But we get to learn about what we're going to learn about today with Colonel McGinnis about where we are today.

He's commentating.
He's so fascinating.

At the Pentagon with over 50 years of experience, that's a lot.
That's a lot.
Just like me, I've been around a long time.
I don't have much hair left, but I got brains still there.
But Colonel, I'm so thankful you're here today.
How would you describe the current events in America?
What would you say is happening in America in your estimation?
Well, we're dealing with an ideology, the progressives, the Marxists, the communists, that if after they've been here for a long time, but are beginning to show their colors.
Obviously, Mandani and New York City, we've seen a lot of unrest and Marxism demonstrated on the streets of Minneapolis and elsewhere, quite frankly, Pastor.
So it is very disruptive, very destabilizing.
But, you know, we've had tough times in the last 250 years of this country.
So I do trust that the Lord will see us through this time as well.
You know, this man, talking about Colonel McGinnis, has written some amazing books that I recommend you getting.
Let me name a few.
The Deep State, Alliance of Evil, Progressive Evil, Give Me Liberty, Not Marxism, Kings of the East, Divided We Stand, Preparing for World War III, and his latest book, AI for Mankind's Future.
This book right here, I cannot wait to read this because I want to hear what this man has to say about technology.
How does it affect us as Christians?
But I want to tell you something.
If there was ever a voice to be hearing right now, it is Colonel Robert McGinnis's voice, especially in what's happening in America, what's happening in the world, China, Russia, Ukraine, Greenland, all of that has Bible prophecy written all over.
I've got so many questions for the colonel.
What is your opinion of AI?
Should we be afraid of it?
Should we control it?
Tell me your depth about it.
Well, I think there's a little of both, Pastor.
It's the new electricity of our age.
It's going to be far more influential than has been the internet since the early 1990s.
A lot of Americans are fearful because it's going to rob us of our privacy far more than the internet.
No doubt it's going to change the job site.
Some people are going to lose their jobs.
On the positive side, phenomenal advancements in healthcare, certainly advancements in education and the marketplace.
The list goes on.
In AI for Mankind's Future, I kind of outline not only the history of AI and how it has come to affect us today, but I go through the sectors, the commercial sectors, the private sector, what it's doing to the family, what it's doing in the church, what it's doing in the social media, in the media at large, and so forth.
And of course, how it's impacting us geopolitically, as well as the military, which it is significant.
So this is something we cannot ignore.
It's in every aspect of life today, and therefore it's something I think the Christian community really needs to come to appreciate.
And at the same time, it can be used in very evil ways if we're not careful.
In itself, it's not an evil.
It's neutral.
But unfortunately, both good and bad will come from this.
And we need to be very, very discerning about how we use it.
Wow.
This is so critical because when television came into play, you know, Christianity demonized television.
Yet today, Christian television is being used to preach the gospel around the world, to bring you voices like Colonel McGinnis to help us interpret the times and the seasons on how television affected us throughout the centuries.
And now with technology, it's neutral.
Don't be afraid of it, but have discernment to understand what that looks like.
Because last year, there was a headline that said that AI, artificial intelligence, was going to cross the road, was going to go into a different momentum.
And we're watching it today.
And it's amazing because, yeah, it's having a lot of breakthroughs when it comes to a lot of different fields.
But then when it lands in the hands of people that they don't mean good with it, now you fall into a pattern that we're in trouble.
And it's changing ministries today.
And I want to say this.
If Christians don't get ahead of this right away, we're going to fall behind and playing catch up is no game at all.
There's no playing catch up with artificial intelligence.
It's moving fast.
It's changing our world.
It's changing the way economies are being functioning today.
And it's changing militarily on how we fight the wars of today.
In his new book, Progressive Evil, you say radical ideals, ideology are reshaping America.
I want you to tell me, do you believe this is pushing the nation towards irreverence in the end time?
What's going on right now?
Well, Pastor, we've had a long battle with progressives.
And really, I would argue it dates back to the middle 30s, prior to World War II, when a lot of what was called the Frankfurt School, which was populated by mostly Jewish academics, were imported into this country by the Rockefeller Foundation.
And they brought with them progressivism.
