We've got Todd Callender with us.
Todd has been doing a lot of research on the World Health Organization, and I've met him through Stephen Frost Group, which is an international group of doctors that work internationally on COVID and dealing with the ethics of COVID and the ethics of the medical profession in dealing with COVID.
Todd, runs an international investment firm
and has become an expert in World Health Organization, though neither he nor I are medical doctors.
We both have been studying it from the point of view of the implications for politics, for world governance,
the threat to democracy, the threat to freedoms.
The World Health Organization is attempting, it certainly appears like they're staging
another power grab and world shutdown.
Now, Todd, how did you first get into being interested in what the World Health Organization was up to?
Great story.
By the way, I'm in the insurance business.
We have to invest in things, but I'm not in the insurance business.
So this story goes back to the mid-1990s when my family acquired the intellectual property rights to a needle-free mass vaccination device.
My job as the only lawyer in the family was to get this device through the FDA process the investigative new device process and when we studied who does most Vaccines in the world per capita turned out to be Cuba which was very fortunate for us because We didn't have 500 million dollars to do the IND process the United States and so at the time Cuba was an enemy nation of the United States and And so I applied to the U.S.
government for a license to go there and do our clinical field trials under an exemption in law that did exist.
Nobody else had taken advantage of it.
And our government granted me the very first license to go and do business in Cuba with the government and otherwise.
I was literally the only guy authorized to be there.
The point of me telling you that is I spent three years doing clinical trials in Cuba and as a function of that, part of my job became opening Cuba to the rest of the world and I brought the WHO into Cuba.
I know these guys.
I also brought in Pfizer and other pharmaceutical companies and introduced them to the highest
levels of the Cuban government.
So when you say studying the WHO, that's not exactly right.
I know them.
I've been doing business with them for more than 20 years in one way or another.
My family still owns the company and does what are called collaborations on a large scale
with various vaccine manufacturers around the world.
It's also for that reason that I sued the US Department of Defense, Health and Human Services, and the FDA.
It was the first lawsuit to try and stop the shots, particularly in the military.
Why?
Because I knew that all of the mRNA shots that they were proposing to give had been tested for the last 20 years of my family's company and all the test animals died.
So I couldn't sit by idly.
I'm, you know, an insurance executive by day, but I am a lawyer at heart.
I'm trained as a lawyer and whatnot.
I hadn't tried a case in 20 years.
It didn't matter.
We had one military plaintiff who was willing to file a lawsuit against the DOD at all, and I was the only federally qualified lawyer in the small group of people discussing this, and so I filed the first uh... complain in fact temporary restraining order against
us do d because of my experiences with the w h o and five sir
uh... and and the gangsters in the uh... vaccine business they they
they'd be effectively jerry the secretary of defense
said he he was going to force all one point four million active duty service
members to take a known poison they knew all the test animals died
because i provided them the evidence including the polyethylene glycol
evidence that had never been used in humans before.
So we filed a temporary restraining order trying to stop him from doing the order.
Instead, they went full steam ahead.
The DOJ has fought beyond this along with the rest of our government for three years.
We've went all the way to the Supreme Court.
And in so doing, we've put a lot of evidence into the official record, including oral arguments in 2023, if memory serves.
Has the Supreme Court made a decision?
Yes, they did.
So the issue I put before them is something we discovered in the process.
That our military has been genetically modifying soldiers under a special and secret memorandum from the Attorney General in 2005.
That's one Donald Rumsfeld.
And that memorandum states that you don't have to provide the soldiers informed consent rights.
They need only know that they could be genetically modified.
And so that became the standard for a biological license application in the FDA and DOD arena.
And so it sent me on this journey to understand how far along genetic modification of humans had been and we discovered that that's exactly what this was.
The shots are gene modification shots and according to existing U.S.
case law By the Supreme Court in 2013, Molecular Pathology vs. Myriad Genetics, the people that got the shots, the mRNA shots specifically, are now a new slave species.
They are the chattel property of the patent holders, and that's what I put in front of the court.
I said, you can't own people.
It violates our 13th Amendment.
This is your decision.
We want you to reverse it, modify it, affirm it, whatever it is you're going to do.
And the Supreme Court on a 5-4 decision said, we're not going to hear your case.
You're not going to get your day in court.
They dismissed it.
It's amazing to me that the Supreme Court didn't hear the case.
remains to this date.

