This is Jerome Corse and today is Tuesday, June 20th, 2023.
And I want to jump right into the first story here.
It's the whole issue of Donald Trump being indicted again, second indictment, and they're probably preparing a third and a fourth.
I want to make it clear that this is what we, what's called lawfare.
Lawfare is a way of using the law to destroy the law.
In other words, it got started essentially with Larry Tribe at Harvard Law School.
He wanted to be on the Supreme Court.
He never got appointed to the Supreme Court.
He's very leftist.
And very disappointed that he didn't get to be, he's a big constitutional scholar, wrote a big law textbook on constitutional law.
He thought he was positioned for the Supreme Court.
So the whole radical left has turned against America, decided that we are the enemy, we need to be destroyed.
And they decided the best way to do it is to use this, what they call lawfare, like warfare.
That's where it comes from, law, a combination of law and warfare, lawfare.
In order to destroy the law.
Now, some of the masters of this are Andrew Weissman, who had very, very, I consider him evil.
I mean, this guy really has no fundamental traditional ethics.
Was behind the Mueller or Mueller, however you want to say it, I always said it, Mueller, you know, the special counsel investigation on Russian collusion, and Weisman architected it.
Well, what's coming on the conservative treehouse has done a good story on this today, looking at this woman named Lisa Monaco.
Who is second in charge of the Department of Justice and probably working with the Biden administration to find ways in which they can not only prosecute Donald Trump, but that they can essentially destroy any conservative movement.
Southern Poverty Law Center will be full in on this.
For more than a week, the special counsel releasing his indictment, you have Weissman, Norm Eisen, and other lawfare travelers.
They have an internal memo that they wrote for Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco to use on behalf of the conscripted special counsel.
What they have done is basically tried to craft how you can have a criminal case
on this retention of national defense information.
It's mishandling of government documents.
Now, this is not really an issue of classification.
It's an issue of national security and it's a trial under the Espionage Act,
which essentially is saying that Trump was using dangerously to benefit our enemies
national security information.
Now, they're predicating this case on a One ruling, there's a law in terms of releasing information that is important to national defense where the Department of Defense has to be involved in releasing it.
And so what they're saying is because Donald Trump did not go through the procedures, Of having this document declassified or made available to the public, and evidently the document they're focusing on is a document Trump claims that he has that involves a discussion about the planned attack by Israel on Iran.
And that attack has not yet happened.
The document is considered to be a potential important national security document because it may outline.
I have no idea what's in the document.
I've not seen it.
I would not want to see it now, especially.
But I know Weissman because I was a victim of, you know, the witch hunt that they had on the Russian collusion.
It's been 40 hours with the Mueller, the Mueller prosecutors and they were all, they were all Weissman trained.
They weren't, I said, I don't think that the Russians stole the emails from the DNC.
I can prove it.
I knew how the DNC constructed their computers.
It was not, this was not a hack.
This was an inside job.
And of the experts who were reviewing it, there was an article in The Nation written about this.
I knew Stephen Cohen, his wife, a very liberal woman, published that article and got a lot of grief for publishing it because it basically repudiated the Department of Justice's position That the Russians stole the email in conjunction with Trump.
Finally, the prosecutors thought I had a connection to Assange.
I didn't.
When I didn't, they said they were going to indict me for lying.
Gave me a plea deal.
So they would try me before a jury in Washington, D.C.
I go to prison for the rest of my life.
I finally said, that's the way you guys are so evil.
You want to do that?
I don't have a tie with Assange.
I didn't lie.
But you can put me in.
I'm not going to stand before a judge and swear to a crime I didn't commit.
I'm not going to swear before God to a lie to save myself from going to prison.
But the bottom line is on this is that the president of the United States He can declassify anything he wants.
The Department of Defense had a few employees who were supposed to release this information, and they were saying, no, Mr. President, we consider this too secret.
You can't release this information to anyone.
The President said, I'm going to fire you guys and put in two new guys who will release the document.
I mean, the President of the United States under the Constitution is Commander-in-Chief.
He has supreme powers.
And the declassification applies to those below the president.
It has to do with the president himself can declassify anything.
Now, Trump was in an interview yesterday with Brett Barr.
I thought Brett Barr was disgraceful.
He was doing all the Weissman talking points.
Well, you know, you didn't return the Mr. Trump when they asked you to.
Trump said, well, neither did Biden.
He's got 1,800 boxes of stuff and he hasn't returned it all.
