So, Dr. Corsi, has it reached the point where individual citizens now need to be taking action in order to preserve
our republic?
Well, we'll see.

We'll talk about that more tomorrow.
But the point is that today is Thursday and it's December 3rd.
And so we're moving down the timeline.
We've got about 10 days.
Was it the 12th of December?
Was it nine or 10 days, Craig?
I guess that's about nine days.
Nine days until the Until the Electoral College meets, so this timeline is... That'll be the 14th.
14th, yeah, that's right.
Yeah, that'd be 11 days.
11 days.
Are you sure?
Yeah, it's 11 days from today would be the 14th.
Yeah, you're right.
You're right.
Okay.
Yesterday was a busy, hard day, and I admit to being tired today.
I'll have to get some rest.
I'm going to be also on Coast to Coast AM tonight.
With George Norie for two hours on my ebook, Trump wins.
So that should be, I'm looking forward to that.
And, uh, I think it'll be a pretty exciting broadcast and, uh, I hope you all are able to listen to it.

Let's get going today, Craig.
Uh, let's, um, uh, the biggest thing that's happening right now, as I see it is the, um, Giuliani and Sidney Powell are building the case.
And as I point out in Trump Wins, this ebook, what the strategy for is a little different for both of them, but for Giuliani, his focus is holding these hearings with the state legislature.
And the reason he's doing that is state legislature meets on the 12th of December.
And when they meet, that's when they decide how to vote the election.
But according to article two of the constitution, the state legislature can pick the electors any way it wants to.
So it can pick, instead of the Biden slate, if the Biden won the popular vote in the state, the state legislature could actually pick the Trump electors.
Because that's what the constitution says.
The constitution knew the elections could get messed up.
Voting could be fraudulent, as it is here.
And so they didn't trust that the popular vote was the way they wanted to elect the president.
They wanted to have checks and balances because our founding fathers knew that democracies can be like a wild animal, a mob.
They get some idea in their head and everybody goes in the same direction, but it hasn't been thought through very well.
So when you get an electoral college, And the state legislators picking the electoral college, it's really the state legislature that is electing the president.
Now, the principle of sovereignty still has to apply.
In other words, we the people are sovereign.
You can't have somebody else choose a president, but we choose, we vote for the state legislature.
So if they vote for the electors, they pick the electors, it's still we the people through the legislators picking the electors.
We just throw the election away because it's a mess.
And that's Giuliani's strategy.
And Sidney Powell's strategy is to get some of these court cases filed, maybe one of them when it gets turned down, like in Pennsylvania, which has already got a case before the Supreme Court with Justice Alito on this extra days voting.
That was not put in there by the state legislature, because the state legislature also makes the rules for the presidential election.
Our founding fathers really trusted more the state legislature than they trusted the voting of the people.
And when an election gets so messed up as it is in this case, and this is where I think the real value of what Giuliani and Sidney Powell are doing is they're getting us the evidence where we can see how messed up it is.
Because there's, I always like the expression in World War II, FUBAR, which is messed up beyond all recovery.
This is so messed up, the voting.
How would you ever really know which votes were fraudulent?
How many there were?
You're never going to know.
I think we can know because of the probabilities, because of the way the votes came in.
And I've established this in previous broadcasts under the standards of Abbott v. Perez, one of the cases that on the voting rights cases where it was gerrymandering to get Latinos.
So they didn't have very much power when they voted, split them up in Texas.
But yet justice Roberts said the voting data shows that they, um, they got their legislators.
So he's using voting data, which is statistical to analyze their voting patterns and whether the Latinos were really broken up to so many Latinos now in Texas.
It's hard to disadvantage the Latino vote, because one way or another, it gets together.
From this district to that district, there's plenty of them.
And so, because of that evidence, Robert said, I know that it was not a fraudulent gerrymandering scheme.
Yeah, they intended to, but it didn't work.
So it's not unconstitutional.
It's irrelevant.
Well, here, the other way around, there's so much evidence that there was fraud.
We know there was fraud.
And the solution is to throw the election into Congress.
And that's, I think, what the Supreme Court will do when it gets the case.
The Supreme Court needs to get the case now, because the time is running out.
And I'm sure President Trump is on that.
Did you see President Trump give that speech yesterday from the White House?
He was energized.
Did you see it, Craig?
I did, and he's got up on his Twitter feed, he's got that two-minute clip from it that encapsulates exactly where he is.
Yes.
Yeah, and I think the way he looked, I mean, he looked firm, resolved.
I'm told that he did read my e-book, Trump Wins.
And he's now clear as to where he wants to go.
And I think he's getting to be increasingly in charge.
He'll win.
I've said that from the beginning because in the Supreme court, he'll be able to make the argument to at least, I think five of the judges, maybe as many as seven, I think that the election was fraudulent and it needs to go to the Supreme court.
And the probabilistic evidence again, and the testimony that Sidney Powell and Giuliani are getting, are convincing the nation.
And when it gets to the Supreme Court, the House votes the president, the Um, Senate votes, the vice president and in the house, the voting is not by majority of the members.
Each state gets one delegation and each delegation, depending upon which party has the majority.
We have 26 of the party delegations in the house.
Democrats have 23 by voting for himself.
So it's very good prospects.
If we can get this into the Supreme court early.
And I think Donald Trump and Pence have excellent chances of winning this election because it's now clear the fraud happened.
I don't think anybody in the country doubts there's fraud.
Even the Democrats know that they're caught.
So Craig, which one of these do you want to show first?