The whole issue here of gene modification, what's the point of it?
Why does the government want to modify our genes?
To own the product, to own the synthetic product.
That is the holding on page 6 of the Myriad case.
It states that use of mRNA specifically to effectuate gene modification creates in the synthetic product thereof belonging to the patent holders.
So, here in March 13, 2020, President Trump declared a national emergency, followed immediately by a public health emergency by our Secretary of Health and Human Services, followed immediately by a declaration of six magic words under international law.
A declaration of a public health emergency of international concern.
Those six words incorporate, they call upon, they effectuate the 2005 international health regulations and the effect of that is that human rights, not just constitutional rights, those are also suspended, human rights are suspended around the world.
How do we know that?
Because Article 7 of both the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights and of the International Convention on Human Rights along with the Nuremberg Codex all state you can't experiment on people unless you get their informed consent.
Those are three UN conventions.
That's international law.
Those are human rights guaranteed by international law and they were suspended.
Globally.
Pursuant to, effectively, treaty obligations, even though the 2005 International Health Regulations are not a proper treaty.
They are treated as such, they were employed as such, and every nation on this planet effectively, pursuant to those agreements, poisoned their citizens!
Poisoned and turned them into, those that survived it, into a slave species.
When you say slave species, be more precise, how were they a slave species?
Because.
Genetic modification of a genome.
Results in something man-made, something synthetic.
It's hardly any different than Monsanto, genetically modified corn.
They own the corn.
And if that corn, you know, goes to, you know, from a Monsanto farmer's property onto a nearby, you know, neighbor's property and grows, that corn still belongs to Monsanto.
And frankly, the farmer who didn't want to farm that corn is now liable for violating Monsanto's licensing.
It's a remarkable concept.
The same applies pursuant to the molecular pathology myriad case that use of mRNA to effectuate gene
modification in people results in a new species a synthetic product of the gene modification
That synthetic product according to that case is owned by the patent holders
period It's a remarkable concept. I mean, it's it's like it's so
there are no rights This is the point, Doctor.
The human rights were taken away with these declarations of Public Health Emergency of International Concern, and they were never coming back because the people that got the shots now aren't human.
They're not availed human rights evermore.
There are new species our government named in 2021.
They named them Borg.
It's in the NASA Langley research paper on fifth-generation warfare.
It's on page two.
Borg, bots, and people.
Meaning that they have separated it out into three different classes.
So this was envisioned, this was planned.
We have extraordinary evidence from the army and other elements of our government, and the British and German governments, how they had planned to genetically modify, not just troops, but people.
And they contemplate therein, in these plans, that those people would be property.
And then they question, far into the future, well, I wonder if they should have some rights?
What if we, you know, what if we kill them?
What if they, you know, malfunction and we turn them off?
Does that have a legal impact?
So they've already thought of this, they've already thought of the synthetic product as being their personal property, their chattel property.
And some people will argue that along came an act, I don't remember which senator provided it, it was 2011, it was the Leahy Act, that said, hey, you can't own people.
Okay, the problem with that is that act only applies to patents after 2011 and it only applies to the U.S.
government in terms of funding the Commerce Department's Patent Office.
Beyond that, it doesn't say anything.
And the patents that we're talking about here On the synthetic genetic modification of people, those patents are under the World Patent Office.
These are worldwide patents, not US patents.
They might have US patents, but those predate 2011 anyway.
In other words, this was a plan.
Doctor, the plan was to either kill Or transform 7 billion people on this planet.
How do we know that?
Because they wrote it down in the 1994 Cairo Population Accords, and the Agenda 21 thereafter.
And these accords were part of, I mean, these are... Yes!
These are international health rules... The UN Convention!
And we're part of that convention.
That's right.
This is what we call international law, which is almost illusory in many respects, because there isn't an international being, except that there is.
It's a non-governmental organization we call the United Nations, and while there are bilateral and multilateral treaties, UN conventions are considered binding international law to the parties who sign them.
And our government has agreed as well as many others.
You know, this all came from a Kissinger memo, Henry Kissinger memo of 1973, if memory serves, where he says, the world's overpopulated, it's going to get, you know, woefully worse overpopulated.
We need to do something immediately to curb it, including sterilizing people.
And that's exactly what happened.
If you look at Gardasil, That is required of all childbearing girls in the United States of America.
They can't go to school without it.
Guess what?
It has sterility compounds.
How do I know?
Because we tested it.
It is designed to make people sterile.
So we are in the middle of a eugenics program right now to transform or kill the entire planet.
It's an amazing thought.
The idea that this is in the International Accords and that we've agreed to it It means that the United States no longer has sovereignty.
Exactly!
And this was also part of the plan, Doctor.
So what happens on January 10 of 2023?
Our president, and I mean air quotes, small p intentional, goes to Mexico City along with Mr. Trudeau and meets with Mr. Obrador, and they make the Declaration of North America.
Our president puts this as an executive order.
And while he had no authority to do this, he dissolved our nation with his Declaration.
No different than the Declaration of Independence, he had a Declaration of North America, which is a disillusion of our nation.
No more borders.
The next week, what'd you have?
Alejandro Mayorkas, who doesn't even have an oath of office.
He didn't bother.
Welded the gates open.
Right?
So now we've got this area that is ill-defined.
We have no flags to point out where our property ends and begins.
We got nobody to defend it.
Who in our government Who on the Supreme Court, who in our legislature said, hey Mr. Biden, you don't have the authority to do that?
Not one.
Not a single one.
And it's not reported.
No one reports any of this.
It was completely non-reported.
There was no press coverage on it.
And it happened.
So our nation is dissolved for all intents and purposes, which goes along with the fact that we did FOIA requests, Freedom of Information Act requests, on the cabinet level positions in our government today.
Not one of them has a valid oath of office.
The Attorney General of the United States, he doesn't even have an appointment date.
That's the number one law enforcement officer in the United States.
It's not sworn or notarized.
And then you get guys like Mayorkas or the Secretary of Treasury, Janet Yellen.
They couldn't be bothered to comply with the law.
It's 5 U.S.C.
3331 and 3332.
It says within 30 days of your appointment, you must make a written sworn declaration, an oath to your country.
And none of them did it.
Surprise, surprise, nobody objects then when Mr. Biden gives away our borders in January 10th of 2023.
It is the plan, good sir, and we are in the midst of this plan.
It's happening right now.
It seems like no matter who I sue, we served that Rick Quaranto on the U.S.
Attorney.
He didn't bother to answer it.
They're all in on it, doctor.
All of them, the judiciary, the legislature, the cabinet, they're all in on it.
None of them took an oath of office then.
That's what I'm telling you.
Not one single person in the federal cabinet, not one of them, has a valid oath of office, including Mrs. Harris.
Well, I've seen the National Security Memo.
It's a National Security Memorandum 200 that Kissinger wrote and signed.
And I've got a copy of it.
Now, what was the declaration that was signed in Mexico?
It's called the Declaration of North America, January 10, 2023.
It's an executive order.
Type it in.
Declaration of North America will pop right up.
That's amazing.

