All right, let's go right into the first stories.
We've got a lot to cover today.
This XRP win is a big win beating the SEC.
Now, you're gonna see in the mainstream media that it's being reported that it's only a partial win, and that's true, but that the XRP as a token sold through an algorithm on a public exchange Is not a security.
Now that's the critical thing.
She ruled that the institutional sale of XRP to, you know, through prospectuses and like to institutions, that is a security.
Well, that's okay.
That's not the key issue.
If XRP can have a token, it's not a security, traded on the exchanges, this is a boost not only to XRP but the entire cryptocurrency industry.
And I'm seeing a general kind of move here that the cryptocurrency is, I think, going to survive, actually.
And I think XRP could be a big winner.
In that it looks to me like XRP is going to get adapted as a, not so much a cryptocurrency, but as a standard of exchange on international trade.
It's a difficult concept to explain, but it's not quite the same as Bitcoin or other kinds of crypto.
Dogecoin, etc.
This is not a unique coin, it's more of a token that is used as an algorithm to replace the dollar, actually, in international trade, and I think it's going to have quite a big success.
This is a major development, and it goes along with the next story I want to cover, which is, at the same time this is happening, the Federal Reserve, now it's clear We have a trillion dollar, one trillion dollar federal debt interest payments.
And we're on a fast track to fiscal death.
I mean, when you get this much, these are the interest payments.
So what the budget said is now that we are, we're looking at a drop in revenue.
So the government is taking in less tax revenue They slumped about 9.2% from 461 billion to 418 billion, which is a drop in the government receipt of 7.3%.
This is in the most recent U.S.
budget deficit report.
And what that means is that this is the biggest drop since 2020, when the U.S.
was reeling from the COVID lockdown.
And when you have this kind of a drop in federal tax receipts, it means we're headed into a recession.
Because there's less economic activity, there's less going on, but the idea of a payment that we have to make on the debt of over a trillion dollars It's just far too much to be even, there's no way the Federal Reserve is going to be able to control inflation.
That's what it comes down to.
This is just now a Ponzi scheme, money printing scheme.
Federal Reserve is going to print more money to pay the interest on the federal deficit, federal debt, national debt, and And then we're going to have the Federal Reserve and other agencies buy that debt.
So we're buying our own debt, which means it's a Ponzi scheme.
It's all just completely hypothecated.
Might as well just make it up.
Well, I go through all this, you know, ledger domain.
The fact is that the Federal Reserve's balance sheet is now approaching every $10 trillion before very long of federal debt, agency and other debt.
And we've got a central bank that the world knows we are going to be in default of our payments simply because we're making payments with funny money.
Now, at the same time, the Russian parliament passed a digital ruble.
That's the next story.
Now, the digital ruble is meaning that Russia's central bank is moving towards a major step to making the ruble into a central bank digital currency.
And this is moving into a framework where if we all go to digital currencies, I think it's going to be extremely dangerous because, you know, we're being seduced into this.
First, you get credit cards, and we all use credit cards now for years, for decades.
And then you get online banking and you don't have to write checks anymore.
You get direct deposit of your paycheck.
And you can even just tap your card and it pays for things.
We're being seduced into using all these electronics.
And without any real tangible wealth that you can hold on to, as soon as the governments decide to unplug you, Because you don't have the right social score, your social benefit score, you're doing the wrong things, you're thinking the wrong things, you oppose the government, you're not in line with the current government propaganda.
They can just unplug you.

I think we're seeing cryptocurrency is going to be a reality.
Central bank digital currencies are a reality.
We're going into a world where the totalitarians can very easily unplug us and control us.
And I think it's time to have tangible value.
It was like Vladimir Putin was looking at the World Economic Forum, the European supposedly free countries, and the U.S.
looking towards digital currency and thinking, I'm a dictator.
I think that would be perfect for our country.
This would be great.
Let's learn from these other quasi-dictators or wannabe dictators who want to control through manipulation.
I can do the same thing by force and manipulation.
Brilliant!
That's what he's saying.
That's what it looks like.
Cryptocurrencies, as we know, and any expert that I've worked with, said they fluctuate.
You have to really know what you're doing if you're going to invest in them.