And so on Donald Trump's Twitter feed, if you go to Twitter and then go into the Donald J. Trump account, you'll see that there's a stream of videos that he has posted up there.
It's a storm this morning that he has created on that Twitter feed.
And if you take a look at, and I'll start, let me get to there myself.

This may be the most important speech I've ever made.
I want to provide an update on our ongoing efforts to expose the tremendous voter fraud and irregularities
which took place during the ridiculously long November 3rd elections.
We used to have what was called Election Day.
Now we have Election Days, weeks and months, and lots of bad things happened during this ridiculous
period of time, especially when you have to prove almost nothing
to exercise our greatest privilege, the right to vote.
As President, I have no higher duty than to defend the laws and the Constitution of the United States.
That is why I am determined to protect our election system, which is now under coordinated assault and siege.
For months, leading up to the presidential election, We were warned that we should not declare a premature victory.
We were told repeatedly that it would take weeks, if not months, to determine the winner, to count the absentee ballots, and to verify the results.
My opponent was told to stay away from the election.
Don't campaign.
We don't need you.
We've got it.
This election is done.
In fact, they were acting like they already knew what the outcome was going to be.
They had it covered, and perhaps they did, very sadly, for our country.
It was all very, very strange.
Within days after the election, we witnessed an orchestrated effort to anoint a winner, even while many key states were still being counted.
The constitutional process must be allowed to continue.
We are going to defend the honesty of the vote by ensuring that every legal ballot is counted.
And that no illegal ballot is counted.
This is not just about honoring the votes of 74 million Americans who voted for me.
It's about ensuring that Americans can have faith in this election and in all future elections.
So, of course, the president encapsulates where we are right now and goes into a little bit of detail about what's been going on.
And there's absolutely no doubt that he is completely resolved to carry this to the end to ensure that the election was done properly.
And it's exactly how I framed the book.
It's right out of the... I mean, I'm not taking credit.
Donald Trump's a genius on his own.
He did not need me to write An e-book, but I'm greatly honored that I think we're, our thinking is in line with each other.
And this is exactly the way I framed it in the e-book.
It was a conscious, systematic, planned efforts, massively implemented, multifaceted.
You have both mail-in ballots that were fraudulent.
The computers were, Able to switch votes, registering vote blocks in fractions, which is to weight them.
So you can make outcomes depend on how you want to, you know, Trump votes are weighted at 0.75% of a vote and Biden's at 125% of a vote.
That's how the weighting works.
So, you know, many, many different kinds of facets of the game.
Voting the dead.
They gamed all kinds of things.
Now, Craig, let's play some of these others now.
Which one do you want to do next?
Well, I think if you start at the top of that page and you work your way down a little bit, there's some that are better than others as far as just getting to the nub, the core of things.
Let's go down to one here.
Hang on a second, let me roll down to the one that I played that I thought made a lot of sense.
Now first, it starts out with the GOP chairperson for Arizona, and she talks at length about what's going on with Dominion voting.
But I think even more relevant than that, the one below that, Dr. Corsi, here's a gentleman that came forward, and this is in Michigan, the hearing that took place yesterday that Giuliani was doing.
And this is just under two minutes, and I think this one, you can see, is a Hispanic-looking gentleman on the start of that video.

