey and then to Western Europe.
And so, therefore, the allegation comes as this escalating energy war between the two countries.
After three years after Russia launches military offensive.
So it is really a lot about energy.
And with Western Europe dependent upon Russia for its natural gas, and Trump warned Western Europe about this in his first term, that in fact we are going to see skyrocketing prices in Europe this winter, the remainder of the winter, on energy.
And that's already happening.
A number of countries are reporting that their energy costs are just escalating dramatically.
Okay, so the tactical benefit that Ukraine gets cutting off the natural gas from Russia to Western Europe is nothing, except to intensify the tension.
So Greece, for instance, is calling on the EU. For a quick response to surging energy prices.
So Greece is urging the EU to move faster to address the high power natural gas prices in the bloc that undermine its competitiveness alongside burdening households.
Okay, so in other words, as these energy prices increase, you're destroying the middle class.
You're forcing people to freeze in the winter.
And there's no real tactical benefit.
To Ukraine, other than to try to hurt Russia economically, but in the process hurting Western Europe economically.
And it's a suicidal policy.
They should let the natural gas flow.
But again, Zelensky is determined to get more aid that he can steal.
And Russia is watching all this go on until Trump gets into office to find a way to solve this war and stop the killing.
But the problem is that, you know, you've got a situation where NATO has until recently been wanting to ramp up the violence, talking about sending NATO troops into Ukraine to fight Russia, certainly sending these long-range missiles, sending drones, sending all kinds of military equipment that Zelensky and the army uses to antagonize Russia.
And Russia is saying essentially that the...
Russia's largely in control right now of the battlefield in Ukraine, and it's just pathetic to think that Zelensky's army, which is largely in desertion, people don't want to be killed.
It's like slaughter of the Ukrainian army.
They're not equipped to fight the Russian army, certainly not on an electronic battlefield.
The troops they're sending in now have almost no training at all.
And Russia's troops are trained, and they are highly competent using the electronic battlefield.
I want to switch gears and deal with the economy because I'm seeing signs again and continue to warn people that we're going into another economic crisis.
We're going to see increases not only in the price of energy, but we're going to see across the board an inability to control inflation as long as we're just spending money in this deficit spending.
We're continuing to pump money in and throw it into the economy and throw it into the stock market.
The stock market loves the liquidity.
The stock market yesterday closed at 42,518 points.
It gained yesterday a bit.
But again, it was trading at over 44,000, the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
And so now I'm saying, watch this, if it goes into 41,000 or 40,000.
It goes below $40,000.
Then you've got the beginning of a 10% loss in the market.
And that's going to be very painful.
It's only the beginning of what I see as an economic retrenchment.
And where it's going to hit, I think, almost the hardest has to do with the retirement profile of the American people.

You know, people are living longer than they did decades ago.
People don't have enough save for retirement.
Okay, they're entering retirement years carrying high levels of debts.
Healthcare costs are completely...
Utterly out of control.
And inflation has made the cost of living very oppressive.
Pensions are less common than they once were.
It takes a lot of money anymore to survive retirement.
So just listen to some of these statistics.
Back in 1940, the average life expectancy of a 65-year-old was about 14 years.
Now it's over 20 years.
In other words, living over 85. The number of Americans that are 65 and older will rise to about 77 million by 2030. Americans that are retiring now will need an average of 1.22 million to last 30 years in retirement.
That's a startling figure.
Because only about half of all U.S. households have retirement savings accounts.
People in advance of age, myself included, All these people are finding themselves so squeezed economically that, you know, a large proportion are entering a retirement age where they're going to have to continue working, whether they like to or not.
Okay, so only about half of all U.S. households have retirement savings accounts.
And 47 million households with older adults are either financially struggling.
We're at risk of falling into economic insecurity.
And over 90% of Americans are concerned that they'll have to work many years more than they originally planned.
So this is getting to be a situation...
Oh, by the way, Social Security is the primary source of income for most Americans over the age of 65. And Social Security is, again, going to be quickly facing another bankruptcy crisis and scandal.
By the way, the Social Security Trust Fund is largely full of government treasury bonds now, which are IOUs, from the federal government.
The money's been taken out and spent on other programs where the Congress wants to continue spending, and just raiding the Social Security Trust Fund was a little easier than having to increase the national debt as far and as rapidly as they wanted to.
I'm really encouraging people, take a look at the price of gold.

