	on the 11th minute of 1918, the armistice was signed for the end of World War I. Armistice Day has since migrated into Veterans Day, and I wanted to give a shout-out to all the veterans out there.

	Salute the veterans. And today is, of course, November 11th, 2020.
	And we're in the middle of this post-election battle, which is really, I think, the battle.
	And let's get right into it, Craig.
	Now, I think the key news was posted yesterday on Real Clear Politics.
	I want to show you this, Craig.
	And you can put it up on the screen.
	I'm giving it to you right now.

	This is today, November 11th, 2020.
	Tell me when you got it up there.

	It's been such a busy morning already that I have not had time to get all this prepared for you in advance.
	I apologize. It's up.
	Okay. What do you notice about that?
	Well, what I notice about that is that there's a...
	Hey, Joe Biden doesn't have 270 votes.
	Bingo. Joe Biden doesn't have 270 votes as of today.
	Now, that is because the real clear politics, which normally the Democrats would be touting, they did all the time when the polls were being reported a new clear politics.
	Real clear politics. And the polls were all saying that Biden was 20 points ahead or whatever they gave him, so to discourage our side from voting.
	But yesterday they took away from Biden Georgia.
	You'll see Georgia in the map below is gray now.
	And they took away, earlier in the week, I guess Monday or Tuesday, they took away Pennsylvania.
	Because Pennsylvania is definitely in play.
	And now Georgia's in play.
	And of course, what they don't reflect yet is North Carolina actually went to Trump last night.
	As Tillis won the Senate race, North Carolina is going to go to Trump.
	And North Carolina is going to...
	I'm not sure how many electoral votes North Carolina has.
	You can't click on this and find out.
	But you're going to have Biden now at 259.
	He's going to start losing more states.
	Now, at 259, it means that he's no longer president-elect.
	Because he doesn't have a lock...
	On the electoral votes needed to be president.
	And up until now, he's had 290 electoral votes.
	And if you turn on Fox News, you'll still see him with a checkmark at 290, because Fox News is about as worthless as CNN these days, except for the evening, and starting with Tucker Carlson and And Dr.
	Corsi, to answer your question, North Carolina is 15 votes, and one of the other states that's on there in gray is also Arizona with 11 votes.
	Now, if you start adding these together into Trump's column, he's going to be 270 pretty quick.
	And of course, it's going to take some court challenges, and the Democrats are never going to accept this.
	They'll challenge it all in court.
	We're in for messy, messy court battles.
	And those are now going to be beginning.
	The Trump team is going to go in and file in another state today.
	I think they filed in Michigan yesterday.
	Michigan and Pennsylvania.
	And they may be getting ready to file in Wisconsin.
	They're probably going to file in up to 10 states.
	Okay, and there's some various things going on that we're going to highlight here.
	But the major thing is...
	Okay, now, Craig, let's go to Twitter.
	I know everybody hates Twitter.
	And by the way, I'm going to explain to you why we don't have to hate Twitter for too long because we're going to be leaving it.
	But let me explain this.
	Let's go first to...
	Jericho, J-E-R-I-C-H-O, March 20.
	That's the address for the Jericho March.
	Let me explain to you what the Jericho March is.
	The Jericho March is going to be a movement here that is being organized.
	It is Jericho because of Joshua, the battle of Jericho, where he circled the walls and blew the trumpets, and the walls came down.
	Okay, now this is going to be organized to have protests around every state capitol building, especially in the swing states.
	And we're going to have a massive rally daily.
	It's going to start daily until December 14th.
	So these state legislatures are going to get to meet the voters, especially the evangelicals who are organizing behind this.
	And why the state legislatures?
	Well, two reasons.
	One, we don't want the state legislators to certify an election that's fraudulent.
	And secondly, when it comes to the Electoral College, by statute and by the Constitution, Article 2, on December 12th, the states have to appoint the electors.
	Now, as I've been pointing out, The Supreme Court has decided correctly.
	The best case on this is Bush v.
	Gore, Florida recount in 2000.
	That the right of the state legislators to select the electors is what the court said, plenary, full, can't be abridged.
	The Constitution Article II is absolutely clear on this.
	The state legislatures get to pick the electors.
	Now, we control, as Republicans, the majority of the state legislatures in 29 states.
	And that's going to be expanding here with the new election because we gain state legislature control.
	And majority rules in the state legislatures, like it does in the federal Congress.
	But the point is, The Supreme Court said that typically, traditionally, the electors are chosen in each state according to the popular vote.
	In other words, you're really not voting for Donald Trump or Joe Biden.
