So, Dr. Corsi, according to Russ Ramsland, the Democrats have turned our election system into one big casino.
That's right.
That's a good way to put it.
Today is Wednesday, November 25th, 2020, the day before Thanksgiving.
And by the way, we will not be doing a show tomorrow or Friday.
Our next one will be Monday because I'll have an e-book, a new e-book, On how Donald Trump wins re-election, how Donald Trump wins, and we're going to explain much of that today, but I am increasingly enthusiastic.
When I can finally finish an e-book, like I'm going to do now, and get the last piece of it, it's there, we'll explain it today, so everybody who listens to this will have a preview of what the e-book is going to be about.
I always, when I figure these things out, I know we're going to win.
When I can finally write an e-book, we're going to win.

And it's just locked certain in my mind, and we're going to explain how today and architect it and show you what's coming down.
But like the e-books I've written before, this one will have the same kind of impact, I believe, of changing everything.

And I'm seeing that this narrative is increasingly beginning to catch on.
The Democrats are, in fact, the Democrats Are already shifting their strategy because they know they're going to lose.
Now, it's hard to imagine because you're hearing constantly, one after another, everybody saying, well, you know, here's Biden's new cabinet and we need to get it confirmed now with the Senate so he can start on day one.
We can't wait.
This is a psych-op.
It's a psychological operation designed to make you think you can't win.
Submit.
It'll be easier if you just give in.
Take a knee.
It's already done.
Well, that's a psych op.
And in fact, didn't they for three years tell you, Russia collusion, we have proof.
Didn't you say, I have proof positive.
They had nothing.
And when it came to be, except for the psych op, which they had perfectly coordinated with the press and the media and the White House Press Corps and demeaning Donald Trump and saying Russia, Russia, Russia, and everybody believed there had to be Russian collusion.
It was the Russians who hacked the election and Donald Trump was an illegitimate president.
Remember all that, Craig?
Remember it.
It's still going on.
Believe it or not, there are still flat earthers that believe that the Russian Trump hoax is real.
Yeah, I know.
It is kind of pathetic.
Look, there was no evidence.
Mueller had no evidence.
I broke their case.
I refused to take their plea deal, and it didn't work for them.
Okay?
Now, secondly, didn't we hear, he's going to be impeached over Ukraine.
He's going to be impeached.
Going to be impeached.
That didn't happen either.
Well, he was impeached.
He just wasn't removed from office.
He was impeached.
The impeachment is bringing the trial into the Senate.
That happened, but he was acquitted at the Senate trial.
And Dershowitz did the argument there, helped to do the argument.
Sekulow was brilliant.
They had a brilliant team.
And they'll do it again.
Sekulow may participate.
Not necessary, but he may.
And he could be very good at it.
And we're, you know, pushing for him to consider it.
At any rate, um, okay.
Then we heard, oh, Antifa, COVID.
Oh, Donald Trump's got COVID.
He's going to die.
Well, he didn't die.
Three days later, bounced out of the hospital, but better than ever.
Okay.
But then, you know, we, before that had Antifa and Black Lives Matter and Take a Knee.
The military was saying this is a peaceful protest.
Esper said, I won't invoke the Insurrection Act because Donald Trump is crazy.
And Mattis said, or I guess it was Kelly, former chief of staff, military said, well, you got to look at the mental state of the guy and he's not stable, Donald Trump.
They were going to invoke the 25th amendment.
We wrote about that and the plan to remove Donald Trump from the presidency.

At any rate, what I'm saying is the psych op has always said that Donald Trump was going to lose.
Donald Trump always looks like he's going to lose until just before he wins.
Right now it looks, oh, he's got to lose on this one.
How are we going to overturn all of these votes?

I'm going to explain to you that we're not, Sidney Powell is not going to win this case.
He's not going to get Donald Trump to be president.
Now what she's doing is important.
And I don't want to demean her efforts.
I think she's brilliant.
And I think she's going to play a major role.
But we've got to distinguish here between what's going to be absolutely essential to be done, which is what she's doing, and what's going to win, which is different.
I'm going to get into that.
First, I want to talk about the Jericho March.

This is being organized to go into the, start protests, peaceful protests, marches, rallies, around the state legislatures.
Why?
Because the state legislatures get to pick the electors.
Under Article Two, they have full power.
They don't have to put the Biden slate in.
They can say, well, you know, this election was so fraudulent, We're gonna pick the Trump slate.
And there's nothing anybody can do about that.
And we're gonna go with a, it's the biblical.
Gonna go around, you know, God said to Joshua, go around the city of Jericho.
This was after Moses when the promised land was there that was occupied by the Canaanites.
This was a Canaan city, Canaanite city.
And they blew the trumpets and the walls came down.
Well, there's trumpet.today.

And this is going to be the social media site.
It's going to be organized.

will do the right thing.
Maybe Georgia, maybe Maybe Wisconsin, maybe Michigan, maybe one of the states in question, Arizona, that we have control of something like, I guess, 29 of the state legislatures, because we've really done well.
The Democrats have lost.
And by the way, I don't think that Trump is really GOP.
I think we've got a party realignment going on here, a massive shift in voters, which takes a while to perceive.
But I think it's a realignment.
And the GOP is in many ways just as corrupt.
I mean, Lindsey Graham, you know, do I need to say more?
You know, he's, they can't rely on him making money, cashing in.
And so therefore, Donald Trump has his own constituency, which is an America first people who do not want the new world order.
And it's huge, and it's growing.
And the Democrats are now a marginal communist party.
They call themselves Democrat Socialists.
Actually, I don't think they're communists as much as they're Nazi, because the Nazis wanted to have what Hitler wanted.
He was a socialist, remember?
National Socialism, that's Nazis.
They wanted to have a welfare state.
So Hitler was actually the first to say, let's have universal health care, and let's have free government vacations for workers.
Government paid.
But send people money!
Okay?
And that's Hitler idea, because it was going to be the elite, the Hitler group, himself at the lead, himself the most rich, like Stalin, the most rich.
This is always the scheme in socialism or Nazism.
And multinational corporations running the deal, which were financed in Wall Street.
Hitler was financed from Wall Street by Prescott Bush.
The father of George H.W.
Bush, the grandfather of George W. Bush, working with Brown Brothers Harriman, Harriman Brothers, Averill Harriman, became part of the Kennedy administration in the sense of kind of a roving ambassador.
And then you had the Dulles family.
Because they thought that they could put together Krupp, the arms maker in Germany, and have interlocking shares with U.S.
Steel.
And we would have multinational corporations would be for the benefit of everybody.
We'd get cheaper products.
We'd get a better world.
It would be more work.
Yeah, well, it doesn't work that way because they have everybody at the top and they steal all the money.
Give me your wallet and I can spend it better than you can on these poor people.
These are victims.
Well, everybody else, if you're not in the elite or the multinational corporations, you're a serf.
Same as monarchy.
You're the king or royalty, or you're a serf.
You know, it'd be lucky to be able to survive.
All of these schemes, except for the one our founding fathers devised, which is based on Aristotelian principles, namely, let's build a strong middle class.
All these Nazis, communists, they hate the middle class.
Now, proof of this, Craig, did you see that cabinet that Biden was introducing yesterday?
Uh, gee, seems like a lot of America firsters that are just out to really rebuild all the damage that President Trump did, making America great again.
They're going to make America what?
I don't get it.
All these cast of characters.

