♪♪♪ So, Dr. Corsi, Joe Biden pronounced himself as the winner
of the race, and the mainstream media is backing him up, so I guess it's
all over, right?
Well, not so fast.
It's not anywhere near over.
I've read the Constitution. I don't see anywhere where it says the press gets to pick the president.
Did I miss a section?
No, you didn't. It's not in there at all, but they think they can do it.
But I think that there might be some other plans in the works.
Well, you know, I've always said that these guys jumped the gun because there's too many of us left to understand and appreciate the Constitution.
And we're going to fight to preserve it.
So this fight has just begun.
It's nowhere near finished.
It's just begun.
And by the way, we don't plan to lose, plan to win.
That's a good plan. What I want people to know is we're going to win.
We've gotten it fully worked out, I think, now, plans in place.
And what I want you to know is that Donald Trump is not going to be having an election stolen from him.
Today is Monday. It's November 9th.
I guess it's what?
It's six days after we voted.
Is that right, Craig? It is.
And so here we are.
And we had a weekend, and we had, I'll tell you, as Dr.
Jerome Corsi, and I'm here with my producer, Craig, I had to, I mean, I'll tell you, it would drive me crazy.
Every channel I turned on is supposed to be president-elect, president-elect, president-elect, president-elect.
I mean, Biden is not president-elect yet.
He's not. We've got recounts, we've got law challenges.
The official, what he can say is president-elect, It's really on January 5th.
Okay, the Electoral College meets on the 14th of December by constitution and statute.
The time is specified in the constitution, but the date is set by, really set by statute.
And what it means is that when the electors meet and they vote, then the president is selected.
You're really voting not for the candidate, You're voting for the electors.
I've explained this in a couple of different podcasts.
I'm going to do it quickly again.
It takes a little bit for everybody to get the idea of what this means, but it's really not that hard.
The Constitution states in Article 2 that the electors, which in each state, are chosen by The state legislature.
Now, the elector is in the Electoral College, and you'll recall it's why the Democrats want to eliminate this, because we don't settle president by popular vote.
In other words, in 2016, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote, but she didn't have 270 electoral votes, so she wasn't president.
Now the electoral votes work this way.
Every state gets electoral votes.
And so therefore, you can't, just because California has, you know, 40 million people, and Wyoming's got a very tiny, maybe under a million people, they both get electors.
Otherwise, you could have the election settled by New York and Los Angeles.
Why bother with the rest of the country to vote?
It's irrelevant. Becomes truly flyover country.
Nobody asked. Well, our Constitution was framed by people who were, I think, geniuses, brilliant.
And what they realized was that if they allowed it to be by popular vote, the people in the various states wouldn't get their voice.
Now, When the Constitution was formed, what we had decided, we'd been through already a confederation.
We'd already been through one government.
There was actually a president before George Washington, but he was the president of the confederation.
Okay, and that didn't work.
It actually ultimately quit.
It didn't work. And when it didn't work, What they had to say, okay, let's get back together again.
The Constitutional Convention was held, and what it did was the Constitutional Convention was where, in fact, this Constitution was written, 1776.
Now, at that time, the states were, first of all, the people were sovereign.
We are the sovereign.
We the people. It's not the elite.
It's not the newspapers.
It's not the big businesses or the multinational corporations.
It's we the people. And we the people being sovereign, the next level of sovereignty was the states.
Remember, we are the United States.
We are the United States.
In other words, the states, which are the sovereign above the people, not really superseding the people, just the next level above the people of government.
And each of these levels was supposed to be more and more limited in power.
That's how the Constitution perceived it.
Our founders did, so that it's the United States of America.
In fact, one of the great Civil War historians, I'm trying to remember his name right at the moment, he was on the Civil War series that was so popular a few years ago.
He wrote three volumes.
His name was Sidney something or other, I believe.
Maybe you can look it up, Craig. At any rate, he came on, he said, before the Civil War, It was the United States are.