Yeah, I think it's the one from One American News, right?
Correct.
Okay, let's play that one.
All right, here we go.
Then around 4.30 a.m., we had an announcement that a new shipment of ballots were arriving, and these boxes of ballots were brought in by Mr. Baxter himself at 4.30 a.m.
from the rear of the room.
So I personally eyewitnessed Mr. Baxter carrying boxes from the rear of the basement of the TCF Center into the tables.
So each box I approximate 600 ballots and it was like a full, what you have to know is that These tables, there's about seven tables.
They were 10-foot tables each.
Every table was full of boxes of ballots.
It's not tens of thousands or twenty thousands.
I approximate 50,000 ballots were brought in.
Now were all of those ballots brought in from the rear entrance of the TCF Center?
I don't know.
They were brought in from the TCF Center.
But there was a lot more than just the ones that were brought in from the rear entrance of the TCF Center.
And I'm talking, this is the 6 a.m.
This is when we're starting at 6 a.m.
The 4.30, 5 a.m.
It was 50,000 ballots on the table.
Equal to the two rounds that we did before.
We did a round around 10 p.m.
to about 1 a.m.
And then 1 a.m.
to about 4 a.m.
And then the boxes were brought in from the rear around 4.30.
Then they had the shift change from around 5 to 6.
So with the shift change, most of the volunteers were tired at this point.
They only expected to be there from 10 p.m.
to 5 a.m.
So 90 plus percent of them left at 5 a.m.
I decided to stick around.
So they had the shift change.
At 6 a.m., Mr. Baxter and his management team got back on the microphone and said, this is what the new shift change, right, the new employees, says, this is what democracy is supposed to look like.
So, Dr. Corsi, this is what democracy is supposed to look like according to the tyrants that are trying to destroy our republic.
Well, this is why Donald Trump is so upset, is that this is a threat To our freedoms.
This is a threat to voting.
If this election, if the Democrats succeed in pulling this off, we'll never have another free election, fair election in the United States again.
Because they'll just grab power and run with it as Marxists and as Communists and look at how intolerant they are.
They're not interested in the First Amendment or the Second Amendment.
And the Supreme Court will probably take this case because the Supreme Court knows that they'll pack the court.
You don't think Kamala Harris would pack the court, do you?
Absolutely, and do you think that John Roberts would probably want to continue as the Chief Justice over a group of nine?
Rather than, who knows what they would put him in as far as position goes in what?
A Supreme Court of 13?
13 about 10,000. Okay, let's pick another one.

And I think these are so important because these people are authentic.
You can see that they are really talking from their hearts.
They saw things that were appalling, that really they couldn't do anything about except to report them and nobody listened.
They were being screamed at and shouted at by the Democrats who didn't want them there.
This was a complete fraud.
And how could anyone send... how could these legislatures ever send the Biden slate seeing what they're seeing?
Which one do you want to do next, Craig?
Well, I think it's important, I think, to...
Understand that this is happening in multiple states at the same time that these hearings the one that they had yesterday in Michigan and then the one before that in Arizona before that in Pennsylvania and hearing the same things in one after another and so we've heard from a person in Michigan we've already I think yesterday we played some of the clips from that truck driver that had transported the ballots from New York to Pennsylvania but Maybe we should hear a little bit from Sarah Carter to get a journalist kind of summing this up.
I would like to play one.
Let's play a couple more quickly.

It's also One American News.
It says Giuliani leads day two of Michigan voter fraud hearings.
It's a woman with a white mask on.
Yes.