And predated, by the way.
It's preceded.
by the Declaration of Los Angeles, which is the design of La Raza.
You speak Spanish, you know that means the race.
It is the reestablishment of Mexico's territorial boundaries to where they were prior to the U.S.-Mexican War.
That means all of California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, and half of Colorado will go back to Mexico as territory, seemingly as a province.
Such is it declared In the Declaration of Los Angeles.
Again, these are agreements, these are declarations made by our government!
By the head of our government!
And who, who in the entirety of our government said a word?

So my law partner Dave Wilson, he's a former JAG lawyer, said, why don't we just take these templates that we've already created, there's seven of them, and let's educate the military guys, the troops, how to file their own Criminal complaints, Article 138 complaints, Inspector General complaints, Nuremberg notices, and exemptions from the shots for religious or medical reasons or otherwise.
We did that.
They created little schools inside the military in terms of every branch and the rat lines went into effect.
Bang!
To the point where they papered the holy hell out of the DoD and they stopped the single biggest killing machine the planet has ever known.
400,000 troops stood up and said no, we're not doing it.
It took one man to stand, doctor.
That was one Dan Robert who said I will stand against the DOD.
We filed suit and next thing you know there's a there's a revolution of sorts happening where troops are saying I'm not going to follow an illegal order and I'm sure as hell not taking you damn poison.
The effect of that was That they all now understand that they were fragged or attempted to be fragged.
The military leadership lost their trust from their troops.
So when Tedros Adhanom who has given on to himself the authority to dictate how our DoD will enforce his edicts.
This is all according to law I think you would have seen my presentation to the Croatian Parliament.
The point is the US military is not going to be his mercenaries.
Because they already understand what the deal is because we poisoned the well.
Our mission from here on out is to make sure that our law enforcement also understand that because they're the next enforcers.
So if we frustrate the first line, which is the troops, frustrate the second line, which is the Leos, then the UN et al, the gangsters who are trying to kill everybody, will be forced to use mercenaries as they did with the truckers in Ottawa.
The problem is I think they only have four white C-141s full of troops.
The mercs are harder to come by these days.
Well, I'm looking at the Los Angeles Declaration of Migration and Protection.
It's right on the website.