You know, and the deal that Donald Trump has brilliantly exercised where the Arab states like the UAE and Bahrain and Sudan are beginning to say, let's just work with Israel.
We don't need to, let's quit trying to kill these Jews and end the Jewish state.

Donald Trump is orchestrating it.

But they hate this because they, the left hates Jews.

So here comes Biden on the stage with his mask and everybody's social distancing because he can't get 10 people in the room without paying them to watch him.

And one of the guys they rolled out yesterday has been for the mandatory gun buybacks.

And Craig, I saw also an article this morning where they're going to have rolling blackouts on Thanksgiving in Southern California to prevent forest fires.

Well, I think that's another indication that they really know they're going to lose, and that you're watching a show, a psych-op.

I would like to find those articles, Craig, because I'd like to show people I'm not making this stuff up as wild and crazy as it is.

I just can't see where I saw them this morning.
I was looking at so many things getting ready here this morning that it is unbelievable.
They are really planning these bizarre ideas.
They are really doing it.
And I don't know what they were.
I think they just Oh yeah.
And Biden is going to have amnesty for over 11 million illegals, which is going to go to the Senate in the first 100 days.
That was pretty much broadcast yesterday too.
I can show you that article.
Do you want to see that one, Craig?
Uh, if you force me, I don't know if I want to see this.
We don't need to see it.
I want to move on to other stuff.
I mean, this is all the negative stuff going on now on our side.
You've got a lot.
Sidney Powell says she's going to file her legal case in Georgia, supposedly today.
Okay, and I'm glad she's going to do that.
And she said it's got a lot of attachments to it, which are the evidence.
So we're going to see some evidence, which is good.
Now I'll explain why.
But at the same time, we've got some hearings being won over here.
So you've got Rudy Giuliani announcing and being very happy, and rightfully so, that he's going to be able to have all these hearings in the different states.
There's evidently going to be hearings in, let me just see if I can find that for a minute.
Yeah, there's going to be hearings in Arizona, Michigan, and Pennsylvania in the legislatures On the election wins.
Now, this is actually a very good and smart move because it's in the state legislatures.
Now, if they can begin to convince some of these state legislatures that there was fraud, then they've got a chance to flip the state legislature when it decides who's going to be the electors.
And Craig, I'm going to put this one, some of these positive ones will show people.
And what this is about is that President Trump's campaign legal team announced Tuesday, yesterday, that the legislatures in Arizona, Michigan, and Pennsylvania will soon hold election-related hearings.
They will be held, quote, in an effort to provide confidence that all the legal votes have been counted and the illegal votes have not been counted in the November 3rd election.
According to a press release, and I guess that press release was released by the Trump campaign, so they're going to really raise the issue of election fraud.
The Pennsylvania state will hold a hearing on Wednesday at which Rudy Giuliani will speak.
The next Wednesday, the senators involved in the hearing will deliver five-minute opening statements, and people who have filed affidavits alleging election fraud will deliver.
Okay, next week the Arizona legislature hearing will occur on Monday and the Michigan legislature hearing on Tuesday.
Quote, state legislatures are uniquely qualified and positioned to hold hearings on election irregularities and fraud before the electors are chosen.
That's what Trump is saying.
See, Trump is on to this.
We and others have gotten enough of this into the Trump team as to how the Constitution works.
Craig, if you can show those two articles I wrote.
I wrote two articles explaining why the Jericho march is so important.
Because, again, under Article 2, Section 1.2 of the United States Constitution, state legislatures have the sole authority to select their representatives to the electoral college, providing a critical safeguard against voter fraud and election manipulation.
Okay, now this strongly supports the Jericho marches.
This is what the Jericho marches are about.
Okay, and so this is extremely important.
And here I'm going to tell the organizers right now.
I'm telling them this what you're seeing right there Craig in that press release
is the this is the support.
This is featured. I'm telling you to feature this.
Okay.