And so over on the right, if you look at that one, I've got it up on the screen right now.
This is by, uh, the testimony is from this lady who was a contractor to Dominion.
Yes.
Okay.
Let's play that and I'll, I'll mute it.
How long is this one?
Uh, it goes on for a minute and 30.

Here goes.
I was at the TCF Center for 27 hours.
I'm a mother.
I have two children and I have two degrees.
I'm very... I would never... I don't know any woman in the world that would write an affidavit under oath.
Just to write it.
You know, you can go to prison for this.
So anyways, I want to make this very clear.
I was initially supposed to work at the Detroit Department of Elections building.
That was an order by my manager, Nick Economagonis.
Um, part owner of Dominion.
I have it all in emails.
What was going, I was trained on the adjudication and tabulation process.
So in the email it says you are to park in a parking lot and get shuttled over to this,
they called it, they referred to it as the Chicago warehouse.
I know for a fact there was illegal activity going on there.
People have pictures of people carrying ballots out of that place.
There is pictures of vans full of ballots coming out of that place.
So Dr. Corsi, why do you think the Dominion officials would nickname the warehouse that they're using to transport the illegal ballots in the Chicago warehouse?
Sure, because again, Chicago is famous for voter fraud.
1960, when Jack Kennedy was elected president.
It wasn't until the early hours of the morning, the next day, when finally Chicago reported, and it was the precincts in Chicago were controlled by Mayor Daley at that time, Democratic machine.
And suddenly Jack Kennedy won Illinois and he won the election.
Came down to that.
And clearly Richard Nixon, who has lost that election, knew It was fraudulent.
They'd waited till the last minute to see how many, you know, what they needed.
And if they needed Illinois, they got it because it was all fraudulent.
And Richard Nixon did not sue like, you know, started with Al Gore, Democrats suing to try to get, steal an election.
Now the Democrats are just out and out stealing elections.
And what you see here is that a change in ethics, a change in mores.
I mean, Nixon did not want to lose that election, especially not to Jack Kennedy.
They were rivals and they knew each other very well in the Senate.
But Nixon said it would be bad for the country.
I'd be president, and no one would ever believe that I was really president, because I didn't win the votes.
And at least on election night, even if they were stolen, if I correct that, it's still going to be a cloud hanging over.
So he didn't do it.
He was president later.
That was 1968 years later.
In 1968, he was elected president.
He beat Hubert Humphrey.
And again, gentlemanly, whereas these Democrats are just screeching in the night, howling, yelling, throwing feces at each other.
It's amazing.
I mean, this is like demons.
Let's now play the one with Sarah Carter.
That's a good one too.

