US Sends Fighter Jets to Gulf of Oman; BRICS Gold-Backed Currency Project Gains Speed
After Iran's attempted seizures of oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz and Gulf of Oman era, the U.S. is sending fighter jets and a Navy destroyer to the region to keep an eye on things. How did we get to this point where Iran felt free to take Western cargo ships? Will this be effective and what happens next? Dr. Jerome Corsi examines and answers these questions on the latest The Truth CentralMeantime, the BRICS countries have stepped up efforts to create their union's own gold-backed currency to compete with the currently-established fiats. Also:Russia targets Odesa for a 2nd nightHungary's PM says most of the world is "Tired of war"Empty government buildings abound in US cities and are a huge burden on taxpayersNASA finds evidence two early planets collided to form MoonThe 2015 major El Nino was predicted years in advance using a lunar cycleGet Dr. Corsi's new book with Swiss America CEO Dean Heskin, How the Coming Global Crash Will Create a Historic Gold Rush: https://www.thetruthcentral.com/how-the-coming-global-crash-will-create-a-historic-gold-rush/Follow Dr. Jerome Corsi on Twitter: @corsijerome1Our website: https://www.thetruthcentral.comOur link to where to get the Marco Polo 650-Page Book on the Hunter Biden laptop & Biden family crimes free online: https://www.thetruthcentral.com/marco-polo-publishes-650-page-book-on-hunter-biden-laptop-biden-family-crimes-available-free-online/Our Sponsors:MyVitalC: https://www.thetruthcentral.com/myvitalc-ess60-in-organic-olive-oil/Swiss America: https://www.swissamerica.com/offer/CorsiRMP.phpThe MacMillan Agency: https://www.thetruthcentral.com/the-macmillan-agency/Pro Rapid Review: https://prorrt.com/thetruthcentralmembers/RITA: https://members.sayrita.com/truthcentralreaders/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-truth-central-with-dr-jerome-corsi--5810661/support.
This is Dr. Jerome Corsi and today is Wednesday, it's July 19th, 2023.
Thank you for joining us on the truthcentral.com.
Our story today, the BRICS nations are meeting in South Africa and they are going to create
a gold-backed currency.
This is an important meeting they're having because it's bringing in additional countries into the BRICS nations, but additionally when they create a Gold currency, it's going to be fundamentally a major upheaval in the international financial situations.
Let me explain.
First of all, the BRICS nations represent about 3.2 billion people, 40% of the world's population, and it's a combined economic output nearly the size of the economy of the United States.
There's also many other countries who want to join, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Iran, Algeria, Argentina, and Kazakhstan.
So, this is a growing and going to be a very powerful economic force within a very short period of time.
Now, our freezing of the Russian currency and cutting Russia out of using the SWIFT system, which is a way of moving money internationally, in international trade, Uh, was a shock in terms of Russia wanting to find alternatives and set off alarm bells in many non-Western countries.
It reminded a number of them that holding U.S.
dollars is now a political risk.
We weaponized the dollar by sanctions against Russia.
The Biden administration probably shot itself in the foot.
So, what the international countries are doing, the BRICS, is they're restructuring international foreign reserves, holding fewer U.S.
dollars, switching to smaller currencies, but above all buying more gold.
Countries are going into gold and the central banks are buying it because it is a universal value.
And despite the currencies, the US currency is, I think, in great jeopardy right now because of all the dollars we've been printing.
And I think we're a Ponzi scheme where the Treasury issues debt and the Federal Reserve buys it.
And then we pay off the interest on the debt with more money that the Treasury creates and the Fed buys.
And countries have caught on.
So, it's going to take some difficulty to get away from the dollar in international trade, but the BRICS nations could establish a new bank funded by gold deposits from BRICS central banks.
The physically deposited gold holdings would be shown on the asset side of the BRICS bank's balance sheet.
And it could be dominated, for instance, BRICS gold, that could be the name of the currency, where one BRICS gold represents one gram of physical gold.
So the BRICS banks could then grant loans denominated in BRICS gold, for example, to exporters from BRICS countries and to importers of goods from abroad.
To fund the loans, the BRICS banks would be making a credit contract with the holders of BRICS gold.
So essentially, they're leveraging gold in order to have a much more stable currency, to use it in international trade, and to get away from dealing with the dollars.
Now, this is a major, major impact.