But if they become the norm, they'll be as, in my opinion, and I'm not an expert, you bring five cents, in my opinion, to the circus, you don't get tickets.
The point I'm trying to make is, though, I firmly believe that Cryptocurrencies are about as valuable or as fluctuating in value as fiat currencies, and it's going to be even worse when it comes to not having to print money, spending, spending, and spending, and that could lead to another, I would say, a higher form of inflation.
Thoughts?
Am I far off here?
Inflation's not going to be controllable.
We're printing so much money, inflation's not going to be controllable, and the Federal Reserve is going to intentionally cause a recession.
They will raise interest rates at least once more, probably twice more this year, and they're going to throw the economy into a very, very severe recession.
I've said from the beginning that these woke leftists are destructive, and all their methodologies are destructive.
They can only destroy, they can't create.
Now, this next story, I wrote an article today which is up on the America Thinker, American American Thinker dot com, and it's about the woke neo-Marxist hard left is now going to consider the First Amendment to be a psychological disease.
Now, I picked up on this because the FBI Had worked with the Ukrainian spy agency to actually take down social media posts that Ukraine considered spreading Russian disinformation.
Now, Russian disinformation means anything Ukraine doesn't want you to hear.
Doesn't mean it's not true.
They just don't want you to hear it.
It violates their meme.
It violates their narrative.
Their narrative is that Ukraine is a freedom fighter and they're fighting this evil Russia.
The fact is we've been having this Maidan rebellion, which started in 2014 when the State Department in Soros, Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State in 2013.
She started taking money from a Ukrainian oligarch named Pinochek into her Clinton Foundation.
These people are so corrupt and lying all the time.
Now there was an article in 1220 that I found and picked up on.
We're calling it the Information Disorder Syndrome.
Now, that means it's a psychological disease.
Grade 1, in which the individual shares false information without the intent of harming others.
Grade 2, a moderate form of psychological disorder, which the individual develops and shares false information with the intent of making money and political gain.
You know, like we do.
So we're out broadcasting lies, they would say, in order to make money and gain prominence politically, but not to harm people.
And stage three is severe form, which individual develops and shares false information with the intent of harming others.
Now, who determines if the information is false?
If the government determines it, we all lose because they'll only have, I mean, how many Operation Mockingbirds?
Frank Church in the 1970s, when he had the church committee investigating the CIA, found that they were employing some 400 very prominent journalists in a project called Operation Mockingbird.
Well, they're still doing it today.
They probably have tens of thousands of journalists that they're paying.
The CIA owns newspapers and different media around the world.
It's a propaganda machine.
And they're promoting things like Ukraine's our freedom fighters.
Ukraine's a divided country.
The eastern part of Ukraine is very allied to Russia.
They're Russian-speaking.
The western part has always been Nazi since World War II.
Zelensky is fighting with Nazi brigades, with Nazi symbols and Nazi themes.
We're supporting the Nazis.
Ukraine that's the truth now you don't want to hear that people don't want to
say that no that's false information no it's actually true you're a pictures of it all their insignia I've been
following this for years but the State Department doesn't want that known so
it's now a psychological disease well I went into some of the Supreme
Court decisions and I wrote my dissertation on this because there's a theory in
law called prior punishment prior restraint
In other words, if someone's going to give a speech or publish something that is so damaging, can you restrain them from doing it before they speak?
Silence them.
And the Pentagon Papers was a test of this, because the government did not want Daniel Ellsberg to let the New York Times and the Washington Post publish the Pentagon Papers, which were a series of documents that were done by Robert McNamara and the Department of Defense, and it showed that the Johnson administration had been lying about the Vietnam War from the beginning.
We weren't winning, we weren't trying to win.
The military-industrial complex was making billions of dollars, and our military was testing out a new theory of warfare different from World War II.
Well, Brandeis v. U.S.
was a case in the 1920s.
It was a California syndicalism case.
They're trying to take a woman who is a communist and tell her that she couldn't teach.
They actually prosecuted her under the California Syndicalism Act, which was similar to the acts of the Espionage Act, which Trump is being tried under today.
1917 Act.
Rarely used.
Well, Justice Brandeis wrote this brilliant opinion in Whitney v.
U.S., and my dissertation at Harvard was based on this.