	You're voting for the electors who are pledged to go to the Electoral College to vote for Donald Trump or to vote for Joe Biden.
	The real election occurs in the Electoral College.
	Which is not by popular vote.
	In other words, California might have so many votes as they did in 2016 with New York that Hillary Clinton had the popular vote majority.
	But our founding fathers did not want us to have a system where The president was selected and you could ignore 99% of this, you know, ignore 48 of the 50 states because they weren't big enough or important enough.
	So the number of electors each state gets according to the Constitution are the numbers of senators that state has.
	And every state has two senators.
	So every state's already got two.
	And then House of Representatives.
	How many House of Representatives members does that state have?
	And every state's going to have at least one.
	So every state's going to have at least three electors.
	And even if California has got a lot more electors, because they're going to have a larger impact in the Electoral College, It's still the state legislature in California that picks the slate of electors who go to the electoral college.
	And the Supreme Court and the Bush v.
	Gore said they don't have to do it by popular vote.
	There's nothing in the Constitution that says the state legislature must appoint the slate of electors of whomever won the popular vote in that state.
	Actually, the state legislatures who picked the president.
	Actually, originally, go back to the original concept of the Constitution, state legislatures picked the president.
	Now, that may seem hard to believe, but it's true if you read Section 2 in the court cases, because with the Republican state legislatures in majority controlling the legislature in all these key states, In Pennsylvania, in Wisconsin, in Michigan, in Georgia, in North Carolina, in Arizona, in Nevada, they can say, I'm sorry, but we see the election is fraudulent, the state legislature now,
	and so we're not going to appoint the Biden legislators.
	We're going to appoint the Trump legislators.
	Because we think the election was stolen from Donald Trump.
	We're not going to put up with it.
	Or we're going to put a slate in that will not certify the election.
	So in other words, the focus now shifts to the state legislators, and the purpose is to create this Jericho march where we're going to have evangelicals and all the Judeo-Christian effort to surround, to do marches around the state, Legislators, the state capitals, and have a massive rally on December 14th, the day the Electoral College votes.
	And this is going to be designed To be in combination with the cars and their flags and the trucks and their flags and the boats and their flags.
	We have millions of people out on this.
	And by the way, we need social media.
	We cannot use Twitter.
	Facebook will suppress us.
	So, Craig, go to Trumpet.today.

	The communists have that.
	And by the way, Jack Dorsey and Zuckerberg think they have these platforms.
	They can do what they want. Well, they can't censor to suppress the vote.
	That's a crime. I think they've committed crimes.
	And I think we're going to press those crimes.
	It's not just civil suits now in law for de-platforming us.
	It's crimes for manipulating a presidential election by an information psychological operation tied to the Chinese.
	Chinese collusion.
	It's Beijing Zhou.
	Okay, now, that's...
	And by the way, you know, Craig, none of this was planned together.
	People doing Trumpet didn't know why they were doing Trumpet.
	And that's the same group that is doing the America's Voice TV that produces Steve Bannon's War Room.
	And by the way, I'm going to be starting to be on that channel.

	I heard about Trumpet in the summer.
	In June, July.
	But Trumpet wasn't created for the Jericho March, hashtag Jericho March, at Jericho March 20, because that just got created.
	I've been in touch with all the creators of this.
	They had a dream, and the dream was God saying, Jericho, Jericho's March, Jericho's March.
	So they named Jericho's March March.
	We're not really having any idea, trumpet, or knowing why.
	And then it turns out that the state legislators are the key.
	They can block the certification of a fraudulent election And they can pick a slate of electors who are not Biden's electors, even if Biden won the popular vote in the state, and there's nothing anybody can do about it, including Democrats, including lawsuits.
	Sorry, that is the way the Constitution is written.
	Read Article II. It's in the Constitution.
	It takes a little time to read it because it's written in the 1776 English, but it's very clearly written.
	There's no wiggle room here.
	A state legislature sets the rules for a presidential election.
	Nobody else, not the governors, not the state Supreme Court.
	Irrelevant. State legislature.
	And the state legislature picks the electors, and they can do whatever they want.
	They don't have to regard.
	And the Supreme Court in Bush v.
	Gore says exactly that.
	In fact, they discuss this issue.
	And they say the power of the state legislator to pick electors is plenary.
	Well, I mean, there are not many things in the Constitution that are plenary.
	That means full and complete, does it not?
	And also unable to be abridged.
	Not able to be in any way compromised.
	Okay, so this is massive.
	Now, what happens if the state legislators appoint a slate of Trump electors?
	Well, you know, immediately now the Democrats are going to the Supreme Court.