And I think it's going to be not largely appreciated by those who are not familiar with international trade.
And I'm finding that the BRICS countries are actually kind of a surprise, a really unknown surprise to Many who I would expect to be kind of filled in on this.
Please note also that in our center section now we have my two most recent books, How the Coming Global Crash Will Create an Historic Gold Rush.
There's a toll-free number there.
It's 800-520-6268.
That's Swiss America.
If you want to call and talk to them, which I encourage you to do, you can get a free copy of the book.
And the other one is my truth about energy global warming and climate change with links to Amazon.
It's now in paperback and I encourage people to read it if you really want to understand what's going on in climate, not being misled here by the carbon dioxide hoax.
Okay, now a couple more stories about war in the world.
The United States, we've just now sent jet fighters, F-16, to the Gulf.
This is the Gulf by Iran, because Iran has started attacking shipping in the Straits of Hormuz, right in the Gulf, outside of Iran.
So, all these events in the Straits of Hormuz, which is this very narrow passage that everyone has to go through to get out into the larger ocean currents, The attacks are on various Marshall Island flagged oil tankers.
One of those ships was hit, was approached by an Iranian naval vessel on July 5th and harassed.
U.S.
naval forces monitor this.
Then three hours later, tanker Richmond Voyager, which was flying under the flag of the Bahamas, also approached by an Iranian Naval vessel was 20 miles off the coast of Muscat in Oman and transiting international waters towards the Arabian Sea and Iran opened fire on the Raymond Voyager.
Now, Iran does this periodically when it's having increased attacks on ships, 10 attack aircraft.
So if we send jets, it's again, we're upping the ante to go to war with Iran.
And Iran is now in the process of developing a nuclear missile.
They're displaying the various missiles they have.
They've got quite an arsenal now.
I think Iran will shortly test its first nuclear weapon.
And I've been predicting since I wrote the Atomic Iran in 2005 and 2006, that we would see Iran develop a nuclear weapon.
And what Iran would do is it would seek to attack Israel.
So that's developing.
Now, one other aspect of the intense violence around the world, Russia for a second night attacked Odessa, which is a port, major port, in the Black Sea area on Ukraine.
And the problem is that Russia has said that they are not going to allow Ukraine to use ports in Crimea or any other ports to ship their grain into world markets.
Now this is devastating in a couple different ways.
Number one is that the Iranian economy is dependent on that grain.
Ukraine has been the breadbasket of a lot of Africa and a lot of different countries throughout the world.
It's one of the biggest grain producers in the world.
And its grain production has been dramatically down because of the war.
But now if their shipping of the grain is blocked, Well then again, the economic impact to Ukraine is going to be massive.
Of course, Biden just sends them more money, and the corruption with Ukraine is overwhelming.
The point I'm making here on Ukraine is that, first of all, it looks like this counter-offensive is failing.
Looks to me like Russia is intensifying its violence.
Russia is now attacking, you know, port cities on the Black Sea to make sure that they're blocked.
And Ukraine does not have access to the Black Sea, which will cut Ukraine off from the Mediterranean and cut Ukraine off from the Atlantic.
And Russia knows exactly what it's doing here.
At the same time, Russia's now been intensifying its drone attacks on Kiev.
And I think we're going to see if this counter-offensive continues and we continue to send F-16s, if we do that into Ukraine, Russia will probably step up their violence, which could very quickly become nuclear.
Russia may have just had enough of the NATO countries really being at war with Russia, But yet playing this game where we say to Ukraine and Sweden, well, we'll take you both in the NATO, but we've got these conditions.
So in other words, they're conditionally being accepted into NATO, but that lets NATO off the hook because if Ukraine was actually a member and it was under attack by Russia, the treaty obligations would require us to be at war with Russia.
This is an artifact of the Cold War, going back to 1945, when Franklin Roosevelt essentially allowed Stalin to move into Eastern Europe for buffer states, take over Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, etc., and make them communist.
It was okay with FDR.
FDR was largely leftist and very favorable to Stalin throughout his life and helped Stalin with Lend-Lease, giving them all kinds of equipment to fight against Nazi Germany.
It's a long story.
If you take a look at this Douglas Horn three hour video we did on the McCollum memo, you'll see that FDR played some games.
He knew that Russia needed to be supported in World War II.
