Well, the mistake Satan made is he forgot to get our agreement that we want to be depopulated.
That's right.

How many people here want to be depopulated?
How many people want their children turned into sexual freaks?
Well, Satan thought that was a good idea and he convinced us all to do that.
Doesn't look to me like... looks like he missed something.
That is, that in the heart of every human being, God exists.
And God wins.

Okay, so let's get back here to this scheme.
Now, what this permits me to do, let's say I'm the guy who wrote the code.
And I'm sitting in the catbird seat, we're about to start the election.
Actually, I've already done it.
It's already been brought up.
So I come to my Democratic demon managers, Barack Obama, and say, well, how much do you want to come out and win?
Do you want to win by 1%?
Do you want to win by 3%?
Do you want to win by 5%?
I mean, I'm a political scientist.
I have trained in political science.
And when I was in Cleveland at Case Western Reserve in the 1960s as an undergraduate, The professors used to bring me down to WJW.
Everyone remember WJW?
And I'd sit there and call the elections.
So I knew where the voters were.
I knew what they had to get.
So early on, I would say, well, this candidate's got to draw so many votes for Cuyahoga County.
In fact, in 2004, when I did Unfit for Command, I was on Paul Schipper's show then, and I was on it tonight.
John O'Neill would call me during the day and say, Jerry, I think we're going to lose.
It's very close in Ohio, about 11 o'clock in the morning.
I said, John, don't worry.
He said, why?
I said, well, I've been watching the returns in Cuyahoga County, and John Kerry isn't drawing enough votes.
He's about one to three percent down.
He doesn't draw in Cuyahoga County.
I grew up in, I was born and raised in Argonne Avenue in East Cleveland.
I know Cuyahoga County.
They said he's not drawing enough votes.
So it's going to be close, but he's going to lose by 1-3% at the end of the day.
Because he didn't get enough here to compensate when the rest of Ohio, which is red states, mostly rural, when they start voting.
I was watching counties like Huron.
They're coming out more for George W. Bush.
Okay, so now, let's come back to what I'm telling Obama.
I'm saying, well, Barack Obama, how do you want it to turn out?
Do you want it to win by 1%?
Do you want it to win by 3%?
Do you want it to win all day long?
Or do you want it to be at the end of the day?
Do you want to have it be a surge for Kamala?
Well, everybody didn't like Kamala, but suddenly the left woke up.
You tell me the narrative, I'll vote the election.
Now, why can I say that?
Because I'm at the catbird seat in the Board of Election, and I start saying early in the afternoon, I'm going to take some of my fake voters and make sure that they've requested and gotten mail-in ballots.
Their number, which is a legitimate number in the State Board of Education,
they're a fake person, requests a ballot that is printed with their number
and run through the machine.
Therefore, it's certifiable.
In 2020, I was wondering, see all these abnormalities, these ballots are coming in the middle of the night,
and the machines are changing totals, all these things.
And I'm saying, how did it get certified?
It got certified because they had codes, the data, and they could vote false votes that
they could run through the machines, the numbers certified.
And the mistake was, I tried to explain to Cindy Pollen, don't go save the crackhead.
Don't go say you can prove election fraud.
It's a trap.
Because there's reasons the machines change totals.
This isn't where the fraud is occurring.
Now, all those artifacts are very important.
But they result from me sitting in the control room and saying,
I'm going to continue biasing the election as we go along to keep Kamala in the game.
Now, why did they get rid of Obama?
Why did they get rid of... You know, Biden's still thinking it's coup d'etat, and they all ganged up on him and said, you're president, but you're not president anymore.
And Kamala is not president, but she's now president, more or less.
And you're done.
Well, he didn't want to be done.
Of course, they had a blackmail of 14 different ways coming and going for all the money you And they have plenty on him to say, it might be better if you just retired.
But that's beside the point.
His poll numbers weren't good enough to make his steal credible.
Now they've got Kamala.
Look, everybody loves Kamala.
She's beating in the polls already.
So they're running the narrative.
The CIA's in there giving all the talking points to CNN.
They're trying to lie to you.
You know, we've got a pandemic here.
We're going to have to have a vaccine that's going to cure you.
No, it's going to kill you.
Go and take it.
It's the ones who are unvaccinated who are going to kill us, right?
They'd said that to...
No, as long as you're unvaccinated, you're going to survive.
They're smart enough not to buy the lie.
These people are a lie.
Remember?
It's safe.
Prince of Lies.
Everything he does is a lie.
Being lied to again.
Kamala isn't popular.
Nobody wants Kamala.
Give Kamala a microphone and she's going to release the criminals and she's going to end the police and she's going to do every communist thing in her mind.
Besides the way she got into office with her morals.
And the guy she's gotten run with is stolen valor.
I'd say these are the worst two since Curtis LeMay and George Wallace.
They'll bomb everybody and lie about it.
And we don't want anybody here of different races that were racist.
America's not racist.