So basically this goes right in hand with the strategy to flip one or more state legislatures.
And these hearings are going to be very important.
And when you had the separation of Sidney Powell and Giuliani last week, and I believe that Tucker Carlson was asked by president Trump to do what he did and say, I want to see Sidney Powell's evidence.
Okay.
Because.
Let's go to Sidney Powell next.
Now, Sidney Powell is saying she's going to file these in Arizona.
She's saying, for instance, this was done on... Gateway Pundit was reporting this.
She's saying that in Arizona, there were 35,000 votes given to Democratic candidates by the system before the counting started.
There you go, Craig.
That's in there.
She's saying she's going to drop a Moab on Arizona Democrats that could flip the state.
She's been using these kind of exact, you know, the Kraken, this ancient sea monster, like an octopus, that big squid that brings sailing ships down under the ocean, was very feared.
And now I guess it's a computer game, the Kraken monster.
Cybersecurity computer game, I guess, or something.
At any rate, and she's saying now the Moab we're going to drop in this case is going to be biblical.
Well, in legal terms, if you've got a biblical case, just bring it.
You know, you're not going to win the case in the press.
And what Tucker was saying is, do you have any evidence?
Now, the aim here was, I want to distinguish here between psych ops and reality of what's going to win.
Cause that's going to be the main theme today.
How I have, you know, how Trump is going to win with a Supreme court strategy.
That's where we're going.
Okay.
Now, if we showed yesterday to the presentation yesterday, my podcast, and then we actually showed you Craig, show them where they can find the broadcast by Russ.
Ramsland of his computer analysis of how this computer system of dominion was worked to be fraudulent.
How it uses, what Craig started with, how it uses a algorithm to set the payouts in a gambling casino.
So the slot machines, everybody thinks they're winning and they keep playing the slots.
But in the end of the day, the house always makes a profit.
Takes the people's money.
And people are paying for those big hotels.
They're not put up there so you can win the money.
And it's architected in the back room.
And we can prove that the system was fraudulent.
Now, the problem that Sidney Powell has got is that she's going to have to make these cases of voter fraud or election fraud.
And there's a difference.
Voter fraud is more like when the mail-in ballots are falsified, or people come in to vote, like in Georgia, who don't really live there, but they game the system by getting a hotel and saying, we're planning to move here, so let us vote.
And Georgia evidently lets them do that.
Well, that's problematic.
But for Sidney Powell to win these cases of voter fraud and election fraud with the computers to his election fraud.
And Craig, do you see those?
You're showing them that slide presentation?

Were you impressed by it, Craig?
Absolutely.
I mean, Russ Ramsland, with the way that he set it up, and then walks through slide by slide, and it builds the narrative for you, where you clearly understand this very quickly.
Well, see, Russ showed that the system could be used to produce fraud, and it was designed to produce fraud.
And this is absolutely convincing.
He can prove that, and he can show it with logs that he has, and show how it's done with the vote switching.
He can show it to you from 2018.
When this gets into a court, the court's going to say, well, prove it happened this year.
Which votes were switched?
Now you got a much more difficult thing to do, and you'd have to have the logs of the actual election night Where the computer is in motion as they're setting and figuring out how the algorithms work to change the odds on the slot machines and the payouts in the casino.
You'd have to see the data they were using and how it affected the payouts that they were implementing.
Just like you'd have to see the data of the voting that was occurring and how it implemented the voting that had to be created.
But what Russ can prove is that the system inherently was designed to produce an illegal result or a fraudulent result, a result that was absolutely wrong and it was massive.
The system was designed to be fraudulent.
He can prove that point and he can prove that the result Of the way the votes came in, you know, all these votes at one time for Biden at the middle of the night.
He can, by mathematical proofs and statistical proofs, probabilistic proofs, he can absolutely prove that that had to be fraudulent.
And there's no doubt about it.
Because statistically, and there's different measures.
See, when you do statistics, and I taught statistics at the college level, I actually never took a course in it, but I taught it.
And I ran randomized, controlled field experiments for the National Science Foundation, one of the biggest ever done.
And again, I never took a course in research methodology.
I didn't need to.
So, you know, I just, I've got to read, read a textbook.
Boom, there it is.
Okay, next.
And I understand how these probabilistic models work.
You know, I'm very interested now in Pearl Harbor.
Well, I went and learned how the codes were broken, learned how the Enigma machine was made, what Turing was doing, what the logic was, what the equations looked like.
Okay, I got it.
Well, I'm telling you that the mathematical models and the various proofs statistically that can be brought in will prove not only, first of all, that they can prove independently the machine was created in order to produce a fraudulent event.
Inherently, that's how it worked.
It's the only way you can understand how the machine was built.
And in fact, it did produce a fraudulent vote, but we don't know what votes to throw out.
Because, for instance, the mail-in ballots, the envelopes were either thrown away or discarded or never had a name on them to begin with, or there was no envelope.
You just got these votes.
Well, if we could say, okay, these are the missing envelopes, well, which votes are they associated with?
That's going to be hard to prove.
Now, the cases that Sidney Powell gets on the affidavits, The affidavits are going to be useful in the Supreme Court because they can say, okay, we know that these people are saying there were these fraudulent activities.
And by the way, evidently, Sidney Powell and Lynn Wood, the attorney working with her, have a video of fraud being actually committed in Georgia in this State Farm arena.
Show it.
I want to see it.
Show it now.
Begin.
That's what Hunter was saying.
That's what Tucker Carlson was saying.
Sidney, show us the evidence.
Why?
Because if you got it, show it.
We're in a psychological warfare and people seeing that video will say, Biden didn't win.
Biden didn't win.
Look at, hey, come here.
Look at this video.
Look what they're doing.
She's got it recorded.
That's going to make a huge impact.
Show the video.
Show the evidence.
Got affidavits.
And now we got Rudy over here and he's tracked.
He isn't filing cases right now.
They'll file cases.
They'll file cases in Michigan.
They're going to file cases all over the place.
They have a hundred cases filed, but I don't plan that they're going to go anywhere.
I'll tell you why in a minute.
But Rudy is taking the evidence into a state legislature and he's going to have a hearing.
Now that's not winning a legal case, but it's making, it's a pushback against the psychological argument that Biden won the vote.
He's telling the legislature with all this evidence, all these affidavits, we can show you the voting irregularities.
It's impossible that Biden won the vote.
Impossible.
And legislators, which are controlled majority Republican are going to listen.
And they have the sole authority under article two, section 1.2, the constitution to pick the legislators, the electors any way they want.
Well, we're going to pick, uh, electors that won't certify the election.
Okay.
That messes up the electoral college.
Good.
They are going to put it in the Trump electors.
Well, the Democrats are going to say, we're going to go to the Supreme Court over that.
Well, except that the Supreme Court's already said, in Bush v. Gore, that the state legislatures have the sole right, as it was plenary, the power to appoint full, unabridged, do it any way they want.
And they say they can take that power back unto themselves and appoint whatever slate they want, any moment.
So Rudy's now taking, he's letting illegal cases go forward, but he's going into the state legislatures to try to flip a state legislature.
People, let's get out there with the Jericho marches.