Sarah, good to have you on the broadcast.
We've never seen anything like this.
That's because there's never been anything like this happen, right?
It's great to see you, Sarah.
Great to see you, too.
I mean, this is very frustrating, very shocking, when you think about the number.
I mean, it's so great that you have real Americans who have submitted affidavits under penalty
of perjury to tell the truth to the American public, when the rest of the media is failing
to do so.
They don't even want to cover it.
And I want everyone out there to think about that, that the American public is being disenfranchised,
because we have real Americans who are submitting affidavits, who are telling the truth, and
wouldn't everybody want to investigate this?
Isn't this something that Democrats and Republicans, Green Party members, Independents, it doesn't matter who you are, don't you want election integrity?
The answer is no, Sarah.
It should be very clear to everyone.
There is no Candy Rock Mountain.
There is no, you know, little bunny rabbits and daffodils alongside the path.
This is a struggle for the soul of this country and the survival of the republic.
And Republicans who don't understand that are putting us in even graver and more imminent danger through their naivete and their refusal to look at what has happened to this president for four years.
They have been trying to first block his election, then overthrow him through the investigations of the so-called FBI, and then the special counsel of the Justice Department, and then the impeachment, none of which produced a damn thing.
But lies, lies, and more lies from the party of hate.
And here we go again in this fraudulent election.
So, Dr. Corsi, Lou Dobbs actually takes the baton from Sarah Carter and pulls it all together.
He puts it in the perspective of everything that President Trump has had to put up with for the last four years.
This is not just something that happened.
This is part of the ongoing coup against the duly elected President of the United States from 2016.
Yeah, it's planned.
In other words, in law, they distinguish the gravity of crimes.
Basically, manslaughter, you kill somebody, but you didn't really intend to.
It was accidental or negligent.
That's the one that usually they get you on, negligent.
You didn't take the care of the situation that you should have as a responsible adult.
And you were held liable for that criminally, but it's much different than premeditated murder, which is murder that is first degree murder.
And then of course, if you have a conspiracy to murder where you're planning it in advance with other people, that's even more serious.
And so again, it's how the crime occurs.
And what Lou Dobbs is saying is this, it was planned many years in advance.
And it was orchestrated.
It was tried out.
The Democrats knew what they were doing.
And they perfected these techniques over years, including with Obama's computers.
Obama's computers worked so that they could micro-target voters.
They could give you individual messages.
They could collect money on your cell phone.
They'd have your name on an iPad in the field so you could be contacted to get out the vote.
Uh, but they decided after Hillary lost in 2016, that they weren't going to risk that again.
So in 2020, they thought, well, we can nominate anybody, especially Joe Biden.
Cause we'll get rid of him and Kamala will be the president.
We could never elect Kamala, but this way we can get the communist into the white house as president.
And, uh, by the way, don't, don't worry about the votes, Joe.
Don't worry about campaigning.
Don't worry about coming out of your basement.
We got it covered.
You're going to win.
You'll need the voters afterward and Biden said these things.
Okay.
Now I think Craig, what we're seeing here is, um, and the last one here with Donald Trump, we've got another clip here about one 10 where Donald Trump says, we don't root out alleged voter fraud.
Then we don't have a country anymore.
And this is exactly right.
I'll play that one.

Many very smart people have congratulated me on all we've done.
The biggest tax cuts in history, regulation cuts, the biggest in history, we rebuilt our military, we took care of our vets like never before, Space Force, and so much more.
But then they went on to say, as big and as important as these events were, The single greatest achievement in your presidency will be exactly what you're doing right now.
Voter integrity for our nation.
It's more important than any of the things that we discussed.
If we don't root out the fraud, the tremendous and horrible fraud that's taken place in our 2020 election, we don't have a country anymore.
So with the resolve and support of the American people, we will restore honesty and integrity to our elections, and we will restore trust in our system of government.

He is not going to stop because he knows that if he doesn't ensure that this election result is legitimate, then that's the end of us.
And I've watched Donald Trump, as I've said many times for a long, many years, and I can see what he's doing.
We don't know each other well.
We've known each other.
I was a VIP guest in the plaza when he owned it, when I had a career in banking.
And finance and, uh, insurance and securities, all that financial career of mine.
Uh, and, um, Donald Trump, when he, you know, he goes through sometimes periods when he's confused, he's trying to figure it out.
Everything's hitting him from all sides.
Then he gets some time.
He started thinking about it.
Some people say a few things that make an impact on him.
And then he gets to where he is now, which is resolved.
He's got it all figured out.
He's got to pull together.
Now he's going to win.
And this is when it becomes unstoppable.
So I think we've got some interesting things that are going to develop today.
And we'll get to those some of them in a minute.
Some of them are just going to unfold and we'll cover them tomorrow.
But I think that was maybe the most important speech he's ever made.
And dealing with this issue of election integrity is maybe the most important issue that he can deal with.

This is a woman who just, her response to A poll challenger's response.

This is Hima, the immigrant from India, an IT specialist who gave spectacular testimony in front of the Michigan House Oversight Committee about the events she witnessed as a GOP and independent poll challenger at the TCF Center in Michigan.
When Democrat Representative Cynthia Johnson had the opportunity to ask Hima a question about her Very credible testimony.
She used her time to call her and the witness next to her liars.
And do you have a point of order, Chairman Hall?
Asked Representative Johnson.
She responded by demanding that Hema and Andrew Seto, sitting next to her, be placed under oath.
May I say something, please?
Hema said, and the chairman agreed to let her respond to this vile accusation.
If that is something you want me to do, I will do it.
Can I just say one thing, though?
If it's a lie, it may change because a liar has to have a lot of memory power.
It was the truth.
You can ask me in the middle of the night and it'll still be the same thing, she said, looking directly at the horrible lawmaker in the room erupted in cheers.
The day after she worked as an independent poll worker, she gave a sworn affidavit outlining her experiences to the Election Integrity Group.
Andrew Seto and other witnesses, whom Johnson called liars, have also provided sworn testimony to the GOP.
So I think basically the Democrats are losing it now.
They're losing.
And It's the clip, the clip where Cynthia Johnson says what she says is the one where it starts out, you see the gentleman in the blue suit.
It's representative, it's a crab crawler.
It has the video, Cynthia.
We're not just saying.
Representative Cynthia Johnson accuses witnesses in Michigan State Committee on oversight of lying about her testimony.