Baiting Japan into attack us on Pearl Harbor was one way that Stalin could be helped, because then Japan would not open a second front attacking Russia at the same time Hitler was attacking Russia from the West.
And if Russia had been faced in 1945, sorry, 1939, with a two-front war, Stalin probably wouldn't have survived.
And Roosevelt knew that.
So it's complicated, but again, this is a lot of history in this whole war, which you have to understand.
And the last of these articles I want to cover, and I'm going to ask Chris to comment, is Orban, who is the head of Hungary.
And by the way, when Orban met with Trump in the White House, my book on Killing the Deep State Orban and Trump discussed my book in the Oval Office.
I got confirmation of that from friends at that time that I had working with Trump in the Oval Office.
So Orban, the Prime Minister of Hungary, just came out and said most of the world is tired of war.
And he's right.
The ones who are not tired of war are the arms dealers, and they're getting their payday right now, just like Biden gave the pharmaceutical companies their payday.
He's giving the payday to the arms dealers.
And if you don't think there's payback on this, or bribes, or all kinds of money transferring between the arms dealers and politicians, you're naive.
We have, the corruption in the United States is massive, and with Trump being, you know, close to being indicted a third time, while Christopher Wray and Garland at the Department of Justice do nothing about Biden and the Biden crime family, this is outrageous.
I think the American people are getting sick of it.
The corruption we're seeing, the corruption out of democratic cities, the suicide of cities like San Francisco and soon to be Chicago, is dysfunctional.
And the world is increasingly looking like it's going to war.
And this war will be nuclear.
It's hard to imagine, for me.
When we've got conflicts potentially with China taking over Taiwan, and our arsenals are always sent, all these, you know, weapons to Ukraine, and now our arsenals are down.
I think, of course, our military could, I continuously say this, it would be better to run a transgender parade down Fifth Avenue than fight a war.
These generals we have in the Pentagon are more interested in diversity and men wearing skirts than they are soldiers fighting in the field of battle.
It's astounding where America has gotten.
And our democratic cities are rotting.
Homelessness is on the rise.
And I do encourage people to take a look at the books I'm writing.
Better get some gold.
Because it's going to maintain value.
The dollar is going to rapidly deteriorate.
I think we're already in the first stages of a massive economic downturn.
And it's at a time when Ukraine, Iran, China and Taiwan are three hot spots with historical roots.
These are going to be, all three are going to be wars.
And all three will have the potential to go nuclear at the same time North Korea is ramping up its nuclear arsenals and sending missiles towards Japan and other kinds of aggressive things.
We're in a world of insanity right now.
God has allowed the gates of hell to be open and the demons are running wild.
Chris, what are your thoughts?
I'm the hungry situation.
The Prime Minister is also concerned about a couple of other things when it comes to the war in Ukraine escalating into a World War III.
While we're here in the United States and we have the Biden family with their dealings within that particular government, Ukraine government that is, we're still very, very far away from the war, just like World War II and World War I.
Our interest, unfortunately, is to send whatever we can.
If we have to send soldiers, apparently, to them, it would be fine, as long as the war doesn't move or missiles don't move somewhere into our hemisphere.
You also point out that Latin America does not like the idea of the war escalating and getting into a world war as well, because they may be affected.
And they're probably worried about missiles coming this way.
I understand that.
But think about this.
Where do the refugees go?
Where are they going to go if there's a huge World War III and Ukraine gets totally demolished?
They're going to have to run into Hungary.
Well, first of all, it depends if there's nuclear war, there's not going to be a lot of refugees.
We'd all be dead.
And these depopulationists who are now in control, the World Economic Forum and other major, you know, this whole climate movement has become Malthusian.
There's too many people, they want to get rid of people.
And I pointed that out in my book on climate change.
If you read the first three chapters, I can show you how, you know, Paul Ehrlich, his population bomb, his book in 1968, got co-opted into the climate change movement.
They could say that carbon dioxide is going to cause global warming, and using hydrocarbon fuels emits carbon dioxide.
This was the best way the Neo-Marxists had ever figured out to end capitalism.
And all the recommendations we're getting in the climate movement, you know, you can't have air travel, you gotta have electric vehicles, you gotta eat bugs, we can't have meat, we have to close down farms.
All these things are suicidal policies, and the left is now full-scale suicidal.
I mean, we emit, we exhale carbon dioxide, so we are our own source of demise according to these nutcases.