Two of the three outfielders in 1950 were black, and I celebrated them.
They were great players.
Americans are not racist. Obama is racist because he's a communist. He hates America.
Okay, now what I'm telling you is that since I control the voting, I can also say I miscalculated.
We've got to stop counting. They said we've got to print 30,000 more ballots, so we've got to get them in.
So suddenly 30,000 ballots show up that I picked out of my pile of fake and they all certify.
Is everybody tracking me as to how this is done?
Okay, and how it works.
Now the truth is, I could run the election today and I could care I don't care if you all vote, because I'm throwing all your votes away.
It's my votes that count.
And you won't know the difference.
Okay, so they say, there's a surge here for Kamala.
They did it in Europe.
There's a surge here against, the elect is surging in France.
The elect is surging in Italy.
You know, I call up Italy, I call up France and say, is there anybody at the polls?
No, there's nobody in the poll.
Well, where's the surge?
The surge is in the computers.
With the fake votes being voted.
These people are so arrogant.
The Obamas.
The Deep State.
They killed Jack Kennedy.
Cold Blood.
And that book I've just written with David Manning shows it.
David Mannick, another genius, has studied the x-rays more than anyone else,
the optical density measurements on it.
He's still practicing medicine as a radiation ecologist in his 80s.
He was a brilliant, brilliant gentleman.
He showed, the x-rays showed Jack Kennedy was shot twice from the front.
And you can see the bullet tracks.
That book shows it to you.
That book is definitive.
I can show you the algorithms in the Ohio database definitively, indisputably.
And if Frank LaRose doesn't allow you to see them, I'll publish them.
Mmm.

We're going to give him the chance to do the right thing.
That is, tell the truth.
And admit that he got fooled.
Everybody got fooled.
These algorithms are... We found them in 13 states.
And counting.
I'm probably going to spend between now and the election working with all the states and
with the groups.
But the groups who are here on the Ohio project have some excellent data that we're going
to add what we have to them and we're going to say to them, suddenly what you've got really
makes sense.
And we're not going to say the election was stolen, because then we're challenging a certified election.
I'm going to say we found an algorithm in it, and I want discovery.
I want the ability to go in and look at the records with experts and tell the people of Ohio that you're about to vote with a stacked deck.
You want to play in a crooked casino?
Then don't look.
If they don't steal the presidential election, they'll steal the down ballot elections.
And they've been doing it for years.
They've been doing it since 2007, when the laws changed and the states had to create state board of election ID numbers.
They changed the election in order to implement this scheme.
They knew what they were doing.
I said, look, you've got a credit card record.
You missed a credit card payment.
And that credit card company calls you and says you missed a payment.
Okay, so I say, if that can be that good a database, why don't we use the credit card database for voting?
Why don't we use the voting database for credit cards?
Nobody will ever pay a credit card.
You'll have 35 of them in your wallet, don't limit us.
And they won't be able to find you because you might not exist.
I mean, that may work for a lot of people, you know?
Solve a lot of problems, yeah.
It doesn't.
And this one is so messed up it can't be fixed.
It's what they call in World War II, FUBAR.
So messed up it's beyond recovery.
Okay, but we need it known and we need honest evaluation of it.
We need honest officials in that board who don't know the algorithm so they can't use it.
And this is a critical thing that has to be done immediately.
Okay, so now, I want to play out this scenario a little further.
Because what it means is that they don't care that nobody likes Kamala.
In fact, I think the real candidate was, the candidate that Barack Obama preferred the most was probably Weekend at Bernie.
They'd pick a dead guy and do AI.
That way they could make him look whatever he wanted to.
And that'd be fine because they don't want a president.
They want the deep state running those countries.
Take away your freedoms.
Take away the Bibles.
Take away your guns.
Take away your children.
And we're going to say no.
We refuse to participate.
I was on Steve Bannon's show today, announcing this nationally.
I'm going to be in Ohio until this gets fixed.
I'm going to be on the radio all over the place.
You know, every town hall meeting is going to want to have me.
I'm going to be getting on to the France show.
I'll be on that show.
I'm going to be on every show they'll take.
And we're going to flood the state with information about how this system is corrupt.
Once Ohio decides that they're going to look at the system and be honest that it is encrypted
with a secret code, it will be a national story.
And they'll begin to find this in every state.
Because at the end, the Democrats think that they're smug.
They've already run the election in their computers.
They already have played out Election Day.
They've already set how they're going to steal it.
And they think we're fools who will not catch it.
Well, they didn't count on people like Andrew Paquette.
Because they didn't count on God.
They didn't count on divine inspiration.
And part of what he does is write some blog on dreaming.
And he solved it in a genius way by dreaming the numbers and the schemes that were used.
And then they worked.
That's God giving it to him in his sleep.
So if you don't think the hand of God is here, the hand of God is in the middle of this.
And God said enough.
I'm concluding everything I do here with telling people it's time for 2 Chronicles 7.14.
In the end, God wins.
It doesn't mean we win.
And I'm still mad about taking out that plank in our Republican platform about the right to life.
We do not need to compromise with Satan over sex, which is God's gift to us to procreate,
and have men and women raise children with a moral education.
That's what God meant.
And we do not need the sexual confusion on children who don't even know it,
have not experienced puberty.
So what I'm asking you to do, and we'll post this on social media,
is to support the effort to tell your people, the Board of Election,
we want honest elections.
We want an honest look by top professionals.
I'll be happy to be proven wrong, but what I know is that the Ohio Board of Election voter registration file is corrupt to the core and is set for fraud and will be used for fraud unless we do something about it.
Amen.
Let's go online in Ohio and say it stops here.
Yes.
And let's work with the other states and all the other people who've got voter information.
Let's unite and let's say as a people, we aren't, we, at my basic image, we aren't doing it.
My basic image is that in Ohio, you get, you know, it's summer.
It's out here in Nassau, and I was up last night in Medina.
There's still communities here.
Yeah.
So, mom and pop are on the porch, and pop says to his 50 year bride, what do you think about there being an algorithm in the voter database?
And Martha says, it ain't right.
That's all we have to say.
It ain't right.
It ain't right and we want it fixed.
In that spirit, we will win.
Because in the end, God always wins.
That doesn't mean we don't repent.
We don't always win.
There's going to be consequences for those who take that provision out of the GOP plan.
We don't have the right to kill life in the womb.
Only God can create life.
And we have sinned against God for allowing God to be taken out of our schools going back to the 40s.
We need to fight for God again.
2 Chronicles 7, 14.
If we do that part, and we demand that our Secretary of State open the curtains, Yes.
And let's have an honest evaluation of the codes that are in the database today.
If we demand that, if we get honesty, God will do all the rest.
Yes.
God will set this right, and Satan will be sent back to hell with these demons for another thousand years and locked up.
And we will rejoice, and then we'll bring forth leaders who again are godly.
Don't think their job is to go take all the money out of Ukraine.
Don't think the job of the CIA to run a drug operation on the border and to run pedophilia, don't think they're running it, you're wrong.
Don't think the Department of Justice is wrong to go after Catholics who like the Latin Mass.
I mean, this is so messed up that only Satan could write this script.