My dissertation was prior restraining, prior punishment, and political dissent.
But Justice Brandeis said, it has to be like publishing troop data, troop movement data.
I mean, the fact that you're speaking It doesn't really mean it's going to be serious injury.
He wrote, Serious injury alone cannot justify suppression of free speech and assembly.
Men feared witches and burnt women.
It is the function of speech to free men from the bondage of irrational fears.
To justify suppression of speech, there must be reasonable grounds to fear that serious evil will result if the speech is practiced.
There must be reasonable grounds to believe that danger is imminent.
Most reasonable grounds to believe that the evil to be prevented is a serious one.
Now, that's the point, is you can't just block speech.
Justice, he wrote that this whole principle of free speech is one that we have to hear ideas we don't want to hear.
And the effective way to deal with lies is to debate them.
So, what he said was, believing in the power of reason as applied through public discussion, they, those who want our independence, eschewed silence.
They avoided silence.
They don't want to silence people.
So, Brandeis concluded in Whitney v. California, he was confident that if we debated, we had the chance for truth to come out.
So, how will we know if the woke are not the mentally ill?
Unless we have the opportunity to debate the issues.
Without free speech, the standards of justice quickly become political.
That's what I ended my essay with.
And we see that.
We see that in the Department of Justice right now with Christopher Wray saying he knows nothing about Burisma.

Germany is now opening up a tank factory in Ukraine.
So, one of the leading Germany arms makers says it will open a plant to manufacture tanks and other armored vehicles in Ukraine in the next 12 weeks.
Okay, this is a company that manufactures top-line tanks for the German military, and I think this is insanity.
Because we've now got the war escalating with the United States providing cluster bombs.
If you think about Biden's going to do it, I saw today it's being announced that Biden took 3,000 active reserve in our military and said, get ready for deployment in Europe.
Now, I'm constantly warning people that the Ukraine could easily develop into a nuclear war and World War III.
And it's insanity.
A couple of articles I think I'm going to spend a little bit more time on here, detailing, because they were very important to me as I read them this morning.
One is, first of all I want to make the point that this NATO is a World War II artifact.
And it was because we decided in the Cold War that Russia was going to invade Eastern Europe and Western Europe are going to make the entire Europe Communist.
So we want to have the Iron Curtain, which is what Churchill called Russian Communism.
Behind it you couldn't get truth, you couldn't penetrate this Iron Curtain.
You want to contain.
George Kennan, one of our State Department officials, had a doctrine of containment.
We're going to contain Russia.
And that meant we were going to create NATO, so an attack on any NATO country was an attack on all.
This is an old organization.
It's an artifact of the Cold War.
If we pulled out of it, NATO would collapse.
It's one of these... First of all, the reason that Russia was in Poland, for instance, at the end of World War II, was because Franklin Roosevelt allowed them to at the Yalta Conference.
Russia, one of these buffer states, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and Roosevelt said Roosevelt was dying.
He had supported Stalin.
He had been himself largely, I think, a pseudo-communist.
I think Roosevelt was so far left, he was a pragmatist.
He would do whatever he wanted to do, but he had tremendous sympathy for Stalin and for the goals of communism.
So the idea that this NATO is now going to go to war against Russia, I think our left has abandoned Russia since the fall of the Berlin Wall, because when Russia renounced communism, then the left, our Democratic Party, renounced Russia and decided with Hillary Clinton and all the rest that we're going to go to war with Russia.
It's absolutely insanity.
Now, Carpe Diem has a very good article out, and I want to look at a little bit of it on the Democratic Party.
Carpe Diem has published some very, very, I think, provocative and good things.
He's saying the Democratic Party wants to be a champion for Americans, the working class, minorities, and for those who are considered marginalized or oppressed or downtrodden.
But he lists what the Democratic Party is really about.
They fought to keep slavery alive.
That was Andrew Johnson, who was president after Lincoln was killed.
They deliberately reduced the number of black civilian employees from the federal workforce.
And aired a film that glorified the Ku Klux Klan at the White House.
Woodrow Wilson did that.
Also, by the way, when the 13th Amendment was passed, the 14th Amendment was passed, it was the Republicans in Congress who supported it, and not the Democrats.
The Democrats were the Southern slaveholders.