And they call this the Anthropocene, you know, which is the epoch we're in, geological time.
Anthropos in Greek is human being, and so therefore we human beings are the cause of our own extinction.
Now, these are insane thoughts.
These are what lunatics think.
And right now, there is a massive immigration or migration going on.
We're having the people from Africa and from the Middle East, largely Muslim, moving heavily into Europe.
Europe is losing its cultural identity, and we are taking in massive numbers of Hispanics.
And I think the composition of the world It's changing.
We are in one of those transition points where this is a paradigm shift for humanity.
It's hard to see how it ends, but what I believe is before the new epoch is born, it'll be born in war.
And the war will be born and it will be a nuclear war.
And I've seen this for many years coming.
But I don't, I've tried to prevent it.
What I can do, writing and speaking, been on Iran for a long time, I've been on all these issues for a long time, opposing the New World Order.
I wrote books in 2010 and 2011 on George W. Bush and the Security and Prosperity Partnership in North America, where he wanted to bring Canada, the United States, and Mexico together in the North American Union.
Well, we bought that, but we did not stop their determination to end boundaries and to go into a, you know, uni-world.
At any rate, These are developments we're going to continue to watch and I want to continue to move on today because I've got lots I want to cover.
So let's just continue here on the next story.
Those are the stories about the war and everything else going on.
I want to cover the story about the government empty office buildings.
I've been covering how commercial real estate office buildings are Well, 30% vacant in many cities, which means that when they have to be refinanced, and about $1.5 trillion of refinancing in commercial office buildings is coming up, a lot of these buildings are going to be in foreclosure, or dramatically have to take losses, it's going to hurt the banking system, and it's going to be another cause of economic downturn.
But I'm surprised to find that you're seeing that government office buildings, in this picture, I believe this is the government printing office, which is a beautiful old building.
I've known it since I was a kid.
It used to be a functioning office.
Now it's all boarded up, it looks like.
I remember going into the government printing office bookstore and buying books in there.
But the point is, it's right across, it's right on North Capitol, right by the Capitol, and it's boarded up.
You can see the new modern office buildings next to it.
I think a lot of them are vacant.
There are about 11 office buildings that foreclosed last year in Washington, D.C.
So, a report last week by the Government Accountability Office said that on the average, the headquarters of federal agencies Are only about 20% occupied each week.
It's shocking.
People have not come back to work.
Finding is based on surveys conducted with 24 agencies between January and March.
These headquarters are a small share of the government's 511 million office space feet of
511 million square feet of office space but their representatives
So that means the government agencies are largely vacant.
These people are working from home, if they're working at all, still getting paid.
And we have a lot of government office buildings now that are, I think it's an ideal time to move the entire government out of Washington.
It's the only way you're going to deal with this bureaucracy.
And certainly Jim Jordan's already talking about moving the Department of Justice to Alabama.
I'd prefer he moved it to Death Valley.
These people are partisan hacks.
They are not enforcing the law.
They're criminalizing and weaponizing politics.
But again, the downturn, the economic downturn that we've got is part of a decaying age.
And it's a result of the ideas, finally the left's ideas, have completely bankrupt the country.
And made our currency largely worthless.
A huge percentage of the federal budget is non-discretionary.
In other words, you can't do anything to stop it from growing.
Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid.
And they take up a huge percentage.
I'm sure it's over 60% of the federal budget.
This is a constant growing expense and it will grow as the population ages.
So we have built in failure from the fact that we have this now completely fiat currency.
There's nothing standing behind the government except for the full faith and credit of the United States and nation states are beginning to doubt whether the United States is in effective default.
Because when you're just printing money To pay off the interest.
You're paying interest off in completely hypothecated, made-up fiat dollars, and their value is diminished by the fact that we are printing so many, and they're backed by nothing.
We now are approaching $1 trillion a year just to pay the interest on the federal debt.
And that money will just be made up.
You know, it's like, let's just make a bill for $33 trillion and pay off the whole debt.
Well, you could actually do that under modern monetary theory, because it's full faith and credit of the government.
Just wipe out the national debt.
But if you did that, it would be hyperinflationary, because the world would know the debt was being paid with money that wasn't worth anything.
And that's the point where we're at.
Now, a couple more stories here before we run out of time.
And one is that these are both on the climate change issue.