I beg you to look up also the Declaration of North America.
The date of that is really important, by the way.
January 10, 2023 is 60 years to the day after the Communist Manifesto was read into the Congressional Record, otherwise known as the Naked Communist.
There are 45 action items to change the United States into a Communist nation according to the Naked Communist that was read into the record.
Item number 13 of which says, eliminate oaths of office.
So I don't think it's by any coincidence whatsoever that not a single member of our cabinet has an oath of office.
And we have a project that's called Project Proper Oath.
Lisa McGee, my paralegal researcher, is now finding out who in the states, what sheriffs, What police chiefs, what politicians have a valid oath of office, and the results are absolutely astonishing.
This is how we know who the good guys and the bad guys are, right?
Why do we have oaths?
Because, dating back to the Revolution and more recently with the Civil War, we had people at odds with each other.
The North wins.
How do you know the South guys are going to work in favor of the government?
You have to get an oath of office with a punishment for violating it.
If they don't swear the oath of office, Doctor, Then can you prosecute them for treason and sedition?
And the answer is probably not because you're missing a critical element of the crime that you must prove.
You can't prove they had a duty unless they swear an oath to do that duty.
That's why there isn't a freaking sworn oath of office by anybody in this cabinet because they are committing treason and sedition all day every day and they freaking know it.
Well, I'm looking at the Declaration of North America right now on the White House website.
It's January 10th, 2023.
Like you said, it's Obrador, Biden, and Trudeau, Mexico City.
And it's the 10th North American Leaders Summit.
I had thought they discontinued those.
I was opposing these with the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.
And they did six pillars.
They agreed upon region, now they're declaring North America to be a region.
That's right.
And the principles are diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Two, climate change and the environment.
Three, competitiveness.
Four, migration and development.
Five, health.
And six, regional security.
Wow, where have I heard those before?
Yeah, right.
These are all the fundamental pillars of WOLC.
And Agenda 21, the agenda for the 21st century, which ensconces this 1994 Cairo Population Accords, 1992 Rio Climate Accords.
All of those are created as excuses for the elimination of humanity.
We had the war on drugs.
We had the war on terror.
Both of those had unidentifiable enemy targets.
Could be anybody.
Now we've got the war on viruses and they used public health as a means to suspend any chance of redress, any chance to stop it globally through civil means otherwise known as the courts and the legislative process.
We have no rights whatsoever and they're not going to give them back.
How do I know?
Because on the 20th of March 2020 our government declared a Marburg pandemic.
That's one of the listed diseases Look it up for yourself.
42 CFR part 1771.
When the magic words public health emergency are uttered, that law replaces our Constitution.
It replaces everything.
It is the invocation of medical martial law.
All your rights are gone!
Right?
And that is the substitute law that says they can involuntarily treat you, detain you, lock you up, they can do whatever they want to do because you have no rights.
That was invoked March 20 of Memory Service 2020 and it doesn't expire until when?
2028 because in December last our government said there's another Marburg pandemic!
Marburg being a hemorrhagic fever where people bleed out of their orifices and fall over dead.
Where in the United States have we seen any reports of people bleeding out of their orifices, falling over, dead nowhere?
However, in Colorado, our government right now is giving people an Ebola, an experimental Ebola slash Marburg vaccine.
Why?
Because they built level 4 biolabs doing gain-of-function research in Colorado.
Right, so the public health authorities are now getting shots where the propaganda, the insert to this shot says 31% of the people that get it are going to shed Marburg or Ebola proteins.
Which means spread the disease.
That's right.
That's what it means.
And the World Health Organization is now forming what they're calling a treaty But they're also rewriting these international rules.
Yes.
Which we already agreed to.
They don't need a treaty.
This is the point, Doctor.
Look, they're just doing this to kind of finish up, tidy up the paperwork.
They already agreed all of this.
You know, through 2019 through 2023, the responsibility for public health was moved to the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, according to the very same Amendments to the International Health Regulations, they're calling a treaty.
It grants on to Tedros Adhanom, the director of the World Health Organization, plenary power to control our military, to enforce his edicts, his public health edicts, anywhere in the world.
So for a mere snuffle alone in Timbuktu, he can send the US military to go eradicate that disease.
If it happens to mean eradicating the person that has the disease, so be it.
Todd and I have agreed to write a book together on this.
This is the most shocking information I've heard maybe in my lifetime.
I've been fighting this since 2010, the Security and Prosperity Partnership in North America.
We got pushed to close that down.
But now they've obviously continued the North American peace meeting.
They never stopped.
They never stopped.
What they did is they shut off the public discussion of it.
That's right.
That's right.
They made it so that it was behind closed doors.
And here we go again, right?
Now we have...
The makings of a Marburg pandemic.
There are Marburg committees and councils already in place.
There are Marburg PCR tests already made.
We're already in a Marburg pandemic.
It's been legally declared in the United States of America, and now they're infecting people with Marburg and Ebola viral hemorrhagic fever proteins.
What do we expect is going to happen, given that everybody's terrified about Mr. Trump taking over again?
Are we going to have elections again, or are we going to have another lockdown?
Our rights don't exist now anyway unless we take them.
We have to stand and assert them because if we don't, if we are apathetic, we are dead!