The United States are decided that.
The United States are resolved that.
In other words, it was plural.
After the Civil War, it became the United States is.
That's when we became a national government, and in the minds of the people, the national government became sovereign.
Okay, and Abraham Lincoln had a lot to do with that, with the powers he assumed to fight the Civil War.
And the Civil War, what was a contest, was really states' rights, whether the South had a right to secede.
And Lincoln said they did not.
Well, that war was fought, and the Union was put back together.
And I think now we have the Constitution in place with an elevated power on the national level.
But that's not the way it's written.
So the electors were very important because it kept the states having to vote for the president through the electors.
And then the people were sovereign because the people of the state voting allowed the state legislature to pick the electors.
Okay, in other words, really one of the most important votes you cast is for the state legislature.
And by the way, Republicans control an increasing number of the state legislators.
Okay. We control the legislators in all, in other words, there's Republican majorities in state legislatures, the states in contest, which are Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, the list goes on.
Now, why that's important is because Traditionally, the state legislatures have let the people choose the electors because when you vote for Biden or you vote for Trump, you're not voting for the candidate, you're voting for the electors.
Okay, now, I want to check over.

Okay. I want to make sure, take a look at people on YouTube.
They're not getting bored with this civics lesson, but this is unfortunately very important to understand what I'm covering today.
This is what's going to determine whether or not we win.
Okay, now we're going to win.
In 2000, when they had the Supreme Court decision, Bush v.
Gore. What was decided, the Supreme Court said the electors are chosen by the state.
And there's a paragraph, several paragraphs addressing this.
The Supreme Court said that the power of the state legislators to choose electors is plenary, full, can't be compromised by any other methodology.
And the Supreme Court said, even in a contested election or whatever, at any moment, The state legislature can take that power back and change the rules for how the electors are selected.
The state courts, the state legislatures, not the courts, the legislature, can decide that this election is so screwed up or that Biden is not going to be permitted to win a fraudulent election that they could appoint Trump electors.
Now, the mainstream media is going to go insane.
They're going to say, last resort, legal trick.
They'll try to sue everything.
It'll be contests about it, etc.
They're going to go berserk.
But that's the way the Constitution is written.
And there are court decisions that say the legislature can do that.
They don't have to put forward the Biden legislators.
On the 12th of December is the date the states decide who the legislators are going to be.
If they put forth Trump advocates, Trump partisans as the electors, that's who goes to the electoral college.
They don't actually leave the state.
They have the state legislators where they cast their vote for the electoral college.
Ken Burns, the Civil War historian, was, yes, it was Shelby Foote.
Thank you very much, Greg.
Shelby Foote, who said, after the Civil War, the United States is, before it was the United States are.
Okay. Now, ultimately, the election might get thrown, the Supreme Court might just throw its hands up.
I don't know what it's going to do. It might say, you know, we really don't want to take this case because the Supreme Court does not like to decide for the president.
Well, as I've been pointing out, and I've done this before, I did a whole broadcast on this.
I read the Constitution.
The state legislatures control the electors.
If the Supreme Court says, if this election is so messed up, we're never going to figure it out.
The recourse is it goes to Congress.
Nancy Pelosi is going to say, oh, that's great.
We get to pick the president. We've got the majority.
But that's not the way the Constitution is written.
Each state gets one vote.
California has one vote for California and the House of Representatives.
And Wyoming, which doesn't have 44 million people, closer to a million, gets one vote.
The GOP controls 26 of the state delegations in the House and is about to control more.
Because we have majority GOP House members in those 26 states.
Even though the Democrats have the majority of House seats.
Because states like California, they took them all.
A lot of them. But California gets one vote.
So all those Democrats in California in the House of Legislation get one vote and they'll vote for Biden.
Okay, but that's all they get.
Okay, so now we're into what I'm calling endgame.
And the endgame's got several phases to it.
What we're going to cover today is mostly the fact that the election is fraudulent.