I just can't, got to go to these places, because I'm telling you, we created these programs anticipating where this was going.
Okay, now let's get back to Sidney Powell.
We've got to understand how the court systems work.
And when you've got a murder, so we got a dead body here, and we have found somebody, we think this person did the murder.
Okay, because we caught them with the smoking gun in their hand.
Okay, now we have to have a trial.
And it's trial usually in a state court for homicide.
Homicide one, probably intend to kill the person.
And now they're gonna prove it to a jury.
Now this is called the determination of fact.
Okay, and the jury finds the defendant guilty.
That's okay.
That's sealed.
That's the, that's the trial decision.
Now we'll say, well, but, but he didn't do it.
Okay.
Now we've got a couple of procedures.
It goes to the circuit court or the court of appeals, federal system.
It's us court of appeals.
Well, certainly they'll understand that we have DNA and he may have had the gun in his hand, but it was because he came into the room, saw the person dead and picked it up and couldn't believe what had just happened while the killer ran away.
We had the killer's DNA on the weapon and other places in the room.
That was the killer.
He got away, or she got away.
Okay, we can't use he, she anymore, can we?
It.
It got away.
Haven't they invented a new term yet in this new language?
These people are Orwellian.
Yeah, goo goo ga ga.
Okay, so Now we got, it's not, wait a minute.
You can't put this person in the electric chair because you don't, the DNA.
Okay.
So now we go to, um, a circuit court.
Well, certainly we're going to win there.
Well, the circuit court has only got one question and that is, was the trial conducted properly?
In other words, did you get a chance to introduce the DNA evidence?
Well, yeah, they did, but you know, the jury wasn't convinced by it.
Can't say the jury was wrong here.
Well, you know, it's not fair, but it was conducted fair.
The jury was selected fairly.
The judge gave honest and fair instructions to the jury.
The defense got to bring in all of its witnesses.
There was no behind the seal.
The trial, procedurally, was conducted correctly.
That's the question of a circuit court of appeals or an appeals court of the state system.
Well, so the circuit court trial was done right.
I'm sorry you don't like the jury result, but that's the determination of fact, because in our system, that jury gets to decide.
Now we go to the Supreme Court.
Supreme Court's got only one question, and that is, is there something about this trial that happened that violates a principle in the Constitution?
Okay.
So we say, wait a minute.
Well, yeah, the rights of the defendant were compromised.
Well, how so?
Well, now I've got to think pretty hard because it's got to be a constitutional reason why the rights were not allowed to be brought forward.
And the defense says, well, your honor, we introduced this mathematical evidence that showed that the DNA had a probabilistic was probabilistically
was 99.999999 was was not of the guy who was holding the gun when the police arrived
that they say is the murderer.
And probabilistic evidence should apply to give him his equal rights to a fair trial
under the 14th amendment because what the judge said judge said I don't want any probability
argued in this court.
And I don't, I don't know the DNA.
I, you know, prove, I want to see, I want to see actual fact.
Do you have a picture of him doing the shooting?
I want to see.
Okay.
Then you don't have, you don't have the picture of the guy you said really shot it.
That wasn't this guy.
Well, okay.
The person you say, did it have their fingerprints on the gun?
No.
Well, was that person even in the state that day of the murder?
Well, actually we found him three states away, but we're having difficulty figuring out how he got there.
We still don't know how he got there.
Well, maybe he was there forever and wasn't involved in the murder at all.
Maybe that DNA evidence was there from a day earlier or two days earlier.
Cause you say it's not on the gun.
Okay and so the Supreme Court says these were issues resolved at the trial court because they were aired and debated and the jury decided that the DNA didn't mean anything.
There's no constitutional violation of rights because the Supreme Court is not going to retry the case.
The Supreme Court thinks that there was a Loss of rights that were unequally treated.
He was unfairly treated.
They'll remand the case to the district court to retry the case.
They'll vacate the judgment of the jury and they'll say hold a new trial.
But in this case they're not going to do that.
Because the issues were all debated.
Now, Craig, is that, so that's the issues we've got going to the Supreme Court.
Do you understand that, Craig?
Is that clear?
Sure.
And there's different standards that need to be met at different levels, whether it's preponderance of evidence or a reasonable doubt standard, and those factor in as well.
But I gather, I don't want to spoil where you're headed with this, but I believe that at a certain point the Supreme Court might punt.
Well, they can, but that's a different issue.
We'll get there.
Okay.
Let's translate this now into what Sidney Powell is doing, what Rudy Giuliani is doing.
Rudy Giuliani now seems to be tracked on.
Let's see if we can flip a state legislature to see there's so much evidence of fraud, we're not going to put in the Biden slate.
That's kind of a long shot because the state legislatures are about as courageous as a rabbit hiding in the woods.
And the truth is what you're going to have to do is you're going to have to get them to have some courage.
Well, that's what the Jericho March will do.
The Jericho March will say to the state legislators, you'll never be elected again.
We know who you are.
We're going to ruin your political careers.
And most state legislators are there for their businesses or because they're planning to become congressmen, or they think they can be president, whatever.
They have political ambitions or business ambitions.
Some of them are actually devoted just to doing civic duty, but you know, the way to bet is that they're there for a personal reason.
And if they said, we know who you are, we're going to vote against you, we're going to start your campaign for defeat, re-elect somebody else today.
There may be enough pressure on some of the state legislatures, especially if Sidney Powell starts releasing what she's got.

You know, Sidney's brilliant, but we want to win this one.

He was the lawyer behind Enron.
Sidney wrote the book, Licensed to Lie, about Enron and Weissman, this Department of Justice criminal.
Who prosecuted people, made up crimes, ruined Arthur Anderson, destroyed the firm, ruined Enron because of political reasons.
They were close to the Bushes.
Doing the same thing in the Mueller investigation, the Russia probe.
Anybody who knows?
It's hard to remember these things because the Democrats keep lawfare and architecting it.

Well, I said, I was waiting to see Monica, where you'd come out on that.
And of course, I've loved this woman for 30 years and said, going on to 29 years this year, actually, and said, if you're there, then I'm going to tell them to take a hike.
And I told Mueller, keep your plea deal.
Put me in prison.
That's how crooked and corrupt you are.
We closed down Mueller, and then after that, Weissman resigned, because he wasn't going to get what he wants.
And this is a whole nature of, again, understanding the evil has to be—just say no to it.
It falls apart.
I went on television.
I showed everybody.
I showed the plea deal they wanted me to sign.
Got to Giuliani over the transom.
It just ended up on his desk.
Wonder how it got there.
Anyway, it got there.
And Donald Trump saw it, and they said, of course he breaks.
We're done.