So my first question is, we've been chasing this election integrity thing, you know, for four years.
So the elected officials here, they just, it just goes over their head.
So how do we, You know, I have a good relationship with the County Commissioner, and I've been down every rabbit trail with him.
You know, how do I get him to acknowledge or listen or believe, you know, can we, could I get, you have people to back up the data, right?
Yeah.
I mean, how are we, how do we get them to listen?
They're just... That's a very good question.
Let me answer that.
Okay.
These guys, and they're clever, these guys are very brilliant.
Don't underestimate Satan being Brilliant.
These guys are brilliant.
So they designed it so you'd go the wrong direction.
What everybody has done is they've been saying, well, you know, the 2020 election was rigged.
2020 election was fraudulent.
My 14th Amendment rights were compromised because it was cheating.
state election the state legislature did not set the rules the rules that allowed
early voting were wrong okay all those are losing questions right because the
election was certified right means now you're questioning a legitimate election
means your insurrectionist undermining elections well I don't want to hear this
why didn't the Supreme Court take this case you know the rules are clearly
read broken well let me give you a lesson the American political history
raucous blood presidential elections The very first elections in the United States of America were like a fistfight.
Talking about Thomas Jefferson and all these patriots.
They fought like cats and dogs, contesting elections, saying they were fraudulent.
We've had such contentious elections that Congress has had to call special sessions
to write new rules and to go into caucus to pick the winner of the presidential election.
Then they ignored the rules and did it politically, made deals.
Our presidential history is a shambles.
We really study it.
A compromise, a fighting.
And so the Supreme Court and new courts, you come out and say this is wrong.
You don't know what's happened in this country.
Let me tell you some stories about some of the elections we've really had where there
have been actual fistfights over these things.
And all the rules that were violated.
So the Supreme Court's going to say, we don't want to get into political questions.
We're not going to decide elections.
We tried that in Bush v. Gore and it wasn't very pretty.
They don't want it.
This is a political question.
And these are not bright-line answers.
Because the rules, historically, Are so messed up that the Supreme Court could do all kinds of precedent?
Now, what's clear is that I'm not saying any election was stolen.
I've got a fundamentally different tactic here.
I'm saying all the things you all found.
You know, more people voted this precinct than were registered.
Well, that's because they're voting false records there on mail-in ballots.
This district never voted this much for Biden.
Well again, it's because of the way that they've architected to create the vote false but ballots.
So what I'm saying is, before an election occurs, I'm not saying this algorithm was even ever used.
I don't know.
I'm not gonna say that any election was ever stolen.
I don't know.
What I'm saying is that it is inherently suspect of criminal activity to do a mathematical manipulation
of a voter registration roll in the men's that is not improving the roll
but could be used for false voting, for fraud.
So I'm saying it's suspect, and I want it looked at.
Now that, at law, is a very different issue.
You're not accusing anybody of anything.
Your representatives are tired of this because All these cases have failed.
They said the Dominion machines were rigged.
Mike Lindell's now losing a lot of money.
Well, Dominion comes back and says, you know, Mike, we changed votes for a lot of different reasons.
You don't understand it, but sometimes this reporting is coming to us and we have to make adjustments.
So it looks like the numbers are changing, but, you know, if we just change numbers, the Dominion machines, they couldn't be certified.
So those are just normal adjustments.
Well you can't prove that they aren't.
So all the arguments that have been made have answers.
What doesn't have answers is why did somebody go in and put a CIA code in a voter base that hasn't been used yet?
Why did somebody do that?
And are we going to go into a casino and play with a deck we know is stacked?
That's a different question.
But what it does is it suddenly means that all the things you all have found probably happened and were artifacts of what really went on.
It was the diversion.
Anybody who studies magic knows that there really isn't magic.
It's all deception.
They get you to look at one thing, when over here they're doing the trick.
They divert your attention.
Okay, and so it's a trick, a psychological trick.
Well, they diverted your attention.
They knew the machines were going to change votes.
They knew you were going to watch them change votes on TV.
They wanted you to go after that, because they could make fools of you to vote after that.
They had answers for those.
What you didn't know was they coded the database.
They created 300,000 fakes that you couldn't find.
And even if you looked, you wouldn't know they were there.