And I'm going to explain to you why, in fact, we know it is fraudulent.
What was that, Craig?
What are you saying to me? Yeah, and so supposedly on the Republican state legislature side of things, it's now 29 with two split on top of that.
So when you add the two split together, it looks like a 30-20 Republican versus Democrat.
Yeah, and states that voted for Biden that have a Republican state legislature Can take back the power to appoint the legislators to themselves and can appoint Trump advocates or just electors who will not certify the election.
I think one state that doesn't certify the election, the Supreme Court will throw it into the House.
So, I mean, I think almost certainly this ends up in the House of Representatives.
Now, it's got several steps to go before that.
And, you know, in kind of game playing these different things, there's different strategies, different ways it might turn out.
But what you've got is a situation right today where the proof is coming in.
If you listen to either Rudy Giuliani or Sidney Powell talking over the various shows, although even Chris Wallace, I mean, Chris Wallace is absolutely impossible to listen to for me anymore.
He's so biased. The press, I don't care how many times the press says that Biden has a transition team, that they have Buttigieg on and Buttigieg is glowing about all the things they're going to do when they're president.
When Kamala Harris is out there and Siri, by the way, Siri on Apple was saying Kamala Harris is president when you ask Siri who the president was.
Well, she's not. And the press doesn't make any difference.
In 1948, as I pointed out, Harry Truman was in a very difficult election with a guy named Tom Dewey.
Tom Dewey is from New York.
He's a prosecutor. FDR's daughter, Anna, said he looked like the little man on the wedding cake, you know, that little guy in the suit with the mustache.
That was Tom Dewey. Looked like him.
The election was held, and Harry Truman was way down.
He had been president a couple years earlier when Franklin Roosevelt died in 1945.
After being elected president in 1944, died of a cerebral hemorrhage.
And Harry Truman was way down in the polls.
The polls all said Dewey was going to win, just like they said this year Biden was going to win.
Truman did a whistle-stop campaign.
He went all over the country in a whistle-stop.
And as he did that, he picked up votes.
Now, on the last day of the campaign, the Chicago Tribune publishes this headline that says, Dewey beats Truman.
Craig, you can probably find a picture of that and put it up on the screen so people can see it.
And Dewey didn't beat Truman.
Now, that year, Truman won the popular vote and it was all over.
But the point I'm making is it did not, the press's statement didn't make a bit of difference.
Irrelevant. Just noise.
All these talking heads, noise.
The Constitution rules.
And the Supreme Court will, and I want to talk about the intervention of God, act of God, which I do, and I think prayer has been enormously important, because with Ruth Bader Ginsburg dying in just enough time for Trump to get Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court, We now have a couple things.
Ginsburg isn't there to whisper in John Roberts' ear anymore.
And that was one of the ways they influenced John Roberts.
I don't know about all the other stuff about him being blackmailed and the kids being adopted.
I don't know about it, whether that's all true or not.
But the point is, Ginsburg's gone.
And they lose a big vote.
Between Ginsburg, Kagan, and Sotomayor, they would have tried to build a coalition to forget about the Constitution, do whatever you want.
Well, that's not going to happen because Amy Coney Barrett will interpret the Constitution strictly.
And this is one of the points on which the Constitution is absolutely clear.
Now, the basic constitutional principle is this.
And Bush v.
Gore, the Supreme Court decision in 2000 was centered on this.
And that is that voting rights are the cornerstone of the American Republic.
It's the ability to vote, to determine.
That's why it's such a precious right to be able to say, this is my choice.
And that's what determines elections.
Now, the corollary to that is preserving the integrity of the vote is important.
It's got to be an honestly cast ballot, can't be paid for, can't be harvested, written by somebody.
It's got to be that person and saying, this is who I vote for.
Okay, now, under the 14th Amendment, which was passed after the Civil War, And it was done mostly to assure voting rights for blacks who were being disenfranchised in the Jim Crow period after the Civil War in the South.