Now, the El Nino, you're going to be heard, this is a current, the ocean, especially, let's talk about the Pacific Ocean.
It's twice the size of the Atlantic Ocean.
It's surrounded by a rim of fire.
We've got volcanic activity all around the rim of the Pacific.
It's a very active area, volcanically.
And the currents, when the currents either are flowing from the United States over towards China, or they reverse, and they start coming from China towards the United States, they start flowing in an eastern direction.
El Nino is the eastern direction.
Now, this will be, it tends to produce a warmer Western Hemisphere, so the United States will be warmer.
And the southern part of the United States will be wetter.
It will be dry in the east.
These are the conditions that El Nino produces.
And again, you're going to hear, just like with the heat this summer, you're going to have the climate change hysterics saying this is climate change.
Well, two scientists, this has been studied by scientists, two Canadian scientists in 2007, studying the effect of Lunar cycles on the Pacific, the coast of North America, successfully predicted the occurrence of a major El Nino event in 2015 based on the lunar data, and the predictions proved accurate.
Okay, now, if we really want to understand the science, instead of just the hype, the ideological hype about climate change, The Earth's oceans contain a vast mass of cold water beneath a very thin layer of warm water, and the limited amount of mixing between these two layers plays a critical role in our existence on this planet.
Tides, primarily influenced by changes in the Moon's orbit, are the main force behind this mixing.
Which has the potential to cool the climate.
So there are a couple of scientists who pioneered in a variety of study of carbon dioxide and other issues, predicted a cooling trend for the next decade based on the impact of a 18.6 year lunar cycle on climate.
And this research has been deep and it is Largely true, in other words, it's complicated how the Earth works, but the Earth's axis is at an angle, and largely because of the Moon, and the angle of that wobbles.
So, first of all, sometimes the angle of the orbit goes up and down, changes, but it also goes around and around, like a top.
Now, if it weren't for the Moon, this could spin out of control.
The gravitational impact of the Moon is very important in understanding how Earth operates.
How the moon works is also varied because it is not stable either.
It goes through precession.
Precession means essentially moving around in some kind of a pattern, so the moon's orbit changes.
Now, this is complicated to understand, but when astrophysicists discuss the abundance of habitable planets, Around sun-like stars, they tend to overlook a critical fact.
Earth's formation was probably an incredibly rare event 4.5 billion years ago.
Our planet was born from a chance collision between an early Earth and a Mars-sized planet.
This serendipitous event explains two extraordinary features of Earth that may be exceptionally rare among Earth-like planets.
First remarkable feature is that the Earth has a large metallic core, which generates a strong magnetic field, despite the planet's size.
This magnetic field plays an important role in protecting our atmosphere from the solar wind, preventing the loss of light gases.
The second unusual aspect of Earth is that it has an unusual large satellite, the Moon, for its size.
Normally, the mass ratio between a planet and a satellite is about 1 to 10,000.
However, the Earth-Moon system has a mass ratio of only about 1 to 81, so close that it is sometimes referred to as a double planet.
Now, the presence of such a large star exerts a powerful influence on Earth.
It may have been essential to the presence and maintenance of complex life over time.
The gravitational pull of the moon stabilizes the tilt of the earth, where a small change in the tilt of as little as 2.4 degrees leads to glaciation.
Earth's climate may have been too unstable for complex life to evolve under much larger tilt changes without the moon.
The main effect of the moon on Earth is thus mediated by gravity, one of the most powerful forces in the universe, which has the capacity to significantly affect climate through the tides it produces with the ocean atmosphere and the crust.
Now, these are extremely complex processes and they've been studied going back with ice samples going back 400 years.
And they've been modeled so that you can essentially see how these changes in the moon's orbit, changes in the Earth's tilt and the axis affect climate.
And these are moving systems, they're in flux.
The changes are not immediate, they're sometimes gradual, they're mostly gradual.
But over time, these gradual changes have massive impacts on Earth's climate.
It's just like our orbit around the sun is elliptical, like an egg.
And when it gets most elliptical, we have, about every 100,000 years, an ice age.
And when we talk about climate change being due to carbon dioxide, which is a trace molecule in the atmosphere, we're dramatically overestimating our impact on climate.
We've had ice ages with far more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
In fact, the Earth's carbon dioxide has over millennia, 300 million years, a billion years, we have less carbon dioxide than we did a billion years ago.
Now, I want to expand this theme with an article from NASA.