I told him, I went on television, told everybody how criminal Weissman was.
We beat Weissman.

So, why is Sidney Powell not gonna succeed in the courts?
Okay, so she files this Moab, which she claims it is in Georgia.
And the Democrats file motions.
All kinds of motions.
They have to be done pre-trial, because you can't start a trial until you go through the motions, the filings the Democrats come up with.
The Democrats already have all these motions ready.
They've been working on them for years, months, refining them.
And as these motions come in, the judge is going to say, we've got to hear this one.
We've got to hear this one.
We've got to have a hearing on this one.
We've got to hear this one.
On December 14th, a hard date.
In the constitution, the electoral college must meet.
Now, Craig, I'm not sure my arithmetic is positively so good, but let me just kind of, that's a nice thing about having these calendars in your computer.
You know, we can look at them and they deal all the work for us.
You know, it's like, you know, the eight and 10 year old, why do I have to learn how to add when you've got an adding machine?
Just calculate it, punch them.
I don't have to know how to add or multiply or divide.
Okay, so today is the 25th of November.
It's Wednesday.
The Supreme Court meets on Monday, the 14th.
Now that means we've got two full weeks, which as I counted is still 14 days, plus the 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th.
So we've got 14 days plus four days.
27th and 28th. So we've got 14 days plus four days. We've got 18 days.
There's no way that trial will be held and resolved in 18 days.
That evidence will never be presented in court, because they'll probably never get to start the trial.
And there's no way to say to the state, well, the state legislature wants us to have a fair election.
So therefore, we need to have a recount.
So we are not going to put electors forward until this date.
Well, that's not the way the Constitution is written.
If you believe that's to be the case, go to the state legislature and tell them to put forward a slate of electors that won't certify the election.
That's an option, and Rudy's got that set up.
And the Jericho March, people get out in the streets, we'll support it.
This is why we have a chance with the state legislatures.
In other words, I said earlier that what Sidney Powell is doing is important.
Tucker Carlson was right.
Show us the goods.
So Sidney said, I can't go to trial.
Okay, then Rudy's going to take evidence and show it to the state legislatures and put it on television.
Tucker said, I'll give you a week.
I'll bring you in here, Sidney, for a week and give you the entire show and let you make your case.
Okay, so Cindy ought to do that, because even if she can't make a case, and now we're back to the issue of the trial court, that trial court's going to say, Ms.
Powell, which fraudulent votes were associated with which votes?
Which ones you want us to pull out?
I want you to pull out all of these that came in after one in the morning.
There were 35,000 of them.
They're all fraudulent.
Well, actually, Ms.
Powell, there were Mostly fraudulent.
There was 85% or 65% for Biden and very few, 35% or under 20% or whatever for Trump.
And we know mathematically that wasn't possible, but there's no names associated with these ballots.
So how do we know which voter's ballot to take out of the pile?
And you have not made an argument as to why we should throw away the whole batch.
That may be a constitutional argument that the Supreme Court will take in Pennsylvania because the state governor gave extended counting and the state board of education of elections said it's okay the state of Pennsylvania Supreme Court said that's just fine go ahead and do it but the state legislature didn't change the state law so and they were the only one under article two that had the authority to set the laws in that state for the Presidential election.
It's a constitutional argument, but it will not win at the trial court.
I'm not sure with the requirements of evidentiary proof at a trial court that Sidney Powell is going to win.
And she should win, but only because we know there was fraud.
It's obvious there was fraud, but that's a mathematical proof.
Do you see the difference, Craig?
I'm struggling a little bit in that.
Dr. Corsi, the legal standard is preponderance of evidence.
No.
And I'm believing that there's a two-pronged path here that needs to be followed.
And Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis are doing a wonderful job of doing what you want done in order to preserve the presidency.
And Sidney Powell is doing exactly what she needs to do with her level of expertise and how she does things.
in order to prevail in the long term on putting these crooks away after the election is settled in Donald Trump's favor.
How am I wrong?
Well, first of all, remember I told you Sydney Powell is brilliant.
She develops excellent cases.
She did remarkable things.
Got two plea deals thrown out for General Flynn.
Which he said he was guilty to a judge.
That's almost never thrown out.
Almost impossible.
She got the Department of Justice to drop the criminal charges.
Almost impossible.
But he's still before Judge Sullivan.
And what is she supposed to do now in order to break that loose?
What hasn't she done?
Okay, well, I would have gotten him out.
Okay, because I would have gone at the evidence a little bit differently and done the presentation a little differently.
Are you going to then persuade Sullivan to do it?
I might file criminal charges against Covington and Burling for violating their standards in a criminal fashion, making General Flynn accept a plea deal that was a plea deal between the law firm and the Department of Justice who worked together on these areas of law.
Wouldn't that just go to the DOJ that would dismiss it because Deep State Barr is there?
I would say that we have now judicial bias and there is a procedure in this special court that's created that John Roberts heads.
Remember the one we dealt with with Manuel a few months ago?
Sure.
And that Judge Sullivan has violated his oath as a judge and his bias and needs to be removed.
And that would go before whom to educate?
Before that board, they can remove him from office.
Tom Fitton just got appointed to a panel that removes federal judges.
But that didn't exist back when Sidney Powell was doing what she's been doing.
The one with John Roberts existed.
No, what I mean is this Tom Fitton being on it.
No, that came later.
But the procedures are there.
The procedures to remove a judge are there.
I'd have gone after him with those procedures.
And now, unfortunately, we have some people on there that might actually enable that to prevail.
Well, I'm saying, what I'm telling you is that the standard, if it's a criminal trial where she's accusing someone, you know, if she isn't accusing somebody, Ms.
Powell, you're coming in here with all this evidence of fraud, is there an issue, a dispute here?
Did you get a district attorney to charge somebody with a crime?
Or you just want us to make an academic determination that there was fraud.
Why are we here, Ms.
Powell?
Are we going to see that, do you think, today with the legal filing in Georgia?
I'm looking forward to it, but I don't think we will.
I don't think she's ready to bring criminal indictments.
I don't think she can bring criminal indictments.
And nobody in that state has brought a criminal indictment.
If they get criminal indictments, I'll revise my idea.
I think she's just going to present a brief, and here's all the evidence of fraud, and we want the court to adjudicate that this was fraud.
Well, the court's going to say, I don't know if that's within our authority.
We can adjudicate.
We can hold a criminal trial.
We can hold a civil trial.
But that's against somebody.
Or, you know, are you suing the Board of Elections?
Is this a civil case?
Are you saying the Board of Elections committed a crime?
Who's the parties in this, Ms.
Powell?
You have all this evidence.
Okay, well, great.
So what she can do now productively with that evidence, file whatever she wants in the courts.
Start the process.
Do all the filings you can think of.
The chances of them being, and so now you have the mainstream media and their psych op is saying, well, they filed all these cases, but they all got dismissed.
See, they have nothing.
They're just telling you they got stuff.
They have nothing.
The courts are dismissing these claims.
Well, again, it's a strategy designed to lose.
I don't like strategies designed to lose.
And I apologize for being tough on Sidney Powell.
But I got Mueller and she did.
I got Weissman.
She didn't.
Okay.
And she told me to stop talking to general Flynn.
And I tried to say Sydney about this and this, this, I read her text messages and she largely has been ignoring them while talking to all my friends and, you know, who are on the radio and everything else.

