All right.
Okay, now, Andrew Pickett is a computer genius.
He has worked in computer graphics much of his life.
He can visualize computer graphics based in topological space, which is a bending of surfaces, etc.
Very complicated mathematics.
At any rate, he has found that the New York State database, maintained by the New York State Board of Election, has had a number scheme applied to it so that the records are rearranged in a way that would facilitate voter fraud.
Okay, now I want to kind of show what a cipher is.
So for instance, if you take a look at the way records are supposed to come in, just naturally, the first record comes in first, it gets number one.
Second number comes in second, it gets number two.
But that's not the way they do it in New York.
In New York, the counties Collect the data and then give it to the state, and the state begins sequentially going through each county and applying a state board of education next number to that county.
And hopefully it comes out even at the end.
But at any rate, they have saved themselves a lot of trouble of doing over again things that are already done.
Let's show you how the algorithm fundamentally works.
If we look at the center of these numbers here, the ones in the center right here, You can see that the CID number, the county ID number, is incrementing by one.
So they're assigning state board election IDs by the county IDs.
But when they come in, you find out that, for instance, the ranking of them is not normal.
Okay, right here is the center.
Take a look at the CID numbers.
County IDs are coming in, and they're in sequence.
But if you notice over here, number 8, the State Board of Election ID number, number 8 is 396, and for 7, 396.
Then the next one is 8507.
That's an addition of 1111 to the 6285 to make 7396.
The next one is 8507. That's an addition of 1111 to the 6285 to make 7396.
And they add them with the 1111s for a period of time. They come to a break number,
and then this 1112 is a break number, and they start the process over again.
Now, what you're seeing here is a addition of a mathematical addition to alter the State Board of Election ID number from the date that was registered.
So, as you look here, you can see we've got, you know, 23rd register, 25th, 26th, 27th.
But the numbers are widely off, and the years are wildly off.
So this does not make sense.
Except that it makes sense when you look at the addition of an algorithm.
This is what they're doing.
So it's kind of like saying, I do the example, I say, okay, well, you know, your children are born, first child's your first born, second child's your second born, third child's your third born.
So my third born was such and such, was really good with baseball or whatever.
But you identify their children by the sequence in which they're born.
Now you go to the state and the state says, well, first child's number one, second child's number 12.
Third child's number 23, fourth child 34, fourth 45, 56.
Cause they're adding 11 to each of your children to get to the next number.
I take these lozenges I've got, I've had COVID and when I talk a lot in the day, it seems to act up.
Anyway, here we go.
So what this means is you can say, well, look, wait a minute.
I don't have 56 kids.
What do you do now?
And so we've inserted kids in between your kids, and your kids are no longer in the number sequence in which they were born in the database.
And by the way, maybe the couple of kids we added are not yours.
They're somebody else's.
Because what they've done is by this scheme, they've opened up The State Board of Election ID number, so it's not in a one-to-one correspondence when you registered.
It means they can insert other data that looks real.
Not all this data is real.
We're gonna see some of this is made up, but it looks real.
So if you were going along and you say, well, I want number 25, request a mail-in vote, Then its number ends in 329.
A ballot would be presented, mail-in ballot, with the ending 329.
It'll be voted and certified because the two match.
Now, point number two is that this is just the starting point of what they do.
A very basic starting point.
Because when you get more elaborately into this, that's not enough.
They have to do more.
Multiple records are created for multiple voters.
These are like echo voters, or they're like clone voters.
And you can see that the dates are different a little bit.
This is one, different residential address, different from the other residential addresses, different districts.
And yet, the signature, which is electronic, the pixels match the signatures on each of these records.
Those three cloned records, slightly different information, same person, same pixel signature.
That's, again, another obvious indication of a fraud.
Wouldn't be immediately obvious unless you search the database and found these.
Okay.
Because it has its own legitimate, apparently legitimate, state board of election ID number, and if it requested a mail-in vote and got it, it would look real.
Okay, so here we find this is Arthur Morello, and he's got 23 different registrations, and they vary where they are.
We're saying, okay, and Looks like they registered all the people in the state with Morello last name.
That's interesting.
Why?
Arthur Morello turns out to be an identity theft.
Turns out to be one of the people most notorious in the New York, New Jersey area for having committed credit card fraud, etc.
And they just decided to add him into the database as kind of a joke.
Plus everybody in the state named after him.
Ah, we could even add the identity theft guy.
Okay, now when you see this kind of manipulation of the data, what you know is that there's something nefarious going on.
And you might not know exactly what nefarious is going on, but you know it's not right.
And so that's kind of your starting point.
We're not drawing conclusions yet, we're just starting in the analysis.
Okay, but when something like this is not right, and it bears the concern of the problems that we are saying, well, you know, why is this database altered when it shouldn't be altered?
There's no reason to alter a state database and vote, just do it right.
Well, you're going to alter it because you want to place false records that can be voted, and you want to get away with it.
Okay, now when we examine how all of this is done and utilized, go back to the original paper.
Okay, so now when you're going with all of this, you end up with a bunch of records that are falsified.
And here they are in the center column.
They all look legitimate.
The birthdays are scattered all over the place.
See that in the center column.
But nobody's gonna look at the birthdays.