We've got, of course, the continuing hearings going on, and the confirmation hearings will be the story in the Senate for some time now, trying to get Trump's cabinet on board.
Are the LA County fires going to top $250 billion in losses?
And I continue to think that this is now social engineering by the New World Order.
The fire looks exactly like the Maui fire did.
That's how the debris looks and the damage does in the Pacific Palisades.
I think we're seeing energy weapons.
I want to see how these fires are being caused.
Clearly, we can't just blame it on the incompetence of Los Angeles, which is there.
The reservoirs were empty of water.
I mean, it was amazing.
Los Angeles Fire Department wasn't the one willing to call out for overtime, so they didn't pre-deploy.
They knew this windstorm was coming.
They did not take advantage of the early time to get ready, make sure the reservoirs were filled with water, make sure the fire trucks were ready to be deployed.
Make sure the workers were there.
Of course, we've got a DEI department, so therefore more women are hired, and the major qualification is that you be DEI, not that you be able to fight fires.
So therefore, you're going to have a lot of these losses also, which are not covered by insurance, and that's going to be devastating.
But I think you've got Newsom already talking, Governor Newsom talking about Los Angeles 2.0.
Pretty soon we'll be talking about smart sewers.

Okay, the former executive director of the Democratic National And a close associate of Johnson, Lyndon Johnson, a guy named Clifton Carter, admitted that Lyndon Johnson hired Mack Wallace, who was one of his hitmen.
Lyndon Johnson is known for having committed a number of murders to advance his career.
And what they discuss, Carter admits, this is...
That Lyndon Johnson hired Mack Wallace to kill Jack Kennedy.
Mack Wallace was a murderer, but a close associate of Lyndon Johnson, and used by Lyndon Johnson to commit a number of Johnson's murders that were necessary to advance his career.
Let's play this tape because this is now more evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald was not the lone gun assassin.
It's been hectic in every way.
Carter just said that Johnson hired Wallace to kill Jack Kennedy.
Okay, he just said that outright in the conversation.
That's the startling part of this.

Well, they had me backed up on that Henry Marshall killing, and they just kind of blackmailed me to keep my mouth shut.
And if I hadn't had a bunch of tapes that I played after it got killed, as you know, 17 got killed in this situation very mysteriously.
And I've done a lot of time, and I've lost a lot of money, and hurt my family a whole lot.
And it's really got me disgusted with Lyndon in one way.
In one way, I feel real.

The commentary is, again, that it's been suspected for a long time that Lyndon Johnson was involved in the killing of Jack Kennedy.
And this tape now comes out and it confirms in a conversation that was recorded of Johnson's associate, Chris Carter, basically saying that he followed Lyndon Johnson's orders and hired Mack Wallace, a known assassin and killer, to participate in the killing of Jack Kennedy.
Mack Wallace's fingerprints were found, I believe, on the boxes up on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository.
I don't think the shots came from there that killed Jack Kennedy.
What I've shown in the book I wrote with David Mantic, this book on the assassination of John F. Kennedy, the final analysis indicates very clearly that Jack Kennedy was shot twice from the front.
You can see it in the x-rays.
The three existing x-rays in the National Archives of Jack Kennedy's skull x-rays from the autopsy are all altered to hide evidence of frontal shots.
So I think we're getting set up to learn very quickly that Lee Harvey Oswald was very likely working for the CIA at the time, although I think he thought he was on a different assignment and was not one of the shooters.
And we're going to find out that Jack Kennedy was shot for the front.
The CIA was deeply involved in the crime.
Lyndon Johnson knew about it, I'm sure, in advance, and participated.
That's what this tape strongly suggests.