If Sydney, if you want the radio, then get on.
Get on TV.
Now, I'm not attacking Sidney Powell in the sense that I want her to change strategies.
Okay, now I'm going to get into why I want her to change strategies.
And just stay with me, people, because this is how we win.
Remember, I want to win.

If people think I'm attacking Sidney Powell, look, this is a rough game.
And you've got to understand how it's really going to be played because the other side is going to play.
I'm telling you, they are playing it the way I'm telling you they're playing it.
Have I been wrong so far about Russia collusion?

I was vindicated.
I didn't get indicted.
Right, Craig?
You are a free man.
And the media was loving to interview me because they were sure I was going to go to prison.
I was going to be another trophy on their wall.
Okay, I went in and wrote the book, The Plan to Remove President Trump from the White House, because I didn't want that plan to succeed.
But in fact, when I told you this was all coordinated, I predicted in that book that the final chapter would be voter fraud, election fraud, and this process of complete confusion throughout the remaining of the election.
Okay, now, Craig, we're gonna run a little bit late.
You said you have to have this done in about, I guess, about 20 minutes now, right?

We're gonna shift gears now.
So I'm not attacking Sidney Powell.
I'm trying to get her some suggestions as to how, and my suggestion is very simple.

That will be a game changer.
And file the cases.
That will be a game changer.
But don't expect them to win.
And don't expect the Supreme Court to take them.
The only case so far the Supreme Court will take is Pennsylvania and that's only 20 electoral votes.
Now here's the strategy.