I could be the bad actor in the board of election.
And I know what I'm doing.
I'm stealing this election.
I'm stealing the blind.
But all the other officials, it looks legitimate.
Because I'm voting real records that apparently are real.
People are fictional.

So are you saying, in a perfect world, if LaRose would pay attention and do something about it, are you saying there's basically one or two people at the top that are doing this whole thing?
Is that... No, a very small group.
Who knows about it?
Well, Andrew Burkett found out about it.
Okay, now I've been working with the Mendenhall Law Firm in Akron.
Okay, with Thomas Conner, who's been working on this.
And Thomas Conner has been, he called me up one day.
He said, Dr. Corsi, I've got a paper here by Andrew Paquette, and it's cryptography.
And it's a number scheme.
And he's alleging that the New York State database has been manipulated by an NSA CIA code that disguises information.
He said, it's too complicated.
I don't, I can't, I want you to tell me if this is real or crazy.
Well, if you've studied my career, you have a realization that my mathematical skills are, I don't even understand them myself.
I, at St.
I took very, very, very advanced math.
And I never took another mathematics course in my life.
Didn't need to.
I visualized mathematics.
So I taught statistics and never took a course in it.
I ran randomized field experiments with the National Science Foundation and never took a course in research design.
Didn't need to.
I do extremely advanced math, intuitively.
And I have a hard time adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing correctly.
That is so interesting.
But I looked at this paper, I studied it for a week.
I actually got very deeply into cryptography because I'm also writing, working on Pearl
Harbor and the cryptography of the Enigma machine.
There'll be a book forthcoming on it.
It'll be as disruptive as my book on John Kennedy.
Because, in fact, we knew the Japanese were attacking.
We baited the Japanese into attacking.
And I can prove that.
Yeah, that's no brainer.
Okay, so, enough proving for the cryptography.
And again, it's probably not a good idea to oppose things.
Mueller thought he had me too.
But I would take his plea deal.
You'll remember.
And I told him, well, I don't have a tie with Julian Assange and you're going to put me in prison the rest of my life.
The jury in Washington, they'll convict me of lying.
Go ahead and do it.
They're not taking your plea deal to say I had a tie with Julian Assange because I didn't.
So I said, do you take your plea deal and shove it?
And they didn't indict me.
Had I taken the plea deal, I would have given them what they needed to go after, which, because it would be the tie to Assange that I admitted I had, which I didn't have.
I refused to lie.
They couldn't prove I had a tie to Assange because I didn't.
I figured it out on my own.
I saw it in Jeff Podesta's emails.
I told Roger Stull.
It sounded like I had a source.
I figured it out.