And some of it he sent to his lawyer in Boston.
They're going through it.
Trump said, I want to go through it.
I didn't want to just turn it over.
I had personal things in there and I wanted to sort it out.
Well, Trump had a right.
I mean, how about Obama?
He took tons of papers with him.
They'll write a book, take all the papers.
Well, the Department of Justice is not going to do anything to Obama.
And this again is the double standard.
Which is affecting Americans when we realize we don't have a justice system, we've got a woke, neo-Marxist system here.
And the second article I wanna cover is this one that, and Chris, I'm gonna wanna show my book on Neo-Marxism in a minute, so if you can kind of get that ready.
But the second article I'm covering today has to do with, it's Jonathan Turley, who is a excellent law professor, has written an editorial, really, I think he published it, I'm not sure where he published it, he published it in maybe The Hill, And what he wrote was that the utter failure of Merrick Garland as Attorney General.
Now, I greatly respect Jonathan Turley.
I think he does a great job.
He's been on TV, interviewed with all the legal things done against Donald Trump.
And this deep state, the Department of Justice has been after Trump.
The Biden administration has been begging the Department of Justice to indict Trump for two years or three years.
I mean, as long as they've been there, two years.
They've been pushing for Trump to be indicted.
Now, what Jonathan Turley is saying is that Garland began his tenure as Attorney General with the stated intention of restoring faith in the Justice Department and the rule of law.
By that standard, Garland's a failure.
I think worse than a failure.
I think he's actively going in the other direction.
So the crisis of faith in his department has only deepened on his watch.
That's what's really going on in America.
Americans are losing confidence in the government.
The government lied to us.
The government is dishonest.
Government is now prosecuting for the Democratic president, his rival of the 2024 election, trying to knock Trump out before he has a chance to even get a vote.
So polls now, Jonathan Truly is saying, are half the country distrusts the FBI.
I'm surprised it's only half.
71% agree that changes post-2016 had not done enough to prevent election interference by the FBI.
Barr had support when he was in office, and his support has plummeted.
Fox's news has plummeted.
I thought Fox, Trump actually told Brett Baier, who I've not ever had much respect for, he's not, you know, he can read the news, but my interactions with him, which have been minimal, I've seen him in a couple of contacts when I used to go to the Security and Prosperity Partnership Try three country summit meetings.
One in Canada where he came on and was asking the President, President Bush, oh this isn't about a North American Union is it?
And oh that was George W. Bush, this has nothing, this is just economics.
Yeah well that's what they said about the EU when it got started as a coal and steel agreement in the 19, when that was I believe in the 60s.
At any rate, prepare I don't watch Fox anymore.
I haven't watched Fox since 2020, and I'm not missing it.
So, Garland has done nothing to... he's allowed Weissman and the others to have free reign to Uh, go ahead and indict conservatives to go after Trump, uh, to declare that the protests in the Capitol were an insurrection.
Well, Black Lives Matter was out there destroying cities and the Department of Justice did nothing at all to stop them.
Uh, Garland had repeatedly pledged that political considerations would hold no sway with him as Attorney General.
Well, that's a joke.
Failure of Garland is becoming more and more evident by the day.
The public continues to distrust the department and his assurances of fair dealing have been overwhelmingly rejected by Republicans and Independents.
It's hard to dislike Merrick Garland as a man, but as Attorney General there is little to like about his last two years.
I think Jonathan Turley is being actually generous there.
I think the guy is a complete disgrace.
And I think he's actually violating the Constitution.
Probably as Attorney General doesn't have any understanding of the Constitution.
The Constitution allows free speech.
The Constitution allows active dissent.
It does not allow the Department of Justice to become a KGB or a totalitarian enforcement of free speech by the woke left.
Uh, I think this is a complete disgrace.
And I think Donald Trump is only gaining in popularity, uh, form of the abuse he's suffering.
And, uh, as having gone through it myself, I know Donald Trump is beginning to realize that these people seriously intend to put him in jail and keep him from running for president.
Now, Donald Trump, I believe, will continue fighting.
And certainly, now that he's been indicted twice, he'll expect a third indictment over January 6th.
I'm sure they'll try that.
They'll find some lawfare reason.
The legal basis for this case, like most lawfare, is very, very thin, because it's an extenuation.
It's a very twisted thinking of how they read the law in order to get the result they want, which is to destroy anything conservative, anything Christian, anything having to do with the Constitution, anything not Marxist.