The Supreme Court was held now to a standard of the 14th Amendment, ratified by the states, that says no state action shall deny a citizen of the United States equal protection under the law.
Now, that's the basis on which the civil rights and voting rights acts are passed.
In other words, nothing can be done in an election where your vote is minimized to be equal from every other vote.
It's got to be an equal right to vote.
Okay? And that's, you know, fundamental.
Now, if in fact votes were stolen or voting fraud, it is absolutely clear that That there is no equal right to vote because all those 70 million people who voted for Donald Trump are now disenfranchised by mailed-in votes or other computer-switched votes that are fraudulent.
Now, that's going to be an ironclad argument to the Supreme Court.
Once the fraud is proved, the Supreme Court is going to say, we can't just forget about that.
And the lawfare, well, we got the electors and they have to vote the way the state did.
And Trump's got a last minute of Hail Mary with the state legislators and the electors.
This is all gaming nonsense.
That's the way the Constitution is written.
Because in the early part of the Republic, what you had was the initial selection of president, vice president, was whoever won the election was president.
Whoever was number two was vice president.
They were often not even to the same party.
And you had contentious fights about this, and the House was regularly getting involved to select the president, and the vice president was selected by the Senate, which will be the case again today.
And we hold the majority of both delegations in both houses.
But the critical one, of course, is the presidency.
And we control the state delegations in the House.
So therefore, The Supreme Court is not going to allow an election to go forward that's fraudulent, especially if the states stand up and say, we are not going to affirm Biden electors because they cheated.
Period. And we have the right to do that.
Now we're going to have to get it so that the people...
Make sure we, you know, we'll be starting tomorrow a petition.
And the petitions get, it's already being formulated.
It's about ready to get up there.
And the attorneys will be involved in it.
We'll be getting it involved.
And there'll be millions and millions of people who want to do these petitions.
There's organizations for the evangelicals are organizing.
We're not just going to sit in the sideline.
Now we're not going to be Antifa in the streets burning down and looting and spray painting the cities.
It's going to be, this will be peaceful protests, but it's going to be the voice of we the people saying we are not going to put up with this.
Okay, now that's the first part, the preamble.
Now I'm going to get into the vote cheating.
Craig, what do you have, what do you think of all this?
Well, yeah, and absolutely.
And part of why the left did that mobilization, and they were going to do, as you broadcast last week, Dr.
Corsi, this shutdown D.C. movement, and that was all set to launch on the day after the election, November 4, on Wednesday.
But the reason it didn't launch is they thought that they had gotten away with stealing the election on the 3rd.
During the night at four o'clock in the morning, here come hundreds of thousands of Biden votes.
So they didn't riot in the streets because they thought they'd already won.
They've got another thing coming, Dr.
Corsi. Yes, they do.
And bring Arthur in.
We'll have Arthur comment. I want to have short comments today because I want to cover a lot of ground.
And today is going to be very, very busy.
So, Arthur, are you there?
Good morning, gentlemen. So, Arthur, short comment.
What are your thoughts as you're listening to this?
We're all going to get schooled in constitutional law.
I mean, it's, you know, buckle up and start taking notes.
We're in Constitution 101.
And prayer. We've been praying for this.
Absolutely. Yeah, and I believe that what we're seeing here is as a result of these prayers, and we all got to get together, keep it together, and keep our prayers going.
Now, my PhD from Harvard in 1972 is in political science, Department of Political Science, not the Kennedy School.
When I was accepted, I got accepted to the law school at the same time I got accepted to the Political Science Department at Harvard.
But the political science department was willing to pay all my expenses as a National Science Foundation grant and pay me a living stipend.
And I was not going to get that from law school.
They didn't have a joint program.
So I did a constitutional law dissertation.
Arthur Sutherland Jr., the historian of the Harvard Law School and clerk for Oliver Wendell Holmes, was one of my two advisors.
And this is 1975.
I wrote this book.
It's a little bit thick. It's called Constitutional Law, Political Science Casebook.