Now, when you see Steven Spielberg's movie, Lincoln, he never tells you that the opponents to the 13th and 14th Amendment were the Democrats.
Throwing Japanese Americans into internment camps during World War II.
That was Franklin Roosevelt.
Promoting a culture of government dependence, poverty, fatherlessness.
Lyndon Johnson.
Great society.
Creating racial tension by declaring cops racist.
lending to further destruction of our inner cities while mocking legitimate concerns of disgruntled
blue-collar Midwesterners frustrated by decreasing wages, lack of employment opportunities, and
opioid endemic following hollowing out their communities.
That's Barack Obama.
International failure to enforce our country's immigration laws contributing to a four-decade
high of infiltration by spending trillions of taxpayer dollars on democratic pet projects
that mostly help special interest groups, referring to roughly half the country as violent
extremists, namely conservatives, weaponizing the Justice Department to throw his lead political
rival in prison. That's Joe Biden.
And Carpe Diem says it seems fair to say the Democratic Party has fallen well short of being a champion for anyone except its own desperate attempt to stay in power at any and all costs.
Now, I'm not saying the Republican Party is a lot better.
What I'm saying is that these politics of today, we are dealing with an age of disinformation, an age of massive corruption, and the Democrats have lied, lied, lied, lied, lied.
And I think it's time we stop this lying.
That's right, I'm continuously writing books about truth, about the truth about energy, global warming, climate change.
I'm going to cover that in a minute.
That's why this is the Truth Central, where I'm talking to you about Justice Brandeis and Whitney v. California in free speech.
We have to have truth.
We have to have debate.
We have to have the First Amendment.
We can't be silenced.
And if we're going to have cryptocurrencies and central bank digital currencies that set the stage for silencing us, this world will become totalitarian.
I don't think God will put up with it for very long.

If you're talking about how the Democrats want to control information, as you did before, who would determine the truth?
Who would determine what the actual definition of correct information is out there?
Well, if they had their way, it would be, of course, this fine lady.
What's her name?
Jenk Jenkiewicz.
Was it Nina Jenkiewicz?
Remember her?
She's the one that sang the very poppin song about her and that she was
going to be the head of the Biden Ministry of Truth or was it the
Department of Disinformation, if you will?
It's easy to say.
Do you remember when, when, when school children used to talk about who hit who
first back in first and second grade when there was a fight, it's like the
one kid said he hit me first.
The other kid says, no, no, he's lying because nobody saw it.
And the kid actually did hit the other kid first.
But if you say the other person is lying, well, Yeah, they called it.
That's the idea.
That's what's going on right now with the whole Ukraine-Russia disinformation debate, and that's what's going on now with pretty much anything coming out of Washington these days.
Well, disinformation is the government's business.
It's propaganda.
We've been lying for a long time.
They hired Edward Bernays, whom I knew quite well, when I was at Harvard.
Who is father of public relations to promote World War I, Woodrow Wilson, to demonize the Huns.
I mean we've been doing this for a long time.
The idea of disinformation is an idea that's antithetical to the principles of the First Amendment.
The First Amendment says basically that the only way you can determine truth is through debate, rigorous debate, and that that's essential.
If you have a Politically correct solution.
You can only say that's the only acceptable speech.
Anybody who disagrees with that, that's totalitarianism.
That's the Frankfurt School Marcuse's repressive toleration.
In other words, we're not going to allow any speech that is pro-capitalist.
Any speech that is pro the industrial society.
We know as Marxists this is the utopia and so therefore we're going to imagine like John Lennon.
We're going to imagine a world without police and once we imagine it we can create those values and we can make it be.
Imagine a world without sexism.
Imagine a world without gender.
How about imagining a world without John Lennon?
The funny thing is, people started really catching on to this.
I mean, the rank-and-file people.
Many won't admit to it, but many have been louder about it on social media sites when the George Floyd riots erupted.
Because you had three months of weirdos in the media saying, well, you shouldn't gather because of the super spreaders.
People are going to die from COVID.
But of course, the protests were okay.
People burning things down and screaming and yelling, holding arms or whatever.
Then these reporters were standing in front of burning buildings saying, these protests are mostly peaceful.