What this case was about was about a gerrymandering scheme, I think in Texas.
Gerrymandering is when they redistrict and they were redistricting to take a Latino population and break it up so Latinos couldn't vote in their own district together and get what they wanted.
Congressmen, whoever the Latinos wanted as a group, Because broken up and gerrymandered, they weren't strong enough.
And so that was contested under the 14th Amendment, Equal Protection of Law.
And they came to the Supreme Court, the Latinos, and they said, basically, and their lawyers, and said, we've been denied equal rights because our Latino votes do not have the same weight as the majority white votes do because of the scheme That's what the 14th Amendment is all about.
13th Amendment freed the slaves, and then the states had poll taxes, lots of reasons why the blacks had to go through these tests in order to be allowed to vote.
And they never, very few got through the tests.
They had to own property, all kinds of things.
And so they came into the 14th Amendment, which was that any state action, any state contrived scheme or plan has to be designed by the state.
That denies someone equal protection under the laws for their rights under the constitution.
In other words, black votes don't mean the same as white votes because they can't get through this state contrived poll tax scheme or they don't own property.
It's unconstitutional.
That's the 14th amendment.
Now, what John Roberts said in this case was unique.
John Roberts said, Well, you know, that scheme we normally in the Supreme, it's exactly the kind we've had for years.
And we've typically said, yeah, that's unconstitutional.
It's a no brainer.
He said, but John, the left hates John Richards, the chief justice, John Roberts, chief justice, John Roberts, because they think he's destroying the Voting Rights Act.
And in this sense, he is.
And they're mad about that, because that's one of the core great society pieces of legislation around which the Democrats have had the blacks vote for them on the plantation for decades.
While the Democrats have also kept them poor.
Victims.
Need victims to have communism.
Otherwise you don't have social injustice.
So you create the social injustice, point to the victims, get the victims to be on your side, architect a revolution, put yourself in charge and take everybody's money.
Nice plan.
Okay, so John Roberts says, now we look at the data here and we can see if we measure this, we can see that in fact, you know, all the voting records we've scanned and we've done correlations, we've run probabilistic statistics, And in fact, Latino votes had the same weight as the white votes.
They got a lot of things they wanted.
They elected Latino congressmen.
So the scheme might be a fraudulently designed scheme, and we see that it is, but it didn't work.
We can show you that from the mathematical proof.
So John Richards, John Roberts said, the Supreme Court justice, This law, this scheme is not unconstitutional.
You can keep gerrymandering that way.
It's okay.
Because it didn't make the Latino votes unequal.
Okay.
Now the justices who joined him were Thomas, who hates Biden after the Anita Hill fiasco.
If you remember that, when they said he was doing sexual impropriety, when he was Confirmed for the Supreme Court justice.
In 1991, Biden was head of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Chairman.
Democrats controlled the Senate at that time.
And Thomas said, this is a judicial lynching.
He's black.
Lynching.
Use the word lynching.
Judicial lynching.
So he joined with Roberts.
And Alito joined with Roberts.
And Gorsuch joined with Roberts.
So there's four.
Okay, I'm going to show you how we get to six on the On the election issue.
Here's how we get to six.
So John Roberts just used mathematical evidence in the Supreme Court level, probabilistic evidence, to show that, in fact, the scheme was not unconstitutional because it didn't produce a negative effect on Latinos.
So now we just kind of do the inverse.
We say, Justice Roberts, Russ Ramsland can show you the computer system was designed to be fraudulent.
We can show you from the internal working.
We can show you the code.
We can show you how it works.
It was designed to measure voting and to wait voting and to get it to kind of the outcome you wanted to have.
We can show you that mail-in was designed to be fraudulent.
We can show you that the Democrats have spent years going to state courts To force the state legislatures to change the voting laws in that state for the president the way the Democrats wanted so they can commit fraud.
We can show you the Democratic governors perpetuated the lockdowns and COVID in order to make mail-in ballots acceptable to people.
We can prove that the votes that came out were impossible to have been achieved probabilistically if there hadn't been fraud.
Now, They don't need the evidence at a trial court that these particular ballots were fraudulent or these particular voters were fraudulent because the now the statistical evidence makes an impact and they can say okay you proved to us the scheme the scheme was inherently mail-in ballots and the computers were inherently designed to be fraudulent.
And we're architected and crafted through this lawfare and part of the Democrats' whole scheme to get rid of Trump were meant to be fraudulent.
They work to be fraudulent.
So we've got an inherently fraudulent system designed by people who intended to steal votes, and you've proved that.
We've got results of this election in 2020 that you can prove only could have been resulted from fraud.
John Roberts is going to say, it looks to me like Trump voters were denied equal protection under law by a fraudulent scheme designed in order to steal the election.
Unconstitutional.
And now we're all worried that Justice Roberts is going to abandon Trump because he hates Trump.
Is he going to abandon the area of law and decisions that he has made that he deeply loves on voting rights?
No.
He'd have to repudiate his own logic.
He's not going to do that.
And he's got Thomas, who's going to say, you know, that's right.
Alito, Gorsuch.
Barrett says, hey, those guys give me the cover, I'm in.
Now we've got five.
And Kavanaugh says, wait a minute, I'm going to join the party.
Now you got six.
And we win at the Supreme Court.
Now the Supreme Court also, we win for another reason.
And that is the Supreme Court can say, hey, we don't really want to decide a winner or loser.
And we don't want to say it is Biden or it is, we hate doing that.
We're not going to pick a winner or loser, but the constitution is written so that if the vote fails, because it's fraudulent, The state legislature might pick a slate of legislatures that will not put that candidate that won from the fraudulent election in the presidency.
Maybe they'll pick the Trump legislators.
So the legislature is picking the president, because they're saying it's going to be not Biden.
The electors.
The electors.
Well, no, they're actually picking the election, because they'll pick a slate of electors that block Biden.
They're deciding the election, if it works that way.
Because it gets to the Electoral College.
The Electoral College can't make a decision.
It's going to go into the Congress.
I'm going to show you why we're going to win in the Congress.
At any rate, by blocking the electors, I can show you in the Federalist Papers where this issue is discussed, and they say, well, OK, the vote failed.
In fact, even if there wasn't a vote, the legislatures are still voted by the people.
And it's the states.
The states are picking the electors, so the states are picking the president.
It's not majority rule in the country.
That's the way we want it done.
And then, by the way, if the electors fail, the electoral college fails, or the whole election is so biased that the Biden electors chosen were really resulting from this unconstitutional scheme determined by probabilistic evidence, Then, in fact, we are going to say—the Federalist Paper 68 is in that chapter?
We may run over time if we actually pull it out and read it.
Maybe we'll save that.
No, just for reference point, that's it.
Okay.
So, here we are saying that the next remedy, the court's going to say, hey, this election is FUBAR.
It's snafu.
Those are World War II terms.
I'm sure they were popularized by a couple of movies.
FUBAR means messed up beyond all recovery.
Fouled up.
Okay, fouled up.
So you get the F. I figured they'd figure that out.
The polite F. I figured you'd figure that out.
Okay, so FUBAR.
We may never settle this election.
We may never decide which votes are legitimate and which votes aren't.
Because it's just too much art.
We don't have enough evidence.
It was designed to be fraudulent.
It was fraudulent.
We can't sort out who voted where or which vote was fraudulent associated with which ballot in particular, because the ballots are supposed to be secret ballots.
We don't have that kind of record here.
We can't trace the fraudulent envelope that was thrown away in order that we might not be able to track it.
Okay, so this whole scheme, this election is going to be argued about in the law journals and the textbooks for another hundred years or more.
So it's snafu, you know, situation normal, all messed up.
That's snap food.
That's what it meant in World War II.
The GIs knew that they're going to be sent into combat.
They'd have the wrong equipment.
They wouldn't have the right clothes.
It'd be winter.
They had summer clothes.
It was going to be hot and humid, or it was going to be freezing.
And the conditions were horrible.
They didn't have any food.
They were running out of ammunition.
It was always all messed up, because that's the nature of combat.
And no matter what you do, it's government, and they mess everything up.