And the article from NASA demonstrates the early collision here of Earth with the Moon.
And how they figured this out was that there were 50 years ago, when we had the collection of moon rocks, if you remember from the Apollo missions that put astronauts up on the moon, the rocks they brought back showed a chemical composition that was different between the Earth and the moon.
And this had to do a lot with chlorine.
Okay, now chlorine is a volatile element.
It vaporizes at relatively low temperatures and tracking it is useful for understanding planetary formation because chlorine exists in two abundant and stable forms, light and heavy.
The terms light and heavy are used to describe chemicals which have variations in their atomic structures called isotopes.
So isotopes are essentially molecules That are composed of different structures, so the bonds between the atoms in these molecules, they may be identical in terms of the elements that are involved in the molecule structure, but because the atoms are in different configurations, they're different isotopes.
An example of that, by the way, is the carbon-60 that we're doing on My Vital C.
It's an isotope.
When they discovered these, what they call fullerenes, because the structure is like a soccer ball, or like a geodesic dome from Buckminster Fuller, you have a molecule that is a number of carbon atoms arranged in a cage structure around a nucleus.
Now, The one with 60 carbon atoms, which is the one that is in My Vital C, has longevity principles, but you can also get the cage structures to be more or fewer atoms, carbon atoms, in different structures.
Now, these are important concepts and they're fundamental.
This is just chemistry 101.
Anybody took chemistry in high school or college, these are fundamental concepts.
But when they started looking at these rocks, they were able to determine that the differences in chlorine from the moon rocks and the earth rocks kind of validated that the The two planets collided, and as the moon separated out from this mass of gas and rock and everything else that was a result of the collision, the moon took with it one form of the chlorine, and the rest stayed with the Earth.
And that's different enough in order to be measured, and it kind of validates the idea of the Earth having been created by a planetary collision, which is a very, very rare and unusual event in the universe's history.
It's not the only time it's happened, but in all these objects floating around, which there are billions, You know, the opportunity for two of them to collide is going to happen.
Maybe rarely, but it will happen.
And that we were born of one such collision can be looked at as accidental or a plan of God.
But the point is that, for the point of view of, my point I want to make is that those who think that climate science is reducible to carbon dioxide don't understand climate science.
And that's why, you know, the book I've written, if you'll read it, has in it the kind of understanding you're going to need in order to refute these climate maniacs, which become a religion.
And it's a secular religion.
It doesn't believe in God.
So, Chris, I've gone a little bit over time.
Would you like to comment?
You hit it right on the head.
A religion.
The beliefs are there without people seeing the evidence.
The funny thing is a lot of these people who are pro-climate change and very loud about it are very, as they self-proclaim themselves, anti-religious.
They think, well, if I can't see God, it doesn't exist.
Well, you're taking information from basically government-paid We'll put scientists in quotes at this point,
but these people are telling you something where you refuse to do your own research,
they don't present you proper proof, and the proof that was sent out,
or else, again, proof in quotes, like that hockey stick chart,
was actually phony and omitted valuable information that could have refuted,
or at least pointed out some issues with such theory.
The idea is, you believe what you're told, without evidence, and you follow it, push it along,
and that is, in fact, in what we see as a religion.
I'm going to reach back and get a book here.
And keep in mind, those of you who are new to the show, that's not a fake background.
All those books in there are real.
Some are Dr. Corsi's, but many are excellent recommended reading from Dr. Corsi.
Let's see what we have here.
Well, this is one of my current favorites.
It's The Psychology of Totalitarianism, and it's by Matthias Desmet.
And he begins the book by showing how much fake science there is, and the point he's making is that the government pays for science, and so therefore if you want to be a climate scientist and you want to get funded by the government or advance academically, you better believe in climate change.
He's saying, I'm just going to read a paragraph, to the extent that the scientific discourse became an ideology, it lost its virtue of truth-telling.
This is fundamental.
Nothing illustrates this better than the so-called replication crisis that erupted in academia in 2005.
This crisis emerged when a number of serious cases of scientific fraud came to light.
Scientific scans and other imaging were proved to have been manipulated.
Archaeological artifacts were found to be counterfeited.
Embryo clones had been forged.
And some researchers claimed to have successfully transplanted skin from mice, whilst they had simply dyed the skin of test animals without performing any surgical procedure.