And progressivism is a cousin of Marxism.
And they planted them in Hollywood, obviously in journalism schools, many academic arenas, and in Washington.
And over time, as I wrote in Progressive Evil, as well as in Give Me Liberty, not Marxism, these people began to have a voice within the public, and especially in the media and in government.
And they began to really, I suppose, spread their ideology of radicalism, which is essentially Marxism, across this country.
Now, there are some that have gone beyond Marxism into outright communism.
And I would argue that's what Mandani in New York is.
But there are others that are, you know, whether it's in Los Angeles or in Seattle, we've seen evidence of this permeating much of, you know, mostly democratic establishments and cities across this nation.
So it's a radical ideology that is rather old, but it has new tentacles, and these are very dangerous for our future.
Some Americans fear we're headed towards martial law.
What's going on in Minnesota is frightening to me.
Well, certainly in Minneapolis, it stands out because it's in the news on all channels.
It would appear as if we have some professional agitators, aggressors, rioters, not that radically different than what we saw at the summer of so-called love a number of years ago.
These people, I do believe, are well financed by the likes of some billionaires that I won't name at this point, but that the government, I'm sure, is going to investigate and try to put together a solid case to try them in court.
But they, of course, are trying to tear at the very foundation of this country.
And that's tied into what Biden allowed up to 20 million immigrants, illegal immigrants to come into this country.
And unfortunately, a lot of those, as you well know, were criminal in their background or let out of insane asylums like they were in Venezuela and other places.
We're a country that's very welcoming of people.
All of us are immigrants in one way or another through our history.
However, allowing that many, especially that we knew were criminal or psychiatric or other types of cases without vetting them has resulted in chaos in certain places.
Now, Mr. Trump, as you well know, pastor, was elected with the mandate to clean up this mess.
He's exporting as many of these criminal aliens as he can.
He's trying to bring common sense back to America.
But this is an ideological and a power struggle.
And unfortunately, one of the political parties, the Democrats, are waging a very vicious battle to defend people that in prior times, even Obama or Clinton never would have defended.

But it's what it is.
Are we facing civil war in this country?
I've never seen anything like this.
Well, we certainly have a lot of differences of opinion.
I wrote a book, Divided We Stand, which basically cuts a country in half.
And we have one half that is calling for almost revolution, and the other half trying to hold on to the steady state of what we had in the past.
We've had similar problems.
Clearly, in the 1860s, we were a divided nation that led to civil war.
We found our independence from the British 250 years ago.
And then, of course, more recently, we've had racial problems.
We've had other problems that have divided us.
I would hope and pray that we can go beyond this.
I don't know that we're inevitable, inevitably going to go into some sort of civil war.
I think we'll find some sort of accommodation short of that.
But you can never say 100% you're going to avoid something that even the best of us wants to avoid.
Colonel, there's so much talk about Greenland.
How important do you think Greenland is to the U.S. defense and global influence?
Well, given artificial intelligence and the hypersonic missiles, ballistic missiles, the presence of the Chinese and the Russians in the Arctic, the melting of the Northwest Passage, and of course, the criticality of rare earth metals.
You put all that together and Greenland, quite frankly, becomes a very important aspect of our national security.
We've had significant presence there for a long time.
During the Second World War, certainly the Danes could not guard it, could not secure it.
And so we basically have been doing much of that ever since.
And of course, Denmark has invested next to nothing there.
And yet we still have a facility in the northwestern corner.
And we depend upon it for use.
But what I'm more concerned about is the prowess of the Chinese communists.
They have made inroads trying to purchase themselves or at least have long-term leases in places like Greenland.
They've made overtures to the Danes and so forth.
The Russians, of course, are rapidly building up their military capability.
During the Cold War, I was in Alaska as well as in Europe and saw firsthand what the Russians have.
Well, they've returned to that today.
And of course, they are really kind of second tier to the Chinese communists.
And you know, Pastor, that the Chinese today, you know, they don't have a geographical border on the Arctic, but yet they claim to be a near Arctic country.
And that explains perhaps why they have built major icebreakers.
They've mapped the floor of the Arctic with their underwater drones.
They're conducting exercises with the Russians throughout that region.