And I also wrote this book, which is Judicial Politics, which was one of my academic specialties that I was teaching in universities until I decided they were two leftists and I had to get out.
Dr. Christie, I think it's important that we get the components of the law now, because one of the attempts of the forces of darkness is to make you ignore the law.
And in fact, ignorance is basically a root word that's based on ignoring of the law.
And that's what they're attempting to get everybody to do.
I want you to do a prayer on that.
Absolutely. I want you to craft a prayer specifically on that.
And a petition to God...
That the law prevails, equal justice under the law, and voting.
We preserve the Constitution.
And what I'm going to explain next, prayer is essential.
Got to get down on our knees, got to repent that we've allowed these people to take this country in a communist direction.
It's our fault.
We did it. Killed babies.
We allowed them to kill babies.
Allowed them to pervert the Constitution to do that.
And thought we couldn't fight it.
Well, now we've got the chance.
Now, the great thing that's happened and done with the entire coup d'etat, all this is connected.
I've said from the very beginning that Donald Trump beat everything they've thrown at him.
I've always said Donald Trump always looks like he's going to lose until just before he wins.
Happening again. He'll beat this too.
Harry Truman in 1947 made the decision to allow, in fact, we were key in voting, the United States delegation, to create the state of Israel out of the territories, land that had been, what they call it, what the Palestinians are claiming to Israel.
And even the State Department opposed President Truman.
Who basically said, you know, I'm president, I get to make this decision myself.
Harry Truman instructed that we vote for the partition of this land to create the state of Israel.
And our delegation was going to walk out.
The Secretary of State, who was George Marshall, a Democrat who'd been appointed by FDR to be our overall commander in chief in World War II. I'm told Harry Truman that he would never vote for another Democrat.
And the Democrats had made Marshall.
Well, Truman said, do what you have to do, General.
I don't care. Harry Truman read the Bible.
And he believed that this was a biblical decision.
It was his to make and he was going to make it.
In fact, Marshall had to send a delegation from Washington down to New York to where the United Nations was voting.
To including Dean Rosk, who became Secretary of State under John Kennedy, to make sure that our delegation didn't walk out.
They were that upset with creating Israel, or that anti-Semitic.
Okay, now, Donald Trump moved the embassy to Jerusalem.
All of these presidents said they're going to do it.
Didn't do it. I think the hand of God is on Donald Trump's Shouldered.
I don't think God will abandon Donald Trump.
And Donald Trump, I think, was hurt by Netanyahu endorsing Biden.
I think in the next few hours we might see a reversal of that statement coming out of Israel.
At any rate, God won't abandon Donald Trump, and I think we'll see why.
Now I'm going to switch gears and use the remaining time here to cover the voter fraud, which is massive.
Massive. Now, Craig, I'm going to kind of give you a couple of things to point to.
Let's do that Google Trends first, which I gave you earlier this morning.
You should have them all there, although I can repost them.
Everything's up, Dr. Corsu. You keep on going.
I'm keeping up. Okay, this Google Trends shows that just before the voting last Tuesday, Google searches for election fraud punishment Surged in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.
Now, I can't tell you precisely why that was, but my strong suspicion, because a bunch of the people who wanted to commit fraud and were planning on it, wanted to know how much they could go to prison if they got caught.
And in fact, a lot of them can go to prison for a very long time.
And I don't intend to quit until they do.
They committed crimes.
Now, some of the proof that they committed crimes is just so obvious, it's ridiculous.
And Craig, this one we put up before, I'm going to have to give it to you again.
I want you to see this kind of clever little diagram that's been created.
It's the one in three elephants.
It's a very good article.
And I'm going to give it to you so you can put it up.
You've all seen these two lines.
That's it there, Craig. Do you have it?
Got it. Okay, tell me when you got up on the screen.
It's up right now. Well, this is going to be undeniable mathematical evidence the election was stolen.
You see, the blue line was the way the voting was looking in the election night for Biden.