And that's why I'm looking forward to getting out this new book, which is the book on the Neo-Marxism The truth about neo-Marxism, cultural Maoism, and anarchy, we've been through anarchy with Black Lives Matter.
We went through that as the attempt to get rid of Donald Trump in 2020, where the left about tore up the country, where George Floyd and every other excuse they could find burned down this beautiful St.
John's Episcopal Church.
They didn't burn it down, but they set fire to it with an intent to burn it down across from the White House.
Every president Has been in that church, I think, since George Washington.
This is a disgrace what the country's going through.
And it is deeply frightening, and I think the American people need to wake up, but I'm wondering with the, you know, I've gotten comments from various people who are following my blog here, The Truth Central, saying, well, you know, buy gold because you can sure eat gold.
We're talking about the economic crash that's going to, is on the way.
And I'm trying to advise people, talk to Swiss America, because your dollars are going to be worthless.
Can you eat your dollars?
I mean, you know, how stupid are these people?
The point is, gold has value, and it's had value for 2,000 years, and it's doubled in every one of these economic downturns.
The country is in a process right now of a determined, preset destruction of the economy.
I'm going to cover that in a minute.

Our central bank and central banks in Europe are perpetuating this crisis.
They're creating booms.
Stock market's doing well, sure.
We just had a debt ceiling increase where there's not gonna be any debt ceiling for two years.
They're gonna try to throw a big dollar party, just flood with money, money, money, money.
But the money is, Worthless, because we're buying our own debt.
We're paying off our interest on the debt with money we create through fiat currency.
The balance sheet of the Federal Reserve is now about $8 trillion, which is insane.
It's gone up since 2008 when it went to $4 trillion.
Now it's at $8 trillion.
It's $8 trillion because we're in another crisis that has not yet been fully recognized by the American people, but with this amount of spending, inflation is not going to stop because it's going to be pushed by the money supply.

I was watching President Biden's campaign kickoff speech earlier this week.
He bragged about how great the economy was, how the employment numbers are doing much better, and we all know how they're kind of skewed because of what happened with COVID and people not going back to work.
He bragged about the post-COVID jobs coming back and kind of pat himself on the back over that.
But the worst of all, he was saying, and I brought inflation down from last year.
The loud cheers, almost like he's trying to normalize the high prices from 2021.
And say, well, you know, we had an even worse last year, but it's not as bad anymore.
And thanks for Mary.
And that's inflation is not going away.
And again, you covered this, uh, yesterday on, on the show.

By the way, next article I want to cover, the BRIC nations, which is Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, Are going to meet in August, and 20 countries want to join them.
Now, this is a coalition of countries that are opposing the G7.
The G7, founded in 1975, was going to be Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, China, and the US.
And these are going to be the leading industrial states, which were going to lift the world up for economic growth.
It's essentially been, all these countries have been able to create bubbles, but they have not been able to create sustainable economic growth since they were created under Jimmy Carter in 1975, which I guess was really the transition between Ford and Carter.
Carter, I think, in 1976.
I think 1976.
Now the G7 is fading.
The BRICS nations, especially with the addition of various countries that are thinking to join them, and a number of these countries can benefit from it, all the way from Bangladesh and Argentina, through Mexico, Nigeria, a lot of the countries within OPEC, What they want to do is they want to change the World Bank model.
They want to de-dollarize.
So they don't use the dollar in international trade any longer and they want to, basically the World Bank lends money and what they do is they lend money and then they come back when countries can't pay it.
And the International Monetary Fund is also good at this and they try to grab assets and China does the same.
So, the BRICS nations have launched a new development bank as an alternative to the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
They've created a liquidity mechanism called the Contingent Reserve Arrangement to support members who are struggling in payments back to their lending institution.
And now they want to de-dollarize to perhaps create a new currency or certainly use the yuan to settle international trade.
And I think there'll be some solutions on this coming forward with... I think the world is going to digital currency, which is not something I'm terribly enthusiastic about.
But at any rate...
The United States is also gonna get hammered.
Germany is in the middle of de-industrializing.
Germany's had two consecutive quarters of negative growth.
Germany is already in a recession.
The EU is headed there rapidly.
The commercial real estate, San Francisco is being abandoned by commercial real estate because people aren't going back to work in offices.
The vacancy is 30 to 40 percent in San Francisco and commercial buildings are not able to be
refinanced.