And if you ever read Catch-22, you can figure out why, because the geniuses who were the supply masters figured out how to swap and trade everything.
Milo.
Milo.
And it's basically a scheme that didn't work.
And it's a very funny book.
But at any rate, the court's going to say, we're just going to give this to the Congress.
We're not going to sign the election.
Let Congress do it.
Now, that's the last resort.
And Congress will do it.
And we hold the majority of the state houses, one delegate, there's not majority vote in the house.
Each state gets one vote, one delegate vote, and we hold something like 26 of the state delegations.
Only 23, I believe, are held by the Democrats.
And if it's after January 3rd, it'll be the new Congress, because the Congress is certified on January 3rd.
So it's either going to be the old Congress or the new Congress, depending on when it comes to the Supreme Court.
But we hold the majority of the state houses in either way.
It increases for the Republicans.
It increases, yeah.
And the Senate votes majority because there's only two senators and the delegate thing doesn't really work.
One vote is a block because there could be one of each party.
I mean it basically they just said majority in the Constitution and we hold the majority in the Senate right now and we may be equal in the new Congress but Pence will sit and preside over the Senate trial and he can vote for himself in a tie.
Now All this came out.
I've been talking about all this and this is going to be what the e-book is about.
I'll go back and show you how the Democrats created their computer system or the nature of the fraud.
I've got all this data.
It's all done already.
I really already published much of it, but I'm going to pull it together and so you can see it.
And when this is done, in fact, my talking about it yesterday, and I'm just letting people know I'm thinking about it.
This broadcast is now monitored by everybody.
I think my conversations are being monitored again.
I think I'm saying things because by the end of yesterday, after I said, here's the legal theory and this will win.
I mean, Craig, you see why I'm saying, don't count on Sidney Powell to win the trials.
We don't need that.
We do need her to get out and convince the people to get them to be encouraged again, to get them to counter the psychological operation.
She could be brilliant there.
She'll get on Tucker Carlson.
I won't.
He'll give her the week.
She can talk about all the fraud, all the fraud, all the fraud, and Tucker will probably ease up on her because he'll be said, to this point, we don't want to be hard on Sidney.
Let her present her evidence because now we've got this other piece.
We're going to go to the court over Abbott v. Perez.
And we're gonna argue probabilistic evidence.
By the way, this approach is never in the history of the United States, the 240 years and 44 years since the Declaration of Independence.
This has never been argued in the Supreme Court.
I'm now gonna say probabilistic evidence, scientific evidence from social science, statistics, regression equations, correlation equations, things lawyers typically don't know, may decide a constitutional issue.
May have a harder time winning at a trial, because there the standard of evidence in a trial, in a criminal trial, Craig, is proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
It's not probabilistic.
It's not reasonable doubt.
No, well, it depends on where you are and what the case is, yeah.
And so some of them could be preponderance at the lowest level standard, and then it goes up to reasonable doubt, correct?
Okay, and the general impetus of criminal law is beyond a reasonable doubt.
You're not going to put somebody in prison unless it's beyond a reasonable doubt.
Civil cases might be different.
There's different standards of guilt that have to be established.
But beyond a reasonable doubt is tough.
Okay.
And that's why, you know, OJ Simpson got off.
People said he's got to have been the killer.
Well, you know, you couldn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.
If the gloves don't fit, you have to acquit.
Isn't that what Johnny Cochran said?
Yeah, but basically the, I'm trying to remember his name, Furman, the detective went a step too far in trying to get the person he had arrested convicted.
Well, there's a lot of mistakes made in that trial.
Right.
But the gloves didn't fit and they had to acquit.
Okay, now the prosecution should have known that.
Blood on gloves that are leather will cause them to shrink when they die.
It's ridiculous.
And Johnny Cochran knew that.
But it sure was a good thing to show the jury.
Jury said, the gloves don't fit.
You got to quit.
OK.
Now, with all of this structure of the argument, what I'm told yesterday is, the Democrats now know they're going to lose in the Supreme Court because, of course, he's right.
Can I make that argument?
We don't have an answer to it.
We did commit fraud.
It was obvious.
And now the Democrats have started identifying the House members in delegations that are maybe one person for the Republicans.
And they, they picked a list.
They're going after.
So they're now doing background searches on the GOP legislators in the following states.
Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
And they're telling these legislatures, hey we researched your past and we know about that lover you used to have.
So we want you to flip your vote when it comes to the presidential election in the House.
We want you to vote with the Democrats.
We'll flip this delegation.
We only have to flip a couple, and we'll have Biden win.
So now the Democrats have started this, and I'm told that, in fact, We better have Kevin McCarthy and Steve Scalise say to the GOP in the House of Representatives, present and incoming, if you get anything that sounds like a blackmail threat or you get approached in any way, come to us, we'll protect you.
We'll protect you, okay?
But don't give in to the scheme.
They're going to advance warn them.
Now, Craig, people might have been unhappy that I attacked Sidney Powell.
I didn't really attack her.
I criticized her and I'm trying to adjust her strategy a little bit.
I still love her.
I still think she's brilliant.
I still think she's genius.
I couldn't do what she does.
I want her to see the strategy.
And that's why I'm going to write this ebook, get it all finished and publish it Monday and the world will see it.
And I'll go on the media.
We'll explain this to everybody in the next two weeks.
So the whole thing is laid out and the Democrats get it.
They say, checkmate.
Now let's go to, we better start working on the Supreme court.
Cause this thing's going to the Supreme court.
Well, we're not going to do anything there, so let's start working now in the Congress, because that's where it's going to be decided.
The Democrats know they've lost, and that's the point I want to end on.
This is the Great Awakening.
We're in the storm now.
It's going to continue like this.
When it gets to Congress, the Democrats are going to say there's a quorum requirement for the House to meet.
The Democrats aren't going to show up, so you can't have a vote.
They're going to try everything they can.
The chaos we're seeing is not going to diminish when it goes to the court.
Now they're just going to do the lawfare on the court.
But the advantage of this year is that the demons, the Democrats and the globalists and the cabinet, the fact they're going to take your guns, they're going to take your houses, they're going to have Green New Deal, they're going to lock your homes, they're going to vaccinate you, they're going to take your money, they're going to create hell on earth.
Is out in the open.
So what I see architected here, and this is where the hand of God comes in, God saying to us, and we got to get down on our knees and repent for having allowed this to get to this point, for having allowed these communists to take over the country.
We didn't work in the schools.
We didn't work hard enough in the courts when they were trying to take God out of the schools.
We didn't work hard enough against the LGBT agenda, imposing their values on the rest of us.
So we're criminals if we believe in the Bible.
Okay?
We should have been working on those, and we should have known where it was going.
I've been trying to warn people for close on to 20 years now, and we've made some progress.
But I'm kind of just the messenger here.
God's got the message.
And the message is, okay, people, you get one last chance.
Because if you don't rise up now and get this thing architected so Trump wins, and get out in the streets with the Jericho march and show that you're still—get the rallies going, get the caravans going, you know, open your windows and shout out, we're not going to take this anymore.
Let Sidney Powell present her evidence.

Get it all out there.
Don't keep it for court.
You're never going to get the trial.
Get it all out there now.
Get the state hearings going.
We don't need the mainstream media.

Judaism has a lot of intrinsic enduring value and Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
And by the way, Donald Trump always looks like he's going to lose before he wins.
And my best proof of kind of that God intervenes Let's take a look at the guy they crucified.
We sure won there.
We nailed him to the cross.
He died.
Three days later, he rose from the dead.
Who won, Craig?
Who won?
God won.
God won.
Jesus Christ rose from the dead.
They didn't win.
The Romans didn't win.
Everybody won, dead and crucified, gone.
They didn't win.
God won.
Now, God didn't destroy the world at that point or allow human beings and their evil to do it.
But within two years, we'll have a nuclear war if we don't get this done.