And the red line was where it was looking for Trump.
And Trump was doing remarkably well.
Because like we said, massive numbers of people came out in person and voted for Trump.
More than the Democrats had expected.
So they hadn't created enough fake ballots or computer switches to do the job.
So they halted election vote counting.
And then in the middle of the night, they produced hundreds of thousands of ballots and And they all turned out to be for Biden.
Like, oh, well over 90% of them.
And so the Biden curve took a leap up to a higher level.
See that line that just popped up.
That's the mail-in ballots being counted in the middle of the night.
And then it continued at a higher level than Trump.
Now, mathematically, and remember I did...
Research, I conducted randomized field experiments for the National Science Foundation when I was in universities, and I also taught statistics, even though I never took a class in statistics myself, I taught it.
And when you do time series analyses, and when you look at data, and they have the data for this election coming in, the various hours, because it's being registered and counted as it comes in, And you get this kind of a bump up.
And then there's another thing about these ballots, and that is that they were almost all universally filled out for Biden, but only for Biden.
Now, there's also another set of data techniques where what you can determine is
that the statistical probability of this happening is so small that it's unlikely to have happened.
So it's a probabilistic argument because usually you don't get one big chunk of votes
coming in at one time like this, hundreds of thousands middle of the night
for one candidate.
And then only the presidential election was checked off in those votes, nothing else.
They didn't bother voting for any of the Senate or House races, any of the various petitions
that were on the ballot, any of the downstate.
That's called down-ballot voting.
Well, single votes cast for only one election are very rare statistically.
And there's good election data that you can run against what happened the way it looks like it happened.
And mathematicians will tell you, in fact, that's what this article, this Three Elephants article is about.
That what happened in Wisconsin and Michigan, with all these ballots coming in, all these ballots being for Biden and only being for Biden, is statistically not possible.
It could not have happened that way unless there was fraud.
It's the only possible explanation.
Okay, now, a mathematical argument is not going to necessarily win in the Supreme Court.
What it's also going to take is testimony.
Now, if you listen to Biden, and if you listen to Biden, say, well, where's the proof?
Where's the proof that was cheating?
You know, in other words, this was done in such an amateur fashion.
It reminds me, you know, and I spent a lot of time, the work I did on anti-terrorism and studying criminals, studying terrorists.
I had top secret clearance.
It was arranged through the Agency for International Development in 1981.
I worked with the State Department and others.
On catching terrorists and how you do it.
Chemo psychiatrists were put together internationally.
I'm not a psychiatrist, but I was included in that team.
They interviewed bank robbers in prison.
They introduced POW. They interviewed all kinds of people in prison.
I watched all those interviews.
And some of the amazing things were how smart these criminals thought they were.
They were always smarter than everybody else.
Because they knew the rules were arbitrary and they were just going to game the system and they were going to win by cheating.
And you'd say to them, but you're in prison.
How can you be so smart and in prison?
Well, I didn't do this or I didn't do that.
No. Criminals are so...
The nature of evil is such that it stands out.
You know, you see movies like The Italian Job or, you know, some of these movies about big heists being pulled off.
I guess Ocean's Eleven was another one about a heist in Las Vegas.
And it's so intricate and they pull it off and they get the money.
You know, the cars riding around in Venice with stealing the money in Italy.
That's what The Italian Job was about.
That makes good fiction.
But pulling that off in real life It's so hard that most criminals make mistakes.
And most criminals end up being remarkably stupid.
What these Democrats remind me of is that they remind me of a bunch of incompetent low-life criminals that botch a convenience store pickup because while they get away with the money, they forgot there was a camera taking pictures of them.
And they got away with 20 bucks.
And when they push the buzzer, they get caught by the cops down the block or the cops were already waiting for them outside.
They botched a convenience store heist.
Now, why do I say that?
Because you don't panic and say, we don't have enough votes, and then say, okay, what do we do?
We're going to lose. Biden's going to lose.