Well, the fighting has got to be, I mean, look, the First, we've got to get the information out.
People have got to understand this.
We've got to get this into people's heads that this is happening.
The World Health Organization can declare anything to be a pandemic.
It's not even clear that the... Anything.

It's mere suspicion alone is the legal standard.
They could say climate change is a health hazard and declare it.
They have.
They've already done it.

They've already done it.
Where do they do that?
Well, in Canada last year, a doctor made a diagnosis of death as being caused by climate change.
And since that point in time, the WHO has been very vociferous in recent times that climate change is responsible for disease outbreaks around the world.
So here we go again.
Now the war is on viruses, which, by the way, a lot of our expert witnesses say may or may not exist.
Right?
May or may not exist, but there's a war on viruses, and guess what?
We all have that virus, and so we must also be eradicated.
They're giving themselves simply the legal justification to finish the job they started, which was either the mass democide or transformation of 7 billion or more people on this planet.
And they've given themselves the authority to do that.
Where exactly does one seek redress if there is none in your own government?
Well, you go to a neighboring government and say, hey, we've got things going on over here that can't be because we've got human rights.
And you would expect another country to stand up and say, yeah, we've got to enforce human rights.
We all signed the same treaties guaranteeing human rights, except that All of them that signed the 2004 International Health Regulations, that's 194 nations, agreed that we're not going to hold each other responsible.
If you kill your own citizens in the process of treating them and depriving them from ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, if you happen to kill your people or you pay your hospitals to kill your people, none of us are going to hold each other accountable.
In fact, we're going to grant immunity and they did so in the PrEP Act.
What's the PrEP Act?
It's the 2020, I have to remember the name, but effectively it was the means by which Marburg protocols were put in there for spending and also immunity granted to any and all parties that have any part in the COVID countermeasures.
They define them as COVID countermeasures.
So if you were a The pharmacist at Walmart, you gave, you know, shots to people, you are immune to prosecution absent a very high legal standard that must be overcome.
And I think we can overcome that, but it doesn't matter.
The point of which is they've granted each other and themselves immunity.
You take a court action against our government or Walmart for causing, you know, vaccine injury and the motion to dismiss happens right away.
We're immune under the PrEP Act.
Well, again, it would be very hard to prove fraud, which I think is the only way you can get by that.
It's intentional.
You have to prove malintent.

Which I think we can do, by the way.
We have the evidence to support that.
Well, that's going to be a major... We've got to focus on that whole issue because all these agreements are in place.
And the World Health Organization is talking about disease X. They're talking about disease X already.

There's so much here in terms of Ebola and Marlboro, Marburg, These are hemorrhagic fevers.
They're very deadly, and they spread by contact.
So they're basically highly contagious.

The problem is the TARS device.

That was genetically modified to include the proteins from Marburg, Ebola, Staphylococcus, and E. coli, amongst others.

This combination of, I've been writing about this since 2020, when I took a look and found out that Fauci and others had patents on the glycoprotein.

And then I noticed they had, these come in through a particular receptor, the ACE receptor, which comes in through the heart and the lungs.
But there's another set of HIV diseases that come in through, and they come in through a different receptor.

So you combine these diseases into one, then you've got a much more lethal product.

And by the way, on top of that, the mCherry glycoprotein you speak of has properties of optogenetics.
It means that it can start and stop somebody's heart, depending on what light frequency you expose it to.
And so once you get these different, they're not vaccines, No, they're bioweapons.

They're weapons platforms, and they're designed to genetically modify you, to alter the fundamental structure.

The IEEE, whereby part of the genetic modification is to make people's bodies available for harnessing for power production.
How and why?