So the banks are going to end up with huge losses that will trigger bank failures.
I expect we will have another round of bank failures as these commercial building refinancings
pick up speed.
And by the way, they are all tied into mortgage-backed securities, which the banks hold and trust funds hold.
We've got your money in the stock market right now.
I mean, sure, the stock market looks great today, but it could lose 10,000 points.
And your retirement savings in mutual funds Which are largely invested in stocks and bonds, are in dollars, which are gonna be worth less with inflation, and at risk in a fundamental market crash that's gonna go global.
And that's what I'm trying to warn people about.
You wanna understand the dynamics of it, that's why I wrote this book.
And I'm gonna do whatever I can to continue getting out there and talking about it, because I want people to know it's coming.
And I'm not the only one predicting it.
I mean, there's a lot of really top economists who see the same trends.
This is not avoidable any longer.
It's now inevitable.
And the real estate market's gonna crash as well.
I mean, I know this is not good news, or not necessarily what anybody wants to hear, but it is truth, and this is the truth central.
Now, I wanna go to one more article today.
Which caught my attention.
This is one by a guy who I follow a lot, Greenfield, who has done a very, very good job of covering, he is basically with Horowitz, David Horowitz, and Horowitz is in, I guess it's his center, David Horowitz Freedom Center.
It's an investigative journalist, Daniel Greenfield, And what he's pointing out is, if you'll remember, the Oak Fire, which was one of the most explosive fires in California in 2022, and immediately the media blamed it on climate change.
Well, they've just arrested a 71-year-old man who started this devastating forest fire in Yosemite National Park, which was previously thought to have been caused by climate change.
And he was arrested for suspicion of arson for allegedly igniting the Oak Fire, which destroyed 127 homes, caused thousands of people to evacuate, and ravaged nearly 20,000 acres of vegetation, all blamed on climate change.
Now, one of my good friends, about to be co-author, sent me an article this morning which I also was fascinated with.
It has been just published in a journal—let me pull it up here—but the article has shown that, contrary to what everybody has been taught to believe, that the We've had, over time, a lessening, a dramatic lessening of deaths from climate.
Okay, so this is in, it was published in a journal, an international data, there's an international disaster database, and what it shows is that in the 1920s about half a million people died each year on average due to climate.
Look at the averages in subsequent decades.
The number fluctuates quite a bit from year to year.
There's been a dramatic decline.
In 2010s, the average number of people dying each year as a result of climate was 18,000.
In 2022, that dropped to 11,000.
Now, this downward trend doesn't fit the alarmist narrative, so therefore we never hear about it.
Okay, now also there was a very good piece today that I saw just before we came on, on the Gateway Pundit.
And what the Gateway Pundit is talking about here is, let me pull it up, it's about how the, this is by Drian Godefridi, I'm not sure who this is, a person I have not followed, but the article is very good.
Evidently, there's going to be this Beyond Growth, which is an ideological gathering of European environmentalists at the European Parliament, I believe in Brussels.
They want radical environmentalism, and here's what they say, basically, Beyond Growth is the annual ideological gathering of European environmentalists, and there are countless relays in the world of government-funded, supposedly non-government organizations, you know, wink-wink, What most people remember when they look at the Beyond Growth is the European Parliament, because Beyond Growth's radical proposals in the European Parliament is implementing these proposals.
So the reasoning seems to be going, if it was in the West, Embodied by Adam Smith, who was really one of the first economists proposing economic activity and economic growth in 1776.
They say here, invented economic growth.
And the West was largely white at the time, so destroying white supremacy, we destroy the very idea of economic growth.
According to Adam Smith, economic growth for everyone is the key to being lifted out of poverty, with the goal of making the poor richer, not the rich poorer, which is what the left wants to do.
Of course, the left doesn't do that.
The left makes the rich very, very rich, and everybody else gets reduced to serfdom.
That's been the history of Marxism.
And my new book is going to emphasize this theme.
It's the follow-up to my book on the truth about energy, global warming, and climate change.
It's the second one I'm calling a Great Awakening trilogy, and I'm trying to wake people up to the fact that you're being taught nonsense in schools, and you're being taught Marxism.
Destructive.
So, the idea here is that rather than destroying growth, We need to have an economic model like Adam Smith, which will help us provide growth.
So, would you rather encourage growth by allowing people in poor countries to use fossil fuels, coal, oil, natural gas, or drive these people even further into poverty by denying them fossil fuels?