What do we do? Say, well, okay, stop the counting.
Will they do that? Well, you can't just stop the counting.
Get the Republicans out of here.
Throw the Republican observers out.
You can't just do that.
You can't do that.
And you can't have these be so obvious that you drop 400,000 ballots all for Biden in the middle of the night.
I mean, this is ridiculous.
Craig, you want to comment on that?
Right, absolutely. And so there are eyewitnesses coming out, even on the Democrat side.
There are videos, there are photographs, there are time-stamped issues, there are whistleblowers in the United States Postal Service that are saying, my supervisor the next morning on Wednesday the 4th told me to start stamping ballots as if they'd come in on the 3rd.
Talk about smoking guns.
This is a whole phalanx of smoldering cannons.
Yeah, and what makes it so stupid is that it's obvious.
Now, here's my message to all those out there who participated in the voting fraud.
We're coming after you. And we can't do it with Barr because Barr is ineffective and doesn't want to get involved in elections.
Donald Trump's second term, I think, just shut down the entire Justice Department.
I'm getting arguments. People are saying there are some good agents in there.
Get rid of all the leadership, that's for sure.
Find out why the Hunter Biden tape, the laptop, got that, and the Durham investigation got no indictments.
Give me a break.
And then the vaccine is now found it's going to work, but we couldn't announce that last week.
I mean, the structuring of this information so as not to harm Biden is so apparent.
But the fraud is what happened in the polling places.
The kid, whoever he was, who was wearing a Biden-Harris mask, counting votes, you're on tape.
We're going to find out who you are, and we're going to prosecute you, because you're not allowed to do political activity within a precinct, within vote counting.
The people who are throwing the Republicans out and applauding, we'll get you all your names, we're going to indict all of you.
That's crime.
Okay, now, their choice is, what I'd recommend them to do is come forward and give testimony on this and be the first to do it so you might get some leniency when this is indicted.
You know, be the one to blow the whistle.
And that's happening because if people were looking on the internet before they committed the fraud, then they committed the fraud, we can find out who is looking on that internet By their IP addresses.
And those are people who are obviously guilty because they were worried about it before they committed the crime.
We'll prosecute them first.

What the Democrats just did will backfire.
Because Americans are going to see not only the mail-in ballot fraud, but we're going to be able to prove the computers fraud.
That votes were switched in the computers.
Because the Democrats were running algorithms where they could know how many votes they needed to switch in order to keep trying to win.
But even that didn't work.
It couldn't switch enough. They had to take the turnout in some of these states, over 80%, to get enough mail-in votes to make it enough to swing it for Biden.
But the 80% and all these things are historically not possible.
They had to vote the graveyard, the dead people, the people who moved out of the state.
They did so many things that are just patently wrong and provable wrong and obviously fraud.
That the 20 bucks they got out of the convenience store, namely having a weekend where they could crow that they won, and already be talking about having the military come in and remove Trump from the White House.
No, he's in the Oval Office today, and he's going to sit there until January 20th.
By the way, Congress has to affirm the electoral vote on the 5th of January.
And Congress is the last arbiter in a contended election for president.
Not in any election, just for president.
The Constitution is very specific about how it can be done.
There's not wiggle room in the way the Constitution is written.
Go read Article 2.
Go read the court decisions.
I have. And by the way, when Judge Alito issued this order saying, separate out the votes from In Pennsylvania that came in after this deadline, it's because it was the governor and the board of election that said, we'll keep counting. The state Supreme Court said, that's okay.
But none of them are empowered by the Constitution to make that decision.
The state legislature had said that the voting will end on election night.
It couldn't be changed by all these other people constitutionally.
So Alito's signaling and telegraphing, we're going to throw those votes out.
And all these votes that occurred for that bump up are going to be thrown out.
So in the court challenges, which are not only going to get recounts, recounts are not enough.
We want audits. Recounts, all they do is same old ballots, same result.
We want audits. We want each ballot checked for its authenticity and for its eligibility to vote.