And accusing them of being the liars, the liar accusing the liar, it's all projection every time.

They don't get away with it particularly well, but yet they think that they control the media.
They can just lie to anybody.

And basically, We're finding the truth is coming out, and it's coming out in a big way, a very big way.
Now, essentially, we're seeing that Lou Dobbs, for instance, is really getting the point.
And he gets the point about many, many things.
There's a video of him essentially blowing his top at Bill Barr.

And Bill Barr, of course, came out yesterday and said that, or the day before, there's no evidence of fraud on a big enough scale to change any election results, which is nonsense.
FBI hasn't investigated They don't need to have evidence of a fraud to get the case into the Supreme Court.
As I said, under this Abbott v. Perez, we know there was a fraud.
We can see the statistical evidence.
We hear all this testimony.

But apparently he did this earlier.
He's just now announcing it.
And furthermore, he's suggesting that he has narrowed the Durham investigation down to Crossfire Hurricane only.
The Durham investigation can now proceed, no matter who is in the White House.
It didn't matter before, did it?
The appointment took place on October 19th.
But was only announced in a letter today to top Republicans and Democrats, of course, on the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
Durham's investigation started some 568 days ago.
It appears it is not over.
But I will wager this.
It will amount to nothing.
Because any Department of Justice, any special prosecutor, our counsel now, Who could go this long without unearthing anything of importance to the American people to be presented at least in a report, if not an indictment, is an act of craven insincerity.
That's as nicely as I can put it.
So the bottom line is, Lou Dobbs is saying that even with everything that's supposedly going on at the DOJ, it's going to amount to nothing because the fix is in.
Right, and he's right.
He's exactly right.
You know, the Democrats want to have the rules for you, for me, but not for them.
They can go out to fancy dinners and spend thousands of dollars while we can't go to church.
And these, I think, are the kinds of things that our people are seeing.
So just like throughout the entire year, see Antifa destroying the cities.
We're supposed to feel fear.
I don't feel fear.
I look at these people and say, I'm not, I don't, these people are insane.
They shouldn't be in control of anything.
These people should be locked up.
Then you see the Democrats, like this Democrat that was attacking this Cynthia Johnson, who, you know, Basically, these Democrats are unhinged.
They're like screeching demons.
They don't want a reason.
And they are convinced that you're wrong.
All we want to do is live our lives, vote, you know, die in our beds with our grandchildren surrounding us.
I mean, we want to live peaceful lives.

But I was very encouraged by that Supreme Court decision last week.
In the Catholic diocese and the synagogue case against Cuomo, where the justice is about unanimously, said that his lockdowns were violating freedom of expression under the First Amendment, freedom of religion.
It was unreasonable restrictions.
You shouldn't allow people to go to church.
And Justice Roberts dissented, but he dissented not because he disagreed.
But because Cuomo did such a blunder-headed thing, he'd already dropped that.
And Roberts said, the case is moot.
Let's get a case that's not moot, and then I'll come along with the majority.
I think Roberts is very technical.
Roberts is being able to remind me of like an old lady in a sewing circle.
He's got all the rules have to be right.
The stitches have to be in order.
He wants everything to be done precisely.
I don't think he's really a Trump hater.
But he likes these stickling little rules.
We'll find out pretty soon, especially when a Supreme Court case can be brought on his decisions on the voting right cases and his logic.
Let's see if he repudiates his own logic.