Other research had manufactured missing links from pieces of skulls of humans and monkeys, and yes, it appeared that some even completely made up their research.
Okay, so that's, you know, that's the quality of our academics today, and he says this is basically fundamental, and you just pick Almost randomly, the way this book is written itself fits together so well.
All these data, like all data, are relative.
It is clear that the influence of psychological factors is significant.
That's why the effects of pharmaceuticals and medical interventions are difficult to predict.
It can also change over time, as the zeitgeist changes.
Different discourse leads to different expectations, and different expectations lead to different effects.
This helps explain why drugs appear to lose their initial efficacy after being in the market for a short while.
The poor quality of medical research raises pressing ethical questions.
For instance, it shines a harsh light on the merciless drive to conduct experiments, and what he's pointing out is how much of this is money-driven, and how much of it becomes ideological, and how much of it is basically anti-Enlightenment, which is neo-Marxist.
The Enlightenment tradition arose from man's optimistic and energetic aspiration to understand and control the world.
It has led to the opposite in several respects, namely the experience of loss of control.
Humans have found themselves in a state of solitude, cut off from nature, existing apart from social structures and connections, feeling powerless to a deep sense of meaninglessness.
Living under clouds that are pregnant with an inconceivable destructive potential, all while psychologically and materially dependent on the happy few, whom he does not trust and whom he cannot identify.
It is this individual, Hannah Arendt, named the atomized subject, this atomized subject in which we recognize the elementary component of the totalitarian state.
Hannah Arendt wrote some great books on totalitarianism.
She survived World War II.
The point here is that human beings begin to feel alone and isolated if they don't have a belief in God.
And like Chris said, you know, you can't see God.
Well, when you learn to see God, you see God everywhere.
You see, everything is living because everything has internal action in it.
Everything has internal motions in it.
And this will be the third book I'm going to write in this trilogy on The Great Awakening.
I think the work I'm writing now will be read many generations after I'm gone.
That's the second book, which is The Truth About Marxism, Neo-Marxism, Cultural Maoism, and Anarchy.
And I do encourage you to read these books.
This one will be out very shortly.
Chris, you want to comment in conclusion?
Once again, if you have to try to get these people to worship somebody or an ideology, one must find something worshipable.
If they don't want to worship a god, they need to worship a human, a man, or an ideology.
Generally something charming, generally something appetizing, and generally something enticing.
This is why you had a lot of celebrity drool over the Kennedys and the Obamas at this point.
This is why people listen to celebrities, because in absence of worshipping a god or religion, the idea is they have to worship something and it winds up being a human being.
Look at the Greta situation.
She contributed nothing to the conference.
What was that conference in Canada, where there were young people bringing forth ideas to help conserve energy or conserve, I'll say conserve the climate, I get that.
But there were young people with actual feasible ideas on how to create clean energy.
Yes, it might not be great now, but it can offer a springboard This girl just absolutely lectured people and told people how dare you do this, how dare you act like that, and made people and demonized people.
That is the person these people worship because it's the cult of personality.
The idea is they They don't understand the concepts that were brought about by the other young people, but they do understand how dare you, and you're a horrible person for doing this, and they understand celebrity.
This is where you get so many people following the junk science of climate change.
Well, totalitarianism always has to do with people feeling insecure and wanting to surrender control to someone who's going to make them feel secure.
And lying and cheating and all the rest of it is a great way to, I mean, obtain celebrity status.
Barack Obama, with this letter he wrote to librarians, has finally, I think, exposed himself as being gay, which I've been saying now since 2008.
I think Joan Rivers said that, and well, we know what happened after that.
Right.
Well, this is the problem.
The lying in the closet.
The Obama denied being gay.
I mean, it's obvious.
Larry Sinclair had gay experiences with Obama.
And these are things that, again, the corruption is enormous.
Obama on the climate change movement buying a million dollar mansion in Martha's Vineyard close to the water when the seas are supposed to rise.
I mean, these people know it's a lie.
But it's about control, it's about power, it's about money.
And when we get to this point, we are a failed species.
I want to wrap it up, Chris, before we go.
Just say, in the end, God always wins, and God will win here, too.
And I continue to implore you to join me in 2 Chronicles 7, 14.
Let's get down on our knees and ask God's forgiveness for allowing the world to get to this point.
And God will intervene.
I pray that the intervention will not require nuclear war.