It seems to me, as President Trump has made it very clear, his Golden Dome, which is intended to secure America, much like the Iron Dome secures Israel, that the Golden Dome, part of it has to be in Greenland.
Back during the Cold War, of course, we had 66 radar facilities that were stretched across Alaska all the way to Greenland.
That was to give us an early warning against Soviet missiles and bombers.
And today, we have much the same capability, but using different technologies.
And unfortunately, the timelines between notification that there are incoming hypersonics compared to what it was years ago is very significantly less.
So it is absolutely incumbent upon us to have that early warning.
Now, I think what President Trump has put together with Mark Ruta, the General Secretary of NATO, and also some of the Europeans are falling in line, is that we'll have, much like we have enjoyed constant access to, say, the base at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, it's through a lease.
Well, we're going to have something like a lease to do essentially what we must do in Greenland.
Now, that's tentative at this point, but I think ultimately, with the guarantees that the president's received from some of the Europeans and NATO, that we will have access not only for our iron or our golden dome, but also for exploration of rare earth metals, which right now we're overly dependent upon the Chinese.
And of course, we'll have access to the waterways, which will allow us to save on transportation to Asia, from Europe, and so forth.
So there's a lot of advantage for us to have great access and to enjoy more control over that very large island.
What are the biggest internal threats to the United States stability, say, over the next 12, 24 months?
Well, internally, we have clearly political differences.

I think that the socialism, the Marxism, the communism that we're seeing in some of the major cities is very disruptive.
I would argue also we need to get control over artificial intelligence, making sure that if it is going to have say over our infrastructure, and I'm talking about our electricity, our water, our media outlets, our medical systems and the like, you name it, then we have to have the right guidelines and guard lines integrated within the systems to protect all of us.
And right now, there's not an appetite for that sort of thing.
We, you know, even I think here in the last couple of days, we've seen a host of judicial cases come before a number of judges arguing that, for instance, the metas of this world, the Googles, the Microsofts, and so forth, they are not keeping the, I suppose,
their AI use under control and as a result, are resulting in addiction for especially vulnerable young people.
They do, they manipulate the programs, the algorithms, using their platforms, and they really do it in such a way to addict, much like a drug would addict you, a heroin or a cocaine.
Using these enticements, they are able to cause changes in the dopamine within our brain that causes us to do things that perhaps we otherwise wouldn't do.
Now, they will deny in court, likely, that that's not their intent.
But when you look at the algorithms, you come to the conclusion that what you know, the social media platforms are really having a significant and bad impact on young people, but also the rest of us.
We can become easily addicted.
How often do we pick up our iPhone?
For some of us, it's always with us.
And if we leave it behind, we feel lost.
Well, the technology is driving us in a way that I think is quite frankly very unbiblical, but it's the world we live in.
So you have the technology, you have the ideology, you have the geopolitical threats from the outside.
Certainly, Chinese communists are ambitious for the world.
They would like to run it.
And of course, you have terrorist threats.
It just, you know, if you read the national security strategy that President Trump put out a month ago, it's a sobering read, quite frankly.
It tells us that we live in very dangerous times, to say the least.
From a proverdic perspective, could AI play a role in Antichrist in time deception?
I have no doubt that that's the case.
You know, you look at Revelation 13, and I read the description that it says that the apostle gave us in that chapter about the false prophet.
Well, what was his job?
His job was simple.
He was to really encourage people to follow the Antichrist.
And how does he do it?
Well, he does it because he's incredibly influential.
He's very pervasive.
He's a host of attributes that, you know, when you look at it, quite frankly, it is a carving copy of what we see in the emergent artificial intelligence.
Now, it's not going to be like Siri or Alexa.
It's going to be something that I suspect is far more pervasive and persuasive that we often refer to as artificial general intelligence, which is as smart as humans, or something that is really a super intelligence, what we call singularity.
And that's where they become smarter than any of us put together.
And mankind begins to surrender his own will to this singularity leader, whether it's an amorphous thing that we can't see, which is probably what it's going to morph into, or it's an avatar that we see on a screen that pops in front of us on our iPhone or wherever we are.
And it sounds almost biblical in its statements, and it has great knowledge.