And then somebody comes up to Jared Nadler with a pad showing what's happening, says to Jared Nadler, what do you think about these riots that are going on?
Do you think what you're saying is being divisive?
The guy looks at him, the guy looks at the reporter, turns around and says, that's a figment of your imagination, even while looking at what's happening.
That's disinformation.
Yeah, it's lying.
Plain and simple lying.
Government lying.
And I think it's down to the point where If the government says anything, if Biden says anything, just assume he's lying and try to figure out why.
What's the point?
And I was very pleased to see Jim Jordan, when he was grilling, I guess it was Christopher Wray, finally said, you know, we need to move the Department of Justice out of Washington.
Let's put it in Alabama.
I've moved the entire federal bureaucracy out of Washington.
I've said this for years.
My recommendation is put it all in Death Valley.
There may be a little hot down there, don't give them air conditioners, and see how many want to move.
These people want to be, they can have some wind turbines, give them the wind turbines.
Or Bidia, give them a solar, a lot of solar down there, let them have the solar panels and the wind turbines.
How about a smart thermostat?
Move the entire bureaucracy somewhere out of Washington, because we have a massive, unelected group of ideologues from Georgetown, The Beltway bubble, where they're all neo-Marxists, they're all chic, they go to the Kennedy Center galas, and they think they're, you know, the in crowd, they're the sophisticates, and what they want to do is destroy America.
And destroying America has been the sophisticated idea since the 1930s.
Well, this nonsense, fake intellectualism, which they want to declare truth, is a logical truth of science.
And it's destructive because it wants to destroy God, wants to destroy the family.
You think, you know, what you believe in sky fairies, you know, gods and angels.
Well, you know, this is, they want to ridicule anything that has fundamental values.
What's kept the world here is fundamental values.
With this last story I want to cover today, which has to do with one of the very prominent, a Nobel winning prize scientist, this John Clauser.
Who has come out and said there is no real climate crisis.
He warns climate science has metastasized, like a cancer, into a massive shock journalistic pseudoscience.
Now this is very important because he's a 2022 Nobel Prize winner in physics, and he's joined this carbon dioxide, the CO2 coalition in Arlington, Virginia.
He's going to be on their board.
It's a very important group.
Will Happer founded the CO2 Coalition, and he did it on the premise that there is no climate crisis.
Now, Will Happer is a very, very prominent, legitimate climate scientist, and I am really honored to say that in my book, he gave me a blurb, this book here, on the truth about energy global warming and climate change.
And what he said, I want to read it to you, it's something I think I was very pleased to get at the time, and still am.
He said, Corsi's new book is a trove of information, especially about the people and motives that have driven the current climate frenzy, which I'm arguing are the Malthusians, who decided that they can demonize carbon dioxide, they can end capitalism, because Hydrocarbon fuels, which emit carbon dioxide, are the engine of the industrial state that we live in, which has allowed people to thrive.
The discussion of climate science, especially the dominant role of the sun and clouds, is very good.
Sun, cloud, ocean currents, these are the forces that determine temperature on Earth.
There are also fascinating discussions of unfashionable, and perhaps incorrect, scientific theories like abiogenic hydrocarbon, That's not yet fully accepted by the mainstream petrogeologists.
It'll take still years before it is.
Hydrocarbons are not fossil fuel.
They're natural-made products of the Earth.
They're not biological products.
They're abiogenic.
And alternatives to plate tectonics.
I've argued that the Earth has expanded over geological time.
That's why dinosaurs are partly gone, because their larger creatures were only adapted to a lesser gravitational field.
The Earth expanded, they weren't adaptable anymore.
So these concepts, however, help to clarify the all-too-human nature of science and how hard it is, initially, to distinguish between a paradigm shift and a mistake.
Like today's alarm over, quote, carbon pollution.
That's the point, is that, you know, when we have these debates, they have to have debate.
That's why Justice Brandeis was so important.
That's why I wrote my dissertation on it.
We can't determine truth easily.
And it has to be debated.
Because there may have to be, there may be truth on both sides.
There may be advances of paradigms, which mean the way we thought about it once we completely abandoned and moved to a higher way of thinking about things.

Now, I'm very pleased to see that a scientist, a physicist of this prominence has joined the CO2 coalition.