One is it's almost like science fiction.

What they take is the little devices that you put on yourself to monitor your insulin, your Fitbit, your phone.
We found this, by the way, sorry Doctor, we already saw the testing facility here.
It was in the military test.
44,000 service members of the family.
C459-1001 was the test.
They use these devices, what's called an in-touch e-diary, to read the bio rhythms of the victims of those 44,000 shots.
And they sent that data in real time to Israel through the 5G network, right?
Through this cell phone network.
The company in Israel laundered the data.
They hid 1,200 deaths and an 81% spontaneous abortion rate.
And they sent the clean data back to who?
Pfizer, the FDA, and the DoD.
And they used it as the basis to say safe and effective.
The Mercy Use Authorization was based on that study.
Lo and behold, six months later, we had the post-marketing study done by Pfizer.
It was forced to be released pursuant to a FOIA legal action.
I think it was, um, I can't remember who it was.
Anyway, the point of which is it happens.
We now have a chance to see what happened to those 44,000 people.
Lo and behold, 30 pages in, Appendix 1, 1,291 new diseases affected those people.
1,291 of them, one-third of which are genetic modification diseases, including the number one, 1P36 gene deletion syndrome.
Why is that interesting?
Because that's what regulates your frontal cortex.
What do we see with VAX people?
They can't think.
In the military, they can't get through the flight training program.
Why?
Because they've been vexed and their one p36 gene is gone.
That's a congenital disease, but that's a side effect of these shots.
There are 1290 other side effects, new diseases for the people that took those shots.
And it's just becoming, and people don't realize when they get sick what the cause of it is.
And I'm sure a lot of this is not properly diagnosed, because the doctors don't know.

Well, this is huge.
Okay, so one of our expert witnesses, one Lieutenant Colonel Teresa Long, trained as a flight surgeon in the Army, but also went through Fort Detrick's bioweapons program, right?
She knows this.
She testifies that it would take months, if not years, to design all of the tests, to test for 1291 serious adverse events, 1291 new diseases, one-third of which doctors have never heard of.
And I mean that legitimately.
One third of which doctors had never heard of in their practice.
No, I mean some of the stuff which you could read in the medical literature.
is completely newly invented.
I mean, for instance, putting together two diseases in one shot that will modify your genes is, that's not the way nature works.
That's right.
That's the way nature works.
And some of the early studies that came out, and these studies were suppressed on the COVID, were saying that these sequences do not occur in nature.
That's right.
It actually mapped some of the HIV sequences into the SARS a virus. And the other thing about pandemics are that, you
know, in the history of the human race, there's never been a disease that's killed everybody,
obviously. We're still here.
Typical virology, and virology as a part of medicine, has been suppressed,
because virology would say that we need to expose ourselves and improve to diseases,
improve our immune system and survive.
But that's dealing with viruses that occur in nature.
Bio-weapons, you can't expose people to them because there's no way that the immune system can react, especially if the immune system has already been damaged by a prior shot.
That's right.
Worse, I think, in so much that these bioweapons were designed to create something called continuous commercial production.
That is, these bodies are being used as factories to produce spike proteins.
They brag about it in their materials, both Moderna and Pfizer.
We're reprogramming people to produce spike proteins.
That's not hidden.
Well, that is, in fact, not only the genetic modification, but that is the enslavement of somebody who is now being used as a factory to infect other people.
And the body, you know, sheds those.
That's right.
You know, even breathing and touching.
So, you know, this is the manufacturing of the disease through the human body mechanism.

And that is a form of slavery.
Yeah, because once you put a live spike protein in someone, it's going to replicate.

It replicates, it grows, and then it discharges out of the body.
The enslavement or the eradication of every human being on this planet.
If you shoot your dog in the head, did you commit murder?

Because homicide is the unlawful taking of a human life.
If you shoot a Homo Borg Genesis, which is what our government has named the new species, Borg for sure, but you find it in other places where they call it Homo Borg Genesis.

Humans are defined as Homo Sapien Sapien.

So we find this in page 67 of a human augmentation study that the Ministry of Defense, both in the United Kingdom and Germany, did together.
Two militaries did this together, said, you know, 67 pages in, after we genetically modify people to do these things, we turn them into super soldiers or whatever we want to turn them into, maybe we should think about what rights they have.