And we know who voted.
Except in the mail-in votes, they threw away the envelopes.
That's the only place that had the names on it.
So I tried to make it impossible even to know who casts the mail-in votes.
Well, I think there's going to be enough records there to establish that these were cheating.

This is one where, in fact, during the press briefing, Trump campaign manager Matt Schlapp told the crowd that Trump has a witness who saw the Biden-Harris van unload and repackage ballots.
Now, why that's important?
This is eyewitness testimony.
And in a court of law, A witness comes in, puts their hand in the Bible, swears to tell the truth, says, I saw this.
That's very important testimony.
That counts. Mathematical argument, court can say, well, that's like, you know, we use DNA to prove somebody committed a crime.
The DNA of the murderer, from the evidence we have of the murderer seeing this is the killer.
The DNA matches. And DNA has actually gotten many people released from prison who didn't commit the crimes but were convicted at court.
Because the DNA didn't match now that we've got techniques where we can do sophisticated DNA testing of blood samples.
It's a probabilistic argument.
Because even with the blood samples and all the technology, DNA is not 100% correct.
Maybe 99, 99 point whatever is likely, but it's not 100%.
Okay, the courts accept it.
But probabilistic argument that these ballots could not have been counted statistically in terms of all the various mathematical methods we've got.
They had to be fraudulent.
Plus, eyewitness testimony makes it a lock-solid case.

But I'd solidly recommend he wants now to tell the truth.

His name is Kyle Fox, and I am not doxing him.
He identified himself in his Facebook account.

Those were just patently made up and they would have all been challenged.
Well, not having the Republican poll watchers in there, there was nobody to challenge those votes.

But again, all these things are going to be seen and all these things are going to be ultimately brought out.
You know, as the Bible says so many different times in so many different ways, there is nothing kept under a bushel and hidden from the truth forever.

And some of those ballots, there was a stream of them that they tried to put into the mix, where the birth date on them was January 1, 1900.
So we had a lot of 120-year-olds voting in the election.

We were in a depression. And Germany was being in the throes of a deep depression because they couldn't pay the reparations that were set by the winners of World War I at the Versailles Treaty.
And they couldn't pay all this.
So... Russia and Germany both had populations in economic distress that weren't wondering how they're going to put food on the table.
They wanted the government to change because this government wasn't working.
Well, we were at a point like that in the United States in 1932, and we could have had a communist revolution in 1932.
We didn't. I'm still not sure anything Roosevelt did worked, but he did some things, and I'm not a fan of FDR. Because I think he was the first one to try to architect communism into the United States as president, been followed by a couple of others, Clinton, Obama. But the point was, I see people driving around in SUVs, people got money in their pockets, nobody's worried about the next meal.
We're not in economic distress.
And 70 million people are saying, these Democrats are going to raise taxes.
They're going to take away our hydrocarbon fuel.
They're going to end the party.
Trump produced the vaccine.
We don't want anything to do with Biden and Kamala Harris.

And after God, we've now got another justice who's very capable, Amy Coney Barrett, of reading the Constitution together with this Kagan and Sotomayor are going to feel very isolated because these are not Murky constitutional questions.
And the Supreme Court decisions that have been written on them, like Bush v.
Gore 2000, are very clearly stated.
And I'm sorry, but the, you know, they, a brilliant plan, because all these votes, we're going to have the mainstream media, we're going to have social media, we're going to lie, we're going to cheat, we're going to have Antifa, we're going to have Russia, we're going to have Ukraine, we're going to do all these things.
But they didn't read the Constitution.
And Donald Trump went out and got all these rallies, ended like Harry Truman in 1948, and got 70 million people to vote for him legitimately, which is the largest number ever in a U.S. election.
And it sent the Biden people scrambling to keep up with their fraud, where they completely exposed themselves like naked thieves in the night caught on surveillance cameras.
And by the way, where are the surveillance cameras of the counting rooms?