His work was, what he won the Nobel Prize for, was the development of computer models predicting global warming.
And he's criticized this.
His work has criticized the awarding of the 2021 Nobel Prize for the development of computer models predicting global warming and told President Biden that he disagreed with Biden's climate policies.
Dr. Klauser has developed a climate model that adds a significant Dominant process to existing models.
Process involves the visible light reflected by cumulus clouds that cover, on average, half of the Earth.
Existing models greatly underestimate this cloud feedback, which provides a very useful dominant thermostatic control of Earth's temperature.

As viewed in visible light from space by the Sun, bright white clouds variably cover from one-third to two-thirds of Earth's surface.
These clouds, in turn, reflect about 90% of the Sun's indirect sunlight.
90% of the sunlight hits the Earth back out into outer space.
Sunlight that reaches the Earth's surface is important, but it's also important these buffers, and that's what he's bringing out.

This is one by a woman named Judith Curry.

Judith Curry was an academic who believed in global warming, and she finally decided that the models, these climate models, were rigged, which they are, to saying the Earth is going to warm up, when in fact it has not happened.
She is very much saying that the climate is really a non-linear mathematical process that's not truly predictable.
And so therefore we have to have risk and uncertainty in how we make these calculations compared to the IPCC, the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, coming out with dictum that they know carbon dioxide is going to increase the Earth's heat to the warmest ever, more so than even in prehistoric times when the Earth was nothing but molten material and had not yet formed to have a surface that was habitable.
That's 80% of Earth's history.
The second book, which is the unpopular truth about electricity and the future of energy.
It's done by two scientists, Lars, the names are hard to pronounce,
William Smith, that's easy, professor.
But the other one, Lars Schernikau, S-C-H-E-R-N-I-K-A-U.
Now, what this says is that, and this is by the Carbon Dioxide Coalition,
CO2 coalition.
And what he's saying is that the technologies of electricity generated by wind and solar don't work,
not on a scalable basis.
And it's fantasy to think that we can transition to these forms of energy in their current scientifically developed form.
They're not scalable and not sufficiently powerful.
And the idea of storing the energy in a battery is wasteful when They point out the point of this is to get us to move away from hydrocarbon fuels which will destroy the industrial society and it will cause possibly billions of people to die.
That's a major theme of this book, my book.
They're Malthusians, that's what they want.
They want to convince you that carbon dioxide is the thermostat of the earth, hydrocarbon fuels emit them so they're evil, And therefore, if we don't stop this, we're going to have, the Earth is going to burn up.
It's nonsense.
Not gonna happen.
But when they attack nitrous oxide, which is used in fertilizer, they shut down farms, these people are destructive.
This will result in billions of deaths.
And it'll start in places like Africa.
Because these are places that need more energy.
Without, available, Reasonably cheap electricity that can be generated by hydrocarbon fuels that can be combusted.
The modern industrial state will collapse, which is what these people want.
They want a world of about 500 million people, and that's what scares me so much about what Biden is doing in Ukraine.
These people would have a nuclear war because they know wars kill hundreds of millions of people, and that was World War II.
Now, you deal with a nuclear war, you can kill billions.
That's going to appeal to Klaus Schwab.
It's going to appeal to the depopulationists.
And so I'm saying that this series of books I'm writing is the global great awakening.
I want people to wake up.
I want people to understand how much you're being lied to.
How much we're being led into our own slavery.

And if we don't begin to profess the truth, if we don't, you know, Spiritist Second Chronicles 714, I'm encouraging you to join me in getting down on my knees and saying to God to forgive us for letting God be taking out of the schools, Roe v. Wade, the permission to kill babies in the womb.
We've committed a lot of sins against God's order, and we need to repent on that.
If we do, God will heal the land.
But we need to invoke God's mercy on this and His grace in order to get through this period of time, which means acknowledging our part, our sins, and allowing this to happen.
And so, therefore, that's one of the reasons I've come out of retirement.
I'm determined to now spend the remaining years I can trying to fight for God and fighting for the truth and trying to preserve our values in the Constitution and not have us go through a depression, which I think we're headed towards, and a nuclear war, which I think we're headed towards.
With God's help, we can avoid it.
It's never lost as long as God's in the battle.