At some point in the future, they're going to think about it.
And not only that, but in 2021, our government passes something called the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act.
Gina, why would you need such an act if people weren't genetically modified?
Well, they're going to create different categories of these boards.
They're going to create different classes, and they'll be classed by your Genetic makeup and how it's been re-engineered.
And productivity.
And so what do we see now?
We see this giant surveillance matrix being put into place.
They are actually reprogramming in these shots, these Ebola shots and others.
They are using them as programming.
If you can imagine, I think you would have seen it.
Lisa, our researcher, found where ASCII 2 The computer language is actually used in the bacterium themselves, which are being introduced into people's bodies.
So they're harnessing people as cloud computing nodes, just like Bill Gates' patent says.
And this is the point.
We're hooked into the wireless body area network, the 5G system, and we're now all computers on top of all of that.
So again, tell me this isn't slavery.
Who asked you if you wanted to become a cloud computing node or battery?
Well, and then also a complete ability to trace everybody.

You get a new version, version 7.8, it also reprograms them.
And you look at the HHS's budget for 2024.
And in there is fascinating how much they spend what they plan on spending on monthly vaccinations.
I don't think they call it monthly but that's effectively what it is they're talking about.
I'd found one document some time ago that envisioned in the future people would have as many as 20,000 inoculations vaccinations during their lifetime.
So they've gone whole hog on transformation of our bodies into whatever tools they so desire.
They've already set aside the money.
They've already launched the campaign.
Now we've got the rest of it.
Look, at the end of the day, Doctor, the genie's out of the bottle.
They're going to have to finish their job or they will hang.
Well, if they put ASCII into the body... They did.
...then they've created a program, a functioning program in the body... That's right.
...that you can give directions to, just like you do with a computer.
And communicate with it already through the wireless system.

And, you know, this whole... You read Noah Harari, who says that human beings are useless.
He's admitted it, right?
He's already admitted all that they said they were going to do has already happened.

And the satanic nature of this is God appears to have had a dictum That before Satan enacts a plan, he's got to announce it.

Satan always tells what he's going to do.

Which means... They wrote it down.

And agreed it openly, the United Nations, UN conventions on this, that and the other.
The interesting part, I wanted to point something really important out as we go through this process of the book and documenting it.
Please pay close attention to something called the Bureau of Justice.
The Department of Justice, after the 2005 International Health Regulations were agreed by the U.S.
government, the DOJ created the Bureau of Justice such that upon the invocation of those magic words, a public health emergency, Four different responsibilities in the U.S.
government would become one.
They would become amalgamated.
Public health merged with law enforcement, merged with the judiciary, and corrections.
That's jails.
All four of them become one.
They all become under the Department, I'm sorry, the Bureau of Justice, Interchangeable.
They all have shared duties and obligations.
What did we see?
Right?
Hospitals were killing their patients.
I had a client where the hospital said they were going to kill my client.
They told me.
Their lawyer said, yeah, he's going to die here.
And I called the sheriff, or actually the police chief.
I said, hey, we want a health, safety, and welfare check on our client who's a patient at this hospital.
The cops show up and they arrest the wife.
You know who made the complaint?
That happened more than a million times more or less in both 2021 and 2022 and I think probably 2023.
I haven't seen the numbers yet.
But we have the CMS data to show that there was a bounty paid for the murder of hospital patients.
People were locked down.
You couldn't go to church.
You'd go to jail if you went to church, but go get a lap dance if you want.
That's fine.
That is, in fact, martial law, where things are just made up.
How and why?
Because they cut off any chance of redress.
Who would you call?
You know, if you're in the hospital and you can't get out and they're battering you, giving you remdesivir, and they're holding you against your will, who do you call?
The cops?
Cops are just, they tie you down.
That actually happened, by the way.
Okay, so let's file a lawsuit.
I did that in 2021.
We filed an emergency hearing in Texas and the hospital showed up and they threatened our judge with practicing medicine without a license.
And every other action I was involved in was dismissed.
So the judiciary was cut off.
Corrections why?
Because they're in the business of locking people up.
The law I cited 42 CFR part 70 and 71 says that they can involuntarily detain you indefinitely and that you have no rights of redress.
There is no court for you to go to.
This was so carefully planned it took not less than 50 years to get all the legal pieces in place to make sure there was no escape.
Well, there isn't any escape from this, except that it's so evil.
Evil and genius.
Criminally genius.
How many people did it take to create this, Doctor?
How many minds had to collaborate to destroy our species?
Or was this by artificial intelligence?
For some reason the gangsters that carry out these things can't vary from the playbook.
Is that because artificial intelligence already made the playbook and they can't think for themselves?