They're just going to look at the numbers that are voted, and the numbers appear to be legit.
So even a state board of election examiner is not going to recognize this necessarily as a fraud unless you do a forensic analysis of the actual votes and go back and find people in the community, which they're probably not going to do.
Okay, so these rep units, they can add a variety of them, and it makes it difficult to know Where things are when they sort them back into the database.
Here's another cipher.
So they take the first three letters of the alphabet and put it at the, move it down.
So X, Y, Z become the numbers added to the beginning of the next alphabet sequence.
And this means you are placing the cards back into the deck so only you can find them.
Because you know where they're located.
Others don't.
M, that's the Caesar Cipher.
There's a rearrangement pattern which can be discerned.
Now, when you put all this together, that's a very suspicious handling of a database that should be squeaky clean.
It varies in Ohio counties.
When you look at it, it's Huron County, by Toledo.
Not very populated.
We'll see it again.
Not a lot of cheating value.
It's done right.
Here's your independent variable.
When you come in to register, independent variable, the number you get, straight line.
Come in first, you get number one.
Come inside, you get number two.
Not complicated.
Legit.
Now, we go over by Youngstown and see how the scattergram, this just says, this goes through the first 10,000 cases, the first 1,000 cases.
And shows you where they are in the graph.
They're all clustered in one quadrant.
That's a mathematical manipulation.
Okay, and then as it gets fuller, it pulls in the density in that quarter.
So they're stacking all the votes in one quarter.
That's obvious indication of numerical alteration.
And why are they doing it?
They're doing it because, again, they want to be able to find and use votes that are illegitimate for mail-in voting.
And what the ramifications of this are is that the voting fraud is occurring at the headquarters.
So the political scientist that could run the entire election Know the votes I wanted to produce as I went along.
Know when I wanted to stop it.
How many votes I needed to get over the top.
And my machine would do the voting.
It wouldn't matter who voted how.
And it could certify.
Now this is a very frightening scenario because it means a small group of people can control the entire election with knowledge that Is of codes and code breaking and hiding and cheating.
Now.
What do we do with this?
Next week I'm going to be in Ohio.
It's been two weeks in Ohio.
I'm going to work to get this known throughout the state.
Saying this can't be.
Can't do this.
Can't let this happen.
That can become a national story.
It's prima facie evidence of malfeasance.
What I want C.R.I.P.
to do is show you the website.

Got all the data on it.
It's got paper, PowerPoint presentation, our mission statement, Scroll down, you're able to donate.
You're also going to be able to send in a check.
We're putting that up right now.
It's actually one mail and a check.
We're going to start a national campaign on this.
I'm going to interface with other groups.
We're going to get our database with their databases, our donors with their donors.
We're trying to launch a national campaign on this to show that our voter Records at the State Board of Election are not reliable.
You can't have an election where they're not reliable.
Now, will I succeed?
I don't know.
We're going to raise the issue.
And we're going to raise the issue before the election, so we don't have to call a certified election false.
Because this election, even if run false, could be certified.
That's the frightening part of this.
We're not going to say we have proof that this was ever even used.
So we want to know.
And I'll probably stay in Ohio for a considerable period of time, working in the state, and the vice presidential candidate for the GOP is in the state.
A lot of people are going to be up for election in the state.
We're trying to develop this into a political issue.
If we do that, we can, I think, Undercut the last step, which the Democrats will use, which will be to try to steal the election with mail-in voter fraud.
Why they wanted Kamala Harris, because conceivably her numbers are closer than Biden's and would make sense.
Oh, the surge, we had a left surge at the end.
The left woke up and decided to rescue Kamala.
It's all a narrative and a lie.
It's a carefully constructed narrative lie.
And we're laying it out.
That's going to get deeper.
And we're going to have more information here as we do.
I want you to follow it.
I want you to share it.
It's a little complicated, but it's going to be worth the effort.
I think this will unify the whole movement of voter integrity, and we're going to work with others in their states.

A couple of discussions with him, as a matter of fact.
Now we're finding something in Ohio.
This can't be the only two states we've talked about this.
No.
We're finding it in 13.
Right.
13, you say there may be.
And you're right.
How in the...
The idea of trying to steal the election is the easy way by changing the rules and everything.
Well, that's not going to fly this time.
A lot of states have rescinded the COVID rules.
So basically the left can't pull it off that way.
But yeah, put a bug somewhere in the computer system, put a bug somewhere in an algorithm, or put some kind of a fancy barely detectable algorithm somewhere along the line.
You can chisel your way through almost anything if you do that.
Well, I think it's going to be one of the major tests of the election this time.
I think if we don't have a fair election this time, we've lost the Republic.
And I think the Democrats will not rescind or show favor or pace or anything else they're going to press.
And so therefore, we're going to have to press as well.
Right, and I'm not worried about people whining about confidence in the elections after finding some of this out, because once you find this out, and this gets hopefully cleaned up, maybe there will be some actual confidence in the elections.
I still say we never had these problems with the mechanical voting machines.
Much more less likely.
Right.
Didn't take days to count the results either, now did it?
No.
We don't have election day, we have election season!
I'm going to wrap this up because I wanted this just to be a preview of where we're going over the next couple weeks.
In the end, God always wins.
God's going to win here, too.