	And already the Supreme Court has signaled that they're aware of Article 2 and And that's in Pennsylvania, because Judge Alito has said these votes in Pennsylvania that were calculated and counted after Election Day are to be sequestered.
	In other words, held aside and not to be put into the total.
	That's one of the main reasons that Real Clear Politics is not considering Pennsylvania as called for Joe Biden.
	By the way, they say this election is called, and the television networks and all the media say Joe Biden is president-elect.
	All nonsense, all propaganda, psychological operation, trying to convince you it can't be challenged.
	Joe Biden is not president-elect until the Electoral College votes, and that will not be until December 14th.
	In fact, the General Services Administration, the GSA, yesterday turned down a request of the Biden campaign to turn over transition money so they could begin getting ready for their new administration.
	GSA said, you're not president-elect yet.
	You don't get a penny. Well, Biden people just went insane.
	When they go insane, what do they do?
	These little naked demons running around, breaking things in the street and burning and throwing feces at each other, decide, well, we're going to go to our buddies in the mainstream media where we say, they're mean to us, they're wrong.
	How dare they not?
	How dare they not accept?
	How dare they not kneel to Joe Biden?
	Take a knee. Take a knee.
	Black Lives Matter, take a knee.
	Black and GSA said, I'm sorry, but we might recommend you want to read the law and the Constitution.
	Okay, now, Supreme Court gets the case.
	And Supreme Court says, okay, the Electoral College is either going to pick Trump or Despite the popular voter, the state's vote here saying that Biden won.
	Because these state legislatures have decided it's a fraudulent election.
	They're not going forward with Biden.
	They're not going to let a fraud determine the President of the United States.
	They're going to do the right thing.
	Thank you, evangelicals.
	Thank you, Jericho March.
	Thank you for getting around the capitals.
	Thank you all for telling the state legislators who are about as collared as rabbits hiding under a desk Or hiding under a bush.
	Say, well, you know, we know who you are.
	We're going to publish your names.
	And when we have the JerichoMarch20.com, which is being created right now, it'll be done soon.
	We'll be listing, here's who your state legislators are.
	And if you live in this state, here's the guys to contact.
	Okay, now that's not doxing.
	Because these are publicly printed names.
	These are public officials. We're not outing somebody.
	We're showing you what...
	And we're saying these are the people you contact.
	Now, the state legislators usually want to influence politics in the state.
	They're all planning to be congressmen or congresswomen.
	Maybe some of them are planning to be senator or president.
	But Jericho March 20 is going to say, nope, not in our march.
	If you certify this election, your career in the state and in politics is done.
	If you certify a Biden slate, your career is done.
	And by the way, we're circling around here and we're talking about you.
	We're communicating with your office.
	We're sending in phone calls.
	We're sending in letters. We want to know where you are.
	And that won't stop.
	It's going to be a national movement.
	It's going to be internationally recognized.
	And I'd say the hand of God's on it, because how did it become trumpet created by a group of people over here in the summer, the America's Voice group, to be an alternative to Twitter?
	They named it Trumpet because they said, well, let's come up.
	We want Trump to use this.
	Well, what's our name?
	Well, one of the key principles said, well, let's make it Trumpet.
	Well, they didn't have any idea that months later, in November, another group of people were going to get a dream, God saying, Jericho, Jericho.
	And so they decided to do Jericho March 20.
	And now we're putting trumpet and social media together with Jericho March 20.
	We're going to go around the states and we're going to influence the legislators.
	And make sure that they know what's going on and what their duties under the Constitution are.
	Now, the Supreme Court gets this case.
	And we don't have Ginsburg there anymore.
	Another providential event.
	God had her die.
	Just enough time for Donald Trump to be able to get Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court.
	Now she, I've never met her, just watched her on TV and listened to her with her confirmation hearings and when she was being announced by the President.
	She strikes me as enormously intelligent, highly, highly intelligent.
	And she knows the Constitution and she's tough.
	You can see that in the questioning.
	Nobody got any distance with Amy Coney Barrett.
	She batted them all off as if they were playthings.
	And I'm sure, you know, with Ginsburg gone, she can't whisper sweet nothing advice into John Roberts' ear.
	He seems about his influence.
	I don't know whether he's being blackmailed or all these rumors that the kids were adopted.
	I've heard it all. I don't know if it's true or not.
	I don't care. All I know is that Ginsburg's no longer there, so she can't influence him.
	She's dead. Real hard to talk from the grave.
	And what I believe Justice Barrett will do is have a meeting with, and I have no basis to think this, I'm just seeing it.