Well, they aren't fossil fuels!
The hydrocarbon fuels, they weren't made from fossils.
They're made by the Earth on a natural, ongoing basis, and I explain that and show you the chemistry in my book about the truth about energy, global warming, climate change.
You can perpetuate the ideas of fossil fuels because people don't know chemistry.
They don't understand that oil is just a chemical formulation.
And somehow the Earth produces it, and it doesn't produce it from dead organic material, which does not advance into a higher form of energy when it's dead.
It disintegrates into constituent elements.
It would violate the second law of thermal dynamics to do otherwise.
You know, I wonder how many people could even articulate what the second law of thermodynamics is these days.
It has to do with inertia.
It has to do with the fact that energy, you've got to continue providing energy in an environment with friction in order to keep something moving.
Otherwise, it will naturally tend to slow down and, you know, sure, out in outer space where there's no resistance, you might get an object to propel itself for a long time with a constant speed.
But within a gravitational field, that's not going to happen.
And the second law of thermodynamics is basically the law of entropy, which has to do with the wearing down of energy, not the acceleration of energy.
Acceleration of energy is how, essentially, when you look at decomposition, it is not going to mold into oil.
Okay, it's never happened, it's never been done in a laboratory, but you can take the constituent elements of oil, which something is hydrogen, something has carbon, and enough temperature and pressure with a catalyst, like iron oxide, you can have a catalytic conversion and you can produce hydrocarbon chains.
It's really basic chemistry.
But the goal here is to depopulate the world.
That's why this is a degrowth agenda.
The context of a Europe that is up to its eyebrows in debt and already taxing its citizens just to pay the interest on the debt, reducing economic output means facing the question of who will be left to die first.
Healthcare, for instance, is already being rationed in Europe.
And has seemingly become more about cutting costs than delivering services and more about growing an administrative bureaucracy and a massive paperwork than investing in doctors, better timely patient care.
That's what this whole sustainability in medicine is all about.
Sustainability is a code word for Marxism.
The dream of the EU environmentalist starts to look like a version of Atlas Shrugged, a dystopian, and how many people have read Atlas Shrugged anymore?
And Rand.
A dystopian country in which private businesses suffer under increasingly burdensome laws, regulations, bureaucrats, and lawfare.
Okay, so one last thing.
If we go to climatedepot.com, Mark Morano, who I dedicated my book on energy, global warming, climate change, the truth about global warming.
If you go to climate change, you'll see Mark is running a series of articles.
There was an article in Politico that said that hospitals are now turning into climate change fighting machines because they're going to reduce anesthetic gas And decarbonize U.S.
healthcare.
So, a variety of doctors are saying basically this recommends hospital staff mitigate climate change danger primarily by using less anesthesia or opting for the use of less effective topical and more dangerous intravenous methods because, quote, they have less of a negative environmental impact.
Well, doctors don't use anesthesia for fun.
They do it to reduce pain during medical procedures.
And these mythanthropic MDs are advocating nothing more or less than allowing people to suffer in the name of sustainability.
I mean, this is, to me, insane.
And by the way, John Kerry was over there meeting with the Pope, telling the Pope that Americans are really concerned about climate change.
Well, they're only really concerned about climate change because they've been fed a lot more government lies, and they are not educated enough to know the lies they're being fed.
That the Earth's major temperature thermostat is the Sun.
And when we go on Milankovitch cycles further from the Sun in an elliptical orbit, we're going to have an ice age again.
It's going to happen.
It's inevitable.
It's also baked into the way the Earth goes around the Sun.
And when the sun burns less brightly, we'll have a little Ice Age.
But John Kerry, who professes to be a Catholic, and Pope Francis, who also professes to be a Catholic, I'd like to test them both on their ideas about homosexuality and abortion.
And I've got serious questions about both of them in that regard, as well as their embracing climate change.
John Kerry has never met a bad idea that he hasn't embraced or an enemy of the country he hasn't loved.
Since I opposed him with John O'Neill and writing Unfit for Command, his football veterans speak out against John Kerry in 2004.

I once again never trust a politician who's exceeded his or her wealth exponentially while in public service.
I also never trust a guy who takes private jets everywhere he wants and tells you and me not to, or to reduce our own carbon footprint.
By the way, he's special, like he said.
John Kerry is special.
So are his WEF buddies, so they should be taking private jets everywhere.
Not you.
Not us.