But I think it's a combination of things.
You can look back on how our institutes of health, CDC and the NIH, get authorization to be able to be paid on Patents.
And to nationalize patents.

It's all for the Federal Register is full of it.

And so once you put these pieces in place, there's others that logically follow.
That's right.
Once you start beginning to say, okay, now we've, you know, we've identified, we've decoded the DNA, so we can now do the double helix.
We can understand DNA.
Well now, okay, so now how do we alter DNA?
So now we begin doing that and then DNA producing RNA.
How do we alter, how do we get the RNA to re-engineer the body by giving it different instructions?
That's right.
Reverse transcriptase.
And the short answer is CRISPR-Cas9.
That's how.

That's how you do it.
So once they develop these tools and get this command over the fundamental blocks that build a human being, which are signals, they're language signals, they're energy signals, basically, in the body.
And they function according to certain codes and patterns and messages that are given out.
Once you understand those messages and re-architect them to be destructive instead of life-producing, you know, then you, the natural plan just evolves.
I mean, it's 2000 years ago.
You can read how long the Bible was written.
You can read, you know, signs of this understanding in the Bible that this was going to happen.

You know what, Doctor, you said that, and I just want to affirm this.
I want to reflect back to you the importance of what you just said.
I've been haunted from the very beginning of this fight, you know, all the way back to 2020 when they first started talking about this.
Matthew 13, 38 talks about the wheat and the tares.

We are in those days.
The tares are identifiable by their refusal to take an oath of office.
I think that's globally, by the way.
And the Weeder, you and me and a bunch of other really good people that are trying our level best to warn others and help them escape.
It's biblical.

And it's in the nature of who we are as human beings.
You know, I mean, we are fundamentally energy.

And when you get down to a final level, when you get down to, you know, subatomic levels and you finally go further, you get string theory.
And it's just basically Well, yes, in quantum particle physics.
Our government found and incorporated something called the Borg particle into what it is they served as hydrogel, meaning the components that make up not just the kill shots, the COVID ones, they're not putting them in insulin, lidocaine, everything else.
This particle, as I understand it, and parts that couple with it, engage with it, fade in and out of this dimension with exposure to the EMF radiation, different frequencies.
So, to your point, it's not just string theory, this is quantum physics also incorporated.
Well, quantum physics eliminates the need, space-time operates differently.
And this, and this is why they had to use cesium-137.
The atomic clock is a degradation of cesium.
It's that specific.
It only goes off by one second every 33,000 years or something like that, or a fraction of a second.
The point of which is the 5G system had to be harmonized and synchronized with every cloud computing node, otherwise known as Vaxperson, Holoboard Genesis.
And that's where we found the installation of the Cesium-137.
It's in most everybody now.
And the critical part of timing of the signals is 5G is all operating on the Cesium-137 signal.
Right, because it's a different operation time-space.
That's right.
Globally, all at the same time.
And it can impact things that occur at distances simultaneously without obvious... There you go.
It's taking action at a distance.
It's operating in quantum time.
Is that scalar wave technology?
Yes, it is.
And that's, again, biblically, this is fundamental to understanding reality or God.

And it posits the opposite immediately, because once you create the positive, the negative also has to exist.
Yes, yin and yang.

It's part of the logic of it.
So what we're talking about, when we talk about this being how many minds had to come together to do this, none.
It was already in existence.
The minds are just beginning to perceive it.
That makes sense.
It took none.
It was already there.
But now people are.
They cover this piece, they get the gene splicing, they get the CRISPR, they get this, and they begin to see what was there already.

Well, okay, so that begs the question, you know, what humans actually did the research, what humans actually played a role, and were they so apathetic or so stupid that they couldn't foresee how this would be used and abused against our species, especially when it was all written down?
Yeah, well, it's the basic problem of becoming God, researching things that make you become God, harnessing the powers of nature.
And that, well, there's positive ways they can do that.
There's also negative ways they can do it.
And now we're, now we're fully seeing the exploitation of the development, the manifestation of these negative powers.
And the question is turning it around.
And part number one is exposing it to people and showing them what it is and getting to understand this because, and it don't, so it's not going to be easy, but it's going to be, once it's done, The light bulb will go off and people will go on and people will see it.
I want to poison the well.
That's our mission.
We did it with the DOD.
We stopped the biggest killing machine the planet had ever known.
We can do this again.
We just have to do it globally.

It's the fundamental advanced medicine of good and evil that comes from the physics.

Our job is to make this understood.
And therefore, why it occurred and what it did.