	Okay, she'll have a meeting with Judge Roberts that'll go something like this.
	She'll say, you know, Mr.
	Chief Justice, I just got here, and I know I'm a junior justice, as it were.
	I'm supposed to behave myself, and you're the chief justice.
	You're in charge. But, you know, I've got, as Barrett, I can write my own concurring opinion or dissenting opinion.
	You can't tell me what to write.
	I can say the Constitution is clear, and you're a damn fool.
	And in fact, this Roberts Court is worthless.
	You shouldn't be Supreme Court justice.
	I can say things like that, in my opinion, if I want to.
	I'm gonna. Because the Constitution is clear on this.
	And the states had the right to pick the electors.
	That's who they picked. And, well, Roberts said, what are we going to do?
	We said the Constitution does provide a remedy.
	He said, first of all, this election is so messed up, it's going to take us time to sort this out.
	How are we going to tell these ballots are good, those ballots are good?
	There were 100,000 illegal votes cast, but okay, we can tell that they were for Biden because those are the ones that got entered in the computer, but you can't go into the ballot pile and find out which ones those were, probably, unless the ballot piles were segregated and kept aside from the beginning.
	At any rate, there's going to be litigation.
	Oh, and by the way, I forgot to mention, all this punking of Trump, you know, throw the ballots away.
	Come on a video, come on Facebook and say, see, I'm ripping up a Trump ballot.
	Another Trump ballot, and a poll worker, another Trump ballot.
	And by the way, I'm filling in some Biden ones here.
	That's a crime.
	That person just filmed themselves doing a crime.
	And there's big federal penalties for it.
	You get arrested, you get put in prison, get arraigned, have a trial.
	If you're guilty, you go to prison for a long time.
	Federal prison. Okay, now, also on social media, they all have cell phones.
	So they're, oh, hey, I just threw away 10 votes.
	How many did you throw away?
	All their friends, a little gossip, bragging to each other, getting points because they're punking Trump and they're protesting.
	Well, no, I'm sorry. Those are crimes.
	The guy in Wisconsin or whatever state it was who was wearing, in counting ballots, wearing a Biden-Harris mask.
	Well, thank you for putting your picture on the screen.
	We can identify who you are from the top of your head by face recognition technology.
	And we'll have not a hard time figuring it out because your co-workers are going to know who you are.
	And you just filmed yourself.
	You got filmed committing a crime.
	Because you're not supposed to have any partisan material in a precinct or in voting.
	And now we're going to get the attorneys organized and we're going to have this lieutenant governor in Texas just put out a million dollar bounty, a million dollar reward for anybody who can prove and has evidence of voter fraud.
	Well, I hope he has a couple hundred million because there's going to be a lot of people coming forward and we're going to take their depositions.
	Dr. Coursey, I've got NOQ report on the screen right now, and I've got the images up there of these people that were poll workers in Philadelphia wearing Biden 2020 face masks.
	It's a crime. We'll get to it also.
	The USPS worker, the United States Postal Service, who says he was pressured not to talk.
	We'll get to that in a minute.
	James O'Keefe is doing a great job on that.
	But let me finish here, Craig.
	So what the Supreme Court does is it says, okay, this is so messed up, and we've got the Biden electors being appointed and states were not appointed.
	Trump or people don't like the counting in states that Biden won the popular vote,
	but the state legislature wouldn't put the Biden slate forward of electors.
	Supreme Court's gonna say the constitution, Amy Coney Barrett's gonna explain to everybody
	the constitution gives us a remedy here.
	In fact, if one state won't certify the election with the electors, it goes to Congress.
	Now, Nancy Pelosi was salivating.
	He said, oh boy, we have a majority of the House of Representatives will elect the President.
	Well, again, Nancy Pelosi didn't read Article 2.
	If it goes to Congress to elect the President and Vice President, the House votes for the President, and the Senate votes for the Vice President.
	Now, in the House vote, every state gets one vote, one delegate.
	Now, how is that determined?
	First of all, let me explain why one.
	So California's got 44 million people, and they've got all these Democratic House of Representatives members, a few less than they had before, this last election in 2020, just a few days ago.
	And Wyoming's got, you know, under a million people.
	And they don't have very many people in the House of Representatives, but Wyoming gets one delegate, one vote in the House of Representatives, selecting president, and California gets one.
	Now, the state delegations, the GOP controls 26.
	26 states.
	They control it because the majority of the House members from XYZ state, Ohio, or whatever state...
	Let's take one that's in contest.
	Let's take Delaware.
	That's where Joe Biden's from.
	Let's take Wisconsin, Wisconsin, good, or Michigan, or Arizona, or Nevada, any one of these.
	Well, the majority of the House of Representatives from that state are GOP, even though the GOP does not have the majority of the members of the House of Representatives.
	Which means that we've got 26, they've got only 23.
	And there's one that's split.
	Okay, now, because they only have two members of the House and one's Republican and one's Democrat.
	So they're split. Now, in the new Congress coming in, the new Congress comes in January 3rd, if in fact the Supreme Court has given this to the Congress to pick the president and they haven't done it by the 3rd of January, the new Congress comes in And we have even more state delegates.
	I think we've got close to 30, maybe even 33 GOP state delegations because we won House seats.
	Polls said we weren't going to do it, but we did anyway.
	And we'll have even a better chance of electing Donald Trump in the House coming in on January 3rd, 2021.
	Really, just a few days from now.
	And the Senate picks the vice president, but there's only 100 senators, so they don't really vote by delegation.
	They vote by majority.
	But again, we just won the Senate race in North Carolina where Tillis, the GOP, won.
	So we've got now 49, 48 seats in the Senate.
	There's three outstanding.
	Alaska. Alaska looks like it's pretty solidly going to go GOP. I think that's going to go.
	So now we're at 50-48.
	And we'd have to lose the two seats, the two Senate races in Georgia for the Democrats to have 50-50.
	I think there's a very good chance we'll pick up both of those seats for the GOP. And it'll be 52-48.
	Well, that's enough for the Senate to put Pence in as vice president.
	So we win in the state legislatures.
	We win in the Congress if it selects the president and vice president, even if we didn't win in the voting.
	Because the Constitution doesn't make the voting the most important.
	Remember, in the federal system, going back to the founding of the nation, We the people were sovereign.
	But then the next level of sovereignty was the state.
	The reason Robert E. Lee, in the Civil War, who was one of the most recognized generals in the U.S. Army, had fought in the Mexican War and led it with great distinction.
	Abraham Lincoln actually came over to Blair House.
	He sent his postmaster general, Montgomery, over to Blair House, across the street from the White House, And they offered the command of the Union Army to General Lee.
	Well, General Lee said, he thought about it, he said, and General Lee's house was the big mansion you see in Arlington.
	That was General Lee's family home.
	Nice big hill overlooking Washington, D.C., one of the best vantage points in Washington there is.
	General Lee said, I'm sorry, you're going to have to tell the president.
	That my allegiance is to the state.
	I am first a citizen of Virginia, and secondly a citizen of the United States.
	Remember, it's the United States.
	And it was Shelby Foote, the historian, who said before the Civil War it was the United States are, and after the Civil War it was the United States is.
	We say today the United States is.
	Well, the constitution was written so the states have more prominence in the federal structure,
	the sovereignty structure, than the United States itself.
	Because the federal government, according to the founders,
	was created to be small and limited in powers.
	That's why the constitution puts so much emphasis on the state legislators,
	which are elected by the people, who get to really pick who the president is,
	because they get to pick the electors.
	There's no, nothing the Constitution says it has to be by the popular vote in that state.
	And the early part of the Republic, this was contested because most of the elections were being settled in the House of Representatives.
	Whoever got the most votes was president.
	Whoever got the second most votes was vice president.
	It was done differently than it was, is today.
	I think it was the 12th Amendment that began amending this.
	But at any rate, That's how it works.
	Craig, what do you think of that?
	Yeah, absolutely. And bottom line is the Constitution is still in place.
	And until Biden and Harris, if they were to take over, that's the way it is.
	I don't care whether they like it.
	They can march in the street.
	They can throw a temper tantrum.
	Doesn't matter. The Constitution prevails.
	And until they get into office and revoke it somehow, some way, with tyranny, and from then on, there would be no more free elections.
	This is a time for us all to stand together and fight back against the darkness to keep ourselves free.
	My advice on Fox is turn it off.

	In addition to Pennsylvania, a pattern emerges within Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia.
	Within these states, there are specific areas where the sketchy ballots were assembled and counted.

	Because the same thing they did in Philadelphia, heard the Republicans in corrals, not let them see the ballot.

	In the Senate, we're going to have the majority, it looks like.
	Last couple of elections are coming down to the wire.
	It's only a majority vote, so the House and Senate can and will pick Trump and Pence.
	We're going to get out and we're going to organize.
	We're going to fight for God. We're going to support Giuliani.
	We're going to support Sidney Powell.
	We're going to demand that these law challenges go through the courts.
	We're going to demand they get to the Supreme Court.
	We're going to demand the Constitution be implemented as written.
